Hey since I got one this morning I thought I'd make a post about it....

If someone that you don't know sends you an ask asking for money, it is very likely a scam! Common ones include "sick pets" or "I need money to evacuate (country)". These are scams, and they will not hesitate to play on your emotions. Stay safe out there and report them for phishing! Here's how to report content. Choose "unlawful uses or content" and then "phishing". Spread the word and please please be careful.

I am so excited to announce that I have LAUNCHED A PATREON! Woohoo!! I’m even more excited to announce that the debut is an early release for the long awaited chapter 11 of TDIAG! ((the chapter will be uploaded on to tumblr and wattpad two weeks after its patreon upload)).

It’s $5 a month, and alongside early access to TDIAG updates, my patreon will offer exclusive teasers, unannounced ficlets (some patreon exclusives, some early release) like Gladiator!Harry, TA!Harry, Angry ballet man, a gruff vampire x his familiar, TRIVIA MAN, and a possible patreon exclusive unfinished fic that stands at over 120K in word count! Little reminder that AFTERCARE IS IMPORTANT. Especially if you're punishing someone. Don't just do the punishment then dip out of no where or suddenly become distant and not what to talk. I'm so fucking sick of being used on this app by people that just want a wank and then that's it.

Adding onto this, make sure before you start ANY scene that the person wants this. Don't just assume that because last time you spoke you can start a scene without negotiation beforehand.

Jay should've never had his eyebrow slit taken away. He had an eyebrow slit as a kid, and should've never had them removed in the new designs. Nothing against non-slit eyebrows, but Jay's eyebrows slit was a defining part of himself. We all grew up as Jay with an eyebrow slit truthers so why would we let them change his model to not have them? The new writer should've just kept them, not change and remodel one of the best character designs in history. Sign this petition if you think Jay should still have an eyebrow slit and not normal eyebrows. Once we reach a good amount of people who have signed, I will tell y'all to touch grass and I won't contact the new writer bc that's weird.

I believe that any crowdfunding goal can be reached if enough people see and either share, donate or both. It happened with AO3, so surely it can happen with Palestinian families, right?

Thanks to people’s donations, Afaf Masoud was able to evacuate her mother and sister to Egypt. However, three family members remain in Gaza, including Afaf’s 3-year-old niece Marmar.

As of writing this post, €22,403 is still needed. But the fact that most of the money has been raised gives me hope that Afaf’s family can reach their goal and safely evacuate Gaza.

Remember, reblogs are better than likes, and if you’re able to donate, any amount (no matter how small) means a lot to people in need.
