Well, well, well, let's all be healthy please
Hey my loves,
i know i have been constant on tumblr and i'm still not answering some of y'all request please i have A LOTTT of request (i don't mind that, in fact i love it but please don't think that i'm ignoring you) i'm not procastinating or being lazy or ignoring them or anything like that but anyway i have something to share with y'all.
Please take this seriously check your boobs every 15 days. I’m not joking. Sometimes we ignore small lumps thinking it’s nothing, but it can turn out to be breast tumors.
I made the mistake of not checking mine regularly, and just this Wednesday, I was diagnosed with fibroadenoma a breast tumor. Mine has grown to 19.05 cm, bigger than a male wrist. According to the doctors, it’s been there for around 2 years.
It’s painful. I’ve lost weight, I’m always freezing, my head hurts, i don't have any energy for anything, i'm depressed, i throw up. I’m getting surgery this Monday to remove it.
And if you end up being diagnosed with a fibroadenoma, and got a surgery, mind you even after the surgery you’ll have to keep checking because these things can grow back, and most of the time, they do grow back, they come back even bigger and multiplicate themselves.
AND YES it is benign, still harmful but in reality they are really painful, can become cancers, and most of the times they always come back and bring 2 or 3 uninvited people with them
Please please don’t take this lightly. I love you all and want us to stay healthy. So again:
Check your booba every 15 days.
Your health is everything. Don’t ignore your body.

I don't want to complain because I finally have a treatment for my endometriosis, allowing me to live a normal life again without debilitating pain (among other symptoms) every months, but man the side effects, why nobody talk about this ? 💀
Being born in a female body is not for the weak I'm telling you

I ♥️ both the live-action Cells at Work movie and the anime series on Netflix.
It's fun watching the inner workings of the human body. And after watching Cells at Work, it would make you want to take care of yourself.
Amazing edutainment ride with Red Blood Cells, White Blood Cells and T-cells as they work tirelessly in protecting us from infections and diseases.

I have endometriosis and I'll be taking a break from posting on here for around a month.
Tumblr media
Now this probably won't reach half of my followers and if you do see this and this then please read the rest of this post as I feel this is important to bring awareness to amongst this community.
I am still non-binary despite this very female disease I'm dealing with. If you misgender me due to this you will be automatically blocked x Sex doesn't equal gender identity.
I got diagnosed with endometriosis yesterday along with a few other complications as a result which I won't go into. I'll be getting surgery due to this and my body, which many of you have seen across your feed will change in its appearance as I gain new scars. So I'm putting this out as a disclaimer:
If talks of biological female health, or images of healed scars mess with your fantasy of me as a sex worker, do not interact with my page.
This page started as a way of me exploring my body artistically and falling in love with all aspects of it, scars and all.
If this talk makes you uncomfortable? Leave my page. If this ruins your fantasy of me? Leave my page. I have been open about the realities of my body and my disabilities since I started this page last year and if you can't handle that please leave X this is a safe space for everyone who is kind and respectful, disabilities and diseases included.
As mentioned above I'll be taking a break from posting my own content for the next month or so. I'll still be on the app though and will repost things here and there and will be able to respond to comments and asks etc so please reach out!
Lots of love,
Pan x

