I see women as equal, or having the potential to be equal, just with a completely different skillset that is unavailable to me while I am in my natural male state. Such as having my senses tuned for hunting and threat detection, making my senses untunable for cooking without biohacking my thyroid and hormonal cycle. With the systematic view of this perspective, men provide the raw material for evolution, while women subconsciously refine and align it.

wealth indicators in astrology
The 2nd House and its Ruler The 2nd house rules personal wealth, income, possessions, and material resources. A well-placed ruler of the 2nd house (in dignified signs or making favorable aspects) can signify strong potential for financial success. Wealth in this house is not just about material resources, but also about how we value ourselves, our talents, and our ability to manifest abundance through self-worth.
Jupiter and Venus (Benefics) in Key Positions Jupiter represents expansion, luck, and abundance, while Venus governs pleasure, wealth, and beauty. Their placement in angular houses (1st, 4th, 7th, 10th) or making harmonious aspects (trines and sextiles) can indicate financial prosperity. Jupiter and Venus bring grace and fortune, but their spiritual lesson often revolves around generosity and the willingness to share abundance. Wealth is also cultivated through relationships and faith in higher principles.
The 8th House and its Ruler The 8th house deals with shared resources, investments, inheritance, and other people's money. A strong 8th house or a well-placed ruler can suggest gains through partnerships, inheritance, or financial support from others. Wealth from the 8th house comes through deep, transformative experiences and often asks for a surrender of control. It's the wealth of vulnerability and trust, leading to shared material or emotional resources.
Strong Earth Sign Placements (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) Earth signs are practical and grounded, making them naturally inclined toward building wealth through hard work, perseverance, and material stability. Earth placements teach the lessons of patience, discipline, and respect for the physical world. Wealth is accumulated over time through effort and practical application, but it also reflects our connection to the body and the material environment.
Pluto and Transformation of Wealth Pluto is often associated with power, control, and transformation. When in aspect to the 2nd or 8th house or their rulers, Pluto can signify major transformations in one’s financial situation—often through crises or periods of intense regeneration. Pluto teaches that true wealth is the result of deep inner transformation. Pluto forces us to face our attachments to material security and transforms our relationship to wealth through cycles of death and rebirth.
North Node in the 2nd or 8th House The North Node in the 2nd or 8th house suggests that the soul’s evolutionary journey involves learning how to master finances, resources, and self-worth. The North Node points to the soul’s spiritual work. Wealth accumulated in these areas is not just about money, but about understanding one’s true purpose and karmic lessons related to material possessions.
Saturn in the 2nd or 10th House Saturn represents discipline, structure, and long-term success. In the 2nd or 10th house, it often points to delayed but enduring financial stability through consistent effort and hard work. Saturn teaches us that wealth is earned through time and dedication. It can also represent karmic lessons around financial responsibility and the maturation process necessary for true success.
Venus-Jupiter Aspects Harmonious aspects between Venus and Jupiter are considered one of the best indicators of financial prosperity, as these are the two most beneficial planets. While this aspect can indicate material wealth, it also highlights spiritual abundance and the capacity for joy, love, and appreciation of life’s pleasures. It's a reminder that wealth is more than money—it's the richness of life.
MC (Midheaven) and Career-Related Indicators The MC, 10th house, and its ruler are tied to one’s public image, career, and long-term achievements. Favorable planets in the 10th or supportive aspects to the MC can point to career success and financial gain. Success comes through aligning with one's higher calling and being of service. True wealth is found in fulfilling a vocation that resonates with one's spiritual purpose.
Favorable Aspects between the 2nd and 10th Houses Harmonious connections between the 2nd and 10th houses or their rulers can signify the ability to generate wealth through career pursuits. Career and personal values must align for wealth to be truly sustainable. There’s a spiritual dimension to finding purpose in work that also brings material rewards.

traumatic experiences, whether from our own lives, ancestral history, or even the collective human experience, may embed themselves in our cells, creating "memories" that influence our physical, emotional, and energetic well-being. In some belief systems and therapeutic practices, trauma isn’t just held in the mind; it can also imprint on the body, particularly in cellular memory. This means unresolved traumas can influence behaviors and emotions, potentially emerging in repetitive scenarios or fears until they're consciously processed.
these imprinted memories might arise in various ways, such as recurring dreams, irrational fears, or "haunting" experiences that feel unshakable until addressed. When triggered, the nervous system can respond as though it’s reliving the trauma, cycling through responses like anxiety, hyper-vigilance, or avoidance. Processing these imprints involves acknowledging the traumatic experience, understanding its impact, and integrating its lessons. Methods that involve the mind-body connection, such as somatic therapy, energy healing, and rituals in magical practices, aim to bring these memories to conscious awareness, allowing for release and transformation.
from a spiritual perspective, spirits or "hauntings" associated with these traumas might represent parts of the self seeking reconciliation or understanding. They may be seen as manifestations of unresolved fears, ancestral pain, or evolutionary survival mechanisms, appearing as "spirits" until the individual learns the lesson or makes peace with the past. By doing so, the individual not only clears the trauma but also aligns with universal principles of growth, healing, and evolution.

