i think this is a fun question i like to think about in regards to a lot of the members, like obviously all of them play into the parasocial kpop boyfriend bit to varying degrees but i feel like with some of them you actually see a lot of their real personalities, like imo mark, taeyong and ten. they’re obviously guarded about their personal lives but i feel like i’ve got a good grasp of their personalities still.

imo jeno is the other sort i can’t really place, just like jaehyun, taeil and winwin. they seem a lot more intentional with what they put out there about themselves and i feel like they have a good grasp of their separation between their personal and idol lives. any of them could be up to anything in their personal time and i probably wouldn’t guess it lol. i’ll say as far as jeno goes i think he’s probably a lot more normal and boring than we’d think. probably on his computer a whole lot and games lmfao

one person that keeps surprising me is renjun! imo he’s always felt mysterious, guarded and introverted but so many times i’ve watched nct dream content and been surprised by how (seemingly) real he can get.

I’m actually really pleased by the normal messages I am getting abt this so I’m glad I asked bc sometimes I feel so out of place within the kpop realm like god damn these fans are fucking weird…..(says the fanfic writer).

I’m actually really happy Jeno is not like that. like yes I’m curious about who he is as a person but also I don’t know him so why does it matter…. I fell in love with watching on perform on stage and that is still why I love and enjoy his existence.

I think Renjun is one of my fav idols ever bc it’s too rare to see any of them stand up for themselves(and they should bc clearly their useless companies will not). The NASA AU shouldn't really exist because I have SO many other fic ideas in the queue that have been waiting a lot longer to be written (and also I was on a deadline for a lifeguard AU that we can all clearly see I did not meet...) but I had this vision of what turned out to be the final scene of the fic and I could not get it out of my head. It was keeping me up at night. It was distracting me at work. Something had to be done. So I banged it out in a week and then I sent it to @aigoos because I don't usually like posting fics I've only spent a week on but this was an emergency damnit!

Margo had been pleasantly surprised by her latest cage. It was larger than her previous office at Roscosmos, and certainly bigger than the box she'd worked and lived in during her first few years at NASA. Like Sergei's office, the bookshelves were made from cherry wood and the desk was broad, perfectly suited to working problems and solutions. The window overlooked the courtyard and Margo had spent a part of the afternoon cradling a cup of coffee and just watching the ever-falling snow. She recalled Javi's first snowfall – the handful of flakes were like a Christmas miracle to him. Margo considered, for a moment, how Graciana would respond to all this snow. Her mind immediately clamped shut on that line of thought. She would never be able to bring Aleida and her family here. It wasn't safe.

when it comes to dating he really tries to "live up" and "earn" the attention of his boyfriend. like man pulls out some connections to get Stone into a NASA base so he can fuck around with the big, powerful telescopes and look at the stars closer. he programms a little robot to bring Sarabi flowers and recite him poetry that reader wrote (it might not be good poetry but reader tried). and idk about Kali.... reader just straight up builds him a mech or something. reader is trying hard to get the love and attention of these big men and even if reader is tall he's still shorter than the guys so i imagine reader craning his head up while your ocs shadows just.... cover him entirely.

They'd love their loser boyfriend, though they wouldn't classify him as a loser.

Stone doesn't mind that you haven't been in a relationship before him despite being in your thirties, the man's in the same boat. He doesn't know how to flirt, no idea what he's doing. But at least you're both inexperienced together. Definitely planning to propose if you manage to get him into a NASA base so he can look at all the telescopes.

Sarabi finds you cute, absolutely in love with the poetry your robot recites. Does he care if it's not good poetry? No, he does not care. He loves it all the same. And the flowers. The flowers would make him seek you out so he can pepper your face with kisses.

