Hihi! Actually, I wrote that scenario for all the characters in twst I'm writing for right now (I'm new to the fandom), so I've gone ahead and made this into a followup on how they're doing as parents, hope you don't mind! Thanks the ask!

Warnings: Mild Chap 7 spoiler (Lilia), Rook & Floyd want so many kids your house is going to look like the 100 baby sims challenge.

Malleus Draconia

Malleus is running wild with the new heir. As much as he loves you, so much of his time is occupied by playing with his baby that you don't even see him around as often as you used to.

Your new baby is named Ormr, an ancient name directly meaning 'dragon'. Malleus pouted for a bit that it didn't start with 'Mal' but you assured him that it could be a great fresh start before the Draconia family ran out of names.

While you were still a bit disoriented by the strange circumstances, you were adjusting just fine to being a parent. Your little one kept you on your toes, breathing fire onto your homework when you weren't giving them enough attention and flying away with your food when Malleus taught them how to fly short distances.

Get out the broom. There's a dragon baby with a pb&j on the ceiling.

Malleus' love of your child surprised you a bit. Though you had known that he had technically set up the entire creation of the child, you never expected for Malleus to take so strongly to the little dragon fae.

To be fair, the entirety of Briar Valley seemed to rejoice at the news of your little one, so you supposed that your child was more important than it would be to a normal family. This was the continuation of his bloodline, without posing any risk of losing you, his favorite Child of man.

It was perfect, a blissful life together.

Malleus is constantly supportive of you and works hard to be both a father and a partner. He never fails to make your family feel loved and connected, even in trying times.

Rook Hunt

Rook's baby is... Rook's baby.

The little creature is mischievous, even for its young age.

It may not be able to crawl, but provided anything of importance is in its general vicinity, it will be swiped, hidden, or destroyed with an innocent giggle.

Rook manages the child much better than you. Although you love your child to death, they seem to have inherited Rook's predatory mind in their entirety, and it makes Rook far more equipped to handle the baby's demeanor.

When you look away, you'll most certainly be hit with the first thing in reach of your little one. You blame Rook for this, who reveled in showing them documentaries on hunting through the ages from birth.

Soon, it's more complex weapons. Sharp rocks from your trip outside to play have somehow become entrapped in a very deliberately tangled slinky and thrown at the back of your head.

You know it's all in good fun between Rook & your little one, but your baby will be as skilled a hunter as Rook someday. He was not wrong to call your child his little hunter from the moment it fell into your arms.

Rook wants a large family, so you'd better be prepared for lots of little predators running around the house. Good luck trying to keep them from attempting to murder each other.

Extra: Rook is the type to remember that recipe to a tee. If you so much as mention having another child, ten more are going to show up the next day. Honestly he's waiting for you to slip up and mention it. He's absolutely in love with your family, and would be overjoyed to expand it. Best of luck to you.

Floyd Leech

As soon as you were asleep that night, little child snug in a makeshift bassinet next to you, Floyd was already sneaking out to create more children.

You woke up to six more on the bed with you, one of which woke you up directly by biting you for attention.

Overall you've had much trouble managing all the little literal ankle biters. If it weren't for the liberal help from Jade, Grim and Ace, you would not be able to manage all seven.

However, this does not stop you from loving them entirely. The babies love you to death, and you're extremely bonded to them as well. When you and Floyd fight, there's suddenly seven growling creatures lined up behind you, at the ready to attack.

Despite being 110% like Floyd, they are very certain in their favoritism. Two of your children refuse to have him nearby at all.

He claims it breaks his heart, but you catch him praising your little ones with frozen grapes and soda to reinforce their bond with you.

Definitely not what a baby should be fed but when you said they couldn't eat seafood he switched gears to 'land food', and would take no further criticisms.

The best times are cuddle nights. Twice a week, all of you cuddle up in your Ramshackle dorm room and cozy up to a movie and snacks. This continues until well into their childhoods let's be honest. It becomes a Leech family tradition.

Sebek Zigvolt

"Human! Get it! GET IT!!!"

Your baby is very adventurous.... or something close to it.

Always tumbling off furniture and rolling off changing tables, or falling down for some reason or other.

You can have ten sets of eyes on this child and it does not matter, this baby will stubbornly look into your eyes and throw itself off the couch.

There's so much chaos, constantly, when it comes to little baby Zigvolt.

Sebek's excellent training is the only reason that your child has not been hospitalized for concussions.

But his excellent training has not saved him from the baby's love of biting their father. So, so many times. Every time Sebek catches it.

Chomp.

Every time he bathes it.

Chomp.

Everytime he changes a diaper.

Chomp.

Sebek is covered in tiny little baby bites.

But oh, how your baby adores you. In between bouts of defiance and finger-snacking moods, your baby loves to lie in your arms and cuddle.

It's arguably the most comfortable time you get with Sebek and your baby.

And I do mean arguably, because Sebek swears up and down that the baby is happiest in the presence of Malleus, and it's a hill he's willing to die on. But you know he really just wants an excuse to show off your baby to Silver.

