[smashy-headcanons]

I know on this blog the main consensus (in older headcanons at least) for the Mii Fighters is that there are six main ones but...I've always seen it as the Smash 4 and Ultimate main three have actually been one in the same. Just older and stronger. Sure there are some differences between the two appearance wise, but since they are Miis, maybe they were able to alter their faces themselves, explaining how (besides there being a timeskip since then) that both iterations aren't identical.

I've seen both interpretations, and while I do lean more towards them being separate people, there's interesting concepts you could explore with them being the same people. I.E., unlike other fighters who tend to stay the same age/similar ages from one game to the next, the different appearances could be more indicative of a time skip.

Mii Brawler has short, spiked hair in SSB4 while having longer, shaggier hair in Ultimate, and both have hair swept in the same direction. It could have grown out.

SSBU's Mii Gunner is swept differently (going to the left rather than a center split) and looks a lot grayer than SSB4's Mii Gunner.

The Mii Swordfighter does show some age as he's gotten older too: his face is a little less soft around the edges and he's gotten a hair cut.

It would be an interesting way to show that, while some people are getting pulled for one Smash game at the same age that they got yoinked for another, there's still the passage of time within the Smash universe.

Who would the Twisted Wonderland Characters main in Super Smash Bros Ultimate.

It’s in the title. We’re starting now. 

Part 2.

This goes from Heartslabyul - Octovinelle. 

Riddle - Mario. Man has never played a single game in his life he barely even know who Mario is but since he’s the only one on the roster he knows, he went with him. Is absolutely terrible at the game and definitely rages when he loses.

Trey - Luigi. I feel like Trey has played past smash games before with Chenya and therefore is actually kinda decent at the game. He can 0 to death you off of one throw but he only does it to people he’s annoyed with. So, basically every match he plays against Ace.  

Cater - Captain Falcon. He mains him for the clips he can post on magicam. He’s actually quite good at the game and is a wifi warrior. I think he’d have like Jigglypuff as a secondary just to avoid his sisters criticizing him for these sick slips.  

Ace - Joker. He wants to be MKleo but he never will. Man does his best but is still mediocre. He always tries to go for clips and fails like 90% of the time but the one time he does get the clip he’ll loom it over the person he got it against forever. 

Duece - Mii Brawler. He has several Miis and likes customizing them. He also knows a lot of combo routes with the different specials.

Leona - Rosalina and Luma. He likes tactics and what’s more tactical then a puppeteer? He can do some nasty shit and knows all the tech. He plays with Savannaclaw whenever he’s bored and he’s the best player in the dorm. 

Ruggie - Roy. He doesn’t have that much time to play games but he knows that you can win some money if you win matches and tournaments and while it may be inconsistent, Roy is still very strong and doesn’t require a lot of play to be good at so it’s a win/win. Although he didn’t expect to be on the same skill level as Jack in this game.

Jack - Wolf. Kinship aside, Jack likes playing fair and Wolf is a very fundamental character. Meaning how good you are at him is dependent on your skill level rather than some cheese. He may not play that many video games, but he wants to be able to beat Leona in a match one day and he’s climbing up the ranks of Savannaclaw SSBU playerbase.

Azul - Samus. This man hates you and everything you stand for. He will camp you out and spam charge shot and kill you at like 80% while you have barely gotten in. He does fail a lot whenever his opponent has a reflector though. Only really knows how to play because of Idia. 

Jade - Peach. He can do the crazy ass turnip combos and kill you in like 4 seconds. Beware. 

Floyd - Zelda. To annoy Azul.

