VOID CHALLENGE ᥫ᭡

(This challenge will take atleast 2 weeks don't walk away just because it's two week 2,I have got alot of asks from anons who want to enter void or manifest but have adhd let's start~~)
🧁The challenge>>
•. Regulating nervous system aka your vagus nerves.
So what is vagus nerves??? It is the parasympathetic nerves that is longest nerves in our body. It through our brain to large intestine,they carry out messages to our brain so to calm to thoughts that give us anxiety we have to regulate them.
My favorite way regulate to regulate is massaging my thorax point because my chest hurts alot when I get anxious and anxiety.

This video really helped me because I never really got this type of relief from chest pain when u used to get anxiety.

Another way to regulate is humming,or gargling,cold exposure like,ice bath,cold shower.

So guys when ever you get anxiety do once of these exercise atleast 4 times if possible or if you are a very anxious person.
•. Pink noises:
Ofc couldn't forget this one you have to use it after a proper nervous system regulation before bed before going to bed while affirming.

•. Self concept:
For this challenge I really REALLY RECCOMEND self concept,yes you don't need it but if you're getting anxiety even after seeing or manifested many things before I really recommend working on self concept.
•. Robotic Affirming:
I really recommend it for people with ADHD like me,the repetition really help chase away those unwanted negative thoughts,you can do it while doing anything basically but affirming while doing crochetingor qalking is my favvvv!!.
•. Saturating sessions:
Here you can use a counter app put a particular number like for example 500 or 600,it's all upto you.
If you want to affirm for an hour or two,set timer and affirm while tapping.
Or you can set a goal like for a day you'll affirm 1000 or 2000 times and while day when ever you get time you can use the counter app.
Or you can use affirmation tape whatever resonates with you.
🧸.WEEK ONE.
This week is all about your self concept.
•. Start your day with NO phone,if you read a lot of SATS guide uou probably read that we are in SATS right when we wake up,so yes use this hour to affirm in your favour SELF CONCEPT,every morning.
•. Now It's upto you you can do saturating sessions anytime of your day and robotically affirming.
Tip: if you lose focus while robotically affirming try doing repetitive activity like for me walking or crocheting or tapping on my thigh while watching movie.
•. Now if you catch yourself over thinking and feeling nervous and wavering do one of the vagus nerves exercises really quick and along with pink noises.
•. As for night before bed,I personally really prefer a cold shower and then listening to pink noises while robotically affirming but shower isn't necessary you can do what you like to regulate your nervous system.
So you have to do all this for a week remember it's self concept week whenever thought like "should I just into entering void/manifesting" a big fat NO, instead start telling yourself it's done if you feel like working on self concept is wasting your time,but don't get too lost on affirming "it's done" remember just regulate and affirm it's done few times before going back to how amazing you are in manifesting or entering void.
🧸. WEEK TWO~
•. Now this week you will do the same but not work on your self concept,you will start affirming that YOU ARE THE VESRION OF YOURSELF WHO CAN MANIFEST/ENTER VOID.
•. Also THIS WEEK you will use EFT tapping around 6 rounds not a specific time you can do EFT tapping while robotically affirming taht you can manifest /enter void.
•. On second week I want you guys to start practicing meditation before bed instead of putting pink noises and affirming like first week now I know it's hard to meditate for someone with ADHD but here is the thing,you will observe those thought which means you will no longer try to identify with those thoughts. Monitor those thoughts like you are in someone else's body,you'll realize the thought are coming in by itself,ok just assume you're a soul trapped in a vessel and this vessel is trying to fool you into thinking you're the vessel and slowly your thoughts will start to decrease it just need some practice.
And if you're just wanting to manifest something it's fine no need to do the meditation part.
🧁. This challenge DOES NOT hold the power but you does,don't get discourage if you had hard time with meditation or it took you longer then 2 weeks it DOES NOT MATTER,what matter is you KNOWING that you are MASTER AT ENTER VOID/ MANIFESTING!! You must realize that you hold the power to shape your reality, and just a negative thought can't ruin your day. Discipline is ALSO needed here babes I know ADHD can be pretty annoying when we get distracted or get too focus on useless things,that's why I recommend robotic affirming alot like ALOT.

