🗡️ “That time of the month again?”
because we all know that periods suck and characters are not immune to the horrors 🗡️ prompt list of comforting actions
Character A is bedridden from the cramps and Character B becomes their living heating pad (cuddles with arms wrapped around the waist >>>>)
B buys A their favorite chocolates a couple days before their period starts and keeps beverages with electrolytes on hand
A takes a day off to rest, bingewatch some episodes of a good show, and care for themselves (maybe do some yoga, and by yoga I mean curl up in the fetal position for a couple hours)
B thinks that making a nice bath for A will help and prepares everything for when A gets home (A laughs and explains why that’s not a great idea)
Searching for Shark Week’s episodes online to deal with shark week in person, but getting distracted by cute animal shows
B can’t be there for A in person so they send A $30 to cover extra snacks and/or medicine
Instead of getting emotional over posts online, A digs out an old book series and gets emotional over that (they are reliving their childhood, they swear it’s cathartic THEY SWEAR)
A can’t sleep with the back pain so B gives them a light back massage with several check-ins to make sure the noises are in relief and not pain
B keeps the lights dim and and TV volume low as A battles a headache
All meals are made with ahead of time and cravings humored (“You can’t just eat straight salt.” “I know that, which is why I’m putting all of it on this.”)
A asks for B to get more pads/tampons at the store, B calls and sends many pictures as they try to figure out what will work best for A
B quietly scrubs out any bloodstains from A’s clothes as they do laundry (and they’re really efficient at it, why are they so good at getting blood out of clothing—)
A snuggling up with their pet who knows the exact spot to be in for maximum comfy (B thinks it’s adorable and takes a picture to show A later)
“I’m sorry if I’m not really conversational right now…” “Dude you’re on your period and barely slept last night, you’re good. We don’t have to talk, we can just chill.”
B brings home a machine for homemade ice-cream and all the ingredients needed for A’s favorite flavor (they spend the evening making it and declare a “dessert before dinner” day for when periods strike)

fun ways to move your body
there are so many reasons why people dislike exercising. some may include physical limitations, social and cultural factors, nausea, and even gym intimidation.
it is important to move though! moving your body is essential for maintaining good health and overall well-being. exercise strengthens muscles, improves cardiovascular health, and enhances flexibility.
it releases endorphins, which boosts mood and reduces stress and anxiety. group activities or sports provide opportunities to connect with others.
finding enjoyable activities and seeking support can make a significant difference!
so, here are some fun ways to move your body:
play around, just like a kid. try hula hoops, obstacle courses, or a game of tag! it's such a wholesome way to move your body and can be so enjoyable.
laughing is a fantastic stress reliever that engages your entire body. it lowers blood pressure and boosts immunity. remember not to overlook good times, or the giggles.
blast your favourite songs and have yourself a solo dance party. personally, i believe this is the single best way to move. it's freeing. dancing is mostly gentle on the body, yet it's still able to engage all your muscles, enhancing strength and balance.
attend group fitness classes like zumba, yoga, or spin. the energy and camaraderie can make exercise feel less like a chore.
take your workout outdoors! hike, bike, or jog in a scenic park or nature reserve. the change of scenery makes it more enjoyable.
still struggling with ideas?
play at the beach
archery
paddleboarding
go for a walk around your neighborhood (walk and talk)
play with your siblings, or pets
follow a yoga video!
set up a challenge for yourself
learn how to use a foam roller
enjoy a long swim
outdoor sports (or indoor i guess)
learn how to juggle (i challenge you guys to try this lmao)
attempt indoor rock climbing
be a tourist in your own city
engage in progressive muscle relaxation (pmr)
play a vr game
end notes:
making exercise more playful can add excitement and motivation. learn how to not take yourself too seriously, and have fun!
thank you for reading! ❤️ nene

Yandere Kiribaku with a pregnant darling
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Warnings: Yandere behavior and pregnancy.
Authors note: All my characters are aged up to 21+. Please enjoy!
Tumblr media
They’ve always wanted kids with you, wanting to have replicas running around and jumping on the bed early in the morning. So when the three of you find out, Katsuki is smiling like a proud man while Kirishima is jumping up and down; spinning you around, kissing your face.
From then on, they both treat you like pure glass, carved out of the most expensive reflector they’ve ever laid their eyes on. This means carrying you 90% of the time.
Already, the house is severely baby-proofed, but now… since you’re carrying a living being inside you, they’re taking extra precaution from now on. That means all the corners of the tables, hallway edges or anything that can ‘hurt you’ is covered up. Yes, even the sink and toilet is sanded down.
When your tummy starts to grow more, so does their protection and adoration. Kirishima becomes way more gentle with you, always near you and waiting for the call if you need something. He insists on carrying you everywhere, not wanting you to become stressed or pull a muscle. Katsuki, on the other hand, becomes the devil: he’s more protective and possessive than ever.
Katsuki is snapping at anyone, including Kirishima and is always preventing you from doing things that will make you groan or uncomfortable. He, the famous cook, mostly cooks for the meals, following recipes online that’ll help your pregnancy growth and improve your immune system.
