-> the next game night, Adrian does end up showing up. In tow though, is a guy who looks very much like he could knock you out for just breathing in his direction. Rugby shoulders, mustache, ruggedly handsome.

sooo bucktommy won me over, i couldn't resist anymore 🙈 so here's a bit of them after their date lol just to be clear, im still 10000% about buddie but im gonna enjoy this while it lasts bc I feel like this is exactly what buck needs rn lol I just wanna write him be giddy and stupid and flustered about a boy even if that's not eddie haha (also, I didn't get the Tommy hype before but after seeing him everywhere for two days... I get it now 🥵)

"(...) We should do this again.” Tommy says, turning fully towards Buck, and Buck’s eyes immediately find his lips. He can’t wait to kiss him again, and this would be the time, at the end of the date, wouldn’t it?

“We should.” Buck nods, licks his lips, eyes darting up to Tommy’s eyes. He’s smiling softly, just looking at Buck. “I-” he starts, and then thinks, fuck it, and this time he makes a move, as he leans across the console to grab Tommy’s chin, like he did Buck’s in his kitchen, and bring him in for a kiss. Tommy immediately reciprocates, and Buck melts against him, and then when Tommy’s calloused hand covers his cheek, it just feels so- so different, in the best way possible. This kiss lasts longer than the first one, each of them constantly coming back for more, but it’s as gentle and tender as that one. Buck loves it, and can’t help smiling into it. He wants more. “Hey.” Buck says, finally pulling away, licks his spit-covered lips nervously. “Do you- do you maybe wanna come in for a beer?” he asks shyly, and at Tommy’s surprised expression and raised eyebrow he realizes it might sound like he’s inviting him for more than a beer, and he panics again. “I- I- I mean, just a beer. And maybe- maybe more of this.” he pecks Tommy’s lips again, not able to resist a smile. “But just a beer. I don’t think I’m- But who knows, maybe-” he stumbles over his words, because the truth is, he wants Tommy, he wants… he wants so much, he wants to experience so much for the first time – it’s just that he’s not sure if it’s not too quick for this relationship, and for him.

“Evan.” Tommy interrupts, bringing his other hand up, now cradling Buck’s face in both, thumbs moving soothingly along Buck’s cheeks. “Your pace, remember? No pressure, no rush.”

“You’re really cool, you know that?” Buck whispers.

“So I keep hearing.” Tommy chuckles, and it’s adorable. He kisses Buck again, and the butterflies in Buck’s stomach go crazy. Fuck, he doesn't remember the last time he felt this giddy and excited and just light. “I’d love to come in for a beer.”

love it when a character that's hard to read intuitively for you has like a dedicated fandom interpreter who can just glance at their blank face in a panel and then give you a 3k word essay on their innermost thoughts & desires & fears and neatly tie it back into the themes & whatnot as if it's the most obvious thing in the world

I'm currently writing an extremely fun little scene that's probably going to be near the very end of Chapter 5 of Dearly Departed (gotta capitalize on momentum, yeah?). Unfortunately I cannot share it because it would spoil basically everything about my plans for Xie Lian's time as Guoshi Fangxin, so have some notes I drew up trying to figure out Xie Lian's responsibilities during my brainstorming session instead.

I often think that when someone you like holds your hand it’s both a win/lose situation because on one hand (no pun intended 😂) you get to feel the warmth of their smaller hand in yours but to act unfazed is brutal and I don’t wish that on anyone lmao

You don’t understand how often this thought crosses my mind whenever I’m on the phone or texting a girl I like, just the thought of her, comfortably in bed with all of her attention on me drives me insane.

Reading Maybe so takes me back to when I was younger, specifically when I was a teenager and how often I would get in my own head, trying to satisfy my family with how I was living life, who I surrounded myself with and how I would grow as a person. All of that is not to say that I’m now perfect, cause if anything I’m still flawed, hopefully less from when I was a teen but continuing to learn and grow is the goal yknow but man does Yoongi have to take it easy on himself and having reader by his side, hopefully allows him to see that he shouldn’t dictate his life decisions on what his family thinks of him— heck even “dating” reader is contradictory on its own but we make mistakes to learn.

thank you for saying that! literally that’s the time and headspace i was in when i was writing this, so that was kinda the goal. and also i totally agree with that thing you said about continuing to learn and grow. i like to think that i’ve grown past that mindset as well, but it really just ebbs and flows and the only thing we can do is improve what we can for the time being and that’s enough :)

Decue will try to convince you too stay by getting you things, both sentimental and otherwise

he might even go back into stealing if the time comes.

