anyone else remember the game boy version of into the wild? it was pretty faithful to the book but i think mechanically it was just a rip off of the pokemon mystery dungeon games

teen skk proudly showing off their fake IDs at a non-mafia affiliated bar when they look like the dictionary definition of people who shouldn’t be allowed near alcohol.
ref that screamed skk!!
also if you check the ages on their IDs you can calculate that I assume the story takes place in 2012 but this kind of ID was first issued in 2016…….. unfortunately I was in too deep with forging their IDs to start from scratch ✌️

I hope someone hasn’t asked but what did you use to rig the deformed Maleanor? It looks so cool!!
thank you! :D :D :D I drew her in Photoshop (there's an overly-long speedrun video here) and rigged her in Spine Professional! her rig is...very messy...but it works for a silly little fanproject where nobody needs to know how many bones I kept shoving in to try and force her cape to stop breaking. :')
it was easier to just export images directly from Spine, so all the backgrounds and credit text are in there too as separate skeletons! who needs compositing when you can just throw everything into one project and let it simmer. ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
(I figured I should probably have a tag for this stuff by this point, so I've added #spineposting to posts of/about my Twst chibis and Spine!) (once again I am reminded that I really need to go back and fix poor Che'nya for a third time...)

Caesar dressing is amazingly easy to make.
I made this and stuffed mushrooms tonight; those are currently in the oven so I'll reblog later with an update on their glory.
CAESAR DRESSING IF YOU WANT IT!
1 tbsp minced garlic (I used a garlic smasher and crushed 5 cloves, but we like garlic here and 1 tbsp isn't enough)
1 teaspoon anchovy paste (or slightly less than 1 tsp of fish sauce, or leave it out! I'm not a cop)
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice, from one lemon (I legit just cut a lemon in half and squeezed out all of its juice)
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (I like the brand Maille)
1 teaspoon Whatsonyershirt sauce (Worcestershire)
1 cup mayonnaise (Whatever you have will work)
½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano (I left this out so I can eat it, my roomies can add some to their own salads)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Add the first 5 ingredients to a bowl, whisk em together. Add the rest of the ingredients, do the same. Then you are done and have made your own Caesar dressing and you can put that shit on anything your tastebuds and heart direct you to.

not related to noco at all but what is katie and sadie’s relationship like now?
pretty good all things considered! while they're both married to two sweet guys and have separate families (none of their kids are other td characters, unfortunately...) they're still really close, and still live next to each other at that same beach town they grew up in, now both running that successful 80s themed ice cream business they've been dreaming of! its safe to say they probably suffered the least on Total Drama, only leaving with a couple of minor scars, good god were they lucky..
