Hello there! Could I request headcanons of the Housewardens+ Rollo getting jealous because of their s/o giving their dorm students (first years, Cater, etc) being gifted chocolate treats but lighten up quickly when their s/o gives them a much bigger box of chocolate treats?

Riddle Rosehearts
His lovestruck gaze after you greeted him with a kiss on the cheek followed you, but it soured when you gave Ace and Deuce a hug each, as well as Trey and Cater. He knew you tended to be affectionate with those you were close with, but that didn’t mean he didn’t get jealous. He has been touch-starved for as long as he could remember, so you will have to excuse him. However, it crossed the line when you whipped out four different boxes of chocolates.
Wasn’t he your significant other? Shouldn’t he be receiving gifts? He didn’t want to seem too clingy and jealous, but he couldn’t help it. So, he stood up and walked away, going to clear his mind. You really have changed him for the better, because before this, he would have screamed and beheaded all of his dorm members. The exchange rate would have been unmatched after.
However, everything was alright in the world when you called his name, looking for him in the labyrinth. He responded and started walking towards you when he saw you struggling to carry a large gift basket. He asked who it was for, and you told him that it was… for him? That huge thing was for him alone? From what he could see, there was a very large box of chocolates, a plush version of both him and you holding hands, a few different strawberry-flavored things, tarts, and paper roses.
The gesture warmed his heart and his face, and he was blushing like never before. He didn’t have anything to give you in return, so he immediately set about planning an entire unbirthday party for you. However, it would just be between the two of you in the middle of the labyrinth, because he wanted it to be special. After you left, placing yet another kiss on his cheek, he started ordering everyone around to start setting everything up immediately.

Leona Kingscholar
He was definitely in a sour mood when he kept seeing you give boxes of chocolate or other various sweets to his dorm members. You only gave him a kiss on the lips and a promise to come cuddle him later. He was very close to hoisting you over his shoulder and just stealing you and running to his bedroom. He did manage to control himself, as he remembered your promise, and he intended to make sure that you were going to keep your promise.
You were hugging every person you handed treats to, and you eventually did not smell like him anymore. You smelled like a jumbled mess of scents, and it gave him a headache. He definitely became a little clingy, making sure that you wore something of his while you went around on these gift-giving errands. At least then everyone would know that you are his.
But, at around noon, you entered his bedchambers with a snickering hyena that Leona knew all too well. You and Ruggie were struggling with a rather large gift basket, and he sat up in his bed. Once the basket was fully inside the room, you flopped onto the Housewarden’s bed to take a break. Said Housewarden hopped out and opened the gift to reveal paper roses, plush versions of you and him, a large box of chocolates, a few different candies, and some beef jerky.
He turned to see you already asleep, so he just joined you in bed and you both cuddled and took a nap in each other’s arms. You woke up a few hours later, seeing that the gift had been opened and your boyfriend had his head on your chest. You decided to gently run your fingers through his long and slightly tangled hair. That was actually how you got him to wake up, which he was slightly annoyed by.

Azul Ashengrotto
The second he saw you step into the Mostro Lounge and into his private office, he put a pin in his work. He went to greet you, and you had a smile on your face as you gave him a kiss on the lips once the door was closed. Then, the tweels walked in and gave you hugs, and you whipped out two boxes of chocolates out of your bag to give to them as a gift for all their hard work. Now, while this was completely fine in the grand scheme of things, Azul has many different things running through his mind.
This man thought you were angry with him and that was why you weren’t giving him a gift yet. However, the more he thought about it, the more that theory did not make sense because he hadn’t done anything to warrant your anger. But, nothing else comes to mind, so maybe there was a rumor that you believed? After all, he used to take advantage of desperate students, so it made sense that a student who still held sour resentment started a rumor.
His line of thought was interrupted when you asked the tweels to help you bring in Azul’s gift. They dragged in a rather large basket, and you were going on about how you put it together yourself. It had flowers, a rather big box of chocolates and a large assortment of different sweets, little figurines of you and Azul that he could place on his desk, some new pens, and a few other things.
Everything in the gift basket now holds a special place in the cecaelia’s heart… because it comes from you and what you held in your heart for him. The next day, you could see that he was using the pens that you got for him, and you could also see the figurines of you both on one of his book shelves. His desk was filled with various pages of paperwork, and he didn’t want you to be involved, even if it was a small, inanimate version of you.
Tumblr media
Kalim Al-Asim
He was absolutely delighted when you showed up randomly at Scarabia. You ran up to him to place a kiss on his lips before rushing off to go do something else. Kalim decided to follow you around the dormitory and he saw you carrying a bag full of boxes of chocolates. You were going around and handing them out to all the other students, and the gifts ended with Jamil.
Now, if you think that he would be jealous, you would be mistaken. He’s happy that his dorm members are getting the appreciation that they deserve. After all, they work hard, and he knows that his irresponsibility does not make it easy. Jamil deserves the chocolates the most because of how much he does for the entire dormitory and not just for him. Plus, he did really well in the basketball tournament last weekend!
Imagine his surprise when you are assisted by a few Scarabia students in bringing a very large and seemingly heavy gift basket into his room later. He could smell the sweets, most of them topped with coconut or infused with coconut water or milk. Not to mention the chocolates as well as the plushie versions of both you and him, the paper flowers, and some Post-It Notes because he tended to be a bit forgetful in his desire to live his life to the fullest.
Well, this guy was close to tears as he tackled you to the ground and started to thank you endlessly for the gifts. He loved to spoil you with the amount of money he has, but it’s very rare that he is spoiled back. However, savoring is not really in his category, so he almost immediately starts pigging out on the treats you gave him. He did get sick because of all the sugar, but to him it was worth it.
Tumblr media
Vil Schoenheit
Thus far, he is definitely the most jealous. You have been going around and giving gifts to all of your friends, mostly small boxes of chocolates. Epel and Rook got their own as well, and he even caught the hunter enjoying the treats in his room. Vil thought you were angry with him. He was genuinely trying his best to not be as critical as he used to be, but there were moments where he slips. He started to rack his brain for possible issues, but he can’t recall anything.
He immediately started seeking you out, conjuring up an apology within his mind. He knows that you might not want to confront him about your feelings directly, as he tends to not take feedback well. However, to go this far to portray your distaste for something he might have said was very unlike you. It was rather petty.
When he did find you, you were actually struggling with a very large gift basket. You peeked around the basket to find your boyfriend, and a smile made an appearance on your face as you gently placed it on the ground. You would have gone for a hug and a kiss, but his makeup was done and his clothes were pristine. That was another thing that he is learning to get over. Anyway, you told him that the basket was for him, and a smile to match yours graced his lips.
Inside, the chocolates (dark chocolate, you made sure) were wrapped in such a delicate way, and there were paper flowers that you had made yourself. There were also small figurines of the two of you, modeled after a certain couple pose that the two of you had tried in a recent photoshoot. It was his favorite picture, and he posted it on his private Magicam account. Also, another thing in the basket was a few green packets to put in his smoothies if he was in a rush. He placed a kiss on your forehead as he promised that he would clear his schedule to take you on a proper date as a ‘thank you’.
Tumblr media
Idia Shroud
He watched through the cameras as you handed out many different boxes of chocolates to your friends and classmates, and he was wallowing in self-pity and jealousy. He did not want to go out of his room at all, which worried Ortho. Idia wasn’t even speaking with his younger brother because the young robotic boy also received a box of chocolates from you! So, what does Ortho do? Go to get you, of course!
Next thing Idia knows, he’s tracking you and his younger brother through the cameras as you carry a large gift basket towards Ignihyde. Considering ‘Idia’ is written on the ribbon on the basket handle, he assumed it was for him. His pride practically healed itself. You know how when Inosuke from Demon Slayer has flowers floating around him whenever he is in a state of bliss or peace? That’s Idia right now.
A knock on his door snapped him out of his delulu land where he already has your future as a couple planned out. He timidly opens the door, and he is met with the large basket as well as you. Inside the basket are a few figurines of a few characters from an anime you both were watching, some candies (a few are pomegranate flavored, of course), paper flower bouquet, and a very large box of chocolates.
Tears made their way to the Housewarden’s eyes, and you were worried that he didn’t like the gift and you told him that you could take it all back. However, Idia just sank to the floor and leaned against your leg in appreciation. He knows he hasn’t been the best boyfriend, since he was very introverted and was still getting used to being in a relationship, but your patience has been amazing. He starts planning an anime bing/gaming session for a date, something low-key but still enjoyable. He even planned to give you one of his sweaters to wear, because he knows you like his jackets.
Tumblr media
Malleus Draconia
A heavy storm was brewing over the Diasomnia dorm, and it was all due to childish jealousy on the Housewarden’s part. You see, he witnessed you giving boxes of chocolate to Silver, Sebek, Lilia, Ace, Deuce, Epel, Jack, and others. However, he had yet to receive a box of chocolates. A pout was present on his face as his room was filled with a brooding atmosphere. He could hear all the ‘thank you’s going around because you had many boxes of chocolates to share.
Was he aware that he was behaving like a child rather than the Crowned Prince of Briar Valley? Yes. Did it matter to him? No. Did he believe that his Child of Man no longer loved him because he had not received a gift? Maybe. Lightning resounded throughout the dormitory and outside, making everyone worried about if their future plans would be jeopardized.
Everything became peaceful once again when you knocked on his door and entered with a rather large gift basket. It was green with a large card that had his name in a fancy font. Inside the basket was a very large box of chocolates… much bigger than the ones you have been handing out. There were also small figures of you both where you two are in a waltz, and it seemed so lifelike, as though they were frozen in the middle of their dance. Then there were the paper flowers that you had made for him as well as a few other candies.
The dragon fae’s heart soared as he looked at each and everyone of the gifts. Now he needed to return the favor, and he immediately started planning your wedding. Lilia had to talk him down and tell him that he needed to plan a date rather than a wedding because he was going too fast with your relationship. So, he decided to reenact the moment that the figurines were paused in, and he set up a small location in the forest where you could share your first waltz.
Tumblr media
Rollo Flamme
You had only been in Fleur City for a few days, but in those few days you had managed to attract this young man’s attention. He as well as a few other students from Noble Bell College (whenever he was too busy) showed you around so that you may take in the sights that the city had to behold. In return, you thanked them with boxes of chocolates… and you gave everyone a box except Rollo.
Now, he knows that it is none of his business, and he knows that he deserves the exclusion because of what he has done, but he still feels a bit jealous. You see, he can’t get you off of his mind. Every time he sees you, thinks of you, or someone mentions you, his heart can’t stop fluttering and it feels like it has grown wings and started flying about everywhere. So, he summons up the courage to ask you what was wrong.
But, when he did find you, he saw that you were carrying a large gift basket somewhere. If that basket is going to one of the other students, he doesn’t know if that student would make it to graduation. When he asks if he can help you carry it, you tell him that it’s for him and all the work he has done for you to be comfortable in this city. You finished your small tangent by placing a kiss on his cheek before heading your way back to the NRC students.
Rollo doesn’t even open it because he wants to see you off. He returns the kiss by placing one on your cheek as well, even if it was in public where everyone can see. Later, he opens the basket to find stationery of all sorts, paper flowers that you [presumably] made, and a very large box of chocolates. He is not one for unhealthy sweets, but it’s all about balance, right? Anyway, he immediately starts drafting a letter to send to you once you get back to Night Raven, thanking you for the gifts. Oh, and if you think he’s using the stationery that you had gifted him, you would be wrong. He is saving it for as long as he can.

“Breaking News: Massive Asteroid Comes Dangerously Close to Earth, Scientists Unaware Until Hours Later.
In a stunning turn of events, a colossal asteroid, previously known as ZTFoDxQ but now identified as Asteroid QG, narrowly missed colliding with Earth. The planet-sized asteroid made its closest-known approach to our planet on Sunday at 12:08 a.m. EDT, coming within a mere 1,830 miles. This remarkable event marks the closest asteroid flyby ever recorded, where the celestial object managed to survive the encounter unscathed, as confirmed by NASA.
However, the surprises didn't end there. Just this afternoon at 1:00 p.m., reports have emerged that a fragment of the asteroid has broken off and penetrated Earth's atmosphere. The exact location of impact is currently being evacuated as a precautionary measure.
Scientists are scrambling to analyze the data and understand how such a massive asteroid managed to come so close to Earth without being detected until hours later. The lack of awareness has raised concerns about the effectiveness of current asteroid detection systems and the potential risks posed by near-Earth objects.
NASA and other space agencies around the world are now working to improve their monitoring and detection capabilities to prevent similar surprises in the future. The incident has also sparked discussions about the need for increased funding and resources for asteroid detection and deflection efforts.
As the world watches in awe and relief at the near miss, the incident serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers lurking in space and the importance of continued vigilance in monitoring the skies for potential threats. Stay tuned for further updates on this developing story.”

