Drunk Kisses and Jealousy

Authors Note: Hey guys so this is another long one with Colby but I couldn't stop thinking about it all day so I just sat down and wrote. I think I may write part two so if you're interested let me know! Otherwise please enjoy another long one from me.

Summary: You and the group have been friends for years and there may be feelings between you and Colby but you haven't really acted on them. Until tonight that is, Colby can’t help but let the jealousy take over when Nate and other guys can’t seem to leave you alone.

You were just getting into your car after your long shift when you realized how many texts you got from your friends. Most of it was the group chat talking about the party that Sam and Colby were throwing tonight and the rest from Colby or Kat. You click Colby’s first to see what he said which was the normal checking on you throughout the day and one he sent five minutes ago.

Hey gorgeous are you off? Wanted to check and see if you were still up to coming, if not I will sneak away and we can watch movies, get food and maybe cuddle at yours if you don’t feel up for it.

You couldn’t help but smile as you text your response Lol hey handsome I just got in my car and headed to my place now to get ready. As great as that sounds I already promised Sam I was bringing alcohol and Kat would kill me if I skipped again so it looks like we are getting drunk tonight.

Shaking your head at your response to him you quickly go to Kat’s to tell her you were headed home so she could come and get ready with you for the party. Which got you a smiley face sent back and Colby’s text popped on top of your screen which you clicked.

Nah she would have to get through me before I would even let her touch you. Don’t force yourself bubs if you aren’t up to it.

Don’t worry about me, Colbs. If anything after the day I had, I need whiskey in my system to forget and relax lol. I’m driving home though I’ll text you when Kat and I are headed to you guys.

Kat was in your room talking to you while also getting an outfit sorted out for you as you were showering. Mostly just random stuff and her interjecting every so often with “do you even own a pair of heels?” or you respond with “just let me wear leggings or sweats please.” Which normally you just got a laugh out of her and not a normal response. Finally getting through drying and amping up your curls you were able to start your base makeup before you would let Kat take over and finish. You were decent with makeup but Kat was ten times better than you so you let her do yours most nights.

So with that you walked out into your room in your towel to see what Kat chose for you to wear. She smiled at you as she finished adjusting her outfit before turning to you.

“What do you think?” She asked with a little twirl.

“You look hot dude. Sam is not going to be able to take his hands off of you. Promise me now that you guys won’t give the whole party a show again. Last time I had to hide from second hand embarrassment of it all.”

“Haha, very funny. If anything I’m going to be the one hiding from having to watch all the boys drool over you showing off your rockin 'body with the outfit I chose.”

She held up the main outfit which was a really cute black savagexfenty lace bodysuit that was sent to you as PR and a simple black mini skirt with fishnets and your favorite pair of converse. You smile and nod complimenting her on her choice and decide to get dressed before she does your make up. As you guys finish getting ready, you decide to pregame a little bit from some of the alcohol you were bringing before you headed to the boys house. Not forgetting to send your text to Colby like you promised.

When you pull up the house is already packed and music blaring that makes some nerves shoot down to your stomach as you guys walk in. Sam greets you guys at the door with an excited shot and compliments the both of you on how you look before he helps lug the alcohol to the kitchen to restock. While setting up Sam keeps glancing at you before looking away when you catch him watching.

“Alright Sam, what’s up? Why do you keep looking at me?”

“Just checking on you. Colby said you had a rough day and may not want to be here.”

“I’m fine Sam. Just a long day. I just want to party with my friends and relax while enjoying my next few days off,”

“Okay okay okay. I just wanted to make sure. You do look really good though. Colby’s gonna freak.”

You didn’t really think much on the last part since Colby was normally pretty protective of you but you still thank him and say Kat dressed you. After you and Kat make yourself drinks, you make a new one for Colby just in case, Sam leads you to the rest of the group in the backyard. Everyone is hanging out by the pool in a circle and you spot Colby first whose back is turned towards you and then Nate who spots you instantly and smiles.

“Y/N!” He yells excitedly and you quickly pass your drinks off to Sam who chuckles before you get tackled into a hug by Nate, “I didn’t think you were coming tonight! You didn’t say anything in the group chat all day.”

“Haha, I know I know I’m the worst responder in the whole world but I have a good excuse this time. I was at work all day so I was too tired to respond when I got off.” You say with a laugh before you realize that you and him were still hugging and pull away, “It’s good to see you though!”

“It’s good to see you too,” He says and looks right at your lips, “You're actually wearing lipstick! Where's the y/n that I know and where did you put them?”

You both laugh and you punch his arm, “How many drinks have you had? You're pulling out mr funny guy tonight.”

Before Nate could respond, you feel another pair of arms wrapping around you and Colby’s cologne surrounding you. You look up but realize Colby is glaring at Nate who doesn’t notice and is already back in the group. Smiling you press a quick kiss to his cheek to get his attention on you

“Hi, I didn’t know if you needed a drink or not so I made you one.” You say as you reach out and grab the drinks that Sam left on one of the ledges and hand Colby one.

Which causes him to smile, “Thank you I definitely needed one. What did you get us to start with?”

“Jack Daniels as usual. I brought Jameson as well which I figured we’d get to later probably.”

“Perfect. Nate is right though by the way. You look amazing. I like the top and rings.”

You smile and look down to hopefully hide your blush but before you could respond Corey yells out to Colby to stop hogging you and let everyone else get a turn. Which makes Colby blush this time and you both go and join the group.

You're definitely drunk at this point and so is the rest of the group who has dispersed throughout the house now. Colby is off catching up with some other influencers and you are with Nate on the make shift dance floor just having fun dancing and catching up.

“How long are you in LA for?”

“I’ll be here for a week I think before I fly home! Then I’m meeting the guys in Virginia to film a couple of videos with them.”

“Looks like you’ll be stuck with me some more then. Sam invited me to go as well and do some other places with them.”

“I wouldn’t say I would be stuck with you honestly, it just means I won’t have to be a third wheel and I can protect you from the ghosts.”

“I think I’d be there to protect you!” You both laugh and keep joking before you feel like you're being watched so you start looking around to see why. Which is when you catch Colby with a girl that he’s not paying attention to while she's talking his ear off, “Who's that girl Colby’s talking to?”

“Some girl that's been going after him for a while now. I think she's another youtuber!”

“Weird. She’s really pretty! He hasn’t hooked up with her yet?”

“Nah! Sam was saying something earlier about how Colby is crushing hard on someone right now so he hasn’t really been doing the random hook up thing recently”

“Oh really? Do you know who?” You ask even though you don’t honestly want to know the answer to. You're not too surprised he hasn’t told you since he normally does not involve you in that part of his life but there's a weird feeling growing in your stomach.

“No I don’t. I thought he would have told you!” Nate says but he won’t meet your eye which raises your suspicion even more. You don’t get the opportunity to ask more when another random girl comes up and asks if she can have a turn dancing with Nate. Which you say yes to and tell Nate you're going to get another drink and go outside for a bit.

Colby was trying his hardest to pay the girl in front of him an ounce of kindness by listening to her, but he was getting bored and wanted to get back to you. She was going on about something that she was doing with her channel and maybe trying to do a collab with him and Sam which he knew would never happen. As she kept going with her idea, he glanced back at the dance floor to see if you and Nate were still grinding on each other or not. The idea made his blood boil. He was still a little pissed at Nate from hugging you early and just being touchy all night when Nate knew about his crush on you. Colby had let it slide since you looked to be enjoying yourself but not without glaring at Nate whenever you weren’t looking.

He did a double take though when he noticed the girl Nate was making out with instead of dancing wasn’t you and he panicked. He looked around trying to find you but he knew pretty quickly you weren’t over there anymore. Excusing himself, he went to Sam and Kat asking if they saw you recently but they both said no. Which started his hunt for you. Once he couldn’t find you in the house, he figured you were outside in your usual spot where you normally went when you needed a break from the crowd. He made drinks for the both of you before heading to the backyard where he found you instantly.

He instantly frowned when he saw you were playing with one of your rings, which he knew was one of your anxious ticks. Causing him to look and see a random male influencer that Colby couldn’t remember the name of right now talking to you. The burning sensation that's been bothering him all night came back and Colby headed straight for you.

This guy was not getting the hint that you wanted to be left alone and you were starting to get anxious. He had kept trying to reach for your arm to draw you to him but you thankfully were able to keep your distance. He also wouldn’t shut up about himself and what he did with his influencing career. Your eyes start to wonder to see who you could maybe get to help when a pair of arms wrapped around you from behind.

“There you are, I was wondering where you ran off to.”

Colby. You thanked God in your head very quickly before responding, “Hey sorry, me and f/m/i were just talking about what he does for a living.”

“Oh sick. Thanks man for keeping my girl company while I made my rounds thanking people for coming.” He sticks his hand out to the other male with a smirk on his face, “I don’t think we’ve met. I’m Colby.”

It took a lot for you to not laugh at the influencers face and honestly just Colby and his bad acting, but you kept it together. You grab one of the drinks Colby had and start drinking and honestly you zoned out not listening to the boys talk. Until you heard the random influencer say “prove it” and the next thing you know Colby’s mouth is on yours.

Not expecting it you hesitate for a moment before you kiss Colby back and pull him closer by placing your hand on his neck. You’re not even sure when the other guy walks away because your focus is on Colby and the fact that you guys are kissing. It’s not the first time but every time before this has been for a prank or a truth or dare with the boys and never outside of the video space. You don’t want it to end though and you don’t think Colby does either.

He slowly brushes his tongue against your lip before you let him in and your tongues start to brush against each other. A low groan escapes from Colby and he slowly pulls away before kissing you slowly one more time before you guys pull apart. It takes you a second before you compose yourself and open your eyes to be met with the gorgeous blues of Colby.

“Sorry. I am so sorry. I let my jealously get ahead of me and being drunk definitely didnt help but I didn’t want our first kiss to be like that. I had this whole plan in my head but that guy just wouldn’t shut up and I kissed you. I am so fucking stupid,” Colby rambles and you can see the panic forming behind his eyes before he looks down.

“Colbs, hey look at me.” You say gently, grabbing his face and having him look at you, “You’re okay. If anything, thank you because that guy was making my anxiety grow worse and I was trying to find a scapegoat anyway. So thank you.”

He looks at you for a second before saying, “Why was your anxiety already bad? I told you to come find me if you were getting to that point.”

“I didn’t want to bother you,” you whisper, “You were talking to the really pretty influencer girl and Nate said you haven’t hooked up with anyone recently so I didn’t want to stop you. Plus he mentioned something about you having a crush so it kept getting worse, so I came out here to get air. Then the guy cornered me before I could calm down.”

“Okay for one, he shouldn’t have told you any of that. And two you are always allowed to come get me no matter what.” He says while rubbing your hip, “I am also very drunk right now and I think you are too so I’m not going to say what I want, but just know my crush is no worry to you okay?”

Your brain was honestly working in overdrive with the alcohol and adrenaline pumping through you so you just nod accepting it. Looking at Colby you let out a small laugh which caused him to smile. “You have lipstick all over your mouth,”

You get a majority of it off which he thanks you for before he asks if you're ready to leave. Nodding you both decide to walk to your place, which probably wasn’t the smartest but you and Colby drunk work as a great team, and you make it safely. Both of you shower separately, you set some of Colby’s spare clothes he keeps here on the counter as you climb into bed and wait for him. You send Kat and Sam a quick text saying you and Colby left and came to your place, and let them know you’d be back in the morning to help clean up. Not long after Colby comes and gets in bed with you and not long after you both drift into sleep.

Neither of you forgetting about the kiss and that you would have to have a better not drunk conversation in the morning….

