Go Back on This When You’re Trying to Improve Your Life
Ask Yourself These Questions:
what am I focused on improving?
why did I decide to focus on this area of my life?
how badly do I want to improve this part of myself?
am I willing to be consistent with this change?
Journal all of these questions out. Answer with full sentences and make sure you’re fully understanding your desire to change. Form a routine from these questions and follow it consistently for three months minimum.
Things You Can Improve On
Language. Are you planning on traveling or understanding the language of the people around you?
Behavior. Are you wanting to be seen in a different light? Do you think you display an awkwardness you don’t necessarily like? Are you finding yourself in a more feminine or masculine energy? Is that what you want?
Body. Are you comfortable with your temple? The skin that holds you all together? The organs that form your curves? Do you want to change anything?
Education. Are you curious about anything? Have you been reading up on it? Do you know dates, times, recipes, etc?
Dress. Are you representing who you are, the way that you want to be displayed? Do you like the way you dress? What can you do to feel more like yourself? Do you like to feel put-together?
Communication. Do you have trouble talking to others and setting boundaries? How often do you talk about yourself in conversations? How often do you let others talk about themselves? How often do you reciprocate actions?
Health. Are you eating correctly? Do you feel energized or bloated after eating? How often do you eat fresh greens? How can you keep a healthy gut?

Hello beautiful humans, I wanted to share my morning and evening routine with you guys. I hope that it will inspire and motivate you! 💗 The times I wrote down are not an accurate, but more of an estimate that will differ depending on the day. My wake up and sleep time are goals for me at the moment. I want to get back into a good sleep rhythm before starting school (in less than a week).

6.35 Wake up and drink a glass of water.
6.40 Do either some calming yoga or meditate.
7.00 Make my bed.
7.10 Put on my my outfit.
7.15 Brushing my teeth, doing skincare and hair.
7.40 Journaling.
7.45 Check agenda, make to do list and planning.
7.55 Make breakfast and eat.
8.15 Go to school.
For this plan I took maximum time for everything. Because of this I will often be ready way before 8.15. During the remaining time on school days I will study, this can either be for school or for my own hobbies <3

20.30 Clean my room.
20.40 Pack bag for tomorrow (if needed).
20.45 Pick out clothes for tomorrow.

21.10 Brush my teeth, do skincare and put my hair in a protective hairstyle.
21.20 (Optional) Meditate or some calming yoga.
21.40 (Optional) Read.
There is no clear time to be in bed in my evening routine. I have some very bed sleeping problems that I'm trying to get rid of by using some good routines, the goal is to get sleepy enough to go to sleep between 21.30 and 22.00. My intention is to start trying to sleep at 22.00 even if i don't feel sleepy. Since I'm still trying to get into a rhythm and don't know my ideal sleep time, my bed time may change.

Episode #01 / ??
Is life fucking you with a cactus? Do you not know where the fuck to start with getting your shit together? Join the club. I've failed probably a hundred different types of challenges and life transformations. Doing so has taught me exactly how to get my shit together over the years.
The tasks are random and customized to my personal experiences, you can add or remove whatever doesn't fit your lifestyle. I have added detailed instructions or links for those that need help with knowing exactly what to do. There is no "Start date" or "end date" you just do what tasks fit into your lifestyle. These things don't even have to be done on the same day.
TASK LIST #001:
-> Clean The Kitchen Sink & Counters: Wash any dishes or place them in the dishwasher, get a rag or sponge & a toothbrush you don't need, take dish soap or disinfectant multi-surface cleaner (i used pine sol) and scrub the sink. Take the toothbrush and get any small areas (especially behind the sink and faucet) with it. Rinse the rag and wipe it down. Remove any trash / random items from the counters and use a rag with soap to wipe down. Try to get underneath the microwave/whatever else if you can. Any items that were on the counters, find a home for them or place them back on the counter where they belong.
-> At-Home Gel / Polish / Whatever Pedicure : Go on youtube or tiktok and find the instructions for whatever supplies you have.
-> Clean your bathroom drawers and counters: Start with the counter, remove anything unnecessary and throw away any trash. Use a spray cleaner or disinfectant cleaner and a rag/sponge. Scrub the grime off from the sink and use the toothbrush you had earlier to get any nitty gritty areas. Then, open your bathroom drawers and have a small bag (grocery bag, trash bag) near. Look at each item and decide whether you need/want it or not. Throw anything that is expired away, find a place for everything that makes sense. You can optionally wipe the inside of the drawers with disinfectant if you'd like.
-> Buy floss / floss picks / water flosser and place it somewhere VISIBLE . Floss before you brush your teeth that night.
-> Create a Meal Plan / Grocery Plan: Look on youtube, tiktok, or whatever you'd like and find some easy meals you know you can reliably make and eat even on a bad day. When you go grocery shopping, make sure to have at least two kinds of fruit, some veggies, and something that is insanely easy to eat. I have frozen burritos in my fridge right now, they may not be the "healthiest" but it doesn't matter. Start the change today not tomorrow and keep that mindset in your head. It doesn't matter if the change is literally just that you ate an apple today. Make that change now.

the secret to become your highest self, to heal, to actually grow and to improve as a person is just FUCKING TAKING ACTION. no one is going to save you, no one is going to help you making friends, no one is going to love you how you want and need to be loved, no one is going to improve your grades… but you can. start doing it now, start working towards yourself and don’t put any excuses because there aren’t. this is something under YOUR control, so be responsible and sensible about this.