“Can you do me a favor, sweetheart?”
Interrupting your peeling, you raised your eyes from the bowl of potatoes, freezing the peeler in your hand. You cast a frustrated glance at her, your annoyance thinly veiled behind a strained smile. You were already handling most of the cooking for the evening, so what more could she want from you?
Interpreting your insincere smile as a signal of agreement, she resumed her task of tending to the bubbling broth on the stove, deftly chopping the carrots and watching them plunge into the savory liquid with a satisfying plop. "Your sister's going on a trip tomorrow and I totally spaced on getting her food. She likes turkey right? I'll just throw together a sandwich for her."
A soft snicker escaped you as the peeler slipped from your hand and plunged into the water-filled bowl. You shifted your attention towards her, trying to decipher if she was genuinely serious or not. Yet, as you locked eyes with her, she responded with an arched eyebrow and an inquisitive grin.
"Jess has a poultry allergy, Mom."
The woman paused briefly, inhaling deeply to gather her thoughts. As she glanced up at you, she shifted her hip to the side. Her apologetic expression seemed somewhat contrived. "Of course, I should have remembered. I'm sorry, honey."
It was understandable that the woman might eventually forget. She wasn't the one who hurriedly took Jess to the hospital when she had her first experience with it, she wasn't the one who remained by the girl's side day and night, eagerly waiting for her to regain consciousness. But you were. You were Jess's first in everything. You had always been there for her, so it's only natural that the bond between the two of you grew strong. You knew all about her allergies, her preferences, her school crushes— you felt like more of a mother to her than her biological one.
 "Whatever. I'll pack her lunch."
You swivel the chair and slide off of it. "The blue card, right?" As she nods her head absentmindedly, almost as if she's in a daze, you leave the kitchen with a frown etched on your face.
Snatching your keys from the hook, you hastily slide into your gym shoes, relieved that you hadn't bothered changing your clothes. You stand at the bottom of the stairs and shift your weight. "Jess! I'm going to the store, do you want anything?!" You delve into your mom's purse, sifting through the chaotic contents until you locate her wallet and retrieve the blue card food stamp card.
After a brief silence, her bedroom door swings open and she rushes towards the railing, a bright smile on her face. " Ice cream? Shark week came and I've been really craving strawberry ice cream."  You give a nod and quickly retrieve your jacket from the closet. "Do you need any money for the trip tomorrow? I can take some out on my way back."
The young girl shakes her head, her eyes filled with adoration. You raise an eyebrow but still nod in understanding. Retrieving your phone from your pocket, you give it a gentle shake. "Text me if you need anything, but be quick about it." Without waiting for her response, you swiftly unlock the door and make your way onto the porch.
The sky is adorned with a delicate blend of pink and deep purple, gradually blending into the mysterious darkness of the night. A gentle breeze carries a subtle chill, but you embrace it without a word, wrapping your jacket tightly around your being. Swiftly, you navigate towards your vehicle, unlocking the door and sinking into the plush leather seat. A faint hint of smoke dances in the air, causing your nose to crinkle in response. Without hesitation, you lower the window, letting it air out.
As the smell dissipates you roll up the window and rub your hands together from the cold.
With a flick of a switch, the heat begins to flow, gradually filling the space and caressing your cheeks with a gentle warmth. The jacket you wear, once a shield against the chill, now threatens to make you feel almost too warm. With a contented smile, you leave the driveway behind and glide swiftly down the street, embraced by the cozy ambiance within.
As you embark on the drive, the radio remains silent, allowing your thoughts to drift away. Your thumb dances lightly on the steering wheel, lost in a world of its own. Deep down, you had already made up your mind to have Jess by your side once you left. There was no way your parents could take care of her, especially with what you've heard today.
Your job was well-paying and you had saved up to rent and secure a two-bedroom apartment at an astonishingly reasonable cost, despite its pristine condition. Nestled within a delightful community, the apartment stood conveniently close to Jess' school. Naturally, obtaining their consent would be imperative, yet even if they were to resist, you would unhesitatingly embark on a legal journey to assert your rights. Yet even if they were to resist, you would unhesitatingly them to court.
You wanted a better life for Jess, you wanted the rest of her remaining years of growth to unfold effortlessly. Your affection for her was so profound that witnessing her spiral, just as you had, while residing with your parents was simply inconceivable.
Startled by a gentle tap on your window, you were momentarily transported from the reverie you had been lost in while sitting in the Kroger's parking lot. Your mind had been wandering, lost in a sea of thoughts. With your heart pounding in your chest, you slowly shifted your gaze towards the source of the sound and cautiously opened the window, allowing a sliver of the outside world to seep in.
She was an elderly lady, much older than you, with a look of homelessness about her. Her shirt was stained and torn, her jeans in tatters, and her face covered in grime. You hesitated for a moment before offering her a warm smile and rolling down your window just a tad further.
  "Hi, do you need something?"
As her murmurs dance in disarray, fragments of words manage to intertwine, and in a fleeting moment, a shiver cascades down your spine. " You're. . . Die. . . Tonight."
Her expression is vacant, her gaze distant, and the fidgety way she picks at her cuticles hints at her unease. Even though you feel a sense of discomfort, a strong urge to leave the parking lot doesn't overcome you. Instead, you reach into the glove compartment, retrieve a crumpled $20 bill, and gently pass it through the window.
You recoil in shock as she snatches it out of your hand, making sure to quickly wobble off. With your heart racing, you roll up the window and sink into the headrest, trying to soothe your jangled nerves. What the hell was that about? The only conclusion you can draw is that she must be a deranged old woman.
After finally catching your breath, you unlock your car door and slide out, card in hand. Gently inserting the blue plastic into the slot at the back of your phone case, you carefully place it in your pocket. The night had fallen, and you were eager to return to the comfort of your home.
You took a cart from the parking lot racks and pushed it inside, feeling the chill of the air as you entered the store. "Hmm, what should I pick up for Jess?"
"Jess! Mom! I'm home!" You set the bags onto the dining room table and wait there with a cocked hip. Within moments, Jess emerges from her room and descends the stairs in a flurry. A gentle smile adorns your face as you present the tub of delectable ice cream, relishing in the delightful sound of her joyful squeal.
"Ah! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" With a grateful smile, she plants a sweet kiss on your cheek and pulls you into a warm embrace. She then heads to the kitchen, excitedly searching through the drawer for a spoon. Your mother, already present in the kitchen, peeks out from behind the corner.
You notice her face contorting into a slight frown paired with a gentle smile. You recognize that look instantly, so you grab the car keys and smoothly slide the card off the table. Her eyes soften with regret as she passes you a tiny list. "It's just a few things, the ingredients for Jakiya's birthday cake that slipped my mind. Do you mind picking them up?"
You raised an eyebrow, lips pursed. "I don't necessarily have a choice, mom." Your mom huffed and rolled her eyes. "It's a simple yes or no question, don't be difficult." Despite your strained relationship with your mom, you made an effort to avoid arguments when Jess was present.
Speaking of which, Jess had stopped rummaging in the drawer, body strung tight like a bow. Your gaze softened as you released a weary, deep sigh. You were completely fed up with your parents' nonsense, but Jess shouldn't have to witness the constant fighting between the three of you.
With a gentle nibble on the tender flesh of your cheek, you gracefully acknowledged your mother's request, enveloping yourself in the comforting embrace of your jacket. "Sure mom, what do you need?"
A smile of gratitude adorned her face as she pushed a small list towards you. You grinned wryly as you snatched it, then swiftly headed towards the door. The sun had long set, plunging the world into darkness. The street lights flickered weakly, barely illuminating the empty streets.
Jess gazes at you as you prepare to depart, smiling guiltily.  With a playful roll of your eyes, you silently express your affection, mouthing the words 'I love you' and blowing a tender kiss in her direction. Her nose scrunches up adorably, but her face lights up with a radiant smile as she reciprocates the gesture. As you steal a glance to the side, you catch sight of your mother observing the exchange, her eyes filled with a bittersweet longing.
"Text me if there's something else, I'm not going back out later." The words were directed towards Jess, but she dismissed them with a wave of her hand and reached for a large spoon from the drawer. Stepping outside, you were greeted by the refreshing embrace of the cool, crisp air, causing you to release a frustrated sigh. The sound of your keys jingled as you retrieved them from your pocket, pressing a button to unlock the car doors. With a swift motion, you hopped into the front seat and firmly closed the door behind you.
You wait impatiently as the engine sputters before shutting off. Resting your head on the steering wheel, you attempt a few more times before surrendering. Frustrated, you hit the dashboard and recline in your seat. If you were to go inside and inform your mom that the car wouldn't start, she'd make you walk anyway.
With a sigh escaping your lips, you swing open the door and slide from the seat locking the doors behind you. Embarking on your journey towards Kroger, you find yourself humming a gentle melody, adding a touch of serenity to your brisk pace towards the supermarket. The night envelops you in a tranquil embrace, yet the houses you pass by are alive with vibrant activity. As you stroll along, your gaze wanders towards the windows, offering glimpses into the lives unfolding within.
Some families are cooking while others are at the table already eating. Happiness danced in the air, casting its enchanting spell upon every corner. Yet, as you observed this idyllic scene, a twinge of envy tugged at your heartstrings. Growing up, you yearned for such a blissful atmosphere that seemed to elude you. At the tender age of nine, your parents bestowed upon you the title of maturity, deeming you wise beyond your years. And while, yes, you possessed a certain level of wisdom, it did not equate to being capable enough to care for your baby sister.
It fell upon you to fetch Jess from daycare and ensure a safe journey back home for the two of you. It was your responsibility to prepare meals for both of you after school. The weight of raising your four-year-old sister and yourself rested solely on your shoulders, as there was no one else to do it for you. Over time, the bond between both of you and your parents had weakened. They were seldom present, and when they were, disagreements ensued. You made an effort to keep the arguments hushed whenever Jess was around. She often blamed herself for the strained relationship between you, your mom, and your dad.
As you stroll along the dimly lit street, a sudden hush falls upon your heart as the echo of footsteps reaches your ears. Time seems to stand still, and for a fleeting moment, your heart skips a beat. Yet, amidst the uncertainty, you cling to a glimmer of hope, imagining that those footsteps might belong to a passerby, innocently treading the same path as you.
They draw nearer, their footsteps quickening. You swallow your trepidation, nearly stumbling as a man's voice pierces the air. "Excuse me!" His voice resonates with a deep, thunderous timbre, sending shivers down your spine. You flinch, but press on, hastening towards the bustling street where the glow of passing cars illuminates the pavement and towering structures. Towards the sanctuary of safety.
 "Hey! I'm talking to you."
You're almost there. You start to jog a little but they've closed in a bit too much. Their presence looms closer, their energy palpable. Just as panic threatens to consume you, you part your lips to release a piercing scream, only to find that silence has enveloped the air.
A gentle breeze rustles the leaves of a bush, followed by a brief, hushed cry that fades into silence. The chirping of crickets has ceased, leaving a stillness that envelops the world. With uncertainty, you glance behind you and collapse to the ground as the two men have vanished. Gazing up at the night sky, the reflection in your eyes, you offer silent gratitude to whoever intervened and saved you in that fleeting moment.
You stand up and you resume your journey, eventually arriving at the bustling street. Though your legs falter when you notice the woman from earlier sitting on a bus stop bench. The impact of the $20 becomes evident as she savors a warm, nourishing meal, and her once weary eyes seem to be less bloodshot.
A part of you hesitates to pass by her, yet you dismiss that fleeting sense of unease and march towards her. It appears that she is also cautious of your presence, as her head swiftly turns towards you—almost as if she is just as cognizant of you as you are of her. Her gaze drifts beyond your shoulder and her eyes widen, a sheer terror reflecting in them. She abandons her meal, rises with some effort, clutches onto her bag, and hastens away.
Your brows knit together and you cast a glance over your shoulder, a whirlwind of bewilderment dancing in your gaze. There is no one lingering in the shadows and the surroundings appear undisturbed. Returning your attention to her path, you discover that she has vanished into thin air. A sense of unease settles within you as you resume your journey towards the store, diligently keeping a watchful eye on the space behind you.
The parking lot is nearly empty when you leave the store. Alongside you, a stream of tired employees bid farewell to their workday, their footsteps echoing in harmony with your own. Amid this scene, a message from Jess illuminates your phone, informing you that dinner has already been prepared. However, a bittersweet note lingers as their parents, driven by impatience, have chosen to indulge in the meal without your presence.
The girl had put you some food up and would eat with you when you got home. You tell her that it's fine and for her to go to sleep. She responds back with the middle finger emoji. You let out a soft laugh and gently tuck your phone away, resuming your journey back home. In moments like these, you can't help but appreciate the invaluable presence of your sister. She is the unwavering support that keeps you grounded, the guiding light that helps you navigate through life's challenges. It is because of her that you find the strength to persevere, even in the face of your parents' constant demands.
Raising Jess, despite its challenges, has molded you into the person you are now. A person who is dependable, always on time, patient, and strong-willed. You possess the remarkable ability to adapt swiftly and thrive in any endeavor you undertake. If your parents hadn't entrusted you with the responsibility of raising your sister, none of these remarkable qualities would have blossomed within you. Although it may be bittersweet, raising Jess has truly been a hidden blessing, concealed in the depths of life's mysteries.
As you hurriedly make your way home, you take a shortcut and find yourself in the dimly lit parking lot of a mysterious barber shop. Instantly, a wave of regret washes over you as you stumble upon a group of men engaged in some clandestine activity. Panic sets in, and you quickly decide to retreat. However, fate has other plans for you. In your haste, you accidentally collide with a solid chest, causing you to freeze in your tracks.
When you gather the courage to look up, you are met with a sight that leaves you breathless. Standing before you is a towering figure, adorned with intricate tattoos that seem to tell stories of their own. His pierced septum and eyebrow only add to his intimidating presence, and his annoyed expression sends shivers down your spine. As his eyebrows furrow, you can't help but do a double take at his striking attractiveness.
"Watch where you're going, woman." You nod in agreement and attempt to move aside, but a member of the group lets out a disrespectful whistle. Your body tenses as you try to keep walking, only to have your wrist grabbed by another individual. "Where do you think you're going? You're such a pretty little thing."
"I just want to get home. Please, let me go." Your attempt at a stern tone falters as your voice quivers and a hiccup escapes. Laughter fills the air, causing you to shrink back as if confronting a pack of wolves. Six of them.
The mysterious figure you collided with earlier firmly grasps the man who is restraining your wrist. " I don't have all fucking night Tyler. Either give me my shit, or I'm going to blow your brains across this goddamn lot."
The atmosphere suddenly becomes hushed, as if time itself holds its breath. A distant memory resurfaces, a conversation shared with your sister, where you both playfully pondered about how you would handle such a situation. Laughter filled the air as you jokingly mentioned pepper spray and karate moves. But now, in this very moment, fear grips your heart, rendering you utterly petrified.
Tyler releases his grip on you, causing a small, trembling breath to escape your lips. "Jesus, Dom. I was just joking," he says nervously, glancing at his friends for support. A few chuckle while others remain silent.
Dom gazes at you, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Go. Before I change my mind." Despite the stern tone, there is a softness in his eyes that reassures you. You thank him profusely and speed walk away from the group.
The moment you thought you were making headway, the piercing screams and the thunderous gunshots shatter the night's calmness. Time seems to stand still as the world around you falls into an eerie silence once again. With a lump in your throat, you quicken your pace, feeling the weight of tears welling up in your eyes.
This couldn't possibly be the end for you. It simply couldn't. You still had a duty to care for your sister, to provide her with a better life than you ever had. You longed to shield her from your parents, but how could you do that if you were no longer alive?
As you sprint away, tightly holding onto the groceries, a gasp escapes your lips before a hand covers your mouth, guiding you into a hidden bush. The struggle feels like the most intense challenge you've ever faced. Through a tiny gap, you catch a glimpse of your groceries left behind on the pavement.
  " Shh, little female."
As if by magic, a wave of calm washes over you the moment you recognize the familiar presence of 'Dom'. Tears cascade down your cheeks, and you gently rest your hands upon his, feeling the rhythmic beats of your heart resonating in your ears. As you glance through the foliage, a gasp escapes your lips upon seeing 'Tyler' once again. Yet, he appears far from human this time. His complexion is a mesmerizing shade of deep purple, and his face is adorned with four fiery red eyes and a menacing set of frothing, razor-sharp teeth.
His mouth oozes with saliva, which cascades onto the solid ground and creates a sizzling noise. It was acidic. Dom embraces you tightly, his free hand ascending. In his grasp, a peculiar gun emerges, unlike anything you have ever laid eyes upon. With precision, he positions the barrel's tip against the peephole, his finger gently caressing the trigger. As the gun powers up, a radiant orange glow illuminates its entire frame, casting an ethereal aura. The release is nearly soundless, as a beam pierces through 'Tyler's forehead.
He moves away from you, emerging from the bushes, taking your stunned body in his arms and lifting you up gently. Running his fingers through his hair, the white locks falling smoothly into place.
As your gaze meets his, your mortal eyes widen in awe. He appears changed, yet undeniably captivating in a strange, otherworldly manner. His complexion is a deep shade of grey, adorned with intricate tattoos in an unfamiliar script. Some markings are white, while others emit a haunting red glow. His hair, too, is a ghostly white, almost pulsating with life. His eyes, a cloudy white, give the impression of blindness, yet two more eyes rest just below the main set. The piercings on his nose and eyebrow remain, adding to his enigmatic allure.
You take a step back, but he gives you a piercing look that freezes you in place "What are you?" Without a word, he hesitates for a moment before taking your hand and leading you away. "Where are we going?" Your voice trembles with fear. Dom halts and releases your hand. He gestures towards the lifeless body.  "Do you see that? Hundreds of those things have already touched Terra, 3 earth months ago."
You shiver and wrap your arms around yourself, trying to keep warm. The deep timber of his voice brings you back to reality. "They proliferate with astonishing speed, ceaselessly multiplying. Your planet is infested, we're only here to see if it was preventable. We were too late."
As he looks down upon you, his eyes soften, embracing the sight of your trembling figure.  "Our ultimate aim is to gather a chosen few among humanity and escort you to a hospitable planet, so that you can once again repopulate."
You shake your head slowly, taking a step back, "I cannot abandon my sister here." Dom releases a fierce growl, pointing his gun towards you and firing. The beam narrowly misses you, striking another monster in the head.
"Make it quick."

In a flurry of movement, you dart into the house, the groceries slipping from your grasp and finding their place on the table in a haphazard manner. Dom follows silently, his presence masked by a cloaking device that renders him invisible to the naked eye.
Your heart races within your chest, a wild stallion galloping against the confines of its cage, as you ascend the stairs with reckless abandon, the sound of your footsteps reverberating loudly against the wooden steps. Bursting into Jess' room, a wave of relief washes over you, a grateful prayer whispered under your breath. Taking a seat on her bed, your smile quivers with a mixture of emotions.
Her expression is one of bewilderment and a touch of fear. Tenderly, you sweep a strand of hair away from her face. "Do me a favor, my sweet girl. Pack some clothes, but pack light. I'll explain on the way but do it quickly." Jess has always trusted your decisions without hesitation, and she won't begin to question them now. She swiftly jumps out of bed and retrieves a bookbag from her wardrobe, the very same one you both use during your camping adventures.
"We don't have much time, little female." His tone isn't rushing in the slightest but you quickly head to your room and grab your book bag. You gather only the essentials - tough denim, comfortable shirts, reliable footwear, empty notebooks, and writing tools.
Jess rushed into the room, packing faster than anticipated, much to your relief. You take her hand and guide her out, but suddenly a loud crash interrupts. Both of you scream and huddle in the corner. Dom reveals himself and fires a shot, striking the massive creature in the shoulder. Its deafening roar rattles the house and you hear your parents' heavy footsteps approaching. Just as the monster lunges towards you, Dom takes aim and shoots it in the head. Neon blood splatters the wall, causing it to slowly dissolve.
With wide, frightened eyes, Jess looks up at you as you cling to her protectively. Your parents step into the room, dressed in their robes, shocked expressions on their faces as they take in the scene in front of them. Dom pays no attention to them, instead turning his gaze towards you and giving you a once-over.
" Are you ready?"
With a subtle nod, you accept his outstretched hand, intertwining your fingers with his while ensuring your younger sister is safe by your side. The first to break the silence is your father, his voice laced with bewilderment. "What the hell is happening?!" His eyes fixate on you, as if you hold the key to unraveling this enigma. Disregarding his inquiry, Dom strides past, leading the three of you down the staircase. Your parents trail behind, bombarding you with a flurry of questions. Despite their persistent curiosity, you make a conscious effort to block out their voices, but your mother intervenes by snatching Jess away from your side.
With a sudden movement, the girl breaks free and falls into your waiting arms. Dom brandishes his weapon, his expression icy and resolute. Your mother retreats, seeking solace in the arms of your father.
Dom takes the lead, while the two of you follow closely. Observing Jess, he sees her slight build and anticipates she may have difficulty keeping pace. However, he remains utterly unfazed, not a hint of complaint escaping his lips. In a surprising display of strength, he effortlessly lifts her, prompting her to let out a startled yelp, and places her book bag on his shoulder.
" We need to move fast. Keep up."
As you secure your book bag and inhale deeply, a rush of adrenaline courses through you. Dom sprints ahead, weapon in hand. The sound of breaking glass startles you, disrupting the tranquility of the surroundings you had just passed. The anguished cries of parents and children tug at your heartstrings, but your focus remains on Jess.
The length of time you've been running is a blur, your legs now numb from the effort. Nevertheless, you persist, matching his pace as best as you can. Jess has succumbed to sleep, worn out from the night's adventures. You grin wearily at her and give yourself a firm slap on the cheeks, determined to stay awake.
Dom is pleasantly surprised by how far you've been able to sprint, appreciating your resilience and commitment to your kin. As the three of you reach a vast clearing, he gradually slows down and halts. You catch up to him, panting heavily, with sweat glistening on your skin. You look at him, curious as to why he's stopped. Dom raises his arm and utters something in his native tongue. The gauntlet beeps and responds to him in kind.
The once vacant clearing now teems with life as your gaze is captivated by the majestic arrival of a ship. Its sheer grandeur overwhelms you, compelling you to take a step back. Towering above, the ship's entrance demands you to tilt your head back.
As Dom guides you onward, the hatch swings open, inviting you to step onto its surface. A warm welcome awaits you from a gathering of his companions, each adorned in vibrant hues, yet all sharing the distinctive feature of milky white eyes. Drawing nearer to Dom, you find solace in the proximity of your sister. They engage in conversation briefly, before the hatch seals shut and Dom secures his firearm in its holster. " You will be safe here. The ship will take off tomorrow night when my people come with more of your kind."
He leads the two of you to a room, one big bed placed in the middle of it accompanied by a smattering of curious contraptions. The walls exude an ethereal shade of slate grey metal, while a petite window graces the space just above a cozy sitting area. Tenderly, Dom settles Jess upon the bed and places the bag on a nearby table. He looks towards you and motions forward. "Rest."
As he moves towards the room's exit, you seize his hand. Your eyes betray a lack of trust, not in him, but in the very ship and its occupants. Dom stares at you, his emotions veiled, and you struggle to hold back tears. " Will you come back? Are you leaving us?"
In Dom's world, the idea of a female requiring reassurance and assistance was unfamiliar territory. The females on his planet, known as sîmalę, were formidable warriors, often occupying positions of power surpassing those of the males. Dom found himself fortunate to have gotten his position. [ Female¹]
He reminds himself that you are a human hailing from the terra planet. The concept of hunting or encountering creatures that did not resemble pets or the animals confined within the cages of a zoo was foreign to you. Dom gently releases your hand from his grasp, his gaze emanating reassurance despite the vacancy in his expression." Sleep, little female and this one will be back soon."
Observing as you reluctantly nod, you make your way towards the bed. With tenderness, you remove your sister's shoes and tuck her in, finding solace in this simple act of nurturing. Your savior exits the room, leaving you to collapse onto your knees, tears cascading from your eyes. The events of today crash upon you with the intensity of a thunderstorm, and you come to the realization that it is now solely you and your sister. A small part of you regrets not bringing your parents along, but you have convinced yourself that it was the wisest choice.
 " What's wrong?"
You swiftly brush away the tears with the back of your hand. Gazing at your sister, you grasp her hand gently in yours. Her eyes hold a hint of doubt as you shake your head. It was crucial to show Jess that you were the pillar of strength, assuring her safety and control.
"It's nothing, I'm just exhausted. Let's head to sleep okay?" Jess nods, revealing the empty side of the bed for you to rest on. You kick off your shoes and wrap yourself in the comforter. Jess joins you promptly, nestling beside you to provide warmth. The lights recognize your need for rest and dim down.
  "I love you."
You grin and hold her hand in yours. "I love you too."
—-
The gentle murmur of voices pulls you from your slumber, but Jess is no longer by your side, leaving you feeling a sense of emptiness. Your eyes gradually open, taking in your surroundings. A sleepy yawn escapes your lips as you sit up in bed. The voices fall silent, only to be replaced by Jess' voice, beckoning you to join the conversation.
"Are you finally awake?"
A slight thumbs up is the only response Jess receives before you run your hands over your eyes, dispelling the drowsiness. "Dom says that the others will be back soon, in two hours. Then we'll be leaving here." At the mention of his name, you lift your gaze completely. The alien is stationed at the entrance, arms crossed, sporting a ghostly smile as a greeting.
Relief floods through you when he appears, and he can sense it too. Your oxytocin levels spike at the mere sight of him. The moment is disrupted by the loud rumbling of Jess' stomach, leading her to groan and flop onto the bed. "I'm starving!"
A piece of your heart is relieved to see Jess back to her usual self, yet a part of you understands the importance of discussing the recent events and what lies ahead. Dom opens the room door and motions to it. "This one will take you to the canteen, you'll eat there."
Jess eagerly jumps out of bed, taking your hand and pulling you along. "Hurry, I don't want to go by myself," she pleads. You yield to her plea and stand up. Dom watches the two of you but doesn't race you to get ready. The two of you quickly put on your shoes and exit the room.
Dom assumes the lead, acknowledging the presence of the guards stationed throughout the ship. "You will eat with the rest of your kind, worry not." You reciprocate with a nod, holding your sister tightly while marveling at the ship and its bewildering gadgets that surpass Earth's comprehension. Dom opens the door for both of you, placing a comforting hand on your lower back. His touch brings solace as you step inside, with Jess following closely behind. Although the canteen isn't teeming with people, its modest occupancy provides a semblance of safety within the ship's vast expanse.
"Jess?"
The sound of your sister's name comes from a girl with dyed red and pink hair. A dazzling diamond stud graces her pierced nose, and her eyes gleam in a warm toffee shade. It takes a moment for your sister to locate the person who called out to her, but when she does, her eyes fill with tears of happiness as she waves in acknowledgment.
You anticipate your sister's eager rush, yet she remains rooted, her hand clasping yours with increasing intensity, as if seeking your validation. A profound connection is forged as your eyes meet, and despite the weariness etched upon your visage, you manage to summon a tired smile, silently conveying your agreement. With unwavering determination, Jess propels herself towards the girl in the queue, leaping into her outstretched arms. "Kayla!"
While your sister is occupied, you sit at an unoccupied table, startled by Dom's sudden presence across from you. "How do you and your kin fair? Little female." It's a pity that you feel more at ease with an alien than your own kind.
" My name is [ ]."  The nickname he has given you isn't one that offends you in any way. The way he uses it is quite endearing, but you'd rather him call you by your real name than anything else. You wring your hands together and your stress levels rise steadily. Anxious thoughts swirl in your mind as you ponder,  "What will happen to everyone else that's left here?"
Your name carries the meaning of 'to conquer' in his native tongue and he finds it fitting for you. Dom's jaw tightens slightly as he locks eyes with you. "This one will not lie to you. Many of your species will die, it is survival of the fittest when it comes to the Qęnłar. They are hard to kill without proper weapons but it is not impossible."
[ Abomination¹]
A soft gasp is stifled by your hand as tears well up in your eyes. The sense of guilt consumes you, making you question your own worthiness. Unsure of how you could have helped, you can't help but feel like an imposter among those who perished.
Dom seems to sense your inner turmoil and does his best to console you. "There is not much you could've done, litt–."His voice falters momentarily as he nearly utters the name he'd given you, but he swiftly regains composure. "Had you not gone out that night, you also could've been left here on terra to die. None aboard this vessel would have spared a second thought to rescue you."
It's clear that he's not skilled at soothing people, particularly humans, yet you offer your thanks with a watery smile. As he opens his mouth to speak again, he gently places a hand on his ear. Despite the absence of eyebrows, you observe the furrow in the center of his forehead. His gaze turns icy as he stands up from the table.
"This one will find you in your chambers later, ask the guard to lead you when you are ready. Fęrłåk dė hłał." Although you don't understand the meaning behind his words, you nod in agreement, captivated by the enigmatic aura surrounding him. He then departs, pausing briefly to converse with the guard. [ Eat well ¹]
With a glance in your direction, the alien acknowledges Dom with a nod. Your stomach emits a low growl, prompting you to lay your head on the table, too fatigued to make a move.
Clang!
Next to your slouched figure, Jess sets down two trays brimming with mouth-watering dishes. As you straighten up, a grin spreads across your face. You instinctively grab the tray loaded with an assortment of fruits, feeling understood by her intuitive gesture— she knew you so well.
"Where did he go?" You assume she's talking about Dom. With a nonchalant shrug of your shoulders, you indulged in the succulent sweetness of a ripe mango, savoring each delicate bite.
 "Jess. What happened yesterday–."
The girl holds up her hand. "I don't know what happened when you left, and there's no need to tell me. I've never questioned anything you've done for me before because you always have the best interest at heart. Thank you for coming back for me. Dom told me that you wouldn't leave without me."
She gazes down at her tray of food. "A part of me feels guilty for leaving mom and dad but I know that you made the right decision and had your reasons." Jess lets out a shaky sigh and turns to face you. "I'm scared, absolutely terrified but I want to be strong for you. Like how you are for me. I can tell you're stressed as it is and I don't want to burden you."
You pull her into a hug and shake your head. "Jess, you could never, and I mean never be a burden to me. Do you understand?" She nods into your chest, sniffling softly. You rub her back and bite your lip. "I'm also really scared, this is new to me but I'll make sure that we'll get through it."
She nods again and pulls away from you. You purse your lips, a mixture of emotions swirling within you, and decide to divert your attention by savoring the delectable cantaloupe. "Now eat. You pulled me from my sleep and I want to go back to bed."  Jess chuckles softly, her head bobbing in agreement. " I'm also really sleepy. It'd also be crazy to wake up in space."
The mere thought causes you to grimace involuntarily. This entire experience is uncharted territory for you, but just like in the past, you will learn to adapt and persevere. The cool, refreshing juice of the watermelon glides down your throat, its delightful taste prompting a gentle hum of satisfaction.
It feels almost surreal to grasp the idea that within a mere two hours, you will bid farewell to your beloved home. A place you believed to be exclusively inhabited by humans, the notion of extraterrestrial existence had never crossed your mind. The journey that lies ahead will undoubtedly present its fair share of challenges and hardships. This very moment, unfolding like a scene from an otherworldly sci-fi saga, is something you never could have anticipated, even in your wildest dreams. And now, as you find yourself in this new reality, your mission has taken on a profound meaning - to protect Jess at all costs.

