What’s on your wall? Rose was one of my LEAST favorite oils for a long time. What was the best part of your day? I’m one of those weirdos who literally wakes up EXCITED, grateful, and ready to dive into my Google Calendar of events. Today is Labor Day, which means I’m supposed to take a day off of work, but when your work never actually feels like work, you never NEED to take a day off. Do you have a pet? In case you haven’t met them, here are Cookie, Wiggles, and Coconut & their Instagram is @bunnieswhotravel. It’s been a rough few months. They used to be able to sit there and pose for photos and videos like this until one day, Coconut had to go to the hospital. She survived and thrived, but it was at the cost of Cookie and Coconut fighting to the point of injury. Their fighting has gotten so bad that Cookie’s ear is permanently ripped at the end. I feel awful about this, and @martinez__christopher and I don’t know what to do. Which crystals do you have? I rabbit holed into crystals during a very, very dark time in my 20s. I mean like… darkdark times. Everything was misaligned, and nothing felt right. I later learned that this was one of the many lessons I was supposed to learn before my late 20s… so glad that’s over. As a logical skeptic, I still don’t know if I believe in the power of crystals 100%, but I will say - my life has never been the same since crystals came into my life. My self-love and awareness from a scale of 1 to 10 was at like a -5. I took a deep dive into crystals, discovered meditation, astral projected (or did I?), and stayed weird ;) So if we stick to the 80/20 rule, I would say my belief in crystals is in the 80 side. The life I live now has been manifested through the power of mindset, empowered action, and well, a ton of cleansed and charged crystals. And whether they work as some people claim they do or not, they are so beautiful and scientifically, they do hold energy and are powerful enough to help keep time. Hence, many clocks and watches use actual quartz crystals to regulate the accuracy of time. What supplements do you take daily? • Day 3 of #fmsphotoaday challenge - I use this daily 🙌 #fms_daily • I used to buy every vitamin and herb I could possibly get my hands on. If there was any kind of research done on it to prove that it could work, I bought it and I committed to taking it. • Little did I know… not all vitamins are made the same. These are made from actual whole foods (not like the store, “Whole Foods” - I mean… actual whole foods like kale and spinach and the like), which means your body knows what to do with it and you DO NOT pee it all out 😬 • I don’t want to run the risk of being non-compliant, so I’ll leave you with this. Let’s just say my immune and respiratory system was 💩 and my skin issues were REALLY BAD before taking these. • They work so well that I didn’t even notice a difference until I FORGOT to take them for just one week. • The LLV is legit. What did you eat today? 😋 The first photo is the Q Mochi from @meetfreshusa. Did you know that dessert isn’t just ice cream, cakes, pies, cookies, brownies, and other “traditional” “American” desserts? I grew up eating all types of desserts from different countries, but I know that there are people who may not see Q Mochi from Meet Fresh as a dessert… let alone something called, “Grass jelly” 🤣🤣🤣 I definitely thought this was totally normal until I started meeting people who (probably unintentionally) made me feel like a weirdo for eating items from Meet Fresh as dessert 😬 I personally LOVE these desserts & I embrace the fact that this is actually very normal - not to mention, delicious - in our culture 🤪 The second photo is a picture of dan dan noodles from Ding’s Garden 😍 We decided that these are hands down the best ever. It’s crazy how life works. I preordered @hellofears almost exactly two years ago WHILE this amazing human was speaking on stage. It has traveled with me to many states and many countries. It’s an awesome book, but I never made time to make it beyond a few pages (because I was really busy and I really should have opted for the audiobook…). Two years later, I decide to continue from where I left off & ended up reading over a hundred pages in one sitting. I highly recommend this book if you are one to live in fear (like me). I’m so inspired & I love the bonus freebies from the website that come with every interactive chapter! Also, thank you to @alohacorinne for introducing me to this cool daily post thing from @fatmumslim!