From a comrade:
"someone told me that the reason bernie repeated this demagogic, Trump-esque lie- about america needing strong borders and the non existent, external threat of “illegal” immigrants -is because he’s playing the long con, strategic game of meeting Trump supporters where they are LOL! The more I hear this kind of ridiculous crap the more I realize how people do not understand opportunism as a driving force behind how these imperialist American politicians operate. This man, like every us congress member, receives bribery money from Zionists who bomb hospitals; why would you put anything past him and give any benefit of the doubt? This man, much like his peers, will lie and say anything as long as it aligns with his moneyed interests and his reformist, counter revolutionary brand, which sells revolutionary slogans and ideals .
This propensity to lie, cheat and be openly treacherous is evidenced the basic, fundamental starting point of “Israel has a right to exist” and “a right to defend itself.” this falsehood makes bernie a Zionist liar, an extremist, a criminal and a violent imperialist, and it’s demonstrably false. Israel literally has no “right” to exist and Israel is illegal because it’s an apartheid regime, and that’s according to the imperialists’ (Bernie’s) own international laws; in spite of those laws, Bernie has repeated this violent, basic Zionist lie, that has no basis in reality, time and time again because it suits his private interests.
Liberals ignore fundamental claims, systemic analysis and overarching patterns or themes, in favor of the obscure, particular instances where he tries to soften the violent blow of being an imperialist and a Zionist who fundamentally believes an illegal, genocidal white ethnostate has a right to exist, and it’s not like his violence exists exclusively in the realm of beliefs or ideals; he’s supported sending material aid to Israel and that makes him complicit in mass murder, which is irrespective of words and deeds that seemingly contradict that complicity .
Zionism is the evolutionary refinement of colonialism and primitive accumulation, and the notion that Israel should exist or has a right to exist is the lie and the bed time stories imperialist swine, like bernie sanders, tell themselves to justify the genocidal violence necessary to exploit Palestinian land and strategically protect their imperialist interests in west Asia. The fact that bernie is disingenuous enough to propagate this lie, and be an open zionist, should clue you into the fact that he will lie and say anything, even if it often aligns with the revolutionary rhetoric, phrase mongering and ideals that he cites to sell you revolution, which brings me to my next point; no, bernie is not a revolutionary, which is precisely the point and problem; he clearly and evidently sells revolution and has coopted revolution to suit his brand, but he is a counter revolutionary, which is evidenced by the fact that he is a zionist who merely has a superficial problem with the tactics that the current far right regime in Israel is using to implement the occupation, 75 year genocide and exporpration of land. He does not have a fundamental problem with the conquest and primitive accumulation itself, because again, he is a zionist (a colonizer who believes Israel has a right to exist) who benefits from the colonization of Palestine and the imperialist conquest carried out by the US and its vassal state. He benefits because he receives bribery money from and is lobbied by Zionists, just like every other us congress member and as such, he operates in service of capitalism and the capitalist class, directly in conflict with the international working class, which includes our working class siblings the imperialists are slaughtering in Palestine and the rest of west Asia
The fact that bernie is disingenuous enough to repeat the lie that Israel has a right to exist(to protect and justify his Zionist interests in the region) should also clue you into the fact that he’d be disingenuous enough to deploy such a sneaky underhanded and manipulative tactic as appealing to racist Americans’ baser instincts concerning their unfounded xenophobia. Whose interests does it serve to lend any credence to the completely fictious notion that America needs strong borders or that illegal immigrants are the cause of Americas problems. That’s the same scapegoating demagoguery of trump.
even if he did say it to appeal to racist Americans and meet them where they are, with their unfounded racism bigotry and xenophobia , that's still not an admirable, honest or productive strategy; It’s underhanded and manipulative Who is the target audience when you scapegoat immigrants for America’s problems?
It’s not the majority because the majority of any given society isn’t racist to that extent and knows better. That’s an opportunistic appeal to the far right, a minority group of trump supporters, and a minority class of people who live in a fantasy world, namely, the petite bourgeoisie. Why would anyone lie and vindicate their racist , xenophobic notions that have no basis in reality? Why not tell people the truth if he was really trying to help people as opposed to repeating whatever lie that aligns with his private, moneyed interests?"

June walked into the main room to find Ratchet staring at various humam anatomy diagrams displayed through the monitors.
Bones, muscles, nerves, etc.
All of them focused sorely on the arms, wrists, and hands.
"Doing some human research, Ratchet?"
The autobot hums in affirmation.
"I believe Rafael's arms to be damaged. I'm researching possible treatment."
"What!? Raf is hurt?! What happened? Where is he?"
"Relax, he's not injured, just damaged. I suspect it is either an old injury acting up or poorly maintenance."
"He shouldn't have any old injury like that, I believe. Is he in pain?"
"No to my knowledge. But I've seen him manually recalibrate his servos way too often for it to be healthy."
June blinks, confused.
"Recalibrate his servos?"
Ratchet scoffs. "You know, when he," Ratchet holds his hands in front of his body, and after a slight pause, he flaps them in a quick (and loud) motion "does this. If Rafael was a bot, the only reason to do that would be to loosen up rusted joints and recalibrate his motors. It's not a particularly bad habit, but Rafael does it multiple times a day. His joints, human or not, should NOT de-align so fast. Something is clearly wrong, so -"
"Ratchet." June interrupted, sounding relieved.
"Raf's arms aren't damaged. He's just stimming."
Ratchet resets his optics, baffled. "What's stimming?"
Later that night, Ratchet finds himself working side to side with Optimus on the main console.
"I learned something new about humans today."
"Oh?" Optimus intoned, optics still focusing on his work, but voicing his curiosity.
"You know that thing Bee does, where his doorwings will flap in place when he comes back from a mission to find Rafael in the base? Or how Smokescreen's wheels start spinning when Ultra Magnus makes him stay in place too long for a lecture?"
The way your headlights would start blinking in sync with your voice, as you excitedly explained to me a new document you found in the archives, before you trained yourself out of it, because it was unsightful of a Prime.
"Turns out humans have a word for it. They call it stimming."
Optimus eyes brighten with interest. And as he starts babling theories about possible evolutionary needs for this stimming (a release of excess energy caused by low activity? or perhaps a smaller body than usual, or maybe it had nothing to do with energy and was instead a way to signal other nearby humans about their emotional state?) Ratchet couldn't help but steal a glance towards the Prime's headlights.
He couldn't help but feel disappointed to see them completely dark all through his tirade.

Finally Ironed out some ninja designs! I Usually don’t share references but with the behind the scenes stuff I’m doing on my Skybound project I don’t have much else I can share yet.

