ahhh HELLO !! ask and u shall receive ✨ i actually answered this in one of my other anon's asks but that one was a little lengthy and full of other things so i will extract that info 😃😎

OKOK so i have two versions of bones and bc u didn't specify, i will be giving u the spiel for BOTH 😃 the original idea for bones was (actually not this 💀 but we don't talk abt that) more of a dark academia vibe, wherein reader and all the cast r at this like isolated elitist academy/boarding school thing, and someone gets brutally murdered. it's supposed to take place sometime in the past, but it's def not historically correct 💀 there r just no phones, they use typewriters, and i get an excuse to talk abt vests, petticoats, and corsets 🤩🤩 and so reader and changmin have to team up to figure out who the murderer is in order to save their own asses from being killed or accused ksnfoekfk i would provide a written snippet but what i have so far kind of sucks 😭😭 it's all bg info

the second more recent ver is set in almost like ripper era london TT idk if you've ever read the book series stalking jack the ripper, but that's what it's inspired by !! as well as six of crows and kind of daredevil, but it's 🤡🤡 complicated 🤡🤡 ANYWAYS LMAO changmin is kind of this like dark and mysterious doctor dude who reader and her friends thinks is the murderer?? but it's also not REAALLY like jack the ripper cuz they aren't targeting prostitites... idrk how to explain this now that i think abt it 😭 but i have a favorite snippet of mine so far that i thought was just funny 😔

ONTO A STUDY IN MONSTERS 🤩🤸‍♀️

this one is inspired by beauty and the beast but uhhh the main cast r all "beasts" or "monsters" as deemed by the humans 😭 the reader actually has like medusa-esque powers and a ROCKIN eye patch (but it's from a traumatic childhood experience 😔), and chanhee has a demon living inside him :')) but it's mainly just kind of like them learning to let their guards down around each other and wanting to protect the other skfnoenfkr i had this one scene in particular i BUILT this fic around, and just the idea of like,,, , reader helping chanhee thru his demon's outbreaks and aches, and feeling his scars on his back it's,,, i have a soft spot for that stuff (´Д⊂ヽ OKAY HERES THE THING:

yandere!kalim (post-scarabia arc), for me, is someone who you first deem as an extroverted acquaintance who also happens to be your upperclassman. He yearns to be closer to you, so he does it in the way he knows best; socialization. It's not even noticeable at first - how he slowly worms his way into your inner social circle. You just suddenly acknowledge one day that after class, it's not just the hearshackle trio waiting for you at the entrance of the classroom, but the scarabia housewarden is also there, too.

And it's nothing unusual. nothing to think too much about, really. who doesn't like being kalim's friend? he's energetic, he's optimistic, and he's just so, so nice. he often comes across as naive, sure, but that's just the surface level of him as a person. plus it's hard not to be pulled into his gravitational pull, and who are you to deny a budding friendship?

As the friendship grows and your bond with him strengthens, so too do his feelings. And with less than platonic feelings, a new emotion he hasn't felt before is introduced; envy. It's not an obvious emotion that he shows at first. but when he treks back to scarabia (with jamil trailing a few steps behind) after an afternoon spent with you (and your heartslabyul friends)... kalim feels a green-eyed monster taking form underneath his skin. he is envious of how close you are to the other dorms, he envies your first-year best friends, and he's so envious of how he wasn't the first housewarden you formed a bond with.

it's fine to feel this way, right? there's nothing wrong with jealousy, it's a part of life!

still, he can't bear to stand the constant prickling sensation in his beating heart when he sees people get closer to you. his shiny glazes over and his sunny smile drops into a straight line. it's uncanny to see him this way.

even more so, when he snaps back to how he usually acts after he's successfully detached you from the student you were interacting with.

Been working off and on on my imaginary TWST event called, "Into the Grid".

Idia and his companions get sucked into the game world and have to save it from a rogue AI, and keep it from bleeding into the real world, or something...I dunno. I just really wanted to do something heavily inspired by the League of Legends arcade skins and Code Lyoko.

These are just the messy concept sketches I need to finish up. Hoping to get their splash art sketched up soon.