They both are fairly paranoid, always wanting to see a doctor twice or three times a month. They always demand the best doctors and nurses, they both will come along and ask ‘important’ questions: “Is it normal for them to have extreme cravings? Are you sure? They craves spicy things, which I learned is bad for the baby online. Listen–”
Fights rarely happen between the three of you but due to your hormones and their possessiveness… they bicker way more. They both fight over stupid things: who gets to deliver the food to the bedroom, who starts the shower, who gets to rub your feet and who gets to touch your tummy; the list goes on about the things.
Speaking of touching stomachs, they both love to touch and talk to your tummy! Even when it’s small and the bump isn’t noticeable. Kirishima normally drags shapes along the sides of your hips and tummy, while kissing it. Katsuki will get on his knees and kiss it, maybe rub into it affectionately, almost like a cat. Though, when your tummy starts to get bigger, they will speak to the ‘brat(s)’ and tell it to knock it off for being rousey and not letting you get your beauty sleep.
This also gives them a reason for you to wear their clothes. They love to see their outfits on you, including their boxers and hoodies.
They both love to take care of you! Kirishima normally does the massages, lays down your ‘nest’ (grab your pillows and favorite blanket), and buys any cravings you have at that moment. While, Katsuki helps you make your favorite meals, clean the entire house, offer to do some yoga with him, and lets you sleep in as much as you want.
They don't care what gender the baby is, sure, they’d like to have little girls with pretty eyes and hair but they also wouldn’t mind boys as rowdy as they are.
You never get punished for doing things because of your pregnancy. If you decide to ‘act up’ or try to run away, you get away with it as Kirishima’s delusional state convinces him that you’re only doing so because of your hormones. Katsuki sees it but also goes alongside Kirishima, saying that ‘if you wanted to go outside, why didn’t you ask us?’
The cuddling is… to say the least: a mess. They both want to make sure you’re warm and comfortable, meaning that they both are practically laying on you. Kirishima is always cupping your stomach, kissing your neck whilst Katsuki is either laying on your thighs and grasping at your bottom or blowing raspberries on your belly.
When it comes to your last quarter of the pregnancy, they will be frantic and ready for you to pop like a balloon any minute. The minute you start to groan, they think the worst and grab the hospital bag, carrying you bridesmaid way before realizing you just sat up.

It's so wild to me that people will get filler and Botox and do like 30 step skincare routines but refuse to stop drinking and vaping etc cause I had such a good FaceTime with my dad today and like not only is he showing up so different and attentive and strong and clear as a father now that he's sober but he looked so good and I kind of can't stop thinking about how he's in his 60's and has always had a bad complexion and after a year of not drinking and doing yoga and therapy he literally looks like a decade younger and I think it's such a scam people push plastic surgery and expensive skincare on us as a society and yet not a soul is suggesting that maybe the best thing for our health is not poisoning ourselves
Like so many of my loved ones are heavy drinkers (have at least one drink most days, heavier on weekends) and have problems with their immune system and get sick really easily which can def be affected by so many factors but like it's just crazy to see an alcoholic who's literally been in my life since the beginning get sober and be like wow it's not just a matter of addiction and substance it was like actually not letting his body function at it's true capacity
Like I wonder how many of us walk around drinking and smoking and then wondering why we have early hair thinning problems, dull skin, and constantly catching colds and flues while we actively destroy our immune system
Like we all know alcohol lowers our immune systems ability to fight and be strong and do its job but it's so amazing to actually see someone you love get healthier than you've ever seen them
Even though I've been sober for a few years now too it does really inspire me that it's worth the trouble not just emotionally and mentally but physically too in so many ways!!!!

💙A General Guide to Taking Care of a Disabled Darling (From a Disabled Yandere)💙
Hiya everyone! I saw someone make a guide on this and wanted to add some more in depth detail as a disabled yandere so I can give you all the best advice on keeping and caring for your darling. Admittedly as someone who's disabled, nothing makes me want to be away from someone more than someone who is ableist so if you want to keep a darling with a disability it's best to be informed. I'm going to approach this as if you are in an active relationship with someone just because that's where a lot of my perspective comes from (as well as from the perspective of my personal disabilities) but if you all want any more advice please tell me! Anyways onto the list!
(Long post below)
1.) Research, research, research
If your darling tells you what specific conditions they deal with write it down. Remember it. Anything. And when you get a spare moment, I want you to pour yourself into research for that condition and generally how disabled people are treated. If you are an able-bodied yandere, you are not immune to ableism and that is the number one thing that will push your darling away. Learn everything you can about their condition. What may help one disability may hurt another. Also if you and your darling are on good terms don't be afraid to ask questions! Take note of what personally helps them. Good example, while hot water is known to help with joint pain and muscle aches it can be really bad for disabilities that cause light headedness and vertigo like POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) so knowing what you're dealing with can give you a leg up.
As a general note, try to avoid telling them to exercise, meditate, do yoga, go on a diet, etc. If that stuff could fix out conditions we already would have done it, and for certain conditions, it can make symptoms worse. Please listen to your darling on what they specifically need. Become an expert on every facet of them and their opinions on their disability. If you're reading this you're probably a yandere so it's not exactly like research is hard for us.
2.) Have supplies on hand
Being disabled and going anywhere usually requires some level of forethought, or effort. So try making it easier by having supplies on hand. Here's a list of stuff I keep on me at all times to aid with m disabilities when I'm out in the wild!
