“He’ll be there,” Steve says, because it may have been years since he really knew  the likes of Hagan, but some things never change, and spending his off-shifts at the officer-only canteen or in the alley out back trading for contraband is one of those things. 

Steve had been there when they’d discovered they could get their hands on cigarettes, and sometimes something a bit harder, if only they used their Trainee status to their advantage, and so Steve knows firsthand what a hard habit that is to shake. 

Which is why it’s not here that his confidence wavers, in reassuring Nancy that he’ll be there, because what Steve is even more painfully aware of is that just because they find Tommy doesn’t mean he’ll give them what they need. 

And even worse, it’s more than just them who needs it.

EVIL MARK, EVIL MARK, EVIL MARK!!! I want to be coherent about this season but please picture me foaming at the mouth and running on the walls. S2 being what if Mark's just like his Dad? Insanity. I love this show. Anyways, AU where an Evil!Mark tries to make Our!Mark worse, and Our!Mark tries to make the other better. Something something confronting your idea of the worst version of oneself. Plus, tweaked black and yellow costume because I saw it and immediately went murder hornet lookin' ass and knew I had to draw it. Evil ass Mark. Horrible. I think he should be dragged kicking and screaming into redemption.

You know. I have Thoughts now about Olric.

I originally wanted him added as a romance option (as do many others) and I think I changed my mind! I love him and he's amazing and supportive and he likes rocks but what I think so far that I really super love for him? Is how friendly he is and so far (I'm not far) he has zero romance related lines. Like he's not a romance option, but looking at the other NPCs (the innkeeper/wife, the general store owner/wife, the retired socialite who talks about past flings) I think Olric stands out as possibly the only one I can hope for aroace representation.

Let this guy just exist with the most positive vibes ever because he's just a good guy with positive vibes for everyone.
