#LEVELING MAGE TOWER WOW SKIN#
#LEVELING MAGE TOWER WOW PATCH#
#LEVELING MAGE TOWER WOW SOFTWARE#
So nothing stands in the way of your WoW Magic Tower Boost for Shadowlands. In addition, our team consists exclusively of experienced players who know exactly what they have to do.
#LEVELING MAGE TOWER WOW SOFTWARE#
For this reason, we do the boosts exclusively by hand and do not use any software as other sites like to do. Why is CoinLooting the best choice for this?Īmong many other sites that have similar offers to ours, we place a special importance on the security of our customers’ accounts. If you need help with this, you can simply buy a WoW Mage Tower Boost for all challenges on CoinLooting. You have to complete every available challenge. You can get it with the “ A Tour of Towers” achievement. Probably the most exciting item, however, is the mount “Mage-Bound Spelltome”.
#LEVELING MAGE TOWER WOW SKIN#
So if you complete the challenge as a Guardian, you will get the skin “Fel Werebear Form”. Besides the Transmog items, the Guardian Druid also gets a brand new skin for his Bear Form. For example, with a little luck you’ll get the rare Tier 20 Transmog sets. What exactly will this challenge boost for the Mage Tower in WoW provide me?Įxciting rewards await you for the various challenges. Why to choose this boost and what benefits it will provide to you, you will learn in the next section. So you can complete all the challenges with ease and get your rewards. Since this challenge is also very difficult, we at CoinLooting offer you a boost for the Mage Tower in WoW Shadowlands. Each completion of a challenge rewards you with various achievements, mounts, or even skins. There you can enter this tower and complete various challenges. The Mage Tower was first introduced in Legion and is still located in the Broken Shore near Dalaran. Here you can easily buy the WoW Mage Tower Boost for your challenge. However, you don’t have good gear or this challenge is just too hard for you? That’s no problem, because CoinLooting can help you with that. All players can enter this tower again to farm their mounts, skins or other items and achievements.
#LEVELING MAGE TOWER WOW PATCH#
Open them up to lower level players who are actually going to use them… how many level 45s are going to mechigon (sorry for the spelling) or sameria? Hmm? Are you level 60s? No your not, and anyone who is level 45 is just blowing threw the next 3 levels to get to shadowlands anyway, no one is going back to do that old content… so who is doing it? Hmm!?! Levelers are. With patch 9.2 Blizzard has finally introduced the Mage Tower Challenge in Shadowlands permanently. I level locked my toon to enjoy some of it, I ‘farm’ my dailies in panderia, I grind rep in outlands, I work on my table in my garrison, I farm ore to make money on the AH, I work on my professions (engineering) etc there’s a ton of content in the game I just don’t understand why zones are level gated if there lower level zones anyway. Not everything is at endgame, there is so much content not being used in the game… to just blow threw it is in my opinion a waste of all that content. Right and why are they level 45, it’s old content who cares if it’s level 10-50Īnd to your point Murdercarpet, I see your point and disagree. Wouldn’t let me reply to the post as I guess this message dropped at the same time as yours It’s an option not a mandatory thing, just like every zone in cromie time, it’s not a linear progression

A full set (head, shoulder, chest, cloak, legs, trinkets, and weapons) of level 60 upgraded Heirlooms.Skycoach’s WoW power leveling solves these issues for veteran players and newbies alike by eliminating the game’s progression wall, and freeing up time for you to enjoy the game again- however you want to play it. Constantly grinding by yourself so you can get to max level and start to play the actual game can be overwhelming and tedious. There is just not much to do that feels worth the effort while you are still leveling. Newer players, on the other hand, may feel overwhelmed by the game’s mature player base. Also, they are unable to experience the full extent of WoW’s content. However, it means that to enjoy much of the latest, most exciting content, players need to have characters at that end-game state.įor many veteran players, the prospect of starting from scratch can be so unpleasant they are unable to enjoy the grind all over again. This is great for the game’s lifespan and replayability – and part of the reason WoW is still so popular after all these years.
Leveling mage tower wow update#
World of Warcraft is a game that has been around for a long time, and so when a new update is released, like the recent Shadowlands expansion, much of the content included is part of WoW’s end-game. We would love to talk to you about how we can help you reach your WoW leveling goals. If you have any special requests before we reach out to you, our live chat feature is always available to you. You decide whether you would like us to level your character for you, or if you would like to work with us hands-on.Īfter you select your package additions, one of our expert boosting professionals will reach out to you to begin the leveling process. Apart from the standard character and equipment leveling service we provide, you can also buy add-ons such as Mythic +10 runs, Sanctum of Domination Heroic runs, or fully-cleared world quests. So, you do not need to worry about finding the right gear after leveling up. A Level 120 character will have their level converted to Level 50, making more room for more levels and character advancement.Įven better, our WoW power leveling boost includes the option for you to buy your desired item level, from ilvl 180 to 240. With the Shadowlands expansion, all characters will be reduced in level, with the max level being 60. Skycoach’s 50 - 60 power leveling boost will take your level 50 characters to the Shadowlands maximum level of 60 in the shortest time possible. If that sounds like you, our best power leveling for WoW service is exactly what you need. Are your alt characters under-leveled? Do you sometimes feel like you want to experience WoW’s gameplay again from the perspective of another class, race, or faction, but worry about throwing away all the time and effort you have invested in leveling your main? Do you wish the game did not force you to grind for days every time you make a new character to access the content you have already unlocked?

SSR Malleus Draconia - Platinum Jacket Vignette
"Happy 100th Anniversary"
Tumblr media
[Land of Dawning – National Museum of Art]
Malleus: So, this is the Land of Dawning National Museum of Art… It's much more impressive than I had imagined. Very fascinating to see their exhibits touch on varied matters of import.
Malleus: Art galleries in Briar Valley generally feature art exhibits revolving around fae lore. This is a refreshing visit.
Malleus: This place does seem to have a few works of art that I can place, however. And I see that paintings that depict the Thorn Fairy seem to still gather a crowd here.
Tumblr media
???: Look at all them surrounding just one person in full force… That's just cowardly.
Malleus: No need to chide them, Spade. It's cruel enough to expect those children of man to hold their own against a great and powerful being.
Deuce: D… DRACONIA-SENPAI!? HELLO, SIR!
Malleus: Hmph, don't bristle so. We can take this prime opportunity to study this painting together.
Malleus: When the Thorn Fairy visited human lands, she was immediately met with animosity…
Malleus: The number of art pieces that depict this very story is numerous, even in Briar Valley. We even had one displayed in the castle I was raised in.
Malleus: When I was a wee lad… My tutors would constantly tell me to grow up to "be a mage as great and powerful as her."
Deuce: Your… tutors!? There were people that could actually teach you something!?
Malleus: Of course.  I had some of the finest mages in Briar Valley at my disposal.
Malleus: I often found my history and etiquette lessons to be of great interest… But there was no one who could instruct me in the ways of magic.
Malleus: Of course, that would be because everything from their magical power levels to their actual capabilities were far below me in strength.
Deuce: Wow, that's amazing… Can't believe you were that strong from a young age.
Malleus: That is nothing too surprising. My grandmother possessed formidable magic, and so did my mother, I hear.
Malleus: However, it took me quite some time to fully understand the difference in strength between myself and those around me.
Malleus: "Why are you teaching me something so ridiculously simple?" I'd angrily wail every class. "Are you underestimating me?"
Malleus: Every time I sent a tutor packing, my guardian wouldn't hesitate to scold me mercilessly.
Deuce: You're saying there was someone who could even scold you!? Briar Valley is way too intense…
Malleus: Even I would listen to the advice of a trusted person. When I think back on it, I certainly had my more immature moments.
Malleus: Only incidents such as burning the gardens to a desolate crisp, or destroying castle towers by calling down lightning strikes, however.
Deuce: THOSE ARE HUGE INCIDENTS!!
Deuce: Ack! If I make Draconia-senpai angry now, the museum might be in trouble…!?
Malleus: No worries, I am no longer a child. I would not do such a thing as destroy a museum filled with priceless artifacts on a mere whim.
Malleus: It would be more logical for me to punish the offending target than affect my surroundings in my ire, would it not?
Tumblr media
[Land of Dawning – National Museum of Art]
Tumblr media
Deuce: That's a painting of the Lord of the Underworld being displayed there. And those two guys with him, they're…
Malleus: They must be his retainers. It is said that they would obediently carry out his commands and go to great lengths to do so for him.
Deuce: Yeah… I always imagined the Underworld to be dark and scary, but these two look pretty nice.
Malleus: It will come back to bite you if you make assumptions based on appearances, Spade. Apparently, these two were skilled shapeshifters.
Malleus: There are tales of how they would use this skill in order to back any villainous adversaries into a corner.
Malleus: If they did not possess that raw competence, I'm certain that they would not have been depicted in these works of art.
Deuce: I bet the Lord of the Underworld would be proud to hear that tales of his subordinates are still passed down for generations.
Malleus: To have the tales of his subordinates passed down for generations… Yes, I could sympathize with that.
Malleus: Within the royal family of Briar Valley, there is a tradition that at a certain age we may select our own attendants and guards.
Malleus: I would also be very proud indeed if someone I personally selected were to be acknowledged by the masses, as well as future generations to come.
Deuce: Right? But man, when you talk about attendants and guards… It just feels like we live in two completely different worlds.
Deuce: It's pretty amazing that you always have someone who's looking out for you and your daily needs, though.
Malleus: It also can be a headache. Back in the castle, I would be surrounded by other people day in and day out, simply there to fix my attire or my hair and the like.
Malleus: When my acceptance to Night Raven College was ascertained, my life was unburdened tremendously.
Malleus: My guardian stated to me, "You'll have to learn how to take care of yourself enough that you can survive on your own," and so…
Malleus: I would read books from the outside world that were provided to me, and found the wealth of knowledge fascinating.
Malleus: Those books granted me an abundance of knowledge, such as how to go shopping, or how to work laundry machines and other electrical appliances.
Deuce: He learned how to use electrical appliances from reading a book…!? He really was raised in a completely different environment.
Deuce: But honestly, I really can't believe that you go shopping on your own, or do your own laundry… Today is full of surprises.
Malleus: …Well, Sebek does insist on tending to my needs. And there is much I do leave to him.
Deuce: Ahaha… Yeah, Sebek has boasted about stuff in the past, saying something like, "I had the honor of hand-washing Malleus-sama's clothing!"
Malleus: …I can absolutely picture that, despite the fact that I had been perfectly fine doing my own laundry before he started to attend this academy.
Malleus: Although, for some time after I arrived here, there was no end to the number of difficulties I had due to my inexperience.
Malleus: For example, there was this one instance when I knew not the location of the laundry room… and chose to hand-wash my garments in the kitchen sink instead.
Deuce: EH!?
Malleus: …My fellow dormmates who encountered that spectacle in the kitchen had the same reaction as you just now.
Malleus: I inquired as to where the laundry room was, but all froze as if petrification had been cast upon them…
Malleus: When it seemed they finally had returned to their senses, they insisted on allowing them to do my laundry.
Malleus: In that moment, I had been swept up in their persistence, but… It does me no good to leave it for others to do.
Malleus: Sometimes I do clean my clothes with magic as I oft did back home, but I do try to use the laundry machine when I can as well.
Malleus: There aren't many who use the laundry room in the early morning or late night.
Malleus: After some trial and error, I was able to figure out how to properly use the washer, as well as the dryer.
Deuce: Even though you could totally clean everything with magic in the blink of an eye… It's so cool to see how you're always working to improve even when no one's watching!
Malleus: Of course, as it should be. Seeing that I am a student at this school, I must also learn what I can from my peers.
Tumblr media
[Land of Dawning – National Museum of Art]
Tumblr media
Malleus: Oho, I see this museum also carries a variable assortment of paintings depicting merfolk legends as well.
Deuce: She has a real big smile… But hey, look at that wave behind her! Was the ocean waters that choppy…?
Malleus: This depicts the moment the mermaid princess made the determination to go to the surface.
Malleus: That large wave behind her represents her courageous decision… Or at least, it most likely represents that.
Deuce: Woah, that sounds like it could be…! Draconia-senpai, do you know a lot about paintings?
Malleus: I briefly touched upon it as part of my education.
Malleus: I would not say I do not hold an appreciation for art. Rather than paintings, however, I do prefer three-dimensional objects… sculptures, especially.
Deuce: When you say sculptures, you mean the ones made out of stone or bronze… right? I'm sorry, I really don't know anything about those stuff.
Malleus: You are more or less on the correct path.
Malleus: Take the statues of the Great Seven at our academy, for instance. Sometimes they are regarded as simply part of the backdrop on campus…
Malleus: But as years pass, both stone and bronze statues will gradually change in appearance.
Malleus: Caretakers will come and go, and the outdoor elements will constantly batter them… Their similarities to the original mold would change over time to no small extent.
Malleus: Some may perceive this as mere "deterioration," but…
Malleus: As for me, I believe that changes in those statues are in fact a profound thing.
Malleus: Whenever I encounter one that looks entirely different than what it originally should have looked, I cannot help but feel as though it has lived a good, long life.
Deuce: So basically, they're living pieces of art…?
Malleus: Heh. A wonderful interpretation, Spade.
Deuce: I don't really get how that was good, but that was him praising me just now, right? Uh, thank you!
Malleus: If you find yourself interested in sculptures, you should seek me out once more.
Malleus: I can explain to you at length not only about stone sculptures and bronze sculptures, but also gargoyles as well.
Deuce: Gargoyles…?
Malleus: Ah, so you aren't familiar with them. No matter. I'll start with explaining what they are…
Deuce: Uhhhh… Wait, uh, I was actually thinking about asking Rosehearts-ryōchō about the paintings with the Card Soldiers!
Deuce: Please, I hope you can wait for another opportunity to explain it all to me! I'll be leaving now, Draconia-senpai!
Malleus: He shouldn't run in the museum like so… I fear it is only a matter of time before the sound of Rosehearts' ireful shouts fill the halls.
Malleus: Really now, humans sure are always in a hurry. I think I'll take my time taking in the exhibits in the museum.
Tumblr media
Malleus: Oh, what do we have here…? This is a painting of the princess who was blessed by the diurnal faes.
Malleus: What a lively birthday celebration. I wonder if I would have been invited to attend, had I lived in those times…
Malleus: …Hmph, they would do well to carefully think about who to invite to their celebrations. For if I were not invited to such a gala…
Malleus: I may have brought down upon them a cloud of destruction, darkening the sky and cursing them to the ends of the earth…