Pain meds of choice
Instant hot packs
Instant cold packs
Hot and cold pain cream (BIOFREEZE IS EXPENSIVE BUT IT WORKS SO WELL)
Electrolyte drink or drink mix with water
Compression items for different joints
Blood pressure reader of some kind (I use a fitbit tbh)
Headphones
Sunglasses (Sun is to bright, don't judge)
Fidget toys
My mobility aid
Now this is what I personally carry on myself. What you can carry for your darling is going to vary on who they are, where they stand in your life and what their disabilities are. (Note: If you know someone with POTS and they have a flare up, being able to provide an electrolyte drink during the episode may help get you on their good side, especially if they know you as someone they can rely on for that. Don't hold me to that advice all I know is I would probably marry someone if they did that for me lmao.)
Adjust to what they personally need. There's a lot of other items that could be useful to have on hand depending on what their disabilities are, such as different types of OTC meds you could grab, specific compression items, heart rate monitors, glucose monitors, vomit bags, incontinence products, if legal marijuana products, etc. It's all based on what they struggle with which is why step one is research. You can't build a medical supply kit if you don't know what you're trying to treat.
3.) Be their advocate
This is the me lecturing you about ableism section. Your darling whether physically or mentally disabled has to put up with a LOT of bullshit. Ableism is very deeply rooted in our society, so often you're gonna see your darling in certain situations. Strangers asking whats wrong with them, people claiming they don't have what they say they have, saying their faking for attention, saying they don't really need XYZ support item, etc. You need to learn to defend your darling the correct way.
It's going to vary from person to person, from situation to situation, but your best bet is shutting shit like that down. some stranger walks up to your wheelchair using yandere and asks what's wrong with them? Tell them your darlings medical history is none of their business. Someone says their lazy for using their supports? Stand up for them. Say they need these supports and being on a fair playing field with everyone else isn't lazy. At a doctor's appointment and your darling is AFAB and the doctor's trying to blow off their symptoms? Tell them what you've seen. Ask the doc what they would do if your darling wasn't AFAB. Tell them to mark lack of treatment in charts. Make the doctors cover their asses. You in these settings are your darling's biggest resource.
But also...
4.) Learn when to shut the fuck up. Don't put your foot in your mouth.
You (if you are an able bodied yandere, which is my target demographic with this) reading this, probably struggle a lot with being ableist and don't even realize. This is where listening to others is gonna win you a lot of brownie points. Sometimes, you need to advocate, sometimes, especially in disabled spaces with your darling, you need to learn to shut the fuck up and listen. It will usually benefit you greatly to not speak over your darling in these settings because it can give you a lot of useful info on how to deepen your relationship and also not be an ass to them. In the beginning, there's going to be times where you say hurtful shit. Move your pride to the side and apologize. You are not immune to having bigoted ideals. General rule of thumb, if your darling wants to speak first, let them, you can give input afterwards. And if they specifically tell you to shut up in a certain setting because you're talking over them, shut up.
5.) Okay now for the fun stuff. Love languages!
With people who struggle with disabilities, they may express their love languages in different ways. Acts of service may carry more weight if your darling really struggles with tasks. Quality time may matter more if they're bed ridden and bored out of their mind. Here is a very general guide of love language actions for disabled darlings.
Acts of Service:
Cleaning their room for them
Doing the dishes
Taking out trash
Doing their laundry
Making doctor's appointments for them
Taking them to and from doctor's appointments
Refilling and picking up their prescriptions
Quality Time:
If they're in a pain flare, keep them company, even if it's just napping with them!
Watch shows with them if they're struggling with doing anything that requires a lot of movement.
Run errands with them, so they can have help with difficult tasks like carrying heavy objects, or talking to customer service representatives.
If they're unable to leave the house but able to move a little bit, suggest video games, board games, or some fun low energy activity together
Go to doctor's appointments with them. Like be in the physical room. You'd be surprised how much it helps if your darling wants the assistance.
Words of Affirmation:
ENCOURAGE THEM
SERIOUSLY BEING DISABLED IS SO FUCKING HARD
THEY GOT OUT OF BED TODAY? PRAISE THEM!
THEY DECIDED TO MAKE A MEAL INSTEAD OF EATING ONLY DORITOS? PRAISE THEM!
EVERYTHING THEY DO REQUIRES MORE EFFORT THAN THE NORMAL HUMAN YOU BETTER FUCKING BE PRAISING THEM FOR THAT SHIT
Physical Touch:
Okay, gonna get the caveat out of the way, some conditions will cause physical touch to be painful. Find out from your darling if that's the case. Otherwise...
Does your darling struggle with hygiene? Do they trust you enough to be naked in front of you? Shower together. Not even in a horny way, taking showers while disabled fucking sucks man. Having someone to help me wash myself helps a lot. Bonus points if shower chair is involved.
Massages. If your loved one needs a lot of creams or ointments, put them on for them, work them in carefully. If they're more pain treatments, a deeper massage may also help work those knots out. Just be careful and be gentle and slow. Listen to your darling. Pay attention to their responses. Whether they're leaning into or away from how hard you're kneading. Just communicate clearly for this. Don't hurt them on accident
Cuddles. I'm gonna be blunt. Sometimes, your darling will end up stuck in bed barely able to do anything. Cuddle them. Being stuck is so much less lonely that way. Also bonus points for nap time being a quality time thing.