Whatever It Takes (CH-5)

Three days after Ra’s Al-Ghul died

She was shaken out of her thoughts as the train rattled to a stop. Such broken down trains were very uncommon to see in the USA these days, but okay, illegal businesses aren't meant to be all hi-fi and attention catching. She got up to the train onto the station, ensuring that her bun and cap were securely in place. The reason she picked this place was? You ask? Well, the only way to defeat the bat-technology was to use technology they were not accustomed to. Sadly, there wasn't much technology, or frankly, no technology that the bats weren't used to, so she used the next best thing- outdated technology. Awfully hard to make the technology corporate and a perfect grainy cover to always keep people in doubt. A lady, maybe in her 30s, looked over curiously at her.

“Are you fine, dearie? Is there someone you're looking for?” The lady asked.

She'll give up her favorite dagger if people agreed that it didn't sound creepy. Who asks a young girl if there is someone going to pick her up? That's like asking for a kidnapping. Or maybe a robbery. She'll give her the benefit of doubt.

“Why don't you mind your own business already? Desperate is not a good look on you.” She let a nice New York rockin’ accent slip in.

“Excuse me?!” The lady said, completely mortified.

“Excused.” Mariam replied while turning away.

The lady got up, huffed, and walked off, muttering something along the lines of, “Kids these days. They have no respect. No wonder the country is–”

Now before you get all judgey. This is simple human psychology. A person would be more cooperative to help find a victim if the victim was a sweet little girl. That sparked human pity. Nobody would go too much out of the way to help her rude little brat they saw on the train. While it's sad that this is the situation of the society, it's true. And she had tried it enough places to know that it worked like a charm.

Soon, Mariam got off the train. She made her way to a boarding ship that was leaving for Spain. In about 5 hours. Not her smartest choice to go there, but… She'll have time to find something in one of the boxes to wear! Shopping malls were not guaranteed to have outdated cameras. Grainy surveillance could very much stop a person from being caught shoplifting. As Mariam was looking around the boxes, she found pale pink leggings. Perfect. She thought. No excessive fabric to ruin motion. She snooped through a couple of more boxes and found a black T-shirt with purple lines on it. Another great find. These clothes are the definition of an ordinary outfit. She got into the box, changed, and then got out.

I'll just lay down for a little while. Mariam thought. Frankly, running around like a demented hooligan did tire her, despite the level of stamina she has. As she leaned against one of the crates in the shadows. She tried to think why she wasn't in her comfy bed in the league. Sure, it was just a futon on the floor, but it beat the wood scraping her back any day. Right. She thought. Just killed their Leader, so… May not be so open to the killer.

She sighed and looked up at the ceiling. Can it be called ceiling if it's the ceiling of a ship? Does English have a different word for the ceiling of a ship? I don't think so. Oh, good. I'm procrastinating. This procrastinating will definitely reduce my effectiveness. And now I sound like Mother. This will be the news of the town. Trained assassin killed due to negligence caused due to procrastination. Procrastination: The number one enemy of mankind. Huh, sounds like a good title. Again procrastinating. Mariam sternly told herself. Stop procrastinating. OK, deep breath in. Deep breath out. Feel your toes. Do not faint down. Mariam tried to calm herself, repeating the chant her mother taught her as a young kid whenever her focus would go off stream.

You just killed your grandfather. You declared your mother the head of the League of Assassins. You did not stay with your father or your mother. Instead, you chose to flee because you're too much of a COWARD to-look-your-brother-and-mother-in-the-eyes, because-they-have-the-same-EYES-as-your-grandfather.

She let out a sigh.

No good overthinking it now. I decided all the pros and cons before I did it. Who knows maybe this new ‘Life’ may not be so bad. It's not like I'm abandoning them. I'll still go visit and… It will work out. Hopefully. She drew a deep breath in. The breath out. No mother to help you out of a panic attack. Mariam told herself. You're on your own, kid. You can handle this. (Taylor Swift pun intended.)

With that, Mariam got into the crate, making sure that she had proper air circulation and that the crate would not shift with the ship's movement. She allowed the gentle to and fro motion of the sea to lull her into sleep. A sleep filled with green eyes, golden goblets, and murderous intentions, popularly known as her grandfather, Ra’s Al-Ghul.

She got up after one hour. League training ensured that she was always aware, even while resting. She went back to sleep. This continued to happen throughout her journey through the Atlantic Ocean. Food had never been a concern. She had too good of a stamina to let her awareness be affected by it. Soon she was woken before her one-hour gap due to the shouting above deck.

Two possible reasons. She thought. Number one, we are being taken over by pirates. Or we have arrived at our destination.

The latter reason turned out to be correct. She got off. There was a beautiful Spanish sunset. Looks like any sunset. Mariam thought in the privacy of her mind. She got off and made her way to the nearest train station.

“Excuse me?” She asked the man sitting at the counter In passable Spanish. “When does the train leave for Plymouth?”

“The day after tomorrow, kid.” The guy replied back.

He didn't even look up. Mariam thought, scrunching her nose at the man. Too busy playing Galaga underneath the desk, I see. (Avengers, pun intended.)

“Is there any way to reach there earlier using layovers?” She politely asked. This statement, however, got the guide to look up and squint his eyes at Mariam.

“Why?” He asked.

None of your business is what she would have said. Buuuut, she wanted the guy to be cooperative. So instead, she said. “It's for a school project. Our topic is to find out the difference between a straight path time and a layover path time.”

The guy looked at the chart in front of him and said, “There is a way, but it will take you about 7 hours more.”

“Thank you.” She smiled, replied and left.

Six hours later, she was asking a different counter guy for a layover ticket to Plymouth.

Another trick she learned from the guy who was teaching her. Never EVER go dot to dot. That's asking for a clear trace path. She has to use all her cards if she's trying to hide herself from the League of Assassins and the Bat Clan.

DCA Info Part 42: Once Upon A Story Outfits 🦄

Style: Classical

A beginner brand that uses the classical look on all of its clothing. The clothes are simple and have a casual design to them with an accessory referencing a certain Disney film. This brand is given to those who have yet to pick a brand but only first years have access to this, when they move to the second year, they have to pick a brand. This brand is Sophie, Ottilie and Ru's starting design.

Village Sweetheart (Sophie)

The dress: Based on the dress Sofia wore before she became royalty, The dress itself is violet in color with an argyle pattern. The top has a pale yellow collar with ruffle sleeves of the same color, a opal brooch with held by a lavender ribbon with daisies on the top and patchwork designs of daisies, with the bottom left having a lacy pink heart. The top also has pale yellow ruffle trimming. The skirt has a lavender ribbon sash with daisies on top, the patchwork design of daisies and a heart, and deep purple lace trim layered over pale yellow ruffle trim. The shoes are a pair of violet moccasins with deep purple trimming and ribbon.

Accessories: The accessories include a pale yellow hair bow with daisies, a pair of daisy bracelets and pale yellow socks with bands that resemble daisies.

Tiny Wanderer (Ottilie)

The dress: Inspired by the tale of Thumbelina, the green colored dress has a floral print throughout, with white swirl and heart markings. The top is an off-shoulder one with a pale pink stripe in the center. The light chartreuse colored upper pieces folded to resemble triangles with a single white stripe and in the center of the ones on the bodice is a peach colored bow. The top also has four peach colored straps, with two of them on each side forming Xs. The sleeves have two parts to them, the first being the green floral printed sleeves with swirls at the end and the second being gray sleeves that function like arm warmers. The skirt is three layered with peach lace trim and the third and final layer of the skirt is a solid chartreuse. The shoes are a pair of light chartreuse heeled sandals with peach colored straps and gray soles. The sandals also have yellow butterflies on them.

Accessories: The accessories include two yellow hair bows, a yellow neckerchief tied into a bow and a gray belt with gold buckle.

Rockin' Bamboo (Ru)

The outfit: Inspired by The Tale of the Bamboo Cutter, a story dating back to the 10th century Japan . This outfit is designed to fit Ru's athletic personality. The outfit itself consists of navy colored vest worn over a white and red off shoulder top with green trim, with the left side having a red cuff and the right side (though not visible in the picture) having a white cuff. The skirt is red in color and has trimming in the shape of ivory triangles with green outline. The skirt also has printed details with a bamboo stock in front of what appears to be a sun. The look also features a pair of black capri leggings. The shoes are a pair of red flats with green soles and detailing.

Accessories: The accessories include a hair ornament that includes a red fan behind a cherry blossom flower attached to a gold bead with a red tassel. The look also contains a gold necklace with a moon charm. Additionally the outfit includes a pair of black gloves also well as a green belt with gold buckles.

🌳 Forest Friends Set (Inspired by Bambi)

Darling Doe (Sophie)

The dress: Inspired by the titular character, this dress is made up of three layers. The first layer being a turtleneck style dress is pale yellow and features puff sleeves with brown and red cuffs. The dress also has red trimming on it's skirt. Second layer includes a brown corset dress with two daisy buttons and red trim at the bodice and skirt. The skirt hems resemble rounded arches. The third layer features a tan colored skirt with daisies and red trim, as well as straps. The footwear consists of a pair of brown heeled sandals with red detailing on both the strap and yellow ankle strap.

Accessories: The dress comes with a brown headband with red detailing, as well as a pale yellow ruffle rosette layered beneath a daisy decoration with a brown and red ribbon connected to red gem brooch. On one of the dress straps, there is a ruffled pin with a smiling deer and daisies on it. This outfit also includes a pair of below elbow black gloves.

Perfume Kit (Ottilie)

The outfit: Inspired by Bambi's skunk friend Flower, this outfit consists of a pale pink shirt with the sleeves having white vertical lines and white lace trim. The center of the shirt has a design that features a skunk in the center of a purple heart with red outline as well as yellow flowers at the bottom of the heart. The bottom half of the outfit consists of a grayish mauve skirt with a white lace petticoat as well as flowy white horizontal lines with pink flower details. The outfit also includes a pair of black and white knee length leggings with lace trim. The footwear consists of a pair of brownish gray ankle boots with black and white fur and yellow flowers and green leaves.

Accessories: The outfit includes a black and white beret with pink ribbon trim, yellow flowers and green leaves, a scarf that resembles a skunk's tail with a yellow flower brooch, a pair of black lace gloves and a brown belt with silver buckles and an accessory that resembles a skunk's tail.

Lucky Coney (Ru)

The outfit: Inspired by Bambi's rabbit friend Thumper, this outfit consists of a light blue turtleneck crop top that includes chartreuse flow trim. The top also includes a picture of a rabbit in front of a comic style explosion with the word "POW" in orange letters and green clovers on each side. The bottom half of the outfit consists of gray jeans with yellowish-orange zigzag lines, accompanied by clovers and white rabbit paw prints. The footwear consists of a pair of blue ankle boots with black straps and silver chains and buckles, white fur trim, pale yellow soles, gold trimming and the tips resemble rabbit feet.

Accessories: The outfit includes a blue cap with the word "THMPR" (an abbreviation for Thumper's name) in orange lettering along with a pair of white rabbit feet with pink interiors and green clovers. This set also includes a teal glove with a black strap and silver buckle with an orange and yellow armband and maroon armband with spikes on the right and and arm warmer on the left side with the same armbands and strap, with the addition of a silver chain. The outfit also has a black belt with a silver buckle.

Doll restoration: Shadow High’s Uma Vanhoose

I was hesitant to post this one or even really call it a doll restoration tbh. Compared to the ones I posted before, she didn’t look to be in very bad shape to start with, and this doll was one my older sister bought new (deeply deeply discounted) as well, and she hadn’t really been played with much.

But looks can be deceiving and my older sister is… well suffice it to say she specializes in doll fashions and not doll maintenance—which is more my area. Her clothes were very well taken care of though!

Her hair, like many of the dolls I work with, still had the styling glue they use to display it in the box. The real problem was underneath that, however. See, she has a hat which was originally held to her head with plastic tags, which my sister cut to remove it (She did not trim them and push them into the scalp though, so I did that step). This is a totally normal and reasonable thing to do, but it did result in the hat often falling off and having to be replaced on her head, which resulted in a ring of hair around her scalp getting badly tangled and matted.