There is a few headcanon/ Fic stuff in references and powers and the all ninja shot is for first part of Skybound project.
I can share Skybound project Updates! I’m making lots of progress! Trying to focus on p1 stuff so I can put full force into the p2 stuff!
|
V
P1 may be ready Summer? 2025
My Skybound talk Video:
* God I have so much to ramble about just when I think I covered something a new angle gets me
* How TF am I supposed to sanely transition from the wholesome reasons I love this season into the horribly problem stuff. Sigh*
* Actually studying videos covering serious topics to navigate how to word things.
* I have to stop drawing so much art for everything or no one will ever see this video.
* The desire to animate my character lipsinking to me is an evolutionary disadvantage I will resist.
Cannon compliant Animatic:
* Song is Ironed out fought a while adding voice lines and I’m way more excited than I thought I’d be for this animatic because I thought it would be overshadowed by how strongly I feel about the other 2. But damn.
* I’m storyboarding after like my life depends on it rn
* Really trying to capture Nya’s character Ark which sent me right back to the video script because I remembered that one reddit post calling her a bitch and rage wrote for 2 hours.
* I am determined to make people see how good her character arc actually is.
* Throwing Jay shade in this one lol he was kinda awful even with being manipulated.
* Trying to convey clear Ideas and story through art is pain but also addicting.
* This is meant as a leading to both part two animatics, but bbnb Kai is shorter than wytyaa Kai. The difference is significant everything else pre dinner with Nadakhan is the same. The other head cannons are almost aligned as far as I know. It’s JUST Kai. What do I do with him?!? Lmao Might just distance him from the other ninja so you can’t tell how tall he is. Thank goodness he is the most gullible and first to wish it all away
P2 out like December if I’M lucky TT
Even though I should focus on first things first, I can’t help myself. these fics have lived rent free in my brain for like 2 years and despite plans shifting the excitement of drawing the story I read and put to music in my head is a force of nature. Thanks Adhd
Wytyaa:
* I storyboarded about half the scenes I want to. Songs are decided but a few parts I’m waiting for the rest of the story for.
* I think I’m going to mess with color palette. I really want to capture the emotion and intensity. I’m learning the full potential of my art and
* I need Final ch released for maping out the second half.
* BUT I AM NOT READY TO READ IT @mondothebombo And from what you told me I don’t think I’ll be able to finish P1 by then. cries*
* I wanna capture the feeling reading wytyaa.
* May make my wytyaa specific refs so I can make animatic art I can post early.
Bbnb
* It’s all storyboarded and half animated
* Thinking about redoing most the earlier stuff, consistency has been a problem
* Also was to mess with colors, dark backgrounds and intense colors.
* I fought with my ref forever to find good enough lightning scar colors cause figuring out the right amount of contrast is pain.
* So now I want to redraw my bbnb scar references a third time.
* May draw other bbnb specific refs so I can make some art for the animatic I can post here early or on on my old A03 book
If you have Any questions feel free to leave an ask! I answer all eventually sometimes I do save em up though so if I didn’t answer something yet, Sorry I will get to you.

sherlock is about to make the vow for his best friend as his best man at the wedding. turns out he brought the love letter that he wrote to john, instead of vow papers. and he starts to read with the same emotion:
“ Dear John,
It is, of course, a statistical impossibility that this letter would ever see the light of day. I wrote it for no audience but myself, as an exercise in folly, as if arranging words into coherence would silence them in my mind. And yet, here it is in my hand, at the very moment I should be delivering vows for your wedding. A mistake—one I should have foreseen, but apparently, even I am not immune to the failings of sentimentality. Or perhaps I wished for this error. The human mind is so much more dishonest than we like to believe.
Regardless, I have the floor, and if I am to humiliate myself, I shall at least do it with precision.
There are many things about love that remain, to me, uncharted territory. It is an abstraction that defies logic, a chemical defect of the losing side, a distraction for lesser minds—or so I thought. I have studied its symptoms, noted its patterns in others, dismissed it as a mere evolutionary trick. And yet, despite all reason, it has happened to me. Not as a sudden, violent epiphany, nor as a slow, creeping realization. It was always there. You were always there.
You, with your maddening contradictions—brave and reckless, kind and stubborn, ordinary and yet utterly singular. You, who saw me and, against all instinct, stayed. Who tolerated my arrogance, my coldness, my insufferable nature, and called it good. I have no frame of reference for that.
I have tried to quantify what you are to me. I have failed. You are not data to be analyzed, nor a puzzle to be solved. You are simply… John. And if I were capable of the kind of belief that others possess, the kind that moves mountains and calms seas, I would say that you were made for me. But that is not how the world works. No cosmic force aligned our paths, no divine hand orchestrated our meeting. You chose me. That is so much more meaningful than fate.
And now, you are choosing someone else.
It is not my place to object, nor would it change the outcome if I did. I have observed the way you look at her. I have noted the ease with which you move toward her, the way you trust her to be your home. You deserve happiness, and I—fool that I am—would rather eviscerate myself than stand in its way.
But allow me this moment, this final indulgence, to say what I should have said long ago:
I love you.
Not in the way poets write or films romanticize, not in the way I have read about but never fully understood. I love you in the only way I know how—completely, irrevocably, in every glance, in every word unsaid, in every moment I have chosen you without even realizing there was a choice to be made.
It changes nothing.
You will marry. You will live your life, and I will remain precisely where I have always been—just within reach, but never close enough. I will watch. I will endure. And if ever you should need me, I will be there, as I have always been, as I will always be.
Sherlock Holmes. ”

Lilith in the 2nd House. Lilith in Taurus.
Everybody should read about this Earth placement. Literally relates to us all. Long post 💕📫
- Quickest shoutout in the post, tagged -