Help them with "intimate" tasks they may struggle with. Showering together goes in this category but for a broader purpose, this category exists. Once again this has to have that layer of trust, but this is things like helping them get dressed, helping them feed themselves, helping them brush their teeth or manage their hair (PLEASE DO RESEARCH ON THEIR HAIR TYPE FOR THIS).
Receiving Gifts:
Help them pay for medical supplies if you can afford it. It doesn't need to be a power chair. If you want to just buy someone some ibuprofen, or a heating pad, or just like... some small item that may help them, I promise you it will matter. If they mention running low on a critical medical supply that's OTC and you have the money for, just buy it for them.
Buying them things that can keep them entertained in bed or inside the house is also a really nice thoughtful item.
STREAMING SERVICES!!! IF YOU CAN PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION OF THEIR CHOICE TO ANY STREAMING SERVICE THEY WANT. GIVE THEM SOMETHING TO BINGE WATCH WITH YOU WHILE STUCK IN BED.
This one is a little more tailored to me, but if your darling is like me and appreciates monthly subscription boxes with surprise items in them, consider a "spoonie" or "chronic illness" box. They are usually pretty surface level stuff but the items in them tend to be nice and veer in the self care category so it's an option to consider.
Don't give them "Get well soon cards" unless you know FOR CERTAIN that whatever is plaguing them right now can actually get well soon. Most disabilities you can't recover from. There is no "get well soon" for most of us. Don't give us a reminder of that.
Anyways! That's my list. Feel free to add onto this if you all have any other ideas. If you're ableist in my notes, I freely block and report so don't test me.
Have a nice day!
(I didn't proofread this, please cut me some slack if this is all over the place)

There is no question that Karlie Kloss is the ultimate achiever. Known for her work as a supermodel, you may be surprised to learn that Kloss is also an entrepreneur, philanthropist, and mom. And now she can add “Thorne partner” to her resume as the face of our latest global brand campaign, Find Your Way.
Kloss took some time out of her busy schedule to sit down with our team and share a bit about why she loves the brand and what the Find Your Way message means to her.
1. Thanks for taking the time, Karlie! How were you first introduced to Thorne and why do you trust us?
Certainly! I first heard about Thorne from my nutritionist and was drawn to the brand’s meticulous focus on clean, high-quality ingredients. Thorne’s dedication to quality and science is why I trust them. Their process is super transparent, which gives me peace of mind that I’m properly fueling my body.
2. What does the “Find Your Way” message mean to you and how do you embody that in your everyday life?
For me, it’s about staying curious, finding your own personal way to the healthiest and most meaningful life possible. It’s very authentic to the way I live my life because I’m constantly having to balance my variety of interests and aspirations with my daily health regimen, and overall busy lifestyle.
A lot of people know me for starting my career in fashion as a young girl, but modeling is just one facet of my career – my path has never been linear.
I went back to school, learned to code, and started Kode With Klossy, an organization to teach other young women and gender expansive youth how to code. I also consider myself an athlete. But my most important job is being a mom to my two young boys.
3. What are your favorite Thorne products?
My favorite Thorne products are PharmaGABA-100 to support better sleep, Magnesium CitraMate for overall wellness, and Vitamin C for immune support. I also love Memoractiv for brain health support and the Basic B Complex for enhancing energy. These have all made a big difference in supporting my healthy routine.
4. You love fitness! Can you talk about your passion for movement and how you found it?
It started at a young age with ballet. Ballet taught me the importance of discipline and strength. Over the years, I’ve explored various forms of exercise, from running and cycling to yoga and Pilates. Each activity offers something unique, whether it’s the meditative quality of yoga or the adrenaline rush from a run. Movement is a vital part of my life, helping me stay centered and energized.
5. You also love food! How has your approach to nutrition evolved over your lifetime?
It’s definitely changed! Growing up in the Midwest, I learned to love food from an early age and still love to indulge now. But it’s all about balance, maintaining a healthy relationship with food, and understanding what makes me feel my best.
As I have gotten older, and through my pregnancies, my relationship to my body and focus on overall wellness has become a lot more holistic. It’s not about fitting into a certain size; it’s about taking care of my body from the inside out so I can keep up with my busy life!
6. What exercise and nutrition advice do you have for busy readers?
People are always asking me how to manage a busy lifestyle. I’d say finding a routine that works with your schedule is key. Even quick workouts can make a big difference! I try to aim for consistency over perfection.
When it comes to nutrition, I recommend focusing on foods that are packed with nutrients and give you lasting energy throughout the day. And don’t beat yourself up when you indulge – enjoy what you love!
7. You’ve mentioned that you are oddly competitive with yourself about rest! Can you talk about the importance of sleep?
Throughout my teens and twenties, between school, work, traveling, late nights, and early mornings, to try and squeeze in everything I needed to – the thing I would always compromise on if needed would be my sleep.
Something changed during the pandemic when I stopped constantly working and traveling, and actually prioritized my rest. It was life changing. I have found it has helped improve my skin quality, my mood, my energy... I felt like I was suddenly more present in every aspect of my life – my work, my work outs, my relationships. It was a major wake up for me.
So now, I keep track of my sleep patterns and try to stay consistent, even when things get busy. Quality rest helps me do better in every part of my life.
8. People appreciate the importance of fueling for sports performance but fueling for mentally-taxing exercises (for example, coding) seems to fly a bit more under the radar. Can you talk about the importance of getting the nutrients you need to support your creative endeavors?