Basically, she had some nasty hat hair.

Even though her hair didn’t look too bad when I started, when I finished, I had a fist sized wad of blue doll hair, some of which I’d actually had to cut out at the scalp (which I hate doing) because the knots couldn’t be untangled. It was a huge relief when it was finally combed out without any bald spots and I could wash and style it.

That wasn’t the end of it though because her face and body both had these weird dark smudges. Not sure if it was dust build up, or something on/in the plastic. I tried acetone to remove them, which worked like a charm. Acetone does slightly melt the plastic, so I still can’t be sure whether the blemishes were on the surface or something in the plastic itself. Guess I’ll find out if they start appearing again while she’s in my care.

As for her clothes, since she was bought new, she wasn’t missing anything (except an earring :/)—she even still had the rubber bands around her feet keeping her shoes on—so I switched her into her alternative outfit, just for some variety, and rolled up her Jacket sleeves so her bracelets were more visible, then of course I had to pull out her rockin’ electric guitar to complete the look.

I really love this doll’s style. I could see myself wearing some of her clothes. In fact, I actually had a very similar pair of jeans to the ones she wears a few years ago lol.

Positive Division:

This will give you more information on the Mind Spirits in the Positive Division that the group mets in Royal Field Trip.

If the Mind Spirits have stars(*) by their names then they can admit powerful auras of their emotion.

The guardians of the Division Heads all have three special effects; their helpers are animals, they can turn into that animal, and their power works the same way the Heads do; they need to collect the emotion or side to power up.

*Sweetie; Emotion of Happiness:

"I’m Sweetie, Emotion of Happiness. Welcome to my sweet world."

Outfit/Look - Sweetie wears a yellow candy and cake-themed dress, has light yellow hair in short twin pigtails and two yellow cat ears on top of her head, and has bubblegum pink eyes.

Domain - Sweetie’s room is decorated in sweets; Giant cakes and cupcakes make up the floor and candy decorates the ground. There is also hot pink, highlight yellow, and electric blue bubbles floating overhead. Near the end of the room is a big kitchen where Sweetie’s bubblegum pink helpers bake treats to fix the grounds and harvest candy.

Explanation - Baking makes Daniella happy so you can imagine what she does when she's down in the dumps; she goes to Vlad's and bakes a whole bunch of treats. Daniella's favorite cake flavor is vanilla and her favorite candy is sour candies, especially lemon drops. Another thing that makes Daniella happy is her pets. The bubbles are a representation of her childhood; when she was younger, a toddler, she loved going to the park and chasing bubbles around.

Explanation - The reason Delight’s dress is that shape is because when she was at her joyous she was wearing a dress of the same shape. The color of the dress is based on the color of the flowers in the garden where she danced with Undergrowth, which was when she was at her joyous. The reason that the room is a garden is because flowers bring Daniella joy whenever she’s around them.

Domain - Rocker’s room is a black void with the stage from the first concert Daniella went to; Ember’s concert. Rocker’s pale cornflower helpers are her bandmates.

Explanation - Daniella is not a big fan of Rock music, which is why there is a void, but that doesn’t mean she hates it especially since one of her best friends plays that kind of music for a living and died because of it. Once she dressed up in a leather outfit when she and Ember were jamming out.

Outfit/Look - Prankster wears a green dress, has black hair in double buns, and has forest green eyes. She also looks like a 10-year-old Daniella.

Domain - A single room floating in a colorful void. The room can change to whatever Prankster wants it to be. Her forest green inhabitants, or playmates as she calls them, are the size of children and act like it too.

Explanation - While Prankster may say that she has nothing to do with Daniella's childhood that's not exactly accurate; her room and her outfit have to do with it but her attitude and personality have everything to do with Daniella's childishness. When Daniella was a child she had a big imagination and it always ran wild, in fact, she was the one that always came up with the games they would play. One of her favorites was always playing hide and seek where she would hide in trees. The outfit is a bit different, when Daniella was a baby Jack and Maddie would have Vlad come down from Wisconsin to watch her and her siblings while they did ghost stuff. It got to the point that Vlad bought a mansion on the border of Amity Park and Elmerton. The mansion became a safe haven for her and her siblings. They have their own room stocked with their own clothes. Prankster’s outfit and hairstyle are based on the outfits Daniella wore as a kid in the mansion or more specifically when she was ten, visiting the mansion.

Outfit/Look - Pop wears a bright-colored dress and has red eyes. Her hair is up in twin ponytails with space buns on top. The hair buns are sky blue and the ponytail is smoky purple with pale green tips. She also looks like a 16-year-old Daniella.

Domain - An outdoor beach party. The party is based on a beach party Daniella and Danny went to with the kings where they stood on the balcony overlooking the party, watching and making fun of everyone. The red inhabitants are the partygoers.

Explanation - When it comes to parties Daniella is not exactly a lover of them, well that depends on what kind of party it is, if it's one of the boring charity balls or galas that Vlad drags them off to then she wants nothing to do with it, well maybe make some mischief with her brother and friends. The same with the party she goes to with the Kings. But if she has to be center stage or be on her best behavior in front of people at parties she's the picture-perfect lady.

Explanation - Unfortunately Courage is a young Mind Spirit (but not the youngest in the Positive Division but she is the youngest of the twelve in front of Cupid’s room) so there's not much to her, though there is that she is one of the representatives of Daniella's knowledge of weapons.

Domain - Brave’s room is Casper High School. But is deserted because Brave has a hard time trusting others, even her helpers.

Explanation - Daniella has never trusted many people in her life but the hardest is when you go to school, especially High School. You never know who to trust and who not to trust, the first day of school taught her that. Because Daniella does not trust people, Brave doesn’t trust people, she only trusts those that Daniella trusts. And while she may be shy around those whom she does not trust, she is very brave and is willing to stand up for what she does believe in.

Explanation - Queenie is one of the newest in the Positive Division but is not the newest of the twelve in front of Cupid. Daniella’s pride comes from her wanting to be right with her brother or when someone disrespects her. Queenie is another representative of Daniella's knowledge of weapons.

Explanation - Again Sally is a small Mind Spirit but Daniella does sacrifice herself for the people she loves. Sally is very rude because she doesn't want to get attached to people if she knows that she has to sacrifice herself at one point and she does a hell of a job of sacrificing herself (by that I mean she’s a drama queen when it comes to it).

Tina; Feeling of Heartbreaks:

"I’m Tina, Feelings of Heartbreak. Are you here to see my collection?"

Outfit/Look - Tina wears a black dress with a veil to cover her eyes because if she looks at them in a mirror she thinks of her helpers. She has dull green eyes. She has short black hair that is oddly cut, and very greasy, like it hasn’t been taken care of. It also looks like someone tried to dye it but it didn’t work.

Domain - When you enter you are led down a path of dead roses. It leads out to an area with mirrors covered with silky white sheets. In the center is a tiny patch of grass where one rose and a rosebud are growing. The roses represent how long she’s been here, if a rose is in full bloom that is one year. Tina’s room has mirrors in it that are covered with silky white sheets. Her dark green helpers are trapped in the mirrors because Tina is scared of them, the covers are what trap them.

Explanation - Tina is the only really ‘bad’ positive emotion in the division but she wears that with pride because she was handpicked by Cupid. Tina is the embodiment of all of Daniella’s heartbreaks, however, she has nothing to do with reacting to them, (well maybe her hair but that’s it) those ones live in the Negative Division.

Berry; Feeling of Lust:

Outfit/Look - Berry wears a light pink stripper outfit, has messy long black hair, and has drowsy midnight blue eyes.

Domain - Berry’s room is a bed in the middle with silk hanging around the small room. There are also midnight blue tentacles in the room that hide, these are her helpers. They are tentacles not because of the helper effect of the Guardian of the Heads (she’s not even a guardian), no they are tentacles because when Berrry got there she didn’t like the helpers’ forms so she used her magic to twist them into tentacles. This is not allowed but she is in the path of Cupid and uses the tentacles for protection too and not just pleasure so Cupid is fine with it but told her that she can’t use them on other Mind Spirits or she would be punished.

Explanation - Berry is the newest Mind Spirit in the Positive Division and you can probably guess why. Berry Is normally only approached by Cupid whenever she needs help with certain things, no one else will go near her because of her helpers. Berry is very lustful and likes to use the tentacles for her own personal pleasure, something the other Mind Spirits don’t approve of. Can they really judge her? It's just her personality.

Mirror; Self-Absorbed Side:

"I’m Mirror, The Self-Absorbed Side. DON’T TOUCH MY MIRRORS!"

Outfit/Look - Mirror wears a peacock-themed dress, has long green hair, and has light pink eyes. Mirror can turn into a peacock. As a peacock her colors are inside out; the green is blue and the blue is green. She always has a mirror on her.

Domain - Mirror’s room is full of mirrors, each mirror reflects pictures of Daniella at different times in her life when you stand in front of them. In the air is a tree branch growing from the wall where she and her five peacocks hang out. The peacocks are her inhabitants.

Explanation - Mirror is the Guardian of the Positive Head so she has the guardian effects. Mirror is, unfortunately, very self-absorbed and selfish as well as protective about her image whether it's a mirror image or her actual look which also happens to be Daniella. The reason there are peacocks is because that is Daniella's favorite animal and she has five because that's her lucky number.

Cupid; Emotion of Love and Head of the Positive Division:

"I’m Cupid, Emotion of Love and Head of the Positive Division and this is my Main Helper, Annie. Are you here for a little love?"

Outfit/Look - Cupid wears a red dress with a side of red fabric as the skirt. She has long hot pink hair that is down except for a section of it in a heart shape with a rose flower clip on the side of her head. She has no pupils or iris but red hearts in her eyes.

Domain - Cupid’s room looks like a teenager's bedroom but is love-themed. There are red couches of all sizes with pillows in all shades of red, pink, and white; all love themed. A gold bed is in the corner of the room. It has white silk sheets with pink silk curtains hanging from the gold poles. Heart-shaped pillows in red, pink, and white are set neatly on the bed. Fairy lights in bright yellow are hung high on the walls around the room, and clips with pictures were attached to them. Cupid sits at a computer where she watches Daniella's love life and her division.

Main Helper (Annie) - She has a big pink, circle-shaped head and a small pink body. On top of her head is a glowing red fire that looks like hair. She is wearing the same outfit as Cupid. She signs to Cupid when she can’t see the person’s mouth.

Explanation - Cupid is the Head of the Positive Division and happens to be the embodiment of Daniella's love life so of course, her room looks like a teenager's bedroom and of course, it's covered in red, pink, and white. It’s also because she’s the representative of Daniella’s Human Side. Because she is also the Head she has to cooperate with the others in her division in order to make certain decisions about Daniella’s love life. Her favorite attack to use is her bow and arrow because as she says, ‘My name is Cupid so of course, I would use a bow and arrow like the mythical love maker’. She is not the oldest of the Heads, no she is in the middle. Something else she is also ashamed to admit is that she's not exactly the second oldest Mind Spirit either; there are some in the Negative Division that came before her, but she is the oldest in the Positive Division.

Door - Bright red wood and framed in gold with a ton of sticks, each having something to do with love. On the center of the door is a sign that says, ‘DON’T COME IN! Making love in here’.

Innoportune for Solara?

Thanks so much for my first prompt ask, yay! Okay so this is about my angry fairy princess OC Solara who has the SUPER rockin hot body of the fairy goddess. She wears an outfit made of ceremonial daisy petals, buuuuut she is very allergic to it. She's also a very petite individual but has a loud, violent sneeze that is very un-princesslike, so there really is no opportune time for her to sneeze.