yallll run a challenge with mee! in this challenge we are going to lock in for 3 days. That means affirming TWENTY FOUR/ SEVEN, listening to affirmation tapes, doing guided meditations, listening to subliminals, listening to manifestation music, being as delusional as humanly possible, SATURATE YOUR MIND COMPLETELY AND REPROGRAM YOUR MIND. You are in a constant state of manifestation, use that to your advantage, aways be saturating your mind.
By day 3, you’re going to feel so magnetic bro. Trust me, lock in for 3 days, forget about any struggles, for all you know, YOUR DESIRE IS YOURS. dont think about the when, how, why, IT IS YOURS. Be as delusional as you can, because when it comes down to it, are you really being delusional, or are you just woke?? 😛

Step 1:- Right after you wake don't complain about you didn't enter void the before night. Instead tell yourself that you already entered void and assume it as true. Be a person who already entered void in this whole challenge.
Step 2:- Listen to your favorite void state subliminal whole day while doing the further steps. If it feel like you trapped in boredom listen to some affrimation tapes less than 30 mins babe. I recommend @h1biscusgal 's subliminal (I love her sooo freaking much) for this method bcz it works so fine.
Step 3:-take only one affrimation and start affrim robotically don't set limits like 10k,100k. Affrim whenever you get time example:-while eating, while listening to music(while playing subliminal in background), watching tv. You can Affrim whenever you get time don't procrastinate ml. While doing robotic affrimation don't think against your affrimation please.
Step 4:- do physch-k and self hypnosis often, so you can easily reprogram your mind. If you have lot of time do them as much as you can. While doing hypnosis stop listening to subliminal you can listen after doing it because self hypnosis must have only one suggestion ml.

𓇼∘˚ PART I | UNDERSTANDING
What is the difference between the outerman and the innerman you may ask. Well the outerman is the body that you are experiencing the 3D in while your innerman is the real you. Your innerman doesn’t experience time or the 3D which is why when you want something you immediately get it, your innerman experiences your desires immediately because creation is finished.
So you have an intent to induce the void state? The outcome where you induce the void state has been created and it is finished, set in stone if you’re willing to persist in it. So it does not matter what the outerman sees, whether the outerman got symptoms and fell asleep, whether the outerman is still seeing unfavourable circumstances after an “unsuccessful” night. The Innerman induced pure consciousness the second you wanted to because the barriers of time and the 3D are non existent to your innerman. And your innerman is YOU, so YOU don’t experience time or the 3D, it isn’t real. YOU induce pure consciousness when you intend to no matter what the 3D is showing. You’ve induced pure consciousness and you’re living your dream life, no matter what you see through the experience of your outerman.
Take the outerman experience with a pinch of salt or even less than that because it isn’t real. Why are you relying on what the outerman experiences (3D) to tell your innerman (YOU, the operant) power what is real and what’s not. As soon as you realise that you already have your desires and that you’ve already induced pure consciousness, it will materialise in the 3D as a by product. But that shouldn’t matter. What your outerman self experience is a dormant malleable mirror, your innerman is what is real.
So when laying in position forcing yourself to relax or getting frustrated because everyone says it’s sooo easy and you “just can’t do it”, remember creation is finished for your innerman which is the real you. You don’t need to worry about if you will induce the void state or not because you already have. Why would you speculate the outcome of chapter 6 in a book when you’re on chapter 8? why are you waiting to read chapter 6 in a book when you already have?Stop doing your meditations wondering when it’s going to work, it already has worked. You ARE pure consciousness.

OUTERMAN: *has an experience in the 3D where they fell asleep while attempting to induce*
INNERMAN: *induced pure consciousness the second an intention was set*
OUTERMAN: *experiences waking back up in unfavourable circumstances*
INNERMAN: *the 3D doesn’t exist so neither do circumstance, living the dream life*
OUTERMAN: *panicked because they have given themselves a deadline to induce the void state and get their dream life and time is running out*
INNERMAN: *doesn’t experience time, everything is in the now and they are experiencing all desires now*
OUTERMAN: *believes they need to go on a “void journey” to induce pure consciousness with long lasting challenges to “reprogram subconscious”*
INNERMAN: *creation is finished, there is nothing that needs to be done, the shift has already happened, no shifting needed*
your outerman self doesn’t always have to struggle you can train it to align with your true self = training the 3d to align with the 4D
Remember you aren’t gaslighting yourself or being delusional, this is fact. You induced pure consciousness no matter what you see.
That unfavourable life you live is just what the VR headset is showing you, in order to take the VR goggles off you need to realise who you are!!

