SECOND PIECE OF WRITING LESS GOOOOOOOO!! Again I am still new at this so please don't jump me LOL. I know there are many mistakes, weird wordings/story so on and so forth but oh well. I played Error143 a while ago with my friend group, and since then this man has been on my mind 24/7. Seeing him get flustered in game reminded me of this idea I had stored away for a fic which I felt would actually suit him nicely so here we are. Hope all the Micah lovers enjoy. On a serious note I have never written for a gender neutral reader so please let me know if I should change anything! Also I’ve used the nickname Angel as one of the names since that is what he uses in game!

"You... actually like this stuff?", you could almost hear the smirk creeping up on Micahs face while pointing at the screen. "Some of us like to bake, others like to lie in bed and watch romance movies, problem?", you questioned while glancing over at him with a stern look, "no no, I have no issues here, was just curious is all Angel". He chuckled away while watching you turn back to face the TV, his chest now pressed against bare back as he was pulling you closer into him.

THE Micah Yujin was in your bed, cuddling up behind you, watching one of your favourite movies, it was almost unreal to you. Who would've known this would be the outcome of deciding to hack someone 5 days prior due to jealousy.

You could feel every ridge from his toned stomach as you both followed along with the movie, you both were down to just your underwear as he had suggested you guys "stay comfortable" since you were spending the day binge watching cheesy romance movies.

You couldn't help but think there was an ulterior motive but he was adamant that there was "no funny business in his agenda today", even though you had to pretend to ignore the figure which began to press against your lower back every so lightly.

{{esquivalience}}, The Auteur, and Doctor Who the TV Show

alright so this novella.

First, its provenance: I was googling the Twist at the End song last week because it's catchy as hell. I ended up on the Tardis wiki and realized that there was a song by the exact same name that appeared in a licensed DWU novella that was published April 9th. As in, last month. Which is weird. It's hard to say how weird, but given the timing, it either has to be a) pure coincidence (lol), b) someone who worked on the show abusing their advance knowledge of plot details for personal gain, or c) intentional coordination between showrunner and novella-writer, a la Joe Lidster writing John Watson’s blog for BBC Sherlock.

The likelihood of (a) is decreasing by the week. I feel like I have to entertain the idea of (b) happening, but it's hard to square why a DWU-writing supernerd who is also involved somehow with the production of the show would risk a lifetime of blackballing from DW for a bit of cheap promotion for their extended-universe tie-in novella. I am so sorry to be saying this, but I think (c) might actually have legs.

The novella's title is {{esquivalience}}, which is a fake word invented in real life by editors of the New Oxford American Dictionary. The invented word means "deliberate shirking of one's official duties", and it was added to the dictionary to protect the copyright of the electronic version. In S9, Face the Raven showed us a “trap street", i.e. a fake street drawn on a map by a mapmaker to identify any copyright infringement of said map -- a dictionary entry for a word made up by the dictionary editors operates similarly as a copy-trap. The definition is apt for a copy-trap as well, because anyone illicitly copying a dictionary is themselves shirking a job they ought to be doing themselves... it's clever, it's very fun, we're off to a great start.

THE STORY:

The unnamed protagonist applies for a custodial job at this library that serves basically as a databank for the history of everything in the universe. If a book about something is thrown away, that something ceases to have ever existed. Exhibit A: Protagonist works in the Dead & Dying Language Department. They throw away The Book of Belgian Dutch, and a) a couple coworkers with Belgian Dutch heritage either disappear or get completely different names/family trees, and also b) everyone quickly forgets that Belgian Dutch was ever a thing to begin with.

The librarians cover for this accidental deletion of reality by copying/fudging a new book on "Belgian Gerench", their name for what they replace Belgian Dutch with. They try to catch most of the people who were deleted, bring them back, and fit them into that new language/culture/ethnicity bucket they just made up.

(The narration explains that because both Belgian and Dutch still exist separately as concepts, there aren't too many knock-on effects in terms of loanwords in other languages that needed to be modified/recovered. It also explains that time-traveling back to make an exact copy of The Book of Belgian Dutch wouldn't work because of the universe's copyright laws or something.)

Protag then comes after the head of their department, the Head Dictionary Contributor, or Head DC. They find him in a hidden room called the Internal Reference Room. Instead of languages, the books here hold the life stories of every employee, which auto-update as the person lives their life, but can also be edited or destroyed to alter that person's reality. Protag sits down with the Head DC's lifebook and starts adding and erasing things.