Overall, rly these two aren't all that bad, but kidnapping is still on the table if they ever need to take dire measures....

Xavier certainly does have a soft side, but I personally think Zayne is the softest between the 3! “Say that again.” Buck says quietly, even to his own ears sounding almost frantic. His hands twist in the fabric of Tommy’s t-shirt, and pull him as close as possible with their seatbelts on. He needs to get to his place as soon as possible and get enveloped in Tommy, no room for air between them, he just needs him closer, closer, closer.

“Say what?” Tommy teases, lips brushing the shell of Buck’s ear, knowing damn well what Buck wants to hear. 

“You know what.” Buck pulls away slightly, just to meet Tommy’s eyes, and can’t stop a pout that quickly turns into an awed smile. It’s a late evening, the sky is dark, just like the inside of the car, only illuminated by the lights of the city as they’re driving, and Tommy looks so gorgeous. There’s an amused smile playing on his kiss-swollen lips, but even in the dark Buck can see his own desire mirrored in Tommy’s eyes.

“What?” he smirks, leans closer to press a kiss to his lips again. “Baby?” he whispers, and Buck shivers, a sharp gasp escaping him. Oh, he likes this. He likes when Tommy calls him just about anything, in that wonderful voice of his, but this, being called a pet name like this by a man, it’s new and thrilling, and that man being Tommy is just so exhilarating, it makes his racing heart skip a beat, and it only adds to the heat pooling in his stomach. Shit, he needs to get Tommy alone right the fuck now.

currently working on: editing my longish nrmts fic so that i can finally start the last three out of ten chappys.... problem is is that im doing this mostly at work when the bars quiet LOL. im also trying to draw more frequently!! ive made it as easy and low stakes as possible for myself (using a biro in some small lined notebook, means i dont get fixated on making things look perfect and also means i dont need to fill up too much space to finish a full page) but its still a habit in progress ....

current obsession: honestly probably the gym. im following what i guess based on exercises and number of sets and reps would be considered a powerbuilding program?? october saw me doing proper strength building work for the first time Ever rather than just hypertrophy/muscle building and ive finally started doing bench press using an actual barbell rack set up!!! and i really like it :P

HEY KAMI. i did a short little investigation over the sukuna chapters, and i know i'm def wrong about all this but here's the short few stuff i got. i know ppl think sukuna could be the reason gojo's making her do this and i LOWKEY agree. ok so: gojo immediately refers to sukuna as an asshole, his smile fades/expression flickers when she asks about him, and he starts gripping onto the reader and gets more irritated when they get into the party.

this alone probably isn't enough because satoru could genuinely just think this guys disgusting lol.. but we also have some other stuff:

it really didn't take long for the reader to seduce sukuna, which again could just be because of how many partners he definitely has (or at least that's what we're assuming).

i also found it a little weird how sukuna brought her to choso's bedroom and knew that she knew him?? which is why i was like "what if sukuna created the list"... if for some reason he had something against satoru, and knew how deeply he felt for this girl, it would make sense for the list to be made by him-- especially because why would satoru add suguru... or why nanami had no idea what she was talking about when she asked if satoru owed him anything.

also the comments he makes to the reader where it seems like he knows more than he should and then tries to play it off as a joke. i dont see sukuna joking ykwim...

okay i feel like that's enough for me. I THINK I MISSED THE DETAILS U WERE TALKING ABOUT IM SORRYYY.

And ykw the more I think abt it, there’s actually a lot of lil deats tht haven’t been spotted yet (just in general btw) & the more I think…. MOST OF THE ANSWERS ARE IN THE FIC AS OF RN💀 but you’d have to be a lunatic to actually connect all the dots & guess everything correctly

EVEN SO, as usual I cant deny or confirm this theory but I appreciate it nonetheless ^.^
