eren: snores like a mf 😭 and normally, when people snore it's a habit developed later in life from conditions like sleep apnea (or depending on their sleeping position) but NO this boy has been snoring LOUD ASF every single night since he was like 2. which is like.....isn't ur dad a doctor......shouldn't he have noticed and at least mentioned it.......(jk we all know grisha forgot about eren) also he gives me the vibes of like. insists on sleeping naked (under the guise of 'health benefits' but really he just gets hot and is too lazy to remove the blanket or turn off the fan) lowkey has scared

armin: definitley drools in his sleep (it's okay girl me too) and i feel like he also clings onto something while he sleeps, like a blanket (or his s/o) also sleep talks *sometimes* but only when he has a particularly vivid dream

jean: BIG SPOON FS>> but when he's sleeping alone, i feel like he'd sleep on his side. he doesn't really snore or anything but he DEFINITELY moves a lot in his sleep. lowkey you can't even take a nap with him because he WILL kick you (and then apologizes for it in the morning and kisses your battle scars (bruises from his bony ass foot)) also pls someone give him head scratches 🙏🏻

reiner: i feel like he'd be *fairly* normal except occasionally he snores so fucking loud it's like a construction site and you cannot wake him up. anyways the most important thing to now about reindeer is that he WILL crush you/suffocate you in your sleep on accident 😭 like he'd just roll over normally in his sleep and all of a sudden you can't breathe. and also you can't move him so you jsut??? try an wake him up i guess but then you feel bad??

bertholdt: so we know about his weird sleeping positions, but i'm telling you this man sleeps so hard it's literally terrifying when you go to wake him up. like, you're shaking him super hard and saying his name and this man DOES NOT BUDGE 😭 eventually when he does he apologizes for almost giving you a heart attack (also he's fs the best cuddler on this list, just above reiner)

connie: nahhh he definitely does some weird ass shit in his sleep like punching or something 😭 jokes aside i think he'd be a great cuddler and share his sweatshirts. unlike jean who would either deny it or brush it off, if connie hit/kicked you in his sleep he would feel so bad 😭 he would probably cry and beg for your forgiveness

levi: honestly the most normal person on this list when it comes to sleeping habits. if anything i think he'd just toss and turn a lot. unfortunately,, he does get night terrors/nightmares from his trauma so pls give him a hug and make him some tea ☕️

erwin: SNORES so much omg 😭 😭 it's actually insane and it's every night. like every. single. night. similar to levi he probably also gets night terrors so look out for him </3

zeke: sleeps on his back with his arms folded on his chest like one of those pharaoh corpses in the pyramids 😭 😭 and he does NOT cuddle. he *might* indulge in it every once in a while, but not to sleep. it's more of a comfort thing and more for your sake. like eren he also snores (it runs in the family ig) but not nearly as noticeably.

Today's witchy lesson is on crystals! Specifically, crystal shapes and their meanings, types of crystals and their meanings, and what you can use crystals for in your practice!

Basic Crystals and Their Meanings:

Clear Quartz -> Clear quartz is known for its ability to amplify intention and magnify the energy of other stones around it

Selenite -> Selenite is good for cleansing and purifying the area and objects around it

Amethyst -> Amethyst provides a peaceful and relaxing energy

Carnelian -> Carnelian is known for boosting creative energy and allowing for better creative flow

Rose Quartz -> Rose quartz is known for supporting and amplifying love of all kinds (self love, romantic love, platonic love, etc.)

Pyrite -> Pyrite (also known as 'Fool's Gold') is known for drawing in success and fortune

Obsidian -> Obsidian sucks in negative energy from the surrounding space providing protection from unwanted energies and negativity

Crystal Shapes and Meanings:

Cube -> Cube shaped crystals are often tied to grounding and would be good to use during meditation or meditative spellwork.

Sphere -> Sphere shaped crystals are thought to be more balanced with the energy they emit, splitting it evenly in all directions. They are good to use in grounding work (like meditation) or for protective spells/energy.