@nayatarot777 is one of the top posts for Lilith in the 2ndH/Taurus. For good reason. They're one of the only posts that actually condense the experience outside of perceptions based on materialism instead of comfort.
Instead of shallowness, there's an authentic view of stability. Growth, development and prosperity instead of exploitation.
This placement manifests itself pretty early in life and prevails it's affects rather and furthermore. The fundaments of the house of Taurus unfold from harvest, spring and the employment of sustainability.
In a world where the nutrition of a person requires health and well-being, to prevail in the BALANCE of these priorities can be resisted against to the point of antagonisation depending on one's own personal coodinance for health and well-being.
Based on environmental climates, economical climates and the means of cultivation this is where we see what the Lilith in 2nd/Taurus projects and is projected against.
Down to puberty and how a women's body develops. The relationship with family and outsiders placing boundaries on their expression of DRESSING due to sexist expectations for modesty and conservatism. Or their modernity and freedom of external expression used against them to EXPECT sexuality or promiscuity.
The presence and accumulations of projections, expectations and frustrations can lead to internalisation if other placements or factors of upbringing didn't sustain a healthy sense of authentic self-esteem. They can be influenced to place themselves within their own discomfort for a limiting and dysfunctional sense of safety and inclusion.
Perhaps not realising they are enabling the conditioning of somebody else's low regard of that person's own worth, self-care and self-love within themselves as the Lilith in 2nd/Taurus. Herein, they are projecting against themselves.
This placement embodies the natural process for all beings to live and thrive with ease and betterment. Chaos and negativity always arrive, yet the native person's inclination for grounding and self-fulfillment aren't broadly recognised as a formulation for endurance. With this placement, the native finds themselves as the springboard for the inequity of socioeconomic factors.
It is a touchy subject, a sensitive topic in which effects everybody. Yet when a native's own self belief aligns with their prospects and goals, a peacefulness and self-confidence will arise for who they are, helping them facilitate what they want to be and who they will be helping without intrusive and confining ideas for their OWN LIFE.
Taurus is an Earth Sign, ruled by the planet of all types love and money Venus. The 2nd house is our space, environment and materialsss. With respect, the native must cultivate these ideas without shame and with encouragement for themselves and to others. To question other people's shame for appointing such limitation to the society around us.
There is no greed in fulfilling yourself. There is no conflict in maintaining well-being, health and care. Why shouldn't we enjoy the fruits of our planet AND contribute back to our surroundings THRU our investments. We all make markets move, let us not create strife for basic needs, evolutionary pursuits of our sustenance and indulge harmonically.
To each their own! C'EST LA VIE. In whatever way, to be oppositional in the matters of this placement does not matter. Comme-ci, comme-ca! Let live and let go, be respectful. Love, love, love yourself. ❤️

Yes obviously I’m a proponent of the Big Lizard Agenda re: Cardassians. I picture them huge and lizardy with tapeta lucidem, retractable claws, weird lizard legs, and (of course) tails.
HOWEVER My hottest alien redesign take is that Bajorans are also reptilian and, in fact, share a common ancestor with Cardassian - something you would never guess by looking at them because both of them underwent rapid evolutionary shifts due to the vastly different climates they found themselves in. (Think Great Danes and Spaniels.)
My Bajorans are quite small. They can be easily mistaken for mammals because of the ecological niche they filled on Bajor but for the plating on their faces, and their ears - I picture their ears like lizard frills - which are used to sense electro magnetic waves (this is how the Prophets communicate to them, and having a “strong pagh” means you’re electromagnetically aligned).
The reason I like this headcanon is twofold:
1. While there are many mixed species characters in Trek, most of them seem to present biological problems for the carrier parent - if they don’t require medical intervention to happen in the first place. Cardassian/Bajoran pregnancies are the only cross species procreation I can think of that can be truly accidental.
2. If it were true and it ever came out, it would piss off literally everyone. Bajorans and Cardassians alike would fucking hate it. And that’s fun from a potential storytelling place.
#ds9#alien redesigns#Star Trek#I might be wrong on point on there though.#just because I can’t think of one doesn’t mean there isn’t another example.#I just wish I could draw because I’ve never seen a reptile based Bajoran design#and I think they would be really cute#always reblog lizard cardassians

the ideological leaders of the transhumanist movement are generally eugenicists or soft eugenicists. you can define "true" transhumanism however you like, but the loudest voices and major historical precedents are all tied to eugenic beliefs. this is embodied inherently in the term "transhumanism". if we hold the transcendance of human limitations as an instrumental value, that neccesarily implies some hierarchy of ranking people by ability that is seen as desireable. imo transhumanism in this form rather than decentering the human enshrines the worst aspects of it. for these reasons i prefer "posthumanism" and think people who identify with transhumanist as a label should reconsider if they don't already agree with that stuff
Eugenics doesn't even make sense as a vehicle for transhumanism if you know the first thing about evolutionary biology, not to mention that it doesn't align with transhumanist values. Even if you somehow got it to work it would take ages, would not help you individually, and would not enable most people to do body modifications.
Even in a best case scenario where you mainstreamed consensual genetic modifications of fetuses so no one gets clinical depression anymore or something rather than doing what most people usually associate with the word that would still leave already-living transhumanists out.
The closest thing to actual transhumanism would be medicine in general, especially given that the top human limitation that people want to overcome is aging.
The second closest thing would be radical and consensual body modifications such as transition.
Not to mention the fact that conservatives, TERFs, neo-nazis, and etc. use transhumanism as a sort of bogeyman that shows up in their conspiracy theories.
That's Jennifer Bilek citing a neo-nazi as a source on how trans people are part of a jewish transhumanist plot. Bilek's ideas are laundered and mainstreamed into TERF worldviews, being referenced by many high-profile radfems like Julie Bindel, Helen Joyce, LGB Alliance, Allison Bailey, Sheila Jeffreys, and Transgender Trend.
Obviously not all reactionaries think the same (and neither do all transhumanists) but it doesn't look as if transhumanism has anything close to mainstream acceptance among them. In fact, anti-transhumanism stems from a lot of the same bioessentialist impulses appeals to nature that motivate transphobia.
Furthermore I think you may be mistaking "rich and famous people" for "ideological leaders". As if the anarchist catgirls are loyal disciples of Peter "Trump 2024" Thiel or something.
When you think about transhumanism the first thing to come to mind probably should not even be rich normie cis men in suits who want to control other people's bodies. They're generally not the ones actually embodying or even advocating for these values and rights. You would unironically get more transhumanist thought out of Touhou.
It's not even a "you can define transhumanism however you want" thing. That's a term that actually has a definition that is not even difficult to grasp.
Some of us don't want to be human or subject to all the horrible things that come with human forms. Some of us don't want people to get sick and die and reject bioconservative arguments that "nature knows best" or that modifying your body is automatically bad.
The central idea is that you have a body that belongs to you that you should be able to customize to your liking even in ways that are not "natural" or "normal". Arguably all kinds of assistive technology, and even things like clothing and cooking, are transhumanist tech. We are not born wearing shoes after all.