The Dark Side of Teen Vaping: Dangerous Additives, Easy Access, and Real Solutions
Vaping was supposed to be a "better" alternative to smoking, right? But for a lot of teens, it’s turning into something way worse. Kids aren’t just using regular e-cigarettes anymore—they’re mixing in all kinds of dangerous stuff to make the effects stronger. We’re talking rat poison, hardcore drugs, and even household chemicals. It’s terrifying, and most parents have no idea it’s happening.
Why Are So Many Kids Vaping?
It’s not just about the flavors or the cool factor. A lot of teens turn to vaping because:
They’re stressed out. School, family drama, the pressure to succeed—it all adds up, and vaping feels like an easy escape.
Everyone around them is doing it. If all your friends are vaping, saying no isn’t as easy as adults think.
It’s ridiculously easy to get. Even with laws in place, kids still find ways to buy vapes. Whether it's through older friends, sketchy online shops, or social media sellers, they’re getting their hands on them.
The Scary Truth: Teens Are Tampering with Their Vapes
This is where things go from bad to downright terrifying. Some kids aren’t just using the vapes as they come—they’re modifying them with some seriously dangerous stuff. Here’s what’s been found in tampered vapes:
Rat poison (yes, seriously). Some believe it gives a stronger buzz, but it can also cause internal bleeding and even death.
Fentanyl and other hardcore drugs. A tiny amount can cause a fatal overdose before the person even knows what hit them.
Weird synthetic weed (like “Spice” or “K2”). It can cause paranoia, seizures, and hallucinations—nothing like regular weed.
Household chemicals (bleach, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide). Some kids think this makes the vape hit harder, but it can burn their lungs from the inside.
What Happens When You Inhale This Stuff?
Short answer? Nothing good. We’re talking:
Lung damage (EVALI), where the lungs basically shut down.
Seizures, strokes, and even heart attacks.
Overdoses that can be instant and fatal.
Permanent brain damage.
What Can Parents and Schools Do?
Here’s the thing—just banning vaping isn’t going to stop kids from doing it. If anything, it just pushes them to hide it better. So what can actually help?
Talk to kids like they’re people, not criminals. If a teen feels like they’ll just get punished, they won’t open up.
Figure out why they’re vaping in the first place. Stress? Social pressure? If you don’t address the root cause, they’ll find another risky habit.
Keep an eye on their online activity. A lot of kids are getting vapes through social media or shady websites.
Make sure they actually know the risks. A lot of teens have no idea how dangerous tampering with vapes really is.
The Role of Regulation—But It’s Not the Only Answer
Some people say the government should crack down harder with online age verification and stricter laws. Sure, that might help a little, but for governments, it's an easy way out—an excuse to tighten control in ways that could easily overreach our rights. The best way to tackle this isn’t more restrictions; it’s through parents, teachers, and communities stepping up, educating kids, and making sure they have better ways to deal with stress than turning to vaping.
The Bottom Line
Teen vaping isn’t just about nicotine anymore—it’s becoming a full-blown health crisis. Stress, peer pressure, and easy access are fueling this trend, and the real danger comes from the crazy stuff some kids are adding to their vapes. The only real way to stop it is through education, awareness, and giving kids real support. Because if we don’t, more teens are going to end up in hospitals—or worse.

Just the newest (and probably my fave version) of my simself and some cysters i made for her.
The other day i went looking for illness mods and while there are plenty of cc and mods for both visible and invisible illnesses I didn't find much for the ones i have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and undiagnosed seizers. I know making mods and cc takes a lot of time and effort, that it would be selfish to ask some stranger for a mod tailored to me, considering the fact i have been want to make cc and possibly mods this year anyway why not start here. If anyone has any ideas, info or advise please leave them in the notes below.
My story: I started having seizers suddenly at the age of 5 and was flown to Peoria Illinois where they ran so many different test to try to figure out, was in and out of hospital for a few years, the most they found out is that i have scar tissue/ bleeding on my brain. as i got older the seizers slowed down but there are certain thing that Im unable to do,(driving , work a typical job, even listen to loud music) because these things can cause stress and stress is one of my biggest triggers. I do take daily medication and try to keep my stress levels to a minimum but sometimes that can be a bit difficult. Moving on to my PCOS i was diagnosed back in 2021 and the did some blood work and ran some urine test, they wanted to put me on birth control but i refused because I did a bunch of research and found out that birth control can do more harm than good. but i ended up getting into herbalism and natural medicine which has help a lot but i still have bad days were i can barely move because of the pain, im extremely exhausted, extreme brainfog, hormonal anxiety/ depression etc. But i wanted to share this just to raise some awareness.

Hey, so um, if you or anyone you know take/have taken the birth control Depo-Provera, there's a pretty intense lawsuit going around that just opened up (as of November 3rd, 2024). From what little I understand* there was synthetic hormones when it was created and the ones who made it just.... Didn't tell anyone about it?? So there's now people suffering severe side effects such as: chronic headaches/migraines, abdominal pain, hot flashes, memory issues, fatigue, vision loss, and various mental issues. Please report it as soon as possible!
* I am not a medical expert and do not know all the proper terms. I also just heard about this lawsuit today, so I don't know all the details. The intention of this post is to spread awareness. Stay safe out there!

You know, it's funny how despite the Big Tobacco scumbags being high polluters, Tumblr, a community that clams to be environmental friendly, they barely talk about them. Hell, they seem pretty fine with cigarettes, despite how counter productive it is to the environmentally mentality they want you to seem them ass.
Seriously people, spread the word on how evil the tobacco buissness is, the faster it goes away, the faster the Earth will heal.
