Who’s big fucking idea was it to cut down all the trees to make room for factory farms and Amazon warehouses? No wonder we’re out of shape asthmatics! When people in power actually finally decide do do something about deforestation and climate change, all the trees will already be gone.
Amazing how everyone cares about the environment until eating less animal products or none at all comes into the picture. Or cutting down on flight travel,or even searching which websites that are ethical to shop from. Bc Amazon isn’t!recycling isn’t good enough bc consumerism leads to vast amounts of waste that recycling plants can’t even keep up with anymore (not saying you shouldn’t do it even though) Drinking from a silicone or steel straw isn’t enough. Wear reef friendly sunscreen to stop the bleaching of coral reefs, and don’t litter our oceans. Stop eating shit with palm oil in it bc it causes deforestation! Switch to bamboo instead of plastic or paper products (tooth and hair brush, toilet paper etc.) thrift locally. Tons of people don’t want their old shit that you will!
DO SOMETHING NOW IF YOU PLAN ON REPRODUCING OR EVEN JUST LIVING PAST 55!
You can start on voting these fuckers that don’t care about anyone but their rich buddies, out. Bc I have news for you, they’re the ones that keep letting corporations destroy our planet. And they’re the ones spending your taxes on lavish items and vacations while you can barely buy a new toothbrush.

The H5N1 strain of avian flu has been around since 1996, but until now its been largely confined to animals. But it has now jumped to cattle in America and some think it means we are inching towards eventual human-to-human infection, with potentially serious consequences.
Since March, H5N1 has been confirmed in dairy cattle in nine US states. Scientists are still trying to establish how the virus is being spread.
“Right now it seems like the milking equipment may be one of the ways,” says Dr Caitlin Rivers, an epidemiologist at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health
“Scientists are finding very high levels of virus in milk. And so that's why the milking equipment seems like it might be playing a role.”

Look at that cat, shaking his legs due to fear of all the bombs. Cannot walk anymore. Animals cannot hide their feelings. Imagine what Palestinians feels inside. Babies, children, mentally handicapped or handicapped people in general like blind and deaf people, elderly.
Where are you vegans and animal rights activist who supports israel?Perhaps the animals from Palestine are lower than animals in your country. Make some excuses. But, it's not my business.
That cat like others in palestine is traumatized for life.
That cat is lucky. He cannot hunt anymore since his limbs are paralyzed. Other animals like him will starve to death if they are not taken care of by humans. Thanks Israel and America

Please hear me.
Being tired isn't normal. It doesn't matter that you're aging. Being fatigued is a serious sign.
It might be difficult to judge "normal tired" from "bad tired". Rule of thumb is that if you notice that other people seem to be on another plane of existence with alertness, you're not "normal tired".
I slept for 10-12 hours a day at least and still was tired for most of the day but "functioned" (went to work).
It turns out it wasn't just one thing. It was a lot of things. I went on liquid vitamins first because that's all I had energy for—to throw money at something that can be delivered to me. And it was crucial. I went off my heart medication after my doctor let me know my active heart rate was way too low (prior to the vitamins). I felt super improved and this went from feeling super improved to extremely improved after I began to eat more healthy fats (avocados, eggs, nuts, vegetarian-friendly animal products). I cannot emohasize the eating more fats thing enough. Did you know that due to our biology women are supposed to have way more healthy fats than what we're typically told?
I had struggled with other symptoms I brushed off as normal too. My hands and feet being cold all the time. Turns out this wasn't normal. How many women and girls have cold hands and feet constantly? I was "adoringly clumsy". Balance issues from vitamin B12 deficiency. Foot cramps. Magnesium deficiency. Generalized anxiety disorder. Still have it, but significantly improved because my body isn't fighting for it's life. Lack of focus/concentration issues to the point where I worried I had ADHD or something since that's all I know about that mental health condition.
Constant cravings I blamed on emotional eating. Increasing my healthy fat intake all about cured this—helped more than protein. I began to lose weight when I increased my healthy fats because I was no longer seeking out sugar or bad fats. Iron deficiency and vitamin D3 deficiencies were also confirmed on blood tests before I started liquid vitamins.
When I went off my heart med and bought those dumb electrolyte packets for my water, my arrhythmia is now hardly noticeable physically.
And to circle back—I am awake. And I sometimes break down and cry because I can't believe how I was functioning now that I understand what having energy feels like. I didn't know. I didn't know there was even anything wrong with me. I thought I was just a tired person. That being tired was normal to being female and aging.
Chronic fatigue is extremely serious. It's not normal. You're not just a tired person.

Environmentally the production of meat substitutes involves far fewer greenhouse gas emissions and much less water than that of meat dishes, according to the Food Foundation. Fake meat products also perform well nutritionally in comparison with the real thing. They contain fewer calories, less saturated fat and more fibre, the charity’s study found.
The research compared the environmental impact, nutritional profile and price of 68 plant-based products with that of 36 meat products, including dishes such as – real and fake – bacon, chicken nuggets and meatballs.
However, some of the three main types of “alternative proteins” emerged as being in some ways worse in nutritional terms than meat products, the Food Foundation said.