"Captain X'ęnš would like to enter your chambers. Will you allow him access?"
In a state of heightened alertness, you find yourself sitting up, your muscles tense with anticipation. The room is suddenly bathed in light, only to swiftly dim as the perceptive AI detects that Jess is still sound asleep. A wave of uncertainty washes over you as you contemplate the identity of the person standing outside the door.
Your gaze sweeps across the room, desperately seeking an object to grasp onto for a sense of security. Eventually, your eyes settle upon one of your worn boots. With a mixture of doubt and determination, you call out to the AI. "Please show me the door feed." A brief moment of silence ensues before the AI responds, its voice calm and reassuring. "Certainly."
The door shimmers, revealing a translucent barrier that draws you nearer. Dropping the shoe, you breathe a sigh of contentment at the sight of Dom standing before you. Standing in front of the door, you gaze at him, captivated by the intricacies of his face.
 "Can he see me?"
In a swift response, the AI speaks, "Negative, this is a unidirectional perspective. He is visible solely to you."  As soon as it finishes saying that, Dom raises his head. Your heart pounds rapidly as his gaze eerily connects with yours, contradicting the AI's statement. "Open the door."
As the entryway unfolds with a whisper, Dom's towering figure emerges. You greet him with a breathless smile, slipping your hands into your back pockets. "Hi." Dom mellows at your soft tone, allowing you to place a hand on his arm and push him back, watching as you discreetly slide out of the room so as to not wake up your sister. He does a once over, looking for any wounds or signs of distress, and finds that he's pleased with himself that you're alright.
"This one said he would visit after his duties, jœrmünd łæ bšłåm." He watches with amusement as your eyebrows furrow. " What does that mean?" Your lips form a thoughtful pout. "And earlier you said, ferrak di hal." From the moment you first laid eyes on him, even though it was just recently, you had been curious to discover the sound of his laughter, and it did not disappoint.
His laugh isn't boisterous. It's a deep and soothing sound, akin to the soft murmur of a distant waterfall. As the echoes of his laughter reached your ears, they stirred a gentle fire within, causing a delightful warmth to spread and caress your belly. Whether he noticed the subtle increase in your body's temperature or not, he remained silent, allowing the enchantment of the moment to weave its spell.
"Jœrmünd łæ bšłåm, it translates roughly in terra language to, 'good evening.'" His eyes twinkle with a playful delight as you attempt to mimic the intricate sounds and melodic cadence. " Fęrłåk dė hłał. It means to, eat well."
Dom gazes intently at you, then clasps his hands behind his back. "Walk with this one."  You wriggle your toes in your cozy socks and give a slight nod.
As if guided by an invisible force, your steps align effortlessly with Dom's. The silence envelops you, but it feels far from uncomfortable. Your gaze wanders through the vast corridors of the ship, capturing glimpses of unfamiliar beings from distant worlds. At this moment, you break the silence and softly inquire, "May I know your name?"
With a quick glance, Dom's gaze shifts to you, his lips forming a straight line, prompting a frown to appear on your face. You ponder if your request was too bold, unsure of the cultural norms that may have been offended by your question.
As he utters the words, a sense of relief washes over you, even though his expression seems tinged with sadness. "This one's given name is Nim'xėn." he murmurs. In the distance, a group of his fimea approaches, but you remain oblivious, lost in your own thoughts. With a tender touch, he clasps your wrist and guides you to his side, yet your attention barely registers the gesture. [ soldiers ]
"Nim'xėn, in the language I speak, translates to 'of soft heart'. It doesn't much fit, when it comes to this one's line of work." Your mouth opened in a small 'o', that was probably the reason he had stuck with Dom all this time. You laughed softly, holding your hands up in surrender when he shoots you a coltish look of exasperation.
"I think it fits, regardless of what you do." There is no trace of mockery in your tone, nor any hint of jesting at his expense. With a gentle smile adorning his face, he steals a glance at you. A surge of warmth courses through your veins, causing your body temperature to soar. Swiftly, he averts his gaze, evading your notice.
With a gentle laugh, he responds to your attempt at saying his name, "Nim'jin?" He guides you towards a door, "This one will help you practice your Tuökkorsė, later." You assume that he's talking about his home language and your cheeks flush with embarrassment, making you question just how badly you butchered his name.
As Nim'xėn gently swings open the door, a beckoning gesture invites you to step inside. Without hesitation, you follow the invitation, and in an instant, your jaw falls open in awe. Unbeknownst to you and Jess, who had been lost in slumber for over two hours, the ship had gracefully ascended into the vastness of space. The sight before you is nothing short of breathtaking, confirming your belief that waking up to the wonders of the cosmos is an experience beyond compare.
The space around you is encased in what looks like a delicate glass structure. You floated weightlessly in the vast expanse of the universe, far from the comforts of home. "Nim, this is truly breathtaking," you marveled. The alien blinked in response to the endearing nickname but remained silent. "Jess would love to see this."
Nim'xėn walks up behind you and fixates on the view he has witnessed countless times. However, inexplicably, he discovers himself treasuring your pįiwth expressions and yearning to unveil new wonders, all to witness your delightful grin once more. [ childish or cute¹ ]
"This one gives permission for you and your kin to visit here anytime." The enigmatic allure you possess has captivated him, leaving him bewildered. It is not his nature to be swayed so easily. He should have abandoned you on that desolate street, yet your innocent gaze had a profound effect on him. The depth of your love for your family astounded him, for even in the presence of imminent danger, your thoughts were solely consumed by her, and her alone.
Once he had escorted you to your room, his task should have been complete. Yet, your tender human hand had entwined with his own. Your unwavering trust and reliance had ensnared him, making it difficult for him to let go. In a realm where his female counterparts were independent and formidable, that moment of vulnerability had drawn him in, like a eürq to light.
 [ large mosquito like creature —  a saying similar to, ' a moth to flame ' ¹ ]
Yet, he also knew how strong you were. None before you had managed to match his speed, let alone endure it for an entire three hours. Your unwavering determination fascinated him. Nim'xėn yearned to prolong your time together, reluctant to bid you farewell.
Turning to the extraterrestrial, you met his gaze with the same wide-eyed innocence that had captivated him during your initial encounter. "Seriously?" His nod elicited a radiant smile on your face, reminiscent of the joy of Christmas, and Nim'xėn felt a flutter in his hearts. Your eyes then sought his. "How do you say thank you in your language?"
Nim'xėn couldn't help but find it pįiwth¹ that you were making an effort to learn his people's language. He decided to humor you. "Stęq'hn kevvhr.²" The alien chuckles when you grimace, looking up at him with furrowed brows.  [ childish or cute¹ ] [ thank you² ]
 "Lirft X'ęnš, quœ mojå iėał ph'ük ak hlem.¹ "
As he tightens his jaw, a resolute grunt escapes his lips. Returning his attention to you, he observes the slight downturn of your plush lips and the tilt of your head to the side. "Do you need to leave, again?" Nim'xėn softly hums, his hand finding solace on your lower back as he leads you towards the door.
[ Captain X'ęnš, we need your assistance up front. ¹ ]
"This one will take you back to your room."
As you tread back, a hushed calmness settles in, and Nim'xėn discerns that your thoughts have carried you away. Respecting your need for introspection, he chooses not to disturb your reverie. Upon arriving at the room, you turn around, meeting his gaze head-on. "Stęq'han kever." Without delay, you slip inside, leaving him standing there, his words left unspoken.
He then realizes that while the two of you were walking back, you had been trying to replicate what he had just said. Nim'xėn, finding himself once more, made his way towards the pit. Despite your imperfect rendition, he grasped the essence of your intention and couldn't help but chuckle to himself.

Written for Day 29 of @steddielovemonth
He tells himself it’s going to be worth it. Standing here in thirty degree weather, shivering his ass off, waiting for the ticket office to open. Steve can picture the look on Eddie’s face when he shows up on their anniversary with Metallica tickets and that almost makes it worth it.
Three hours he’s been standing out here. The line is getting longer and longer, so he’s glad he made the decision to skip work for the day to come.
Almost. His toes are still fucking freezing.
“Hey man, you in the right line?” a couple of guys behind him snicker, and Steve has to keep from rolling his eyes.
“Sure am. Friend of mine really likes the band and couldn’t make it out, so I figured I would grab tickets for him,” Steve lies smoothly. It’s not really any of these guys’ business, but he’s learned that it’s sometimes the best way to deal with people like this.
The guys are quiet and one finally pipes up, “That’s kind of awesome, man. Sorry.”
Steve waves them off, pulling his jacket tighter around himself. He checks his watch; eight o’clock, the box office should open very soon. He had felt a little bad lying to Eddie, saying that he was going for a run and then had to get to work early, but he’d make it up to him with kisses later on.
He hears cheers go up and the line starts moving, butterflies kicking up in his belly. The counter comes into view and the bored girl at the desk pops her gum as he gets the tickets. Middle seats, nothing fancy, but it’ll be enough to make Eddie lose his mind.
Steve can’t wait.
Two weeks later they’re laying in bed, sweaty after sex and full of Jim’s Chinese from down the block. It’s been one of the best anniversaries Steve can remember, and he knows it’s about to get even better.
“Got you a present,” he tells Eddie, reaching over to his nightstand to pull out the envelope he’s been hiding there for the last two weeks. He can’t wait to see the look on Eddie’s face; it’s going to be worth being cold for three hours and the subsequent runny nose that followed.
Eddie grins, eyes shining. “I got you one too.” He reaches over and grabs something from his own bedside table. “On the count of three?”
Together, they say, “One… two… three!”
They each hand the other a similar looking envelope. Eddie opens his first, and lets out a screech of pleasure. “Holy shit!!! Metallica tickets? I thought they sold out!!” He tackles Steve to the bed, kissing his face obnoxiously. “How?”
“Went and waited in line,” Steve replies, because yup, absolutely worth it. “I wanted to get them for you.”
Eddie’s eyes are a little wet and he pulls his hair in front of his face, delighted. “Okay, now you. Then I’m going to ride you into the mattress because I can’t believe you did this for me.”
Heart full, Steve opens up his own envelope, only to find a pair of tickets to go see the Bulls play next Saturday. His eyes go wide. “Eddie, what? You got me Bulls tickets? How-?”
“Asked that guy Jake at your work and I went down the other day and got them. I thought you would like them.”
“But you hate sports!”
Eddie shrugs, looking bashful again. “Yeah, but you don’t. I thought it would nice, you know? We could go together? Unless you want to take like… Jake or something, but-”
He doesn’t even get to finish his sentence. Steve is pulling him close, kissing him like it’s the last thing he’ll ever do. Their bodies press together and Steve is so ready to show Eddie how much he appreciates him. Repeatedly, until neither of them can move.
All in all, a pretty great anniversary, he’d say.

̶̶̶̶ ̶«̶ ̶̶̶ ̶ ̶«̶ ̶̶̶ ̶ Requests open  ̶»̶ ̶̶̶ ̶ ̶»̶ ̶̶̶ ̶ ̶
You spend the rest of the night there with Todoroki. When he's asleep, you manage to slip away to put the groceries away and clean up the blood from his face and hands. By the morning, he's still out cold. You call his agency to tell them he won't be in and start making breakfast, preparing to wake him.
You walk to the couch and kneel down next to Shoto, putting your hand on his shoulder and shaking him a bit. "Sho. Sho, wake up," you say gently.
He groans, his eyes opening and chest rising as he takes a deep breath. Shoto tries to turn his head and look at you, but the second he moves, you can see the slight flitch in his face, his hand rising to his shoulder, feeling the bandage over his scent gland.
"What happened?"
"Your scent glands got infected. Do you remember yesterday at all? Or how it may have happened?"
Shoto groans. "That's the last time I use that stupid detergent from Kaminari."
"What?" you laugh.
"There was a... incident after a fight, involving some weirdly constructed slime, some dirt, and flower,” he mumbles. “Anyway, long story short, I had to wash my suit at the office, and Kaminari offered a special mix of detergent he uses. Considering his "special mix" of slime was part of how I got into that situation, it was a poor decision on my part. Must’ve had a reaction.”
You can't help but snicker a little. "Oh, Shoto." You shake your head and stand. "Come on, I made breakfast. Let's go to our room."
Shoto spends the day recovering in bed. While he's taking a nap, you begin washing the dishes from breakfast. In your own world you don't hear him walking up behind you. "Hey, Love," he says, resting his hand around your waist and leaning on your back, a normal action for him. Before you can respond, though, you feel the slight surge of pain jolt through you, him unknowingly touching the bruise on your back, making you jolt away from him.
You try to play it off, turning around and smiling at him. "Hey, how are you feeling?" You lean up to give him a kiss, but he backs away, a frown on his face.
"What was that? Are you ok?"
You turn around, shrugging like it's nothing. "Yeah. I'm fine." Shoto stands behind you, watching you closely. He raises his hand, gently touching you again. You don't react as much, but he notices how your body tightens up a little. "Y/n-"
"Shoto, I'm fine-" you begin, turning around to face him again, and as you do, you hit a glass off the counter, it shattering on the floor. "Oh, sorry!" you say, putting your hand out so he doesn't get cut.
"Y/n, be careful!" Shoto says, reaching out his hand to help you over it. You take his hand, stepping over the glass and grabbing the broom.
You and Shoto being cleaning, you'd like to believe it really was an accident and not a subconscious way to distract Shoto from your reaction. You knew he'd feel crushed if he saw the -still fresh and red- marks all over you, and you know he doesn't remember, so you decide to move on and not mention it to him until they're a bit more healed.
Three days later, Shoto is feeling better and heading back to his agency. In the area you work for, your schedule is one week on, and one week off, but the week off is set as only on-call, this's your on-call week.
You end up getting a call around two o'clock, and by the time you're done, you're tired and sore, especially where the claw and teeth marks are, your hero suit having been rubbing against them for hours. When you get home, you shrug off the top of your hero suit, figuring Shoto isn't home yet from the fight you heard he was in earlier in the day.
You stop at the counter in the kitchen, wanting to make a quick snack that you can take with you to the bedroom. You hear shuffling in the hallway, and then a voice. "Y/n." You turn around and smile.
"Oh! Hi, Shoto," you smile. You can make out his figure in the darkness, and you're hoping he can't see you clearly with only the light you turned on over the sink.
You know if he sees you, you'll be busted. You have a tank top on, but it doesn't hide what's on your shoulder.
"Hey! I was just making a snack," you say, turning around and reaching to grab your plate and turn the light off. When you turn back, he's only a few feet from you, and he stops with only inches between you. He takes one hand, taking the plate out of your hand, and at the same time reaching behind you and flicking the light back on. You can only look up at him, as his eyes focus on your shoulder and his hand slowly sets down your plate. "Y/n," he asks lowly.
"Yeah?"
"Who did this to you?"
"Sho, it's nothing," you say, trying to turn and walk away, but getting caught by his hand instinctively flying out, catching your side and again, making you flinch.
Shoto makes a face, his hand dropping away from you. "Let me see."
"Shoto-"
"Let. Me. See." You sigh in defeat, turning around and lifting your shirt. "Are those claw marks, Y/n?" The color in his eyes darkens, the color of an alpha coming out, the telling sign of anger levels rising.
"Yes, but they're not even that deep-"
"Who. Did. This."
You couldn't look at him, you didn't know what to say, how to say they were his claw marks. "They aren't that bad, Sho, it's fine."
"You're bleeding Y/n! How could you say that!"
"It's only sometimes, they're healing. How'd you know?"
"There's been blood on your shirts. It's small, not super noticeable, but not to mention every time I'd get too close or touch a certain spot you flinch. How did it Y/n? These are claw marks, deep claw marks. And a bite, that's frankly too close to your mating mark for my taste. And I know it is not from a fight, that no part of this is from a fight. What happened Y/n?"
You look down at your hands. "You did. Um, you were pretty out of it when Recovery Girl came over. So, to make sure you didn't attack her and stay still, I had you lean over me. You're body reacted automatically, it's really no big deal, Sho." You look up at him, and part of you wishes you hadn't. The anger and darkness in his eyes were replaced with hurt and sadness.
"Y/n, you- why didn't you tell me?" his voice sounds so small, so broken and it nearly breaks you.
"Cause, I knew you would beat yourself up. It's really not that bad."
"Y/n, it could get infected. Why aren't you treating them?" Shoto takes your hand and leads you to the bathroom, making you sit and take your shirt off.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you," you say as he starts treating the marks on your back.
"It's alright Y/n, just please don't do this again. You need to tell me next time. Accident or not. I thought you were attacked."
You sigh again. Shoto coming around and looking at your face, his eyes meeting yours, his hand tenderly caressing your cheek as he places a kiss on your lips. "I'm sorry, Love. And I promise I'll make this up to you."
"There's really no need. I told you, I'm fine."
No, Y/n. You're my omega and I left marks on you. Lasting marks. I will make this up for you. Promise."