My brain also very much deals in analogies, so I used to make this make sense by telling myself stuff like “if it’s an absolute truth that smoking is bad for everyone, absolute statements can also be applied about human behavior” but like…. It just doesn’t translate that well when it comes to human behavior. I think at most a concession can be made for like. Ubiquitous survival instincts. But pop psychology takes this too far to the point where all human behavior can be generalized into these rigid rules that truly don’t take into account the variegated human experience
Perhaps the most frustrating but also the most irrevocably liberating realization I came to this year is that people are so different & that this relentless trend of advice that tries to generalize human behavior into absolute tenets really does not compute. “People like the chase” actually some do and some don’t “people like unavailability” some do and some don’t “if they don’t initiate first they’re not interested” actually people express interest differently. People are simply different. I need to enforce this in my brain every day bc it’s so lucrative to simplify relationships down to these unspoken rules but thinking it can ever be this simple is a mirage

Trektober Day 21 - Canon Event Fix-It. I have a lot of these (Dr Pulaski stays and has a rivalry with Crusher, Sulu is in all of season 2, Tasha survives the evil puddle, Ziyal lives and dates Jake, Julian goes to Cardassia at the end of DS9, etc etc etc) but this will always be my biggie.
Like, seriously. Miles. You are there. You literally saved a person that medical science could not save (albeit with Geordi and Data teaming up) only a few years ago. Did you not remember? Can you not tell Julian to put your buddy in stasis for a few hours while you reprogram a single computer?
This of course brings up a bit of a major problem with Trek. We've seen so many different issues be solved that when they crop up later we can look at them and go '... don't you know how to deal with this?' - especially when it involves the same characters.
I'm seeing Miles in my mind's eye being at dinner a decade later and suddenly just freezing up and slapping himself in the face.
Anyway. We could have double Dax. It would be EASY. Jadzia would be such a good and terrible influence on Ezri. People would be constantly so confused.
This was a bit of a bugger to do in one day for the challenge so I may draw it more coherently in the future.

Now... I want you to play this character who matches ur desired version of urself perfectly, u are the main character of this movie (ur life), ure the one who decides what happens, how to act, how to be, ur script, ur style, the characters in ur movie. It's all in ur control ure literally the director of ur life
First I need u to understand that Identity is not fixed, it’s a collection of experiences, memories, beliefs, and external influences that we’ve internalized over time. From childhood, we absorb ideas about who we are based on what we are told by our family, teachers, friends, and society. These messages shape our self-concept, but they are not absolute truths. They are simply narratives that we have chosen, consciously or unconsciously, to accept as our own.
For example, if someone repeatedly hears “You’re shy” growing up, they might internalize that label and behave accordingly, reinforcing the belief that they are naturally shy. But shyness isn’t an inherent trait—it’s just a pattern of behavior that became part of their identity through repetition. If they decide to shed that label and start acting confidently, their identity shifts.
The key realization is that identity is just a story we tell ourselves, based on past experiences and external conditioning. But because the past does not define the future, we have the power to rewrite our story at any moment. The brain is neuroplastic—it adapts to new patterns, and the more you act in alignment with a new self-concept, the more it becomes your reality.
This is why people can reinvent themselves entirely. Someone who once felt unworthy can decide they are deserving of love and success, and by consistently affirming and acting in alignment with this belief, their entire life transforms. Identity is a choice—who you are is who you decide to be, over and over again.
Just like actors step into different roles, you can step into a new version of yourself. An actor doesn't just recite lines; they embody the character, adopting their posture, speech patterns, emotions, and even thought processes. Over time, if they play a role long enough, it starts to feel natural, almost like a second skin.
The same principle applies to identity. If you want to be confident, successful, or magnetic, start embodying that energy. Walk like it, talk like it, think like it. At first, it may feel like an act, but the more you do it, the more it becomes your default state. The brain adapts, new neural pathways form, and before you know it, you're not "acting" anymore—you are that person.
This is why people who immerse themselves in a certain lifestyle or belief system eventually become fully aligned with it. Identity is performance in a way, but the secret is that every version of you is a performance—you just get to choose which one you want to play.
Let's be more specific about the character ure "playing" or more so embodying , if u want u can create an alter ego or give her a name similar to ur real name or like a nickname , become her as if ure acting in a movie and ure NAILING this character
What does she look like ? How does she talk/walk/think/feel ? What's her mindset and self concept ? How does she approach things? What kind of relationships she has? What does her life look like? U can even create a whole new birth chart for her (ur desired one) lmaoo HAVE FUN with it. It's supposed to be fun not like a chore or a job
You can also take inspiration from your favorite actors or a certain character 👀 likeee for me I like monica belluci , Katherine pierce, Elaine from the love witch

