did everyone work somewhere as a teenager that started out as a normal job and then slowly became their home, and they and the rest of their coworkers would stay there hours after clocking out. and it had super chill management but that’s ok cuz the teenagers ran things and it turned out mostly fine (the ceiling is literally being held together by bandaids and fishing line) and everyone there had mediocre to poor home life’s so they were each others found family. and after leaving, they compare every job to that one which is not a fair comparison whatsoever because it wasn’t a job it was a home. or is that just me

Foolish going in with two totems as a part-totem who never, never uses totems. His screams for Leo as the ceiling caves in, trying desperately to throw her a totem through the barrier. Digging, trying to glitch, trying to problem solve in a situation so chaotic and so impossible, there’s just nothing he can do. Not leaving until his totem pops - until he can’t see Leo anymore. Repeating to himself that she was right there, just right there, he couldn’t even get her a totem, he couldn’t do anything.

Foolish staying behind to make sure Tina and Mouse get out, to make sure he sticks with Cellbit, telling himself he can feel it later, as long as they survive, he can feel it later - and running out of time. If he hadn’t stayed behind digging for Leo, he would have made it. If he hadn’t given all but one of his enderpearls to the others, he would have made it. If he wasn’t looking over his shoulder for Cellbit, he would have made it.

In my dream last night there was this collection of old comic books and they were like super old fashioned and yellowing and they were about a version of Jason who had first become robin while living in this orphanage/boarding school/academy. He had a few misadventures before meeting Batman, including one where he saved a baby Waylon Jones, and another where he got in trouble but managed to escape but not before Dick heard of it so then Jason had to go BACK and save him because they were both having a ‘I need to save the civilian’ moment. I should have noticed it was a dream because it had a 70s era Dick in the same comic as a Jason who I wouldn’t be surprised if he came from the Golden Age, but the real anachronism was that Batgirl Steph drawn in the 2000s BoP style appeared and she was like time traveling I guess? And then I also had comics about Red Hood Jason helping out Steph and like putting a blanket over her when she went to bed and no actually the weird thing that should have woken me up was that I was showing these things to actual Robin Jason from the 80s and he was not surprised that he was a comic book character he was just nodding along as a showed him.

no wait everyone quiet. i know we haven't ascertained f/urina's power level. or if she might lose her godly status after the next quest. BUT. i was thinking back on the hc of how sneezes from the archons cause disasterous results.

and like. immediate thought: f/urina sneezing can cause a literal tsunami.

if she just stifles it, it just makes the water filled object closest to her like. explode from the water rapidly moving but-

her hitching breaths literally match up with the tide slowly drawing back and the waves slowly getting bigger and bigger until the eventual release

additional note: N/euvillette could be even more destructive with his sneezes if he was at full power considering the dragon thing, but like, at the current moment it just causes a very brief, very INTENSE downpour of rain... could also cause whirlpools though now that im thinking of it. but like, if he was at full power he'd also cause tsunamis but like. WORSE. yknow?
