Silver wolf!yuu is rarely known in nrc, they prefer to stay behind the scenes only a few students know about their existence.

Rarely appear in public, mostly using their holograms to go to school. It's pretty rare to see them actually outside of the ramshackle dorm.

Has a habit of disappearing and appearing, imagine your standing there and suddenly a hologram or game particles appear and silver wolf!yuu appear beside you.

Every time Crowley manages to piss them off, silver wolf!yuu would choose an area to vandalize at school, and some students manage to learn when you take a photo of it you can get a hidden message from silver wolf!yuu about Crowley.

silver wolf!yuu has a habit of collecting data about students, they have a database about their past, quirks, strength and weakness.

A very famous gamer in twst known to beat unbeatable levels of any game in twst and they use a fake alias. They hear about idia ranting towards Ortho about their game persona and find it funny. And join many game tournaments and win them easily and they gained money for this.

The ignihyde dorm is their second home, the dorm has good wifi for gaming. And manage to get close to idia and Ortho and talk about games with each other.

Their uniform has technology imbued to it. allowing them to access and project holographic screens on command. These are mainly used for quick data checks, sending encrypted messages, or pulling up maps and files in real-time without needing a handheld device.

They possessed a higher advanced technology than anything in twst. Also they use their aether hacking to change the ramshackle to their liking.

In battle, they would dominate due to having a lot hex on their side, they can hack into reality and get in the students file and remove the overblot. Or use it to discover and apply weakness towards the enemy.

They also have a mysterious job, operated as a freelancer, known for taking on jobs that require skill, secrecy, and the ability to circumvent the most complex security systems. Their reputation was built on their expertise in digital infiltration, information gathering, and high-stakes hacking, often working for those willing to pay for their skills without asking too many questions. most of their clients seem to be suspicious or not morally good.

Notorious for being a phone addict always playing their game outside or inside of class and when they were asked a question they immediately answered it correctly.

They also have a talent of engineering zoning out imagining about creating new tech ideas, mods and strategies for games.

Has a tendency to reminisce about their mother and would just sit there and reminisce about them and grim would always be there to comfort them.

An expert marksman, rook and them once a week have a contest with each other who ever is the better marksman.

They are by far one of vil favorite, they are dignified, elegant and strong like a soldier and a princess should be, they also inspired epel to be more like them he admired them and have lessons with him where they tutor him.

They are patient and calm in the heeds of battle always believing as being one in harmony they could work together and forge a more successful path, as well being the back bone of a battle planning and helping them behind the scenes by shooting at the enemy

Them and Lilia would usually trade military tactics to each other over a cup of tea and also discussing other topics

They usually get burned out and they don't know when to rest, since they always have to keep a princess like dignity many of the first years notice and comfort them during hard times.

Bronya!yuu abilities allow them to enhance their comrade ability extremely towards its potential, as well to summon winter soldiers to help them but it takes a lot of energy.

Have a love and interest in history, usually seen in the library studying about twst long history and enjoy talking about them to their friends.

As well being a top student, always studying and getting good grades without any issue and always be respectful towards people

By far have a good reputation at school for being a capable leader, many students admire their discipline, while others have some sort of a sense of rivalry with them.

I've seen a few people post photos of their Rook, so here is Neliel de Riva/ Nels/ Rook being a little brat to the guy that saved her scrawny ass from drowning almost 20 years ago. (She's probably being all smug for imitating his outfit when hers doesn't look identical to his)

(I wish I could give Viago back his luscious locks, but alas, I'm on PS5 so I can't mod it. 😭)

And of course, Lucanis is amused with how much of a brat she is, Teia is used to it, and Viago is tolerating her because she's his little (adopted) sister and the only one allowed to be a little shit to him. (Good luck getting HIM to say that...)

Still here? Wow, okay. Well, how about some trivia about Nels?

- She hates the taste of fish

- She heard about Lucanis at a young age and was so enamored with him, she HAD to learn Rapier, so Viago of course had to learn too so he could teach her

- Her bun hides a pair of silver hollow point darts that she uses for distance and up close poisoning

- Viago told her enough stories and surprise poisoned her enough times to make her almost as neurotic as him. (Lucanis does tease her about this)

- She has what I call a "Southern Antivan" accent (Her Antivan is more Italian, and she uses the same 'Cazzo' as Viago). For reference, I call Lucanis's accent "Northern Antivan". (Lucanis teases her about this too, saying she talks 'like an old granny')

- The accent you hear in-game is her masking her accent.