setting intention (for shifting), a rundown
what is setting intention?
setting intention is telling yourself you will do something. essentially making a plan to carry out a specific action. for example, maybe before class i want to buy a coffee. so when i go to bed the day before, i say to myself "oh tommorow i'll buy a coffee before my class". and the next day before class, i have that reminder in the back of my head — to get coffee, and so i carry it out, and get coffee before class.
to put it another way: let's say youre invited to a party. the party is a few days away, but throughout the days leading up to the party — you buy a gift for the party host, you pick out an outfit to wear, you do your makeup the day of the party, etc etc. by doint all of that; you're setting the intention to attend the party for days leading up to it.
setting intention isn't complicated, we do it 24/7 without realizing. when you say you're going to do something, even something as simple as brushing ur teeth or showering — and then you do it, you're setting intention and carrying it out.
so, how do you set the intention to reality shift?
surely if you could just walk into your dr the same way you can walk into your bathroom and brush your teeth, you would do it right? well... you literally can, a lot of you have just been taught otherwise.
in the beginning of your shifting journey, im sure you heard about the raven method or something similar. im sure creators have told you "you must lay in starfish position and count to 100 or else it won't work". and while methods within themselves aren't necessarily bad or holding you back — the way you complete the method and view it, is.
i think a lot of you go into methods, thinking that completing the steps will make you shift, when really — it's the intention of the method outcome that gets you what you want.
put it this way: when you count to 100, say ur affirmations, etc. are you doing it with the intention to shift once the task is completed? or are you doing it thinking that counting will push you into your dr?
setting intention = something you plan to do. not something you might do, not a possible outcome, something you have a set plan to complete/achieve. saying affirmations or counting with the HOPE of it MAKING you shift, sounds pretty useless — because you're not actually planning to do it. you're not being stubborn enough. youre not persistent, you're simply hoping that when you say 100 you'll shift. but you need to KNOW it will. (if that's the method ur using.. this is just an example)
once again, put it this way: when i say "im going to get coffee after class". would it make sense for me to sit there and hope i go and get a coffee? girl what? no, of course not. im the one who has to make the decision, to get up and go and get the coffee. you're the one who has to make the decision you will shift and persist in it no matter what. intention has to be there no matter what.
to put it into a loa perspective for those manifesting they shift with ease, when you manifest something — you also intend. you think of a desire you want, you intend to manifest it, and then you carry out that intention by persisting in the belief that it is yours. see how simple the concept is?
so, how do you practice setting intention? how do you know you're actually intending?
now, this next part sounds like a process, and it usually is. most people spread reprogramming your mind out between a couple days, maybe even a week. but do not attack me for this.. you guys always complain you've been trying to shift for years! you constantly ask me for challenges or tips on how to shift/reprogram ur brain. so if a few days of this seems like too much work, don't do it. i'm not saying you have to. but remember youve spent so many years *hoping* you'll shift. what's a few more days reprogramming ur mind to work in your favour and in the end, *know* you will shift?  
i can't lie or sugar coat it, a lot of you are still in this 2020 shifting mindset where everything is over complicated. but you need to remember these circumstances don't matter, your mind,life,beliefs,etc can always be altered to benefit you. and that's what my goal with telling you this is, to help you take those steps into actually believing.
practice intention by focusing on your everyday actions before carrying them out. for example, before you shower — affirm "im going to shower" a few minutes before you actually do. just like how your subconscious manifests things by accepting repeated thoughts, beliefs, and assumptions as true. When you consistently repeat basic intentions like “I’m going to shower,” you’re training your subconscious to respond automatically to your commands. this builds trust between your conscious and subconscious mind, making it easier for your subconscious to accept things you've been taught to view as hard or unrealistic (such as reality shifting). This practice strengthens your ability to shift because it reinforces the idea that what you say or assume will happen naturally. 
another strong intention i would recommend practicing to train your mind (and convince yourself you actually have the power to do these things) is intending to wake up at a certain time. for example, before u go to bed, and/or throughout the day : affirm "i will wake up at 5am tomorrow" or similar affirmations.
now, once you feel confident in your understanding of intention — simply use it the same way you did everything else. when you're ready to shift, set the intention. affirm: i will wake up in my dr, i will shift, or similar affirmations that align with YOUR intention. decide that you WILL shift, domt hope dont wish dont "try". KNOW you WILL do it no ifs ands or buts.
what do i do if i don't actually shift after setting the intention tho?
i know this question will be asked so im answering it before u have the chance to say it 🤣 but all i'll say is going back to the coffee analogy; if i wake up and set the intention to get coffee, but i go and they're all sold out. should i decide im never going to go to that coffee shop ever again? should i think the café is never ever gonna sell coffee again? no... that would be silly. so why would anyone do the same for shifting? sure it might be frustrating that they don't have the coffee since you decided you were going to get it. but once you go the next day, or maybe 2 days later, and they're no longer sold out. you get the coffee — and your frustration has passed. you don't erase the concept of coffee, you simply go again.