Silver is not impressed.

Your baby is the very definition of a headache to Sebek. They cry everytime they see Malleus, they hate any sort of regimen, they love to play and play and... play more. All day long. No work or training to be seen here, baby Zigvolt will NOT be having it unless you want 4 hours of ear-splitting tantrums. And the baby still won't do the work when they're done.

But still, you see Sebek in every aspect of your baby. The strength, the way your child loves you unconditionally, but treats everyone else cautiously, and overall, the refusal to do anything that doesn't align with their little baby whims.

You've lovingly termed your baby 'Stubborn Ziggy the Second'. Sebek is not a fan, but he allowed it after you let go of 'Swamp dog & Swamp puppy'.

Lilia Vanrouge

"Weh!" The baby pops its head out of a cabinet with its hands up the way Lilia does to scare them.

The baby giggles and coos at its own joke, making grabby hands while it waits for you to come get it.

You're just dumbfounded. You're going to have to scold Lilia, because now your little one is picking up on yet another one of his pranks.

Your baby is a lot like you, with one exception-- your baby is so playful and teasing that it honestly gives The Great Lilia Himself a run for his money.

Last week, you were frantically searching for an expensive piece of jewelry, when it dropped down on your head from the spot where little baby Vanrouge was apparently levitating it from.

Oh yes, your child's magic is coming in strong. Though Lilia's is fading, you tease that perhaps the little one is just absorbing it from him outright, showing him videos of your child's most recent magical displays of strength.

Your family bonds through jokes and playful faces, entirely. Lilia is probably a candidate for The Worst Parent on Earth, so you do most of the housework. It's not like Lilia's never offered, it's that you promised Silver not to let Lilia traumatize his little sibling. All of your best moments are spent by making space in your schedule for your family time.

Lil Vanrouge needs all your love, and Lilia Vanrouge does too. It's a fine balance between upsetting either of them, though dealing with hours of screaming and petty annoyance is not a hard decision.

Just make sure both are getting enough cuddles, and maybe don't judge growing-up lil Vanrouge when they decide they love gaming...

Azul Ashengrotto

Don't forget about Azul, please.

Your baby has the chubbiest cheeks and the cutest smile, but is it as cute as Azul? Cuter, probably. But don't tell him that.

Azul loves your child with all his heart, but he's a bit miffed that it requires so much of your love and attention.

You and baby Ashengrotto are very bonded, so it's rare to see you apart for a moment. And in that moment... Azul is putting on Full-Drama Mode. Cuddles, cuddles. More cuddles. Give him a kiss. Could you please take a bath with him? He's just so tired, he doesn't think he can take a bath by himself. Would you mind giving him a massage? You're too tired? That's ok, you scratch his back and he'll scratch yours. He's not too tired after all. He'll give you a massage.

Your little one is so much like their father, wanting all the attention and love in the world, but getting the priority treatment. Little baby Ashengrotto is Octavinelle's favorite thing ever. Everyone just wants to love on them and see their cuteness.

Azul was going to charge people to see them until you put your foot down and said no.

Azul knows how precious his child is. Secretly, he does want another. Two, just for a healthy statistical number's sake. But he won't tell you that. He's trying to come to terms with the shift in attention with one tiny octomer right now, maybe waiting a couple of years would be more optimal. He will never admit that he's jealous of your child, but claims that he's 'working through his issues when you bring it up.

But Azul will always prioritize his baby as well, even if unintentionally. In the end, the wellbeing of his family comes first and foremost.

And maybe showing off mini-mer to the Mostro lounge staff.

i have a strong urge to read a fanfic thats essentially just someone pointing out how strange atsushi and akutagawa's relationship can be and how akutagawa should do more traditional romantic stuff w/ atsushi unless he wants to lose him / be abandoned by him

so it follows akutagawa pretty much googling romantic things to do in a relationship and clicking the checkmarks

give flowers - he breaks into atsushi's apartment and fills it to the brim with plants

buy chocolates - well atsushi always ends up giving some of his sweets to ranpo anyway so akutagawa might as well half and half it between him and ranpo from the start

go dancing - atsushi ends up being awkward and embarrassed most of the time same w/ ryuu but they end up having fun

compliment their appearance: 'jinko ur eyes are very... eyes' 'thanks i think'

and its a hot mess tho atsushi, confused and disoriented, appreciates it anyway

the main thing is that atsushi and aktuagawa can be plenty romantic when they want to be but they dont show that in public much becuz theyre them and its just not like them - a lot of the things they do come more naturally and evolve as they get to know each other so even if they dont mark all the things on the list - they still work together rlly well

but the point of the fic is akutagawa trying to follow basic dating tips and failing miserably becuz he's putting too much thought into the action rather than atsushi and then him and atsushi beating up whoever gave akutagawa shit advice and told him atsushi would abandon him

DEFINITELY not a steven universe situation. they share a body and. can hear eachothers thoughts (<- vvery disorienting at first. well i mean the everything was the universe jsut kinda scrambled them together and put them together in a human-ish mold) but still are both kinda separate in their head??? odd phrasing MY APOLOGIES.