It's in the POV of Callum, her sweet servant who's mute but loves her very much and would do anything for her! I wouldn't label this nsfw but it DOES have descriptions of her, um, overactive chest with her overactive sneezing.

(also HEY so I change OC names for fics when I post them to tumblr and sometimes I miss a name or two, so pls forgive me calling the painter by two different names in here lmao)

There was always a very limited window of time for Princess Solara to sport the ceremonial daisy bralette. Even when overloading herself with antihistamines, the chokehold that daisy pollen had on her was ultimately unstoppable. That’s why Kien the royal painter had been told to work fast to paint Solara in the bralette before she could wind up sneezing every last petal off. If yet another portrait had to be restarted due to the interruption of Solara’s allergic sneezing fits…Well. Callum knew that the Queen would be having a very different kind of fit in response.

He sat patiently on the window seat, silently observing the portrait at hand. Callum would occasionally peek at Kien’s canvas as he painted the visage of Solara, but the majority of his attention was on the princess herself. She was…not faring well. Root-based allergy potions always got her sleepy and a touch disoriented, a stark difference from her typical fiery personality. Solara’s nose had evidently missed the memorandum that said potion was meant to last several hours. It had only been two since Kien began painting, and Solara was already beginning to scrunch her nose with persistent sniffles. That’s how it always started, with harmless, delicate sniffling that steadily grew damper and heavier as time went on. He supposed that was rather how Solara was as an individual; Seemingly the proper, fragile princess that grew increasingly difficult to deal with as one got to know her.

“Hold still, Princess,” Kien urged, using a small brush to paint the hundreds of tiny petals of the bralette.

Even as the antihistamines took away most of her typical awareness, Solara scowled with pink eyes flashing in irritation. “And just whaddoyou think I’m--sdff, trying to do here, Kien?” she asked, words beginning to run together slightly.

“I just--”

“No, I’d like knowing wha’ you’ve thought m’goal has been this--snf--entire--snff! Damned time. Enlighten me.”

Callen looked over to Callum, silently asking for help. Callum pursed his lips into a flat line and simply offered the painter a shrug. Kien sighed and nodded, leaning back behind his canvas to avoid Solara’s glower. “Nothing, Princess.”

Solara’s frown softened, though she was still evidently unhappy. She simply focused back on her posing with a sniffle. Callum had to admit that it was…difficult not to stare. Princess Solara was considered to be the end all, be all of Aurorian beauty, and for good reason. The bralette didn’t cover much, allowing her full chest to rest mostly exposed in the sunshine filtering through the grand windows. One strap hung loose on one shoulder, simply allowing the daisy petal garment to slip lower down her chest. Her nipples weren’t quite exposed yet, but Callum kept an eye out in case more of her areolas became visible. He knew she would very much not want the bra to get that low. Solara didn’t seem to notice amidst her concentrated sniffling, and Kien evidently wasn’t interested in adjusting it. Callum supposed it made sense for the Aurorian princess to show off as much of her body as possible for a portrait, but he wondered if Kien knew or cared how sick of the public sexualization Solara got.

Kien leaned back on his stool, examining his work with a slight tilt to his head. He nodded over to Callum. “Would you go tuck the hair on her right side over her shoulder? I’d like an unobscured look at the cups of the bralette.”

Callum obeyed without question, rising from his seat to go to Solara’s side. He offered her a soft smile as he took her curls in hand. He tucked the hair behind her shoulder, fingers inadvertently brushing along her bare skin as he did so. A warm blush spread over Callum’s face as he flashed her an apologetic wince, but Solara was oblivious. She was currently sniffling at a much faster pace than before, freckled nose scrunching to the left and right. She let out a shaky, whining little breath as her running nose escaped the confines of her nostrils to slide down onto her upper lip.

“Fuck…” she swore, shoulders shuddering as she crossed her eyes to look at her nose. She made a valiant effort to sniffle the beads of mess back into her nostrils, but Solara’s attempts proved useless. While she didn’t move her head, her eyes flickered up to the painter. “Kien, I need---”

“Not yet,” he said, motions speeding up as he captured the visage of the royal before him. “Don’t move.”

“I--”

“Just a few more minutes.”

Princess Solara looked to Callum next with an expression of pleading that only he ever saw. Solara was an…angry individual, to put it kindly, but she knew that she could turn to her lad-in-waiting in times of crisis. “C-Callum…?”

He knelt to her side immediately, collecting the handkerchief from his breast pocket. A Solara in her right mind would have sooner screamed than allow Callum, or anyone, near her nose. This Solara, however, was only a fraction of her regular self at the moment. She hardly seemed to react at all initially, eyes crossing once again to look at the center of her face. Callum gingerly folded the handkerchief over her freckled nose, using all the care in the world as he wiped the underside. Solara’s cheeks began to visibly darken. Instead of shoving his hand away or barking at him, she simply looked away from Callum’s eyes with a sniffle. “Th-....Thank you, Callum,” she murmured.

Despite Solara being unable to see him, Callum gave her a nod and a reassuring smile. After all he did for Solara on a daily basis, cleaning up her nose was hardly notable for him. Solara, of course, would be apoplectic once her antihistamines (and allergy attack) wore off, but Callum could handle it. He could handle anything about her.

“Stay close,” Kien requested of Callum, nothing but focus on his face as he painted. “In case she needs you again.”

Warmth bloomed in Callum’s chest. In case she needed him again. Callum was quite vocally disliked throughout the entirety capitol, and yet he was somehow good enough for Princess Solara to need. He nodded, remaining seated at her side.

Solara continued to sniffle, though her nose didn’t run as it had a moment ago. She inhaled and exhaled through parted lips in some attempt to keep her nose as unbothered as possible, but Callum was very aware that this wouldn’t last long. He wasn’t sure if Solara was capable of that realization at the moment, though.

As he expected, it didn’t take long for Solara’s nostrils to flare into perfect little circles with a hitch of her breath. Her lashes fluttered shut as she drew one hand up to fan beneath her nose.

“Nonono!” Kien pleaded, gesticulating to Solara. “Stay as you were! Just a minute longer!”

A low whine rumbled in Solara’s throat as she set her hand back in its previous position on the fainting couch. She sniffled sharply, nose starting to scrunch irritably to the side. “I need to s-sneeze,” she said pointedly to Kien, words beginning to snag.

Kien nodded, dipping his brush into a brilliant daisy cream shade of paint. “I understand. We’re nearly there. I’ve just got to finish getting all the petals, so you won’t have to wear the bralette for our next session. Okay, Princess?”

Solara was evidently debating how much she wanted to avoid wearing the daisy bralette in the future. Without waiting for her to ask him, Callum cautiously extended the hand still holding his handkerchief. She stared at his hand for a beat before her eyes flickered up to Callum’s. Solara opened her mouth to speak before she instead trembled with a heady hitch of her breath. Her chest shuddered with the itchy little gasp. Callum pretended not to notice. “Hh--! I-I can’t help it. O-Okay--hehh--!”

He didn’t hesitate. Callum reached behind Solara, placing one steadying hand between her shoulder blades. With the other, he folded his handkerchief back over her nose. There wasn’t a moment to spare before Solara convulsed with a sneeze, doing her best to stay as still as possible. A massive feat, Callum thought, given how very…indelicate her sneeze was.

“HiYYshiyUHH!” she sneezed, just as voluminous and violent as usual. She very nearly forced the handkerchief from his hand with the strength of it. Warmth immediately flooded into the handkerchief with the productive release. Callum found himself glad that he’d made it in time. Daisy-induced sneezes were always terribly messy for Solara, and he knew she would have been horrified to sneeze openly at the moment. She wobbled in the aftermath, momentarily disoriented from that big sneeze.

Callum couldn’t blame his Princess for avoiding sneezing whenever possible. He supposed he would avoid it, too, if his sneeze was as aggressive as hers. It suited her loud personality, though, in a way he found painfully endearing.

Kien jumped in response, just as everyone did when hearing Princess Solara sneeze for the first time. “Fuck--ahem. Goodness. Bless, Prince--”

“Shut up,” Solara snarled at him, flashing Kien a pointed glare over the handkerchief. Just after, her eyes snapped shut all over again. Callum tightened his hold on the handkerchief over her nose to ensure it wasn’t at risk of being sneezed away. He wasn’t the strongest individual, so there wasn’t much he could do about the way she rocked back into the hand he held between her shoulder blades. Once again, Callum tried to avoid staring at the way her chest heaved with every sneeze. “Hh’shYYUH! Woah--!” she gasped when she rocked back.

Callum gave her a quiet look in the eye that he hoped communicated: I’ve got you.

Kien gasped. Callum was about to shoot the painter an unhappy look of his own before seeing exactly what Kien did: Half a dozen daisy petals shuddering off of the bralette’s wire frame with that last sneeze. “No--keep the petals intact!”

Callum didn’t need explanation for the importance of this. Solara’s breath was already seesawing in preparation for another sneeze. Callum rapidly looked between her face and the shuddering bralette. Her hitches were so strong that it began to shake a few petals off of it without even needing to sneeze yet.

He had seen this happen on many an occasion. One or two heavy, hard sneezes, and the bralette would begin falling apart. And Princess Solara was only full of heavy, hard sneezes.

“Hah--!”

He had two options, neither of them ideal. As Solara’s chest rose with a final hitch, Callum decided on the lesser of two evils to keep his Princess’ pride as intact as possible. He dropped the damp handkerchief in his lap and used both hands to hold her chest.

“HihHYYSHuh!”

Attempting to keep Solara’s chest from wobbling with a sneeze was as effective as trying to keep a shattered vase from crumbling. Callum tried, certainly, and he did succeed in cutting down on the amount of petals that could have been shaken free, but it did require holding both cups of the bralette with splayed fingers. Solara’s chest was so…much, that he couldn’t have held them otherwise.

This also involved Solara needing to sneeze without a handkerchief. She seemed to realize at the very last moment that her protective cover was now gone and managed to sneeze downward rather than straight ahead. Even with this precaution, a fine mist still settled on her chest as well as Callum’s forearms and hands.

He wasn’t perturbed. Callum simply hoped this wouldn’t be getting him slapped later. Even if it did, he would have rathered Solara be temporarily enraged with him than permanently humiliated by sneezing her bra to pieces in front of Kien. Callum didn’t distrust the painter, necessarily, but he didn’t think there were many people in the capitol who wouldn’t go bragging about getting to see the Princess completely topless. After an out of control sneezing fit, no less.

After her first love’s abandonment last year, Callum didn’t think Princess Solara could handle much more whispering about her.

Solara sniffled, blinking at Callum through teary lashes. She looked exhausted and embarrassed and--

“Good save! Just a few more---”

No. No few more minutes. Callum was a patient individual (he had to be to work for Solara) that anger didn’t come naturally to, but the sight of Solara’s discomfort mixed with Kien’s calloused response was enough to push him over that edge. Callum shot Kien a pointed frown and shook his head, beginning to discard his jacket. A few petals fell loose from the bralette once his hands were away, but not enough to send it falling apart yet. Solara was already getting a new sneezy expression on her face, so Callum worked quickly.

He wrapped his jacket around her shoulders, doing his best to close it over her ample chest. It didn’t cover them completely, but enough for the moment. He wrapped an arm around Solara and helped her to stand. She looked confused for a moment before that look crumbled with a wobbling chin. “Hh! HyYYshuHH!” she sneezed openly in front of her, another burst of mist dampening her chest. Callum gave her a squeeze in lieu of a blessing and had to resist the urge to use his handkerchief to dab at her chest to dry it.

“‘M sorry…” Solara murmured with a nose-crinkling snuffle.

Kien, of course, was less than thrilled. “No!” he exclaimed, jumping to his feet and nearly knocking the easel over in the process. “Where are you--? No, no, we were nearly--”

“Kien.” Solara’s voice was unsteady as she let her head fall against Cananver’s shoulder. He smiled softly and squeezed her again. “Fucking deal w--hih! With it.”

