Something I learned the hard way:
“Motivation” and “discipline” isn’t enough sometimes. You’re resisting the natural human urge to feed yourself. And occasionally natural instincts are going to win. It’s life, and it’s good.
What will get you to that last little edge of success is one thing: fear.
Fear will suppress any instinct you still have.
Being scared…is unlike anything else when it comes to getting things done.
I hate being scared. Scared of c4lor1es. Scared of processed food and snacks. Scared of sugar. Scared of anything I don’t make 100% from scratch. Scared of seeing the number climb. It’s completely horrible. Once you’re afraid, everything changes. Suddenly it’s not so hard anymore. Resisting is easy because you know the fear you’ll feel afterwards isn’t worth it.
I hope no one reaches the point of fear. Because it’s much harder to recover from fear than it is from bad habits.
If anyone finds themselves starting to get afraid…watch yourself.

I'm very disappointed in myself for surpassing my c4l0r1e limit, but here is my c4lørie intake for this day, my dears. (Block dont report)
- 6 inch homemade ham sub (on wheat bread, with ham, mayonnaise, and lettuce on it) : 374 c4l0r1es
-Half an orange : 31 c4l0r1es
-10 potato chips : 98 c4l0r1es
Total c4l0r1es consumed : 503
C4l0r1e limit: 500
3 c4l0r1es over my limit. I'll burn off those c4l0r1es easily, though <3 (however that doesn't eliminate the pure disgust I feel in myself for even going one c4l0r1e above my limit)

Like I've been having omad for a couple of days
Should I be eating more? Cause I'm just extremely terrified of a metabolism day turning into a month or 3 of binge eating like it always does
I know my metabolism will slow but it won't stop completely so if I just slowly die not to risk binge eating is that really so bad

I gained 5lbs in a week and I’ve been in my usual deficit so I figured it was water. So I chugged a gallon yesterday, ended up pissing 24/7 and I re-weighed today and I lost all 5lbs.

Hey. I know you really want to eat that, but you don’t need it. You’re probably bored, or upset. Take a minute to drink some water, and maybe take a shower. You don’t need that food. And you’ll get to have some later, when you’re done with your fast. You won’t remember the taste as much as your body remembers the calories. You can make it through today, you’re in control.

If y’all aren’t doing metab days, PLEASE do them. I was in a super strict deficit for two months. I lost 2 lbs. total. I had the hardest plateau I’ve ever seen.
Then I started doing one metab day a week, and omg I’ve been losing 2-4lbs a week consistently for two months. And I’m eat the same calories I was during the plateau. It’s changed the game. I should be in the 240s by January at this rate. it’s amazing.
I also walk a lot and find any excuse to move and even do extra chores outside to get more steps in. That’s helps too. I also don’t eat more even if I exercise. Doesn’t matter if burned 100cals or 1000cals throughout the day, I still eat the same amount. Except metab days. I actually consume my maintenance cals (yes it’s hard and scary) but bc of the results I’ve seen it’s not so hard anymore. I know it helps me.
Please do them if you’re not.

Hi there. I wasn't planning on eating today, but my father told me to eat something (he also specifically mentioned it had to be 'meal worthy' like a sandwich or something according to him) , and so I did. Here is my c4lørie intake + vent (block dont report)

Despite me being mainly under my c4l limit this weekend (besides friday), I've still been eating so unhealthy. ☹️ At least it's low c4l ig. I'd much rather f4$t. In my defense, I have been at my girlfriends house most of the weekend, and her mom doesn't really let me f4$t (forces me to eat atleast something per day, and im very attached to my girlfriend aka when im with her unless shes in the bathroom or something I refuse to leave her side, and she also dosent want me to fast so she tells her mom when I dont eat), but they have really unhealthy food at their house and her mom dosent let me cook my own meals/bring my own food.