Pyramids -> Pyramid shaped crystals are most commonly associated with the idea of communing with celestial bodies or with the universe. Pyramid shaped crystals would be beneficial to use in deity worship or working with deities for spellwork.

Tower/Point -> Tower and point shaped crystals are known to amplify intention and point it in a certain direction. In my opinion, they are the most universally helpful shape and so can be used for a variety of spells.

Palm Stones -> Palm Stones are flat disks of stone that can be placed in one's palm and are often used to provide soothing energy. When placed in the palm they can be rubbed to provide therapeutic relief in moments of anxiety.

Cluster -> A cluster is a mix between a sphere and a point. The energy is emitted in all directions, but not evenly. They are most beneficial for spells and powers you want amplified, but don't need to be even or concentrated in one particular area.

General Crystal Tips:

When purchasing crystals, make sure the ones you are buying are coming from reputable, ethical sources and are actual crystals!

Before letting any crystal come in contact with the sun or with water, make sure it is safe to do. Some crystals are known to leech harmful chemicals or elements into water when submerged while some will just erode away in minutes. Some crystals can also fade if left in direct sunlight for a long time (amethyst is one of these so keep that in mind!)

If you do not like working with crystals, think something works better for you than crystals, or simply are just not interested in working with crystals, they are not necessary for the craft! Crystals (like any other witchy tool) are optional but can not only provide useful energies or attributes, but also just look super cool and are great to put on altars or in spaces around your home!

Summary - Your recent news shocks the Inner Circle, especially Azriel. But in the sweetest way possible.

“So whose idea was this?”

“I didn’t think of it,”

“No one would peg you as the candidate, Cassian. Given your track record,”

Cassian flipped off Rhsyand as the rest of the Inner Circle was standing in front of the massive dining room of The House of Wind.  Perched on the top of the tale were assortments of treats and confectionary items, all assorted on plates and display bowls from one end of the table to the other.  Their eyes were wide in amazement at that assortment in front of them: massive cookies the size of hands and heads, small bons bons assembled in pyramids.  Even wine glasses are already poured out and ready, the wine bottle out and already opened.  

Everyone was in shock, even the Spymaster himself didn’t know what to say as someone finally appeared from the kitchen to the right.  It was you, Azriel’s girlfriend who was beaming at the group and looking rather nervous in your smock worn over your dress.  Elaine floated out right after you, almost bouncing on the tip of her toes with a huge grin on her gorgeous face.  The Inner Circle looked over to the pair as you finally found your voice, still nervous in your stance.

“Thank you all for coming on short notice,” You started to explain, your voice soft but laced with hesitance and uncertainty, “I know you are all busy with your lives and, you know, running Night Court…”

“You make it sound like a big deal,” Cassian teased you, Nesta swatted his chest in retaliation as she gave you a reassuring smile.

“I wanted to plan something for you all, as a way of thanking you for accepting me into your lives and homes when I needed it,” You explained, shifting on your feet with some nerves along your skin.  Azriel saw it, instantly walking over to block you from the view of the others and look at you in concern.

“You don’t have to—“ he started to explain, thinking that this might be best for you since you hated being in the spotlight altogether.  In fact, it was one of the main reasons he was attracted to you, your gentleness and quietness.  He loved that about you, you not needing to be loud to be certain of attention.  You looked at him and shook your head.

“I’m okay, trust me,” You hummed at him, seeing him search your eyes in confusion as you looked past him at the rest of the Inner Circle, all of whom were waiting patiently for what you were going to say, “You all know that I work at the local candy shop, the one near the harbor?”

“Great shop…not a huge fan of the owner though,” Cassian joked, Rhsyand rolling his eyes as Feyre eyed him.

“You are not helping,” She advised him calmly, to which Cassian laughed and shrugged as Feyre looked back at you, “Go on.  What about the shop?”

Being on your own for so long, having to be in survival mode and going day by day with barely any food in your belly or a roof over your head.  It was something you were used to for the longest time, not having another person to lean on and or someone to take care of you.

Then you stumbled on Verlaris, and your luck changed for the better.