He was still protesting as the princess and her lad-in-waiting left the room, Callum holding Solara protectively.

She was out of it. Her head lolled sleepily against him. She blinked up at Callum with a sniffle, raising one hand to rub under her nose. “I…I wanna take a nap,” she said just before she hitched with flared little nostrils again. This time, she was able to smother a sneeze into the arm of his jacket. “Ughh. I’b sorry…”

Callum shook his head, reaching up to smooth unruly locks from her forehead. He couldn’t tell her with words, so he could only hope that Solara felt how he would do anything for his Princess.

Always anything for his Princess.

Loud House Moon Goats Christmas Vacation

After nearly a full month of performing, the Moon Goats are ready to enjoy their Christmas Vacation. Gig after gig, they outdid themselves with awesome Christmas songs they'd written the previous month. It was the time of giving people a new experience in the season of giving, not to mention a rockin 'holiday experience.

At seven am on Christmas Eve, Luna and her band, the Moon Goats arrived at the Royal Woods Mall. They promised Luan, her friends Ruby and Shannon from the Theatre Club, and Leni to help out on Christmas errands at the last minute. Leni took Lily with her to babysit on Christmas Eve with the whole Loud Family making the decision to celebrate Christmas in their own separate ways.

"So your dad was crying all night because this is your first time spending Christmas without your family?" Mazzy asked.

"Yes, you have no idea how many years he wants us to celebrate the holiday." Luna answered.

"But you do realize we haven't come up with an idea of what we can do during Christmas, right?" Sully added.

"Hey, it's not our fault our dad told us to reschedule until our mom gave us the opportunity a couple days ago." Luan said.

"I had to give up on the best Christmas outfit, because our Dad constantly wants me to drop it all because it was getting old." Leni groaned. "I just wanted to be in the Christmas spirit."

"Jeez, talking about sticking to the family tradition forever." Ruby added.

"We don't hate it, we just wanted to do something different for a change." Luna replied. "Though still, I really wanted to do something great with Sam since we couldn't go ice skating with all the skates sold out."

As the group headed their way to the food court, Luna saw Sam sitting alone, waiting. The sad part is despite the gigs she did with the band, she just told her family last night about her skipping family tradition which she's lucky they accepted, as long as she's being honest.

"Hey Sam." Luna walked up to her girlfriend.

"Hi Luna." She responded as Luna sat down. "So...any plans for us?"

"Sorry, but still nothing. To tell you the truth, it has been a busy month outside of our gigs."

"We really wanted to make this special for all of us but then again...this is our first Christmas together." Mazzy added.

"Well you can't expect to have a proper first Christmas for a band like us." Sam replied.

"So are we just gonna spend time in the mall?" Shannon wondered.

"No." Luna replied. "I gotta help Luan and Leni with their Christmas errands soon. And then maybe we can have lunch here."

"I had to work overtime at the Theatre club, so I didn't have time to buy Benny a Christmas present." Luan filling in.

"Were you planning to spend time with him?" Ruby added.

"I would if we had tickets to see a Broadway play of A Christmas Carol, but we don't."

"I gave Gavin his Christmas gift, but he headed down south to celebrate Christmas with his family so, babysitting Lily is all I got." Leni lifted Lily up.

"Lily wants a great Christmas!" Lily shouted.

Soon, Nina and Joey arrived at the food court, seeing the Moon Goats from a distance. "Hey Moon Goats!" She called their attention.

"Nina! Joey!" Sully smiled.

"It's great to see you two." Mazzy added.

"Well after she helped me with the tuba audition from the Christmas parade last week, I decided to help her pay for the Christmas Snickerdoodles." Joey replied.

"I'm in a snickerdoodle mood this year." Nina replied.

"That's nice." Sam smiled. "But we're trying to find our mood, since we have no plans for Christmas."

"We're not doing our family traditions this year unlike the last few years." Luna filling in. "Do you have any ideas?"

"We can do some Christmas carols." Nina offered.

"That'll take time." Joey said.

"Yeah, we all have been doing so many gigs, we didn't have time to listen to Christmas Carols." Sully replied.

"Don't you guys know you can do other activities during Christmas?" Shannon filling in. "Like sure, the Theatre Club does singing as well, but maybe there are other activities."

"She's right." Luan filling in. "How about when we do our errands, we find someone who could give us some inspiration."

"Yeah, you're right." Luna standing up. "But on Christmas Eve, it has to be a fast one."

Luna, Luan, and Leni left the food court, while the group stayed behind. They headed to the costume store to find Leni not only a costume for herself, but also Lily in her size. After picking a sparkling red and white Santa outfit and an elf costume for Lily, they paid for the two outfits as they headed out of the store.

"Why wouldn't you wanna see Sam in a Santa outfit?" Leni wondered.

"Because she told me I would look better in one." Luna answered. "The last time I wore a Santa outfit was when I was eight."

"Yeah, we remember that when you sang so many Christmas songs." Luan smiled. "Do you have Sam's Christmas gift?"

"Yes but it's in our bedroom. I didn't bring it with me because I was saving it for tomorrow. I know how thrilled she would've been if she found out what it is."

"Did she tell you what she likes?" Leni added.

"No, I picked up on hints during our time together, it's a surprise."

"Ohhh..." Luan, Leni, and Lily responded.

"You two would do the same, don't overdo it."

"Hey, there's nothing wrong with savoring the moment when it happens." Leni smiled.

"Yeah." Lily added.

"Though still, we really need to find someone to get an idea on what we're gonna do today." Luna looking around. She then noticed Lori's friend Carol hanging out with Becky after coming out from the camping store. She made her way to the two while her sisters followed suit. "Carol!"

Carol and Becky turned their attention to Luna but little did the rockstar know, they were planning to leave. "Luna?" Carol replied.

"I know this isn't really the time, but I want to spend Christmas with not only my band, but also Sam. Do you have any ideas?"

"Luna, we're actually on a strict schedule right now." Becky replied. "Nothing personal, but tonight is really gonna be special."

"What, does it have something to do with your families?"

Carol and Becky looked at each other and went back to Luna again. "No." Carol responded. "We're gonna be watching the stars tonight."

Upon hearing their plans, Luna just found the inspiration she needs. "Wait, there's gonna be stars tonight? Like real stars?"

"Yes, we're gonna go to the forest while the stars appear above the frozen lake."

"For the last few days, we've decorated the trees at the location and all that's left is for winter camping supplies." Becky said, showing the supply bag.

"Wait, what do you mean by winter camping?" Luan wondered.

"The stars only appear at midnight." Carol answered. "Once we get to our destination, we're gonna set up our camping tents and sleep out there after watching the stars."

"That's...really awesome!" Luna cheered.

"Shooting stars during Christmas!?" Leni squealed. "How I didn't think of that before!?"

"It's called the Geminid Meteor Shower." Carol answered. "Usually it only appears a few days ago, but after the forecast news earlier this month, midnight could be bigger than that."

Luna couldn't pick a better opportunity for the best Christmas on her own. Even if she didn't experience the Geminid Meteor Shower in her life, she wonders how Sam would react upon the stars from the sky.

"Luna, you need to understand this isn't gonna be easy, not even a bit."

"You see, the weather is getting colder and it's gonna be a long night." Becky added.

"Yeah...I didn't forget the time we got stuck in Burpin' Burger to find the winning wrapper for Lana. The snow was that cold."

"We would've been burping icicles if things got worse." Luan added.

"Well you better get the equipment if you really want to see the stars." Carol replied. "Here's where you need to be." She showed Luna her phone on the destination where she and Becky are heading. Luna immediately took a picture from her phone as she's ready to tell Sam and the others their Christmas plans.

"Is Lori and Bobby gonna be there?" Leni wondered.

"No. I did offer, but they already had plans but luckily, Lori told me she found a way to get two other people to come along."

"They're probably already there right now, they really love the location." Becky added.

"Well, Lori is literally missing out on the best midnight in years." Luna grinned. "I'll do whatever it takes to get there."

"It's not that far away, it's just two miles from the road." Carol added. "I will say, I'm looking forward to seeing Sam. I've heard good things about her." This caused Luna to blush which Carol giggled. "Always the shy girlfriend who smiles especially during Christmas."

"She can't help herself." Leni replied while Lily giggled.

Carol and Becky walked past Luna and her sisters to head out of the mall. Luna took a deep breath, while focusing on her goal. "Okay, I'm gonna go to our band to tell them we're going winter camping tonight to see the stars at midnight!"

"You sure this is gonna work out?" Luan wondered.

"I'm sure, it's a once in a lifetime chance for me and the band. I promise I'll get back to you with the errands." Luna headed straight back to the food court while Leni, Lily and Luan looked at each other.

"I'm sure the stars are gonna be pretty like the New Year's fireworks." Leni commented.

"If Luna's taking her band, I'm taking Ruby, Shannon, and my boyfriend Benny along." Luan smiled. "Though it is sad Gavin isn't here to watch the stars with you."

"Nah, I can send him selfies with the stars behind me. He'll be impressed."

"But I am worried about Sam, I'm sure she'll enjoy the stars if what Carol said is true."

"If she is, should we give Luna a surprise from her girlfriend?"

Leni lidded her eyes while looking at Lily. If everything turns out great in the end, she'll make Luna and Sam's midnight the best Christmas ever. She heads back to the costume store to buy Luna and Sam outfits.

After Luna's band agreed to the plan, they began their shopping rush in the mall for the accessories, especially finishing Luan's errands. Upon leaving, the Moon Goats texted their closest friends to tag along on their journey. With one stop at Luna's place to pick up Sam's Christmas present, they made their way to the forest where Carol and Becky were heading. Chuck took the Moon Goats on the road through the forest. After the snowstorm, every tree in the forest is covered in snow to the point where Carol, Becky and others had to clear a pathway to head to the frozen lake, especially when the snow from the trees constantly fell on the ground.

Chunk parked his van on the edge of the road with the Moon Goats heading out, while taking out their accessories. "We're here." Chunk getting out from the driver's seat. "You sure this is gonna be worth it? It's still close to noon."

"We can do something by the frozen lake." Mazzy smiled.

"Then again, winter camping is like summer camping, but colder." Sully commented.

"It's still worth seeing the stars at midnight." Nina replied.

"It's gonna be awesome mate." Tabby hugging Nina.

Then Leni along with Lily, Luan, Ruby, Shannon, and the Moon Goat's friends parked Vanzilla behind the Moon Goat's van. When they got out, Leni and Luan headed straight to Luna who took out her camping gear.

"We're here!" Leni smiled.

"So this is where we're going?" Luan looked at the cleared pathway.

"It seems like it." Luna replied.

"I have to say, I'm mostly wondering what we're gonna do before midnight." Shannon walked up behind Luan.

"We could go skating, but we don't have ice skates." Sam answered. "Then again, camping in the winter is what's on my mind."

"The only thing we can do is make the best out of it." Benny commented.

"You're right." Joey added.

As Luna and the group head through the open pathway, a broadcast TV truck also parked at the edge of the road, revealing Katherine Mulligan, her niece Adeline in her baby leash and her TV crew. "This could be it." She got out of the truck. "On Christmas morning, it will be the best Christmas report any broadcast has ever seen."

As the TV crew took out the camping and broadcast equipment, they headed in the pathway to reach the frozen lake. The two miles Luna and the group took wasn't as stressful as they thought. Even if they had to carry heavy camping equipment, they made sure to put their full focus on setting up their camping spots. Nina, Tabby, Ruby, and Shannon were way in the back carrying food and drinks.

"Have you ever imagined what it would be like to see the Geminid Meteor Shower, but bigger?" Shannon asked.

"It'll possibly be a once in a lifetime event, if it's true." Ruby commented.