The wind blew into Peter's dimly lit room he sat at his desk glasses resting on the bridge of his nose laptop propped open the continuous sound of keys typing while his fingers danced along the board with a sudden halt before they continued in a melodic manner
Click-click-click-crunch-click-click click-crunch- click-cli-tap-tap-tap-tap-
You on the other hand lied on your stomach on the comfort of the bed the cool sheets under your skin engulfing you fully your nose in textbook quite literally as it lied under your chin whole you read over the section writing down key points to drill into your brain later humming a tune from your throat of a song that you remember faintly, that you couldn't quite get out of your head.
Peter could feel the heat rushing to his face and he was suddenly very grateful for the lack of bright light in his room as one of his hands rested on your knees the other typing against the keys of his laptop that same comforting noise
You were up from your position off the bed trailing behind Peter's chair he finished typing his last few words before turning his attention towards you a welcoming gaze looking over your features as you slid next to him shuffling awkwardly in the chair that was too small to fit you both before you settled on the potion of you leaning against the arm of the chair, your legs thrown over the brunettes lap, and your head resting against his shoulder
Click-click-click-click-click-tap-tap-tap-click-click
Suddenly he was jerking in his seat as your cold hands pressed against his stomach recovering quickly so he didn't drop you while you snickered into his shoulder
“Bug boy can't handle a little cold?” You teased and if Peters face wasn’t red before it was beet now as he huffed with a roll of his eyes playfully
“Spiders die in the fall Y/n” He gasped playfully in mock offense and you could hear the smile in his voice without looking directly at him and you hummed in response playing with the loose thread of his sweater curled it around pinky before pulling downward for it to unravel in a loose spiral as you repeated the process
“I have to go dress shopping for your funeral, get one of those big church hats” You teased and the pale boy was gasping again with more seriousness to his tone
“Not the hat, im putting in my will that no one is allowed to wear obnoxious hats at my funeral it's a disrespect” Peter said matter-of-factly as holding back laughter in his throat occasionally pausing to get get his sentence out before he could turn into a laughing mess
“I'll be at the door with a basket snatching hats” You stated seriously before a second passed and you were both falling into a laughing fit that’s blended into the rustling trees outside the sound slipping through the open window seal
While you both settled after a moment you went to stand to go back to your work but Peter had grabbed onto the back of you he shirt In protest before you could get far looking at you with a pout
“We’ve been working for two hours we deserve a break, come on.” With a small huff you nodded before returning to your original position before letting a yawn take over your body resting your head on Peter’s shoulder as he swung you both side to side and soon he felt you lean into him a little more and listened into your heartbeat get a little slower
The vigilante couldn’t tell how much had passed but the sun was just setting when he had last check and now stars were in the sky he found a rhythm in your fanning breath against his neck
Peters attention shifted to his opening door rushing to shush his aunt with a finger to his lips and wide eyes which she visibly cringed at while nodding
“Just letting you know that I’m getting started on dinner and I just wanted to know if they were staying” She whispered apron secure around her frame and hair up on the back of her neck in a bun
“I should probably get them home curfew is soon” He whispered in response
“You know you’re a really good partner Peter” May whispered and before the boy could respond she was out of the room with the gentle shutting of the door following after her
“A good partner huh?” You mumbled tiredly and once again Peter was a red as he’d ever been

Imagine Miller doing a subbathon with yan chat except instead of donating bits to keep the stream going, they’re donating bits to see Y/n. Y/n is just sitting there next to Miller reading a book or something whilst they play a game and anytime the counter runs out because chat didn’t donate Miller juts kinda, throws a blanket over them or something until someone donates
A shadow appears outside your tent.
"Mind if I come in? Looks so cozy from here I might not leave.. Ow, ow, shit- not again." Setting up for the stream, Miller pokes their head through the curtains of your enclosure to attach a mic piece to a hanging frame, cerulean dreads snagging on the velcro latch in the midst of their playful banter. They mutter expletives, since as they tear their locks free. They crawl inside the tent and tap the mic overhead where you lay with a book in your lap and surrounded by a small library filled with more novels and other items needed for the duration of your stay. When Miller told you they'd be pulling out all the stops for your new corner - they meant it.
The whole idea for the space came when they discovered the very foundation for it online. They had mindlessly scrolling through various forums looking for ideas to make their room feel more of a home for you when they came across a frame for a floor bed fashioned in the design of a small house. It went in their cart that second and on their doorstep a day later. After gutting one side of their floor and setting the bed up, Miller fit it with your favorite sheets and pillows. They strung up mood lights and installed shelves into the walls for your trinkets. By the time they were done, the area was more decked out than their entire apartment. A fair act given who it was for. You warmed up to it well enough and that's all they could ever ask.
Miller grabs the remote for the lights and turns them up. "Quiet read in the dark unless you want eyesight somehow worse than mine." Their voice softens the closer they get until their lips graze your cheek. "You good to start?"
"Mmm...." You pull the blanket trapped beneath their knees over your lap. "Now I am."
Miller smiles. "Good. Remember, just turn off the cameras if you can't handle the attention. There's one there, there, and obviously here-" They point around the room, stopping on the front facing camera of your laptop. "And you have my card if you want order something to eat while we're live. I'll check on you in about an hour. Be good."
Miller nabs the pillow cushioning your elbow and lightly smacks your knee with it before backing out of the tent. They place it behind their neck as they sit down at their desk and adjust their headphones over their ears. Waking their monitors up, they find the feeds from your cameras on one and the scheduled stream on the other. Right before they tune in, Miller presses a kiss to the pads of their fingers and places it on the screen where you sat. The curtains draw back.
"Saw that!"
Miller hushes you, wiping the snicker off their face as the stream goes live. "Hey, guys. As some of you may know if you follow the community page, we have a special stream today."
They eyes the chat as you get comfortable. You yawn, laying on your side with your book in hand.
[I'll take your entire stock.]
[So glad I got paid yesterday. How are they so freaking cute?!]
[If someone gives a certain amount can they read to us too???]
[Alexa, what's my location]
"Your first mistake is thinking I'd have one of those things. Your second is not realizing we plan on moving every two years. You can watch them all you want, but it's best you remember Y/n is my partner. Cross any boundaries and I will take them away just as easily as I have shown them off to you.... but I'll still send pictures from the wedding!... Baby, you doing okay?
You hold your finger over your laptop's camera, reading the flood of messages and donations from your phone. "They absolutely hate when I do this.... but I think it works in our favor."

Extra occupation

Pairing: Jeno!boss x y/n!employee
Smut
Hair pulling, name calling, creampie, slightly a dubcon….
———-/requests are open————/——-
You walked into your manager's office after knocking on his door and hearing a “come in” he had full focus on what he had displayed on his computer screen. You walked to his desk bowing slightly before setting the coffee he asked you to bring him. Jeno leaned back in his seat shifting his glasses in place as he looked up at you then back at the coffee. He picked it up and put it to his lips taking small sips before looking back up at you. You felt a wave of anxiety wash over you when didn't say anything but it went away when he smiled at you “first day on the job Y/N and i'm happy to say i'm not regretting it, now run along the project is due wednesday.” he said setting the cup back down. you quickly bowed before making your way out of his office with a proud grin.
About half an hour later
Your desk phone started ringing so you stopped writing the sentence you were halfway through with, and picked it up “hello, this is Y/N how may i be of assist-” you were cut off by a pained voice “Y-Y/N get your ass up here..”.
“Boss? I-im on my way!” you quickly set the phone down rushing up the stairs so you wouldn't get scolded. When you got to his door you knocked but this time there was no reply so you walked in. your eyes widened. Jeno had his tie loosened, his hair was messy and his shirt was unbuttoned. His face was flushed and red, sweat beads ran down his face and chest. “Y/N fuck, w-what was in that coffee?” He asked out of breath, you looked at the ground “just cream and sugar, the way you said you wanted it…” Suddenly you remembered a female worker asking you to check her work, you left her by his coffee. “It was sumi, she had to do it!”. “Well then hurry, and find out what she did” he said sternly groaning in pain, you felt pity towards him. “Okay, I'll be back”. Luckily you ran into her as soon as you walked into the hall “Sumi-ah!” she turned towards you and smirked “what did you do to the boss's coffee?” you asked irritated she shot you a sarcastic look of confusion before snapping her fingers as if she had remembered something “ohhhh that, it was just a bit of viagra not that big of a deal now go have some fun” she turned back around you glared at her as she walked down the hall swaying her hips. walking back into his office you start to bite on your bottom lip “i-i found out what it was…..it was viagra..and you should probably handle that” you point at the tent in his pants, he snickered and stood up “uh uh” he shook his head, you backed away as he started approaching you “you're not leaving until you fix this…” you end up pinned against the wall both of his arms were firmly planted on both sides of you. You looked to your left and thought about making a run for it. The door knob was only a few inches away. You look back up at Jeno and before thinking twice you ducked underneath his arm reaching your hand out and grabbing hold of the doorknob you twisted it a few times but it wasn't opening “its locked” he mumbled grabbed you pulling your waist onto his. “There's no getting out of this, sweetheart”
Next thing you know your bent over his desk as he fucks you hard cock digging deeper into your cunt with each thrust. “Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.” Your mouth was agape and your hair was completely fucked up. He set both hands on your waist as his pace grew faster “s-such a good slut…”. The lewd sounds of skin colliding together and loud moans filled the room. You wouldn’t be surprised if rumors started right away. He pulls you by your hair and kisses you. You begin to feel a forming knot in your stomach as your moans become more and more high pitched. You can feel his finger nails dig into your hips. You push back into him, syncing with his thrusts. Your legs begin to shake and your arms give out on you. Your body trembles and your breathing is harsh. You feel a warm liquid spill inside you Jeno, lets out a loud groan. You felt him pull out, you fall onto the office floor. He helps you up setting you in a chair.
“I want you to come in tomorrow 7 Am sharp…”
You nodd tiredly. “I’ll make s-sure to be on time.”