- In my headcanon, she doesn't know how to do archery proficiently, but the game won't let me unequip the bow, so in my story she uses darts, but in game she is a BEAST with a bow because I'm a sucker for archery.

- She has no idea what makes her blades light up with that awesome green necrotic fire, but it's awesome. (I don't remember what the hells I put on her for that, but it made it into story lol)

- She often and repeatedly looks the other way when Viago is with Teia, in every meaning. She just accepts them as a thing, and chastises Viago when he pisses Teia off. She ships them as hard as I do lol.

- She's probably Orlesian, but no one has a definitive answer, because Viago found her when she was 9 washed up on the shore in Salle and she didn't speak until 11, and by then trauma and Viago calling her "Rook" for lack of a better name had switched her to speaking the Trade Tongue and Antivan. But she occasionally remembers a bit of Orlesian. (Lucanis loves to practice on her. He knows he got it right when she absently responds, then looks confused. She's like his Orlesian speaking sleeper agent, but only responds in Orlesian when triggered)

7. Has there been any sort of betrayal within the relationship that they have to overcome?

I would say it's the fact that Long chose Minrathous over Treviso (yep I use mod to romance him despite the choice). Not exactly a betrayal per se, but still a huge blow to Lucanis's trust. But within the throuple, Neve managed to soothe him down and they worked it out gradually. Details of how it work out has not been worked out yet lmaoooo.

19. Is there a task that they would not trust their partner to do? Why?

Lucanis wouldn't trust Long to cook, given how skilled he is while Long is a spoiled rich ass bitch who never has to come near a cooking pan in a mile xD However they both know how to enjoy good food, especially to do some cultural exchange over the differences of Nevarran and Antivan cuisines.

14. Do they have any pets? If not would they consider having one together?

Well Solas is her pet They don't have a pet during the 2 games, but maybe postcanon when they settle down with 2 kids and perhaps some pets? Do wisps count as pets? Anyway they may adopt some Fade creatures, or some spirit taking form of a normal animal. Maybe a bird, or a butterfly! (Varric's nickname for 'An is butterfly, so it's a tribute to him)

20. Is there a sentimental object they associate with their partner? What is it? Was it a gift?

Other than the wolf jaw that he left her after DAI? xD Well, at one point during Skyhold, 'An carved a tiny chicken out of leftover woods that was used to make her weapon (so it was very sturdy and expensive wood), and sneaked it in Solas's desk drawer. He found it, but they never really spoke about it.

Well, until the end of Veilguard where they have to depart to the Fade prison too abruptly and he couldn't nab it with him. He finally confessed that he's been keeping it close to his bed to remind him of what could have been, and he's sad that it's not there with them now. But 'An assured him that he has the real thing here! (maybe they managed to conjure one out of the fade later)

i have a question about modders etiquette and if it's rude you definitely don't have to answer. is it considered rude to ask for an update on an in-progress mod, or to ask for a different kind of mod? for example, one modder said something about having different colors of x mod out in a few weeks, and i was wondering if they were still working on it. another mod has an accessory for rook that i like and i was wondering if they wouldn't mind sticking it on other characters (as someone who doesn't make mods, i have no idea how much or little work that might be). for context, these wouldn't be drive-by requests - i commented on the mods and even donated to the modders when these mods were originally released, and i always credit them under my screencaps. but i don't think that gives me a license to be a pest! is there a general rule about these kinds of requests or does it just depend on the person?

First of all, I'd like to say that I'm just one person and I can't really speak for everyone (not intended as a jab at you, more like me recognising the limits of my perspective).

I personally would only think it's rude to ask about an update/make a request on a mod if:

You only request something without commenting on what you liked about the og mod/expressing gratitude etc. In the sense that you are asking for something without offering anything in return (kind words, in this case). I see you've already covered that base by commenting/donating/crediting the authors, but still want to mention it for other people that may be reading this.