It turns out that Head DC knows how wrong editing these books can go from personal experience. Years ago, wanting to leave his mark on the universe, the Head DC chose to add his own copy-trap into The Book of Dutch -- the fake word "esquivalience". This action seemingly created the concept of cutting corners at your job, leading to the insufficient vetting of Protag for this job and therefore their subsequent hiring, which results in Head DC's eventual death.

Head DC pleads with Protag for his life, but Protag is undeterred. They finally tear out the final page in Head DC's book, which kills him. Protag then writes themselves in as Head DC. Settling into their new role, they turn their attention to The Book of English (8th to 25th Century). They first look up the dictionary entry for “esquivalience”, which says it came to English from Dutch, and then flips to the entries for “ravel" and “unravel”, described as contranyms from Dutch roots, both “meaning variably to tangle or to fray”.

This is the central story of the novella. There is also a Prelude and Postlude that describe the lives of two young men, first in a reality in which they never meet, and then in a reality in which they do meet and fall in love (their meeting is enabled by one of them skivving off work in time to make it to see the movie where they first meet -- esquivalience!)

Just before the Postlude, there is also printed the lyrics to a song (see below), and an excerpt from The Book of English, this volume covering the 4th to 5th billionth centuries of history. This excerpt again gives the definition of “unravel”, but refers the reader to an appendix for the full list of definition, and notes they are “largely in usage as reference to Unravel, The” and “N.B. to be used with extreme care and caution”.

NOVELLA-SHOW CONNECTIONS:

Mavity [Wild Blue Yonder]: Mavity happened all the way back in Wild Blue Yonder, so it's not necessarily surprising to see it in a novella published in April 9, 2024, but there's a whole scene establishing that the M has seemingly replaced the G in all Romance languages, while Domhantarraingt in Irish-Gaelic is unaffected.

Rope [The Church on Ruby Road]: We're all learning the vocabulary of rope now! The Unravel is what the novella calls the meta-historical revisions caused by making edits to the books. There are also rope/weaving metaphors everywhere. Again, the rope themes of the TV show predate the April 9 novella just far enough that in theory it would have been possible for the novella to have taken inspiration from the 2023 Christmas Special. Except. The wiki page for The Unravel credits ownership of the concept to Jamie H. Cowan, the author of the novella. Not just that, but The Unravel was used – with credit to Jamie – in a DWU short story collection published December 26, 2023 – the day after The Church on Ruby Road aired.

Dot and Bubble [Dot and Bubble] : At this point, “Dot and Bubble” is a contextless episode title to me, first announced on March 31. In the novella, we get this:

The Twist At The End [The Devil’s Chord] : Just before the novella's Postlude, there are the lyrics to a song called “The Twist At The End”. Just listed there, no context, like an azlyrics.com entry. They are not the same lyrics as the song in The Devil's Chord, but then, meta-historical revision would kind of be the point, wouldn't it? There's just this sentence to connect it to anything happening in the narration: "Somewhere, in the far distance, as ______ continued to erase, an old 1960s Earth tune began to play."

EDITED TO ADD: @corallapis has pointed out to me that not only did the existence of the song "Twist at the End" by John Smith and the Common Men leak, but the novella's author tweeted about it in December 2023.

The Chumerian languages of the planet B’llauit, for instance, needed much consideration. Particularly Krulvan. There was still a great deal of work to be done in compiling the post-technoweb aspects of Krulvan. Like how most emotional words and phrases contracted more and more, until finally, they were little more than abbreviations. The old dot-and-bubble effect.

A parent’s love was no longer expressed post-technoweb as “Kal-at lur amoi”, but instead as merely “KLA”. Which needed to be carefully distinguished in the relevant encyclopedia from another abbreviated Krulvan phrase “Kal’ati Lepr’en Acrumpsal” – which was something rather equivalent to the expletives of other languages like “D’Arvit”, or “Bleno”.

It's only a brief mention in the book, so it's possible in theory that it was added after the episode titles were released, or even after the novella’s publication (Amazon allows post-publication changes up to 10% of the text, and it’s not possible to track those changes). I’ve included the second paragraph because it’s interesting that the example they’ve given is the word for a parent’s love, which we can see as a running theme in this season of DW (though Moffat has said before that the only thing he writes about is a parent’s love, so who knows).

Not the strongest evidence of two-way coordination, but we may learn more when the episode airs.