Agatha, the owner of the candy shop, took you into both to give you a place to sleep and to work for her.  She had a kind heart, though her old age would not show it from time to time when she would be snippy with the children who would touch her displays or vendors who tried to take advantage of her.  But in the end, her shop was insanely popular, and there was a spare room in the back of the shop where you would sleep.  Months came and went, you sang every coin you were given and were able to have enough to find your own little apartment which was a 10-minute walk from the shop.  You stayed at the shop, working rather well and learning the business trade from Agatha, and considering you the only family you had.

Until High Lady Feyre and High Lord Rhysand came into your shop, their own toddler son Nyx on Feyre’s hip.  Once again, your life changed.  

“The owner, Agatha, recently just announced her retirement. She is walking away from the business altogether,” You explained to the High Lady, and everyone looked at you in shock from the news, “She’s been working there and running the shop for centuries,”

“I do remember walking into the shop a few times a year for her chocolates, they are really good,” More commented with a snort, “So, who’s the lucky fae taking over the shop?”

“Someone a bit younger and better with customer service I hope,” Rhysand joked with a grin. You tilted your chin up in confidence.  

“I’m taking over,”

Those three words rang in the room as everyone looked at you in shock and amazement.  You stood still, seeing all the pairs of eyes on you and how you were shyly smiling.  It felt like you were jumping off a cliff into the unknown, though you already signed the documents and got the keys earlier that morning.  Making the choice, although it took a month to finally say “yes” to it, was one of the best and yet scary things that you have ever done, but it was all for the better.

The day Rhsyand and Feyre met you in that shop was the day you were once again feeling a change in your life.  They were interested in the new display of chocolates that you helped create with Agatha, both praising you for how good it was and wishing to find more treats to indulge you.  You were simply riding on a high with having the High Lord and High Lady of Night Court in the still, talking to you with kindness and sincerity.  After them were Cassian and Nesta, who seemed such opposites but were instantly in love with one another. 

Then lastly, was More with Azriel  The Spymaster who flipped your work upside down.

“You…you own the shop now?” Nesta asked in genuine shock as you nodded your head, fiddling with your hands in front of you.  Cassian was beaming, like a young child during Winter Solstice.

“That…is the best job ever!  I’m jealous!” He exclaimed, “I would rather work in a candy shop than be the Illryian Army Commander….no offense Rhys,”

“No…not that’s fair,” Rhysand hummed while you looked from the group over to Azriel.  He was still in shock from the news, his wide hazel eyes were almost reflecting off the lights in the room but they were still on you.  At first, you thought he would hate the notion since he would try and take care of you in all aspects of your new and fresh relationship.  He knew of your hard past and the hardships you went through, thinking it was his duty to properly care for you.  Of course, it seemed silly to you, but then again it was his way to show that he cared about you and loved you.  He was a gift giver and a provider so to speak, and the last thing he wanted was for the fae he was falling in love with still attempt to survive.

He helped you move into a bigger apartment from the small one you lived in, he would escort you to and from work whenever he had the chance, even loving to both take you out to eat or make something to eat at your place.  

You never felt this kind of love with anyone else in your life.

“So that means you are in charge of all of the treats in the shop, all of it?” Mor asked, sounding more excited than before as you looked away from Azriel and at the group.  They were all smiling, looking rather pleased with the news.  It made you look over at Elaine and gesture your head in her direction, seeing her on the arm bouncing up and down in the hair from all the excitement that was in her veins.

“It does, and thanks to Elaine and her help, I wanted to show you all the new line of candy that I created and I’m thinking of launching within a month,” You explained, the rest of the group now looking over at the dining room table again that was covered in all the candy and treats you and Elaine created for the past few days.  You wanted to ask her since she was an expert baker and knew her way around treats.  She was more than willing to help you and make everything with you, insanely excited throughout the whole process.  After a few failed attempts, everything that was made looked perfect and beyond tempting to show the Inner Circle.  