Noah Sebastian x OFC
I'm so sorry it took me a little longer to update. I've got a gnarly head cold, but I'm in bed, and hoping to get the next part started after this one is posted. We’re getting to the meat of the story here now folks. There’s lots of fluffy cheesy fluff in this chapter, because it’s going to get real heavy later. Remember to let me know if you want to be tagged! 🖤
Warnings: Alcohol abuse, overall abuse, mild violence (ie. bar fights), smut, swearing, and altogether just a lot of fuckery. ++ chapter warning for consensual choking***
+It goes without saying. This is a work of fiction. My words are mine. Plagiarism is a crime.
Part 7 — Concrete Jungle
The days were passing slower than molasses. I found myself working overtime nearly every day to give me something to do outside of being at home, AA, or waiting for Noah to call. Being a hermit was much easier when the only person I had to look forward to seeing was my dog.
We were so close to the end of the first leg of the tour, Noah only having two shows left before he came home for nearly three months.
I dreamt of how wonderful those three months would be. We talked about it often. He swore he was coming over the day he got home from Witchita, and we weren’t leaving my house for a solid week. As unrealistic as that was, I still looked forward to it, and scheduled vacation to have that entire week off.
I was soaking in the tub, music pumping through my earbuds when the sound of a familiar ringtone sang through my ears. I smiled and tapped my phone screen, answering the call.
“Hey babe.” I sank back down into the water, inhaling the lavender scent of the epsom salts I had added.
“Hey sweetheart, how was your day?” His voice was relaxed, calm and cool.
“Not the worst. Sam wasn’t there today, so I actually didn’t hate it.”
He chuckled. “That guy’s a real dick, huh?”
I snorted. “The worst.”
“Well, if he ever makes another pass at you, just tell him your big scary boyfriend will kick his ass.”
My eyes were closed, just relaxing at the sound of his voice. “My boyfriend?”
“Is that a problem?”
“I thought I said I didn’t want anything official?”
I could hear the smirk in his voice. “Yeah, well that was before big meathead dudes were hitting on you.”
“Mm,” I pulled my arm out of the water to readjust my towel under my head. “I’ll tell him my big scary boyfriend said so.”
“What is that noise? Are you doing dishes?”
“In the tub.”
He didn’t respond, but I heard my phone’s twinkling ringtone, indicating I was getting a FaceTime call. I snickered and ignored it.
“No way. You gotta wait to see it in person.”
I heard him groan on the other end of the line. “Not fucking fair! You’re all wet and bubbly.”
“No bubbles today.”
“So I can see through the water?!”
The jingling came again and I ignored it, laughing loudly.
“Shouldn’t you be in soundcheck?”
“That ended hours ago. I’m relaxing in my room before the show.” His voice lowered. “I’m so lonely.”
“See if Nick’s around.” I said nonchalantly.
He hissed. “Babe, I’m in a mood here, help me out.”
I giggled. “Say please.”
“You know I don’t fucking ask.” His tone was deadly now. I shivered at the sound, spreading my thighs a little.
“Fine, but no video. Last time I nearly dropped my phone in the tub.”
“Deal.”
It was silent for a beat. “You okay?” I looked over to the phone to make sure the call hadn’t disconnected.
“I’ll be better once I know you’re touching yourself.” My stomach dropped, a small moan leaving my mouth. His words were always so maddening, getting me hot so quickly.
I adjusted myself, spreading my thighs and letting my hands fall lazily over my slit, running my fingers gently over my sensitive spot.
“I am.”
“Good girl.” I pressed a little harder against my clit, rubbing slow circles around it. “Now, tell me how bad you miss my cock. How bad do you miss me baby.”
I moaned louder now, bringing my left hand up to punch my nipples. My undulations on my core increasing speed by the second.
“Ugh I miss you so much Noah.” I let my head fall back, eyes closed, picturing him in the tub with me.
“That’s right. You miss me touching you, baby?”
My voice was just breaths. “Yes.”
“You miss me eating that sweet pussy? Making you fucking scream?” His breaths were coming quicker now.
“Yes, Noah.” I answered louder, my hips buckling slightly at the thought.
“When I get home, you going to let me fucking destroy you, baby? Fuck you until you can’t even move?”
“Oh, fuck, yes...” I was so fucking close.
“I’m going to come just fucking thinking about it baby. Always thinking about you. That pretty, tight pussy. So fucking wet.” I could hear movement on the other end, I could tell he was as close as I was.
“Noah I need you so bad. Please come home. Please come home and fuck me. I need you so so bad.”
I heard him gasp hard on the other end. “Fuck!” His voice was sharp. He came.
I wasn’t far behind, letting out a small scream.
There was no words exchanged for at least five minutes while we both worked on getting our breathing under control.
After a moment, I heard him make a sound of disapproval. “I made a mess.”
This caused me to burst out laughing, him joining me only a second later.
“Fucking hell, Noah. I can’t wait to see you.”
He sighed heavy. “I know.” I could tell he was thinking, he only got completely silent when he was.
“Fuck it, come to Witchita! Catch a flight tomorrow and you can make the show. Then you can ride home with us.” I paused myself, now toweling off while the water drained from the tub.
“Excuse me?”
“You took the week off, right? I’ll book you a ticket right now.”
“Noah, you aren’t coming home until Thursday. I can’t leave Angel that long. And I can’t bring him on the bus.”
“Can Laura watch him for a few days?”
I shrugged. “I don’t know, Noah. I’d miss two days of group.”
He huffed, obviously defeated. “Alright. I’m sorry, it was a dumb idea.”
“No, it wasn’t. I just need more time to plan something like that.”
He had to go, ending the call quickly to shower and head back down to the venue. With a promise of calling me after, we hung up.
-
I called Laura that night, telling her about Noah’s promise to keep me in bed for a week.
“I’m so fucking jealous of you.” I laughed heartily.
“You’re married!”
“I know! But you’re literally dating a rockstar, Leena. I’m jealous.”
I chewed on my thumb nail.
“He called himself my boyfriend, Laura.”
“Isn’t he?”
I flopped back on my bed. “I don’t know. It feels like it.”
“Is that so bad?”
I contemplated this. “I’m scared, Laura.” My arm covered my eyes. “You know how long it’s been.”
“I know, LeeLee.” Her childhood nickname for me brought me some comfort. “But Noah isn’t him.”
“I know he isn’t.”
“So don’t hold yourself back. Have you even told Noah about him? About any of your trauma?”
“No.”
“Maybe you should.”
I could feel hot tears brewing. “I’m scared to love him, Lo.” My childhood nickname for her.
“Babes, if you’re scared to, then I think you already do.”
Well, that’s a lot to unpack.
I sniffled hard, wiping my tears. “Ugh.” I sat up. “He also asked me to fly to Kansas tomorrow. Go to the show and ride back with them on the bus.”
“That’s cute as fuck. Are you going to? You know I’ll watch Angel.” I rolled my eyes.
“I know, but that’s insane! I would have to leave in like 12 hours.”
“…and?” I didn’t respond, which told her how I felt. “Leena, you don’t do spontaneous, fun stuff anymore. Did you already tell him no?”
“Thank you for that.” I sighed. “And yeah, told him I couldn’t miss group.”
“Abel can handle group for one week.” I stayed quiet. My mind was actually considering it. “You could surprise him!”
“What?”
“Yeah! Show up without telling him, and hold up a sign that says LH hearts NS or some shit! He’s sappy, he’d love it!”
“I can’t exactly get in without him knowing. The show is sold out.”
“Can’t you call Nick or Folio?”
With that, my brain kicked into place and the plan all formed in my head.
“Laura, I’ll drop Angel off in the morning.”
She laughed. “See, you love him!”
I hung up without another word.
I dug through my contacts and found Nick’s number. The show should have ended at least an hour ago, so I guessed they were still in the green room, shaking off the energy.
“C’mon, pick up Nick, pick up.”
“Hey!” The voice was loud, a ton of background noise. “Is everything okay? Do you need to talk to Noah!”
“No!” I yelled into the phone. “No, Nick I’m fine, but I need to talk to you privately.”
-
Having filled Nick in on my plan, he was on board from the moment I said the word ‘surprise’. He thought it was a great idea. He told me Noah had been homesick, and he was sure me coming would perk him right up.
I booked the earliest flight to Witchita that I could, leaving at 5AM. Laura cursed at me when she opened the door to bring Angel inside at 3AM. I dropped a quick kiss on his snout and promised to text Laura the moment I landed.
I then drove to LAX, running through the terminal to my gate, barely making it on the plane in time.
My adrenaline was on high, my backpack filled to the brim with clothes, random toiletries I may need, my wallet, and my phone charger. Everything else would just have to do without.
I understood now why Noah takes a panic day before traveling, because this was anxiety-inducing to do. I hated flying, so my heart raced the entire nearly eight hours.
Once I touched down, I grabbed an Uber to the hotel, the same one I knew they stayed at. I had four hours until the doors opened. I asked Nick for a regular GA ticket, no VIP. I needed to be the first one there so I was in the very front. He needed to see me.
Checked into my room, I slipped in a quick shower to wash the flight off of me, shivering when I got out. I stared down at my bag and realized what I had forgotten.
“Oh shit!”
I picked up my phone and dialed Nick. He answered on the first ring.
“Hey, you here yet?”
“Yeah, yeah I’m in my room. Dude! I have nothing to make a sign out of!”
“Erm…what do you need?”
I ran my hands over my forehead feverishly.
“Poster board and a big sharpie?”
He was quiet for a moment. “Okay, give me 15, let me see what I can find. Text me your room number.”
He hung up and I quickly slipped my clothes on.
My phone rang, Noah’s face flashing.
“Hey you.” I even sounded suspicious, what the fuck? I’m so bad at this.
“Hey gorgeous, you alright?”
My blood ran cold. “Yeah, why?”
“Oh, just because you went to bed early last night and then said you were busy all day. I haven’t heard much from you.”
I laughed, relieved. “Oh yeah, just hung out with Laura all day. I just got home.”
“Ah, okay. I can’t talk long, I’ve got to get ready soon. But I just wanted to check in.”
“Oh, sure! I miss you.” I sat down on the bed.
“I miss you too, baby. Only a couple more days.”
I gritted my teeth. “Yup. Home stretch.”
We said our goodbyes and as I clicked ‘End’, there was a knock at the door.
Nick stood on the other side, 5-pack of poster boards and 3-pack of giant markers in his hands. He was sweating and absolutely out of breath.
“Hi…Leena…” he said in between breaths. “I ran to the corner store and got these. I hope they work.”
I took the items from him, taking note of the color of the posters.
“Neon green?” He nodded, putting his hands on his knees.
“Yeah. Trust me. He can see it way better on stage.”
I smiled brightly. “This is perfect, Nick. Thank you!”
He smiled back. “Anytime. Now look, we take a break between Death of Peace of Mind and Just Pretend where Noah talks to the crowd and gives his little monologue. It gives him time to get his voice ready for the song.”
I listened intently.
“That’s when you hold it up. He’ll have them turn on the lights so he can look at the crowd, and that’s when you hold it up.”
“But what if he sees me before then? Won’t it be obvious if I’m in the front?”
He shook his head. “Don’t let him bullshit you. When the lights are down, we can’t see shit up there.”
-
I was the second person in line, behind a red-headed girl who looked positively irritated. She was dressed in full Bad Omens merch, reminding me that I should have worn the shirt he gave me. Instead, I wore a black tank top, black jeans, and combat boots.
When the doors opened, I walked up to the rail in front of the stage, my sign tightly wrapped in my hands, and turned my back. I didn’t want to risk him seeing me from the back.
I pulled my phone out and shot him a quick message.
Me: Have a great show tonight, babe!
His response was quick.
Noah: Yep, last one till I’m home with you.
Noah: Call you after.
The show was so long, by the time the guys actually made it on stage, I was wiped. ERRA and Invent Animate had put on great sets, but I was here for Bad Omens.
When I heard the opening chords to Death of Peace of Mind, I felt my heart jump into my throat. I sunk low by the railing, listening to Noah’s enchanting voice sing the melody.
“You come and go in waves. Leaving me in your wake.”
I swallowed hard.
“You come and go in waves. Swallowing everything.”
The guitars and drums pounded out the last verse of the song, leaving the venue dark when the lights went out.
I began unraveling the sign, questioning my entire life. This was so corny. Is this how I really wanted to do this? Make such a strong confession to him? In a fucking sign? Like a prom-posal?!
My gut twisted. I couldn’t do this. But I had to. I came all this way. Nick nearly gave himself an asthma attack getting the supplies.
And there was my guy, sauntering around the stage, monologuing, right on schedule.
He would turn the lights up any second. It’s now or never.
I lifted the sign as high as my 5’1 frame would allow, closing my eyes to the rest of the world, internally cringing at how ridiculous this was.
“Woah, we got a sign over here!” His voice was boisterous. And he saw me, or my sign, rather, as I was hiding my face behind it.
I heard him walk toward where I stood.
“Let’s see what it says.” I peeked around the side for only a second, seeing he was bent over, squinting to read the sign.
“‘I love you Noah S’, awe, thank you, that’s so sweet.” He hadn’t walked away though. “What does that say underneath?”
He was quiet for a second. He was reading my name. ‘Leena R.’
The room fell silent, or for me it did. I heard nothing but the shuffling of the microphone being put on the stand. I lowered the sign to see what was happening just as he fixed his mic on the stage.
“Give me just a second, guys.”
The crowd screamed, and he jogged over to the area of the stage directly above where I stood. With no warning, he jumped down, causing the security guard to scramble over to him. He was unfazed, walking straight up to the railing in front of me.
His eyes were wide, a giant grin nearly breaking his cheekbones.
I was sheepishly smiling back, trying hard to maintain my composure.
“You love me?” I almost couldn’t hear him over the crowd. I just nodded wildly, moisture prickling behind my eyes.
Before anything else could happen, he reached up and hooked my neck, pulling me toward the railing and crashing his lips on mine.
All I felt was vibrations, likely from the crowd exploding. His lips tasted like mint and sweat, his gloved hand rough against the back of my neck.
When he pulled away, he pressed his forehead to mine for a second.
“I fucking love you, Leena.”
-
I was still shaking, my hands tucked firmly in my jean pockets while the security guard walked me to the green room as instructed by Noah.
I could hear the concert continue, only two songs left. Noah had jumped back onstage and continued as if nothing had happened, able to breeze right past it like the professional he is.
“Okay, you can wait in here. They’ll be back here once they finish up.” I smiled at the security guard and walked past him into the room.
“Hey,” I turned to look at him. “that was a ballsy move out there. Good for you.”
I blushed hard, looking anywhere but at him. “Yeah? It felt kind of insane.”
He laughed. “It was fucking psychotic.” This wasn’t helping. “But to be honest, I never see shit like that happen. It was cool as fuck.”
He left before I could say anything else.
It wasn’t long before Folio burst through the door, obviously still hyper from the performance. Jolly and Nick followed, already chatting.
“I swear to you my rig was out of tune, dude! It kept giving me sour notes during Limits, and then Dethrone was a fucking mess.” Nick’s eyes scanned the room and found me sitting on the couch, waiting patiently. “Leena!”
I jumped up. “Hey!”
“Perfect fucking execution dude! Exactly how I pictured it.”
“Yeah? How embarrassing was it? Be honest.”
Jolly laughed, pulling his long hair back into a low ponytail. “Oh, it was adorable. I loved it.”
“It was fucking cringe, dude!” Folio’s voice called from the table that had snacks on it. He looked over, open water bottle in his hand. “It was rad as fuck!”
I relaxed my shoulders.
Noah came skipping into the room after a moment, pulling the gloves off of his hands.
“Hey!” He bound up to me, his arms coming to grab me by the hips, pulling me down to another kiss.
“I thought you couldn’t make it!”
I smirked. “I changed my mind.”
“So you didn’t spend the entire day with Laura, I gather?”
I shook my head. “Nope. I spent the day traveling.”
He had disbelief on his face. “How did you pull it off?”
“Called Nick. Booked a flight. Easy stuff.”
“I risked my life for that sign, by the way!” Nick hollered from the couch.
“Is that why you ran out of the room earlier?”
Nick just nodded in response. “I came through. Pulled the wool over your eyes.”
Noah lifted his brows at me, his expression was unreadable.
“You both are insufferable, you know that?”
-
I had brought my things to Noah’s room, not much need for my own. My legs were feeling heavy, so the walk off the elevator and down the hallway with him was my time to find the strength. Noah was a very…active…individual, and I assumed that he was going to be looking for some time together.
When we entered the room, he walked past me, immediately pulling his shirt off and sitting in the bed. Rather than looking at me with his usual hunger, his eyes looked exhausted when they met mine.
It occurred to me, Noah had been on tour for a couple of months. He was playing shows nearly every night while traveling, sometimes without even time to sleep in a hotel room. He needed rest.
“Noah?” He only tipped his chin up in response. “I think I know what you need.”
He raised his brow, the playful expression shadowing his face. “Yeah, and what’s that?”
“A shower.” It took him a second to process, but once he did, his shoulders relaxed forward and he huffed out an amused sigh.
“Yep, you’re right about that.” He ran his hand over the back of his neck.
I stepped over to him, putting my arms around his shoulders and pulling him in close. He pressed the side of his face into my chest in a comforting gesture, wrapping his own arms around my waist.
“Then, you need some sleep. Nick said we leave at 6AM.”
I could only feel him nod. I pulled back so he could look up at me.
“Why don’t we pick up on the fun stuff when we get home? And just work on recovering for now?”
I felt his body go slack.
“Oh thank God.” I shook with laughter. “I’m so fucking tired, Leena. I didn’t want to disappoint you, though.”
“You want to know a secret?”
“Hmm?”
“I’m fucking dead, dude. I’m so tired I could fall asleep standing up.”
He laughed into my chest, caging me in just a little tighter.
“Didn’t you sleep on the plane?”
“No, I uh…I’m not a great flyer.”
“Me neither, why do you think we still take a tour bus?” His voice was muffled by my shirt and he sighed heavily.
“You, mister, go get in a hot shower. Scrub off all that sweat. I will order us some food, and get a movie on.”
He groaned approvingly. “Today is the best day ever.”
He sounded small, which tugged on my heart. “I’m glad I came.”
“Me too.”
-
After a solid five hours of sleep, a morning shower (that may have included some touching), and a third cup of coffee, Noah and I were standing at the hotel check-in desk turning in his room key, and my completely useless one as well. We had fallen asleep not twenty-minutes into the horror movie I had put on after devouring a pizza. We fell asleep spooning, but he eventually rolled onto his back, and I woke up half-laying on him, sweat covering both of us.
Noah was always so chipper in the mornings, which was painful for me, as I was a creature of the night. Even after all of the caffeine, I was still wearing sweatpants, one of Noah's sweatshirts, no bra, flip-flops, and my sunglasses. My hair was hanging loose over my shoulders, not brushed out after the shower. I looked absolutely dreadful.
Still, he held my hand as we walked out to the bus, and helped my backpack off of me and let me on first. The bus was about what I expected, large, loungers lining both sides, a table near a somewhat kitchenette with a refrigerator and table. In the 'hallway' area were the bunks, a bathroom that was smaller than the one on the airplane, and in the very back was a couch with two large televisions, a couple of various gaming consoles, and some cabinets that Noah showed me were filled with snacks.
I had set myself up on one of the lounge couches while the rest of the guys loaded onto the bus. I was waving to each of them lazily as they stepped on, dropping things off in their respective bunks. Folio laid on the lounger across from me, immediately letting his eyes fall closed. I felt my own lids get heavy.
"Are we ready? Ron says we aren't stopping for at least six hours." Jolly called from the front of the bus. He received several yelps of approval in the back from Noah and Nick, who were putting their things away in the back cabinets. No response from the now comatose Folio, and just a thumbs up from me.
As the bus began to move, the vibrations had me lulled, pulling me closer to falling back asleep as my eyes watched the sun slowly rising from the window. An arm reached over me, pulling a shade closed and blocking the light, which was lovely.
I heard Noah's voice above me, so I angled my head to look up. "Going to take a nap, love?" The word made me turn my lips up tiredly.
"Mm, it's not even a nap. It's just going back to bed."
He laughed, shaking his head. "You want to lay in my bunk? The pillows smell like me." He winked, making me roll my eyes playfully.
"I'm too claustrophobic for those things." I sunk down into the cushions. "Besides, I'm so comfy."
He walked to the back, returning only a moment later with a large green blanket that was plush and warm, flinging it over me.
He bent down and placed a soft kiss on my lips. "Get some sleep. I'm going to go kick the shit out of Nick at Warzone."
"Fuck you, dude! I'm going to wipe the fucking floor with you." Nick's voice carried through the bus.
Noah was only gone for a moment before my eyes slipped closed and the movement from the bus had me in a nice, deep slumber.
The drive back home was long. Longer than I had exactly anticipated. It was now about 11PM, and Noah and I were snuggled on the couch in the back, watching through The Conjuring 2, under the same blanket I had napped under earlier. I was going to sleep back here tonight, and I had this pulling feeling that Noah was too.
I was laying sideways, pressed against his side and chest as he laid flat, legs crossed and spread long on the couch. He had one arm wrapped around me, and the other folded under his head.
I wasn't so much watching the movie, having seen it many times, but I was mostly studying him. My fingers traced the tattoos on his shirtless chest, taking note of freckles that were barely visible between the lines of ink.
After a while, I glanced up at him, seeing his eyes beginning to flutter closed. I reached my face up, and pressed a kiss to his jaw, catching his attention. His arm tightened around me, and he breathed heavy.
"I'm fighting for my life to stay awake here." His voice was deep and thick, sleepy.
I smiled. "Why not go to bed, babe? This couch is a little small for two of us."
"Cause you're wide awake, and I'm not going to leave you alone."
"I'm a big girl, Noah. I can put on something to watch and lay here until I get drowsy"
He just shook his head and cleared his throat. "I'll be okay."
I shrugged and began sitting up, needing to stretch. He followed suit.
His eyes watched me as I lifted my arms over my head, my crop top pulling and exposing the underside of my breasts. I saw his tongue slide over his bottom lip.
I quirked an eyebrow. "Can I help you?"
He smirked, reaching out to press his palm into my side, making me shiver. His hands were freezing.
"Actually..." He pulled, nearly causing me to topple into his lap.
I let out a squeal, clapping a hand over my mouth. Jolly and Nick were passed out, their snores carrying through the bus. Folio was in his bunk, watching something on his tablet with headphones in. Noah had closed the door to the back of the bus when we first came back here, but I didn't want to be a nuisance, and wake everyone.
He quietly laughed, pulling my legs on either side of him, bringing my face down to his with a hand in my hair.
Our mouths connected softly, his hands coming to rest on my sides.
I pulled back slightly, my eyes glancing over at the door.
"It's locked."
I raised my brows at him, hands resting on his shoulders. "Yeah? Had ideas of how this night was going to go?"
I tried to keep my face even, but I was struggling not to crack a smile.
"I'm not as tired tonight." His voice was low, serious.
He pressed his lips to mine again, steady but not eager. We had time. We were only halfway back to LA, most everyone was asleep, and, most importantly, we were in love.
This moment together just felt different. There was a barrier that had been up, completely fallen now, leaving us bare to each other and vulnerable.
Slowly, he lifted my shirt over my head, drinking in the sight in front of him. His mouth came down on my chest, teeth leaving soft bites as he worked toward my left nipple slowly, painfully. His lips locked onto my nipple, and my head fell back. His hands pulled my hips down, only the fabrics of our sweats between us. The hard bulge ground against my core, making me moan softly.
We stayed this way for a long time, writhing together, his mouth moving from my nipples to my neck, to my mouth. I tugged on his shirt, pulling it over his head. For a second, I stood off of him, and intentionally pulled my pants down as slowly as possible, causing him to groan.
Once I had kicked them off, I reached down and grabbed onto his, only pulling them down enough to let his erection free. I then regained my spot straddling him, sliding myself over him, our mouths hot on each other. When I felt the head of his cock bump my entrance, we both froze for a second. His eyes latched onto me.
We both stared for longer than a moment, trying to decide what we do here. I wasn't on birth control. I knew I was clean. I trusted him to tell me if he wasn't. As stupid as it was, it didn't bother me. Nothing bothered me here. Nothing.
I sunk down, letting him slide into me, and I watched as his mouth fell open, eyes wide. This wasn't just us having sex on the back of a tour bus where someone could hear or see. This was more. This was something else entirely.
I felt every inch of him, all the way to the hilt, and my eyes fluttered closed, my bottom lip caught in my teeth. I was adjusting to the size, having only felt it the one time before, months ago.
"Look at me." His voice was nothing more than a breath.
I opened my eyes, staring at him, tears stinging the corners of my eyes. I couldn't say if it was from the slight pain of the penetration, or the sheer emotion I had for Noah.
His hands held me in place by my sides, keeping me from moving an inch.
"I love you, Leena."
A tear spilled down my face, and I sucked in a hard breath.
"I love you, Noah. So fucking much."
I felt his fingers release me ever so gently, and I bucked my hips, causing the most delicious friction that pulled a moan out of both of us. Again, I clapped a hand over my mouth to keep myself from giving us away, and began a slow rhythm of bouncing up and down, each thrust pushing me toward a finish line I so desperately wanted.
He leaned his head back against the cabinet, his breathing so heavy I thought his chest might burst.
"Jesus Christ, baby. Don't fucking stop." He was too loud, he would have the entire bus knowing what we were doing.
I reached my hand up to cover his mouth too, but he snatched my wrist in his hand, reaching up and grabbing the other from over my mouth. He held both wrists in one hand, and pinned them between us, not letting me free while his hips bucked, pressing him deeper and deeper each time I landed on top of him.
He leaned his head in to whisper in my ear. "Stay quiet baby, wouldn't want anyone to know."
Small squeaks escaped with nearly every thrust, my eyes beginning to roll back. I grit my teeth to keep the sound from escaping.
"That's it. Good job, baby." His eyes were half-masked when he spoke, one hand gripping my wrists in a deadly tight grasp, the other lifting my hips for leverage. "You're trying so hard to keep quiet. So good, princess."
His words were giving me a familiar tingling sensation in my belly, my climax coming closer the more he spoke.
"Look so fucking pretty when you ride my cock. Missed that tight pussy so much."
I let a small whine out and his body stilled instantly. My eyes snapped open, and he narrowed his eyes at me. The irises were black, his expression was serious.
"What did I say? You need to keep quiet."
My eyes widened, but my head nodded frantically. The lack of friction was becoming painful.
"I'm sorry."
He released my wrists, my hands falling lifelessly to my side. Both of his hands snaked up my chest, reaching my shoulders. His right hand reached up, wrapping his fingers gently around my throat and slowly adding pressure until I felt my windpipe compressing ever so slightly.
The sensation was sickeningly delicious and my legs naturally jerked in an attempt to gain sensation.
"You will do as I say, is that understood?" I nodded. He reached a hand around me and grabbed a fist full of skin from my ass, pulling me forward. His hand tightened on my throat.
"Now, ask nicely for me to fuck you."
I gasped, his hand loosening to let air through.
"Please, Noah. Please...fuck me."
His hand released my neck, coming down to grab my ass and began bucking up into me violently. I fell forward against him. His arms then wrapped around my chest as I felt the coil in my body pull tighter and tighter. I pulled back to look him in the eyes, his expression wild.
I leaned down and bit into his neck hard, causing a strangled sound to come from his throat as I felt him slow his thrusts. I used the opportunity to grind myself harder against him, the contact pushing me over the edge, my orgasm tearing out of me.
I rode down onto him hard, slowing with each thrust, until we were both panting against each other.
"Are you okay?" He breathed out after a moment, having calmed to nearly normal.
I only nodded in response.
"I've never done...that before." His voice was entirely different now, sounding nearly nervous.
"What?" I expected him to be referring to the choking. It wasn't my first time, but any other time had been pretty dissatisfying, to say the least.
"Having sex...without a condom."
I pulled back to look at him, my brows raised in disbelief.
"Really?"
He was chewing on his lip. "I trust you. I just..." He trailed off, his mind clearly racing. "I'm clean, I swear I am."
I only chuckled at this, rolling off of him and snatching my pants off of the floor. He pulled his up as well.
"I am, too. However," I slipped my shirt over my head. "I'm not on the pill, so we'll need to grab a Plan B when we get back to civilization."
His eyes widened. "I didn't even fucking think of that."
I stood up, stretching. "Luckily for you, I did."
We turned the movie off, as we had missed most of it already anyway. We sat facing each other, cross-legged on the couch, eating snacks out of our respective bags; I had Cheez-Its and he had Reese's Pieces.
"Are you from LA, originally?"
I shook my head. "No, I was born in Washington, but only lived there until I was about five. When my mom died, my Dad moved us to LA. Him and Mom lives there before I was born, and she was buried in East Los Angeles. He said it only made sense.”
"What does he do?" He popped a candy into his mouth.
"He's has a wood-working business. Builds furniture and does art pieces. He doesn't do much of the actual labor stuff anymore, at his age, but he still loves to carve. He has six stores in LA County, two in San Bernardino, and one up in Alameda."
Noah looked thoroughly impressed. "Fucking nice!"
"Yeah, he's my best friend. Best Dad ever." I smiled thinking about my Dad. I would be calling him the moment I got home to update him on my trip.
I looked up at Noah, my turn to ask questions.
"Why go to an AA group in Orange County when you live all the way in Calabasas?"
He twirled a candy in his fingers, shrugging. "Well, when I google searched AA meetings, I didn't want to risk anyone seeing me, so I didn't want to be too close by. I also didn't want to travel too far so I wouldn't have an excuse not to go. Then I narrowed it down to meeting not associated with any churches or religious groups. That's how I found yours."
"What made you decide it was time for AA?"
He was looking down into his bag, and I saw the expression on his face change. I had hit a nerve somewhere, but I wasn't sure where.
"It's like I said before, I had some downtime and figured it was time."
"I don't believe that."
His head snapped up to look at me. "What?"
"Well, maybe in general that's true, but there's usually something. One thing that leads you to AA. It's rare when you just wake up one day, realize you have a problem, and then walk into a meeting."
His eyes narrowed. "Well, that's what happened to me."
He didn't want to keep talking about this, I could tell, but something was there that he wasn't saying. I elected to let it go. I'm no longer his sponsor, maybe I'm not entitled to that information anymore.
Maybe.