Research shows that our brains consume around 20 percent of our metabolic energy, so the idea of “brain food” is real! Nutrition and oxygen are crucial for optimal cognitive function, so I focus on foods rich in omega-3s and antioxidants. It's easy to say and harder to do, but staying hydrated, eating balanced meals, and limiting my sugar and caffeine intake help my concentration and creativity.
9. What other wellness topics or facts do you “geek out” over?
I'm a deep believer in the impact mindfulness exercises like meditation and yoga can have on your wellbeing. I'm fascinated by the science of nutrition and how different foods affect our organ function, our cellular health, and overall energy and mood. I'm also very interested in sustainable living and how it connects with personal health.
10. What insights or tips do you have for readers who want to exercise their mind?
Exercising your mental muscles is just as important as going to the gym! When I have some downtime, I love to read, and I always set aside time every day for meditation, one of my favorite mindfulness exercises.
I’m also working on learning Spanish with my kids. I’m almost fluent in French, so that’s something I wanted them to start learning while they are young so they can use it for a lifetime.

Top Strategies for Maintaining Vitality and Looking Your Best
In today's fast-paced world, maintaining vitality and looking your best can seem like a daunting task. However, the secret lies in a harmonious balance between inner health and outer beauty. By adopting a holistic approach that nurtures both body and mind, you can achieve a radiant appearance and boundless energy. This article explores the top strategies to help you maintain vitality and look your best, incorporating essential practices and quality products, including health supplements and imported items from Japan and Germany.
Embrace a Balanced Diet
Tumblr media
A well-balanced diet is the cornerstone of vitality and beauty. Consuming a variety of nutrient-dense foods ensures that your body receives the essential vitamins and minerals it needs to function optimally. Incorporate a colorful array of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats into your meals. Antioxidants, found in foods like berries, nuts, and dark leafy greens, play a crucial role in combating free radicals, thus maintaining youthfulness and promoting healthy skin.
Regular Exercise and Physical Activity
Staying active is vital for overall health and well-being. Regular exercise not only helps to maintain a healthy weight but also improves circulation, boosts energy levels, and enhances mood. Incorporate a mix of cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility workouts into your routine. Activities like yoga and pilates can also help improve posture and reduce stress, contributing to a more youthful appearance.
Adequate Hydration
Tumblr media
Water is essential for maintaining healthy skin and energy levels. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day to keep your body hydrated. Proper hydration helps to flush out toxins, improve skin elasticity, and support overall bodily functions. Avoid excessive consumption of sugary and caffeinated beverages, which can dehydrate the body and negatively impact skin health.
Sufficient Sleep
Quality sleep is crucial for both mental and physical health. During sleep, the body repairs and regenerates tissues, leading to a refreshed appearance and improved vitality. Aim for 7-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep each night. Establish a regular sleep schedule, create a relaxing bedtime routine, and keep your sleep environment comfortable and free from distractions. Good sleep hygiene can significantly enhance your overall well-being.
Incorporate Health Supplements
Tumblr media
Health supplements can be a valuable addition to your daily regimen, ensuring that your body receives necessary nutrients that might be missing from your diet. Common health supplements include multivitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, and probiotics. These supplements support various bodily functions, from boosting immunity to improving digestive health. However, it is essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen.
Enhance Beauty with Beauty Supplements
Beauty supplements are specifically formulated to support the health of your skin, hair, and nails. Ingredients like biotin, collagen, and hyaluronic acid are commonly found in beauty supplements and are known for their ability to enhance skin elasticity, promote hair growth, and strengthen nails. Integrating these supplements into your routine can help you achieve a glowing complexion and vibrant hair, contributing to your overall appearance.
Leverage Imported Products From Japan
Japanese beauty and health products are renowned for their innovative formulations and high-quality ingredients. Products like matcha green tea, known for its antioxidant properties, and skincare items containing rice bran and sake, which nourish and rejuvenate the skin, are excellent additions to your beauty regimen. Incorporating these imported products from Japan can provide unique benefits, helping you maintain a youthful and radiant appearance.
Explore Imported Products From Germany
Germany is known for its precision and innovation in the health and beauty industry. German products often combine advanced technology with natural ingredients, ensuring efficacy and safety. Consider using German skincare products with ingredients like chamomile and witch hazel, known for their soothing and anti-inflammatory properties. Additionally, health supplements like magnesium and coenzyme Q10, popular in Germany, can support energy levels and overall vitality.
Stress Management Techniques
Tumblr media
Chronic stress can take a toll on both your health and appearance. Effective stress management is essential for maintaining vitality and looking your best. Practices like mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, and regular physical activity can help reduce stress levels. Additionally, engaging in hobbies and activities that bring you joy can improve your overall mood and outlook on life, positively impacting your appearance.
Regular Health Check-ups
Routine health check-ups are a proactive way to maintain your health and vitality. Regular screenings can help detect potential health issues early, allowing for timely intervention and treatment. Establish a relationship with a healthcare provider and schedule annual check-ups to monitor your health. Staying informed about your health status empowers you to make informed decisions and maintain a high quality of life.