Kali would help you improve on your flirting, if you were insecure about it and wanted to improve. Otherwise, he's also fine with your inexperience of flirting. Finds it endearing, because we all start somewhere. He'll admit that he's not well-verse in mechanical projects, he understands advanced technology due to his job, but this man prefers nature and doing field work (Kali is thinking of becoming a horse rancher when he retires). Such an odd combination you two make, a tech person and a cowboy, but you two make it work. Would still adore whatever little project you made him and he'd love to watch you work, man loves watching people's movements and seeing how they do things.

It was well past midnight when John walked through the door of his apartment. A long day of coding complex rocketry systems for Brains had left him drained, and the stress of the day crunched his shoulders tight. As he slipped off his shoes, he stifled a yawn and walked into the lounge room. All of the lights were off, save a sliver of warmth from the bathroom.

The coffee table had papers scattered around it, half-translated pages and pages scrawled with red pen edits. John tiptoed into the kitchen to leave his coffee cup on the sink. John’s heart clenched. He’d shared this apartment with Alé and Rin for three years. He wasn’t sure that he wanted to leave for a tiny island in the Pacific. 

He sighed. Someone had gone and stuck a piece of paper on the fridge with a tacky NASA magnet, the note adorned with scribbled hearts letting John know there was food saved in the fridge for him if he wanted it. John smiled. He appreciated the effort, but the exhaustion tingling all over his body left no room for food.

John yawned. He chucked his satchel bag on the lounge, and groaned quietly when it pulled the draped weighted blanket down with it. He stared for a moment before deciding he was too tired to care, and threw his coat on top of the pile, too. 

The soft sound of feet on the floor caught John’s attention. Alé yawned in the halfway opening, rubbing their eyes. Their curly hair was tousled with sleep, a sloppy smile on their face as they walked towards John.

John frowned. “Sorry, Alé, I didn’t mean to wake you.”

Alé slipped their hand into his. “Nah, John. Just glad you're home” 

The tension in John’s shoulders loosened. He wrapped his free arm around Alé’s waist, and pulled them into a hug. “Missed you,” John said and kissed Alé’s cheek. 

“Missed you, too darling,” They said, and nestled into John’s chest. Their black shirt hung loose around their shoulders, well below their waist. It was hard to tell in the dark of the lounge room, but John was fairly sure the shirt used to belong to him. 

Alé pulled back. “Didn’t see you this morning.”

“You were both still sleeping.”

“You could’ve woke us up, y'know. We wouldn't have minded.”

“Mm. Well, you deserved to sleep.”

“You're sweet.” Alé kissed John’s forehead. “You do, too.” 

John hummed. He cushioned his head on top of Alé’s bleach-blond hair, sleep pulling John closer and lulling him with the gentle sound of the dishwasher churning away.

“Time for bed, John?”

“Yeah,” he said, but didn’t move.

Alé managed to gently extract themself from John’s grip, and kissed his jaw. “Wonder if Rin woke up.” They tugged him down the hallway. 

“Probably not,” John said. “You know it takes a lot to wake her up.”

“Well, she’ll want to say goodnight to you, so we can wake her up,” they chuckled.

Alé tugged John into the dark room, where the large queen bed was tucked beneath the window. Rin and Alé’s clothes were strewn on the floor, and the lingering smell of sex clung to the small room’s edges. John had no interest in it himself, but he had no issues with Rin and Alé having sex whilst he wasn’t around. 

Whatever self-consciousness he used to hold about his asexuality had been alleviated early on in their relationship. John hadn’t wanted his partners to feel like he was stopping them from having fun, and Rin and Alé had assured him that their sex lives were not more important to them than he was.

Besides, Rin and Alé got cuddly after sex and John was perfectly happy to do that for as long as they wanted. Rin would drape herself over their laps, where Alé was tucked into John’s side. Warm and soft and good.

“Rin,” Alé sing-songed, and shook her shoulder. “John’s home.”

She groaned, and wriggled further under the sheets.

“Rin, say goodnight.” 

She mumbled something unintelligible, and John laughed at her muffled response.

“Don’t worry Rin, I love you anyways.”

