While you finally entered the game. You claimed all the rewards possible before finally clicking on the wishing icon. Immidietly seeing Xianyun and Ga ming you smiled, getting any of your ritual objects ready.

Ga ming already had a big grin, so luckily he didn't had to hold back from that. What he needed to hold back from was blush that was risking being more and more visible. While Xianyun, having rather cold face, needed to keep herself back from cracking smallest smile or else you'd notice.

Seeing you had not 60 but 61 wishes, you decided to challange the fate and do one single wish first! Promising yourself oh so dearly outloud that you'll main and triple crown whoever comes first.

In that 2 seconds of making a wish, happened more than you could imagine. Ga ming runned like he never did, motivated to make his cuties day. Though Cloud Retainer seemed to not stand back and watch as she made sure to pass the boy. Surprisingly they arrived at your screen almost at the same time!

After clicking x again, you returned to simple wish screen you knew. Leaving Xianyun and Ga ming enough time to talk again before you check any of their profiles.

─ "Do you realize what you just did?" - woman asked furrowing her eyebrows

─ "Oh don't tell me you wanted to see cutie's sad face when they wouldn't get me!" - boy asked furrowing his eyes in response, his tone slightly annoyed

Robby would be the one to wanna pay for everything so he's scrounges up some cash to do so. Of course he steals the flowers and chocolates because the money can be used elsewhere. He wants to impress Reader and she's a rich Encino kid, so of course he has to do everything like a gentleman.

However, this is sweet, goth LaRusso!Reader. She doesn't care about money or what he's able to get her. One their daylte, she probably pays with her dad's card before Robby has the chance to take our his wallet. She doesn't care about the stereotype where guy pays for everything on the date. She just wants to have a nice, fun time with her date.

I thought they might go to a concert, but I love the idea that they go to a fair!

They totally eat fair food and sit at a picnic table while drinking a smoothie together. She totally finds two straws romantic, not that she'll admit it outloud. She has an air of gothic mystery to keep up, similar to his bad boy attitude he keeps up with. He definitely puts his arm around her while they walk around the fairgrounds, holding her close as he gives off that 'I don't care' attitude to everyone they pass by. It's actually so sweet.

They go on rides together where he holds her hand the entire time and they're laughing together, just having a nice time together. They spend the time waiting in lines talking about any and everything, just getting to know one another that much better. And cliche as it may be, they have their first kiss at the top of the Farris wheel 🤭 totally unplanned. It was just the perfect moment.

When the night is seemingly over, Robby is happy with how things are seemingly going to end. He takes her home and walks her to her front door, but then she mentions how she doesn't want the night to end and asks if he wants to come inside. He has nowhere he has to be, so he comes inside and they decide to watch a movie in her room. Her family aren't home, so there no one to bother them or bombard them with questions. She strategically told her dad that she was going out with friends and definitely not his new hire from the Auto Group.

It's sweet and innocent at first, but as they forget about the movie in favor of lip locking and gentle touches. Being that he wants to be gentlemanly, he doesn't touch past her waist but he does get some squeezes in. He can't help it. Her waist is so soft and squeezable 😏 so he has to at least get one in, which makes her gasp and their lip locking turns into making out.

They lay on her bed making out for what feels like forever before they have to part for air. She giggles when she sees her black lipstick smeared on his lips and she can't help kissing his cheek to leave a black smooch on his skin. And maybe a few more down his neck. Robby is not opposed to any of this and perhaps they get a little carried away with each other 🤭 either way, their night together is unforgettable.

in the end i think it's *so* simple for them. and honestly, not much changes. it starts with eddie just hanging out with them a lot. they're his best friends and just because they're a couple doesn't mean they don't have time for him. he still goes to basketball thursdays with eddie and he hangs out with buck and plays video games and sometimes buck cooks at the loft and tommy and eddie both come over. then slowly buck and tommy start feeling like something is missing when eddie isn't around. they don't talk about it at first but one thing that they're really good at is being honest with each other, so yeah. they eventually do talk about it and realize they're on the same page.

so they start inviting eddie over more and more, until eventual it's rarely the two of them alone. (sometimes it is, sometimes it's one of them and eddie, too.) eddie actually starts to think they're coddling him a little and he confronts them about it. he asks them if they're just keeping him busy and tells them he's fine and they are absolutely not so they tell him! they just like being around him!!! they want him there all the time. and in the end, it's eddie who says it outloud.

he asks them point blank if they're trying to get him to join their relationship (maybe not in those words and maybe more like it's meant to be a joke even though he really does mean it). they don't even answer, really. they just take turns kissing eddie because quite honestly, they've been kind of lowkey dating him this whole time anyway. and then it's just kind easy. nothing changes.

oh man thanks for this actually, i ruminated a LONG time over what i wanted to do with that panel. the violence in that whole sequence is a lot more intense (imo) than anything else we've seen so far, so i was already kind of concerned it would be Too Much to have gideon drag a response out of her sliced up throat on top of it. then putting it in any kind of speech bubble was Too Clean, and by then i figured we'd already gone this far and lukewarm is never the right answer, so i leaned into what i really wanted to say for basically the reasons you mentioned hehe

i'm generally bored with violence and gore as shock, but i DO love it as like. divine or primal currency? i think it is cool to earn things by being willing to bleed for them and do it on your own terms when you can, which is also kind of a fundamental thesis for kidd commander, so i tried not to squirm away from the uncomfortable stuff in this chapter literally setting up our protagonist to do those things. I'm so happy to hear it landed for you!!