“I want you all to be the first ones to taste the candy and to give me your honest opinion on how it is.  It won’t be released to the public for a while, but I wanted you all to try them first since you’ve been supportive of me,” You reasoned, not wishing to be sappy about that statement.  But you were telling the truth: every single person in the Inner Circle was insanely supportive of you.  They each took care of you in one moment in time and gave you all the support you needed to be where you were currently.  You were grateful for this newfound family that found you.  

Especially the Illyrian who was at your side and holding your hand in such a loving manner.

“You’ve come so far, and letting us do this for you, means the world,” Feyre said to you with her beautiful smile and bright eyes twinkling.  Rhysand winked at you from behind his mate, Nesta smirking and nodding in agreement as Cassian showed you his smirk.  Mor tilted your head at you in affection, which left Azriel to lean over and kiss the side of your head lovingly.  

“Thank you for letting us try your creations,” Mor thanked you wholeheartedly, “And you want us to try…all of them?”

“However much you want, and let me know which ones work and which don’t,” You reassured them, Cassian rubbing his hands together and looking at the dining room table like he won some kind of prize.

“Guys come on, let’s take advantage of this!  We can have fun, and plus you can't go wrong with candy!” He encouraged the rest of the group, and with them all coming to say their thanks, they all dived into the treats.  You watched in earnest and in interest as the looks of happiness and joy were on their faces.  They were all enjoying each bite, talking to each other wildly at the tastes they were experiencing.  

Yet the one person you were wishing to hear from the most was still next to you, making you look up at him and searching his bright eyes. This time he was smiling, a proud smile that he would share with you a handful of times.  You could see it in his eyes, the pride he had that you were safely on your feet.

“Az?” You asked sheepishly, seeing him lean down to hug you closely in his arms.  He hummed, hugging you in such a way that it made you smile and almost shed tears at the same time. You loved it when he hugged you, he would pour his affection into each hug he would give and show you through that gesture that he cared for you more than words, more than gestures. 

“Darling girl,” he cooed into your ear, pulling away slightly to frame your face in his scarred hands, “You never cease to amaze me with how incredible you are.  This is amazing, my love,”

You smiled widely as he kissed you, his lips would be far sweeter than any candy you would ever create.

Dressing the 141 up in a couples Halloween costume

Is initially pretty lukewarm to the idea because he thinks he's too old to dress up for Halloween :(((

But with just the right amount of convincing + puppy dog eyes from you, he'll eventually go along with it

However, he's adamant that he's not going to shave. So you either have to give him a bearded character or resign yourself to seeing a mustachioed fairy

In the end, you think he makes quite a dashing Captain Hook (move over Jason Isaacs, there's a new captain in town)

If it's a party you're dressing up for, he'll go and have a great time (i.e. get absolutely sloshed and terrorize people with the fake hook)

Gaz

Is suuuuuuper into Halloween because it's his favorite holiday

He goes all out every year. Like, all out. Like, we're talking planning 6+ months in advance levels of obsession

In fact, you're not even the one who brings up the idea of doing a couples costume. He does, and he already has a theme in mind: Star Wars

He has a hyper-detailed Han Solo costume ready to go, complete with the blaster and boots and everything (yes, he made it himself, and yes, he's very proud of it)

You'll end up being 45 minutes late to the party because he won't stop taking pictures of you two posing in your outfits

Soap

Isn't opposed to the idea of dressing up, but there's a slight problem… He's already promised someone else that he'll match with them

You're like ??? when he tells you that, but end up chuckling once you learn who said person is: his four year old niece

He's the gallant knight to her glittery princess, and he's planning on taking his role very seriously

But he'll feel bad for leaving you hanging, so he'll run to the store and buy a pair of wings and a tail so you can tag along as a dragon or smth

You'll end up skipping the party so you can go trick-or-treating with them, and have much more fun that way anyway

Ghost

Is by far the least on board with the idea

He vehemently wants nothing to do with it – the party, the dressing up, nada

It'll take so much begging and bartering on your part to get him to finally cave in (the specifics of what you offer him, I'll leave up to your imagination ;))

No matter what costume you choose for him, he's gonna be snarky about it

"How the hell 'm I supposed to see with this bloody triangle on my head?" "It's a pyramid, Si." "Tha's what I said."