Birthday Surprise
Happy birthday to the GREATEST of all humans!!! Even though you don’t consume ST things the way I do, I hope you accept this small token (as well as the nails… and the tea… and the text… 😂). Love you babe! ❤️ @doubledeckersofa
“Stevie,” Eddie crooned, soft and low.
Steve hummed as he was dragged away from sleep, frowning in the morning light. He opened an eye to peer at Eddie. “‘S early. Hav’a nightmare?”
Eddie chuckled, a rush of breath over Steve’s cheek. “No, sweet thing. Wanted to make sure I said it first.”
Steve frowned again, sluggishly moving closer to Eddie, laying his head on Eddie’s shoulder. “Said what?”
Eddie pressed a kiss to Steve’s temple. “Happy birthday,” he whispered, and suddenly Steve was wide awake.
“Oh,” he murmured, smiling when Eddie chuckled. “I forgot.”
“You forgot your birthday?”
“Well if someone hadn’t woken me up at the asscrack of dawn…”
Eddie snorted. “Check again, babe, it’s nine.”
Steve frowned at him. “You’re lying.”
“Nope.” He popped the p. “‘Course, that happens when you don’t go to bed ‘til the next morning.”
“Yeah, what was it, like three?”
“Just about.”
“Which means you woke me up after six hours. Jesus fuck, Eds, how are you awake right now? And functioning?”
“Says the one who just did math.” He gently poked Steve’s cheek. “You’re… you’re not mad, right? That I woke you?”
Steve playfully snapped his teeth at the finger floating by his face, then turned to press a kiss to Eddie’s collarbone. “No. But I am going back to sleep.”
Just then, someone banged on the trailer door. “Steve? Steve! I know you’re there, man, open up!”
Dustin.
Steve groaned and pushed his face into the pillow. “How much would we have to pay Wayne to threaten Dustin into going away?”
Eddie snorted. “I like how you think that would work at all. You know Wayne adores Dustin.”
“Yeah, yeah. Get the door before he wakes up? And start the coffee? I’m gonna get dressed.”
“On it,” Eddie promised, pressing one last kiss to Steve’s lips.
Just then, the trailer door opened, and Steve and Eddie shared a look. “Too late. He’s up.”
“How upset’s he gonna be?”
Eddie chuckled. “I think you should come out here with me. Wayne’s got a way about him. You might even see an apology outta Dustin.”
Steve rolled his eyes as he sat up and pulled on the first shirt he could find. “Now that would be a birthday miracle.”
They stumbled out into the living room together, Steve snickering as Eddie almost tripped over his own feet. “Shuddup,” he muttered, shoving lightly at Steve’s shoulder before pulling him close to smack another kiss to his temple.
“Sap,” Steve muttered, and Eddie grinned.
Wayne cleared his throat, and they stopped short. “Your boy’s got somethin’ to say.”
Eddie elbowed Steve. “Toldja,” he muttered.
Wayne gave Eddie a look, and he looked down. “Sorry.”
“I, uh, I’m sorry,” Dustin said. “For interrupting your rest and banging on the door and, uh, making a general nuisance of myself.” He glanced up at Wayne, who nodded.
Steve sighed. “It’s alright. I know you get excited. If you could just remember there are other people in the world, you’d be set.”
“Yeah. Um, in my defense I did come over to help make birthday pancakes.” He held up a little bottle. “I even brought the sprinkles!”
Steve snorted and jerked his head to the side, motioning Dustin close enough he could sling an arm over his shoulders and press his knuckles to the top of his head. “Thanks, bud. Lemme get a coffee- oh, Jesus, marry me,” he interrupted himself, reaching for the mug Eddie was handing to him.
Eddie froze for a second, then smiled and wrapped an arm around his waist. “Soon as we’re able, babe, I’m getting on one knee.”
“Um.” Dustin blinked. “I feel like I wasn’t supposed to be here for that. Should I come back later? Like in a couple of hours?”
“I second that,” Wayne added, and Steve flushed red as he buried his face in Eddie’s shoulder.
“I need everyone to please forget I said that.”
“No can do,” Eddie laughed, taking the mug only to put it down and wrap both arms around Steve’s waist. He nudged at Steve’s temple with his nose. “Want them to come back later? I know you meant it, but I also know you wouldn’t’ve said it if you weren’t so tired.”
Steve sighed. “No, it’s fine. I’ll drink the coffee and be fine as long as we can sleep tonight.”
“We can.” He began to sway them gently. “You know I’d say yes?”
“Hm?”
“If you were asking. Or whenever you ask. If you ask. I’d say yes.” He pressed a kiss to Steve’s cheekbone. “And I meant what I said. The minute it’s legal, I’m down on one knee.”
Steve pulled back and framed Eddie’s face with his hands. “I know,” he murmured, leaning in for a short, sweet kiss.
They pulled apart after a minute, and Eddie handed Steve the coffee again. “Go sit down. I’ll help the kid.”
“Hey!”
“You’re still under eighteen, squirt, legally I can still call you that.”
They bickered all the way into the kitchen, and Steve smiled at them as he sipped his coffee.
“About that,” Wayne said, and Steve blanched.
“I swear when I ask for real I’ll get your blessing first.”
Wayne chuckled. “Consider it had. I knew you two were it when you barely left his bedside in the hospital.”
Steve blinked. “We weren’t even dating yet.”
Wayne raised a brow. “Was I wrong?”
He chuckled. “I guess not. Since then? Really?”
Wayne hummed. “You lit up. You both did, seein’ each other. ‘S like the rest of the world ceased to exist. I saw it again just now.”
Steve stood silent for a moment, thinking. “Thanks, Wayne.”
“You’ll always have a home here. That’s not dependent on you two bein’ together. You’re my kid as much as he is.”
“Oh,” Steve said quietly, and quickly took another sip, as if to stop the tears prickling at the corners of his eyes.
Suddenly, he laughs. “Eddie and I are basically co-parenting the kids. How do you feel about being a grandfather to seven rugrats?”
Wayne laughed, his eyes glassy. “Pretty damn good, kid, pretty damn good.”

Improvision

Kaycee was proud of herself. In the middle of the most chaotic emergency room she had ever seen, she managed to bandage her patient’s hand more quickly than ever before, and he didn’t even wince once. Better said, he didn’t wince because of anything Kaycee did, but every time he caught sight of his wife’s icy glare, he flinched plenty.
“Now, remember,” Kaycee instructed. “Follow the burn protocol to a T, or you’ll be back here with a nasty infection in no time.”
“I know, doc,” the middle-aged man grinned. “I’ll do as I’m told.”
“Ha!” his wife blurted. “If you did as you were told, we wouldn’t be here! I told him, no frying the turkey! But did he listen to me? No!”
“There’s nothing wrong with frying a turkey,” the man insisted. “I burned my hand because you startled me!”
“I startled you!” She gasped. “All I did was walk into the kitchen.”
Kaycee began to reply but was halted by a booming voice entering the room.
“Mr. Johnson?”
The middle-aged man turned with a broad smile. “Dr. Ramsey! Fancy meeting you here.”
“Yes,” Ethan snickered, “running into your doctor at the hospital... mind-blowing coincidence.”
“It’s a coincidence on Thanksgiving Day! You must have enough seniority to get the holidays off by now! Leave that to the young ones like this,” he gestured at Kaycee.
Ethan grinned as he placed a hand on Kaycee’s shoulder. “Well, my wife and I volunteer to work on Thanksgiving. It gives the staff with children time with their families.”
“Your wife!” The patient and his wife gasped in unison. “When did this happen?” the man asked.
“Four months ago,” Kaycee winked. “And for the record, I’m not that much younger than him.”
“Well, congratulations!” The wife beamed. “But promise me, if you start taking Thanksgivings off one day, do yourself a favor... don’t go frying any turkeys!”
“I’ll take that on advisement,” Ethan smiled.
After reviewing discharge instructions one last time, the couple scampered off, and Kaycee’s brow furrowed as she looked over the long list of patients still waiting for care.
“Babe, I know we said we’d have dinner together in your office at four, but...”
“But it’s not looking too good.” He crossed the room and placed a kiss atop her head. “I’ll tell you what, I’ll pass by the cafeteria and pick up two turkey dinners. We’ll eat when we can eat.”
“Sounds good,” she agreed, about to kiss her husband when his name blared out over the intercom.
“Sometimes, I really hate that pager,” Kaycee grumbled.
“As do I,” he sighed. “Let me deal with whatever that is, then I’ll pick up our meals.”
“You do that,” she said with a kiss on his cheek, then signaled the nurse for her next patient.
~~~~~
Several hours later, a famished Kaycee popped into Ethan’s empty office. Her husband wasn’t there yet, but she didn’t think he’d mind if she had just a bit of her bland cafeteria dinner. With her stomach grumbling, she opened the fridge, only to find a couple bottles of water on otherwise empty shelves.
“What the...”
She texted Ethan, and when he didn’t reply, she knew his emergency was more than they had anticipated. Realizing the cafeteria was about to close, she took off in its direction, arriving just before the doors were shut.
“Wait, wait!” she hollered. “Rita, wait!”
The exhausted cafeteria manager turned to Kaycee wearily. “I’ll let you in, but only because I like you.”
“And I love you, Rita!” Kaycee enthused. “I’ll make it quick, I swear. Can I just get two turkey dinners to go?”
“Turkey dinners,” Rita scoffed. “Doctor, that was kind of a big seller today; you should have been here two hours ago if you wanted that.”
Kaycee’s shoulders slumped with disappointment. “I was afraid of that. Well, do you still have any part of the meal available? Cranberry sauce? Stuffing? Anything?”
Rita walked behind the counter and opened a fridge. She held a handful of cold, roast turkey breast in her gloved hand. “This is all I have left. Want it?”
Kaycee nodded a resigned sigh. “Yeah, it’s better than nothing, I suppose. I’ll scavenge around the hospital and see if I can find some things to go with it.”
“I hear it goes great with a side of Geyser’s from the vending machine,” Rita teased.
Kaycee smiled, recalling her and Ethan’s history with Geyser’s, but somehow she still didn’t think she could sell him on the idea of it as a side dish.
“Yeah, Ethan would love that,” she laughed when something caught her eye. “Hey...” she said, pointing at a few flour tortillas. “Can I buy those, too?”
“Sure, don’t see why not.” Rita quickly rang up the order, and Kaycee’s scavenger hunt began.
Her first stop was the attending’s lounge. There was always something lying around there. But the only thing she found was a few packets of mayonnaise. Using her best persuasion skills, she convinced Dr. Corez from oncology to donate her side salad to the cause. But she needed something more. She decided to head to the best place to find food lying around, especially on holidays... the nurses’ station. But even there, she found slim pickings.
“I wish I had known,” Maureen shrugged. “I would have gladly put some food from our buffet aside for you. I have about a cupful of mashed potatoes and corn left. You’re welcome to those.”
“I’ll take it!” Kaycee accepted, catching Bryce about to toss his plate out of the corner of her eye.
“BRYCE!” She yelled. “Don’t.”
Startled, her friend jumped as he turned her way. “What?”
“Why are you throwing away that perfectly good cranberry sauce?” She demanded.
“Uhm, because there is no such thing as ‘perfectly good cranberry sauce.’ The stuff is gross.”
“That, my friend, is subjective. Have you slobered on it?”
Bryce looked at her as if she had two heads. “Uh, no. I just told you, cranberry sauce is gross.”
“Good!” she smiled. “Then hand it over.”
“Gladly, but... what are you doing.”
“I’m making some lemonade out of lemons, or in this case, cranberry juice out of....” Floundering, she looked at her friend in defeat. “I’m sorry, I’m on three hours of sleep. I’ve got nothing.”
“We can’t all be as witty as I am,” Bryce grinned. “But I’m happy to donate my cranberries to the cause... whatever the cause may be.”
“I appreciate your blind support,” Kaycee smiled as she took off to complete her mission.
~~~~~
Twenty minutes later, Kaycee was putting the finishing touches on her project when an exhausted Ethan shuffled into his office.
“Hey,” she smiled, attempting to divert him from her surprise. “That was some emergency.”
“You have no idea,” he groaned. “Would you like all the gory details?”
“Of course! But not now. If I don’t eat soon, I think I’ll be the next emergency.”
“EAT!” Ethan yelled, smacking himself in the head. “I completely forgot about getting our dinners. I’m sorry, honey. Maybe the Chinese food place on Staniford is open. We could order from there.”
“Hon, have you not watched The Christmas Story? Chinese is for Christmas. On Thanksgiving, we must have turkey.”
“Then, I believe I have failed you.”
“I know,” she smiled mockingly. “But I’ve got your back!”
Turning his head toward the back of his office, she gestured widely at a side table strewn with bits of food. “Viola!”
“What’s... what’s that?”
“It’s our turkey taco bar! A little untraditional, I know... but so are we, so... what the hell?”
“A turkey, taco bar?” he chuckled.
“Yes!” She beamed as she began to rattle off how she came across each item on the table. “... so, then I cut some parsley from the plant Naveen has in his office, and those...”
“Are those GEYSER’S,” Ethan asked in horror. “You don’t expect me to put Geyser’s on my turkey tacos, do you?”
“Not unless you’ve been hitting the ether,” Kaycee laughed. “I put those there for symbolic purposes only. Or, you know, for dessert.”
Ethan turned and took his wife in his arms, placing a tender kiss atop her head.
“I have to give it to you. Sure, it’s a bit... unorthodox, but this is definitely a Thanksgiving dinner to remember.”
“You like it?” She grinned.
“I do, besides... it’s you and me together, and that’s all that matters.”
After putting together the most creative tacos they could, they sat on the floor picnic-style to eat.
“You know,” Kaycee mumbled with a full mouth. “I thought this would be gross... but it’s not half bad. It’s like a mini turkey dinner in burrito form, and I’m here for it.”
“Well, I don’t think it will be on my regular meal rotation,” Ethan smiled. “But I’ll be looking forward to it every year on Thanksgiving.”
“Every Thanksgiving?” Kaycee asked with a raised brow.
“Sure. This is how traditions are born.”
As a newly married couple, Kaycee had been eager to start their own holiday traditions, so this was music to her ears.
“So I started a tradition?”
“You absolutely did. Happy Thanksgiving, baby.”
Kaycee's face was aglow when she reached over to wipe a dollop of mayonnaise from her husband’s chin. “Happy Thanksgiving to you, Dr. Ramsey.”

Employee of the month
note: might continue just something I came up with.
Seo Jeno
“There's no getting out of this, darling”