A short comic about the night Sophia Amell became Irving's apprentice.
CW: Suicide attempt, self harm, blood
*
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
And this is why for a large section of her life, Sophia would do pretty much anything for Irving without hesitation lol. He was exactly the adult she needed in the exact moment she needed him to be, and that kind of thing puts down deep roots in a person. More context/headcanon stuff behind the read-more! It mentions some mental illness stuff but nothing too in-depth.
Sophia was always a talented student, but as she closed in on her teens and started to come into her magical power truly, some stuff started going very, very wrong inside her. (She’s around thirteen in this comic.) Part of that was down to purely mundane untreated mental illness setting in, as it is wont to do and especially in one’s teens, and also the day-to-day fuckery of living in an environment like the Circle system. But a big component of it was also the relentless and seemingly unending way her magical potential kept unfolding, until there seemed to be no room left inside her for anything but the electrical storm intensity suffusing everything in her mind and her life. It became almost impossible to focus on anything else through the sound and fury of it. None of the techniques she’d been taught were enough to keep her centered or stop her from dissolving into the violence of potential screaming out through every cell of her body. The Bad Times were here and they meant to stay.
Whatever stuff our souls are made of, hers naturally conducts magic like a motherfucker, helplessly, without pause or relief. She’s a relentlessly humming live wire of magic with no off switch. The Fade is constantly like ‘wow. Wish I could fucking live directly inside of her bloodstream that’d be neat too bad about this Veil thing getting in the way’. This is significantly less cool and more shitty than it sounds like to live with day to day, and doubly so in the Circle — on one hand potential phenomenal cosmic power, sure, on the other: congrats, you are an unceasing whole-person wandering magical tension headache from trying to contain said phenomenal cosmic power (which will absolutely wreck you and everyone around you if you lose control of it for a moment btw). and also there are Templars watching your every step. Don’t slip up ahaha.
(Aside from any political or image reasons (and initially some deep seated respectability politics too lol), I think this is partially why Sophia has next to no interest in blood magic — Maker help her, her trouble does not lie in a lack of available power haha, it’s in trying to keep her act-of-god levels of available power focused and contained enough to not get fucking blown away by the recoil and leave nothing but a miserably smoking crater around her.)
She was a straight As, teacher’s pet, never any problem to anyone student, which spelled exactly as much catastrophe for her as you’d suspect. Her only friend was Jowan, whose oblivious self-absorption would be almost cruel if it weren’t so hilariously real and unstudied lmao. (There’s some lingering if largely one-sided in that dimension resentment in that relationship all the way into DA:O. Catastrophic sibling event long before Jowan even realized it lol) No one could see what was happening, and even if she could have found the right words to do so she was so scared of telling anyone that she felt like she was losing control — she’s been told all her life that that’s the Worst sin a mage can commit, and she internalized that good and proper and was so ashamed that she was falling short.
As these things do in the dark, her desperation and loneliness festered into true despair and hopelessness, which culminated in the night of this comic, hidden away in the most isolated and out of the way corner of the tower she could find. Thank the Maker for Irving, or there would have been no Hero of Ferelden in this timeline.
After he’d stopped the bleeding and covered up the blood well enough that they wouldn’t be stopped if spotted in the hallways, Irving brought her to his office — she was still half-sure she was in soooo much fucking trouble, but actually once they were sat down he just went ‘For formality’s sake I had thought to hold off on this until next year so you might finish your basic studies first. Under the circumstances, though, I think it better to broach the subject now’ and asked her to become his apprentice.
(When Alistair asks her about it eventually, having spotted the very faint scar that remains on her arm when the light fell just right to reveal it, Sophia tells him: “I was… very confused that night, and he was very kind. I owe him everything you owe Duncan, and more,” and that is basically how she thinks about it for a long time. Irving’s side of that is slightly different, as I’ve tried to outline elsewhere — he doesn’t think she owes him anything, if anything I think he still feels awful he didn’t see how bad it was back then until it was almost too late and is still making up for that in any way he can — but the parental love is very much there on his side too. The way he keeps pushing his luck before Amell/Surana’s Harrowing to give them all the advice and support Greagoir will let him get away with??? Yeah. That’s his baby.)
With Irving’s direct guidance and support and attention to stabilize her, she found better ways to cope and learned to channel her magic into small, practical purposes when it felt like it would brim over in her veins and tear her apart. (When stressed out or agitated, she’ll still reflexively and methodically trace out glyphs to calm herself down haha.)
While all those strategies helped take the worst edge off and left her more or less functioning, I think Irving saw that long-term it wouldn’t be enough, and thus… his plan to send her to the Grey Wardens, where she regularly gets to go off like a live grenade at the one target that’s universally deemed morally and socially acceptable (i.e. the darkspawn). Irving you son of a bitch you did it, you got that girl to adulthood and beyond not only alive but still some definition of sane… and, eventually, even happy. You pulled it off again you machiavellian old fox (too bad about the jowan-shaped collateral damage along the way I suppose but hey. Eggs and omelets right. right.)
(If the Wardens didn’t come along as conveniently as they did, he might have tried to get her into the King’s army instead, probably. Anything to get her out of the tower, because he — probably rightfully — thinks staying cooped up there really might have killed her in the end. And he’s her dad and can’t accept that.)
Anyway Sophia is partially my way of playing around with the in-game dynamics of just how wildly, unreasonably OP a mage warden can be by the end of the game, especially through awakening. She was a gifted child, near-fatally so, and from whence most of her character springs. What more can I say. Also wow. Apologies for the parenthesis bonanza, that’s just where my brain is at right now I canot chancge this fhdskja

I'm generally a person who thinks, 'I don't really have OCs', because I mostly don't go into depth with background and personalities and whatever. But I do have a fair amount of custom characters that I really like, and I do treat them as characters. I make characters, not just avatars for myself, for the most part - especially in mmos.
So I've never done this before, but here's a selection of my favourites:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Essay-length full description section below the cut ↓
ROW 1:
Archmage Tethris
Daddy. Tethris is my WoW Void Elf Arcane Mage. He's also the guy who made me realise, 'yeah, I'd be a Mage in any given fantasy world, wouldn't I'. He's become not only my default main in WoW, and the closest to 'avatar for myself' that I get in the game, but also my default go-to in many other games. Here is Elden Ring Tethris, for example:
Tumblr media
Tethris is a very rare example who actually does have lore. He was a professor of the Arcane in Silvermoon, who developed an obsession with the Void, and specifically finding a way to reach the Telogrus Rift. It got to the point where he was locking himself in his study, or traveling, not even seeing his wife and three children. Being fairly well-known and previously well-respected, this was noticed and he started to be thought of fairly negatively as an eccentric.
He did eventually discover the Rift, and a way to access it - which he did! But there was no way back. The other drawback being that in the process, he teleported not only himself, but his entire tower, and connected section of the academy. Luckily for other people, there was a large festival happening that day, so no-one else was taken with him.
Unfortunately for Tethris though, that meant he was trapped alone on some rocks in the Void, until he could find a way back. At least he had his study. He was there for 50 years. During that time, the whole events of Warcraft 3, and Vanilla to Legion WoW occured. He would've found a way back eventually, but it was actually the other elves, now known as the Void Elf faction, with Alleria Windrunner, who enabled him to return to Azeroth. He was there already.
The people who knew him in Silvermoon, including his familly had assumed he'd either killed himself when the tower 'exploded', or he'd simply abandoned them because the Void was all he cared about. He still hasn't reconnected with his children.
He has 2 daughters and a son. Eldessa the eldest is a Paladin, formerly a warrior with the Shattered Hand. Ithrien the son is the middle child. First an Eversong Ranger, then joined his sister in the Shattered Hand, then joined the Sunreavers during the events of Wrath, who he's been with since. He's the one who probably harbours the most resentment towards his father. The youngest is Vysira, and is also someone who is fairly shunned, or at least treated with distrust. She's the temperamental problem child. The main issue is that she was one of the Sunfury Arch Mages, who stayed loyal to Prince Kael'thas until the end. She only rejoined Silvermoon after his death, and those who did are treated as a distrusted lower class.
Tethris's 50 years of solitude, plus that amount of exposure to the Void have addled his mind somewhat, but his Archmage/Professor level of magical strengh, plus the arcane protections of his dwellings preserved his sanity and form for the most part. It did take him a few years though to reacclimatise to Azeroth, the vast changes to the world, and to remember his family. He now knows who his children are in the world, and has some leads on where to find them, but is hesitant. His wife however, sadly died when Arthas attacked Quel'Thalas.
Ella
Ella was my second, and favourite Fallout: New Vegas character. She's a 17 year-old girl, probably latin descent. Grew up as a rancher to the east of Nevada. Her parents were killed, and she learned to fend for herself, using what she knew from farming to become a traveling trader, then courier, only shortly before the events of New Vegas, because supplies for trade became an issue.
She's intelligent, savvy, headstrong, very stubborn, and very easily frustrated and angered. The start of the game fueled her with a lust for revenge, more than any sort of curiosity - that only came a bit later. She was also commonly frustrated with being treated with less respect than she deserved, because of her age.
When she reached Nipton, she found an undelivered set of (modded in) experimental Ranger armour in the first building. She tried it on, and it fit. It disguised her entirely, protected her heavily, and the helmet even included both night and thermal vision. This was the true turning point in her life. The armour gave her the confidence and technical advantages to immediately ambush the Legion forces in the town, and demolish them. She already knew she was a crack shot, but the ease that she took down those men who'd done that to a whole settlement, made her realise she could be a complete badass. So she became one.
The armour also largely fooled the NCR into thinking she was one of them, and she joined them for a while, before realising their own faults, and ultimately figuring out she had the power to take over Vegas herself, and the people would probaly be better off.
Rexi Nebrata
Rexi does not have lore. The essays are basically over. Rexi's just an omega cutie, and since I don't enjoy Final Fantasy XIV, I wish I could port her to other games. I'm so proud of her character customisation. I love her. Bae. White Mage btw.
ROW 2: (I guess this is the Green Alien Girl row. I didn't realise this was becoming a trend.)
Lizrima
Ah Lizrima. Doesn't she also look fucking great though. Boss-ass bitch. Lizrima was my first SWTOR character - my Sith Assassin. Very much a full Dark Side Sith, but is intelligent about it. I was open to picking the very rare light side choice if it made sense to her in a specific situation. Lana Beniko is her future wife, but I've never got further in SWTOR than part-way through Knights of the Fallen Empire. Her lightsaber is double-bladed, green with a black core - just like her. Oh yeah, and she's a former slave. Probably slaughtered her way to freedom one day, I forget if I thought more into it. Maybe that's why the Sith took notice. You can faintly see a scar under her eye, and there's a similar one on her chin, which is hidden by the uh, mask thing. Those are slave brands.
Nalya Va'a
Nalya is my Nautolan Jedi Guardian. Guardian is actually on my list of remaining Class stories to play through. She's only on Nar Shaddaa, so I haven't played her much at all. She's just a big cutie, and that's clearly enough for me.
Myntara Quil
I love her.
I love her so much. I did not know you could love an XCOM 2 character this much, but there she is. Also the nicest picture I've ever taken in XCOM 2.
I don't really need to say any more. Little green cutie who deals more damage than god, and has the movement distance of a high speed train. Tiny girl along for the ride becomes highest ranked XCOM member. Shotgun/Sword user with over 90 aim. 68 kills in 12 missions. Has Gaige from Borderlands 2's voice pack. Like, c'mon. I'm even really proud of her name, I think it's lovely, and really suits her. 💚
ROW 3: (the tiny WoW girl row)
Josie
Josie is a Goblin Assassination Rogue. Literally an assassin/bounty hunter, because I leveled her without quests. I mostly used the RareScanner addon to see where the Rare mobs are around the world, and traveled between them. Not only do they give a lot of XP, but a lot of them I didn't know about, and it took me to parts of the zones you wouldn't normally go to.
Named after a close friend, and is actually lore-friendly for a Goblin. I didn't expect a female Goblin Rogue to become my highest level Horde character, but she currently still is.
Tofie
Tofie's my gnome Priest. I actually used my level 100 boost on her that I got with Legion. She's who I used to run old dungeons and raids for a while for mounts - I unlocked my first rare mount on her, the Drake of the North Wind.
She's another orphan. I'm realising this is a trend. She was raised in Darnassus by the Night Elves and is the only Gnome Priestess of the Moon.
Bleeple
Isn't it fun that all 3 of these names are perfectly passable as Lore-friendly. Bleeple is....an orphan. She, however, was raised in Gadgetzan, mostly by Goblins. She is very much a Gobbo in Gnome form. She's a survival hunter, is bloodthirsty, and loves explosions a little too much. She was actually encouraged to go out into the world as a hunter to keep her away from the town, because she's too much of a liability. Too much of a liability...for Goblins. She's basically Gnome Gaige.
Her appearance is actually what peak performance looks like.
ROW 4:
Myrielle
Man I kind of miss Myrielle. It's a similar case to Ella, in that I can't access their saves. I have the saves, but they're completely reliant on a very specific set of numerous mods, and who knows what that mod selection was. So they're sadly stuck in my memories, and very few pictures.
Myrielle was the Skyrim character I played the most. She was a...
Tumblr media
...stealth archer.
But she was cool alright. She also used Gandalf's sword, and an ebony sheld. She was actually primarily a thief, that's what she started as on a core level. So she's the one I played through the whole Thieves' Guild questline on, which was the most enjoyable part of the game. She became a Nightingale. I loved Karliah so much I installed the mod that lets you have Karliah as a companion after the questline's over, and had her with me for the rest of time. That reminds me, I need to add Karliah to my 'voices I could listen to all day' list *chef's kiss*.
Literally everything about Myrielle's base appearance is modded.
Neha Shepard
Neha's the Shep I made for the Legendary Edition. I Just Think She's Neat™. I named her after the Dice Maker from Disco Elysium, who's already on the 'voices I could listen to every day' list.
Maxon Fen
Maxon. Dat boy. I just think I've done a nice job with my SWTOR characters alright? Maxon's my Smuggler.
I'm glad I went back to SWTOR and gave it yet another chance, after vowing in video compilation form to never play it again (that's a good video though). The Smuggler story was legitimately a fun time. Jedi Consular was also decent, but less fun, no real complaints. They didn't drive me up the wall with nonsense and frustration, so that's really the bar for me when it comes to SWTOR. Unfortunately, it's the ones that I recorded that really annoyed me, and not the others.
Anyway Maxon's a lad I guess. A dude.