“Good,” she said, and rolled over to face them with an exaggerated pout. She held out a tattooed arm, pout melting off her face. “Welcome home, sweetheart,” she said. “Let’s go to sleep.”

John folded into her arms. “Yeah.”

Alé gently slapped John’s shoulder. “Change clothes, you grub.”

John groaned. He agreed, of course, that he should change out of his trousers that had started to chafe, but he really didn’t want to get up now that he’d lay down. 

The soft clatter of the cupboard door closing told John that Alé had grabbed him a shirt for him. “Thanks, Alé.”

“Of course, darling. Throw this on, and you can go right to sleep, hey?”

John made a noise of agreement, and shucked his clothes before tugging on the soft shirt, and flopping back down next to Rin.

“Bad day?” She asked.

“Just hard,” John said, as Alé tucked their chin over his shoulder, and put their arm over his side. 

“Yeah?” said Alé.

“Yeah.”

“What was hard about it?” Rin tucked her hand under her head.

“Dad’s plans are amazing,” John said. “There’s just a lot to do, and none of it is exactly easy.”

Rin hummed. “You said Dr. Hackenbacker was helping out, right?”

“Yeah. He’s done all the engineering for the ships,” John said. “Honestly, his work is amazing. It’s brilliant, the way he’s designed it to integrate so easily with the kind of code I’m writing for them.” He sighed. “There’s so much to do. 

“You’re gonna help a lot of people, sweetheart,” Rin said.

“Yeah,” Alé agreed.

Silence swept over the room, and Rin cuddled up to John and wrapped her arms around his waist. “You do look a little dead though, J. You should go to sleep.”

“We should all go to sleep,” Alé said, pointedly, glaring at her from over John’s shoulder.

Rin stuck out her tongue.

John laughed softly. “You’re right.” He tucked his arm around Rin and held her against his chest. Alé moved to rest their forehead against John’s shoulder blade, and ran their fingers in small circles against John’s elbow.

Mind thick with sleep, he didn’t really need the help, but Alé’s fingers were soft, and drove away the lingering stress of the day.

“Love you Rin,” John said, kissing her shoulder. “Love you Alé.”

Alé kissed the side of his shoulder. “Love you, too.”

Rin hummed happily, and snuggled closer. “‘Night.”

“Sleep well.”

“You too, John.”

The silence of the late night draped itself over the three of them, where they were linked together, warmth cocooning them. Their breathing eventually evened out, marking the proper end of the day, and they wouldn’t wake up until well into the following day, still tucked against each other, with soft smiles on their faces.

it's one of jupiter's four largest moons. europa is completely covered in ice and smaller than our moon! also it has a thin atmosphere composed mostly of oxygen. :-o

NASA has scheduled a mission to europa, possibly in october of this year? im not well versed in the details tbh but i will read more about it! this expedition aims to enhance scientists comprehension of the potential habitability of worlds beyond earth by extensively exploring europa's astrobiological landscape.

Allah provided a miracle fluid "Water" for the maintenance of life after spreading the earth as a habitat for living beings.

Allah created water that is the basic constituent of life. It is a miracle fluid. Just any one of its form is missing, life is finished. He provided the rain of water on Earth from the sky. Science has tried a lot to discover this miracle liquid in many other place of the universe, but it is still unknown till today. Few examples will the matter more clear:

1. Titan is the satellite of Saturn which is the second largest moon in our solar system. Its has similarities like earth because it has atmosphere (but no oxygen), its has rivers (but not of water, its methane) etc.

2) There is rain of H2SO4 in Venus,

3) and rain of diamonds in Saturn,

4) and rain of liquid helium on Jupiter,

5) and rain of plasma on the sun,

6) and the rain of methane in Saturn,

7) and in some other heavenly bodies or planets there is a rain of rubies and sapphires.