The mod's description/pinned comment/modder's bio on nexus/whatever says that the author has abandoned modding, they are on break, or aren't taking any requests at the time.

I'd also recommend checking other comments under the mod to see if anyone asked the same thing recently, or how the author reacts to requests made under their mod(s).

Other than that, I think you're good? As long as you ask nicely. And you sound like a person who knows how to phrase a question kindly ^_^

Plus, comments with requests can be a good reminder that someone cares about what you do, and actually uses that in their game. You kind of lose sight of that when you do a lot of modding work. There were honest to god mods/mod updates I released only because someone commented under them, and I was like, "Oh, shit, right, someone actually needs that thing!"

Something like that! Any other mod makers reading this are welcome to chip in if you feel like you have something to add.

11. Who says I love you first? What is the other's reaction? Who thinks it first?

Despite wanting to answer this in a Viago/Rook context (I might actually still do that) I will start with Rookanis. Rook wanted to tell Lucanis he loved him before Teartstone Island but Lucanis shut him down. So, I think Rook thought the 'i love you' first, however, Lucanis is the one who said it first. Rook's reaction was probably, shock, if I'm honest. He'd just been released from the Fade prison, everything was a hot mess. He was exhausted nad mentally ravaged. That being said, he loves Lucanis so much, he was so relieved to be able to hear Lucanis say it and be able to return the sentiment. If we go the Viago/Rook route, I can say with absolute certainty that the first person who said I love you was Rook because Viago is in denial for the first like 85% of their relationship. Viago, however, thinks it first, he's just too afraid to act on it. So, when Rook says it, he panics, and freaks out. They might even break up (again) and it takes him a while to really reconcile his feelings and how Rook feels about him. But when they come back together, truly inevitable, he returns the feelings with his sincerest apology.

15. What was the partner's reaction to Rook being imprisoned in the Fade? How did they cope? How did they react upon seeing Rook again?

Lucanis: When Rook is imprisoned in the Fade, I think he immediately jumps into work trying to get Rook out. He teams up with Spite to traverse the Fade, looking, searching, hunting. Rook broke him out of the Ossuary prison, Rook also saved him from his mind prison - can't he just do this ONE thing in return? Pull Rook from the Fade prison? As time goes on, and they do not find him, I think Lucanis has to accept that Rook is dead. He cannot hold onto false hope because it will kill him. He starts working on gearing up for the final fight, getting the Crows in order, making sure they can face Elgar'nan and end it, in Rook's name and honor. He keeps himself as busy as possible. When he finally sees Rook again, it's the most relieving and agonizing pain. Rook is here. Rook is alive. His Rook! The love of his life, his soul. I think when Rook was yanked out of the Fade, he immediately wraps him up in his arms without question (I know we don't see this in game but I believe it happens) and Spite's wings do the same. They both hold Rook as tightly as they can and sob. Really sob. Rook is alive. Rook is safe. Viago: When Rook is imprisoned, it is up to the party to advise him. They all probably draw straws on who is going with Lucanis because Lucanis is having trouble speaking on the matter. Emmrich is the one to go, he can explain it better in technical terms, so when Viago is advised of what happened to Rook he is filled with regret, guilt, pain, and sorrow. Rook -- his Rook. The one he sent away from Treviso and Antiva to keep alive because he feared the Talons would kill him for his transgressions. The Rook he helped train and mod. The Rook he fully believes in, no matter how much he acts as though he doesn't. He's destroyed on a deep emotional level but he doesn't show it. Viago is very stoic and quiet but Teia knows he's in pain. He asks what he can do and they ask the Crows to start preparations for the final battle. Viago throws himself into his work, constantly in his little alchemy lab, probably researching the Fade, to see if he can do anything. He writes Rook letters because he's best at written word. Letter after letter. And when Rook finally returns, even though at this point Viago has also probably given up hope, he's given word and he practically sprints to the Lighthouse. He barrels through and his first instinct is to yell, to lecture, to tell Rook he's an idiot but all he can do is yank Rook into a hug and hold him as tightly as he can, and finally tell him, that he loves him. He loves Rook and he refuses to let Rook ever leave him again.