Re: Redo: Best 3rd-Level Misc./Utility Spell
And I'm back! :D
In case you missed it, sending won by a landslide -- 42.2% of 211 votes (which is something like 89 votes). This should surprise no one: it was a 5th-level Sorcerer/Wizard spell (4th level for Clerics for no reason) in 3rd edition and is kind of the ultimate in long-distance communication. (To be fair, the inappropriately named interplanar message [Manual of the Planes] was a 3rd-level Cleric spell; it's inappropriately named because it isn't a variation on the spell message and indeed works identically to sending save that you have to touch the recipient first, the recipient cannot respond, and there's [thankfully] no arbitrary 5% chance of failure.) Even if it hadn't been, we are talking a spell that bypasses most of the restrictions D&D puts on long-distance communication. Cell phones are broken.
The next runner up was create food and water at 17.5% (37 votes). The only other spell to reach double digits was water breathing, at 10% (21 votes). I'm rather surprised by both of these, to be honest. Create food and water is basically unchanged between editions save that 1.) 3rd edition's scales with caster level, as you'd expect, and 2.) 5e specifies an exact poundage of food that suggest that a horse only eats nine pounds of food a day. (It doesn't: that's half or lower of a horse's daily food intake.) I don't get it because you can replicate the effect much more easily with lower level spells (specifically goodberry and create water), so it just comes across as wasteful. It's also odd because it's a Cleric spell in D&D, but a Wizard spell in...everything else. (Yes, in WoW, but mages conjuring banquets and shit is an old and long-recurring trope, mannah be damned.) Water breathing is also bizarre because there's an obvious need for it on paper, but in most games you will never use it, a few games you might use it, and in the rare aquatic campaigns it's so late of level as to be a drawback. (You look at those games and go, "Either I'm playing an aquatic race or there's something overly specific that I want to do. Or I'm doing pirates incorrectly." Seriously, in an aquatic campaign, it should be a 1st-level spell, if not a cantrip.)
Stone shape, thankfully, came next. It undoubtedly has the most utility of the spells on this list, being able to replicate most of what Galder's tower can do while also being effective in most other contexts. After those was shrink item (I guess for my rant), then daylight (always lame), and then gentle repose and helping hand tied. Gentle repose is billed as important for anti-undead stuff, but I think it's a must have for anyone who is incredibly long lived/immortal (coughelvescough) because you're going to use it on literally everything you make. Helping hand...is a fun way of giving someone else locate person, I guess. Last and least was invisibility purge, which I totally agree on: you can already do this with faerie fire (1st-level) and you can blind subjects as well with glitterdust (2nd-level) and be more tactically minded about it or just cast dispel magic. It's not without use (like some spells), it's just not the most useful.
And there we are, the last of the polls. >> Yes, the last of the polls. << I totally have nothing else in mind by doing this. >> << >>

(gehenna-calling) oookay i still haven’t listened to the mark songs from my last ask BUT let’s have a song for pory… a song that relates to her relationship with magic/being a mage, perhaps?
hehehe its ok im answering this instead of working on the mage game im ST'ing for LOL. The last one I posted is good for the general being a mage vibes actually so to give diff ones I'll give one as it relates to her Tower (arcana focus)
Her highest Arcana is fate.
This song is about how she always kind of suspected fate was a thing, things weren't random, and now she knows for sure cause she can manipulate it! Things have meaning, there are patterns, people have tendancies towards things - whether it's silly things like her Cabal Mate Alburich has a tendancy to find vials/potions, or darker like the cabal mate Alakazam is going to encounter a lot of corposes in his future. The point is, you can figure it out - calculate the entropy - and I think it can feel a littlelonely. Porphyria remembers a whole alternate universe that no one else does, where things were very similar but just a little different. She can remember fuck ups' that she undid time to fix, that her friends don't. Technically, she's therefore known them the longest, and that gap will always grow.
Yeah they're all very close but. YEAH. long time worries. wow ok this got deeper than intended. Nice pick, self.
For her second highest arcana currently - and this will change - its Time.
Lil Ol' Reliable arcana. Predictable. Check the future. Undo a few seconds. She's not the strongest time mage but its pretty foundational for her. She'll never lose her touch for time - even though myself OOC don't plan on increasing and, and I'd say even in character since porphyria Is Who She Is she knows that's not where her interests lie.
Whenever I level up i'll have to add a song that relates to mind or prime magic....

How much performance is different portal and portal 2 full#
How much performance is different portal and portal 2 password#
With how long it takes to level in Classic, and Mages will often be in groups either leveling or waiting for a dungeon, it’s polite to still tip your Mage for their time or needing to leave the group. You can get on a Mage’s good side by giving them a Rune of Portals when you ask for a portal - it’s helpful so that they don’t have to run out and buy more - but don’t expect that to be enough. Since Portals cost reagents, it’s common courtesy to tip Mages both for their reagent cost and their time.
Portal: Rune of Portals, 20 silver each.
Teleport: Rune of Teleportation, 10 silver each.
Any class can buy these, and it’s a courtesy to pre-purchase a Rune of Portals if you’ll be asking for a portal from a Mage. The reagents are consumed upon use, and you have to buy new runes from reagents vendors around Azeroth for every cast (we recommend carrying a stack for convenience, if you have the cash). Mages need two different reagents for portal spells: one for personal Teleport and one for group Portals. Many buff spells in Class ic cost reagents, and portals are no different.
Thunder Bluff: Birgitte Cranston, in the Pools of Vision (cave), under Spirit Rise.
Undercity: Lexington Mortaim, up the stairs on the ziggurat in the Magic Quarter.
Orgrimmar: Thuul, in the Valley of Spirits.
Darnassus: Elissa Dumas, inside the Temple of the Moon.
Ironforge: Milstaff Stormeye, inside the Hall of Mysteries in the Mystic Ward.
Stormwind: Larimaine Purdue, inside the Mage Tower (at the back) in the Mage Quarter.
After you get Teleport, you can simply port yourself there to learn Portals, or save the trip to learn both at once when you’re higher level. Luckily for Mages, you get your personal Teleport spells before the Portal spells.

If you aren’t sure how to get from Kalimdor to Eastern Kingdoms, or the other way around, we have the guide for doing just that. Portal Trainers are generally located near the Mage Trainers. That means wandering across continents - on foot, if you’re trying to learn Teleport as soon as you can - and making your way to the Portal Trainer in each city. In Classic, you have to discover the city before you can learn to teleport yourself or port a group there. Teleports - which only transport the Mage - cost 20 silver to train, while Portals - which can transport many people - are more costly at 1 gold 50 silver. No matter what faction you are, each Mage gets a Teleport or Portal spell every 10 levels starting at level 20. Here we go over everything Mages need to know about learning Teleports and Portals in WoW Classic, and what you can do when requesting a Portal from a Mage. Same Old Love | Kaeya (Genshin) x Traveler!Reader

✧ Summary: Kaeya was mysterious in every way that made you wary. From the gleam in his eye to how easy it was for him to flirt, it made you wonder how much he was presenting was truly real. Not wanting to get sucked in, you swore not to fall for the Cavalry Captain. At least, that was the plan, right? ➳ Notes: Angst with a happy ending ➳ A/N: Thank you so much for the ask!! This was fun to write ((I feel like I write so much angsty/jealousy fics haha)) I’m just getting into genshin and so please feel free to send in requests for these cuties <3 @breathings-of-the-heart