"Hey, once in a lifetime opportunities should always be taken." Nina smiled. "Who knows, we would probably be the only people to see that during midnight."

"Those people who rejected the idea don't know what they're missing." Tabby added. "You have no idea how thrilled I am right now!"

"So am I, and I'm wondering how Luna is gonna handle this with Sam."

In the front of the group, Luna, Sam, Luan, Benny, and Leni are leading the group with much of the camping supplies. With the rest of Luna's friends from behind, Luna knew she would make it as far upon arriving. But with so much time until midnight, she not only needs to keep herself occupied, but also Sam and the others.

"Sam." Luna spoke to her girlfriend's attention.

"Yes?" Sam responded.

"When we set up our tents, what do you think we should do during our spare time?"

"Well when you showed me the map, all there was a frozen lake. There was nothing close to it aside from the tents."

"Maybe we can ask Carol or Becky when we're there." Luan replied.

"They probably went somewhere other than staying by their tents." Benny added.

"The only thing we could do since we can't go skating is hiking, but during the winter with snow?" Leni blinked. "No fashion show would approve of that."

"I still want to make a snowman!" Lily said.

"Don't worry, I promised we would do it today."

"If we find a way to do something exciting, even at the last minute, we can do it together." Luna slightly smiled.

"Okay, no matter what it is, at least we're spending Christmas together." Sam smiled back.

"Yeah, I know."

In a matter of time, they arrive by the frozen lake with the tents set up with tons of open spots. During the summer, nobody swam in the lake with other lakes slightly farther away being bigger but during the winter, the ice is stronger in smaller lakes than the bigger lakes. As the whole group walked past the tents, they saw Carol and Becky right in front of their tent.

"Luna." Carol took notice of her group's arrival.

"We're here." Luna replied.

"Where can we set up our tents?" Mazzy asked.

"Over there." Becky pointed.

"Thanks." Sully walking past.

It took them time to set their tents up along with the supplies and Christmas gifts, but with the help from Carol and Becky, they followed on really easily. With all the tents, each being shared by two people, the rest of Luna's group relaxed while having some drinks.

"So you two sleep with your winter clothes on?" Joey asked to which Carol nodded.

"Sleeping in a winter tent that isn't necessary when a regular tent is more convenient." Becky replied. "But during a snowstorm, there's a reason why winter campsites don't exist."

"Technically we're making one, but we're not running a camping business." Carol added.

"Well, at least we have the right tools to go through the night." Sam spoked.

"Though we're wondering," Luna replied. "Do you two plan to do anything until the Geminid Meteor Shower comes at midnight?"

"Nothing at all." Becky answered.

"We've been focusing on this whole winter camp along with the whole tree decorating, we just want to make sure we don't miss the stars." Carol replied.

Luna felt speechless of the lack of activities Carol and Becky do aside from winter camping. Of course her hearing about how hard setting up camp felt exaggerated. "It's not even one o'clock and we have eleven hours from now until then."

"We weren't sure okay, just because this is all your first time doesn't mean we've done this before."

"Only a few families saw the Geminid Meteor Shower in Royal Woods." Becky said. "Anyone who denies it just prefers normal camping, that's for any season except winter."

"Well, it seems you can do more in normal camping but still, we can at least do something to use up all that spare time." Sam replied. "There should be something we can do that's close to us."

When Carol looked at the map from her phone, Luna and everyone by the frozen lake saw Katherine Mulligan and her TV crew making their way. "Katherine Mulligan?" Luna blinked.

"The Moon Goats." Katherine smiled. "Didn't expect we would meet again after you performed on Kat Chat." As the TV crew moved past them to set up their winter tents, Luan and Leni, who picked up Lily, walked up next to Luna and Sam.

"Looks like the tv broadcast might be capturing the moment." Luan said.

"Correct. And in the morning, we're going back to the TV station and giving families a great Royal Woods Morning News."

"Wow, talk about doing a service for missing Christmas just for an amazing Geminid Meteor Shower experience." Leni commented.

"They already show it on TV, just not the bigger one." Joey replied.

"Anyway, I'm planning on going sightseeing with my niece soon. It may not be enough in my mind, but my crew are still setting up the TV equipment, especially our broadcast camera." Katherine said.

"I don't blame you, we've all early here." Becky commented. "Then again, we made the choice to be here rather with our families so...this is our price we have to deal with."

"Wait!" Carol called as she headed back to the group. "There's a building close by but it's on top of a hill."

"On top of a hill?" Luna responded.

"I don't know what it is but considering we have a lot of time, we can check it out."

"Perfect! I can give Adeline great sightseeing along with capturing it on video." Katherine said happily, picking up her niece.

"Well at least it's still something." Sam turned to Luna.

"I'm mostly wondering what we can do on the hill, especially the building." Luna wondered.

"Then let's go already." Sully said, standing up from the ground. While the rest of the group relax by the frozen Lake, Luna, the Moon Goats, her sisters, Carol, Becky, Benny, Katherine along with her niece and a cameraman made their way to the nearby hill. After going through the forest from the other side from where they came from, they got out where they saw the hill by the open field. It wasn't as big as they thought so they couldn't see it by the frozen lake.

Upon heading up the hill, they noticed snow steps from two people who went up there. Luna remembered the size of the snow steps, she still remembers the time she had a snow day without school, spending time with her siblings, and remembering the sizes of their footsteps. She may not be an expert like Lisa but she still knows her siblings in some aspects when it comes to size.

"We're almost there." Chunk panted.

With Luna and her siblings reaching to the top, the building is a medium size cabin with a garage on the right. It wasn't the best cabin in the world, but the most cozy at this time of year.

"It's just a cabin?" Becky took notice after reaching the top.

"Well that's a bummer." Luan commented. "But I wonder who's inside."

"Let's not bother them." Sam replied. "If they're staying for the Geminid Meteor Shower, they really rented the money here and not wasted a cent of it."

"I would do the same to be honest." Carol said.

When Luna followed the snow steps from the left side of the cabin, she saw two kids on the edge of the hill, but one of them she recognized very well. "Bro?"

The kid turned around after hearing the B word from someone who calls him that everytime. "Luna?"

"Lincoln!" Luna smiled as she ran up to him. "I didn't expect to spend my Christmas to see you." She then saw Girl Jordan and was surprised to see her. "And your happy Christmas angel." She lidded her eyes, causing her brother to blush.

"Hey, I also didn't expect to meet you out here to see the stars." Lincoln reacted.

"Lincoln, everyone called me and my friends Christmas angels." Girl Jordan said, walking up next to him.

"I even heard when you and her were video chatting, she called you the Gildor Elf." Leni smiled as Lily giggled.

"Guys stop!" Lincoln continued to blush harder.

"Aww! You didn't tell me?" Luan looking at Leni. "I could've come up with a great pun."

"Okay, everyone give him a break." Carol chiming in. "Lincoln and Girl Jordan were the ones Lori talked about and they agreed."

"We were planning on just spending Christmas apart since we did a lot this month, but Girl Jordan wanted to see the stars with me tonight, so here I am." Lincoln presented himself.

"Geez, everyone has last minute decisions." Benny commented.

"It's still our first time watching the Geminid Meteor Shower together with it being bigger than normal. I can't imagine how breathtaking it will be." Girl Jordan replied.

As Katherine and her cameraman reached the top of the hill, her niece cheered from the view on all sides. "This is perfect!" She smiled. "Get the camera ready!"

Luna, Carol, and Lincoln walked up from the edge of the hill while looking at the view in the distance. Nina went past the group to see Luna next to her brother while Girl Jordan took notice. "Is that a new member of your band?" Girl Jordan asked.

"Well, temporary member." Sam answered.

"She looks really cool."

"Thanks, I don't usually get those compliments from fans." Nina smiled.

"Hey, even non-fans can give out honest gestures." Sully added.

"Though I'm wondering what's with the cabin here."

When the group turned to the cottage itself, they agreed with what Sam said but when Sam got close to the window, she noticed it's empty in the living room. "I don't think anyone's here."

"Really?" Girl Jordan seeing through the window. "Yeah, there's no one inside?"

"But it doesn't look dusty at all." Nina also joined in.

Mazzy reached to the front door to open it, but found it to be locked. "We still need a key though."

"What about the garage?" Joey pointed. "Because I don't think it's very heavy, we might push the garage door up."

"Yeah, let's give it a try." Tabby cheered as the group headed to the garage.

Back from the edge of the hill, Luna told Lincoln everything on why she and her band are here. Of course Lincoln would've been in the same position as her sister but his relationship with Girl Jordan isn't the same as Sam's.

"Luna, when you say this is your first time spending Christmas with Sam, did you expect more from it?" Lincoln asked.

"Everyone wants their first Christmas with someone more than better." Luna replied. "If ice skating was my option, I would still want more from it."

"Even me and Becky, which is why we decorated the trees by the frozen lake." Carol added.

"Well, I can't say I would've felt the same way. Girl Jordan wanted to do more before we came here." Lincoln looked in the distance.

"Hey, the only thing I remember from last year is you and her having turtle doves. Don't act like she missed Christmas when she was born."

Lincoln turned to his sister after hearing the complement. "It did feel like that."

"Hey, I didn't get a chance to sit on Santa's lap until I was seven." Carol retorted. "When do you get a chance to sit on his lap?"

"Four years old?"

"Exactly!"

"What? I wasn't rubbing it in your face."

This causes Carol to lean down face to face with Lincoln. "Kids do that when they get their chance. They're not like my friends."

"Was it a bad experience?"

"We all grew up thinking that Santa was real." Carol leaned back while noticing that everyone except Katherine and her cameraman were gone. "Where is everybody?"

The three headed to the front of the cabin and saw Nina, Girl Jordan, Tabby, Sully, and Mazzy push the garage opener up. "We got it!" Nina smiled while they witnessed the inside.

"There's tons of sleighs in here." Tabby looking at the stack of sleighs.

"We can definitely slide down the hill with these." Girl Jordan smiled.

When Luna, Carol, and Lincoln headed to the front of the garage, Nina and the others took one medium size sleigh and walked past them. "There's sleighs inside?" Luna reacted.

"Yeah, we can ride down the hill to pass the time." Sam replied.

"That's actually really great." Lincoln jumped in thrilled. "I'll help you carry the sleigh Girl Jordan." He heads to ad Girl Jordan as most of the sleighs, small and medium, are out of the garage.

"You're thinking about sliding down with Sam?" Carol asked while they saw Sam taking another medium size sleigh out. "It's not skiing, but it's still riding down the hill."

"I do, it's just..." Luna stepped into the garage. "It's not the Christmas moment I wanted with her. Midnight is the moment, but sleighing isn't really what I had in mind to pass the time."

"It's not like it's wasting your time." Carol walked next to her. "I make the best out of using my time on anything that comes my way."

"That's easy for you to say, all I have is my gift to her."

Carol turned around to see Sam nowhere in her sight, outside of the garage. "What did you bring her?" She turned back to Luna.

"A light blue and yellow rockstar guitar pendant." Luna answered. "I couldn't find anything better like a new guitar or something else, so I went to the jewelry store where I found the pendant."

"That's...really unlikely of you to do that."

"I didn't get the choice to go out of Royal Woods. The women who worked there stated that the pendent's rare and I was lucky that they had her name on top of the guitar." When she took a deep breath, Nina overheard everything while hiding by the garage door.

Just when Luna headed out, Nina got out of the way while heading inside. She wanted to make things better between her and Sam, but it requires a lot more for them to spend quality time. But when she turned around, she saw two pairs of ice skates that are the right sizes for Luna and Sam. "This is perfect for her and Sam."

She headed to Katherine who her cameraman finished setting up and preparing to record. When she slightly pulled on her winter jacket, Katherine took notice as Nina whispered into her eye. Katherine liked the idea so much, she was willing to have it included on television. "I like the way you think, kid." She smiled.