Conclusion
Maintaining vitality and looking your best requires a comprehensive approach that addresses both inner health and outer beauty. By embracing a balanced diet, regular exercise, adequate hydration, and quality sleep, you lay the foundation for a healthy body. Incorporating health and beauty supplements, along with leveraging unique imported products from Japan and Germany, can further enhance your vitality and appearance. Finally, effective stress management and regular health check-ups ensure long-term well-being. By integrating these strategies into your daily routine, you can achieve and maintain a vibrant, youthful appearance and boundless energy for years to come.

Reclaim Your Rest: The Power of a Good Night's Sleep
Do you ever feel like there just aren't enough hours in the day? We all crave that elusive feeling of being well-rested, but a good night's sleep often feels like a luxury. Yet, sleep is more than just a period of inactivity; it's fundamental to our physical and mental well-being.
During sleep, our bodies repair and rejuvenate. Muscles rebuild, memories are consolidated, and hormones essential for growth and development are released. When we're sleep-deprived, our bodies struggle to function at their best. We become more susceptible to illness, our concentration falters, and our moods can become volatile.
The good news is that prioritizing healthy sleep habits can make a world of difference. Here are some tips to help you reclaim your rest:
Establish a regular sleep schedule: Go to bed and wake up at roughly the same time each day, even on weekends. This helps regulate your body's natural sleep-wake cycle.
Create a relaxing bedtime routine: Take a warm bath, read a book, or practice gentle yoga to wind down before bed. Avoid screen time for at least an hour before sleep, as the blue light emitted from electronic devices can disrupt sleep patterns.
Optimize your sleep environment: Ensure your bedroom is cool, dark, and quiet. Invest in blackout curtains and earplugs if necessary.
Limit caffeine and alcohol: While a cup of coffee might give you a morning boost, avoid caffeine in the afternoon and evening. Alcohol may initially make you drowsy, but it disrupts sleep quality later in the night.
Get regular exercise: Physical activity can improve sleep quality, but avoid strenuous workouts close to bedtime.
Remember, a good night's sleep is an investment in your overall health and well-being. By prioritizing sleep and creating healthy habits, you'll wake up feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to take on the day. Sleep well, and you'll be amazed at how much more you can accomplish!
You deserve to feel rested and radiant. Sweet dreams!
Nourish Your Body, Nourish Your Mind: The Power of Colourful Eating
We all know the importance of eating a balanced diet, but did you know that the colours on your plate can have a profound impact on your health and well-being?
Fruits and vegetables come in a vibrant rainbow of colours, each boasting unique phytonutrients—powerful plant chemicals that offer a plethora of health benefits. Here's a glimpse into the magic of colourful eating:
Reds and oranges: Think tomatoes, peppers, and berries. These vibrant hues are rich in antioxidants, which help protect your cells from damage and may reduce the risk of chronic diseases like heart disease and cancer.
Greens: From leafy greens like kale and spinach to broccoli and Brussels sprouts, the green family is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamins A and K, which are crucial for healthy vision and strong bones.
Yellows and oranges: Sweet potatoes, carrots, and mangoes are bursting with beta-carotene, which our bodies convert into vitamin A. This essential vitamin supports healthy skin, immunity, and vision.
Blues and purples: Blueberries, plums, and eggplant are loaded with anthocyanins, which have anti-inflammatory properties and may help improve brain function and memory.
Adding a variety of colourful fruits and vegetables to your diet is a delicious and nutritious way to boost your overall health.
Here are some tips to incorporate colourful eating into your daily routine:
Start your day with a colourful breakfast: Add berries to your yoghurt, whip up a green smoothie, or slice some red peppers for an omelette.
Rainbow your plate at lunch and dinner: Aim for at least two to three different coloured vegetables with each meal.
Snack smart: Munch on colourful fruits and vegetables throughout the day to keep your energy levels up and cravings at bay.
By embracing colour on your plate, you're not just nourishing your body; you're nourishing your mind and promoting vibrant health. So, get creative in the kitchen and explore the world of colourful foods!
You are what you eat, and with a rainbow of colours on your plate, you'll be a radiant force of health and vitality!