“Intuition is the innate ability in everyone to perceive truth directly - not by reason, logic, or analysis, but by a simple knowing from within. That is the very meaning of the word “intuition”: to know, or understand from within - from one’s own self, and from the heart of whatever one is trying to understand. Intuition is the inner ability to see behind the outer forms of things to their inner essence.” ― Goswami Kriyananda

New Moon in Aquarius 2025: Renewal and Transformation
On January 29, 07:35 AM EST, we experience a New Moon at 9º50’ of Aquarius: this is the first New Moon of 2025 and also the event that inaugurates the Lunar New Year, widely celebrated in many Asian cultures that follow the lunar calendar.
While last year was the year of the Dragon, in 2025 we enter the year of the Snake according to the Chinese Zodiac. The Aquarius New Moon, coinciding with the beginning of the Year of the Snake, encourages us to welcome renewal and embrace the dance of transformation.
The Aquarius New Moon is particularly significant for those born with placements in Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius). The individuals personally impacted by this event will feel its transformative energy more intensely in one or more areas of their lives: they are more likely to experience opportunities to make significant changes and break free from stagnation and inertia.
New Moon in Aquarius: Envisioning a New Reality
New Moons mark the beginning of the lunar month and represent a time to start something new, plant seeds, and set intentions for the future. After slowly waning for the past two weeks, since the Full Moon took place, the Moon is still invisible from our perspective: we have an opportunity to turn inward and deepen our introspection before starting to move forward again. The Sun and the Moon are currently forming a 0º angle from our perspective on Earth, which in Astrology is technically known as a conjunction: when two planets are conjunct, their energies blend and express as one.
As the month of January comes to an end, the Sun and the Moon meet in the sign of the Water Bearer. The Aquarius New Moon begins a lunar cycle focused on envisioning a new reality, breaking free from old patterns, and releasing our attachment to the past. This event encourages us to welcome new possibilities, move toward the unknown and the unfamiliar, and create a reality aligned with our truth.
Aquarius, as the sign of innovation and collective progress, asks us to challenge conventions, think outside the box, and approach change with an open mind. This New Moon motivates us to question societal expectations, norms, and rules, and explore unconventional paths that might bring us closer to the truth of who we are.
New Moon conjunct Pluto: Renewal and Transformation
The Sun and the Moon in Aquarius are conjunct with both Pluto and Mercury, which emphasizes the theme of transformation during both the upcoming lunar cycle and the lunar year ahead. Pluto has a strong connection to the symbolism of the Snake, one of the animals associated with the sign of Scorpio: both Pluto and Scorpio correlate to transformational processes, shedding skin, and death and rebirth cycles.
The Snake is associated with the first evolutionary stage of Scorpio and precedes the Eagle and the Phoenix in the evolutionary trajectory of this sign. This symbolism emphasizes the focus on shedding skin and releasing what no longer serves us in order to renovate and transform our lives from the inside out.
Pluto’s activation, just a couple of months after his final ingress into Aquarius, brings the spotlight on our personal and collective evolutionary journeys. This New Moon conjunct with Pluto brings the spotlight on areas of our life that need to be radically transformed and shows us how and where we are being asked to evolve and grow.
These days, unconscious content can emerge into our conscious awareness and we can have glimpses of deep, hidden truths that have been buried within us for some time. Pluto’s transformative energy illuminates shadows we don’t normally see and invites us to confront what we may have avoided or suppressed. Meanwhile, the prominence of Aquarian energy helps us witness whatever comes up with objectivity and a neutral, observational awareness.
Around this time, emotions, thoughts, desires, needs, and patterns that have been operating in the background may now come to light: we have an opportunity to let go of our attachment to the past and the familiar and gain awareness of what needs to be transformed.

Editor’s Note:
At Reality’s Last Stand, we are deeply committed to fostering free speech, scientific discourse, and intellectual courage—values that are increasingly under siege in today’s polarized climate. It is in this spirit that we are republishing Jerry Coyne’s essay, “Biology is Not Bigotry,” which was originally published on the Freedom From Religion Foundation’s (FFRF) website before being abruptly unpublished.
Coyne, an emeritus professor of Ecology and Evolution at the University of Chicago, critically responded to an article by an FFRF intern that argued, “A woman is whoever she says she is.” Despite receiving approval for publication, Coyne’s scientifically grounded critique was unpublished after the FFRF deemed it inconsistent with their values and worried it may cause readers “distress.” Following this decision, both Harvard psychologist Steven Pinker and evolutionary biologist Richard Dawkins also resigned from the FFRF’s Honorary Board in protest.
By republishing this essay (with the author’s permission), Reality’s Last Stand reaffirms our commitment to upholding rigorous science, free inquiry, and respectful dialogue. Coyne’s essay stands as a critical defense of biology against pseudoscience and as a reminder of the dangers posed by ideological gatekeeping in science and public discourse.

From the Atheists for Liberty Editorial Board:
The following article by Jerry A. Coyne was originally published by the Freedom From Religion Foundation’s Freethought Today. It has since been removed because “it does not reflect our values or principles.” Clearly FFRF’s idea of “Freethought” only includes thoughts aligned with their new Social Justice values. These new values are completely contrary to those which once made it a respectable, nonpartisan organization championing the strict separation of church and state.
After Jerry Coyne’s resignation from FFRF’s Honorary Board, he has kindly authorized us to republish his article in its original uncensored form. His resignation has since been followed by the resignations of Richard Dawkins and Steven Pinker, men responsible for making atheist organizations like FFRF thrive in the early decades of the 21st century.
As you read Coyne’s words, we at Atheists for Liberty hope you consider what the FFRF found so disagreeable they had to censor this article by a respected professor. Contrary to their stated reasons, FFRF’s actions prove, not that they abide by values and principles, but that they may have never had any in the first place.

