Here’s some fanart of Peet and Bird from this game called Neversong. I watched some people play it on YouTube, and it’s a gorgeous game.

One of the reasons I know of it’s existence is because of Coma. It’s one of those flash games that’s nostalgic to me (others include the Nevermore series, William and Sly, and many others). Both of those games are underrated. Go check them out! They’re really underrated.

Game Developers

Thomas Brush is an indie game developer who is best known for his artistic vision and commitment to crafting memorable gaming experiences, like his game "Neversong" which was formally known as "Once Upon a Coma". Brush does all the work for each of his projects from the art to the coding and the music. He has inspired many new indie game devs thanks to his course which teaches you how to get into the industry.

Skookum Arts LLC is a development studio founded by Brent and Devin George and their childhood friend Ben Swinden. They are most known for their game "The Pedestrian" which has a unique 2D and 3D environment. The game involves you playing as the little man from the road signs and you have to solve puzzles to progress in the environment.

Studio MDHR are the developers behind "Cuphead", one of my favorite games. They spent years working on every asset, hand drawing every little detail and animating it. The brothers that founded the studio named it after their grandparents who inspired them with their love for classic animation. The game itself is a run and gun action game where you fight bosses to collect their contracts for the Devil to make sure that you don't lose your souls to him after Cuphead went after foolish riches.

i feel a little unhinged today so i wanna share a little something with y'all :)))

imagine this scenario, so Batman and the JL accidentally going to another earth, it looks exactly like their earth, but there's small details that change everything about this world

one of them is that there's no Batman, the Martha and Thomas Wayne never died in this earth and thus Bruce never became Batman

this earth's Bruce is cheerful, genuinely happy, he's in a relationship with Clark after they meet at a Wayne gala, they had good chemistry and when Clark asked this Bruce out he accepted it, he's now the Justice League's doctor

Batman has not revealed his identity to his league yet, but he has a crush on Clark to some degree and seeing how happy his counterpart is with their own Supes, leaves a sour taste on his mouth

Batman is not good with romantic relationships, but his heart still aches and he's kinda pissy about the whole situation, trying to go back home as soon as possible, the other JL members with him are a little weirded out about his insistence in coming back as soon as possible and they even send Diana to calm him down

Bruce from this earth notices their tension and decides to host a dinner so they can relax a little bit before going home, because when Batman is antsy everyone else becomes a little antsy too and when this affects his own Supes he sees the need to do something

everyone is eating and chatting away, when Bruce mentions he's turning 35 soon and Batman freezes, he's noticed that Bruce didn't mention Dick or Jason in any point of their conversation (Dick should he turning eighteen and Jason been recently adopted)

so he jumps from his seat and literally steals someone's cellphone and start to look for his children, Dick's parents died, but his boy is nowhere to be found, when he looks for Jason there's only one mention of his baby and it's alongside the news of Willis Todd imprisonment

when he starts to pack up the invisible jet for a trip to Hong Kong so he can kidnap his little girl, Bruce asks him to wait and keep calm, tries to reason with him, about how "You don't even know this children here, this is not your earth"

that's when the illusion falls

no matter how good of a life this bruce has, no matter who he's dating, no matter that he doesn't have the childhood trauma witnessing the death of his parents caused, because even if he's not from this earth, they're still his children. this Bruce might be happy, but Batman wouldn't ever be happy without his children, there's no romantic love that can compare to being utterly bullied by his kids everyday

when the league travels back to their earth, Bruce might be able to try and ask Superman out for a date, but he has to absolutely smother his kids in long and tight bear hugs first, because he can't even imagine life without them

bonus: Batman tracks down every single one of his kids (minus Damian because this earth's Bruce never meet Talia) on that earth and contacts his significant others/exes that are safe enough to raise a kid, but nuts enough to 100% believe that he's from another earth, each of them has their own little kid now

oh also, i see a lot of patton hate because "he's mean to logan" when i never saw this kind of sentiment when logan (and roman) was being dismissive of patton and even outright insulting him in s1 and even in recent episodes.

now i love and relate to logan as much as anyone else, but let’s not kid ourselves and pretend like he's perfect and hasn't been a pompous asshole sometimes. he has apologized or tried to make an effort to make it up to patton a couple times, but he still ends up insulting patton and not taking him seriously. so there’s not much progress there but i guess people are fine with it because it’s easier to ignore a character who has been insensitive from the beginning than it is to accept that a kind and easygoing character can have some flaws and aren’t always perfect.

if you’re going to judge patton for talking over logan or revealing his name without his consent (which btw logan didn’t even seem to care about, he never seemed to give that much importance to his name, since he is logic either way) you’re gonna have to judge the other sides whenever they’re being mean as well. criticizing or disliking a character is fine, i’m not gonna tell you how to feel about a character. but it’s the double standards that really pisses me off.

this took me... much longer than it should have just to finish the boys. This is also my first time really drawing Brian and coloring Alex, so bear with me.

But hey, it's finished, Alex is gushing about his film ideas, Tim is struggling with the camera, Jay is trying to help, and Brian's just having a good time with his friends! Surely nothing bad could happen to them anytime soon :)

uhh i drew @theredengineapologist 's human trains. little gift i suppose. im so so sorry if any of this is inaccurate design and/or behavior wise in any way, shape or form. i just had an idea for them and halfway through i had an "oh shit wait is that even right?" moment but i was committed to atleast finishing it

Some info below

Gordon is the first NWR engines and biggest engine there. He's also the strongest steam engine on Sodor and proud of his state. Gordon's usually kinda rude to others, especially smaller engines, has a softer side, but doesn't like to show it very often.

Gordon uses they/he (without preference) and identifies his sexuality as achillean (mlm/nblm) and demisexual, he's male/non-binary.

He has pretty complicated relationships with Edward, because Gordon often calls him "old and useless", but actually they're pretty close, since they both were on NWR from early start and spend much time together.

Thomas finds funny teasing Gordon and Gordon finds Thomas annoying. Though they have kinda rivalry relationships, they can be called friends or buddies to some extent.
