Well I am officially off of work. My body’s request for a nap can now be processed. Everything points to the issue being resolved in a timely manner. This will result in a well rested brain. Once brain is well rested we can beginning working on request to write the next chapter of big vampire lady fic.

LOL THIS IS SUCH A FUCKING MOOD.
Like for me, I have a vague idea of what will happen ea chapter, but like everything else I'm winging 100%.
I have no idea how long the chapter will be, I have no idea what little things are gonna happen, all I have is a beginning sentence and an ending sentence. Then I spent like, hours bullshitting what's in between.
Yeah,,,my writing is living life on the edge
Some writers: *meticulously plan out every plot point and the tone and meanings before they start writing*

Surprisingly, I want to write like, so bad, but FINALS ARE KICKING MY ASS.

REAL
LIKE WTF?! I literally put my fic through sm spell checks, read it 10 times, only for there to be every mistake imaginable when I post it 😭
(Thats why I also reread after I post anything)
writers when they’re proofreading their works for the 34th time *find zero mistakes, there’s no typo, no grammatical error. everything looks good. hit the post button*
writers when they’re reading said works after they’ve been published like proud parents *find 52 mistakes at first glance, 38 typos and 14 grammatical errors with a bunch of inconsistencies and plot holes*

When you start writing and the characters take the wheel… lol don’t you love that? Also I should be sleeping. Why am I awake at 2:16am when I have to get up for work at 6:45am?

It's frustrating that you can come up with the plot of an entire fic in just a few seconds, but writing it all down can take anywhere from never to forever.

Honestly, I love it when characters relapse. When someone who’s gotten over their anger issues falls into a situation so out of their depth they fall back on their old habits. When someone who’s learned to open up becomes a recluse again in order to cope with something outside their control.
There’s just something so horrible, so toxic, about watching a character grow and then slip back into their old selves in order to cope, bc you know they still care, that they’re the same inside, but watching them hurt so hard they don’t know what else to do brings a sense of catharsis.
