Reminder that Queer Solidarity is more than Solidarity with other Queer people (although that is certain a major part of it). It is solidarity with all oppressed people all over the world. The colonized people of the Global South and the hyper-exploited minorities in the first world are all deserving of our solidarity. We are struggling against the same system which is oppressing all of us in different ways and to different degrees.

If you really want a gay wrath month, be wrathful in solidarity with disabled people and lift us up, don’t drown us out during our own pride month. We make up at least one third of this community, and we are siblings in arms. Bodily autonomy forever! Solidarity of the marginalized forever!

Woke up to news about Club Q.

Immediately shut my reaction down due to trauma desensitization.

I was at a queer event last night. The door was wide open to a room full of us. In Alabama.

It hurts. The reality hurts.

I'm in it. I'm with you. I love you. I hope you're alright, whoever you are.

Cope however is healthiest for you, and we will move forward in mourning and solidarity. As we have before and likely will again.

I had bought some pencils to paint face, I went to a taqueria with my mother and in the middle of the taqueria while we waited we used the paints, she painted me a trans flag and I painted her pansexual flag. I love my mother, she acept me how She's son. <3

You post about everyone in the queer community being hurt and how much we need unity is so right. I have trouble telling people in my own community I’m ace still and I have a fear that if I tell another trans person I’m agender but I also have no desire to transition other than using new pronouns I will receive the same hate I got hurled my way when I said I was ace. Anyway thanks I needed to tell someone how much it can hurt not being accepted by your own community. I know you know I just don’t really have many to talk to about it