Dutch [Space Babies, Boom]: Yeah, as in, the Dutch language. The words “spoor” & “smelt” both get a "oo, good word!" callout, spoor in Space Babies and smelt in Boom. These words both have Dutch roots. Splice, the daughter's name in Boom, is not only from a Dutch root, but also means the joining two pieces of rope. I read this novella just before Boom dropped on Disney+, so I can personally confirm that this is not a post-hoc addition to the novella. It hardly could have been anyway, this element is much more integral to the novella’s narrative than any of the other pieces.

The Auteur

This is where this all becomes relevant to the “Doctor Who is a TV Show” theory.

While the Protag is shredding the Head DC’s book, the Head DC is in the room, and what follows is an extremely meta narrative-aware pre-death monologue from the Head DC. He's pleading with Protag to stop changing things in his book, but he also refers to an "It" whose power surpasses them both.

He held eye contact with them as they looked up, “You didn’t pick up Belgian Dutch by chance. It’s how it plays. In weaving coincidences.”

“Just stop reading. Stop changing things. Stop, and we can be spared. Be free! If you keep going, then it will get what it wants. It is a happening [sic]. Out there, and in here in the basement. Everywhere. It will win if you keep going.”

“One day, you’ll make the same mistakes. Goddamn, you will. Because it’s all already written. It has already written it all. The paths, the choices. Rewrites, erasures, and even the contradictions. If you don't just... stop... it will... Unravel us all."

The "It" in question is presumably the author. Like an author writing a story, "It" plays by weaving coincidences, "It" gets what it wants when we keep reading, "It" has already written everything.

The Head DC mentions a special disposal chute, which had recently appeared as if by magic, which enabled Protag’s destruction of Belgian Dutch. Head DC’s references to this “It” suggest that his decision to create a word meaning cutting corners caused his eventual death, not by inventing the concept of cutting corners, but by creating a set-up that the Auteur, a godlike being that cares only for the rules of narrative, was compelled to write a satisfying follow-through for. The Auteur changed reality in order to weave a narratively-satisfying coincidence.

The Auteur is a character from the DW-spinoff series Faction Paradox. The creator of the Faction Paradox universe describes it as “on the surface an SF universe, but it works on the same principles as traditional folklore.”

I am but a humble Moffat scholar, so explaining the character of The Auteur is immediately getting into lore that I cannot even begin to decipher.

But it seems plausible that in the show we’re dealing with a godlike being, someone along the lines of Maestro or the Toymaker, but instead of caring only for the rules of play, cares only for the rules of narrative.

And this being, The Auteur, is altering reality and creating the narratively-satisfying coincidences in 14’s and 15’s timelines, possibly starting all the way back with the coincidence of 14 regenerating as David Tennant and immediately bumping into Donna Noble.

And it seems plausible that this season was created in cooperation with these DWU authors to whom concepts like The Auteur and The Unravel are licenced, and the novella is a tie-in text full of references to the current season to lead savvy superfans on a merry chase that foreshadows the season’s big bad.

Because I... don't really have another explanation for the existence of this novella at this point.

Enemies to lovers with EJ

Being enemies with Ej is very stressful, but in a quiet way

You won't have explosive fights, you won't sabotage each other, you won't do things most enemies do

Ej is a very silent, reserved person, and this applies to people he doesn't like as well

But the way his lip twitches in disgust when he looks at you, or the way he gets ever so slightly more protective of his friends when you are around, it makes the sadness and anger in your heart flare up

Now, Slender understands that some people just aren't ever going to like each other

He tries to keep the manor a relatively positive place for people, so if it can't be helped, then he won't intervene with people's hatred for each other

HOWEVER, if it can be helped, he would prefer that people get along

And so, seeing that you and EJ have a more quiet kind of distain for each other, he decides to partner you up for the more tricky missions for the month

With his brains, and your street smarts, it should be a perfect match

You can get in, do your work, and get out

And that is Ej's plan, he will cooperate with you for the sake of his work, but personally, he still dislikes you

You however, have other plans

If you're gonna be forced to work with someone for a month straight (and knowing Slender, probably more), then you wanna at least like them a little bit

And so, while you are on a relatively slow-paced mission, you decide to strike up conversation

"Hey listen, I know you and I don't really like each other, but we have to work together so we might as well tolerate each other."

He huffs quietly "Yes, I suppose that would be the most reasonable conclusion"

You smile, knowing you at least got a somewhat positive reaction out of him "Well, the best way to start to tolerate each other would probably be to get to know each other, right?"