The Wolf and his Coyote - Part 4
Tumblr media
Part 4! Things are starting to look up!
Summary; Jungkook is the leader of the biggest biker gang in Korea. He is never interested in people unless they can benefit him in some way. That is until he runs into a girl who is the only person who appears to not be afraid of him. New to Korea, Amalia is an artist who spends most of her days working on her comics at her friend Minhyuks diner who also happens to be Jungkooks favourite hang out spot. What will happen when Jungkooks, a man who's heart seems to be frozen in ice, interest is peeked for the first time since he can remember?
Part 1 - Part 2 - Part 3 - Part 4
Pairing: Gang leader jk x Tsundere, artist Amalia
Rating: 18+ do not interact if you are a minor!
Word count: 2.3k
Genre: Biker gang bts, action, romance, there will be smut down the line, angst, violence, humour.
Warnings: potential triggers, signs of trauma, Jungkook is SMITTEN, mentions of past, motorcycle ride, voice raising, arguing.
Amalias pov:
The roaring sound of engines cut through my thoughts, effectively snapping me out of my hyper fixated state. I look out the window to my right and notice 6 guys on motorcycles pull up. As they take off their helmets one by one, I notice it’s the guys from yesterday. Jungkooks gang. I guess this is the end of my peaceful day.
Well, it had been very peaceful apart from the moment he decided to come talk to me. I still don’t know what he wants with me. I wish he would just stay away. At least he’s not too pushy. Like him.
I shake my head, not letting those thoughts creep up on me. You’re safe Amalia. It’s all in the past now.
The doors to the diner fly open as one by one those guys start piling in. Starting with one handsome man, black, long hair, cat like eyes, resting bitch face. He looks around the restaurant for his “owner” I assume. His eyes land on me as I look at him and he snickers before walking towards the other side of the restaurant as he spots Jungkook.
What was that? Anyways, it’s time for me to go. I start packing my tablet and research materials back into my bag. I finish my cup of tea that Min had brought me earlier and get up to let him know I’m leaving.
The restaurant is pretty busy for dinner time so I just manage a wave as I step out and head towards my bus stop. The bus arrives not too long after that and I start my commute home.
The route is pretty long. I start with one bus, then a train and another bus. It’s better than sitting at home by myself all day tho, so it’s worth it. I read a book with my headphones on as per usual. About 20 minutes later, I arrive at the train station. As I wait for my train, I hear an announcement being made so I move my headphones to the side to listen.
“Train towards blue lines are all cancelled for the day due to technical issues, sorry for the inconvenience.”
Oh, well hell. I start to think of other ways to get home. A taxi would cost way too much from here for my broke butt. It’s too far to walk as well. I wonder if there’s other buses that lead close enough.
I start to walk towards the street, where all the buses are and scan the signs to see where they went. Ah, there is a bus that leads close to the other bus I have to take, however it only comes every hour. I look at the time and, of course, the last one left 6 minutes ago. I guess I’ll be waiting here for a while.
I sit at the stop by the street and take my book out again, getting ready for this long hour.
Jungkooks pov:
“I’ll see you tomorrow.” I wave at my group before heading off on my bike.
The breeze hits my body as I zigzag through the streets of Seoul. As I drive, there only one thing going through my mind. “She hates your type”. My type. What is my type? According to Minhyuk I have become self absorbed. It shows that he doesn’t know me like he used to. Although the boy he knew is now dead and gone, I still don’t really know the man I have become. All I know is the hatred I feel towards him.
I shake my head, attempting to shake off these negative thoughts and feelings, heading towards my usual patrol.
As I pass by the train station, I notice something that makes me instantly turn my bike around. Is that..?
I make my way back to the bus stop where a girl is resting her head on the side of the bus stop, sat on the bench with a book in her lap. As I approach her, I notice that it is indeed her. The girl from the diner. Minhyuks friend.
I park my bike in front of the stop, there being barely any cars that pass at this time, and walk up to her sleeping form. I look at her for a minute and she doesn’t even flinch. I kneel down in front of her and look over her features. Long lashes, small but plump lips and a beauty mark right below her left eye.
She really is nothing special.
Then, her eyes suddenly shoot open, dropping the book in her hand and letting out a scream.
“Hey hey, it’s just me.” I say, still on one knee before her.
I take my helmet off so she can see me more clearly.
She looks down at me and then at her surroundings as if analyzing the situation.
“Wha- what time is it? Why is it dark? Why are you here?” She says as she pulls out her phone and checks the time.
“Oh no! I missed the last bus!” She gets up frantically looking around.
I take my time standing and take a guess as to what had happened.
“Well considering you left the diner quite a while ago, I’m guessing you fell asleep here waiting for your bus until now, did you not? As for why I’m here, I was just driving by when I noticed you and just had to come say hello.” I say with a smile.
“Way to state the obvious.” She says as she rolls her eyes and sits back down.
She appears to be thinking, and as she said she missed her last bus, I guess she doesn’t have a way home.
I roll my eyes right back at her before heading to my bike. I feel her eyes on the back of my head. I lift the seat, pull out my spare helmet and turn back to give it to her.
“Here, I’ll take you home.” I say.
“Why would I trust a stranger with my address?” She says crossing her arms and legs and looking down.
“Oh so you don’t trust me with your address but you trust everyone else enough to fall asleep at a public bus stop?” I say, raising my voice.
I could see her visibly flinch as I did.
“Who are you to tell me what I can and can’t do? You don’t even know me!” She says, visibly upset.
I sigh and take a deep breath. Arguing with her will get us nowhere.
“Look, I’m sorry I raised my voice. I know you’re new to town, but this area is very unsafe. Especially for woman. So when I saw you sleeping here without a care in the world for your safety I..” I cut myself off.
“You what?” She asks, turning to look at me in the eyes for the first time.
“I know you probably won’t believe me considering what Minhyuk has probably said about me, but I’m not a bad guy. I care about him a lot and you’re his friend. So no harm will come to you around me, ok?” I say truthfully, avoiding what I was going to say before.
She continues to sit there and stares at me. I see the gears shifting behind her scared eyes that she tried to pass off as anger.
“Fine then, you can stay here.” I say as I turn to place the helmet back in my bike.
Then I feel a tug at my back. It takes me a moment, but I turn to see her looking at the floor with her hand grasping the hem of my leather jacket.
“I’m sorry. I just.. I..” She stuttered. I could tell she was trying to say something very difficult for her.
“Its ok, you don’t have to tell me.” I said gently.
She nods and I turn to hand her the helmet. She takes it and puts it on like she already knows how.
“Have you ever been on a bike before?” I ask.
“I have. I can drive one too.” She says matter of factly.
My eyes grow wide as I stare at her in shock.
“What? Is it that shocking? Is it because I’m a woman?” She says crossing her arms and staring me down.
“No, I just… I didn’t expect it.” I say while sheepishly rubbing the back of my neck. I quickly put on my helmet. Why does my face feel warm?
I get on my bike and look towards her. She still seems unsure, looking down and fidgeting with her hands.
“Common, I don’t bite.” I say, reaching my hand out towards her.
She looks at my hand for a few seconds before reaching out and taking it in hers.
My heart skips when our skin touches. What was that? Get a hold of yourself Jungkook.
She then comes closer and throws her leg over, taking a seat behind me. I feel her trying to push back and turn my head to see her grab a hold of the bars on the back.
I sigh in frustration.
“Just hold onto me please? It’s much safer that way.” I say revving my engine.
“Are you sure?” She says shyly.
This girl goes from shy to attitude to shy in an instant huh?
I smile, “Yes I’m sure.” I reach back and wrap her hands around my waist.
With her front pressed against my back, I head off in the direction of her home.
As we drive through the streets, I feel her looking around as if my hometown is all new to her. I hear her little gasps as we come into view of beautiful sceneries. I could feel her loosen and tighten her grip on me as we turn and speed up and slow down. It’s funny, I usually don’t like people riding behind me but I don’t mind it with her. She’s not purposely trying to grab a feel as she holds onto me, like the other girls I’ve taken for rides passing it off as just holding on for safety, no she’s different. She keeps her hands tied together across my stomach and doesn’t move them an inch.
We approach her street and I come to a full stop. Strangely, I feel slightly upset at having arrived already. She gets off first and then I do the same, kicking the stand up to park. I turn to see she has already taken off her helmet and has the widest smile on her face.
Woah. What a beautiful smile..
What was I just thinking? Snap out of it! Luckily, my helmet was still on.
Her hair blows in the breeze as she looks at me.
“Thank you for the ride home. It’s been a while since I’ve been on a motorcycle, I forgot how great it feels. Oh and I’m sorry I was so rude.” She says while fiddling with her fingers.
I take my helmet off and give her a smile.
“Don’t worry about it. It’s good that you don’t easily trust people. That intuition will keep you safe around these parts.” I say genuinely.
All of a sudden her eyebrows furrow as if she just thought of something.
“Wait.. I never gave you my address. How did you know where I live?” She says while taking a step back.
Oh right. She still doesn’t know I was there that night.
“Yeah about that, I mean, I didn’t want to just say I know where you live. Probably would have sounded creepy at the time.”
“Well it’s sure creepy now, so can you answer my question?” She says with her hands on her hips.
I guess the attitude is back.
I laugh at her ever changing personality, which for some reason, I find adorable.
“The truth is, these are the streets I usually patrol at this time a night. I don’t know what Minhyuk has told you, but my gang is not like the usual gang. We like to watch over our city and keep the innocents safe.” She just stands there looking at me as if urging me to continue. So I do.
“One night, I was patrolling as I usually do, when I crossed by this alley and saw a man following a girl. I was about to step in when suddenly, this girl turned and smacked the guy in the balls with her bag.” I laugh at that last part, still finding it funny.
I see her eyes light up in recognition.
“Oh! You were there that night? I did find it odd that he didn’t try to follow me.” She pondered with her hand on her chin.
“Yeah, don’t worry, he won’t be following you again.” I smirk.
She stares me down.
“What?” I ask.
“You didn’t kill him, did you?” She says.
I look at her, my eyes then turning serious.
“I don’t kill people. Not unless I have to. It’s not my place to take lives.” I say stuffing my hands in my pockets.
Although the question stings, I do understand why she would ask. I am the head of a gang after all. It’s true that I don’t like to kill people, but it would be a lie to say I never have.
“Ok well, thanks again for the ride.’ She pauses,’ and for protecting me that night I guess.” She says, looking up at me.
She hands over the helmet.
“You’re welcome.” I look down at her smiling softly.
“Have a good night.” She simply says as she starts walking down the alley towards her home.
“Hey!” I say before she reaches her door.
She turns and looks at me with a questioning raised eyebrow.
“What’s your name?” I ask.
She looks at me for a moment before answering.
“It’s Amalia, but you can call me Lia. Consider that an honour.” With that, she turns and heads inside.
I can't help but laugh at her last comment.
Amalia.. that’s a different name. I like the sound of it.
I start walking down the street, beginning my patrol. Unable to wipe this stupid smile off my face.

You didn’t understand the phrase “home is where the heart is'' until you moved in with Joaquin Torres.
This living arrangement happened by chance, a chance that you were grateful to have stumbled upon. After deciding it was time for you to leave the nest, you found a place for rent that also had a few other roommates. One of them being Joaquin.
You met Joaquin and the other roommates before moving in with them. Luckily, you all hit it off right away and settled in fairly quickly. But you found yourself really close to Joaquin. He was the one roommate that had a similar schedule to yours. You both would wake up late in the morning before heading to work, and then come home in the darkest hours of the night.
The first time you discovered how late Joaquin returned home from work was the night your friendship began. After coming home from a long day, you decided to treat yourself to a batch of pancakes. The rest of your roommates were heavy sleepers so you rarely disturbed them. Since you were occupied with the pancakes, you didn’t hear Joaquin come through the door. He waltzed into the kitchen upon smelling the pancakes and crept up behind you.
“I bet those would taste amazing with bananas,” Joaquin commented nonchalantly. You whipped your head around, swatting the spatula in his direction and accidentally coating his nose with batter.
“Oh shit! I’m so sorry!” You gasped, attempting to clean the mess from his face. “I thought you were an intruder. I didn’t mean to hurt you…or cover you in pancake batter.”
Joaquin snickered. “Don’t worry, you didn’t hurt me at all. But I admire your self defense skills. I think that will give me motivation to keep the bathroom clean.”
You joined in his laughter. “I think I made enough for you if you’d like some pancakes. You might have to slice your own bananas, though.”
With that, you and your roommate shared the short stacks while getting to know one another better. This ritual of late night snacks after work persisted until the conversations grew louder to the point of accidentally waking one of your other roommates. Since that incident, you and Joaquin decided it would be best to meet one another at the 24 hour diner down the street.
Over time, your roommates moved out one by one until you and Joaquin were left to hold down the fort. The two of you living together consisted of movie binges on the weekends, checking out the monthly farmer’s market, dancing while cleaning the perimeter of the house, and taking walks along your street during sunset. Slowly, but surely, you were falling deeply in love with Joaquin.
You knew you had strong feelings for him when you both decided to buy a bookshelf for your ever growing book collection. While building the bookshelf, you jammed the hammer against your finger, causing you to shriek in pain and the rest of your body to go numb. All you remembered before blacking out was your roommate rushing to your side and carrying you out the house bridal style. A few hours later, you woke up in the hospital with a cast wrapped around your finger and a relieved Joaquin holding a bouquet of roses and baby's breaths. The smell of the flowers and his sweet, handsome face instantly brought you comfort.
“Shouldn’t you be at work right now?” You asked upon noticing the time on your bedside.
“I told Sam what happened and he ordered that I stay here with you.” You gave him a sad look, feeling bad that your clumsiness caused him to miss out at work. Joaquin smiled, patting your hand. “Don’t worry, Sam is understanding.” The softness of his hand against yours sent butterflies to your stomach. Your heart began to swell as if it would explode inside your chest from all the feelings you were experiencing in that moment. His touch, his smile, his affection for you. It was all clear to you then. You were in love with Joaquin Torres.
After returning home from the hospital, Joaquin spent the entire week by your side, making sure you were taken care of. Sure, you were a grown up and could care for yourself, but you appreciated how your roommate reminded you that you don’t have to be alone in the healing process. He would sing softly while tending to your finger and let you smoke some of his weed to ease the pain. Once you started feeling better, you and Joaquin finished building the bookcase together and he offered to read one of his favorite stories to you.
One day while Joaquin read to you, Sam called him, notifying him of an emergency assignment and was expected to leave right away. The night before he left, you and Joaquin crashed on the couch after getting high and watching an alien documentary on Netflix. You fell asleep before he did, and, naturally, your body curled up next to his as you dozed off. He listened to your snores for a few minutes before planting a tender peck on top of your head. Before he knew it, Joaquin drifted off to sleep.
You woke up alone in the living room, searching for Joaquin. Instead, you were met with a note on the coffee table.
Sorry I couldn’t give a proper goodbye. You looked so peaceful sleeping, I would have been a horrible friend to wake you up. I’ll see you in a month!
-J
While your roommate was away on mission, you spent your days sulking and missing him. You tried to go on with your routine as if he was still there, but things felt empty and meaningless. The pancakes from the diner didn’t taste as fluffy when you ate alone. The music you listened to while cleaning the house didn’t lift your mood the way it did with Joaquin. His favorite stories didn’t sweep you away to another world the way it did when he read them. The flowers around your house died faster, even though you tended to them the same way you always had. You didn’t even bother taking walks or going to the farmer’s market by yourself. It was the longest month you had ever experienced in your life.
Meanwhile, Joaquin could not wait to fly back home to you. The days were long and draining, and it seemed as if he and Sam were constantly running into dead ends. What kept him motivated during this difficult mission was a photo booth strip he kept of you and him at the summer fair. Even though looking at the pictures made him miss you dearly, he was hopeful of the day he would reunite with him.
“Is that the roommate?” Sam inquired from behind Joaquin’s shoulder. The Falcon’s cheeks warmed up and he began smiling like a smitten school boy. Joaquin didn’t need to say anything for Sam to know what was on his mind.
“So, are you ever going to tell her you love her?” Captain America added with a quirked eyebrow.
“I’ve been wanting to. I just get nervous.” Joaquin peered down at his combat boots. “She’s my best friend, Sam. I don’t want to ruin that.”
“Ouch, and after all we’ve been through, I thought I was your best friend.” Sam’s joke led to Joaquin letting out a small chuckle. “No, but seriously, you will feel much more free once you just tell her.” The younger lad nodded, imagining all the best case scenarios of confessing his love for you. His daydreams of you were cut off by the gunshots that echoed in the distance.
Tumblr media
The end of the month finally rolled around, yet there was no sign of Joaquin. Anxiety took over your body as you wondered why he hasn’t come home yet. Part of you wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but your sadness made your mind wander to anything and everything that could have gone wrong. You dragged yourself to work as you have been doing for the entirety of Joaquin’s absence. While you worked, you stared at the matching photo booth strip pinned to the wall of your office. A hot tear streamed down your cheek, longing to see Joaquin’s face and hear his voice again.
After work, you came home, ready to settle into your comfy bed. You sighed loudly as you hopped out of your car, slamming the driver’s door shut and locking it behind you. All of a sudden, your eyes landed on a motorcycle that you haven’t seen in over a month. Then, you saw light coming from inside the house. Could it be?
You ripped off your work pumps, bolting into the house barefoot in hopes that your mind wasn’t playing tricks on you. As you entered through the front door, the delicious scent of bananas and vanilla filled your nostrils. Your heart bursted at the seams upon the sight you found in the kitchen. Joaquin was humming along to your favorite song while drizzling a stack of banana pancakes with syrup. As if sensing your presence, he beamed a sparkling smile while turning to face you.
“I came home an hour ago to an empty home. Figured you were still at work and you’d probably be hungry when you come back.” He paused, glancing at the plate on the counter. “I made sure to add bananas this time.”
Your lips trembled as you fought the urge to cry. You wanted to run and jump into his arms, feel his warmth bring you back to life, kiss the lips you have been aching to taste for an entire year. All you could do was drop your bag and heels by your side as you succumbed to the tears that fell from your face. Joaquin took that as his signal to step closer to you. He caressed your face, wiping the tears from your eyes.
“I missed you,” you croaked, finally embracing him tightly. Your hearts beat in sync with one another, as if that was the way the universe wanted it.
“I missed you too.” He stroked the back of your head before making space to gaze into your glossy eyes. “It’s hard to be away from the girl I am madly in love with.” You couldn’t help but let out a tearful giggle at the words that left Joaquin’s mouth. It felt as if all of your wildest dreams were coming true. Yet it was only the beginning.
“Being The Falcon requires me to travel the world so often, and to see places I’ve always wanted to visit. But none of that matters to me because despite where I go, I find myself wanting to be wherever you are instead.”
“I love you, Joaquin.” You started to close the space between you and him. The tips of your noses brushed together, the heat from your breaths mingling like your feelings for one another.
“I love you, too, cariño.” With that, he finally pressed his lips against yours. You kissed one another with a passion that no one could snuff out. His lips were sweeter than the pancakes that were long neglected on the counter. Joaquin lifted you up and you immediately wrapped your legs around his waist as he led you to the couch where you both professed your love throughout the rest of the night.
When you both woke up the next morning, bare bodies intertwined under the thin blanket, you felt a sense of belonging. It was unfamiliar to the two of you, but it was a feeling you accepted with open arms. You and Joaquin were both hopeful of the future that you were ready to build together like the bookcase filled with stories you hoped would become your reality. After locking eyes for what seemed like eternity, Joaquin kissed you with fervor, and you picked up where you left off from last night.
He was home, and so were you.

(we are posting a story finally WOOOOO)
(you being their little sister is your perspective, and I'm doing this to appease the demons, sorry I haven't been posting a L O T has been happening)
(G: Nubbins, P: Chop-Top, R: Drayton, and Blue is for bubs <3)
——————————————————————————
You and the twins.
It's been a fight. Constantly.
Back and forth.
You wanna strangle them,
They wanna strangle you.
You guys still love each other, it's just.. well to put it in simple terms, you'd bite them if they touched the door handle to your room, but if a victim hurt either of them, the victim's life will be very short lived.
Of course, today is a hot Texas day like normal.
And Nubbins, the dumbass he is, is about to turn this into a 2v1. Sadly Chop-Top isn't siding with his twin.
Y'all are probably working on the front of the house, it's spring, making it look presentable and unsuspecting to the normal passerby.
Nubbins is getting bored, but you guys are nowhere near done.
"W-Why c-ca-can't we just f-f-fuck-fuckin' be d-done..?!"
His twin clocked him on the back of the head.
"Cuz, drayton'll have our asses if we don't finish!"
You snickered. Nubbins has mood swings, but they are getting worse the more he doesn't get to kill. You have no reason to worry, you're part of the family.
And family. Doesn't. Kill each other.
He just angrily yells, like full blown-
"AAAAAAAAAAA-"
You and Chop-Top look over like '??????????'
And he's storming off to the side of the road all mad.
"Get your ass back 'ere!"
His response 👇
Tumblr media
You're just standing there like ":0"
You've never seen Chop-Top run faster.
Ever.
Besides the time he was being chased by Drayton
And Nubbins is just running as fast as he can, funnily enough he was the fast twin.
Just not today, huh?
You watched him get tackled, and then get dragged back. "I-i ain't d-d-doin' t-this shit a-a-anymore!"
"Shut up before I hang you on a meat hook like last week."
Oh.
..OH.
Besides laughing, you remember that. It sure took the meat of their antics this week.. besides Nubbins flippin' his twin off.
Hours later, Drayton comes out to find Chop-Top and you relaxing.
Nubbins less so, sitting all grumpy.
"Ta' hell happened?"
You were about to say something, Nubbins didn't bother. Chop-Top interrupted you,
"Oh nuthin', just had to chase a rabbit down."
"I-i-if you weren't m-my t-t-..twin you'd be dead by n-now."
Drayton is confused.
You're laughed again.
And as you laugh, Nubbins and Chop-Top get into a fight. More psychical than usual, but it ends in Chop-Top carrying his twin over his shoulder.
Bubba was sleeping on the bone couch peacefully after a day of butchering victims.
Very confused what he's seeing as Chop-Top is going upstairs with his twin. Who's screaming and stuttering like an angry Chihuahua.
.. and you dying on the floor by the front door. Just laughing.
Drayton just shakes his head and goes to sit down.
"Jus' go get cleaned up when yer done laughin' like a god damn hyena.."
What a normal day in the Sawyer household.