—xXxXxXxXxXx—
You had some worries about Kaeya, dubbed “The Handsome Mr. Kaeya” by Paimon.
There was no doubt that he was attractive, his ever present smirk and exposed chest was enough to signify to anyone that even Kaeya was well aware of his looks. But he tended to wield his words like a double edged sword - using his words for an express purpose.
It was admirable, in a way. He was the loyal Cavalry Captain who looked out for Mondstadt’s best interest. And while he had misled you on this pirate treasure adventure, there was no harm really done. In fact, from the way he prattled about haircuts and eyepatches inherited from his parents, you were already sure that it was simply a tale being spun for Paimon to latch onto.
At the end of the day, Kaeya still compensated you for your time and provided you with a higher-level weapon. The criminals were caught and the Knights were credited for another arrest of an infamous Treasure Hunter. It was a win-win situation that you very quickly put behind you as another job done.
The entire quest had not really bothered you - it was not like you had not withheld anything either. You ran from clue to clue without updating Kaeya on your progress, with the express intent of snagging some of this treasure yourself.
It was a really smart move on his part and, for whatever reason, it had the inverse effect on you - it made you want to get closer to Kaeya.
Paimon grumbled for all of a day before she prattled onto something new, complaining about the returning ruin guard by the temple or the way Venti sassed her. But you often found yourself hanging around Good Hunter or  Angel’s Share, wondering if you would be able to run into him again.
It was no surprise that Kaeya was always busy, Jean had mentioned before that Kaeya was the one who often wrapped up every physical incident that occurred in both the city and outer plains of Mondstadt.
And so it was easy to lose track of him, the image of Kaeya still present in your mind, just pushed back in the further recess as you continued in your struggle to find clues about your brother. When whispers on the street spoke of a Dark Knight hero, you were pleasantly surprised to see Diluc patrolling the streets from the shadows.
The last thing you had expected was to team-up with the very man who ran opposite to the Knights, but you learned how oddly sweet Diluc was in that short amount of time. His double life of fighting off the abyss army single-handedly to running the largest Winery on the continent - Diluc’s workload was no easy feat.
You were just out of the clear, Huffman gone to deal with the slimes when a resounding clap started from the dining area of the bar. Kaeya stood and approached you both, you turned to Diluc and he had the flattest, most unimpressed expression on.
You stood mostly silent in that conversation, Diluc with his arms and chin held high. Kaeya had reassured him that the secret was best kept that way, eyes glinting mischievously as they went from the winery owner to you.
You only stared right back, as if Kaeya’s face would give off exactly what he was looking for. Instead, he simply smiled at the both of you and left when Diluc said he was closing the bar. Diluc thanked you for your assistance, reassuring you that in case you need help, he was a willing hand.
When you walked out the bar then, Kaeya was still right outside, chatting casually with some of the late bar-goers that sat at the picnic table. Just as he made eye-contact with you, he bid himself goodbye from the group and fell into step with you.
“Paimon doesn’t trust blue-haired, eye-patched men anymore.” She started next to you.
“That’s good I’m a blue-haired, eye-patched handsome young man.” Kaeya shot back, to which she rolled her eyes. He then turned to you with the same open smirk as usual, “And here I was thinking I could make you my assistant.”
Was he flirting with you?
It took you a second to question this internally before Paimon scoffed, “Ugh, I’m going ahead to the inn. I don’t think I can stand watching you make kissy-faces at each other after the day we had.”
You waved a hand in her direction to smack her, but she was already flying away up and out of reach.
Turning back to the Captain, you were surprised to see that Kaeya was still looking at you, not even toward Paimon as she fled into the night.
Remembering his last statement, you shot back, “Think you could handle me?”
“Confidence, it looks very good on you.” Kaeya replied as his smile widened. He took a single step closer, lowering his voice next to your ear and continuing. “But the real question is if you have any idea what you’re getting yourself into?”
You stood your ground, ignoring the shiver that ran up your spine, “I always like to try new things.”
“I look forward to it.” Kaeya straightened, lightly grabbing your hand in one of his own and raising it to his lips. “Until then, traveler.”
To think that such a simple action, hardly anything scandalous, had lingered on your skin the entire night. You remembered the way his lips felt against your hand, how striking his blue eyes bore into your own. Kaeya was extremely dangerous, able to catch your attention and keep it for hours on end.
The next day you had a commission about dismantling a rising Hilichurl camp, a perfect distraction away from the eye-patched hunk that kept plaguing your thoughts. The last thing you expected was for Kaeya to see you.
“Looks like our honorary knight continues their do-good streak.”
“It’s the least I can do.” You replied back, a sassy hand on your waist.
“Why don’t I accompany you?”
You wanted to scream.
Paimon actually did groan before stating she was going to stay in the city.
And suddenly, your distraction was running exactly opposite to your intention. With Kaeya joining your party, the Cavalry Captain was making himself decidedly known you.
He led you around a cliff, showing you a higher area where you could survey the camp before bursting in guns blazing. There were six Hilichurls, some slimes scattered about and two towers already set-up in this enemy campsite.
You decided to stick together, coming in from the high ground and slamming your weapon into the ground at unsuspecting enemies. It felt nice to fight alongside someone again, oftentimes you were alone in your adventures. Paimon would yell words of encouragement, but never would she actually lift a finger to fight. But Kaeya was reliable, freezing enemies into place and shattering them where they stood.
Taking down some of the outer-rim electro Hilichurls equipped with bows, you were nearly finished with clearing the entire camp. You grabbed the pyro slimes and exploded them near the towers, taking down the camp with them. With the camp almost completely disassembled, you heard the tell-tale electronic power-up that only signified one enemy.
A ruin guard.
Hunched over, you watched as multiple missiles took aim on the nearby unsuspecting Cavalry Captain. Running the best you could, you threw decorum out the window as you all but tackled the poor man out of harm's way.
Rolling a few times, there was no surprised yelp from the man beneath you. He simply allowed you to take the wheel until you came to a stop, hovering over his body. Kaeya was undoubtedly taller than you, but you were face-to-face as he smirked beneath you.
“Wow, not that I’m against this.” Kaeya started, a quip ready. “But ask me out to dinner first.”
You flushed and stood up immediately, “I was saving you!”
“I’ll let you save me any day of the week.” Kaeya replied, earning a half-assed scowl on your behalf. He only laughed at you, calling your attempted look of intimidation only served to make a cute pout instead.
You huffed and considered leaving him with the ruin guard.
From then on there was no doubt about it - Kaeya was flirting with you.
And you were openly flirting back, if of course he decided a less obnoxious moment. In between commissions and nights at Angel’s Share, Kaeya flirtations were growing more and more brazen. It was one thing to kiss the top of your hand in greeting and another entirely for Kaeya to throw his hand across your hair, leaning in to openly bury his nose in your hair.
Diluc called you both disgusting.
Tonight, you entered Cat Tail’s semi-inconspicuously to get a drink. Paimon had long caught onto your game, saying that she surprisingly approved of Kaeya, since after all he was still a good guy in some ways.
But, she still was not exactly a fan of you too making “kissy-faces” at each other, her words. And so tonight you were flying solo, Paimon opting to annoy Amber instead tonight as they tracked down some abyss mage or other.
You tried your best to hang around the bar, looking around the tavern to see if the object of your desire was anywhere around. You meandered for a few minutes, saying greetings to other bargoers that had recognized you, before approaching the bartender if Kaeya has been around
The bartender recognized you immediately. It was hard not to place one of the few new people in Mondstadt, especially one that was crushing much of the country's enemies. Diona had mentioned before that you were a friend of Diluc’s, often more than just a customer at the rival tavern. No, you were seen running around the city with the red-head at random times.
She said the worst thing you could have ever suspected.
“I think Kaeya has a hot date tonight.”
You felt a lump in your throat form, but tried to keep your response guarded. “Oh?”
The bartender continued, “Yeah, I’m not sure if it was Paula? Or Maggie tonight? But you know the captain - always changing up his escapades.”
“Right, of course.” You replied back, words coming out before you could even register it. Instead, you kept on nursing your drink, spiteful words from the bartender marinating in your mind.
Kaeya was mysterious, yes. But was he leading you on?
… Was it right of you to trust him?
The first red flag should have been the fact that you knew nearly nothing about him personally. To think that you had spent all this time together talking and fighting alongside one another, but you could not even recall basic facts about him, let alone anything deep. You were unaware of his family history - Diluc was his brother, but it was the red-head who ended up confiding that fact to you.
Kaeya was so charming that you hadn’t even noticed he shut you out of his world.
And so there was no point in actively keeping a one-sided friendship like that. From then forth, you resolved to avoid the Cavalry Captain for the time being. You knew you had to free Dvalin together, but that did not mean you had to swoon for him in your free time.
It was almost expected of you to join him on Friday nights at Angel’s Share, but tonight you were missing. Neither Charles nor Diluc had seen you the entire day. There were probably a hundred different things you were doing - gathering resources, fighting slimes - and so Kaeya thought little of it.
But he was still disappointed not to see your face that night.
And so he thought nothing was wrong the next day when he saw you in the city square, talking to someone at the general store. He approached you and offered to join your party again, take down some enemies somewhere out in the country.
You didn’t even smile at him.
Not this time.
Just a curt no before you were leaving out the city gates.
The second time Kaeya already had enough and confronted you before you could even attempt to walk away.
He grabbed at your elbow, “Have you finally grown tired of me?”
You pulled it back, no real strength behind it as Kaeya still held you under his grip. “Kaeya, why is it that you keep reaching out to me? I have nothing of my own to offer - no money, no family - there is nothing left I can give you.”
He frowned in response but grabbed at your other hand, “I haven’t asked you for anything, have I?”
You looked away, “You don’t have to! It’s inherent, after all. Isn’t that why you asked me to team-up in the first place, to use me to find your criminals?”
Kaeya mentally recoiled, “Woah, back up. I may have guided you regarding the treasure but never have I maliciously led you on.”
You pulled at your hands to no avail, this time the captain actively trying to keep your attention on him.
“I just! I thought I meant something more to you, Kaeya.”
He smiled and tried to pull you into his chest, but you shoved off his touch this time fully.
“No! You can’t just hug me and think everything is okay. You’re supposed to be one of the good guys, one of the handful of people I can trust in Mondstadt and I know nothing about you.”
Kaeya did not reach for your hands, instead moving to stand in front of you. “I’m sorry that I hold my secrets close to my chest, but that’s what I’m used to.”
Frustrated, you replied. “Don’t you get tired? Holding the people that love you at an arm's length?”
“I’m sorry.” He repeated, this time reaching for you. “I’m sorry that I made you feel like you weren’t special. Trust me, you’re the only one I’ve had eyes on ever since you landed here in Mondstadt.”
You shook your head, “But the bartender, she said -”
“Who cares what she said?” Kaeya interrupted, “They know village gossip, but they don’t know me or you.”
“I don’t really know you.” You replied.
Kaeya caressed the side of your cheek before lightly gently grabbing your hand again, “Then let’s start.”
With a hesitant smile, you closed your eyes and nodded.
“Okay.”
You had your doubts then and it’s not like an issue of trust was fixed overnight. But, to his credit, Kaeya tried as best he could. Instead of meeting randomly at the bar, he would approach you sometime during the day and set-up a date. How he knew where you were was a mystery, but a man with that many connections surely had a way.
He had no qualms about holding your hand or openly kissing your cheek in the presence of others - proclaiming loudly to one and all in Mondstadt that you were his and he was yours.
Taking your first argument to heart, Kaeya was very keen on communication. Anything you were unsure of, he expressed that he was by no means rushing you. And when you finally shared your first kiss, for once not a single soul in front of the Lord Barbatos statue, you leaned into his touch to get many more.
Kaeya made good on his promise, slowly letting you into his world in kind. You remembered one night as the both of you sat on the edge of Mondstadt, nothing but ocean for miles in front of you. You had your head on his shoulder, describing your adventures with your brother and how you missed having family.
Kaeya had a gentle hand in your hair, rubbing soothing circles as you recalled a time long ago. Once your story finished, you two continued to stare out, wondering what the future could hold as your minds swam in an endless sea of thoughts.
He broke the silence.
“I miss my brother also.”
Diluc was not always his estranged brother, but once a friend, supporter, and sounding board. Some even mistook them as truly twins in heart and mind, defending Mondstadt and having each other’s backs for years. The Diluc you had come to know was a shell of his old self, close friends and past hidden behind years of repressed feelings.
There was no doubt wistfulness in Kaeya’s eyes as he recalled the past to you, but you continued to listen quietly.
Your relationship with the Cavalry Captain was hardly easy. Often responsibilities called you both - Kaeya was highly stationed in Mondstadt while you still had seven other countries to visit. But that did not mean the end for you both. Even when you were thousands of miles away or sat atop the highest mountain without a clue to where he was, you cherished the thought that you still shared the same sky with the love of your life.
No matter where you were in Teyvat, you had Kaeya to return to.