He side eyes you (well, yk. side "eyes") "Make no mistake, just because I choose to tolerate you does not mean I want to be your friend. If you want to get to know me, you can. However, I will make no effort to get to know you."

You frown and cross your arms. "Fine."

"Fine." He repeats, going about the mission

Despite it seemingly ending on a negative note, you decide to get to know him anyways out of spite

And quite shockingly, you find you have a lot in common!

And so, you try to sneak in little topics you know he likes in passing conversations

At first, his responses are short and dismissive, still firm on the notion that he does not like you, and is not going to make an effort to try and like you

But eventually, he starts getting more and more interested in the topics of conversations

He does not show this of course, until much later

His responses get a little more responsive, and he actually engages in conversation

He still doesn't like you, but he is beginning to see you as an acquaintance

Basically imagine the Sims relationship meter

That's how it progresses

Eventually though, you actually become good friends!

You hang out outside of work ours, you talk about topics you both like, and soon you forget all about the bad relationship you had before

I've been busy doing a lot of nothing, if that makes sense. Well, maybe not nothing - a random assortment of rl and blog odds-and-ends that don't seem very productive but I'm going to call it self-care. lol

I don't usually take March Break off work, but my empty schedule this year surprised me and I didn't really know what to do with myself. I spent the first few days fending off a persistent headache, then I spent some time re-watching Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel while I worked on some crossover/fusion potential with OM. Today the headache is back and I'm dog-sitting which shouldn't be as distracting as it is. (She's only a little Boston Terrier but my cats get all worked up about it even though they're the ones stalking her around the house for no reason.)

I've also been playing Honkai Star Rail. I have no idea what I'm doing but it's kind of fun. I want to give Genshin Impact a try too, but I'm not sure I want to play both. (I know dailies are optional blah blah blah but if I'm going to spend time doing busywork like that, I might as well go back to playing WoW.)

Someone sent me another ask about my current WIPs so I think I'll just ramble about them here.

The canon cast and OC post for surgery!anon. I'm trying to balance fluff and angst and realism and make it comforting at the same time (aka what I would've wanted to read before mine). There's some overlap with a post about Solomon's humanity that's it's own separate WIP.

Naming conventions in the Devildom and CR. These are my worldbuilding ideas to explain how Solomon has an established pact with Bathin (my OC for Mephisto's younger brother) since he's part of the Ars Goetia. This also discusses how those same ideas apply to Luke.

Fleshing out the angel OC stuff with Gabriel and Uriel. They're situated in the AU where MC is sent to the CR for the exchange program and not the Devildom which is why I haven't talked about them much. I have the fem!angel OC as well but I don't know what to name her (I want her to be like Zee where she's an "ordinary" angel). To be fair, she's probably not going to show up much outside of the story I originally wrote for her.

Genderbending-the-OCs anon, you have no idea what this is doing to me. It changes their kinks and their dynamics and how they would approach MC and I am mentally screaming into a pillow right now.

I've been writing directly in my Tumblr drafts lately, but I found a holiday fic for Solomon in my google docs. Hi there! I've really enjoyed your blog-- there's a lot of good information on it. In fact, I just wrote a novel set in ancient Thebes, set in 335 BCE, right before Alexander's attack. However, I'm a little scared to write the sequel, because Alex is going to show up in it as a major character. He is SO famous, and there's so many books about him, that I hardly know where to begin.

So, do you have any specific books you recommend, like any good starter bios or anything else that would be good for this specific setting? (Specifically against the destruction of Thebes and right before the invasion of Persia.)

Some Useful Bibliography on Alexander (and Thebes)

In terms of information on Alexander, I would start with the brand new Cambridge Companion to Alexander the Great, edited by Daniel Ogden. It has many of the leading scholars. On Alexander and the Greeks in particular, see my dear friend Borja Antela’s chapter. This is now what I’d consider the best intro resource on Alexander for the interested non-specialist, especially as it’s reasonably priced. The bibliography will help a lot. For Macedonia itself, Carol Thomas has Alexander and His World (which I’ve used teaching) and Carol King has Ancient Macedonia. Both are good, one-book introductions.

