a plot where muse a and muse b have been friends since childhood — here and there, they would have a one night stand, but never really allowed themselves to progress into anything more than just friends. now, as adults who are figuring out the dating scene isn’t as easy as their parents made it seem, muse a and muse b are seeing each other more and more frequently. eventually, muse a starts seeing someone new, and has less and less time for muse b. i’m talking jealousy, tension!!! muse b realizing maybe they’ve had feelings for muse a the whole time, muse a having to make tough decisions — either continue dating this new person or hurt muse b!!! i liiiiive for drama pls

childhood sweethearts (with a twist)

okay but a plot where close childhood friends reunite — except muse a was in love with muse b growing up, and muse b became muse a’s best friend’s high school sweetheart. muse a concealed their feelings for muse b all throughout their friendship, in high school & college, although both muses definitely had feelings & felt sparks for one another long before muse b started dating muse a’s best friend. despite the connection they’d felt, neither wanted to jeopardize any of the friendships between the three, and ultimately, muse b ended up married to muse a’s bff… except now, years later, muse a and muse b reunite at muse a’s best friend’s funeral. imagine the hurt of losing a loved one but having the comfort of yet another loved one?? blurred lines, tension, second-guesses…….

okay so i’ve been kicking around a ranch hand plot where muse a is looking for help around the ranch they’ve just inherited due to a death in the family, and seeing as they’re just one person with lots of land, and virtually no knowledge on how to take care of it, it’s impossible to go it all on their own… enter muse b. muse b, a man who not only knows how to work the land but can take care of the ranch with ease, finds it impossible to not take care of muse a, while he's at it. just give me texan sunsets and lovers with low static music crooning in the background from some vinyl record please & ty

a friends with benefits plot where muse a is dead-set, hellbent on not having a relationship and not getting too intimately involved with muse b; muse b has been in love with muse a for years, and muse a knows this, but still can’t bring themselves to get emotionally attached. i need tensionnnn and like, a lil toxicity ykwim??? for the angst omg

so hear me out — a plot where muse a and muse b met at a friend of a friend’s party & instantly hit it off. muse a is immediately infatuated with muse b — they laugh, talk, drink; they even make an incredible beer pong team. at some point during the night, muse a decides to put the moves on muse b. however, after leaving to get them some drinks, muse a comes back to find muse b kissing someone else… and to make it worse? it’s their boyfriend/girlfriend. tbh this plot could have the potential of a shakespearean comedy if we did it right akdjgh ok i'm talking messssssssyyyy

okay so i need a tense plot where muse a and muse b are soulmates, beyond the shadow of a doubt — but muse a is married to a nightmare of a spouse. little by little, they spend more time together one on one, but it’s getting increasingly harder for muse b to see muse a with their spouse, especially knowing how that spouse treats muse a. idk this is a rough plot/work in progress plot but i feel like it has potential to go somewhere!!!

You know what I want?

I want Soap to have this obsession with Ghost, with his wings - the only part of Simon anyone ever gets to see - feral for more, and when they finally accept that they're unreasonably gone on one another, they can't keep their hands off the other. I want Soap, a human of large stature who is used to picking up and carrying his partner and refuses to change that habit just because Ghost is a little larger than him, to prepare to pick up the larger man, expecting him to weigh what a human of that size would. So as their lips are locked, Soap forces himself to dislodge his hands from the feathers at the base of those glorious wings and bring them down. He cups Ghost's firm ass first, can't help but to squeeze the plump globes, before moving down a smidge more, and heaving to pull the man of his dreams up so that he may lock his legs around Soap's waist, where he belongs. Except Soap miscalculated. And accidentally sent Ghost into the fuckin stratosphere because why is he so light?! Because he has hollow fucking bones. Duh. How else do you expect a man of that size to be able to fucking fly? No one would know it, looking at the man, because he's built like a freight train that moonlights as a tank. And yet now Soap has to explain to Price why there's several broken ceiling tiles in his room, and Ghost giggles like a fucking lunatic the entire time.

