2001 Naked Yiwu | Teas We Like | Raw Puerh

Sorry for my lack of posts, I’ve been very busy with class.

Excited to try another Yiwu tea. Initial aroma is Smokey and like sugary tart fruit. Canned peaches? Leaves are a very deep green color and are tightly packed, once opened up properly the liquor turns to a gold color. Taste is light, creamy, with some peach and melon flavors. Coats the mouth nicely. Super enjoyable. Qi is also light, a small feeling in the head. I really liked this one.

Journaling does not have to be neat and aesthetic!!! Writes as messily as you want, use glitterpens because they make you happy, color an entire page with black marker because you needed a distraction and the repetitive movement is soothing, write paragraphs and paragraphs about your favorite tv show or how you make your favorite coffee, doodle silly pictures, fill an entire page with lipstick kisses and coffee spills

Journaling is supposed to make you feel good. It's a safe space you can pour your heart into and help ease the weight on your shoulders. It's not supposed to be another factor of stress because it doesn't look "aesthetic" enough

One of my favorites that I keep forgetting to write up about!

Love this sheng. Right away, when hitting the dry leaf with hot water the sweet smell of smoke wafts upwards. The flavor is without a doubt, smoke-y. Like a nice barbecue on a warm day. It has that sweet fruity spice flavor that I really enjoy. Spice and smoke are nothing too overpowering. This would probably be a friendly puerh to those still unfamiliar with that flavor profile. Certainly up there with my favorites! Wish I had some more, finishing off my stock now.

hello, loves

good morning! i have a warm cup of strawberry green tea by my side as i write this, and a feeling that something good is coming.

today's quite a sad day (the rain won't stop)--but i'm sure i will be able to turn it around. at some point, i want to change into swimmers and play outside in the rain with my little brother.

last night i made a new pinterest account for myself, and deleted one of my old side blogs. i know that if i want my life to change (for the better), i have to change myself (my mindset) first. the blog and pinterest were very much holding me back (as silly as that may sound).

here's my to-do list for today: ☆ continue on my sehs glossary ☆ español study ☆ change my calendars to april (still haven't gotten around to it lmao) ☆ go for a walk ☆ english ct1a ☆ upper body training

i know that a lot of people don't work well with to-do lists but they help me SO MUCH. there's something about just having it all written down that allows me to be so much more productive.
