Mammon does in fact tattle to Lucifer about Asmodeus and Fizz's relationship. Let's say the Helluva timeline lines up with Lucifer and Alastor getting closer sometime after season 1.

Lucifer doesn't know why Mammon bothered, even if Lucifer didn't have whatever was going on between him and Al -- he still wouldn't give a fuck. And he'd give even less of a fuck considering Mammon was still committing copyright infringement for his park, the audacity of that man was astronomical.

Still, Mammon calls a meeting to spill the tea because even he knows Lucifer is a hermit who does not keep up with the drama of Hell's so-called elite.

Asmosdeus finds out and therefore Blitzø finds out. So they all crash the meeting to give Mammon what-for. Fizz and Blitzø because they've never met Lucifer and think he's going to be pissed. Stolas for moral support (and he's also never met the King, sue him, he's excited despite the circumstance) and Ozzie because he couldn't stop them so he might as well join them.

Following multiple very unnecessary pit-stops and shenanigans, they finally arrive at the palace---and it's too late.

Alastor has already kicked Mammon out and now he and Lucifer are doing paperwork, gossiping, and fighting over the (according to Alastor) tacky interior design of the palace.

i could talk about husk and alastor’s relationship for hours its not even funny. what is their deal. alastor often oversteps husk’s physical boundaries in the pilot. husk frequently backtalks and insults alastor and cusses him out and faces no consequences. alastor could easily force husk to work at the hotel but decides to butter him up with alcohol. it says in the wiki that alastor considers husk to be among his closest companions, with the likes of niffty and ROSIE (though admittedly i doubt this is still canon). husk brings alastor’s leash up to his face and seems surprised when alastor, the guy who kickstarted his career in hell by KILLING OVERLORDS WHO DISSED HIM, snaps at him, implying alastor does not often pull rank like this. speaking of alastor’s deal, how the hell does husk even know alastor HAS ONE. did alastor just randomly tell him about it over a bowl of popcorn and ice cream like a duo of middle school girls’ gossip. i heavily doubt it. what is up with these two.

So recently I got a threatening anonymous message from a Disney Hater calling me a mindless corporate shill for defending an evil corporation that abuses its employees whose most recent works are nothing but soulless and corporate garbage made by greedy studio executives and that Vivziepop was an inspiration for starting an indie animation “renaissance” posing as a threat to them.

First of all, companies and corporations aren’t evil; they’re not but names and inanimate sheets of paper that state the exist as a business, the people who can run them can be evil, but they aren’t the company (it’s like saying that Putin is Russia itself, or that H!tler was Germany itself back in the 1930s and 40s).

Second of all, not all of Disney’s most recent works are corporate. Two examples in my opinion are the movies Elemental and Wish. Elemental was actually born as a passion project by it’s director Peter Sohn that was based around the story of his life as an American born from East Asian immigrant, and Wish is actually meant to be a metaphor for the Walt Disney Company and the corporatization of it and that the only way the company can thrive is by letting people’s creativity flow (which is a message that this idiot and all the other stupid people who hated the movie don’t realize).

Third of all, Vivziepop is actually an abusive employer. It's actual petty bullshit.

It's the equivalent of a fanartist calling out an AMV maker for "art theft" and demanding that a video they worked hard on be taken down because they used a piece of fanart for a character in an AMV tribute to the character that both the fanartist and the AMV maker (who is already an artist in their own right) already do not actually fucking own. Like, regardless if the AMV maker gives the fanartist credit. Instead of being honored by it, when they should know better that neither of them ever actually even own the shit to begin with, yet they still demand "credit" for fanwork.

I once saw a popular Asian artist in the svtfoe fandom demanding a boycott of the popular fan run merch store TheMysteryShack just as the beautiful fan made artbook Tales of Rebel Princess was about to launch exclusively through there because she alleged that the shop owner had stolen one of her friends fanart designs on a goddamn fucking Steven Universe tarot card pack of all things but I still really liked her Star fanart, so when I tried to respectfully explain to her that I wouldn't be boycotting the shop because of Tales of Rebel Princes launching and how I thought it was personally in very poor taste to not just contact the shop owner privately about the matter and instead making a big stink in public about boycotting his shop when she knew that one of her other artist friends that we knew she had also collaborated with in the past was just about to debut another big collaborative art tribute book dedicated to Daron and Star vs. there through this guys shop! And essentially it would be sad to see her knowingly taking business away from her other friend like that and demanding others in her following do the same and over something as small as a deck of Steven Universe cards, especially in understanding how little love svtfoe gets, since she was also a well known svtfoe fanartist ... All I got in response was "Well I'm happy for my friend but I'm Korean and you're just a Filthy American who couldn't possibly understand how disrespectful something like this is in my culture and blah blah blah if you instant on further harassing me about this I'll block you!"

One part of the Hazbin debate that’s been interesting to see is that every anti-Hazbin post I’ve seen has been a well thought out critique, either formed as that or as a joke, while every pro-Hazbin post I’ve seen has been drawings of the characters with captions like “I love these scrimblos 🥰” and it’s like. Hard to take a side in that regard.

I’ve heard about the many flaws, but the show clearly makes some people happy, and that’s cool. And yeah, people liking something doesn’t remove the ability to ever critique it, but still, I feel a bit bad.

Also, to tack something kinda unrelated to that point, I actually like the character designs a lot? Maybe I have bad taste, but it’s hurt me as an artist to see just how many people have gone after them. But I digress