The day has come where I have finally accepted spending all day every day on my phone is probably killing my eyesight even more than genetics already was. Not to mention my mental health.
So, I’ve made a list of activities to do off technology that I’m going to try to do at least 2 of every day. There’s a fair chance more will come up but I’m not pushing it with expectations considering right now I’m doing zero of these most days.
♡ Read a chapter of a book
♡ Colour a colouring page
♡ Clean my room (or at least part of it)
♡ Do a puzzle
♡ Draw something
♡ Do a craft
♡ Write in my journal
♡ Paint something
♡ Practice writing in German or French
♡ Build a Lego set
♡ Do a chore I’ve been procrastinating
This is just a few things I thought of immediately but I will also count any other screenless activities if they come up. This list is just a few ideas to start off with if I don’t know what to do.

Just back from my first punk show and man it was so much fun 😭 I was apart of the mosh pit and everything, it was amazing! And even though I knew no one there because I’m both new to town and new to the scene, there still was a great vibe there. I’m definitely going to go to more shows like this because it was funner than any stadium concert I’ve been to lol
Btw going to something like this was a huge step for me in my healing journey because I have an intense fear of going to places by myself and I did it! I actually went to an event all by myself!!! YIPPIEEEEE!!!! And I’ll still have to fight through a lot more anxiety to actually make friends in the scene, but that was the first BIG step for me so I’m proud of myself :3

My 2025 project: path to my best self.
Habit 1:
• Wake up early
Getting out of bed is one of the things that I struggle with the most after I finished my studies, I’m usually an early riser and I never loop my alarms but since I started my internship I’ve been pushing that wake up alarm until I have to run around and start my morning all stressed.

So this month I will try to not only wake up early but also get out of bed as soon as I wake up.
The moment I make this habit stick I’ll write another post on how I did it and how I felt during this month.

What you can outside the internet
With no or almost no money for entertainment:
Mancala: Search Mancala Rules and how the game looks online dig some small holes on the ground or instead of holes draw circles on paper get some small stones or other small stuff and that's an easy 2 player game
Diy Bowling: get a couple of empty bottles you can take from a recycle bin if you have non fill with sand and throw a ball in that direction and call a couple of friends
Library: they don't only have books but some have free movies free computers comics or free events check them out!
Park
Make Belive: you can play pretend almost anywhere in the world with enough imagination you can pick up some sticks to add extra stuff or use building as part of the story if you get kicked out make it a part of it and move to a diffarant location! With some time and diy you can even make extra props look online for advice!!
The Apricot Pit Game: It's a game where you dry naturaly apricot seeds (after you finish the fruit) and try to throw them to score the most point into a predetermined area harder to throw more point for example you can cut holes in a shoebox and the hardest to score is more points or from farther away etc etc
Meeting at a friend place
Free art galleries schools may have more of those made by the students
Diy arts and crafts when your about to throw away something if you think it cam make a nice craft save it for later to have extra metirials to have fun with don't save all to not start accidently hoarding stuff but yes some an empty cardboard box can make a nice fairy house with some colors as I say
Planting stuff many ppl eat fruits and veggies that have seed when you finish you can plant some and see how it goes maybe search tutorials online and use the water from outside to not higher the water bill
Water Fight: if there's any hoes or chip balloons or even bowls you can fill with water you can start throwing water at each other good for a hot fay
Snowball fight: if you have opposite weather
Sand castle: If you have any sand near ya you can get some water maybe some spoons or even just your hand and start building sand castles aren't just for beaches they can be made anywhere there's sand
Going for a walk and following a random safe animal see where it goes maybe it will interact with you too ^^
Draw: if you have some paper and a pencil or even your finger and sand you can do that you can even look outside for inspiration and draw in the street
free outdoor games search that phrase online you will find there's more than you think!
Go visit ikea play pretend there or hide and seek the place is huge and cool
Invent games look at what you own what's near your home and do stuff inspired by it! Just keep it safe
Go visit a mall try on some clothes as you would play dress up with buying non or explore teh area
Search free event near me just eat beforehand cause the food is probably not cheap to cover it
You have old clothes your not happy with or don't fit you anymore make them into something new! If a jacket gloves crop top tank top doll clothes pillow case new bag whatever you pls! It's free fabric now same with old bedsheets or curtains your about to change if you want even more free fabric tell your friends taht if they are about to throw away clothes pls give them to you!
Ask for specific birthday gifts many ppl want to start hobbies they can afford or go on a specific adventure but sometimes if you ask for your birthday from a bunch of ppl to come togather fir the same gift you may be able to have it!
Picnic: if everyone brings a bit from home you can have something fun togather!
And there are many more! Just search the internet and use your imagination!
Humans are not ment to be trapped inside a digital world at all times so let's change it!
By letting ppl know they have options to live outside of it too!!!