Nina headed back to the group who all set up their sleighs. She shared a sleigh with Tabby from the front and Becky from the back. Leni, Luan, and Benny all shared one with Lily in front. Carol shared hers with Lincoln and Girl Jordan with her right in front of them, Chuck had his own sleigh for himself, Sully and Mazzy all shared one as Luna and Sam sat on their own sleigh.

"Are we all ready?" Carol asked, holding onto Lincoln.

"I'm ready when you are." Mazzy responded.

"We can do this as many times as we want, we have a lot of time." Becky added.

"This is gonna be exciting." Sam responded. "I did this with my brother last year, but not on this high of a hill."

When Luna looked straight down, it was a bigger hill then expected. If people walked up here, they're would be no way of them sliding down. "Yeah, he'll probably be exhausted by going up the hill several times."

"Would you?" Sam turned to Luna.

"Probably, if the hill wasn't so big."

"You'll be like my brother, even though you're in shape."

With everyone in their sleighs, they pushed them down the hill with Leni and Carol's coming down first. Becky and Sully came second while Luna and Chuck's came down last. "See you at the bottom, mates!" He called while sliding down.

The speed of Luna and Sam's sleigh due to the height of the hill was beyond what they expected. The two tried to hold on with the speed of their sleigh being much faster. They went past Becky which took her and the others by surprise.

"Whoa!" Becky reacted.

"They're going down fast!" Tabby shouted.

Soon Luna and Sam went past Benny and the Loud sisters. "Luuuunaaa!" Lily pointed and just in the nick of time, she received a high five from Luna.

"Wow, they're going really fast." Benny reacted.

"They're coming up by Carol." Leni replied.

When Carol, Lincoln, and Girl Jordan are focused on the end of the hill, they didn't pay attention to Luna and Sam who went flying past them. Just when they saw them, they reached the end of the hill with their sleighs slowing down. Luna and Sam turned their sleighs to the right to stop as the others stopped their sleighs.

"You beat us!" Lincoln getting out of the sleigh.

"We thought we would've been the first to stop." Girl Jordan added.

"I guess we were lighter than all of you." Sam giggled. "It's disappointing, but it's still not a race."

"And it was still fun!" Luna said. "If Lana was here sliding with Bobbie Fletcher, I would love to see the look on her face."

"Hmm, confident are you?" Carol smiled while raising an eyebrow. "If you participate in the skiing event at the olympics, let's see who's the more confident one."

With the other people stopping, they were amazed to see Luna and Sam sliding past them. "That was amazing!" Luan getting out of her sleigh.

"I want to do it again!" Tabby reacted.

"Should we get the others to slide down?" Leni offered.

"Sure if you go get them." Chuck picking his sleigh up.

The group continued to go back up the hill and slide down. Leni went back to the frozen lake and brought more people to join in. For the next hour, they continued to slide down the hill while Katherine recorded them. Not long until she and her niece took a turn, sliding down with Adeline cheering in excitement. Luna and Sam were having a blast sliding down multiple times. When everyone took their final slide down the hill, they reached back up to return the sleighs in the garage while heading back to the frozen lake. However when Nina became the last person to put her sleigh back, she took the two pairs of ice skates and followed the group.

When they made their way back to the frozen lake, they decide to take a break with the amount of time they still have. Nina sneakily went into her tent to keep the pair of ice skates a secret from Luna and Sam. But after she got out, Luan, Leni, Lincoln, and Lily spotted her.

"Were you carrying something?" Lincoln replied.

"Yes, but it's a surprise." Nina answered.

"Oh, that's totes a coincidence, because we already have a surprise for our sister Lu-" Luan covered Leni's mouth.

"Leni, don't blurt it out loud." Luan said.

"You also have a surprise?" Nina blinked.

"Yes?"

"What's this all about?" Lincoln replied.

With Lincoln being the only one not keeping secrets, the rock girl and sisters had to confess to each other. "We brought Christmas outfits for Luna and Sam." Leni answered.

"And I was carrying two pairs of ice skates from that hill we just went on." Nina answered. "It's mainly for Luna and Sam."

"As in, the two skating together on the frozen lake?" Lincoln asked as Nina nodded. Lincoln wanted to help out his rock and roll sister, but for how his sisters and Nina were setting everything up in secret, he wondered how Luna would react upon the moment's arrival.

"We've brought dresses for Luna being dressed up as Mrs. Claus while...it's a surprise for what Sam's gonna wear." Leni confessed.

"The Geminid Meteor Shower didn't feel like enough for her, so we wanted to make it better. It's almost a Christmas miracle she hasn't found out yet." Luan commented. "Then again, we didn't even prepare for the two at the last minute."

"Seems you didn't think of the idea of them skating together." Lincoln said, catching on to what was going on.

"If we did, we would've planned everything out. But I couldn't afford two pairs of ice skates." Leni said.

"If I took that opportunity alone, it would take me weeks, maybe even months to make it work between her and Sam." Nina commented.

When Lincoln looks at Luna who's hanging out with her band, including Sam, there's still lots of time before midnight arrives. Even with the trees decorated, he may find a way to make Luna's Christmas with Sam better.

"Be right back." Lincoln saw Girl Jordan hanging out Carol and Becky who were testing the Christmas lights. When he got her attention from behind, he whispered into her ear while keeping an eye on Luna and Sam not spotting him. Girl Jordan found the idea perfect as she joined in on Lincoln's plan. When they come back to the sisters and Nina, there's only one way to make Luna's Christmas better. "Let's do some more errands."

"Perfect." Nina agreed.

"Let's get this show on the road." Luan smiled.

"I can drive...but I'm low on payments." Leni added while Lily giggled.

Lincoln, his sisters, Girl Jordan and Nina, made their way to the exit from where they came from, only for Luna to take notice. "Hey!" Luna called as she walked up to them. "Where are you all going?"

"More sightseeing, since we still have lots of time before the meteor shower."

"We'll be back before night time." Luan said.

"We're mostly impatient, staying here isn't gonna occupy us for that long." Nina replied.

"I don't blame you, but I'm not risking the chances of missing the meteor shower at midnight." Luna looked up at the sky. "Hope you all get back."

"We will." Leni spoked.

The group headed back to Vanzilla to drive to stores outside of the forest. It took them to four separate stores to search for the stuff they're looking for. It took them all afternoon, but they managed to get everything that they needed. During their trip, Girl Jordan came up with an idea that'll make Sam more pleased when it eventually happens, just like what Lincoln did for her last year.

Nina managed to rent more pairs of ice skates for the people by the frozen lake for one night, but at the same time, she'll do more with them knowing that Katherine Mulligan wants her Christmas report to be memorable. Of course, she doesn't want everyone to stay off of the frozen lake, leaving Luna and Sam all alone before the meteor shower arrives.

By the time they headed back, it was starting to get dark out with the sun setting below the horizon. Even with only six hours left until the moment itself arrives, they still have enough time to set up the moment between Luna and Sam. Luan texted her boyfriend, Ruby, and Shannon on their plan for Luna, to which they accepted. Upon arriving back by the frozen lake, most of the trees around are lit up with each tree having one set of colors while some have multiple colors. It wasn't the best Carol and Becky set up, but for their first time, they at least contributed.

Luna and Sam both came out of their tents while taking notice of her brother, sisters and Nina coming back. They both walked up to them after five hours being away as Luna's becoming inpatient despite keeping on track of time. "You're finally back." Luna replied.

"I told you we'd be back by nightfall." Luan replied.

"Is there anything else you're gonna do until midnight?" Girl Jordan asked.

"Not much, we did spend time with the band performing songs...despite no instruments." Sam said.

When the group turned to the frozen lake, Luan and Nina turned to Benny who popped his head out of the tent. "That's good, hey Sam, is it okay if you can do an activity with Luan's friends?" Nina pointed at the tent just as Benny got back in.

"Sure, it'll keep me occupied for a little while." Sam made her way to the tent.

"Speaking of activities, me and the Moon Goats are all out of options. Then again the whole meteor shower is really testing my patience."

"Then how about we do something together in our tent?" Leni offered and Lily cheered.

"Even sisters need to keep themselves occupied." Luan smiled.

"Okay." Luna smiled as she and her sisters headed into their tent.

"Okay, you two tell everyone about our plan, but remind them to not tell Luna and Sam." Nina spoke to the preteens.

"We got everything under control." Lincoln smiled.

"Especially the unexpected moments." Girl Jordan lidded her eyes.

Lincoln and Girl Jordan reached everyone by the frozen lake, while Nina hid the surprises behind one of the tents when the moment arrived. For the next five hours, it's getting close to midnight, just thirty minutes away. It was a quiet time while Luna and Sam remained inside their tents. Carol and Becky looked up at the sky with tons of stars.

"The meteor shower should be coming in half an hour." Becky commented.

"The meteors from last week were smaller, but bigger?" Carol wondered. "Science and the solar system can be unpredictable."

"At least it's not an asteroid crashing into earth at unpredictable speed levels."

Katherine and her crew are at their tv set up, while Katherine is keeping her niece occupied. Everyone who's outside of their tents are waiting for the meteors to come past them, all except Luna, Sam, her sisters and Luan's boyfriend and friends.

"Wow, this Christmas outfit is perfect for me." Luna looking at her reflection from Leni's mirror.

"Does it take you back to your childhood?" Leni smiled.

"Yeah, minus the sparkles. And the ice stakes." Luna looked down at her boots.

"Don't worry, I've heard that the ice in the lake is really strong, thanks to the snowstorm." Luan added.

"You mean you want me to ice skate on the frozen lake?"

"It's not hard to get used to."

"What about Sam, is she also gonna ice skate?"

"Yep." Leni replied. "I bet she'll be surprised when she sees you in that outfit."

Luna can tell where this is going, but not catching on completely on her sister's plan. Especially since her girlfriend Sam is in the other tent hanging out with Luan's classmates. In the other tent, Ruby and Shannon took their time to put Sam in her outfit, but compared to Luna's, it was a bit harder to do.

"Is this really necessary? It's really cold outside." Sam said while shaking.

"It's only for tonight." Benny replied.

"Besides, doesn't it look great?" Ruby commented.

"I'm not gonna lie, it makes me stand out as a beautiful girl during the Christmas season." Sam looked at her outfit.

"If only we could rent them for Theatre Club plays." Shannon said, being mesmerized at the outfit.

"I'm still on the fence with the whole ice skating thing. I did take lessons, especially pairing with a partner, but on the frozen lake, aren't other people gonna ice skate?"

"In a little bit." Ruby answered. "Trust us, you won't regret this."

"It's just, I thought this would've been an appropriate time to do it earlier than thirty minutes before the shower starts."

"It's not like you're gonna miss it when you're outside like everyone else."

"I can guarantee that you won't fall when the meteors shoot past." Benny said. "If you're good at ice skating, you should be able to keep your balance with your partner."

Sam soon picked up the pieces with one more question in mind. "Who is my partner, by the way?"

"Take a wild guess." Both Ruby and Shannon smiled while Sam lidded her eyes. By the look on their faces, she won't jinx the moment of the partner she's skating with.

Back outside, Lincoln and Girl Jordan stand together in front of Luna's tent while Nina and Joey stand together in front of Sam's tent. fifteen minutes have passed with only fifteen minutes until midnight. With the people in Royal Woods sleeping until Christmas morning, people by the frozen lake aren't wasting their opportunity. A difficult night for first timers, but worth the wait. The Moon Goats along with their friends are sitting as a group, staying on time but also witnessing an ice skating show like from TV but by teenagers.

Luan popped her head out of her tent while Benny popped his head out of his. They gave each other a thumbs up while turning to Lincoln and Nina, giving them the thumbs up indicating that Luna and Sam are ready. Upon the signal, Lincoln and Girl Jordan lifted up a red curtain with pulls on each end to prevent Luna having eye contact with Sam. As for Nina and Joey, they have a white curtain to do the same with Sam.