Do you happen to have any new headcanons for Z'ahra? (If you don't, it's totally okay!)
Ah, sure, I love any excuse to talk about my boy ;u; - Seeker of the Sun. Sleeps all day, stays up all night - Summoner-turned-Black Mage, still summons his carbuncle for emotional-support cuddles       - Goes for walks with Alphinaud and his carbuncle :> - Level 80 sweet tooth. Burns holes in his pockets buying yummy treats      - Loves loves loves pie most of all -About Z’ahra’s tail ribbon      - When Z’ahra was really little, he came home from playing outside one day in tears. The lucky charm his mother Rosie had made for him from ceramic beads and blue ribbon had broken when he fell out of a tree.                 - (He was more upset about the broken charm than his cuts and bruises aw bby,,,)     - The beads were beyond repair, but the ribbon was fine! So thinking fast, Rosie tied it around Z’ahra’s tail               - Rosie: You know what this means now, Ahra?               - Z’ahra: ???               - Rosie: It means YOU’RE the good luck charm now!               - Z’ahra: !!!     - Z’ahra’s kept the ribbon tied off around his tail ever since... and when G’raha set out to seal himself away within the Crystal Tower to face the future, he gives him a matching ribbon... for luck - About Z’ahra and G’raha’s relationship     - Z’ahra’s got it bad for G’raha but is too meek to act on his feelings and too oblivious to see the signs that they might be reciprocated              - Pining,,, so much pining,,,     - When he talks to Rosie about it, she asks if she can see what G’raha looks like.              - So Z’ahra goes to Alphinaud for a favor...              - A couple weeks later, Z’ahra brings Rosie a charcoal portrait of G’raha              - Rosie: What a handsome boy!! I hope we get to meet him someday...    - Fast-forward to G’raha’s return to the Source             - Z’ahra brings him to meet the parents             - Rosie: Wow! You’re even more handsome in person than in your portrait!             - G’raha: Portrait?             - Rosie: *Points to Alphinaud’s sketch of him that she decided to hang on the wall near the family portraits*             - Z’ahra: *Casts Fire IV on the wall* - It takes them a long time to work up to calling each other Raha and Ahra,,, they’re both so shy      - Meanwhile Krile calls them both by those names without batting an eye      - Z’ahra is very physically affectionate since he’s not quite one for talking...                       - Not even in an overt way-- he just likes being close to G’raha. Sitting close enough their shoulders touch, brushing hair out of G’raha’s face, curling their tails together - Z’ahra has notches in his right ear because the earrings he was wearing got ripped right out during battle     - He also has a scar on both sides of his left hand from when it was impaled to pin him in place by a particularly sadistic swordsman >_< - Has white pupils due to his exposure to the Light. They glow in the dark and it honestly freaks everyone out    - The Light has also caused the tip of his tail to lose color

Jester: “Wow. That would be really cool. I don't know if it's really his style, but...”
Caleb: “It will be soon. I can't let what happened in here be for nothing. It's time for him to be silenced.”
For anyone that watched episode 129 and didn’t know what Caleb was talking about when he had Jester help him fix the collar, and said he wanted to use it on Trent: not the first time they went into the HFB, but the second time, when they went in to rescue Yussa, one of the HFB’s mage hunter golems slapped a collar on Caleb after it chased them from The Garden into The Tower Machine (episode 81: “From Door to Door”). The golem already had a 60 ft. cone anti-magic gaze that was causing the party plenty of grief, but then this collar, once applied, completely silenced Caleb. He couldn’t talk at all, and therefore could not cast spells (at least, not ones with verbal components), even when he wasn’t within the gaze.
After they managed to get away from the golem (Cad using Command and saying “OFF,” and it failing its save 2 rounds in a row, thank the gods), Nott (according to Matt) just barely met the DC to pick the lock on the collar, with a total of 25.
This is important context if Caleb really does plan to silence Trent. I think this would be clutch in a combat scenario, and would absolutely turn the fight in their favor, but it’s no long-term solution, as it is possible to remove it with a high but not unreasonable lockpicking check. Then again, I don’t know if the work he’s done on it now just brought it back into working condition after it was disabled the last time it was removed, or if he’s made alterations to it to make it more permanent or powerful. He did say he’s been working on it for a while. When I watched the episode though, and he said he planned to “silence” Trent, I got the sense that his goal may be to render him powerless forever, rather than kill him. That would be a nice🖕since Trent actually wants Caleb to kill him, but I’m not sure how the collar would achieve that if it is possible to have it removed. I can only really see how it would be used to temporarily weaken him before dealing a killing blow, and even that relies on the assumption that high-level mages still have to speak in order to cast, which may not be true (I will be so sad for Liam if it turns out Trent can cast silently). I guess we will see!
IMO, luring or forcing Trent into the HFB would be the ultimate way to finish him. It’s specifically made to destroy ultra-powerful mages; Trent would likely either die or suffer for eternity inside, but it wouldn’t be by Caleb’s hand, so he wouldn’t have to carry that burden or give Trent what he wants.

Tumblr media
riddle rosehearts
This boy is small, he isn't that incredibly tall, but when he saw, smaller than him... He gets a little prideful.
It isn't like 'high and mighty' pride, more like 'oop haha well, i feel slightly confident' thing. He just gets a little boost to his ego.
He teases you at points, saying its cute that a lot of times, you ask for help from him on reaching things. Or when its too tall, you can't see, you ask for Riddle to look at it.
He honestly thinks its so cute and totally vulnerable, it makes him blush whenever you look up to him pouty faced.
He adores your height, but he adores your personality more! He loves the way you beam up to him, cooing praises at his achievements and being a great lover!
The sunshine you bring to him just makes him stunned at points, like wow, he managed to date you! How much luck does he have?
But, like any other scenario, he likes these affections private. It gives him a regal and good image, so do expect the affection indoors alone.
The affection he does is pretty simple, laying his chin on your head, cuddling you and picking you up (he let go after a few tries, it was tiring to carry you), and of course; kisses.
Riddle knows that sometimes being small is an insecurity, after all, its hard that a lot of people tower over you. So he sometimes offers you his heels to walk around in!
But! Don't think he is making fun of you, he just wants you to be comfortable with your height or body.
Tumblr media
leona kingscholar
He totally teases you from the beginning. I mean, a magicless herbivore, short and sweet in a school with mages? Are you asking to be eaten by predators or what?
He teases you a lot, from bringing up objects out of your reach, to leaning downwards to talk to you, to simply just calling you "short"
It first irked him that you always beamed and smiled, like his teasing doesn't affect you.
But, later on, he would fall in love with that personality of yours. Both of you didn't even have a proper get together, you just... went with it.
Affections for him always are something that involves your height. For example, you want a kiss? Ask him to lean down, or tiptoe! He just likes the teasing.
Leona, liked picking you up, it gave you a boost to face his tall demeanor as well as it gave a perfect opportunity to kiss you.
Cuddle sessions are what he would bring up to creat the perfect night, day, afternoon, whatever. He loves your small body pressed upon him, making him feel content.
He always takes the "I'm strong and tall so I have protect you" role, to tease the living hell out of you. He likes how you cuddle up and beam with such a cute and innocent smile!
Oh, and the cooing you do. God, it makes this lion weak to his knees, but he won't admit out loud because his ego is high.
Either way, he adores you and if you ever feel the need for him to stop teasing, he would shut up.
He loves you that much.
Tumblr media
azul ashengrotto
Oh, well isn't this a new thing? Azul, always next to the Leech twins, found it odd to see someone shorter than him.
What also was new was how you beamed brighter when you saw him in hallway, smiling and laughing happily to greet him
First thing he did when you approach is to always give an offering of a contract with him, after all, it seems like you want something from him
Suffice to say, that he was shocked when you refused, as you only wanted to say hello and be on your merry way
Azul's jaw dropped when he saw how you bounced with pep in your step, greeting those people.
And little did you both know, this was the beginning of his feelings for you. Months after this exchange, he asked you to be his.
The height difference is undeniably cute, you go and depend on him a lot, you go jump whenever you want something, you always have to look up!
How does one be cute all the time and not even knowing?
He always found it adorable when you looked up to him, you looked so vulnerable and cute. He wished to hide you.
Ah, and the friendly teasing he does when you reach up to him, on your tip toes, trying to snag a kiss!
Truly, the wonders of your sunshine makes his insecure heart warm. Azul will never regret offering that contract with you.
Tumblr media
kalim al-asim
Kalim isn't your tall man, he is quite a small man. He is of average height at best.
But you? Oh, were so cute and tiny!!
Kalim first saw you in the hallway, sandwiched between Ace and Deuce, looking incredibly small. He waved excitedly at you, and you beamed up to him.
Soon you two became friends, and it was a pleasant friendship.
He always leaned onto you, clinging happily on your arm, cooing at you. He assumed you would blush, but your personality and acceptance to his made him happy!
Kalim didn't waste any second onto asking you out, after all, he seemed sure you were it for him. And when you said yes? He swore he felt the heavens.
His favourite thing to do for you is kissing you, smothering you with his sweet words. He also loved how you jump or tiptoe just to get a kiss
Now, Kalim would never give up on a party, if ever you have a party, he always makes sure you cling to him or vice versa. He knows how easy it is to be lost in the crowd, so makes sure you stay by him. This is also his affection.
This sweet sunshine boy also overlaps with you, its another battle of who brings the most sunshine in the room.
But sometimes Kalim lets you bring the sunshine, after all, your sunshine makes him the happiest he can ever be.
Tumblr media
vil schoenheit
This man is over 6 feet tall, and wears heels, so imagine how hard was it for you to even maintain eye contact with THE Vil Schoenheit.
He didn't spare a glance at you first, heck, he didn't see you, you passed by him since your height was... lacking.
What made him go up to you is you just being so radiantly bright, with no extra help. Just you and your smile.
Like every other scenario, you went up to him, smiling and happy to even talk to him.
He finds you oddly endearing, your height is lacking but your personality makes up for it.
Vil didn't think about dating you, in fact, you asked him out. It was, a pleasant surprise for both, but he doesn't regret having you as a lover.
The first few months of dating, no one will know you two are even dating. It was just really professional, but when the door closes, it was different.
Vil won't show his love to his boyfriend to the world at all times, he flaunts them, sure. But he prefers his lover to be just as affectionate indoors.
The intimacy between you two is intense, one could hardly believe the ice cold queen of Pomefiore was so loving.
He adores cuddling you while looking at the mirror, it just shows how small you are against Vil and how sweet you look blushing and smiling up at him.
Vil definitely loves your sunshine personality, it gives him a certain boost to be better than the last.
Tumblr media
idia shroud
Idia swore he never saw someone so... Moe? Was that the right word? The only person he saw who was remotely moe was his younger brother, Ortho.
But even then, it wasn't at your level. You were pure sunshine in his dark underground world.
Idia can't exactly tell how he met you, or how you end up being together, but it didn't matter, he had the best boyfriend yet!
You, on the other hand, knew how you met up. It was mostly thanks to Ortho, his kind soul always guided you, but one day... You felt lost, and since he said if you ever felt at a loss, go to Ignihyde.
There, you greet a few students, smiling and asking where Ortho may be. It was at that moment, Idia saw you— a ray of the golden sun.
Your visits frequented, Idia now got used to your bright side, to the point he started crushing on you. It felt good, and how you turned somewhat shy... It made him happy he had that effect on you.
Your sunshine that brought happiness not only to him, but Ortho, so everyday the gloomy Ignihyde turned somewhat happier and more lively than what it was before you.
Affection between you two isn't super skin to skin, he still finds it awkward. Don't get him wrong, he loves the affection, but it just feels weird and wants time to adjust.
The best affection he can give (willingly) is hand holding or cuddles (in private). But don't worry, he would kiss you, drown you in love if ever you ask him to.
Since he never had a partner, he was absolutely smitten when you cuddled up to him, smiling sweetly at his face and how you blush ever so slightly. It was just out of an anime, but this one was way better than what he had watched!
Won't admit it, but he loves seeing you in his hoodie, all bundled up, obviously drowning in the big jacket. He felt naked at first, without his hoodie, he felt so bare, but when he saw you all snuggled up... He could bare the no hoodie.
Tumblr media
malleus draconia
Oh, sweetie, this fae is so tall. He was not surprised when he saw such a quaint child of man.
You grew endearing to him when you just didn't get scared of him, or his retainers, you approach him with a smile and open arms.
Malleus always assumed you would avoid him, but you never did, even after revealing his identity, you go and stay. Acting like it wasn't a big deal.
That moment, he fell utterly in love with you. He, of course, tried to play it cool. Malleus just tried to act normal, tried to initiate something, but it was a slow process.
In the end, you end up together, and he couldn't be happier. The affection you two share is sickening because it was too sweet.
Affections for you vary, but his personal favorite is picking you up, gives him the perfect opportunity to smooch or just cuddle up to you.
Malleus adores cuddling, but he was scared at first, he was scared that he could break you in his grasp.
But after a few reassurances, you got a clingy dragon fae wrapping his arms around your small body, blushing and smiling.
He admits, this feeling is so pleasant, he doesn't know when to let go. He just loves it, he got addicted.