If you’ve not already, you’ll want to consult Mark Munn’s chapter “Thebes and Central Greece” in The Greek World in the Fourth Century, Larry Tritle, ed. Paul Cartledge also has a book Thebes: The Forgotten City of Ancient Greece, but he’s a Spartan specialist. Lately, publishers have had him write on other subjects—not always to good effect, as per his book on Alexander, imo. But I’ve not read this one so can’t comment. I think Thebes is closer to his usual bailiwick.

James Romm did a book The Sacred Band., although like Cartledge Romm is all over the place. Same cautions apply. And I’ll also offer the counter-proposal that the band was not pairs of lovers, by David Leitao, "The Legend of the Sacred Band," in The Sleep of Reason by Martha Nussbaum and Juha Sihvola, eds. His view is not a homophobic diss; it’s a source problem. Plutarch is our sole source for the lovers bit, and he’s notoriously unreliable on some facts, especially when he has an ulterior message.

The more I study Plutarch, the less I trust him. LOL

Last, another friend and colleague, Jenn Finn has written a bang-up chapter on the destructions of both Thebes and Persepolis, for the upcoming collection I edited, so I got a preview. “Urbicide, Memory Sanctions, and the Perso-Macedonian Dynasty.” I’m not sure when the collection will be out, but certainly not before late 2024, and more likely 2025. First of all, every time I say number, I mean "positive whole number". So, no fractions, negative numbers, complex numbers, etc. So when I say stuff like "you can't divide 8 by 5", I mean without using fractions or decimals

With that out of the way prime number is a number that you can't divide by any other number (besides 1 and itself). 24 isn't prime because you can write it as 6×4. 23 is prime because the only numbers you can multiply to get 23 is 1 and 23. If you want to, try finding a few prime numbers. It can be a fun exercise if you haven't tried it before. I'll list a bunch under the cut at the end if you wanna double check. Not all of them though, since there's an infinite number of them

A prime factor is just a prime number that divides another number. You can divide 24 by 3, and 3 is prime, so 3 is a prime factor of 24

The thing that makes this blog work though is what's known as the fundamental theorem of arithmetic:

Like I said, you can write 24 as 6×4, but you might notice that neither 6 nor 4 are prime, so you can rewrite 6 as 2×3 and 4 as 2×2. If you do that, you can then write 24 as 2×3×2×2. Now all of the numbers are prime!

But you'll notice you can also write 24 as 8×3, then write 8 as 2×4 to get 2×4×3, then write 4 as 2×2 to get 2×2×2×3. Now that all of the numbers are prime, you'll notice that they're the exact same as when we started with 6×4

What the fundamental theorem of arithmetic says is, no matter how you do this process, you'll always end with the same prime numbers at the end (in this case, three 2s and one 3)

The only thing I do differently from this process is use exponents to make it shorter. In this case, you can rewrite 2×2×2 as 2³. So, when I say 24 is 2³×3, I've "factorized" 24, and 2 and 3 are its prime factors. Of course, I don't do this by hand; I just give the number to a computer and it does it for me (it can be fun to do by hand/in your head though)

Prime numbers and the ftoa play a pretty big role in math, and there's a ton of unsolved problems related to them, which is people make a big deal out of them

0 and 1 aren't considered prime or composite both because they ruin the ftoa. 0 is divisble by every number, so it's not prime but you can't factorize it. 1 isn't prime because if it was then you could add as many ×1s as you wanted to a factorized number, ruining the uniqueness of its factorization. I think what's also important to point out is that you're both making IHS for a completely different demographic from MP? Not that MP really succeeded at being an "adult series" but making a PG-13 comic means that some things have to be condensed and simplified for your child readers so it's easy for them to follow and understand. Hope I'm not coming across as too patronizing, I just think the way that IHS's storytelling appeals to both minors AND adults rather one camp is its main strength.

I think there's two important things to note here:

I feel My Pride opted to describe itself as "not for children" because it felt that working off that disclaimer meant the show could be unnecessarily violent and depressing. We've had fans use it as a defence for the show's bad writing before (even though a lot of the fans are obviously minors lol) and yeah no, that's not how "adult animation" works. There still needs to be a method and a reasoning behind these things. Not to mention that the bobblehead trigger warnings before each episode were easily one of the most insultingly childish things I have ever had to sit through. Your animation is supposedly for adults and yet you seriously have the characters being all 'so if you don't have a mane as big as mine, you shouldn't be here!" and "cubs: stay out!" like some Dora the Explorer shit? Honestly: get real. It's also incredibly irresponsible to present trigger warnings as these "tee hee funny" segments. Really shows how they had no idea what kind of audience they were presenting this show to and were just using the "it's not for children1!1!" route as a cop out.