Disclaimer: as you read this, whether you decide to participate in the challenge or not, know that you do not need anything to shift. You do not need methods, subliminals, routines... Nothing outside of you can make you shift.
Hello shifters, and welcome to the shifting witch's first reality shifting challenge! If you're reading this, that means you have been on your shifting journey for quite a while. Congratulations, most people don't even know about shifting, so you're already doing great!

Now, the most common thing I see in my asks, or posts here on Tumblr, is shifters wondering why it hasn't worked for them yet, and how they can finally shift for longer than a few seconds. Well, that's because of your subconscious mind.
Let me paint you a picture: for 16-17-18-19-20 ... Years of your life, you didn't know about reality shifting. Then you learned about it and filled that pretty head of yours with an abundance of misinformation, doing anything and everything to shift.
It didn't work, did it?
I can help with that!
First of all, according to the law of assumption, the second you decided to shift, you did. You already shifted, it is done. But your 3D is not conforming, and you feel discouraged, and you're on the verge of giving up.
Try this first:
Step one: reprogram your mind:
Research shows that it takes between 20 to 30 days to reprogram an unconscious belief and switch it around. So for the next 21 nights, listen to this Subliminal before you fall asleep. I designed it specifically to rewire your brain and instill in it the belief that you are the most powerful shifter in the world. It is filled with affirmations to reprogram your subconscious and to convince it that you have already shifted multiple times already.

Step 2: Act as if
Every day when you wake up, act as if you have shifted. You're not in your CR room, you're in your DR. You're not having breakfast alone, you're surrounded by your DR friends. You're not going to school, you're at Hogwarts, taking magic lessons. Act as if.
Step 3: journal
So you've spent the day in your DR, how wonderful! What did you do? How did you feel? Any stories you have to share? Journal out your day from the point of view of your DR self, talk about the life you've lived, because guess what? You did live it. Imagination is the true reality.
Step 4: You have shifted
Congratulations! It's all done! You have shifted to your desired reality every single time you tried. How does it feel to be such a powerful shifter? Amazing right?
The point of this challenge is to convince your brain that you have shifted already, because you have. With these tools, you're turning shifting into a fact of life, something you have been doing for eons, your second nature.
Remember, only you can make you shift (and you already have).