Check in on my (not very realistic) wish list for episode 136
1. The M9 eventually find a way to catch up with Lucien and Cree (or even get in front of them) before they are able to go to the astral sea AND at least start the combat please and thanks (Bonus: Cree gets a wild magic effect that gives M9 some advantage or laughs).
OH NO an intuit charge they were ambushed! The TT were way ahead of them... They caught up though! Lucian and Cree are still there... oops never mind they got ahead AGAIN, no TT combat today. Well, astral sea here we come!
2. Caleb and Beau’s eyes come into play at some point but are helpful to them instead of being used against them (look, let me try to be optimistic).
They have true sight! They can communicate telepathically to ANYONE! Hey, at least they gained some magical abilities and SOME sort of profit from all that anxiety. The eyes were still used against them to sense their presence.
3. Some long one-on-one conversations between any characters please, I need the RP experience! Any two of them would have a great dynamic.
Welp, I mean, combat time! Combat is also good, who needs RP anyways :(
4. More wild magic effects from casting in Aeor! Jester, Essek, Caduceus, Veth I’m looking at y’all. Caleb and Fjord already had their fun, but I won’t say no to more. (Bonus: the effects are harmless and fun ones like how they have been).
Oh no Veth... Is tiny... At least it didn’t cost any hit points? CALEB IS A SHEEP THAT WALKED INTO THE PORTAL LMAO. That was one of the wild magic effects that I wanted to see the most and it was as funny as possible.
5. Even more Aeorian ruin exploration and finding clues that may help them with the city business, but no more side combats before getting to the TT.
Caleb rolled 31 arcana on the runic circle wow transmutation + dunamancy! Temporal alteration! 31 on investigation too wow Caleb, “primal artifact”? TIME TRAVEL?? So that’s why it’s called the Temporal Dock! Also, wow, they actually did not enter any other side combats before TT, using stealth and magic. They were forced into a side combat after getting to them though.
6. Beau and Yasha continue with their PDA AND have a private moment together (let’s hope for both, because why not).
“Yasha your hair looks really great” lol Beau is not wasting any time is she. Yasha’s defensive “she’s wonderful” was ooc but cute lol. “Anything for my princess” lmao stop you guys. No private moment, but close enough.
7. Jester and Fjord heal each other at some point OR have more physical contact (they were so cute last episode).
Jester healed Fjord! I’m sad it had to happen but it was a good heal too. Jester also picked up the paralyzed Fjord after the intuit charges!
8. Continuing to hope for Essek’s fancy dunamantic spells OR magical items (I felt Caleb so hard last episode, I too am attracted to power and skills).
Purple sparkling dunamancy fly wings oh YEAH. Thanks for maintaining concentration on Cad you beautiful war caster you.
9. Veth and Fjord diss each other at some point OR exhibit support for each other, I love their love-hate relationship.
“Fjord can shape water... yes you can, you got it” lol Also the discussion about Veth preparing featherfall and Fjord’s “yes thank you Veth”. The “marine layer” argument lol - sounded both supportive and like a diss.
10. Continuing to hope for Caleb to polymorph into anything really, or using polymorph on any party member (polymorph! Caleb interactions my beloved, this is just going to be a permanent feature on my wish list now).
Intelligence 2 SHEEPLEB MY BELOVED BWAHAHAHAHAH I love this so much. It’s not exactly polymorph, but he is a sheep guys, that counts.
11. Mention of Davexian/Charlie at some point in time (bonus: Veth does it).
Lmao Beau mentioned Davexian right away, and Veth gave a reaction right away. I did not expect a mention so soon but here we are.
12. Jester continuing to be the braincell holder of the team and keeps everybody on task (go queen I love you).
YEAH go get that natural 20 Jester! Keep track of what floor it is! She also urges them to keep moving.
13. Essek and Caleb have more of their deep wizard conversations and interactions OR be impressed by each other at some point (Bonus: another party member mentions/addresses whatever they’ve got going on).
YES wow the temporal dock scene. Also Jester thanks for the mention lol. “It’s complicated” sounds about right.
14. Cad attempting to speak with the dead on the remaining TT members (there are still Otis and Zoran) and learning some useful information.
Well... it’s kind of too late for that.
15. Jester sees Artagan again and we finally find out what Caleb was seeing during that commune and that scry (I need answers please! Don’t try to distract me with everything else going on, I won’t fall for it).
IT WAS TRUE SIGHT? It was true sight and Beau was just not close enough! Sprinkle whispering in Jester’s ear?? Someone’s theory I saw here was true good for you! Arty has been sprinkle all along that’s why sprinkle is alive.
16. More discussion about dunamancy in Aeor and the Luxon (I’d love to know how Essek is feeling about their discovery and get his thoughts on it).
Well... time travel magic circles are certainly dunamancy. Essek is as excited as you would expect him to be - very.
17. A successful divine intervention from either cleric! (Bonus: that allows them to stop the TT)
Nope, but it may happen next week? Maybe?
18. Heroes’ feast and we learn more about the food/drink preferences or other fun facts from everybody (Bonus: great roll on the HP boon from the feast).
Welp well they ain’t gonna get that one extra hour.
19. I know they are not gonna see the tower but I still kinda want to see Essek’s room look it’s going to stay on this wish list until it happens.
Yeah I mean I didn’t really expect this to come true any time soon.
20. Somebody pushes a red button, again (Bonus: it’s someone we don’t expect to push the button).
I mean, Beau went underwater to grab the magical potions, that was kinda button-pushing, but it’s to be expected. She is an expositor! She investigates!
21. Cad continuing to be a MVP in combat as always OR have an amazing non-combat idea/discovery.
Cad got Yasha up as soon as she was down! ALSO that shield of retribution force damage was AWESOME. The invisibility was so smart!
22. You know the drill by now - everyone remains relatively happy and alive by the end of the episode except Lucien and Cree (they can perish), and the episode ends on a terrifying cliffhanger as always (Bonus: they end up in the Astral Sea and that’s where we finish the episode).
Wow that bonus part is a PERFECT PREDICTION if I do say so myself. I knew that getting into the Astral Sea would be a good cliffhanger. I’m figuring it out guys.
Seriously though please stay safe and alive M9 (and yes Essek is included) that’s all I want.
Nobody has been dead so far, so I’m as happy as I can be!
Score: 16/22
Other highlights:
Their exploration last episode paid off with the teal keycard! I knew it even distractions can be helpful!
Essek rolled a 30! On stealth! WOO his first great roll probably, Matt sounded so proud of him too. Also that clutch war caster concentration save too, he is finally rolling better (well, slightly).
Caleb’s decisive wall of force and two correct-level dispel magic saved everybody twice, competent as always. I love him so much (also, sheepleb my beloved).
NICE SAVE VETH THANK YOU omg what a queen with the mage hand, truly a 2000 IQ move made by a genius. Jester is safe I’m so happy!!
Wow, what an episode! As always, CR cast gave me such a wonderful night of tension, humour, action and intrigue. I am so happy and thankful that I get to witness this story unfold! I cannot wait for next Thursday, already. I am nervous about their astral sea journey, but I trust in the cast and they will always deliver a great story.
(Plus, maybe they can actually save Yussa now, pretty please?) :D

I love Final Fantasy XIV
So I’ve been playing Final Fantasy XIV, and after playing for around 180 hours, I haven’t even finished A Realm Reborn. Normally, 180 hours is an insane time frame for a game to manage and hold my attention. Persona 5 Royal was 180 hours of game time, and that was slowly outstaying its welcome. FFXIV must be doing something right, because just recently I went to a convention and bought a Y’shtola Keychain in a heartbeat. I haven’t had time to play XIV a lot prior to this, since I was stupidly grinding Praetorium for days and got burned out. I haven’t played much in 2 months, and Y’shtola only really has a minor role during A Realm Reborn’s Storyline. Despite that, I started in Limsa and Y’shtola stuck with me since then. I just had to buy that keychain. My girlfriend asked me about it and despite me staying away from the game after being burned out, I explained to her in great enthusiasm why I loved Y’shtola and why I loved the game so much. I think that’s the first time I really realized how attached I was to this world, these characters, this game.
I came to FFXIV after having played WoW from Vanilla through WotLK, after having barely ever touched a MMO since quitting WoW. Honestly, I was very skeptical of XIV but holy fucking shit did it ever win me over. They are completely different games, mind you, but that is a good thing in my opinion.
So here is the longest tumblr rant post I have written so far, I think.
To be fair, the first 20 levels or so were kinda slow. You get thrown into the deep end and get bombarded with lore and characters, terms and phrases that you don't understand. For fucks sake, the opening cutscene shows Louisoix fighting Bahamut front and center. Its this big, epic moment of sacrifice, but to someone who has not played 1.0 and who doesn't know anything about the lore, this just zips right past you. During the main story of ARR, they keep talking about Louisoix and how important he is, but you haven't even seen the guy because he died before the game even started. I only really realized this today, it took me 180 hours and a look at the wiki to connect the dots. It really is a slow burn, but that slow burn was okay because everything else was so fantastic.
While the world can arguably be more subdued than Azeroth in parts, there is still this distinctive style that I quickly fell in love with. It’s fantastical, but it still feels grounded. Part of that has to do with how the game introduces you to the world, and how the main story quests explain to you the lore bit by bit. I feel like much of the world design of WoW was down to “the rule of cool”. Now, I’m not saying XIV doesn’t have that, but I feel like XIV always goes the extra mile to explain why this cool shit is here. Everything you see out there in the world feels like it has a purpose, a reason to be there and an explanation on how it works. The factions make sense, the political conflicts you get entangled in are believable. I feel like I am kind of biased to be honest. What got me to play FFXIV in the first place was seeing that Viera are a playable race. I’m a sucker for Final Fantasy, not in short part to my memories of Playing Final Fantasy Tactics and XII. XII is still my favorite game in the series, and much of that has to do with the world, Ivalice. Viera were always my favorite race of the ones seen in Ivalice. Seeing as you can play a Viera in XIV, I just had to try. Thinking about it, XII and XIV have a lot in common when it comes to world building.
One of the weirdest things to acclimate for me was how FFXIV handles story. I was used to WoW, where story was basically non-existent and you did what you did to see numbers rise and to unlock now content you could do. You are basically never involved in the story of WoW, you are just kind of there for the ride. In FFXIV, you are the main character. You are involved in what happens at all times, and that is kinda strange coming from WoW. At first I thought I wouldn’t like it, but the game made it work in my opinion. I also didn’t expect there to be so much of story to begin with. Kind of ironically the moment I realized just how much there was to experience was when I went through Ul’dah and saw a blue quest. Now, blue quest markers mean there is some content you can unlock by doing this quest. A lot of these are kinda short, with a bit of dialogue and some bits of lore for you to enjoy and I thought this one would be no difference. After all, the hook is basically just to help this lady mourn for the death of a friend. What I got was a fabulous detective adventure that spanned over the entire continent, where in I had to help the worlds most manly detective uncover the secret behind a mysterious phantom thief. To say the least, this 21 quest long quest line brought be hours upon hours of joy and had me in stitches throughout. And it was completely optional. I don’t think I even remember a single moment from any quest in WoW that made me this excited for it, optional or otherwise.
Ultimately these are very different games that try very different things.
Dungeons and Raids were a different thing. I remember when I rolled a new character for WotLK and wanted to do karazhan because I used to like doing that raid with my guild back in TBC. I could not for the live of me find a group willing to do it, because everyone was way more focused on the new content, so they could get better gear. Regardless, it just wouldn’t have been the same experience anyways I fear, because the new gear from the new Dungeons outclassed the raid gear from TBC, so karazhan would be way easier and a much different experience. In FFXIV, every dungeon is level synced by default, meaning if a higher level character joins, they get basically downgraded to the level the dungeon was designed for. Couple that with the Duty Roulette feature and suddenly, there was always someone to do any given dungeon with. I remember when I had to do the crystal tower raids and thought “why would they tie main story progression to a raid, I will never find a group to do that properly” but low and behold, I found a group within 30 minutes or less and raided through the entire set of raids within a day. Dungeons and Raids are generally a very pick up and play thing in FFXIV. To be fair, dungeons got easier and more pick up and play in WoW too, but Raids were always the endgame thing where you had to gear up and learn to play. In FFXIV, much more lenient. No corpse walking required. I say this, but I have yet to do the Coils of Bahamut or any Savage Raids. I have only heard that there is plenty of hardcore raid content for those who want that.
That’s nothing to say about the actual gameplay. FFXIV is a tab-target MMO, like so many others, but it manages to keep this kind of gameplay fresh by introducing a lot of mechanics that make the game more active than the typical “I stand here and hit my rotation a lot”. For starters, most enemies have special abilities that you can actually dodge by moving out of the way. There will a area marker on the floor and everyone within that area will be hit. It starts out easy, but later dungeons really start kicking your ass with this mechanic. You really need to say on your toes. In addition, every class is extremely different. They all have special mechanics unique to them, special meters and resources they will have to manage during combat and so on. For example, a Red Mage (the class I’m playing currently), has two meters that fill up as you cast spells. They generally have two types of spells, white and black magic. Each type fills its respective bar. Once they are both full enough, you can go in and do a more powerful melee rotation. However, if one bar is fuller than the other, the other bar will fill up slower. Since you need to fill both, you want to balance that out. You get instant casts for spells after performing a damaging spell, and you have some spells with a short cast time and good damage output that you want to cast and then use the instant cast of to cast a more damaging spell that has a long cast time. But these short cast, good damage spells require a you get from casting a spell of the respective type. So, in essence, you want to balance your use of black and white magic, but you also want to use the proc you get from casting your white and black magic, which means you cast more of the type which inherently unbalances your gauges. It becomes this micromanagement game you play with your procs and instant casts, so you can go in and do the big, flashy sword combo. And that’s just the red mage at around 50. Every class has something like this, and it’s all unique to them. Learning a class is not just learning the rotation and spells you have anymore, it’s really learning how to effectively play your class. Also, positioning. Some abilities do more damage from certain positions, so you will have to dance around an enemy to hit all the sweet spots with classes like monks. These complexities get introduced slowly as you level up, so you have plenty of time to learn the mechanics. My favorite feature might be the class system itself, though. In FFXIV, you aren’t limited to one class for the entire duration of your characters career. You can, from a certain point forwards, choose any class you wish and level that up instead. You can freely switch between classes outside of combat, too. If you are dedicated enough, you can level them all up to max, even. This means if you don’t like a class or the direction a class is going in, you can switch. I for my part started as an arcanist, so I unlocked Summoner at 30. I played Summoner up to 50 but I was just not meshing as well with the direction the summorer went in. So, I switched to Red Mage and after some getting used to, Its now my new favorite. Arcanists are special, because you actually unlock two classes at 30, so I also unlocked Scholars. Scholars are healers and that became my main dungeon class, since queue times are way shorter for healers. This would be unthinkable in WoW, and love the fact this is a thing here.
If I had to describe it, WoW is an MMO with RPG Elements, while FFXIV is a JRPG with MMO elements. I didn’t know I needed that, but in retrospect, it makes sense. The thing that really killed my progress in WoW was that I didn’t have anyone to play with anymore. My friends all dropped from the game and while I generally like doing solo content from time to time, I’m pretty introverted, after all... MMORPGs are usually most fun with friends. Final Fantasy XIV is a JRPG first, an MMO second. There is so much to keep your attention as a solo player, its nuts. All my friends who play this game, play on a different data center, so I can’t even visit them. Despite that, I had a lot of fun in my time with the game.
My experience with the game was incredibly positive, and I don’t think it will get worse from here. Everyone keeps telling me how great Heavensward is. I just have to finish 16 more quests and I’ll be able to see for myself what the fuss is about.
Honestly, if I had to say anything negative, it would be how longwinded ARR is. I mean, its not bad by any means, but I can see how someone could be turned off by this huge storyblock. Worst of all is, after you hit 50 and reach the end of ARR’s story line, there are 80 quests before you can even start with Heavensward. Since everyone keeps going on about how great it is, it’s kind of annoying how long you have to work to even get to it. In retrospect, it kinda makes sense though. These quests are meant to be played over months and months throughout a update cycle and bridge the narrative gap between one storyblock and the next, but holy fucking shit why did it have to be THAT long. They even cut like 20 of the quests from this already insanely long quest line. What the fuck. This is supposed to be an epilogue to ARR and it feels like I played a whole fucking JRPG in between ARR and Heavensward. Oh well. Thankfully, they learned from this and made the post-story blocks shorter.
I will just say that I can recommend this game. You should give it a try. Just... try not to drop the game before it gets really, really good.