It's time for more Beatle Era Ratings! (I fixed the title 😌)
Episode 3: Johnny Boy 🥰
Tumblr media
Moon Dog (Pre-Beatles Era)
Teddy Boy John somehow looks older than when John was actually older
He gives the vibe of a teenage boy who dresses to look older in order to get into an adult rated movie lmao
Formed a band and felt like the coolest guy in the world (and you know what he unknowingly created one of the greatest bands in the world so he's allowed to feel that way)
6/10 because he looks great but the look is not really for me
Tumblr media
Twist and Shout (1962-63)
And just like I thought, he looks younger here than the previous era
John Lennon if he were an android in Detroit Become Human
He looks so uncomfortable dressed like this PLEASE 😂 someone help him
4.5/10 and I know the second they walked off stage he would rip this jacket right off lmao
Tumblr media
Cuddle Bug (1964-66)
One of John's best eras and that's a fact
He's so friend-shaped I'm gonna cry
This haircut suited him so well and gave him an all-around adorable vibe
100/10 and I have a personal vendetta against anyone who ever made him feel bad about his appearance 😤
Tumblr media
Blue Meanie Defender 3000 (1967)
If you ever wanna know what the people in the late 60s who experimented with any drug they could find looked like, just picture this mf
Bro saw God at some point and God was a walrus apparently
But this was when he actually got glasses instead of just being fucking blind all the time so I guess that's good
7/10 although I can't tell if being around him when he's high would've been nonstop laughs or literal hell on earth
Tumblr media
AnD nOw YoUr hOsTs fOr tHiS eVeNinG (1968-69)
An absolute gremlin of a man
But I mean if I was in his shoes I would just randomly scream for no reason too so I get it
If Get Back taught us anything it was that mans hardly showered
6.5/10 the vibes are hella confusing but not terrible. Sense of humor was off the charts though
Tumblr media
Bigger Than Jesus (1970)
So far John's Jesus era was the fanciest
The fur coat and wool cap are giving Bratz doll
Speaking of Bratz dolls John would've loved early 2000s fashion I JUST KNOW IT
9/10 he would've worn Juicy tracksuits religiously and ate us all up
Tumblr media
I Sleep Well, Thanks (1971-72)
Exhausted dude at his office job who just wants to go home and get high
You know what scratch that he shows up high and has the nerve to act surprised when he can barely function
Survives purely off of spite
6.5/10 he wants to cause problems on purpose
Tumblr media
I Am the Egg Man (1973)
I'm not even sure I have the certification to comment on this
Seeing John almost bald feels sacrilegious
He looks like one of those unhinged yoga instructors
2/10 I am very uncomfortable with the energy we've created in the studio today
Tumblr media
Freelance Artist (1974-77)
In his academia era
His aura feels like one of those people who you go to their apartment and it's full of giant canvases with art that deserves way more recognition
That Elvis pin is iconic
10/10 and this entire photoshoot is honestly so beautiful I wish I could've included all the photos
Tumblr media
Sexy Valet Driver (1978-79)
I absolutely adore the tie and waistcoat combo
It gives me an immense level of gender envy, and John is not immune to that lol I wanna look the way he does in this photo so bad
He looks both cute and handsome but I can't decide which one tips the balance
20/10 if I saw him dressed like this I would definitely compliment him (and maybe ask him out if I was feeling brave 🤭)
Tumblr media
Eccentrically Reserved Fashion Designer (1980-∞)
Are we gonna pretend that he didn't look absolutely GLORIOUS this year
I think I have to say this one is a dilf era because oh my god
I secretly think John would've been a great fashion designer idk he seems like he has the correct amount of insanity to pull it off
542/10 and it's a shame we never got to see how he would've evolved physically, and even personality-wise, as the years went on. I feel like he would've been a better person as he got older and I wish we would've gotten to see it 🥺💕

Yay, I passed my course.
It certainly proves the nothing that there is always more to learn, even on a subject you think you know enough about!
Not just diabetes related, because a lot of the whole subject of general health is most definitely related to the subject of blood sugar/insulin management.
It's important for everyone that cares for their health. Not just diabetics!
I have been type one diabetic for almost 40yrs, and every day is just another 24hr segment of the lifelong learning curve.
This has been good for me both personally, and it's a little bonus to my health, nutrition and fitness coach work.
People often seem to think that people who work in the health and fitness arena (I'm a freelance, home based, online fitness trainer, health and nutrition coach) are 100% full of perfect health and never experience issues.
Erm, nope. Not at all.
Yes, I struggle with it too. Hormonal, auto-immune and genetic imbalances. Trying to hold me back. But I work hard to be at my own, best level of health and fitness.
I think that's why my clients feel comfortable with me. I get it. I live it.
Anyway, on with another day.
Up and out early as usual, on a very foggy morning.
Much warmer than it has been, though.
No fleece or coat, and no hat needed!
First home workout was low weight resistance for upper body. I am sticking to the nurture phase principle of medium intensity. Nothing fast or heavy.
A good "nurture" range fast time. (Shooting for anything under 15hrs).
Breakfast was lovely apple to get some carbs in.
I'm not worrying about macro's. I'm DEFINITELY ignoring the restictive protein amounts. That's why I'm back with my nuts.
But for nurture I'm pushing those carbs. Low carb definitely works better for me, but I'm going to try follow the FLAG (Fast Like A Girl) programme for the 30 days. I'm not promising, though. It's causing quite a bit of stress, which isn't good!
Wonderful yoga came next. A really gentle, restorative routine.
That felt good. And much needed!
I finished today's fitness with a freelance routine. Haven't put anything onto my YouTube channel for a while.
Lower body strength, using only bodyweight.
Definitely felt good to get back outside for coffee and book time.
I've had a good day.
And this essay I am posting - you're welcome 😂

"Don't bring my seasonal bout of horny hysteria into this, you are well aware that I can't help that shit! It just happens! It's like, an itch, you know? And you need to scratch it but the more you do the worse it gets and before you know it you're crawling out of a mountain of rectangular cloth bags stuffed with feathers and the fridge is bursting at the seams with sixty three jars of shrimp and sausage paella! I don't even like surf 'n' turf, Adam." A petulant flap of ashen feathers marks the end to her little tangential rant. It's not that she's abashed over the reproductive workings of her anatomy. That is a human impediment, one she cannot sympathize with or make sense of regardless of how she flexes her brain meats. The subject matter does irk her somewhat, however, but only because she is failing to gauge whether he's angling for a sincere discussion or if he's only poking fun at her fussy tendencies to keep himself entertained through an otherwise dull yoga session. "If one of us should be concerned I'm inclined to believe it ought to be me. You sound like you've come down with a strain of the epidemic baby fever I've heard your progeny coo about. Why don't we compromise on a cat and leave it at that?--Lean forward for me." Grasping his arms just above his elbows, she carefully guides them up and inwards in order to put a bit of a stretch on his pectoral muscles. "You've got to work on your chest too, it's all a part of the same system. Breathe deep and hold that position for ten seconds."
