To the people calling x men woke ummm sorry to break this to you but umm the x men have always been woke and not only are the x men woke but so isn't captain America because he fights fucking red skull witch is a fucking Nazi and he fights for freedom, dark horse comics Hellboy hes woke because he 1. Doesn't stand for social injustices and 2. Fights Nazis on sight literally on sight the second he sees a Nazi symbol he's brawling,.. literally all your favorite superheroes and villains are woke in some way at one point the Fucking joker beats the shit out of red skull because he finds out he's a Nazi and jokers explanation is a long the lines of nobody likes Nazis and he's canonically bisexual, cross dressing has been in comics for fucking decades to so people being so uncomfortable because Gambit is in a fucking crop top or because what you presume to be a male is in what you think is feminine clothing is actually insane and incredibly stupid...if y'all wanna be mad about gambit where's that energy for when joker crossdresses or for that matter when any male character crossdresses... They're are so many examples of superheroes, anti heroes, and villains alike being woke like come on now be fucking for real..

Adam Hughes - Batman & Hellboy

So, I am slowly becoming a Batman/DC/comics etc blog and would love to find some likeminded posters to repopulate my dash! Please interact here if you post about Batman, Teen Titans (2003 in particular but I'd love to hear about the OG comics too), Dick Grayson, Raven, Hellboy, Slade Wilson, or the Justice League!

Please note that I don't ship anything and don't particularly enjoy the subject, so it's gonna have to be a pass from me if that's your primary subject!

I've read a number of one-offs, but I am now starting to dig deep into full runs... I love to discuss worldbuilding and theories, and am currently writing some Teen Titans fanfiction I'd love to workshop (the Apprentice arc is everything 2 me...). I'm deep into folklore which very much informs my love of Hellboy and the hinted supernatural vibes of Gotham City. Batman Begins is a perfect film and is better than TDK, fight me