So, like, what if Yuu and you both transported, right? Thing is, is that (this idea maybe inspired by one of my friends irl but now ik in the Philippines I can't see them anymore 😔) Yuu and you were friends ever since middle-school? Like, Yuu was 4th grade and you were like, their upperclassmen bc you was in 5th grade? Like, think it like this: you guys have this bond where you can be problematic without being canceled, twinning, literally having telepathy cause' you guys just know each other very well in this world of corruption. And snooping into every rumor that you guys can get your hands on. Like, you guys fight like siblings, but then do everything together like bad betches or smth like that (keeping the relationship VERY MUCH platonic thank you!) Or when bestie!Yuu talks shit abt your fine shyte bc they r suppperrr UGLY! why tf do you have a crush on them??? Find another one dumbass! (Or choose one).

But then you guys get teleported to another world bestie!Yuu looks like they're about to have several heart attacks and gets emotionally attached to Grim whilst also protecting you from potential suitors. Like girl, RUN. WTF?? THESE BETCHES SOOO WANT YOU. Like, wtf are you? The main character? Thing is, though. You're socially anxious around these guys. Okay it's similar to anxiety!reader from Tiyoin BUTTT instead it's bestie!Yuu who does the shit talking and you on the other hand, although assigned to be the Prefect of Ramshackle, is very anxious talking with these guys without messing shit up, like??? It's so scary being transported into another world, but now you have to deal with SOCIALIZING WITH THESE GUYS? but little did you know, besides all their admiration in bestie!Yuu's strength, they admire you the most.

So, to put it simply they either like you or like-like you. Cause' not only are you a prefect, BUT you also assist bestie!Yuu whenever an overblot happens, you guys are THE duo. Bestie!Yuu throws hands (or the nearest object they find) and you as their back up or supporter (healer). Like basically you two are treating this like a game (bc it is), and the two of you somehow are not traumatized by this shit. Cuz, you both faced much more worse sht these guys could pull outta their asses. Like, have you seen our history in our world? How it affected the current generation? The amount of creative crimes even if it was just brutal murder? The amount of desensitization in this society? Sure, some people although rare, still have emotions and knows the weight of the problems in a serious way, you guys know it too, but like??? Coping through humor it is! So, back to bestie!Yuu and you getting roped in these overblots so casually as if you've been invited by your opp to a time of date and place to spin the block with them. So the main casts are like "???? Why are you guys so calm abt this??" Then it's either you or bestie!Yuu casually dropping crazy ass lore that could traumatized even a infant who could barely understand proper English. So Cue to most of the cast like "😨😨😕☹️😤🤔😨🤨😰" and the others like "Yeah, we're keeping you with us now. Like, are you sure you wanna go back there or?" And bestie!Yuu deciding it is a good idea to drop off the "not so crazy" lore abt history of each country (ESPECIALLY the country you BOTH live in) and its dark side of history. Like, I want all of you to imagine with me, each and every character's reaction to you and bestie!Yuu's interesting adventure (or not and it's just a dull life with unspoken, undiagnosed, clinical depression) and lore abt our Earth, what do you guys think? (Or headcanon since there's more ideas in my head I can't make out rn)

both versions r meant to be like murder mysteries yk?? and they're both set in time settings where it's not quite the future, but im also not a historian so they're also not completely historically accurate T-T they just take place in the past LMFAO but the original ver is more like dark academia centered where the murder takes place at this elitist academy/boarding school in the middle of nowhere, and reader is like a "charity case" whose uncle took her under his wing after her parents were murdered or something, and changmin is like studying to become a physician and they both get looped into the investigation. i have a some written of that ver but it's not very interesting 💀

AND recently like two days ago 💀 i went back to one of the ideas i had for the banner before i started writing the dark academia one (wow that's such a long sentence). anyways, said idea was to take place in like ,, not a school 🤡 but idk if you've read the stalking jack the ripper series but it's based on that !! AND a little bit of six of crows too 🤡 it's not fantastical or anything, but changmin is like a doctor in the lower end and someone's been out here murdering people and shit. changmin is also kind of inspired by daredevil and kaz brekker, but i'll have to get into that some other time 💀