He'll stay at the party until he thinks you're satisfied with his attendance, and then he's Irish goodbye-ing it out of there without a second thought

Bonus - Full squad costume

If you're somehow able to convince the whole squad to dress up together, there's only one theme I see them doing: the Hundred Acre Woods

Price would be Kanga because there's no one else that accurately emits that fatherly motherly aura

Gaz would joke that he's going as Roo to accompany Price, but will change it last second and show up as Piglet

Soap would bounce on Tigger before anyone else could claim him (he's sooo Tigger-coded, I can't explain, he just is)

I seen your snippet and I have to say I look forward to it since not only you are a great artist but also a talented writer ! I wish something like this happened in the future (cannon).

Charlie jealous of the Carmines because she have Vaggie alone for around four years till the Carmines show up and take Vaggie away from her(not most of the time but still ) I mean she is an only child of powerful and richest being she have her things alone and spoils even when she move out of her parents place and spent her time alone she got Vaggie who also spoils her but not that much spoils compared to her parents since Vaggie have common sense and I headcanon that Vaggie discipline Charlie for years since they are together .

Imagine, you with yours girlfriend for ages you found her secret the she kept from you since the beginning now both of you make up and your bond is stronger than before but now her space is wider and have room for more people not only you and she spends less time with you because she give her time to others that she admire and found. Also she seems happy and more alive.

Charlie is a princess but She is a Hell’s Princess. She may better than people in both Hell and Heaven but she still a demon.

To be fair, I think Carmilla and Vaggie both have a lot of things in common (from my perspective I always open for another opinion I like to read yours since you don’t jump into the conclusion that Lilith is evil like some people here )

1.Both of them are Latina

Maybe came from different countries but still have Spanish(español) as their first language I can imagine if they are speaking in the heat or argument or a discussion they would speak in Spanish and nobody understands what the heck did they just say? also as someone that not having English as my first language talking in my language is help me expressing more than English specially when I let my emotions speak. I believe the same thing would happen to Vaggie and The Carmines. Maybe in the short time , She would open up to them more and quicker than Charlie or the crews.

2. Both of them are the worst liar.

In episode 3, I am certain that most of people in the room know Camilla was the one who killed that Exorcist look at her reaction in the meeting they just don’t know how. And Vaggie said that she herself is the worst’s liar .The only reason she can kept her secret that long because the person she live with is Charlie(Who don’t have a good observing skill and not the best as Zestial at confronting someone to give them answers ). I know Vaggie never lie to Charlie but she also not telling her girlfriend the whole truth which is still wrong , I guess.

3. Both of them are the Keeper and the Protector.

They have someone they love dearly and is their first priority if the threat comes to them ; Carmilla : Odette,Clara > Herself, Vaggie : Charlie > the Crew >…..>Herself(I think Vaggie will probably protect civilians or children and put herself in the bottom of a pyramid because she’s an Angel also a soldier that have common sense to serve and protect people not Country.

4. Both of them are Dancer .

I want more of their screen time in episode seven. Vaggie can follow Camilla after she gets herself together.

5.Respect.

I’m not sure about Latin’s Culture about respect someone that older like Asian . I think Vaggie quite a well mannered person and respectful but it’s something that need to earned form her.

She don’t trust Alastor and his actions since theirs first impression I would say completely disaster. ( She may give him more respect after episode 8 since he fought with them)

About this makes me think if Vaggie meet Zestial when she visits Carmilla she going to like him . Zestial have little screen time but He show us that he’s a gentlemen that respect people boundaries even though he quite a gossip (He’s cute) but if he is someone that the Carmines open up for He maybe the first man that Vaggie feel comfort to be around (about Lucifer,that her father girlfriend and a king of Hell it might be awkward at first but they will get along in different ways)

She called Carmilla ‘Miss Carmine’ I know before She enter to Carmine’s compound she blackmailed her to enter but hey! they get along now.

6. Weapons and Training

I think Vaggie like exercise and enjoy training it’s healthy if you not use it for killing souls once a years. Even she in hell she still training (look at her shape and how she parkour) but she don’t have someone to duel with her that can point her mistake like Camilla (sometimes Clara or Odette )maybe that how they bound .