SLEEPOVER☆CHAOS
In which my mastersona, Seihai-kun; joins Gudako and Mash for one heck of a fun sleepover!!!
Secrets and hidden emotions are finally exposed! ;)
(naw i just like sleepovers)
Cold, billowing gusts of snow rattled against the glistening window panes; as the mundane, clinically white halls of Chaldea sparkled like brand-new.
Yes.
For the first time in ages, Seihai had volunteered to assist with the cleaning!!
'Well, it was either to help with clean-up or join the servants for a session of group counselling with Kiara...' The mere idea of pouring their heart out to their fellow allies made a cold shiver run down Seihai's spine.
No way in hell did they want to let others know about their inner demons; especially not when he was also attending today's session. To Seihai, that was akin to a recipe for disaster.
And in addition to that, Kiara was eerily perceptive as a counsellor. It'd be IMPOSSIBLE to hide anything from her. Seihai had seen how even Gudako's cheery outer self faltered before Kiara's intelligent wiles.
'It's much more relaxing to clean the place instead.' Resting their vibrant red cornrows onto one of the latest prototype model of the Chaldea Speedmop 2000 (nightingale had an entire stock of them in order to keep chaldea as clean as possible), they sighed.
Life had been a real struggle as of late for Seihai. Lacerating wounds. Ferocious beasts. Storylines bursting at the seams with treachery and Machiavellianism. In other words, the missions were hell. It was tough- unbearable even- to carry on, to keep on pushing forward like Gudako, Mash, the Staff and Servants were; but deep down, Seihai knew that they had no choice but to follow ahead.
However, it grew. A festering, deep pool of regret; self-abasement and shame. Was it really alright for Seihai to be here? Weren't they just a nuisance? Were they even worthy? Did anybody at Chaldea even care about them, anyway? Who could they open up around?
As a horrendous deluge of negative self-talk smashed into Seihai with all the force of a tidal wave; encasing them within a moment of anxiety so painful that they felt as if they were about to drown- a miracle occurred.
'TAP TAP!!!!' Tapping them ferociously on the shoulder, Seihai leapt out of their very skin to face such an intrusive force. "H-HOLY SHIT WHAT THE FUCK- oh, Gudako."
"What do you mean by 'oh Gudako'?!! It's none other than me, Gudako; your beloved homie and most trusted ally!! I was looking for you. Kiara was disappointed that you couldn't make it to counselling today. Told me that she's happy to meet you one-on-one, if you got some extra time." Gudako all but winked, as her golden eyes glimmered mischievously.
'You little shit,' Seihai couldn't help but laugh at that. "Alright, I'll visit her tomorrow. How was the group therapy?"
"Oh, it was awesome! We all had a good laugh, shared our stories and gave each other some support." Gudako was more or less beaming with joy. "It's so nice here, in Chaldea. Everyone's so supportive of one another. There's no shame here, Seihai. I hope you know that."
"Haha, of course I do!" An itchy, aching laugh that was even faker than the fakest of plastics erupted from Seihai's throat. Well fuck, looks like their skills at faking had subsided greatly as of late.
'Oh shit...she's onto me..' Seihai recognized that expression clearly. Gudako's eyes were wide, almost brimming with tears, as her eyebrows arched incredulously.
That only meant one thing- she was finally onto Seihai's bullshit.
"Hey, Seihai. If something's up, tell me! You always listen to me ramble on and on about all of my feelings too. Let it out!" Gudako gives Seihai a friendly shake of the shoulders. "AH!!!!"
"Oh lord, Gudako. What's happened now?" Seihai guffawed softly at Gudako's vibrant pose. "You got a new idea? C'mon let it out!"
"Oi, you're the one who needs to let things out more!!! I am doing perfectly fine, thank you. Well anyway. Seihai?"
"Come with us. Join us on our sleepover tonight. Let's chat, just like old times. You, Mash and I. How does that sound?" Gudako's expression was apprehensive, linking her palms together. "I want to help. If that's okay with you..."
'SHIT, I'M WEAK TO SLEEPOVERS!!! DAMNIT!!' There was something so precious, so special about being privy to the personal thoughts and opinions of others; that Seihai was infinitely weak towards. And a sleepover with Mash and Gudako? Lucky!
Seihai instantly looped their ebony hands with Gudako's scarred palms. "Look, I'm going. You better bring some popcorn and snacks, or I'll drain your room of food, Gudako!" Seihai's joke brought a smile to Gudako's face immediately.
"Hell yeah! I'll see you at 10. You better not flake on me!"
Gudako was most certainly one of the most beloved homies around.
SLEEPOVER TIME!!! (yeet)
Decked in the most casual pyjamas and a pale gray dressing gown, Seihai trooped into Gudako's room with all the force of a warrior. It was time to commence battle!
'ONWARDS I GO!!! YOU'VE GOT THIS ME!!!' Seihai slammed into the door as bravely as they possibly could. 'YEAH BOI! I AM NOT NERVOUS, I AM WORTHY AND AWESOME! I am valid, I've got this!' With an entire array of self-affirmations tucked under their sleeves, they boldly seized their targets.
"Yahoo, beautiful ladies. It's me." Seihai posed languidly, as an excited Mash and ridiculously energetic Gudako ran up to her. "Wow, this is my first time here...nice room you've got, Gudako."
Gudako's room was filled with an array of posters, dvds, cds and technological gear; however neon lights also paraded the walls, giving it a very 'cyber beach party' feel.
"Oh damn, the finest one of them all has arrived." Gudako smirked, swaying from side to side. "I'm glad you came."
"Me too...Senpai was yammering on and on about how she wants you to join in with us more often," Mashu beamed softly, tucking her hands politely behind her back. "Thank you for making it here. Truly. I am very grateful for this."
At this, Seihai's eyes widened with shock. They were so used to being alone; and dealing with everything on their lonesome. So to see these two seem so joyful by their mere arrival came as a deep surprise to Seihai. 'Y-yo...I can't handle this...Shit.' It was time to clam up.
Awkwardly ruffling ruby red locks of hair, Seihai turned to the side. "Don't worry about it, I think you two are great people. So...what have you both got planned for today?"
"Well, senpai and I usually tend to enjoy a good romance movie..." Mash began.
"...And imagine ourselves in their situation as well." Gudako's grin was enormous, as Mash's cheeks flushed ever so slightly. "It's so much fun when we do that. Mash and I have very interesting viewpoints on romance. Hehe." Gudako's expression was wistful and warm, her eyes filled with affection.
'Damn, they've got it bad for one another...' Seihai blankly mused. 'Are they just close friends? Are they in love? Hell if I know,' They wondered.
"B-but, as you're here, we wanted to make things much more simulating for you as well. So we decided to choose a legendary movie..."
"... that's named SHREK." Gudako's face was extremely serious. "The movie that fucking destroys all other movies, because it is just that darn good. What do you say? Want some SHREK TIME??"
"Of course, Shrek is love AND life, after all." Grabbing a huge bowl of popcorn, Seihai sits to the right of Mash and Gudako. "How may times have you watched it?"
"I've genuinely lost count..." Gudako sighed. "How about you, Mash?"
"Only twice...I don't really understand the jokes and references made..." Mash hung her head dejectedly. "Sometimes I wonder if these movies are wasted on me."
"That's not true at all, Mash. I have all the time in the world to explain them to you. You won't be left out, alright?" Ruffling Mash's hair softly, Gudako smiled blissfully.
"Senpai...Thank you. In return, I shall explain all sorts of magecraft theories to you so that you can rise above all of the clock tower mages. I'll be cheering you on!"
"Aah, Mash; what have I done to deserve someone as good as you? C'mere." They were now snuggling closely together.
"Yep, Mash! You heard Gudako. This movie isn't wasted on you at all! All knowledge has to start from somewhere. You may be lost now, but you'll eventually possess enough referential knowledge to enjoy this soon. Be nicer to yourself, okay?" Ah, there it was. Seihai couldn't help but throw out some positive vibes. Worried that they had gone too far, they cringed- only to be met with wide smiles.
"You're so right, Seihai!" Gudako was now caressing Mash's hair. "Hehe, you always give such wise advice."
"Seihai, you're so kind...Thanks." Mash grinned.
"Ah, no problemo! Just didn't want to see you hurt yourself."
As Seihai quietly watched over the two's warm cuddling session, a slight pain twanged at their heartstrings.
In Chaldea, they had no connections as close as that. There was nobody like that for them, whose arms they could be held in; who they could bond with so closely. Nobody who they could cry with in the worst of times; nobody who they could while away the darkest phases of night with...nobody at all.
It had always been them, and them alone.
No matter how many people they connected to on a surface level; how many people they met and spoke to; who they relied upon and trusted within their lifetime- Seihai had never experienced a close bond with anyone.
For the first time in a while, the arid, bitter taste of jealousy clawed across their throat.
'Ah man, they're so cute. Kinda wish I could love and be loved like that too.' Seihai silently watched the movie besides them, as blue rays of light danced upon their face. 'Damn, now I'm mixed between feeling both happy and jealous for them. GUHHHH!!!'
Sometimes... being emotionally distant from others sucked.
But they couldn't let desperation consume them. Whenever they were desperate for friendship and love, they'd let the wrong people in, and would end up even more battered and bruised than before...
'I just gotta keep on being my own pillar of emotional support, no matter how desperate I am for some hugs.' Seihai sighed.
'If this is the price I have to pay to live honorably to my true self, than so be it.'
"So...Mash, Seihai. Let's share some secrets. Have any of you got somebody who you like? Fess up to your dear Gudako!!!"
What was once an extremely loud and rancorous viewing of Shrek (Seihai laughed throughout the entire thing, as Gudako cracked an inane amount of jokes) had now become none other than a GOSSIP SESSION.
'FUCK...' Seihai's face paled at this. Of all the topics to discuss, why did it have to be this??? Whilst Seihai's face was creased up with pure pain and terror, Mash was blushing like a cute tomato.
"W-well senpai, I...You see, I..." Gudako was leaning in so closely towards Mash that she was bordering on pinning her to the wall.
"Hmm, what? What is it, Mash?" Her voice was a husky whisper. "C'mon, tell me who..."
'Bruh. GUDAKO!!! That's not helping at all.' Seihai wanted to facepalm at their antics. 'They really are this dense to each other's feelings, huh.' It was adorable, yet somewhat amusing to watch as well.
"A-AH! I GIVE, I GIVE!!" Pushing Gudako to the side, Mash panted in agony. "S-SEIHAI! WHO DO YOU LIKE??"
"OI, DON'T THROW ME UNDER THE BUS LIKE THAT! WHAT THE HELL!!!" Seihai couldn't help but yell, as a dastardly cold wind dashed through their spinal cord. "Fuck, well okay, there is somebody I like, but..."
"Spear."
'Shit...' Seihai's eyes were as large as saucers, as they spun in Gudako's direction; her smirk pernicious.
Did Gudako KNOW?!
"Looks like Seihai's in a spear of trouble." Gudako winked proudly at them. "Mash, save Seihai the embarrassment. We all know who they like already!"
"T-that's true..." Mash had finally calmed down, much to Seihai's own chagrin. "Yes, we do know."
"How? I mean, should I be worried by this??? How many of you know??" Seihai's arms pooled with cold sweat. "Damn you!"
"More or less the entirety of Chaldea?" Gudako admitted, chowing nonchalantly on a massive pocky stick. "You're not very good at hiding your emotions, you know. Seihai, we in Chaldea understand you much more than you may realize. You can open up a little more, you know?"
Overwhelmed by this, Seihai snaps for the very first time- their hazel eyes burning with repressed rage. "How can you say that, damnit?! How can you understand me, when I mainly hang out alone; when I can barely connect with anybody in Chaldea; when I don't even fucking belong in this damned place??? How can you say that, when I have a fucking useless one sided affection that I've been trying to hide, but everybody now knows of??? How can you say that Gudako??? You don't know shit about me, nor my feelings!!"
At this outburst, both Gudako and Mash's faces soured. Roughly gripping Seihai with her war-torn hands, Gudako shakes them by the shoulders, her golden eyes burning with passion.
"You don't think I see it, Seihai? How you fucking pour out all of your feelings by accident, only to withdraw back into yourself again? How you look longingly over at Mash and I, craving a bond of your own? How you reluctantly look over towards staff and servants, aching to talk to them but not knowing what to do? You don't think I see you crying, see your eyes fill with affection for a certain someone every now and then; that I don't pay attention to your feelings?!! I CARE FOR YOU, FOR FUCK'S SAKE!!! WE'RE FRIENDS, AREN'T WE?!!!"
"S-senpai, stop! Seihai, I'm so sorry, Gudako just gets a bit...well, passionate sometimes." Mash manages to successfully pull Gudako back. "Err, Seihai?"
Tears. A flowing river of tears dropped from Seihai's eyes as they sobbed quietly into their palms.
Gudako cared?
Somebody actually did acknowledge their emotions, and actually looked out for them?
'What, what...It can't be...But I thought that only I could care for myself and understand my emotions that well...How could she?' Before Seihai could even look up, Gudako had wrapped them within a fierce hug.
"Seihai. Look, I don't know what's happened in your past, or what's convinced you to be your sole caretaker and self-support system without letting anybody else in." Gudako ruffles their hair. "But I want you to know, that you're NOT alone. Yeah, maybe you've not found your close homies yet. But Mash and I are happy to hear you out, we all are!! Even the person you like sees you as a friend, hehe. You don't have to worry about hiding yourself behind a mask of peerless positivity and self confidence anymore."
"Gudako..."
"You know, you were there for me when I was crying about having to be strong. And you know, I struggled to open up as well. But yeah, Mash...well she came along, and now I feel so much better! Look, I just want you to not beat yourself up for this. It's okay."
"Gudako, you're gonna make me cry. Damn, you're really hitting me in the feels today. I got a real case of the 'crying in the club at 3am vibes' right now."
"Oi, no making shitty jokes to cope. Here, we show our vulnerability like real warriors!" Gudako declared triumphantly, as Mash laughs.
"Gudako, I swear...you really are a wonderful homie. I'm sorry that I tried to hide away from you...I am so grateful that you care enough to seek me out like this. Thank you."
"H-HOLY SHIT, WE CRACKED OPEN THE COLD ONE. MASH TAKE A PHOTO!"
"Senpai, please stop the joking."
"S-sorry..."
"I'm glad," Mash also sat by Seihai's side. "I just want all of us to be happy. And Seihai, I am sure there are many wonderful beings out there that you may eventually grow close to! You already believe in yourself, which is a great start! I know you won't have to be so lonely anymore!" Lacing her palms together, Mash spoke a prayer. "I wish that someday, you will meet people too. And that you'll stop fighting alone."
"Mash, you're gonna make me explode with tears. You're being so nice right now that I'm going to cry." Seihai blushed.
"You heard her, Mash! Why are you so damn cute, I'm falling in love!!" Gudako was clutching her heart dramatically. "Ahhh....Mash is such a beauty!!! Thank you, for blessing me with such a wonderful person!"
"S-SENPAI!!! STOP!!!" As the two began to pillow fight, laughing all the while; Seihai smiled softly at them both.
'So I'm not fighting alone after all...I'm not the only person who values myself in this world anymore...' Seihai could finally put down the weapons that they had grown so used to aggressively defending themselves with.
From now on, they'd do their best to trust in Chaldea more. And maybe attend group therapy from now on, as well.
'So this is how it feels to open up to people.'
It was an unforgettable sensation.
THE END
holy smokes this is so fucking LONG

