Ibn al-Qayyim
"Each time a charitable person gives, he feels his heart expanding and his breath relieved, as if a robe of iron were loosening for him.
Whenever he gives, it loosens, relaxes and expands; his happiness grows even stronger and his joy increases."

EMERGENCY. PLEASE HELP!
My dearest brothers & sisters, i humbly ask you to help my sister to fundraise donation for her little daughter's treatments. Her daughter has been suffering from a rare brain disease, and it costs a lot for the treatments.
Ya Ummah, your donation will mean a lot to us, and it will become your best investment in akhirah. Sadaqah will multiply our rizq too. As Allāh says:
"The example of those who spent their wealth in the way of Allāh is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes, in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allāh multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allāh is All-Encompassing and Knowing." {Quran, 2;261}
In another verse, it says:
"Allāh rewards those who are charitable." {Quran, 12;88}
Also, sadaqah or charity expiates sins. As Rasulullah ﷺ said:
"Charity extinguish the sins like water extinguishes a fire." {Hadith Ibn Majah}
My brothers & sisters, please i beg you to help my sister by supporting her daughter's treatments. Auliya still has a very long journey just to heal. Please ya Ummah, help her for Allāh's sake. And may Allāh reward all of you abundantly for your kindness, your sadaqah, and your good intentions. Aameen thumma aameen.
Please, donate any amount you are capable of at the campaign link. And please share the campaign to your family members, friends, and anyone you know.
Thank you so much brothers & sisters. Jazakumullah khayr.

Narrated Abu Huraira: A man came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and asked, "O Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him)! Which charity is the most superior in reward?" He replied, "The charity which you practice while you are healthy, niggardly and afraid of poverty and wish to become wealthy. Do not delay it to the time of approaching death and then say, 'Give so much to such and such, and so much to such and such.' And it has already belonged to such and such (as it is too late)." Sahih al-Bukhari 1419 In-book reference : Book 24, Hadith 23 //  Sahih Muslim 1032a In-book reference : Book 12, Hadith 119
Al-Haafiz ibn Hajar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “The hadeeth indicates that paying off debts and giving in charity during one's lifetime when one is in good health is better than doing so after death or when one is sick. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) referred to that when he said: ‘When you are in good health and being cautious, hoping to be rich…’ because when a person is in good health it is usually harder for him to give money, because the Shaytaan makes him fear for it and makes attractive to him the idea that he may live a long life and need that money, as Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): ‘Shaytaan (Satan) threatens you with poverty’[al-Baqarah 2:268] ... for the full Explanation : English , اردو

Support the Students of Knowledge
Ḥibbān b. Mūsá said: “Ibn al-Mubārak was once criticized for distributing his wealth across various lands instead of giving it to the people of his own city. He replied: “I know of a group of people who possess faḍl wa ṣidq (ie: virtue and honesty). They have pursued the study of ḥadīth and excelled in it. People's need for them is dire, yet they themselves are in need. If we leave them unsupported, their knowledge will be lost. But if we provide for them, they will spread knowledge to the Ummah of Muḥammad ﷺ. I know of no rank more honorable after prophethood than the spreading of knowledge.”

If we have a regular Netflix or Amazon prime subscription but not a regular monthly charity subscription, it’s going to be a big regret for us on the day of judgement. In these times so many organisations are offering monthly charity subscriptions. Do find them and start it today. Charity saves us from so many difficulties. I have hundreds of unbelievale stories to tell how regular charity solved difficult problems of people and brought so much khair for them. Charity wards off present and future difficulties and brings barakah in wealth.

❝ When Allah blesses you with a chance to help and support your brother, recognise it as a true blessing! Consider yourself the one being helped. Allah has bestowed upon you the blessings to help others and cleanse yourself. You are a mere vessel of opportunity—either you help or you don’t. Remember, Allah will always find a way to support and aid His faithful slaves. Allah selected you and preferred you for the opportunity to be presented to. But if you don’t help yourself by giving charity and reject this blessing of Allah, you have no one to help you and you are accountable for every penny. The angels will make Duah against you and your fortune sooner or later will diminish as it’s void of the blessings of Allah. Exactly what happened to those before you. ❞

The Month of Muharram 1445 has begun Alhamdulillah! ✨
VIRTUE of Fasting In Allah's Month — MUHARRAM 🌱
The Prophet (ﷺ) was asked: "Which prayer is best after the obligatory prayers, and which fasting is best after the month of Ramadan?"
He (ﷺ) said: "The best prayer after the prescribed prayer is prayer in the middle of the night (tahajjud), and the best fasting after the month of Ramadan is fasting in the month of Allah, Muharram."

Seeking mercy and being happy
Sometimes, the simplest acts bring the deepest joy: pouring fresh water for a thirsty cat, scattering a handful of kibble, or pausing to watch a soft purr curl into your day’s busy hours.
In moments like these, I often wonder “Does this tiny kindness count as charity, even when I do it simply because it makes me happy?”
From an Islamic perspective, the answer is gentle and reassuring: Yes and even more so when we remember Allah in our small mercies.
The daily ritual
Every day, I’m blessed to share my time and space with three feline companions
Poppy (a calico) is my early riser. She appears at my door around 5 a.m., so I leave the door slightly open at dawn’s edge to see her tiny silhouette waiting. There’s always a bowl of fresh water and some kibble ready for her. She’ll drop by again at noon and around 5 in the afternoon, like clockwork as if reminding me gently, “love me every morning.”
Peanut (an orange) is more unpredictable as he comes and goes as he pleases, often climbing in through an open window. He’s used to finding Pengo’s food waiting, and I make sure there’s always enough for both.
Pengo (my little cheetah) is my shadow most days since he lives with me, so he never has to ask. Still, I refill his bowl often, especially after Peanut helps himself. Occasionally , I treat all three to a bit of wet food, a small celebration of life’s simple joys.
Back in my hometown, another little soul, another Poppy (also a calico) waits for me, a quiet reminder that care is not bound by place.
A mercy loved by the Most Merciful
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught us:
“In every living being there is a reward.” (Muslim)
So every time I set down a bowl, open a window, or refill a dish, I remember: mercy to Allah’s creatures is mercy to myself too. And when my heart aligns with kindness, my soul finds calm.
Intention: weaving worship into daily love
Islam teaches that niyyah (intention) turns daily routines into worship. The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Actions are but by intentions…” (Bukhari & Muslim)
Now and then, I whisper in my heart:
“O Allah, I feed them seeking Your pleasure, and I thank You for the happiness they bring me.”
It’s such a simple thought but it transforms a chore into a quiet act of worship, a soft bridge to His mercy.
A small dua for a merciful heart
When feeding my furry children, I learn to say:
“O Allah, I do this seeking Your noble face. Bless me with Your mercy and make me among the people of compassion.”
Whether you care for a cat, a dog, or a hungry bird, know this: kindness is never wasted. Mercy nourishes more than just bodies, it softens hearts and invites happiness to linger at your doorstep.
May we be among those who feed, protect, and love all living beings seeking Allah’s mercy and finding our own happiness along the way.
