I've been having a brian rot on a potential ability of Danny's I call it ecto-weapon.

Basically Danny takes ectoplasm out of the air and can mold it into any weapon of his choosing

Comedically enough, in it's true form when he summons it to his side before molding it , it takes the shape of a syth.

Which is REALLY annoying because when he trains with it in the batcave bruce, Jason and Damian are the only ones who take him seriously (of varying degrees)

HE CAN MAKE A GUN

It's just a whole lot harder because he has to focus on making the bullets as well, It also depends on his target. If they are human he has to focus on making the bullets non-lethal

ANOTHER THING

If he can't pull enough ectoplasm out of the air He can and will cut himself to use his own blood In fact he carries around a ghost-themed pocket knife that Sam found at a Spencer's and gave him to just shank himself with if he needs to and it horrifies everyone around him every time. (He enjoys the horror on their faces 😀)

i had this interaction in the dropout discord (i am the first and third person). short. simple. i only got the first year bc of a discount + a gift card i had, so i was planning on using this person's suggestion.

then, i got this.

oh my god!! how nice!! how sweet!!! how thoughtful!! i gave them my email and they sent over a subscription, i thanked them profusely. i was very grateful, very touched.

hours and hours later i was still thinking about it and i recalled how, in the email id gotten about it, it said "tao yang sent you a subscription" and id seen that and thought "oh haha like the tao yang" and then moved on

but now, thinking back, i was like.... theres no way, so i googled tao yang.

Meanwhile castiel is like i see that dean is suicidal, this is clearly my fault so i will remedy this by dying.

im tired of the "oh danny runs away from bruce because he's rich and reminds him of vlad" give me a danny who actually likes bruce because he reminds him of his awesome kickass best friend who is also stupidly rich

like i’ve been told about the whole “oh fruit loop joke” before and i still think its a cheap, shallow joke if i’ve ever heard one that flanderizes Bruce’s character to an impressive degree. Vlad and Bruce are only comparable in the same sense that they’re both rich and Bruce adopts kids — but he isn’t doing it because of the “adoption addiction” joke, he’s doing it because he sees himself in the kids he adopts and he wants to give them better than he did. Vlad wants Danny as his son to spite Jack, they are not remotely comparable beyond that.

Like, beyond that too i highly doubt vlad masters gives his employees benefits like bruce wayne does. who canonically hires reformed villains and has various branches of medical, industrial, technology, etc in his company in order to help the people of gotham. does Vlad Masters run charities, soup kitchens, etc?? is Vlad contributing to the community? No, no he isnt.

God forbid a cast of characters be multifaceted and have actual flaws and unpleasant aspects other than "grr angsty hero" and "whoops i'm so clumsy". Sometimes character dynamics and arcs need to be prioritized above "who would i personally be niceys with irl"