It's 12 pm, on a thursday, and to your luck, you don't have much work to do. In the meantime, you had decided in wasting time on a book, one Donghyuck had recommended a few weeks ago, and you have to say, it's very enjoyable to read.
Speaking of the devil, there's a ring from your phone. Knowing it's your dear and adorable boyfriend from the special ringtone you set for him, you don't hesitate to pick up.
"Hyuck?"
"Hi baby," You can almost hear the smile in his voice, and you're sure he can hear yours as well.
"What's up?"
"Don't mean to bother you jn any way, but could you pick my brothers up from the library? Or accompany them until I get there?"
Instantly, yourheart swirls and throbs with love at the mention of his little brothers. You love them to death, and would do anything for them. You remember the first time you met him, they wouldn't stop telling you stories about their eldest brother. As much as Donghyuck was annoyed, he felt relieved, as his brothers wouldn't really talk to people they just meet. Having them tell you every single detail about their home when you've been in it for 20 minutes really says something.
Not to mention the trust they have in you, the trust you have in them and the trust he has in all of you, he can't help but love you even more.
"Fuck yeah," you say into your phone, grinning at the chuckles that leave the speakers just a moment later.
"Thank you so much, Y/n! I'll pick you guys up at 2,"
It's 15 minutes to 1 when you arrive at the library, walking in and instantly heading to the computers, where you know Donghyuck's little brothers will be, playing fireboy and watergirl as they always do.
The older son is in his last year of middle school, while the youngest is still yet to finish his 2nd year of middle school. They've grown right ubder your nose, and you can't believe how far they've gotten.
The moment they've noticed you, they're grinning, jumping, exclaiming your name as they rush towards you. "Y/n! We've missed you so much!"
"Awee what! I just saw you guys a couple weeks ago,"
The younger boy huffs into your shoulder, shaking his head. "That was for a day. I can't believe mom disapproved our sleepover proposal."
You can't help but agree. They did a whole musical number, only for you to go home just 30 minutes after it finished.
"Where's Hyuckie?"
You take their hands and lead them to the bean baf section, a secret place for the three of you to hang out, plopping on your usual orange bag. "He'll be picking us up in about an hour, how about we read our favorite books?"
Instantly, both of the brothers nod eagerly, setting off to find their choices. You yourself bring out the previous book Donghyuck recommened you. It doesn't take long for them to come back and flock around you, finding a comfortable position on their bean bags, before growing immersed in your own worlds.
It also doesn't take long for all 3 of you to knock out cold for a quick nap session.
And knocked out cold is how Donghyuck found the three of you at 2:15, his heart suttering at the sight before him. One brother had his head on your lap, snuggling into your hoodie you had offered him earlier, the other brother with his arms wrapped around yours.
Donghyuck approaches the cuddle puddle, whipping out his phone to snap a few pics, snickering at the thought of blackmail. Despite that, as Donghyuck walks over to place a soft kiss by the corner of your lips, he knows there's a deep part in him that knows you're the one, that there will be nobody his brothers will love more than you, that there will be nobody he will love more than you.

The Love of Us
Part three
Tumblr media
I started editing this then started adding more stuff so editing took longer than expected but here you go!
Warnings: 18+ MDNI, oral (male receiving) soft!dom reader, sub König. Probably a lot of grammar and spelling issues, I’ll come back and fix those later❤️
Part two - Part four
It was the following day of your night out with Ghost-Simon. Your alarm goes off signaling another day of your job, another day seeing Simon.
Oh god, oh god. OH GOD! I rubbed myself on him! I came on Simon!
You wanted to avoid him, embarrassed that you even did that not knowing him for more than 48 hours. Who does that? But at the same time, you felt extremely comfortable with him. You didn’t feel ashamed of what you did, sure your husband died a few months back and you went over a year with no sex or any ounce of pleasure but you were caring for your dying husband. It’s okay, your okay.
You felt a little ashamed in your husbands name, but you can’t die a sad life, he even said in his last days “don’t stop because of me. Your young, live your life.” You’d live by his words, honor them.
But Simon meant König, and that meant two at the same time. Two loves, two people, two co-. Okay! Stop it, you yell at yourself, covering your head underneath the blankets not wanting to start this day.
Your second alarm went off, “ugh! Okay!” You yelled at it ripping the covers from your body.
You stuffed your dress and makeup bag in your purse and slipped on your slippers. You looked at yourself in the mirror and did your hair at least, thank god you didn’t have patients today, it was just an office day. Your pink plaid PJs hung low and your tight-fitted long-sleeve shirt was crooked. You fixed that then looked for a bra to throw in the purse and a sweater to hide your breast.
Simon was awake well before you were. Simon could never get a full night's rest if König wasn’t around. Usually, his nightmares would consume him. Simon finally gets out of bed after staring at the clock, his only motivation to see you.
Simon kicks his legs over the bed and rubs his tired eyes, checking his phone for any missed calls he hadn’t noticed, missed call from König. He decides to call back
“Hi!” Königs chirpy voice spoke. “How are you?” He asked. Simon sighs and König knows, “nightmare?” He ask quietly.
“Yeah,” Simon speaks eventually.
“I should be back tonight, missions going as plan. How’d last night go?” König ask trying to take his mind off things.
Simon does smile lightly at remembering last night, “she got drunk. She’s very truthful, she likes us both so far.” Simon says, “oh, she came on my thigh.” He adds.
“WHAT!” König yells through the phone. Simon laughs, “oh my god.” König says in disbelief.
“She looked pretty doing so, anyways, when will you be home?” Simon says, changing the subject and making König sweat.
“Oh, um-,” König stuttered, “leaving in a few hours. Probably be home around 4 pm. I want to take Y/N out. Maybe around 7 pm?” He says
“I’ll let her know big guy. Can’t wait to see you.” Simon says as they bid their goodbyes. Simon finally stands and thinks back to last night and how you took charge so easily as if you’ve done that before. Were you more dominant? Or just drunk? You didn’t dominate him anyways, you were just assertive, marking claims. He huffed, what then if you are? He needs to know.
It’s ten o'clock in the morning when you finally arrive at work, your coworkers snicker at you as you explain that you had too much to drink last night and barely had the energy to come in. You took out the accessories and eyed the dress and decide to just put a bra on and not leave the office for the entirety of the day, lights low, aspirin near.
A few hours later anknock at the door was heard and then it opened. Simon stood at the door, looking around your room and chuckling at the dim lights. He closed the door and then pulled shades to the window up making you groan, then seeing your PJ pants and top, “rough night?” He asked, mocking you.
You mimic him, “rough night?” And held a smile on your face. “I think you know,” you say
“I had a good time, I think you did too.” He said, leaning on the edge of your desk.
“Hm, I did.” You say. “Did you tell König?” You asked bashfully
“What? That you made a mess on me?” He asked, teasing you.
You rested your head in your hands, “oh god.” You laugh.
Simon laughs, “no need to be ashamed pretty girl.” He says, “König wants to take you out tonight when he returns, around 7?” Simon ask.
You smile, “okay. Tell him it’s a date.” You said hiking a leg up into your chair to cross, looking back at your computer to update more files.
“Can I ask something, a little weird?” Simon says, suddenly shying away, something he never does, what the fuck? He thinks.
“Go for it. I’m an open book.” You encouraged seeing his hesitation.
“Last night, I couldn’t help but notice the way you were so assertive, as if you’ve done something like this.” He says, not knowing how to word his question.
“Well I was married so I’ve done the deed quite a few times.” You tell him, confused by what he’s trying to ask.
“No, like, you in a way dominated me, you know, that type of assertive behavior.” He says looking at the wall of your degrees hiding his embarrassment.
“Oh! That’s because I am a dom technically.” You say with a shrug.
Simon snaps his head at you, his eyes darkening at this information “What?” Is all he says.
You notice the look in his eyes, he doesn’t like the idea of it, “My husband was a sub and technically I’m a switch but my husband wasn’t, so I was a dom.” You explain, “a softer dom though.” You tell him looking down at the papers in front of you.
It's silent for a few moments before you look back up at him, his eyes are back up looking at your degrees, silently impressed by your accomplishments, “ever thought of submitting?” You ask quietly, almost afraid to ask.
He shakes his head no, then looks at you and crosses his arms, “no, not sure how I’d like it. Never tried it, plus König likes to be submissive.” He says.
“We could try it one day when you're comfortable with it of course. Can’t knock it until you try it.” You shrug. Simon doesn’t respond, but instead he lifts you off your chair causing you to squeal and giggle and he placed himself down onto your chair and you into his lap. Your legs dangle on the side as you sit sideways on him. “Can I take off the mask?” You shyly ask.
He nods and you remove it slowly and readily his face, “so handsome.” You say kissing his cheek. You get a better look at him and noticed how tired he is, “did you not sleep well last night?” You asked.
You didn’t know the severity of his sleep schedule, “no,” he simply says with a sigh.
“Want a nap on my on-call bed?” You ask pointing to the bed on the side of your room. He sighs again, “it’s okay. I won’t let anyone in.” You reassure him. He nods, feeling safe in your environment. You kiss his lips and stand up off him. You make the bed and he gets in and inhales the scent on your pillow, he loves it. You cover him up after he takes off his boots and give him another kiss on the forehead. His eyes flutter shut soon after, he loves the care you give him.
It’s later that night. Simon picked up König from the base after walking you to your car earlier that day, “thank you for letting me use your bed,” Simon says.
“Anytime, I’ll copy a key for you to use my office if I’m not there, both you and König are welcome to use it.” You say planting a kiss on his masked cheek. “Tell König I’m excited and can’t wait to see him.”
“König, you look great. Don’t worry, she’s excited to see you.” Simon said rubbing his arms in reassurance. He pulls König into a kiss, “your a gentle, caring, soft-spoken man, she’s gonna love you.” Simon says, and König lets out a breath of air he’s been holding in, nodding.
You pull over a black dress that flowed down to your knees. König was taking you to a fancy steak house in the city. You hop down your stairs giddy with excitement holding your heels in your hand.
After spending over a year caring for your now-deceased husband and then mourning him, you felt happy. You looked at the wall of your wedding photos and smiled, maybe it’s time to take them down? They haven’t been up long since I just moved here. You talked to yourself. This weekend, don’t ruin your night Y/N. You decided.
A knock was heard at your door and you ran to it as lightly as you could so König didn’t hear, but he did and he stifled a laugh at your excitement.
You opened the door and were met with Königs uncovered face. This was the first you’d seen his handsome face, Simon made you wait but König was told by Simon that no mask may be better.
“Your handsome.” You say instead of hello. You take in the little scar on his neck and forehead. He blushes and shies away. You grab his hand and hold it, “Hi, König.” You said smiling at his bashfulness.
“You have a nice home.” König said nervously, “large,” he added.
You looked around your front porch, “I wanted to find my forever home for the future. It was perfect.” You say and lock the door. König silently hoped you’d be in his future on this said porch.
You and König sat at a corner booth in the back with dim lighting. You spoke light chatter as the waiter brings you your drinks and takes your order, “tell me about yourself.” You say.
“Well, there’s not much on me. I’m from Austrian, but part of the German Armed Forces. I have family back home, and a sister.” He says quietly but enough for you to hear.
He was beyond nervous, even with Simon's constant reassurance, “Simon said you had a mission back home and was visiting family, how’d that go?” You ask placing your elbow on the table to hold your head up giving König your full attention.
“Okay, I suppose. Mission went smoothly, my family, not so much.” He frowns as he fidgets with the napkins.
“Oh?” You ask him.
“They aren’t very supportive of me and Simon, only my sister is. They live in the old generation, they always hope I’ll leave him and move back home to them. That’s not going to happen.”
You frown, “they don’t accept you? Why do you continue to visit them?” You ask.
He shrugs, “mostly for my sister. She’s lovely, she’s always stood up for me. I suppose if she ever moves here I’ll never return to my parents.” He says. “As awful as that sounds.”
“Well, I think you're great. You and Simon are cute together and just in three days, I’ve grown to like you both. I do hope we can go somewhere with this relationship and it works. After John's death, it was a black cloud around my head. So I moved and I never thought I’d meet a guy, let alone two.” You say.
König makes a move and pulls you closer holding onto your hand, “I like you a lot.” He says. You smile as you look into his eyes, they sparkle with happiness. “May I kiss you?” He asks.
You nod and König gently kisses you. You kiss back and place a hand on his cheek. He pulls away and smiles, “I like you too.” You say.
The food comes and you eat in comfortable silence, taking sips of wine and giggling at little jokes he tells, no doubt learning them from the other soldiers around him.
“You know Simon doesn’t normally let people in his life. It took a few years just for him to invite me over.” König speaks about Simon.
“Oh?” You asked a little surprised wanting to know more.
“Yeah, when I was transferred over I couldn’t tell if he liked me or hated me. He has this stare and he would just stare until you left the room. So I am surprised that he’s so affectionate with you..” He tells you.
“Sounds like he was interested in you since the beginning, or had a severe starting problem.” You giggled.
He smiles with you, “What I’m saying is, he’s affectionate and good to you, but he does have dark days where he is uncharacteristically, mean. Well towards the people he likes.” König informs you.
“I’ll keep it in mind, he’s doing good so far, I guess. I’ll learn as I go. What about you?” You ask holding his hand.
“Just a lot of anxiety, severe anxiety, some days are good some are bad.” He says with a frown. “What about you?” He asks you.
“Can get depressed sometimes, since my husband passed away.” you also frown.
“I’m sorry to hear, what happened?” He asked sincerely.
Simon must’ve never told him, “cancer. Had it for a year before it took him. We married young, right out of high school. Wasn’t the greatest idea but we were in love and crazy.” You shrugged.
Finishing up your meal, he drives you home and walks you to the door, “want to come in?” You asked.
König grows nervous again, “It’s alright if not. I just don’t want you to go yet.” You said with a slight frown. “I’m having a good night.” You pout trying to get him to stay.
“I’ll stay!” He said a little too quickly. He walks in behind you and looks around his new surroundings, “it’s lovely.” He says. It was a big home, to the right of the foyer was your office with glass French doors, to the left was the dining room with a medium size chandelier and straight ahead he could see the living room with an open kitchen. A large tv is mounted onto the fireplace.
“Thank you.” You say as König looks around, getting comfortable. He sees stairs down the hall that lead to the upstairs. “Want to watch a movie?” You ask him.
He nodded as you take off your heels and walk into the living room. you had a large sectional, at least a 6-piece, and the tv tilted slightly down at a comfortable height. König also takes off his shoes and walks towards the couch.
You walk off the kitchen after turning on the tv to fire it up and get it ready. König realizes he hasn’t checked his phone for Simon.
“How’s it going?”
“Well?”
“You better be making sure she has a great time or it’s over for you.”
“Your killing me König :( “
König smiled, "we’re at her house. Gonna watch a movie.” König replied.
“;)” Simon says making him chuckle and put his phone away.
Simon truly was a gift in his life. He remembered when he met Simon, he silently felt okay around Simon because he too wore a mask. Simon was silent and observant most of the time, always staring someone down or telling Soap his jokes were shit. But König noticed his stares more, they were directed at him. Simon couldn’t help but be intrigued by the giant mask man. He was silent and lurked around, but König never knew. König thought Simon hated him, his anxiety never helped his thoughts when Simon was around. He did like Simon, he liked how he ordered everyone around, and he liked his mask and his eyes.
König never was in a relationship with a man or woman, his anxiety was just too much, and the relentless bullying from school. It wasn’t until Simon couldn’t stand it anymore trapping König in a supply room that they both realized they had feelings for one another and they both were scared. They’ve been inseparable since.
You come back with a glass of wine and water for König, “I noticed you weren’t drinking tonight so I brought you water.” You say.
König nods and looks at the walls, picture frames of nature, and you on your wedding day. Your husband holds you closely. “That was John,” you say. “I’m thinking about taking them down tomorrow. Start new, maybe place one of my friends painting up.” You shrug as you sit next to him.
Be looks at you and his eyes drift around your body. He gets a good look at you. Your hair is now in a ponytail and your dress is raised a little higher on the thighs.
“See something you like König?” You ask with a smirk.
“I-uh,” he stuttered looking away. You get closer to him lightly grasping his hand, “may I sit on you?” You ask. He nods and you straddle his lap you pull back and smile, “a little birdy told me something.” You say.
König got worried, what did Simon say? He wonders.
“Told me you like to be dominated.” You said trailing your finger down his neck, “just so happens, i’m a dom. Funny how that works.” You say with a grin.
König whimpers when you say this, “don’t worry, I’m pretty nice.” You said before attacking his neck. You leave kisses and light marks so Simon could see your work.
He lightly pushes you away, you’re afraid you’ve gone past his comfort zone, “I’ve never done this, um, with a woman before.” He shyly admits. He felt almost embarrassed.
You soften your gaze, “it’s okay. Leave me to do the work and if it gets too much, stop me. No questions, I stop. Okay?” You ask. He nods, “I need words, my sweet boy.” You said with a little more dominance.
“Yes,” he says as you grind your core a little on his growing bulge.
You continue to rub onto him as you did on Simons thigh, except you weren’t doing it for yourself, you wanted to pull an orgasm out of König, one he hasn’t felt from Simon, one from a woman.
König moaned then whined when you suddenly stopped. You slipped down off him to the floor, getting on your knees, “Is this okay?” You ask him playing with his belt. You wanted to make sure.
“Yes, ma’am. Please.” He whined more.
“Such a good boy, using his manners,” you praised and he moaned, “you like that? Do you like being praised, and being told how good you are? How perfect?” You questioned, he moods frantically, “yes!” He says.
You undo his belt and tug down his pants and underwear and his cock springs free, it’s huge, and your mouth waters. It’s girthy and long. You wrap your hand around it and it barely wraps around, you have to use both hands. “So big, such a big boy. My big boy.” You moan and you slowly stroke him.
He bucks his hips slightly in your hands then stills and looks at you with wide eyes, “it feels good, m’sorry, didn’t mean to move.” He said, the fear that you’ll pull away.
“I’m not mad, accidents happen. But try to be a good boy,” you say sweetly. Simon must be meaner in bed for König to worry.
He once again nodded. You slowly stroke his cock with both hands, you move your lips to his thighs and lightly suck on them leaving marks, you can see him struggling to sit still, “please,” he begs.
“Please what? What do you need?” You asked still going at a torturous pace with your hands and sucking closer to his balls. He can feel your breath on them.
“I need your mouth, m’please, i’ll be good, swear it.” He says, sounding dumber, begging.
“Mm, since you asked so nicely.” Your say, moving your head to his tip, you give it one long swipe with your tongue
“Oh god! Please,” he moaned
You start to sink your mouth into him slowly, sucking lightly and swirling your tongue around his shaft. He was huge and it was no doubt your jaw would be sore later. König placed his hands down next to his thighs trying to find anything to hold onto besides your head, wanting to be your good boy.
Your mouth took almost all of him, the rest not going down unless you deep throat him and you wouldn’t give him that pleasure yet. You used one hand to cover what your mouth couldn’t and bounced your head sucking harshly now. König was a whiny mess gripping the couch cushions cover hard.
After a few minutes, you come up for some proper air, “your being so good at controlling yourself. Do you want to fuck my mouth? Want to stick it down my throat? Because I think you deserve it.” You say with a sweet voice
“Yes! Yes please! Can I hold your head, please? I just wanna bury my hands in your hair.” He begged.
“Of course my sweet boy. Just wait for my single.” You sink your mouth back over his cock and take him all the way a few times before tapping his thigh. He slowly bucks into your mouth making sure he wouldn’t hurt you. He holds onto the back of your head, gripping your ponytail lightly.
Once he’s comfortable enough, he starts to Buck into your throat faster. You reach down to his balls and pull and squeeze them encouraging him to keep moving. His breath is labored, “oh my Liebling, feels so good.” He says giving you a new nickname.
He goes at a bruising pace no doubt your throat will be sore. You feel tears run down your eyes for holding back your gag reflex. He starts twitching, “please! Can I come? I need to come ma’am!” He cries out. You squeeze his balls harder, the pleasure becoming too much for him. You tap his thigh twice and he stills in the back of your throat squirting his seed.
You swallow every last drop and you bring your head up and look at him. He saves the sight of your face mentally. Mascara is ruined, you have spit all over your face and some of his semen on the corner of your lips. He swiped some of it on his finger and brings it to his lips looking at you. “You okay?” You asked.
“Yes,” he whispered pulling you up to him. You cuddle up to his side and pull his boxers back up but keep his slacks down so he can be comfortable. “What about you?” He asks, feeling bad.
You wipe your face with a throw blanket on the side and fix your hair. “I’m good, just want to cuddle.” You say, pulling a blanket up. You feel his side vibrate and he pulls out his phone,
“Updates, I’m dying here.” Simon texted.
König smiles and shows you, “can we take a picture and send it to him?” You ask. He nods and you both smile. You can tell your face was freshly fucked. He sends it and he immediately responds
“My two favorite people” he texted back.
“Pretty girl looks a bit messy.” he texted again
You smiled and gave his phone back. He tossed it somewhere on the couch and pulled you close, you pressing play on the movie you both never started.
How did I get so lucky?