In the Freethought Now article “What is a woman?” author Kat Grant struggles at length to define the word, rejecting one definition after another as flawed or incomplete. Grant finally settles on a definition based on self-identity: “A woman is whoever she says she is.” This of course is a tautology, and still leaves open the question of what a woman really is. And the remarkable redefinition of a term with a long biological history can be seen only as an attempt to force ideology onto nature. Because some nonbinary people—or men who identify as women (“transwomen”)—feel that their identity is not adequately recognized by biology, they choose to impose ideology onto biology and concoct a new definition of “woman.”
Further, there are plenty of problems with the claim that self-identification maps directly onto empirical reality. You are not always fat if you feel fat (the problem with anorexia), not a horse if you feel you’re a horse (a class of people called “therians” psychologically identify as animals), and do not become Asian simply become you feel Asian (the issue of “transracialism”). But sex, Grant tells us, is different: It is the one biological feature of humans that can be changed solely by psychology.
But why should sex be changeable while other physical traits cannot? Feelings don’t create reality. Instead, in biology “sex” is traditionally defined by the size and mobility of reproductive cells (“gametes”). Males have small, mobile gametes (sperm in animals and pollen in plants); females have large, immobile gametes (ova in plants and eggs in animals). In all animals and vascular plants there are exactly two sexes and no more. Though a fair number of plants and a few species of animals combine both functions in a single individual (“hermaphrodites”), these are not a third sex because they produce the typical two gametes.
It’s important to recognize that, although this gametic idea is called a “definition” of sex, it is really a generalization—and thus a concept—based on a vast number of observations of diverse organisms. We know that, except for a few algae and fungi, all multicellular organisms and vertebrates, including us, adhere to this generalization. It is, then, nearly universal.
Besides its universality, the gametic concept has utility, for it is the distinction between gamete types that explains evolutionary phenomena like sexual selection. Differential investment in reproduction accounts for the many differences, both physical and behavioral, between males and females. No other concept of sex has such universality and utility. Attempts to define sex by combining various traits associated with gamete type, like chromosomes, genitalia, hormones, body hair and so on, lead to messy and confusing multivariate models that lack both the universality and explanatory power of the gametic concept.
Yes, there is a tiny fraction of exceptions, including intersex individuals, who defy classification (estimates range between 1/5,600 and 1/20,000). These exceptions to the gametic view are surely interesting, but do not undermine the generality of the sex binary. Nowhere else in biology would deviations this rare undermine a fundamental concept. To illustrate, as many as 1 in 300 people are born with some form of polydactyly—without the normal number of ten fingers. Nevertheless, nobody talks about a “spectrum of digit number.” (It’s important to recognize that only a very few nonbinary and transgender people are “intersex,” for nearly all are biologically male or female.)
In biology, then, a woman can be simply defined in four words: “An adult human female.”
Dismissal of trait-based concepts of sex leads to serious errors and misconceptions. I mention only a few. The biological concept of a woman does not, as Grant argues, depend on whether she can actually produce eggs. Nobody is claiming that postmenopausal females, or those who are sterile or had hysterectomies, are not “women,” for they were born with the reproductive apparatus that evolved to produce eggs. As for chromosomes, having two X chromosomes gives you a very high probability of being a woman, but a rearrangement of genetic information can decouple chromosome constitution from the gametic apparatus.
But the biggest error Grant makes is the repeated conflation of sex, a biological feature, with gender, the sex role one assumes in society. To all intents and purposes, sex is binary, but gender is more spectrum-like, though it still has two camel’s-hump modes around “male” and “female.” While most people enact gender roles associated with their biological sex (those camel humps), an appreciable number of people mix both roles or even reject male and female roles altogether. Grant says that “I play with gender expression” in “ways that vary throughout the day.” Fine, but this does not mean that Grant changes sex from hour to hour.
Under the biological concept of sex, then, it is impossible for humans to change sex—to be truly “transsexual”—for mammals cannot change their means of producing gametes. A more appropriate term is “transgender,” or, for transwomen, “men who identify as women.”
But even here Grant misleads the reader. They argue, for example, that “Transgender people are no more likely to be sexual predators than other individuals.” Yet the facts support the opposite of this claim, at least for transgender women. A cross-comparison of statistics from the U.K. Ministry of Justice and the U.K. Census shows that while almost 20 percent of male prisoners and a maximum of 3 percent of female prisoners have committed sex offenses, at least 41 percent of trans-identifying prisoners were convicted of these crimes. Transgender, then, appear to be twice as likely as natal males and at least 14 times as likely as natal females to be sex offenders. While these data are imperfect because they’re based only on those who are caught, or on some who declare their female gender only after conviction, they suggest that transgender women are far more sexually predatory than biological women and somewhat more predatory than biological men. There are suggestions of similar trends in Scotland, New Zealand, and Australia.
Biological sex affects who and what we are. Let’s look at the contentious area of sports participation. Here’s a summary of the current regulatory situation (from a link that Grant gives):
For the Paris 2024 Olympics, the new guidelines require transgender women to have completed their transition before the age of 12 to be eligible to compete in the women’s category. This rule is intended to prevent any perceived unfair advantages that might arise from undergoing male puberty.
In addition, at least 10 Olympic sports have restricted the participation of transgender athletes. These include sports like athletics, cycling, swimming, rugby, rowing, and boxing.
Completing transition before 12 is virtually unknown (26 American states ban childhood transition), and the International Olympic Committee has now asked each sport to devise its own rules. Further, the presence of “regulation” does not make the problem go away, for many regulations are insufficient to protect female athletes from male athletic advantage. According to a United Nations report on violence against women, “By 30 March 2024, over 600 female athletes in more than 400 competitions have lost more than 890 medals [to transgender women] in 29 different sports.”
I close with two points. The first is to insist that it is not “transphobic” to accept the biological reality of binary sex and to reject concepts based on ideology. One should never have to choose between scientific reality and trans rights. Transgender people should surely enjoy all the moral and legal rights of everyone else. But moral and legal rights do not extend to areas in which the “indelible stamp” of sex results in compromising the legal and moral rights of others. Transgender women, for example, should not compete athletically against biological women; should not serve as rape counselors and workers in battered women’s shelters; or, if convicted of a crime, should not be placed in a women’s prison.
Finally, speaking as a member of the FFRF’s honorary board, I worry that the organization’s incursion into gender activism takes it far outside its historically twofold mission: educating the public about nontheism and keeping religion out of government and social policies. Tendentious arguments about the definition of sex are not part of either mission. Although some aspects of gender activism have assumed the worst aspects of religion (dogma, heresy, excommunication, etc.), sex and gender have little to do with theism or the First Amendment. I sincerely hope that the FFRF does not insist on adopting a “progressive” political stance, rationalizing it as part of its battle against “Christian Nationalism.” As a liberal atheist, I am about as far from Christian nationalism as one can get!
Issues of sex and gender cannot and should not be forced into that Procrustean bed. Mission creep has begun to erode other once-respected organizations like the ACLU and SPLC, and I would be distressed if this happened to the FFRF.

