yes! he loves kissing his lil gf (that's his contact name for you)

♡ he always kisses you first thing in the morning. even if you're still dead to the world asleep, he's still going to give you a kiss when he wakes up before getting out of bed.

♡ i don't think his top love language is physical touch, but if giving you a kiss was a love language, it would be his top. any chance he gets he's gonna kiss you.

♡ sometimes when you're laying in bed, you'll just feel his soft lips plant a kiss on your body somewhere. no words, nothing exchanged or acknowledged, he'll just give you a kiss out of habit almost.

♡ when you're getting ready- whether it's for bed or for date night, he enjoys sitting in the bathroom with you and watching you do your routines. coming up from behind you he'll plant a lingering kiss on your shoulder, telling you how beautiful you look.

♡ when you're going on yap tangents, talking about topics that he honestly doesn't know anything about, he has no problem stopping you with a kiss. "i love you- but i don't know what you're talking about."

♡ being with a younger girl like yourself, he's realized just how much he missed having heated makeouts. he feels like he's in high school again, kissing the hottest girl in school under the bleachers. he loves having you planted on his lap, hips grinding on his, and getting lost in the kiss.

I think a lot of people are getting the wrong idea when they call Tolkien a freak because he invented this elaborate framing device whereby the Red Book of Westmarch was actually written by Bilbo and Frodo (with some addenda by Sam) and he, Tolkien, was merely an editor and translator. Throughout history it's actually been a very common literary device for an author to represent their work as having been written by a character who appears in the story, with the author themselves variously positioned as a translator, editor, and/or literary executor. At the time that Tolkien was writing, such a device would have been seen as somewhat old-fashioned, but certainly not eccentric. Like, Tolkien was definitely a freak, but not for that reason.

Cryptid!Alfred, who is actually immortal. Like, he cannot die for forever - he did once, during the war, and after that... for some reason, he kept coming back, completely without any additional magical help. He sometimes dies again, and then mysteriously comes back on the next morning, as if nothing happened. Bruce used to it at some point, so instead of asking questions (Alfred has no answers, anyway) he just pretends that it is normal. He gaslights kids to think the same. Like, what do you mean he died, Damian? No, he is alrightish. Look in the kitchen, he is making us breakfast. It probably was just a bad dream.

So, when Jason dies and gets back? Oh, Alfred knows his grandson has the same curse/blessing. Because it wasn't the Lazarus Pit that brought Jason back after all, but some strange, unexplainable force. Perhaps, both of them are just bound to end up as guardians, as warriors and protectors - that's why they keep coming back.

...Nevertheless, it doesn't make their family less... anxious about the whole thing. These two from the other side? Oh, they absolutely enjoy their immortal hang-out hours.

Jason: What was your funniest death?

Alfred: I am going to say... that one time, when I was teaching young master Bruce using a hunting rifle, and he accidentally shot me. I came back in fifteen minutes, and, of course, a poor thing was sobbing, but afterwards he was doing all chores for a month. Wonderful days.

Jason: Damn, poor Brucie... My funniest gotta be that one time, when Roy and I got drunk, and I legit jumped off the building because I thought I can fly. Roy had never got sober that quick.

Dick, sobbing: Alfred... Alfred... He died! His neck was snapped! How can I live-

Alfred, casually leaning to snap Jason's neck again: Wake up, my boy.

Jason, dramatically gasping for air: Damn, who made me a massage, while I was sleeping?

This entire era was just rtd doing nostalgia bait for his previous era without actually bothering with a proper plot. Bringing back legacy characters can absolutely be done well and has been in the past, but here is really just felt like it was overshadowing the doctor. And I’m sure 15 will get overshadowed by a lot of fans because rtd had tennant before him and Billie piper after him. Both are good actors who played well liked characters, but they aren’t the entire show, they are not more important to doctor who canon than everyone else. Can’t we just take the time to appreciate a new actor who was delightful in the role of the doctor

Not to mention the racism of it all, rtd has a track record of sidelining his characters of color, and unsurprisingly he did it this time too. Ncuti was the first black doctor and him and Belinda were the first fully nonwhite tardis team, and yet we had so many doctor lite stories and Belinda’s characterization was basically forgotten in favor of focusing on the white companion from last season

"make nhl history?" you cut him off, and he didn't have any response.

slowly your hands reached up to his shirt, working on every button as he relaxed his muscles, leaning up against the bathroom counter. his hands found your hips, taking a deep breath as he felt your own hands slowly slide over his toned chest.

"can i? i just wanna make you feel good," you toy with the button of his slacks in between your two fingers, "i'm so proud of you," he takes in a sharp breath as you slowly pull the zipper down, "you're the best hockey player, i think you deserve it."

he was about to explode.

"fuck yes-" he chokes out, "you're gonna kill me, aren't you?"

A bit of background for those who haven't seen the book with my notes.

-HotGuy is a superhero comic in this AU, CuteGuy is the spin off version of it based off of a vigilante HotGuy runs into in the actual series (the fans latched onto CuteGuy and kept simping, so the producers of HotGuy felt the need to give the fans what they demanded). Grian prefers CuteGuy over HotGuy, Scar prefers HotGuy, (in the actual comic the duo’s civilian personas end up getting together).

-This comic has been around since Grian was around 13, he actually ended up getting a job when he was about 14, before he became an exchange student, and he got all the stuff to do a CuteGuy cosplay, he continued to collect all of the CuteGuy merch that came out (he always got the clothes a few sizes to big so he could continue to wear them as he grew [he didn’t grow tho-])