I can see Vaggie stop by at the Carmines place because she want someone to duel with(there is another word but I forgot) with people who can improve herself to be better.

Camilla is a business woman so when she busy she might send hers daughters to send the angel off but instead three of them bond and ‘play’ together (play: weapons test , duel , Vaggie being a 1st Angel Subject and test what Angel can do etc.)

In conclusion, we need Vaggie and The Carmines bonding time and Charlie being jealous in the background.

The bit about Carmilla and Vaggie both being terrible liars sure is interesting. I never considered that!

Their relationship seems to have always been planned to be quite important, if this previous concept for a Ball Episode is anything to go by("Maxine" looks a lot like a prototype version of Carmilla)

I'd love it if they could bond more in the next seasons.

I love the idea of Charlie getting jealous of Carmilla too but for like the wrong reasons. Just to reference the fact that Vaggie and Carmilla's voice actors previously played lovers for In The Heights. It would be so funny.

And omg those sketches are adorable! What a cute art style!

I can forgive the wrongs of OFMD season 2 if in season 3 we get:

Izzy comes back (as himself, not a bird, not a zombie, not a ghost)

The Revenge crew get their own plot, scenes, and development

Spend a little less time on Ed/Stede so everyone else in the show can thrive

The show uses clever humor like in season 1 (ie. pyramid scheme, room people, etc.)

mabill au = perfection! i really like the gender stuff you do with bill, is there anything similar going on here? i would like to imagine that being mabel is just adding another ingredient to the gender soup. yum.

Quick note, fandom's already using the term "mabill"—about 2/3 of the time it means shipping Mabel/Bill and 1/3 it means Bill-possessing-Mabel a la Bipper—so please don't call this "mabill au." That'd make some people refuse to read it because they misunderstand what it's about, while other people excitedly read it and then get disappointed by the truth. (It WOULD be a perfect name, but I'm not gonna muddle a fandom term that's already been taken.) We're sticking with Sparkly Coin AU.

I run with the "Bill's gender is triangle (it's actually pyramid but he still says triangle because that's easier for people to understand)" headcanon in basically any continuity I imagine up. In this AU, Mabel fully identifies as a girl; but as some of her premortem memories start resurfacing, she starts identifying as a girl and a triangle/pyramid, but being a triangle is secondary to being a girl.

At that point she'd be willing to take either she/her or he/him pronouns... but she'd be extremely leery of WHY you want to he/him her. If Kryptos he/hims Mabel, that's fine, they've known each other like a trillion years and what are human pronouns worth to Kryptos anyway. If *Ford* he/hims Mabel, that's a red flag—"has he stopped seeing me as his great niece and started seeing me as an evil triangular imposter wearing his niece's skin?"—and it would put her on edge.

(For my own part, I'm sticking to calling her she/her postmortem to emphasize the fact that the situation isn't "Bill has amnesia; Mabel's a facade that will fall off when his memories return and he becomes Bill again" but rather "Bill has changed and grown since he became Mabel; when she remembers her past she's still Mabel." Bill-Mabel aren't two different people who share a soul, but one single person who got a really weird fresh start thirteen years ago. When Mabel & Bill interact in canon, Mabel's talking to her younger self, but neither of them know it yet.)

helloooo, i absolutely adored the fanfics you wrote about kazan and danny🥺 could i request one where pyramid head is just really whipped for and in love with the survivor! reader but he doesnt know how to announce it to them so he brings her random ,,gifts" in and outside the trials and protecting her bc well, im pretty sure he cant speak so he doesnt really have any other options on how to express his feelings??

As soon as Pyramid Head saw you for the first time, when you were sent in a trial with him, he stopped dead in his tracks and stared at you.

Your soul was so bright and beautiful that he couldn’t help but want to approach you and protect you for the rest of your life.

Of course, with his scary appearance and that big-ass sword of his, you got frightened out of your mind and ran the hell away out of there.