Fox in the Hen House: Why Male Feminists Are a Myth, but Creeps and Simps Are Everywhere
Ladies, Let’s Get Real: He’s Not Your Ally, He’s Just Waiting for an Opening
Let’s get this out of the way: a straight man calling himself a feminist is as mythical as a unicorn that pays rent on time. It’s a performance, a ploy, and often a poorly disguised ticket to your attention. The louder the performance, the more suspect it is. Ladies, if you’ve ever swooned over a man who proclaims his feminist badge with pride while throwing other men under the bus, buckle up—this truth bomb is about to detonate.
youtube
1. Male Feminists: The Red Flag Factory
Men who claim to be feminists aren’t aligning with your empowerment; they’re auditioning for your approval.
The “Raised in a House Full of Women” Trope: Oh, he’s seen it all because he has sisters? Big deal. Growing up around women doesn’t make you an ally; it makes you observant. News flash: even serial killers have mothers.
The “I’ve Seen So Much Misogyny” Line: If his response to witnessing misogyny is to announce it like a knighted hero rather than confronting it in the moment, that’s a 🚩.
The Perfect Husband Myth: “I’ve been happily married for X years.” Translation: “Please ignore my ulterior motives while I use my wife as a moral shield.”
Thought: The louder he yells “toxic masculinity,” the more skeletons are rattling in his closet—and they’re probably holding a copy of his exes restraining order against him.
2. Hardwired for Brotherhood, Not Betrayal
Let’s get anthropological for a second. Men aren’t designed to fight each other for the sake of performative allyship. Hundreds of thousands of years of evolution wired them to protect their tribes, hunt mammoths, and keep the community safe. The guy who starts screaming, “Guys, this toxic mammoth-hunting culture has to stop!” would’ve been banished—or worse.
Back Then: Men who divided the tribe were threats to survival.
Now: Modern male feminists dividing men to gain favor with women? The same energy, minus the spears.
Truth: Men don’t turn on their own without an ulterior motive. Period.
3. The Performance of Passion = Danger
Ever notice how the most theatrical male feminists are also the creepiest?
The Foam-at-the-Mouth Activists: He’s not angry for your rights—he’s angry because he’s trying to prove he’s “different.” The reality? He’s not.
Performative Outrage: Yelling at other men or shaming them doesn’t make him noble; it makes him manipulative. He’s leveraging your emotions to look good.
Real Talk: Men who genuinely respect women don’t need to shout about it. They just act like decent human beings.
4. The Evolution of Simping
Modern society has rebranded the simp as a “male feminist,” but the game hasn’t changed—it’s just wearing new clothes.
Simp Behavior: Doing everything for validation, hoping it pays off romantically or sexually.
Feminist Facade: Cloaking the same intentions in activism and hashtags.
Relatable to Anyone?: He’s the guy who texts, “You’re so brave to share your story 💜,” followed by, “By the way, you looked amazing in that photo 😘.”
youtube
5. Ladies, Stop Humoring This Nonsense
Here’s the truth you don’t want to hear: Even these men have humored a passing thought of entering your “vicious innards.” Yes, even the “perfect husband,” the “activist,” and the “ally.” The more vitriolic his feminist rhetoric, the more dangerous he becomes.
Why It’s Dangerous:
He’s not defending women; he’s positioning himself as a savior.
This kind of behavior undermines genuine conversations about equality by turning it into a dating tactic.
Reality: “I just care so much about women’s rights!” Bro, your browser history says otherwise.
6. Why Men Protect, Not Betray
Good men don’t need to shout “I’m a feminist” from the rooftops. They don’t betray their fellow men for clout. They’re protectors—always have been, always will be. That’s their evolutionary wiring.
Men Who Betray Their Own: These are the foxes in the hen house, dividing men and gaining trust just to exploit it later.
The Modern Tribe: In Western society, these men disrupt unity and weaken the collective strength of men and women.
7. Extrapolating to Modern Society
Let’s bring it back to today. In the U.S., this behavior is rampant. Male feminists use their loud, theatrical “allyship” to mask their true intentions, whether it’s manipulation, access, or validation.
Blunt Truth: If a straight man claims to be a feminist, you should run—not because he supports equality, but because his motives are likely far less pure than he’s letting on.
Important: You don’t want to hear it, but someone had to tell Ya, Dummy...I’ve chosen to do somore humbly than anyone else ever could. You’re welcome.
Ladies, it’s time to stop humoring the “male feminist” myth. These men aren’t the allies you think they are—they’re just better actors. Good men don’t need to yell from the rooftops or tear other men down to show they care. They act with quiet confidence, respecting women without fanfare.