I have an internal conflict because… I understand Regina changing, asking for forgiveness and improving as a person etc and all the fics show a nice and sentimental reconciliation between her and Janis but… just listen to me… the tension-hate-kiss?? that moment of thread of insults and fulminating glances that end in a passionate kiss? with hand pulling lightly on hair, whisper between kisses of "I still hate you" while the other says "shut up"???? *lesbian sighs*

One where she’s a ballerina and he’s a boxer and he’s never had to be gentle before but all he wants to do is be delicate and soft when he touches her :( and his hands are so rough compared to hers but she loves they way they feel in hers and eventually, on her body. And he’s been rough and tumble and hasn’t cared about the little things for most of his life but he needs her and suddenly starts noticing the stars because she points them out on clear nights and how her eyelashes lay on her cheeks while she sleeping and the little inflections in her voice when she’s trying not to show she’s hurt and how she puts a tiny bit extra sugar in her tea(not a whole spoon but a couple granules more). And he’s never had to worry about someone else’s feelings but suddenly his heart drops when he sees the corners of her lips fall and her brows start to draw together and he wants to do everything he can to fix it :( and he’s used to his own pain but when she complains about her feet hurting he realizes why she gets so worried about him taking care of himself :( and he never saw the appeal of dance and wanted to fall asleep to classical music but the moment he sees her dancing and spinning like she doesn’t weigh a thing he starts to see the appeal :(

plot idea for fanfics carcar/lestappen:

A "straight" guy has been dating a woman for some time, but the relationship isn't working for him and he doesn't know how to end it because he doesn't want to lose her (he really likes her as a person), so he arranges to meet her at a restaurant to talk about it, but he ends up getting into a very strange situation with another client, his girlfriend sees it and completely misunderstands the situation and is like:

"OH MY GOD. YOU'RE GAY!"

And when he realizes that she wasn't hurt, just sad that he's "living in the closet", he decides to invent this fic that he's really gay. But what he didn't expect was that she would end up telling everyone and he couldn't deny the story (not even his family).

She does everything she can to make him "happy" and "experience" finally living freely, and starts setting him up on dates.

Desperate about having to go to dinners with men he's not interested in, he says he's already met someone special who lives in another country (he's moving there).

He actually moves for work and there he meets a really cool girl and they become good friends, the only problem is that she has a brother/best friend who can't stand the protagonist and they don't get along, but a year later, he receives an invitation to the wedding of his ex who invites him and his "boyfriend" to her wedding as best men.

Desperate, he begs his friend's brother/best friend to go with him to the wedding as his "boyfriend".

So you already know: Fake relationship; a bed; enemies to lovers; forced approach...

Hm…well I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for a little while now, though I’m not totally 100% on it.

Idk yet how I want it to happen, the sketch on here has a situation like how Jennika was mutated, though I’ve thought maybe a 2012 Karai situation could be interesting too (like Leo brushes her fingertips but doesn’t quite grab her hand and she falls into a vat of mutagen anyway).

If I did do something like this though, it would definitely be temporary! As much as I love the idea of them both being turtles, the DNA situation is so…complicated and weird and I just really don’t wanna have to deal with it, plus it gives me an excuse for a plot where Donnie’s gotta figure out how to make retro-mutagen, which I could then use later, but who knows, I haven’t really thought about it too much.

So I had a thought in relation to this.

Give me the season 8 opener (or opening arc, similar to TK in the s3 start of LS). Tommy gets hurt. When he finally wakes up and/or Evan gets to him, he tells Tommy “you promised to teach me how to fly/Muay Thai, and I’m holding you to it”

And then scattered throughout the season obvs we get hints to these. Things are going well. They’re getting closer. Falling in love. Etc.

End of the season rolls around, and Evan gets hurt, and it’s a lot worse than Tommy’s injury was. Tommy’s an absolute mess because they’re supposed to be moving in together, he’s planning this whole life for them (he knows Evan is too), things are so good for them. Like sure, they’ve had it rough this year but they’ve survived all the bumps and scrapes, but this one…

Then we get the inevitable wake-up, and Tommy is relieved if not a little bit on edge. And Evan, who's used to people leaving, who still kinda expects Tommy to leave, even though they've said 'I love you' and they've moved in together now, and he's given up the loft, is like "why'd you stay?"

And we just get a little deadpan of "you still owe me that beer".

Bonus points if the beer comes with the marriage proposal in season 9.

Muse a and muse b had a relationship for a few years, but broke up for having very opposite visions of life. Muse a is an artist, sees the world in color and dreams of knowing more about everything, being an enthusiast of all things creative and artistic. Meanwhile, muse b is a businessperson who comes from a traditional family and has always dreamed of becoming the best in their field and living a peaceful life. A few years after breaking up, they meet again, having achieved some of their dreams. Muse a is a recognized artist, travels the world and can live life according to their own wishes, while muse b has achieved a high position in a global company, is recognized and lectures on business and how to achieve objectives. However, they both feel there is something missing in their lives and cannot feel truly fulfilled. The reunion therefore causes mixed feelings, mainly fights about the past, about how muse a cried for months or how muse b felt too small and useless. But something inside them still shines through and maybe there's still a chance. Or will someone get hurt in this story once again?

WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE ME? ( 1976, Arrival )

In a charming seaside village lives muse a, a talented young violinist whose passion for music sets them apart from the rest. Working tirelessly at a job that barely pays the bills, they dream of a life of luxury and comfort. When they notice muse a's situation, muse b decides to hide their lifestyle for fear of being attracted to them for that reason alone. Muse a begins to get closer to muse b, having someone to talk to who seems to understand everything. However, muse b's lies start to cause a lot of confusion for both of them and they have to choose whether they really want muse a to live in a lie forever or to tell the truth.

In the picturesque setting of a coastal island lives muse a, a lonely sculptor whose heart was closed after a traumatic relationship. mother’s daughter: muse a has had a pretty rough childhood. when her mother was a teen, she got pregnant early with muse a and was tormented relentlessly. it made her snap and attempt to kill the girls who were making fun of her. in the end, she was apprehended and put in a mental health facility to live out the rest of her days. fast forward 20+ years and muse b is the child of the ‘final girl’. everyone thought that the baby had not been born, but muse a is out there, terrorizing muse b and their friends because of what happened to her mother. she could be hiding in plain sight, being friends with the group (and has been for years) or is a stranger.

bury a friend: after a freak accident, muse a and muse b accidentally kill their mutual friend. whether or not it’s an actual accident is up to you. muse a goes completely numb, and muse b is picking up the pieces, trying to figure out how to get away from the guilt. muse a ends up having a taste for killing, and muse b is left trying to clean up their messes so they don’t get caught. 

twisted teeth: muse a is part of a coven of prominent vampires, who don’t often associate with other beings… especially humans. however, muse a is a bit of a rebel and likes to blend in with humans as a bit of a game. but when they meet muse b, everything changes. there is a primal desire to bond in a way that muse a has never felt before. now muse a is trying to figure out how to come clean to muse b, all the while trying not to feed from them. 

maneater: two cannibals who fall in love, but neither of them know that they eat people and their taste seems to be for each other. think of mr. and mrs. smith, but instead of having a hit on each other… they’re just cannibals. 

writer in the dark: muse a is a wanderer, going from place to place and just living life with nothing holding them back. muse b is a beautiful recluse, potentially some sort of demon/witch, who lives in a cabin in the middle of the woods. muse a ends up stumbling upon this cabin, and ends up getting locked in there with muse b. there is no way out, so muse a begins to learn how to live with muse b and being their muse.

rhiannon: muse a is a historian studying the hauntings of an old ghost in a small town, and has moved into a cheap mansion on the hill. newcomers will be bewitched by the ghost’s song. muse b is the ghost in question, burned by a scorned lover so she wouldn’t say his secrets. the ghost was murdered in the mansion that muse a is living in, and only comes to life when a resident is there. muse a finds themselves bewitched by the song and voice of muse b, who has been materializing in front of them. except it seems that the two are falling in love in an unconventional way. 

bring me to life: muse a and muse b were newly weds when muse a died suddenly. muse b did everything they could to save them, and was greeted by a demon after a last ditch effort to bring their love back to life. they do a ritual, and end up beginning muse a back to life… except something is wrong. muse a has some sort of bloodlust, and muse b has to figure out how to satiate it as they navigate living new life.

So… imagine, a little time has passed since spring fling, Regina is trying to change with the help of therapy and lacrosse and Janis wants to learn to forgive her. While it's all happening they are still defensive towards each other, fighting and getting annoyed. Like:

-Just because you're hot doesn't mean you can wear that hideous, homeless looking jacket, Janis -Ohhh so you think I'm hot???? *eyebrow raised while smirking* -*Freaking and blushing*: yeah… A HOT MESS!!

I need to do a plot with tattoo artist h and shop receptionist y/n… can yall see it like a bit of asshole h talking shit about how ‘she doesn’t have any fuckin’ ink, what does she know about tattoos?’ And y/n overhearing and simply correcting him with ‘I’ve got plenty of ink, it’s just not for your eyes’ and walking away which of course has him intrigued… so he scopes her out a bit and is still wary of her because she’s pretty sweet but she takes none of his grumpy shit and puts him in his place which he’s supposed to hate but god, his pants are getting tight when she has that tone and her eyes narrow at him… and it boils over after hours when they’re alone in the shop and he teases her about going on a date with the guy who came by to see her w few days ago and how he can’t possibly be good in bed etc and she hits him with the ‘like you’re any better’ and suddenly she’s laid out on his tattoo bench with his head hidden under the skirt of her dress with his tongue buried beneath her thighs and he’s grumbling about how he’s the one who could give her what she needs….. what do yall think