Carol and Becky took notice of Luna coming out, they've heard about what Lincoln told them earlier and they're gonna join in on the view. "Would you be willing to give two of them an announcement? Like from an ice skating show?" Becky asked.

"Keeping them anonymous makes the show better, this isn't professional ice skating." Carol replied.

Luan and Leni helped Luna stepping on the frozen lake due to her ice skates. With Sam getting the assistance from Ruby and Shannon, the two groups reached the center of the lake and crossed paths. They remain still with Leni and Luan letting go of Luna. "You're ready for this?" Luan backed away.

"I think I can handle this from here." Luna grinned. "I'll love the look on Sam's face when she sees me in this." Sam quietly giggled with Ruby, after hearing what Luna just said. In the right moment, Lincoln and Girl Jordan moved out of the way with their curtain while Nina and Joey did the same. "Merry Christmas Sa-"

Upon seeing Sam in full view, she cut herself off, with her heart pounding. Sam wore an ice crystal sequin patterned outfit, being much more shiny compared to Luna's. Even without any make up, she still stands out more beautiful than Luna, who's the only person wearing a Santa hat. "Ha, Merry Christmas Luna." She giggled.

"That...outfit...is gorgeous!" Luna reacted. "I never thought I would ever say that!"

"And your outfit is adorable."

Luna was shaking, while Leni and Luan kept an eye on her in case she fell over. "Just stay in the moment." Luan leaned towards her sister.

"And backing out is the last thing people do during Christmas." Leni added.

"I'm aware." Luna responded.

"We should let them take it from here." Shannon replied.

"Okay." Ruby smiled. "The lake's all yours."

With the girls getting off the frozen lake, Luna and Sam stared at each other. With the sky filled with stars, Sam took Luna's hand as she moved herself, skating with Luna behind her. Luna saw the way Sam skated from the movements of her legs. She kept her balance as Sam turned to her right.

"It's not skiing, but it's still something." Luna is still distracted from Sam's dress.

"Don't worry, this is just for fun, I'm not expecting you to be an expert." Sam replied. "If we were skiing on a hill, I wouldn't want to see you do a flip of some sort, because you would end up crashing down."

"I've been thinking the same thing."

"Then again, I would've crashed if I was trying to save you."

"Still would do the same thing."

The two giggled while they continued to skate on the ice. With the tree lights glowing around the frozen lake, it felt like skating through a garden at a holiday light show. Even in staying in one place, Sam couldn't believe how hard Carol and Becky worked by decorating the trees. Luna may seem better when it comes to decorations, but she can't deny the place itself is beautiful.

"I want to know." Sam spoked. "I know we're gonna do well in the new year but...what do you bring me for Christmas?"

Luna didn't forget to bring Sam's gift, but on the other hand, she was planning to give it to her on Christmas morning after making the choice to sleep inside her tent. "Do you want me to give it to you now, instead of in the morning?"

"It's almost Christmas, besides, I'm willing to give you mine."

From the gesture of her girlfriend's holiday spirit, Luna made up her mind as she let go of Sam. She made her way to the Moon Goats with Sam stopping herself. "Go get my gift to Sam and hers to me, we're gonna open them tonight."

"No problem." Sully replied, heading into their tents.

"I'm gonna love to see this." Chunk crossing his arms.

"So do we all." Mazzy added as she gets Sam's gift. In no time, Sully and Mazzy got out Luna and Sam's gifts to each other. Upon giving them to Luna, Luna skated back to Sam and handed her gift to her. Katherine and her crew are recording every second of Luna and Sam's skating on the frozen lake and now, they're having the moment together. "This is gonna break ratings for teenage Christmas spirit!" Katherine cheered. "Zoom in on them!" The cameraman followed Katherine's order as the camera zoomed in on Luna and Sam.

"I want to open mine before you open yours." Luna replied.

"Okay." Sam smiled.

While standing still, Luna opened up her gift. Upon ripping the wrapping paper, they're Mick Swagger style headphones with Mick Swagger's face sticking out. "Mick Swagger headphones?" Luna smiled.

"I knew they were rare to find, so me and my mom searched outside of Royal Roods to find them. You can't imagine how hard it was to find them."

The appreciation of searching for a rare gift made Luna impressed, but at the same time, she couldn't do the same by going out of Royal Woods. "Speaking of Royal Woods, my gift isn't from out of town. But I did what I could to find something you'll enjoy."

"It's fine." As Sam looked at her gift, it's smaller compared to Luna's. She did receive smaller gifts in her life especially from her birthdays, but never expected one from Luna. Luna paid attention to Sam as she ripped the wrapping paper from her fingers. With the wrapping paper off, it's revealed to be a small box exclusive to necklaces which took her off guard. She took the top of the box off and saw the guitar pendant.

"Is that...a rockstar pendant...with my favorite colors?" She stuns in disbelief.

"It was mostly a last minute choice, I couldn't think of anything else." Luna slightly smiled. "I was thinking of picking out jewelry and I came across that."

Sam took the pendant out of the box and found it mesmerizing. Thanks to the Christmas lights all around, the reflections on the pendant were beyond beautiful. The guitar, while not the real thing, is fully detailed, as if there wasn't a single spot that was off. When she put the chain on her neck, it was better than how Luna imagined it in her mind.

"So...do you find it good?" Luna asked.

"It's more than good. It's perfect." Sam turned to Luna. "I'm not really into jewelry, but this really fits me."

Meanwhile, Nina checked on her watch that it was close to midnight, it was time for her to head behind the tents. With her running past Lincoln and Girl Jordan, it was also they're clue to do their own thing to make Luna's moment with Sam better.

"I'm glad that you like it." Luna smiled.

"I'll try to find one similar to this, but with your colors."

"I can help you with that, we don't have to wait until my birthday, that's still eight months away."

"Hey, it could be our new year's resolution together."

"Yeah."

Little did they know when they looked above themselves, a mistletoe was hanging above them. Lincoln and Girl Jordan together were holding onto a very long stick that the mistletoe is attached to the end. When they both looked at each other, Luna blushed hard. She kissed Sam a few times, but only on the cheek.

Sam also blushed, but not as hard as her girlfriend. At the same time, she's been thinking about receiving Luna a favor for the good things she did for her, especially today on Christmas Eve. She placed both of her hands on Luna's shoulders which caught her attention, but she didn't lid her eyes. She only looked straight into Luna's eyes so she could pay attention to her. Luna slowly closed her eyes, staying in the moment without anyone in the way.

"Merry Christmas...Luna." Sam closed her eyes and pressed her lips against Luna. She wrapped her arms around her while lifting her leg up. Luna grabbed Sam's body, preventing her from falling but her body is in another level of emotions. She shaked with her heart pounding, but Sam placed her hand on her back to calm her down.

Nina then rushed out from the back of the tents after setting off the surprise. Fireworks flew above the frozen lake, to the sky and exploded. It was also around the time where midnight of Christmas had arrived with shooting stars of The Geminid Meteor Shower. With them being bigger than before, they're in colors of blue, yellow, and purple. Both Luna and Sam opened their eyes while containing their kiss, with the decorated lights, fireworks, and the shooting stars on Christmas, they looked at each other again, and closed their eyes as they savored their best Christmas moment of their lives.

Everyone adored the moment, Tabby whistled from the moment she's witnessing Carol was more impressed with Luna while Katherine found the jackpot of all jackpots for her Christmas report. "You're aware that lesbian kissing isn't allowed on news broadcasts, right?" Her cameraman replied.

"Don't bring in oversensitive censorship!" Katherine leans towards the cameraman. "The LGBTQ community deserve a wonderful Christmas moment from their eyes!"2

After a solid minute, Luna and Sam broke the kiss as the fireworks stopped. They were more satisfied than they thought as Luna breathed after holding her breath. Upon letting the air out, she and Sam made their way off of the frozen lake. "Best Christmas ever!"

"That was amazing!" Mazzy cheered.

"Best romantic Christmas moment ever." Ruby added.

"I'll never stop putting mistletoes above couples during the holidays." Girl Jordan lidded her eyes.

"You really pulled a deja vu from last year little bro." Luna rubbed on Lincoln's hair.

"Wasn't planning on it, but I wasn't just gonna stand here and just watch the stars." Lincoln giggled. "Man with a plan love's out of nowhere goals."

"And besides, this Christmas is all about you and Sam." Luan commented.

"True, but Christmas is all about all of us." Sam replied. "I wanted to thank all of you for this."

"Really appreciated." Luna added.

Carol walked up by Luna, clapping from her and Sam's moment. "If this was part of a movie, you two would win an award for best kiss." She smiled.

"Couldn't agree more." Becky added.

"Anyway..." Nina went past the Moon Goats as she showed everyone her rented box of ice skates with Joey helping her out. "Who's ready to ice skate?"

Everyone cheered as they got a pair out from the box. In no time, everyone got on the frozen lake as they all skated. It felt like ice skating from the big city despite having no buildings, but the holiday feeling is still there, untouched and unchanged. The people who didn't ice skate are Luna, Sam, and Nina, sitting together, watching the people skate while The Geminid Meteor Shower is still shooting meteors from above.

"Aren't you gonna join in?" Sam asked.

"In a little bit." Nina answered.

"Is it because you planned most of this?" Luna guessed and Nina nodded. "You and the others weren't sightseeing, were you?"

"You're already catching on?"

"The moment came and went uninterrupted, this isn't seventh grade knowledge."

"I kind of knew it was a set up, but I wasn't gonna spoil anyone's Christmas errands." Sam giggled.

"Then I'm ahead of seventh grade education." Nina said.

"You bet." Luna taking off her Santa hat. "Nina, for you being an honorary member of our band, you proved to me that you really enjoyed us when we were just enjoying ourselves."

"Well I know bands do more than just gigs."

"Isn't it really a surprise, you've been with us for awhile, you already knew that." Sam replied.

"It's still the truth of them all. It was more than an honor to join your band. And as a person who adores Christmas, an honorary member shares holiday cheer to their closest members."

This causes Luna to roll her eyes, while smiling after months of getting to know Nina. "You're my friend rock star rookie." She wrapped her arm around her shoulder. "I think your new year's resolution is to write one song that can blow me away. No matter how long it takes."

"You're really giving me that honor?"

"Who knows."

"Possibly." Sam commented. "If it's a hit, you could write more songs."

"I will listen to them until the day I die."

"Okay!" Nina cheered. "I also have something for you two." She stood up while opening her backpack. She took out two bags of Christmas Snickerdoodles and gave them to Luna and Sam. "I don't have a lot for everyone, but I wasn't gonna forget about you two."

"Christmas Snickerdoodles?" Sam receives the snack.

"I would've passed them out, no matter what Christmas dessert it is." Luna taking one snickerdoodle out, taking a bite from it. "Thanks Nina."

"You're welcome." Nina smiled. "By the way, I need to return those ice skates back to that cabin."

"We'll do it in the morning. Enjoy ice skating."

Nina put on her ice skates as she joined the others on the frozen lake. "Should we join?" Sam offered.

"In five more minutes. I'm still satisfied from...you know."

"I'm also satisfied, but Christmas has arrived." She stood up while putting her beg in her tent. "And I'm not tired of ice skating again with my girlfriend."

Luna blushed again, while standing up. "Okay then." She took Sam's hand as they both got on the frozen lake. Nearly everyone had the best experience from The Geminid Meteor Shower after waiting half a day to witness it. Less and less stars appear but no one misses the moment they can all remember. Especially when more people see it on TV.

"I love Christmas." Katherine smiled as she joined in on the ice skating with her niece. "I'm just waiting to see the news reporters all around the world jealous of my ice skating skills."