Transmechanicus Xenologis Field Report
Study Log Entry: 961.M41
Subject: Planetary Survey of Nullius-57, Orkoid designation “Og”
By: Magos Xenologis Xanthor Vell (Excommunicated)
Location: Segmentum Obscurus, Uncharted Subsector
I. PLANETARY CLASSIFICATION
Imperial Registry: Nullius-57 (Unofficial)
Orkoid Designation: Og — interpreted as “Owned by / Property of” in local feral Ork dialect
Segmentum: Obscurus
Planetary Type: Oceanic-Terranic hybrid
Size: Approximately 108% of Terra’s equatorial diameter
Water Composition: ~80% of the planetary surface
Orbital Characteristics: One sun (G-class), two moons in stable orbit

(I gave up, I don’t know shit about how to draw ocean currents)
II. TIDAL AND CELESTIAL DYNAMICS
The gravitational interplay between Nullius-57’s two moons creates unusually complex tidal patterns across the planet’s oceanic surface. These include:
• Multi-directional tidal surges
• Semi-diurnal hyperwaves in coastal and archipelagic zones
• Periodic tidal inversions recorded every 31 standard cycles, potentially responsible for cyclic mass migrations among aquatic fauna.
The planet lies within an uncharted zone of Segmentum Obscurus, likely masked from long-range Imperial auspex by stellar anomalies and warp turbulence—an ideal breeding ground for unrecorded evolutionary branches.
III. ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS
Atmospheric Density: ~1.3 atm (approx. 30% denser than Terra)
Primary Composition:
• Oxygen: 25–27%
• Carbon Dioxide: 3–4%
• Nitrogen, argon, and trace exotic gases
The thick, oxygen-rich atmosphere contributes to:
• Enhanced metabolic efficiency among local xenos species
• Higher combustion rates and volatile respiration thresholds
• Amplified fungal spore propagation due to sustained humidity and pressure
IV. PLANETARY GRAVITY AND FAUNAL ADAPTATION
Gravity: Approx. 0.38g (similar to Mars)
Despite the low gravity, native organisms have adapted in ways that defy standard models:
• Most fauna exhibit eight-limbed arthropodal symmetry, maximizing traction and momentum in low gravity
• Chitinous exoskeletons are dense and layered, likely evolved to compensate for the reduced structural strain
• Muscle fibers in larger fauna (e.g., Gargantuan Hammerfist Champignat) are hypertrophied and heavily vascularized, allowing for sudden explosive bursts of movement uncommon in similar gravity environments
The most significant observation remains the presence of Orkoid species as the only vertebrates. Whether artificially introduced or the result of a rare fungal-vertebrate divergence is still unknown, but their survival and dominance suggest a biome unusually hospitable to Ork physiognomy.

V. GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURE
Tectonics: Mildly active. Continental plates are fragmented but remain in proximity, indicating a prior supercontinent stage reminiscent of Terra’s Permian Pangaea.
Seismic scans reveal:
• Major fault lines still align radially around a central continental cluster
• Shallow subduction zones suggest ongoing but non-catastrophic geological drift
• Volcanic vents support a thriving thermophilic fungal biome, primarily near the equator
VI. CLIMATIC ZONES
Overall Climate: Humid and warm with minimal axial tilt, resulting in very limited seasonal fluctuation
• Equatorial Regions: Tropical with intense fungal overgrowth, average temperatures exceeding 34°C
• Polar Regions: Only moderately cooler, sustaining dense fungal tundra variants
• Rainfall: Near-constant in some biomes due to atmospheric pressure and oceanic evaporation patterns
VII. PLANGUS FLORAL BIOME (FUNGAL-PLANT EQUIVALENT)
Termed “Plangus” by my own designation—a portmanteau of planta and fungus—this fungal flora fulfills all major ecological roles of photosynthetic plant life.
Photosynthesis-analog Process:
• Utilizes green and blue pigmentation in chlorophyll-analog proteins (tentatively classified as Mycophytochrome-X)
• Plangus spore sacs open during peak solar periods to engage in gas exchange and UV absorption
• Bioluminescent varieties assist in nocturnal photosynthesis via energy storage in phosphorescent organelles
Color Morphology by Region:
• Highlands: Deep green and violet Plangus carpets, heavily mossed
• Lowlands: Amber, red, and orange fungal caps with wide lamellae for water retention
• Equatorial Swamps: Translucent white and yellow luminescent fungal towers, growing up to 40 meters
These fungal flora are crucial to nutrient cycling, oxygen production, and even psychotropic symbiosis observed in some mollusk-xenos.
VIII. LOCAL FAUNA
The dominant faunal archetypes fall into two categories:
• Arachnid/Insectoid Xenos: Eight-legged, armored, ranging from micro-scale scavengers to titanic apex predators such as the Gargantuan Hammerfist Champignat
• Molluscoid Xenos: Ambulatory, highly adaptive, semi-amphibious; many exhibit Plangus symbiosis for healing and camouflage
Orks:
The only vertebrate genus present, suggesting:
• Exogenic seeding (possibly via crashed hulk or rogue Sporeship)
• Exceptional fungal adaptation due to their own mycoid origin
Local tribes of feral Orks claim sole ownership of the planet, hence the name Og. This linguistic possessiveness hints at a deep instinctual bond between Orks and this fungal-rich environment, perhaps even more intense than typically observed on Ork-held worlds.
CONCLUSION
Nullius-57, or Og, is a world defined by a dense atmosphere, low gravity, and a unique fungal biosphere whose adaptive extremity borders on the miraculous. Its faunal and floral life appear to have evolved in tight biological concert, and the complete lack of vertebrate diversity—barring the Orks—raises fascinating evolutionary and possibly technogenic questions.
I suspect the planet may have once served as an ancient fungal cradle world, or perhaps even a lost Ork spawning ground from millennia past. In either case, Og is not merely owned by the Orks—it thrives because of them, and perhaps they because of it.