releasing limiting beliefs is incredibly empowering and important for mental clarity and wellbeing. getting rid of limiting beliefs also create more positive opportunities to attract success and become a better version of yourself. here are some steps to releasing limited beliefs:
identify your beliefs. it’s good to start by recognizing the beliefs that limit you. the first step is to finding the cause for that belief and being mindful. is this belief tied to a past experience? has this belief been told to me by someone else therefore changing my perception? what evidence do i have that truly supports this belief? remember, past circumstances and the events of other peoples lives do NOT define you or who you are. each situation has happened to strengthen you and help you grow. you are good enough and you will succeed. pick up the mindset that each day is a new day to start fresh, that’s why we are given new mornings and fresh starts.
challenge any negative beliefs and replace them with positive ones. instead of thinking thoughts like “i am not capable, how would i possibly be able to do this?”, transform those thoughts into “i am capable of achieving great things because i am me.” so many people in today’s society don’t realize that being yourself is just enough. that’s the reason why no two people are the same, we are all meant to bring our own individuality to the table. it’s helpful to drown those negative beliefs with positive ones by using affirmations as well. regularly repeating positive affirmations can and will reprogram a new set of beliefs.
visualize success. visualize! visualize! visualize! imagine yourself succeeding and living in your accomplishments daily. this helps to keep you motivated and help reinforce positive beliefs towards yourself and others. visualization gives you confidence and make you eager to conquer whatever is in your way to get to where you desire to be.
take action. begin to act as if your new beliefs are true. you are accomplishing every goal. you are radiant. you are healthy. the more you practice and act like your new self, the sooner it’ll become reality. surround yourself with positivity while on the journey, such as having a positive social media, reading new books, creating a vision board, and having healthy relationships. these are all positive influences in the right direction which can reinforce your new beliefs effectively.
daily gratitude practices. regularly practicing being thankful can shift your focus from limitations to abundance. this shift in mindset can help weaken limiting beliefs and reinforce positive ones by creating an abundant outlook on life. be thankful for things like your ability to wake up each day, your willingness to become a better person, or the cup of coffee you drank this morning. this opens your mind to finding more opportunities to be grateful.
take risks and embrace failures. stepping outside of your comfort zone and taking risks help you to realize that failures are a natural part of growth. taking risks may look like having that hard conversation you’ve been putting off, posting that content, praying instead of complaining in hard times, or even small risks like choosing to eat a salad instead of that greasy burger you may really want. these are all steps you can take that’ll produce a positive result. also, failures build character and help you to gain experience. if you fail, at least you know what to do right the next time.
remember, releasing limited beliefs is a journey that takes time and dedication. it’s like unclogging a drain— it frees up your mind to achieve its full potential. be patient and intentional with yourself and celebrate any progress you make along the way. cheers to a healthy mindset and better thoughts! ✉️

Wake up with your dream life: affirm & relax challenge

This is a challenge suggestion created by @leilth that I expanded upon ❤️
This challenge is going to help: calm your anxiety & stress, remove negativity, help reprogram your mind for manifesting your dream life, shifting, or entering the void.
Most beneficial for people with: overthinking tendencies, overactive minds, stress & anxiety, difficult circumstances
Why affirm & relax?
Most people have heard about affirm & persist, which has a lot of baggage attached, and may be seen as “robotic” or a chore. We’re switching that mindset up now.
We’re affirming because thinking positive thoughts makes us feel good. We’re thinking all the time anyway, we might as well be thinking thoughts that make us happy.
We’re relaxing because we know our dream life is on the way and we don’t have to do anything to deserve/earn/achieve it.
We’re not forcing ourselves or doing techniques to “get anything”. Like doing a yoga class or getting a massage - we’re doing it because it’s relaxing & makes us feel good.
We already know our desires belong to us, the techniques are just calming the doubtful human mind to make the transition easier.
We are relaxing and not obsessing about a deadline or time crunch because we know time is an illusion and our success is inevitable.
Challenge steps!
1) Decide your focus/intention. Do you want to wake up with all your desires? Master the void? Shift to your DR? Decide now and make your script or desires list, if you haven’t already. Got it? Alright, it’s yours! All you have to do now is sit back and relax and wait for your reality to conform.
In the meantime, here’s what you can do to relax and embody your desired state until it materializes:
2) Pick a sub playlist or make your own. I have curated a couple playlists with trusted subs you might want to try:
If you have a lot of negativity and unfortunate circumstances in your life, this playlist is for releasing negativity, curses & toxic people and manifesting a better life.
I collected a bunch of subs for this challenge that include topics like waking up with your desires, manifesting overnight, shifting, self-concept, blockage removals, boosters and more. The first sub in the playlist is one that can be looped overnight to wake up with your desires.
Subs for the void state
Pick the ones most relevant to you and make your own playlist to use daily.
3) Listen to your playlist 30-60 minutes a day. Try listening once in the morning and once at night, but any time works. You can also loop your playlist in the background throughout the day or night and listen while doing other things.
For about 10 minutes of your listening time, try to relax and breathe deeply while sitting in the psych-k position.
4) Listen to an aff tape for 10 minutes while doing psych-k or another calming exercise. Instead of psych-k, you could also try SRT, tapping, breathwork, lying under a weighted blanket, or any other calming exercise. If you do it with psych-k then do it 5 minutes each sides.

