Had a cardiology appointment this morning because my heart decided I'm running marathons again. My physical therapist kept telling me she was going to discontinue my sessions after our next one because she was "sure" I could do the CHOPS protocol on my own. As a person with fibromyalgia, POTS, EDS, PTSD, and dissociative tendencies, I don't think that's the best idea because i don't remember all the exercises. My cardiologist agreed and told me I can have as much physical therapy as I want.

Hearts are broken and many people want to break them up for their own selfish reasons (whether because they want to be with Shen Yuan or Shang Qinghua, or in Shen Jiu's case, doesn't want his baby brother to date a freeloader)

Meanwhile Shang Qinghua and Shen Yuan are oblivious and are having the time of their lives working on their masterpiece