The boys are we going Blue Heroes! Alex born in Kingsland, he's excited to heard it's aqua boys, a main colors, a powers and attacks in blue animals. The guys getting dressed to change his color is Blue, just same. Prince Phillip wearing a Blue Tunic, Destiny becomes a Team Union Sovereign Hero. In fact, Alex meets Topher have a attacked Polar Bear messing with Flik, and.... Link was looking at his bonus fragment of Diamond, a crystal ball like so shiny. I don't want to crossed sword, looks great photo of Ian Lightfoot's parents, Cyan Yoshi riding with Blue Whale, he still helps a Sky saving his Default Mii Brawler, and... after 2 years ago, Champion Tunic Link visiting the turquoise fantasy world, getting a all these weapons, Phillip and Topher magical world nights. This is evil clone villains counterpart Dreadlock, Negative Alex, Dark Link, Evil Flik and Dark Captain America, a defeats his blue heroes. He is loves knights hear that Destiny's good talk, he curses fighting one his weapon this Topher banished by Negative Alex, Who was Ian magics Mii Brawler, he's change wears color is blue. Some Flik and Ian are people who Alex's father, King Kendric, something like Sky, a specialist guy, is Captain America stealing his Diamond, what's Flik he making a mad, blue guys is going to home. Played in my first smash tourney in 2 years yesterday, had a lot of fun :)

2/8 I think? Wolfen is still very good but I think I could've won if I didn't play mii brawler the first 3 games of grands

ESAM vs Scend

ESAM on the Mii Brawler is not surprising, Ness is one of the few matchups ESAM thinks Pikachu loses

ESAM putting up insane pressure, the forward smash on stock one, the nair back air on stock 2, and a forced error by sniping the PK Thunder from Ness disallowing his recovery

1-0 ESAM’s favor

Another ridiculously fast stock 1, once again through insane pressure. The pressure in advantage that ESAM is able to apply honestly is making it look like such a one-sided game

The thrust uppercut (up-b) is insanely powerful as well, finding stock 2, Scend not having a single lead the entire set

AND THE DOWN AIR 2 FRAME TO CLOSE GAME 2

back to PS2 and idk if I agree with the decision at this point from Scend I think a change of scenery would be huge for ness. Idk what ESAM has been banning, but Kalos and Town and City sound like much better stages than PS2

Scend finally got a chance to play a lead, and with some unfortunate errors from ESAM, Scend is able to close out game 3

and what a good decision it had been so far, ESAM finally finding a lead after not being able to do so for the past 2 games, once again able to apply all the pressure in advantage he was able to in the previous games that he won

Scend on his tournament stock, looking for a miracle or a back throw

Tournament stock for both players. ESAM still in the lead and in advantage. this is scary we have seen what he can do. the damage is climbing but Scend escapes before ESAM can find a kill

One clean hit from either player will close it out AND THE BACK THROW FROM SCEND GETTING HIM INTO TOP 8 WITH A REVERSE 3-0

(1/5) Lots of Mii names facts coming up! I remember an ask a while ago mentioning the Mii fighter's canon names. I looked it up, and Ken and Sophia, Swordfighter and Gunner respectively, turned out to be Guest B and Guest F (default Miis). The screenshots with the names I ended up finding on supersmashbros(.)fandom(.)com, and they're apparently from Sakurai posting daily pics of SSB4 on Miiverse, November 20th 2014 for Ken, and August 28th 2014 for Sophia

(3/5) The SSBU Mii fighters have names in the game files, too. One source I found (Mii Library site) said their names were かくとうF (Kakuto F) for Brawler, けんじゅつE (Kenjutsu E) for Swordfighter, and しゃげきJ (Shageki J) for Gunner, while another (Wii Facts Plus tumblr) said けんじゅつぅ(Kenjutsu) for Swordfighter and しゃげきお (Shagekio) for Gunner, and still けんじゅつE (Kenjutsu E) for Brawler

(4/5) I don't know know Japanese in the slightest, but those may simply be alternate spellings/phrasings of their official Japanese titles, taking from ssbwiki(.)com, Mii格闘タイプ (Mii kakutō taipu) for Brawler, Mii剣術タイプ (Mii kenjutsu taipu) for Swordfighter, and Mii射撃タイプ (Mii shageki taipu). But again, I know nothing about Japanese, and I'm just using my sources' translations, so I could be completely off

(5/5) And finally, SSBU default Mii Brawler shows up in a screenshot with the name Chris in a tweet from NintendoVS on twitter (Mii Fighter is said, if you want a keyword to search for), though I have no idea if that account is official or not. Anyway I may have hyperfixated on the default Mii fighter names a bit, and being able to share it finally is a great Christmas gift :) /gen (here's hoping none of these get lost to tumblr)
