appropo of nothing - aka me hearing Ikora in not-Destiny (Become Legend) and then ending up on Destiny wiki - the Hunters refuse to fill the Vanguard position in a manner that makes sense, instead employing the Vanguard Dare to trick a poor sap into being Hunter Vanguard. As a result - after the (recent?) final death of Cayde-6 - there's no Hunter Vanguard. the correct answer is to appoint a Titan, a Warlock or a trusted civilian.

I guess this will either a) give the Hunters the freedom they crave and a mission desk person or b) enrage them into storming the Tower on principle. especially if it's a Warlock.

Or option 2 - let the Hunter Vanguard go into the field and make it a requirement for baby Hunters to actively hunt down their mentor in the field (but with clues)

Oh nooo I hadn’t noticed that my cat’s automatic feeder was getting low on food so as usual she dashed off when she heard the machine start but I couldn’t hear the usual sound of her food falling into the bowl so I went to look and my poor cat was just. Sitting there. Staring at her empty food bowl. Then for a second she glanced up at me then right back to her bowl with the biggest, saddest, most bewildered eyes you could ever imagine on such a small creature. I filled her bowl and the machine right away ofc but I still feel a little guilty 😭

I see that some people have actually started asking questions on this blog and would love to answer them soon! When I started this and didn't really get any questions I kinda lost steam quickly, hopefully the questions will inspire me and get me excited about Dan again. :)

so I turned off the endless sandstorms and clearly whatever unfortunate soul left it on caused the temple complex to be buried in sand. probably also caused some sections to collapse from the weight of said sand judging by the underground tunnels and caves