Inquisition OC as a Companion
Tumblr media
I’ve already made a post about some stuff about Holly, but I love the format @little-lightning-lavellan made, and it really made me think. The picture is my best attempt at making her on artbreeder.
You have selected Holly Trevelyan to join your party!
Race: Human
Gender: Female
Class: Mage
Specialization: Rift mage
Background:
Holly Trevelyan is the second youngest of seven children born to Bann and Lady Trevelyan. Born in 9:12 Dragon, she is also the only mage of the family. She came into her magic when she was 12, and thus spent most of her life in the Circle. Due to the more lax nature of the Ostwick Circle, and her being from a noble family, she was able to regularly send and receive letters. The only person she ever really got letters from is her younger sibling. This caused them to be incredibly close despite the distance.
In her early years she spent most of her time studying healing magic in hopes it would help let her get out of the circle. After lots of discouragement, she ended up giving up on that dream. Instead she focused her studies on storm based magic, as she had always found rain and thunder comforting.
After reading several books, and hearing several accounts as to how much more advanced Tevinter magic could be in certain areas, she had a new goal. She decided to try to harness electrical based magic so that it could be used as an energy source. This path has led to her becoming one of the most powerful storm based mages in Thedas.
When the talks of rebellion began, she was a part of them. She hated being cooped up all the time, and she had heard horror stories of how other mages were treated. When the rebellion began, she was not so involved. She was horrified by the levels of wrathful violence some of her peers employed. She spent a lot of time helping people escape. When she herself did, she knew that the entirety of the rebellion could not be like that, and she seriously considered joining them. Instead she decided to go find her younger sibling. That choice only solidified when she heard of what happened to the Conclave.
She becomes a rift mage because that is what either a. Killed her sibling or b. Almost killed them.
Dragon Age: Inquisition
She arrives in Haven shortly before the party leaves to address the Chantry in Val Royeaux. She shows up not to necessarily join the Inquisition, but in an attempt to find out what happened to her sibling. She can be found just outside the gates near the stables arguing with Cullen, demanding information.
If the Inquisitor is human, and thus her sibling, the conversation to recruit her flows a lot more smoothly. She will then ask to be part of the Inquisition, saying she damn near had a heart attack when she thought they had died, and that they had been apart for far, far too long. If she is refused, the Inquisitor will tell her to go home. There will be a war table mission to ensure she gets there safely. If she is accepted, she rises through the ranks rather quickly due to her skill. Solas will accuse the Inquisitor of nepotism.
If the inquisitor is not human, she will get emtional, wanting to know where her sibling is. She will demand to join the Inquisition to get justice for her fallen sibling. If denied, she will join the rebel mages instead. If they are sided with, she will technically be part of the Inquisition, but not as a companion. If not, she discovers Dorian, gives him what info she has, and flees. If she is accepted, there will be a war table mission to find her sibling’s remains or something they had on them.
In Haven, she can be found near the Inquisitor’s cabin. In Skyhold she can be found in one of the unused towers near Cullen’s office. It will have fancy looking equipment for her experiments.
She can be used to gather rebel mage support.
Approval and Romance
As they are siblings, human Inquisitors will have an easier time gaining approval, but for certain situations, they will face greater disapproval than non-humans. For example, non-humans will get “Holly disapproves” if they conscript the mages instead of treating them as allies, but humans will get “Holly greatly disapproves.”
When it comes to the big decisions, like what to do with the Wardens, who goes into the Well of Sorrows, etc. She tends to take in all of the “what ifs?” and bases her own opinions on that rather than her own morals. She may not like a decision, but if she thinks it will ultimately have the best out come, that is the one she goes with.
She likes to view most things from every angle she can. She prefers more merciful forms of justice, and can tend to be very forgiving. She likes it when the Inquisitor tries their best to understand others, while not necessarily condoning their actions. She likes it when they help those in need, though not as much as Cole does.
She can only be romanced by non human Inquisitors for obvious reasons, and she can be romanced by both men and women. If neither she or Cullen are romanced, they will end up in a relationship together. Instead of having a big romance scene, at high levels of approval, human Inquisitors will get an emotional scene where she tells them just how much she was worried about them.
Her personal quest involves her closest friend from the Circle. He sends her a letter telling her that he alive, and would love to catch up. It turns out to be a ploy, as he betrays her. He can be killed or talked down and shown mercy.
Her romance quest involves taking her to a few different locations throughout Orlais and Ferelden.
Trespasser
High Approval: She stayed with the Inquisition over the last to years as their advisor on matters of the Arcane. She presents them a unique weapon she had been working on in free time. Romance does not change this.
Low Approval if Cullen was romanced: She spent the last two years traveling. Seeing the world she never could see before. She helps and sends word back to the Inquisition when need be.
Low Approval if Cullen was not romanced: She remains with the Inquisition, helping where she can. She spends a lot of time helping Cullen figure out how to best utilize the mages.
Post trespasser: She spends much of her time working, and when she is able to get a working prototype she presents it to whatever Mage authority there is, and gets funding. It helps propel mages into good opinion. Details about her relationship are shared.

Advisor and Companion comments
Blackwall: “She’s very dedicated and has a good heart. She’s what people should think of when they hear “mage.””
Cassandra: “She is very dedicated to the cause, though I worry she might set fire to Skyhold with one of her... experiments.”

Dorian: “You don’t find many people so open to new ideas, or people that are that accepting. She is excellent company.”
Iron Bull: “She’s different from the other mages. Too entrenched in her work to boast about it. Way more practical. I have a lot of respect for what she’s trying to do.”
Josephine: “Though I wish we could make better use of her noble ties. She is invaluable, and holds great conversations.”
Leliana: “It’s not often you meet someone who has truly nothing to hide.”
Sera: “I dunno. She makes too much sense for a mage, ya know? At least she’s pretty.”
Solas: “Holly? Ah. We don’t particularly get along, but I approve of what she is trying to do, and has accomplished.”
Varric: “You wouldn’t guess it, but Bookworm is just as good in battle as she is in that tower of hers. Thank the maker it takes a lot to piss her off. I don’t want to be on the receiving end of one of her lightning bolts.”
Vivienne: “I’ll be honest, I do not agree with her on everything, but at least she is loyal. Her work ethic is to be admired as well. She dresses rather simply though.”
Trivia
At first, everyone thinks Holly is the nickname Varric gave her. It doesn’t match her personality.
While she may not believe Dorian about the time magic, she immediately believes him and Felix about the Venatori. She had heard rumors about them before the events of Hushed Whispers, but nothing concrete enough to tell anyone.
Her relationship with Cullen starts with him asking her if she can soothe headaches. She has somewhat of a reputation for her healing magic, even if she doesn’t use it much.
She is an excellent singer.
Like Solas and Varric, she acts like a parent towards Cole.
If the Inquisitor is a human man who romances Dorian, she’ll tease him for having a type.