5) EFT tapping for your desires twice a day. You can follow the basic script I provided here, but try to use your own words with whatever specific emotions you find coming up for you in the moment. Try to tap for around 10-15 minutes. In the morning just after you wake up & before you go to bed are the most powerful times.
You can also do quick mini tapping sessions throughout the day. It’s fine to just tap only on one point while repeating your affs for a positive tune-up.
6) Each hour say your affirmation 30 times. Set a repeating reminder on your phone with one blanket aff such as “I have all my desires” or “I woke up with my dream life” or “I’m in my desired reality” or “I have mastered the void” and repeat 30x when it goes off. It’s ok to repeat it in your head if you can’t say it out loud.
The specific number of 30 affs is based off Cleo’s 12hr movement challenge which was very successful for many people who tried it. Feel free to repeat more or less based on your preference.
7) As you are drifting off to sleep: imagine, affirm, or intend to wake up with your desires. You might picture a brief scene opening your eyes to your desires in the morning (if you’re good at visualization). You could repeat the same aff you have been repeating throughout the day, or pick a short phrase that would make you feel successful like “I did it!” to loop until you fall asleep.
8) Repeat daily until you wake up with your desires!
NOTE: You may or may not see 3D acting up but again it's a good sign that what you are doing is working. You can tend to the 3D but don’t react to it. That’s just the old story trying to pull you back. Treat those old thoughts and circumstances like unruly children, firmly tell them “no!” And don’t let them get away with anything!! You are the boss now!

Daily Activities Summary:
1) Listen to your sub playlist for 30-60 minutes. It’s fine to listen while doing other things. Try to sit in the psych-k position while listening for at least 10 minutes.
2) Listen to an aff tape while doing psych-k (or other calming activity) for 10 minutes. Just breathe deep and relax while listening.
3) EFT tapping for 10-15 minutes, once in the morning & once in the evening, more if you want!
4) Affirm with your main aff 30 times each hour you’re awake.
5) Affirm or imagine waking up with your desires as you drift off to sleep.
6) No identifying with 3D circumstances, tell negative thoughts “No!” and counteract them with your affs.

Why do we do each method?
Psych-k: we do psych-k sessions while listening to subliminals or aff tapes because it helps calm our nervous systems and connect both sides of our brains, releasing stuck stress and speeding up the process of learning the affirmations.
Tapping: we do tapping because it helps us to remove all blocked energy & emotions holding us back, replacing it with beliefs that say we already have our desires. It helps us shift our state to feel like we already have what we want and makes it easier to accept our new affs.
Repeating affirmations: we are repeating affirmations each hour so we saturate our mind as much as possible and remind ourselves of the new story. We’re doing this to calm the impatient overactive human brain that wants to keep telling the old story.
SATS/lullaby: Imagining your desires fulfilled or repeating affirmations as you go to sleep are some of the OG methods of loa manifesting. Whatever you think of right before you fall asleep is going to powerfully affect your subconscious mind.
How long is this gonna take??
Everything depends on how much resistance you have and your personal mindset and journey. We’re not making deadlines or limits because time is an illusion right?
But on average, both EFT and Psych-k have been proven to permanently change beliefs in about 7 sessions. So one week should be more than enough. Since we’re also doing tapping and affirming and listening to subs, it’s gonna work from all angles, speeding up the process even if you have doubts, fears, or limiting beliefs.
Now stop scrolling and go affirm and relax!! You’re gonna be living your dream life in no time at all! 💕