Children's media can still be relatively mature. There are plenty of examples out there, some of which inspired this comic. There's just a limit to these things and I think people can make obvious guesses on what these limits are based on how we've ran this blog and shot certain things down. However, our comic still handles subjects that you would view as quite "adult", such as abuse and grief. Because children deserve to be taken seriously. It's because children - particularly teenagers - aren't unintelligent. They can pick up on things quick and understand certain mature aspects, mainly because some have experienced/are experiencing the same things that Hope and the other characters are experiencing in the comic. It's about your writing relating to your audience as well as trying to keep their sensitivities in mind, and this goes for media for adults as well as children. You don't suddenly stop having triggers once you're 18, unfortunately.

So, yeah, while I get what you're saying, anon, and I appreciate it, I don't want us to use our PG-13 rating as a reasoning behind our storytelling. We've already stated why our villains are written the way they are, after all. Because trying to make every single villain in media "sympathetic" is becoming a bit of mishandled curse and we don't want it to apply to all of our antagonists. Appearance Match-Up Guidelines

Hi hi everyone, so after seeing the idea around recently, I decided that I’m going to open up appearance match-ups as well as regular match-ups on my blog! These match-ups are obviously much less intensive and detailed than regular match-ups, but they would also be much quicker for me to post! If you’re interested in an appearance match-up, please make sure to carefully read the guidelines below and then send in your request!

Fandoms I Do Match-Ups For:

Because I don’t do match-ups for every fandom I write for (since some just don’t have enough characters for it to feel very interesting or exciting lol) these are all the fandoms I offer match-ups for! Feel free to choose any of the fandoms listed below if you’re interested in doing a match-up exchange or just requesting a match-up in general, and this list will be updated whenever necessary:

My Hero Academia, Haikyuu, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan, Life Lessons With Uramichi Oniisan, Bungou Stray Dogs (though I am currently only on season 3, so as of now I would only be able to match you with characters established up to that point), Mystic Messenger, Obey Me, and Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.

In order for me to give you an appearance match-up, you can either send me one/multiple picrews of yourself, or one/multiple photos of yourself (or a mix of both). You are more than welcome to only send picrews if you’re uncomfortable sharing real photos, either is completely fine with me

Additionally, when sending photos you are free to send them either over asks or DMs, whichever is more comfortable for you. Your photos/picrews will not be saved by me or posted publicly under any circumstances, and they will not be included when I make your match-up post.

I would just like to make it known that I am 18 years old (an adult) so especially if you are a minor (though this applies to everyone) you are not obligated to send any photos of yourself. You are free and encouraged to send just picrews as explained above, or just not request an appearance match-up/request a regular match-up instead

I would hope this doesn’t have to be said, but please don’t send me any weird photos for appearance match-ups, of yourself or otherwise. I don’t want to see anything weird or inappropriate, so please don’t abuse this!!

That’s pretty much it! Because appearance match-ups are so quick, I’m willing to do up to 10 fandoms for appearance match-ups! Appearance match-ups only include the character you’re matched with and one compliment I think they’d give you on your appearance, so know that before requesting! As said above, these are much less extensive than regular match-ups and will hopefully be quicker as a result. If you’ve read through all of this and would like to request an appearance match-up, please go ahead and send them in!

first thought: radio style. like the intro post could be like 'this is dj yn and we're coming to you live from 77.7 "insert fun name that i cant think of rn" radio station' like, how fun is that!!! and you could really make it any color too!!! ooooooo and one of the photos in the intro page could be like that 'on air' light board thing ugh that's so cute!!!

second thought: cafe style could be fun!!! like, moodboards (if youre making those) could be like hot chocolates or teas and fics could be called coffees and your rules could be called the menu or something like that!!! also so many pic options for that. same concept applies to a bakery or a floral shop!! both are just adorbs

final thought...and hear me out on this one...airport- I KNOW I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY LEMME EXPLAIN. you could make youre inbox like 'boarding passes' or 'tickets here!!" or something cute like that!! you could label the writings you offer as like 'flights to asia' or 'flights to austrailia' just for shits and giggles. im sure theres something cute with seabelt signs or something like that!! delays and departures, oooooo passport stamps!!! so cute so kinda out there lmao

and yes, if youre gonna get into this business (so formal for what it really is-) youre gonna be spending eons on pinterest but i love pinterest so im not complaining!!!