This is all as per the theories from NASA, still unpublished. It is written here just for understanding that rain of water is in our Planet, Earth only, as revealed by Allah for the maintenance of life upon Earth in terms of verse 2:22

ok, i like to think that our boy here happened upon peter b in a time when magic was hardly practiced the right way anymore (think of the world of onward for example, where they rely on modern day inventions and less on magic to get by) and it was considered a dangerous discipline to practice so only few have mastered it and know how to use it.

miles would've, in my mind, been gifted with magic even if no one in his family for centuries have been magic users or whatever else related to magic, but his uncle aaron and dad used to dabble in some dark magic as young boys so that kinda fits in with the spider man parallels and also lowkey would introduce miles to the world of magic maybe if he went through their old stuff and found out they dabbled in that stuff? (idk i'm just mad delulu)

since magic was kinda banned he didn't really have any interest in it until signs of him being a natural magic user came to light and he started freaking out because magic isn't allowed n stuff so he tries his hardest not to let it show.

when he met peter b, he was taught how to keep the magic in control while also using it for good and not harming others :DD then he realizes that magic is only evil when you make it evil, hence he becomes less anxious about his powers and learns to use them right and accept himself.

his alignment would be lawful and/or neutral good i think

miles (earth 42 - bandit and mage)

ok so since 42 miles is pretty much a stark contrast to 1610 miles, i like to think that in this miles' universe, he was never born with any abilities and was like the rest of his family.

his uncle aaron and dad still dabbled in some dark magic as young boys, so when his dad died, his uncle aaron taught him how to use dark magic properly and how to be a mage.

he used the dark magic to become a bandit, hence his role, and he uses everything he steals for his mom's like healing........ fantasy place....... WHAT IS IT CALLED I'M SORRY 😭😭😭 but yeah, he's kind of true neutral imo, he's not particularly evil nor is he particularly good, he's in very in-between about it all.

gwen stacy (female knight, formerly bandit)

ok so gwen formerly being a bandit would kind of be like, she didn't steal from innocent people, she was more of a vigilante robin hood figure that 'stole from the rich and gave back to the poor' kinda deal.

she wouldn't be too fond of the guards in their homeland :(

she became a female knight when she joined the elite force led by miguel and became one of their greatest warriors n stuff and she quit being a bandit, but a part of her longs to be helping people in a more free and less strict way.

their job is to hunt down and stop wizards and active magic users even though a lot of people are pushing for them to be part of society again, and she hates having to stop them because they all mean well anyway and not all of them are evil ok >:(

when he joined miguel's elite force, he really didn't feel right about it since the minute he joined. he had avoided them for the longest time and decided this place wasn't for him way before miles tried joining.

okkkk lore dump: miggy used to be a self-made wizard who came from the very distant future of 2099 when magic was slowly being integrated back into the system along with technology. he was a very powerful wizard, but it was magic that killed his daughter when he opened a mystic portal that took him to a timeline where he was happy and had a daughter, but that whole timeline got erased because he wasn't supposed to be there, yadda yadda yadda, and so he abandoned magic in favor of technology because no magic could resurrect his daughter from the dead. what he could do now was assemble a bunch of elite knights that would protect the multiverse from magic users who posed as threats.

he still has magic in his veins and he hates himself for it :(

when he met miles and tried to explain how magic is evil, and miles defending himself and his powers, claiming magic is only evil when you use it for evil--he fucking broke down inside because he knew that what he did wasn't supposed to be done.

he's lawful/neutral good (or thinks of himself as, well tbh he doesn't fall in any of these categories tbh..........? he just does what has to be done.)

peter b parker (magician who's also a mentor, formerly a wizard)

now peter b was a magician after his wizard career, it was because he was a wizard that he and mj split up, with him wanting to prove to the world that magic wasn't evil and he could help change that but mj couldn't believe in him and wanted him to change his view on it.

he hated magic for ruining his relationship with mj, but when he met miles and taught him how to use his magic for good, he was so glad to know he was right through miles, his best and only student.

he stopped being a wizard though because he wanted to have a family with mj when she took him back, and now, he just practices like party magic for kids (he feels offended bc it ain't real magic, but it pays well in their world, surprisingly)
