Day 8!!
Warm up: 5 minutes
HIIT: 25 minutes
It felt like steady state cardio to me but it was definitely intense just not as intense as I'm used to. I think I almost injured my right ankle but I slowed down in time so I'm fine.
Ab workout: 10 minutes
I struggled especially through plank hip dips. It was of 40 seconds but I could barely do 2 reps so I tried again after a 10 second break. I failed again but on the 4th try or something, I did n–1 reps like I actually pushed through it (assuming Chloe did n reps)
Upper body workout: 10 minutes
As always, my arms /sighs/ while my arms did hurt, my wrist wasn't any better and my right wrist still hurts
Cooldown: 10 minutes
I think I'll do another routine because this one just doesn't give me enough stretch.
Today, for some reason, I was tired right from the first the warm up rep and my body (or muscles?) felt weaker.