"You might not be able to help it ~ " He muses, chin propped right at the scraggly end within the careless curve of his palm while he lounges amongst the efforts of her nesting labor- soft and utterly stuffed with pillows and bags of oval shaped bread loaves from the bakery down the block as it was. A casual swipe of his tongue disguised it's path along his lips as a simple hydrating venture, though he teased the golden stud balled at the end in the crook of a smirk long enough to blow any claims of moisturizing cover.
"But I can." Voice a playful but notably lower octave, the man is quick to snap his teeth in her direction and give a petulant (albeit subdued by bandages) beat of his wings as if the display might convince her to take a break from her surf and turf meal prep to sample some of his sausage instead. Maybe she was more avian than him in the sense that the season brought her suffering in the weight of the eggs she carried with various a complaint, but he wasn't immune to the call of the winged genes spliced into him from a revenant resurrection either. Not that he was much of an omelette guy any other regular month of the year, but fuck it - he could go for scrambling a few.
"Like fuck- it's not like you're the only miserable one here." A gripe like that might be a prime candidate for a well earned swat across the dick- that was, if he wasn't so pathetically laid up trying to recover from wind sprained wings earned from a sheer drop from space itself. Also those damned allergies didn't exactly help- "You know better than anyone about my condition, babe. Have a little heart." And he bats his eyes at her whilst balancing his chin under a canopy of talons as if it were the correct position to pluck the heart strings- he had a way with those. The strings, anyway ~
"... hilarious, dude. 'Baby fever'? More like the ever dawning and depressing realization you're gonna be not so down bad for the rest of the year after all this." Was enough to bring a tear to the eye. If men cried, that was- which they totes did not. But if they did, this would be a valid reason.
With an egregious grunt as she wrestles him into the yoga position she's deemed best for his stiff limbs today, he takes the opportunity granted by her proximity to cant his head back enough to rest on her shoulder and give the silver fuzz along the nape of her neck a deep huff. He holds the scent in like she says for ten seconds before exhaling heat into the dip of her throat. Temporarily out of commission or not, he's nothing if not persistent.

Top Solutions for Psoriasis Relief
Psoriasis is a chronic autoimmune condition that affects the skin cells, causing them to multiply rapidly. This excessive cell growth leads to the formation of raised, red, and scaly patches on the skin, commonly known as plaques. Psoriasis can occur anywhere on the body, including the legs, and it often leads to discomfort, itching, and pain for those who suffer from it.
For More Information Please visit, psoriasis treatment Scottsdale
Understanding Psoriasis on Legs
Psoriasis on the legs can be particularly challenging due to the constant movement and friction in that area. The symptoms often include itchy, dry, and scaly skin, which can lead to bleeding and infection if not properly managed. Since the skin on the legs is thicker than on other parts of  the body, treating psoriasis in this area requires a specific approach.
Best Treatments for Psoriasis on Legs
Topical Treatments: These creams help reduce inflammation and itching. Mild corticosteroid creams are often prescribed for delicate areas like the face and genitals, while stronger ones may be used on the legs. These medications reduce inflammation and plaque buildup. They are particularly useful for sensitive areas where steroids might cause skin thinning. Products containing coal tar can help slow skin cell growth and alleviate itching. They are available in various forms, such as lotions, shampoos, and creams.
Phototherapy (Light Therapy): Controlled exposure to UVB light slows down the rapid growth of skin cells. This treatment is often administered in a medical setting and can be targeted specifically to the affected leg areas.
Oral and Injected Medications : These compounds derived from vitamin A can help reduce skin cell production. Biologic drugs, usually administered via injections, target specific parts of the immune system, providing relief from psoriasis symptoms. This oral medication suppresses the immune system and slows skin cell growth.
Moisturizers and Bathing:Regular use of fragrance-free moisturizers can prevent dryness and reduce itching. Adding colloidal oatmeal, Epsom salts, or Dead Sea salts to warm baths can soothe the skin and relieve discomfort.
Lifestyle and Dietary Changes: Some individuals find relief by following an anti-inflammatory diet, rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains while avoiding processed foods and red meat. Stress can exacerbate psoriasis symptoms. Practices like yoga, meditation, and deep breathing can help manage stress levels.Identifying and avoiding triggers such as certain foods, alcohol, and smoking can help in managing psoriasis symptoms.
Alternative Therapies: Some people report relief from psoriasis symptoms through acupuncture sessions. Applying  aloevera  gel directly to the affected areas can provide cooling relief. Regular consultations with a dermatologist are essential to monitor the condition, adjust treatments if necessary, and address any concerns.
Conclusion
While there is no one-size-fits-all solution for psoriasis on the legs, a combination of medical treatments, lifestyle changes, and a proactive approach to skin care can significantly improve the condition and the quality of life for those affected. It's important for individuals suffering from psoriasis to work closely with healthcare professionals to find the most suitable treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and symptoms. With the right approach, managing psoriasis on the legs is possible, allowing individuals to lead fulfilling, active lives despite this chronic skin condition.