After being in a relationship with him for so long, you know that his urging to get you to eat something and to develop a skincare routine is out of genuine concern for you and once you explain that your appearance is how you naturally look and that yes, you're fine, Vil doesn't worry as much. But he still keeps an eye out for you. Just in case.~

Well, my final thoughts after the last playthrough

The only thing I really don't have any complaints about is the locations, they are very beautiful. The third act is good, I liked it for the first time and I liked it in my last run. I like rogue combat style, so far my favourite in the series, the mage and warrior are so-so, I didn't really like it, especially mage, to be limited by just 3 spells is ridiculous. The armor design is atrocious, mods can save it in general, but without them 90% of armors can be just thrown away. Companions' armors should also be redone with retextures, otherwise they are as colorful as parrots.

All lore was completely abandoned, all the elves suddenly know that the gods were evil, don't tell me they belived Inquisition, that they considered a Chantry organisation or their own God of Lies. Qunari Rook walk around Minrathous and no one has questions, although it was said earlier that the kossiths are killed on spot. Qunari in general are just cannon fodder, Venatori are also faceless villains. Honestly, it's better not to think about the lore at all, the more you think, the more you understand how bad the situation is.

All dialogues are extremely simplified, the style is not consistent with the previous games, I'm done with hearing Yep answers. It was fine in ME but not in DA. Also if Rook is an elf, especially Veil Jumper, sometimes they speak like a Dalish, sometimes like a city elf, they could not decide who the main character is at all.

Companions:

I like Davrin's questline with the griffins, as well as the NPCs it involves, I liked Uncle Eldrin, he actually feld like DA character. I also like Bellara's questline in general, at least something really emotional in this game + she really grows into something by the end, especially if you choose her as the one who will be kidnapped, Neve looked strange in this role.

It is better to ignore Taash, the more you learn the worse it gets. I'd rather recruit their mother if I had a choice.

Neve, Lucanis are neither fish nor fowl, although the concept of their quests was not bad, the execution was average. The crows are too sanitized here, I think devs need to play DAO one more time or at least once for some. All this talks about Jacobus becoming a crow in the end... I felt just cringe.

Emmyric is not bad, but too positive, although the choice with Manfred is the only one that really makes you consider what is better.

I didn't like Harding. She's much more interesting and serious in DAI, here she's just a sweet cutie, I ended up always saving Davrin, because I don't care if she lives or not. I actually felt bad about Davrin.

The romances in this game, it doesn't matter whether they are present or not, nothing to say.

Only the male Rook voices are normal, I actually liked Voice 2, it was natural and pleasant mostly, the female ones are terrible, especially the British one, it's incredibly annoying.

The import of decisions from previous games is played out poorly, they said that they would leave everyone to decide for themselves what was before and not touch on it, but in fact they have their own canon that they imposed. I was kind of fine with 3 choices only, but no the way they executed it. Regarding the Inquisitor, the only thing that really matters is whether there was a romance with Solas or not, while the romance itself is just terrible in DATV. I think I was literally in rage after the final scene lol But this whining creature, drooling over Solas and forgiving him everything is not my Lavellan. I'm actually not a Solavellan fan, I prefer friendship path and think he has more chemistry with non elven Inquisitor, but I liked my Lavellan. It was not her at all.

Friendship path is the only one that looked good in DATV, at least it suited my Trevelyan. On the other hand there is no import of their possible hatred and dispuse for each other, but here if you import that Inqy swore to stop Solas at any cost, it looks like they were mostly friends but disagreed in the end of Trespasser.

I ended up playing in my last playthrough as a male elf, a veil jumper with a mod that returns cut Dalish lines, always choosing the most straightforward dialogues. This was mostly okay. Davrin and Bellara were also my constant companions. I wanted to romance Neve, but somehow it looked ridiculous, then switched to Bellara, and it turned out much more organic with some real chemistry, I imported my canon Inquisitor Trevelyan, well and after excluding everything I didn't like the previous times, this playthrough turned out more or less enjoyable. This is definetly not the way it supposed to be lol My first impression was better actually, it's when you try to analyse and replay the gane you trully realise how problematic it is.