Since then, Pyramid Head started chasing you during every trial - But you soon realised that he never harmed you, even if he reached you.

He always let you go, if the gates were opened, or would guide you to the hatch and would watch you escape to safety.

This made you realise that he, for some reason, didn’t want to harm you, so out of the trial, you went to confront him.

So you went to the Killer Camp and as soon as he noticed you, he got up from the log and made his way towards you, very menacingly - But that was to intimidate the other killers and keep them away from you.

You wanted to talk to him, but when he wouldn’t answer, you realised there was no way he could communicate properly, so you were at a great loss.

That is, until he signed for you to stay there while he left for a short period of time - And once he returned, he unexpectedly... Put a small, white flower in your hair.

You were absolutely flabbergast and had no idea how to react, but once he turned around and walked towards the camp, you called out a loud ‘THANK YOU’ to him.

He stopped for a second, then he continued to walk.

Since then, you noticed massive differences during your trials.

None of the killers even dared approach you, let alone try to hook or mori you.

Hell, some of them were even afraid to look at you - You saw them run away as soon as they got in your proximity, even if you were working on a gen!

Mostly, the human Killers were affected by this, and they were terrified out of your mind of you, yet you had no idea why!

After a few trials where you were the only one that got out of there alive, thanks to the killer’s mercy of showing you the hatch, you decided to go see Pyramid Head at his Camp and see if he had anything to do with this.

When you got there and saw the big man get up, and some of the smaller killers started shuddering and inching away from him - It was definitely a sight to behold.

Seeing the Pyramid killer in front of you, towering over you, you realised that you had no idea how you were going to ask him about this issue, so you started chuckling nervously - Until the man put his hand on your shoulder and had you follow him deep into the forest.

You’ve never been deep into the forest, especially not alone, but for some reason, you felt rather... Safe with him by your side.

You reacher a clearing that had little fog around but was surrounded by a few wild flowers - It was a beautiful place to be at, all things considered. 

It made you smile.

As you sat down on the grass, he signed for you to wait for him, and when he returned, he was holding something in his arms, and knelt in front of you.

He was holding a white bunny that he put in your lap for you to pet and take care of.

You were so speechless that you couldn’t help but look up at the Killer in awe - And you smiled sweetly, holding the bunny dearly in your embrace.

How do I plan out chapter plots so they flow okay??

Chapter Planning Tips

Hi thanks for asking! 

I’m not a great plotter myself (I’m somewhere in between a plotter and a pantser), but here are some frameworks you can use. 

Planning The Overall Plot 

Before you start dividing the chapters, think about how you’d like the whole story to flow. You can use any of the below frameworks: 

The Three-Act Structure (Act 1 - 1st doorway - Act 2 - 2nd doorway - Act 3)

Freytag’s Pyramid (Exposition - Inciting incident - rising action - climax - falling action - resolution)

9-step Plot Dot 

The 15-Beat Structure (from Save The Cat!) 

Then, think about how long you want each Act/Section to be. 

In the 3-Act structure, Act 1 will be less than 25% of the overall word count

In Blake Synder’s 15-beat structure, Break into Act 2 comes at the page 25/110 mark. 

Effective “Chapter Plots”

The most important thing in a chapter is that you make the reader want to move on to the next. To do this, consider the following:

Using a cliffhanger/foreshadowing at the end of chapters. 

Each chapter must have a significant plot point assigned to it. 

If you have a lot of time skips/flashforwards and backwards, consider titling each chapter with a timestamp. The same technique can be used for changing location/POV. 

Have a mini-plot for each chapter. What I mean by this is that a chapter must have scenes with varying levels of tension. Just like in a story plot, a chapter will generally start off with mid/low tension, climb up to the major event of the chapter, then fall slightly at the end as the particular event comes to a close. 

If you are a pantser and you feel like you can never stick to a plot (and that’s why your chapters are being disconnected), make sure you have a place where you track your plot changes, and alter the original plot as you write. 

It also helps to write the whole story in a relatively short period of time so that you won’t come back to Chapter 24 after a 3-month hiatus, not knowing where you left off.