2. This one is one im a bit unsure on..?? just having trouble figuring out the giving up together thing. was it still a mostly siffrin thing and mira got caught up in it as well? (<- would be a bit fucked idk if id go with that one, did a kind of jokey drawing abt it though) did they both agree to do it? gotta.figure it out...mmy au it was jsut born.

as for why they couldnt get out together i think its just.. idk with the way sasasap is idk even with two loopers if it was smth they couldve figured out the reason too. or well.they gave up before they could,, since i imagine not long after beating the king for the first time is when the giving up happens. bc. good lird. i would too man!

you look at your clock on your desk, the time reads 5:07. you pack the stuff you need for your project and head to the library. on your way in, you get a text from isagi;

“i’m by the horror/novel section btw. it’s towards the back and to the left”

you mark his text with a thumbs up and walk over. as you walk through the aisles of books, a certain dark head of hair catches your attention…rin? it was! it was rin! he was sitting at a table with his laptop out and a book to his right. but..that’d be weird to approach him so randomly. so instead you decide on making a detour and walking in front of his desk to get to isagi

you enjoyed how calm and serious he looked while working, almost bumping into a chair with how much you were staring. your mumble of “oh shit-” seemed to have caught his attention as he looked up at you, but before he could even think of anything, you were gone.

you soon find isagi sitting at a table while on his phone, laptop out and a notebook. he looks up and you begin your project. you make some small talk, nothing too special, and about an hour in you receive a text;

giri: so did u get his number

the message makes your eye twitch a little bit and you grab your phone to reply before turning your notifications off,

you: no now stfu we’re working

some time passes and you and isagi have made decent progress on your work. though, you’re soon interrupted with the sound of someone walking by.

isagi fights a smile as he watches rin’s eyes slightly widen as he realize what he’s done. did isagi purposefully choose this table because it’s in the section where rin got his book? yeah. yeah he did. isagi clears his throat before speaking, “oh hey rin”

the sound of his name makes you tense up a bit although you pay no mind to it. rin narrows his gaze at the boy before muttering a quiet “hey.” does rin’s voice make you shudder a little bit? maybe but no one has to know…

anyway, before isagi can continue trying to get rin to talk to you, he leaves , but not before shooting yoichi a quick glare. though, neither of them fail to notice the slight shade of pink on your cheek..or maybe that’s the lighting?

Rlly need some feral Bumblebee

Stress Induced Regression

All sparklings emerge from the well practically feral, its a defense mechanism that keeps them safe from predators for the first few months, if not years, of their lives. But this fades with time as they bond to a Caretaker and grow in body, mind, and spark. The coding remains dormant within a bot, only ever meant to activate in times or extreme stress or hunger if it reactivates at all. Bumblebee was no exception to this.

He was picked up by Optimus when he was only a few weeks old and was an absolute menace until he grew. But with time his coding went dormant as it does with all sparklings and he went on living. However what he did not know what that his bond to Optimus made his dormant sparkling survival coding a bit... off. Normally sparkling coding simply makes a bot more cautious and highly irritable when active in an adult. At worst it will leave the bot in question disoriented, possibly unable to tell friend apart from foe and extra clingy with their relatives. But Optimus lived and breathed the wilds for a good chunk of his functioning, it changed his code fundamentally, and part of that passed onto Bumblebee through their bond. It was nothing too big, not at all like the practically unrecognizable coding that made up Optimus's survival instincts. But some small things were changed and minor physical features shifted to accommodate.

Bumblebee, much like his Sire, had sharper denta than others and digits that were just a little too long and a little too pointed. His limbs were a little too gangly and his optics a little too predatory, but this all flew under the radar when his bulky armor and cheerful personality came into play. He looked and acted like a completely normal bot, going into all sorts of life threatening situations without even a hint of survival/sparkling code activation.... that is until the destruction of the base and Optimus's subsequent brush with death.

Without his Sire's all encompassing presence and the calm that the Matrix naturally exuded, Bumblebee's long dormant codes began to activate. He had never needed them before because Optimus was always there, always protecting him if not physically, then mentally. Anywhere could be home if he had his Sire, any situation could be survivable with his Sire, and every pain could be soothed just so long as Bumblebee knew that Optimus was there for him. But without his father near and his bond to him fading rapidly, nothing could stop Bumblebee's codes from activating in an attempt to save his life in response to the sudden stress.

His spark cried out with a desire for vengeance, temporarily overriding Bumblebee's survival coding as he and the remnants of the team attacked Darkmount. His rage overcame his instinctual desire to live and he fought like an animal, blasters blazing with wild abandon and blades cutting through enemies with a viciousness never before seen in the scout. If he still had his voice he would have been roaring as he tore through Vehicon after Vehicon, their energon bathing him in a terrifying blue hue. Arcee had to physically drag him to the ground to stop the Vehicons from killing him when they were forced to surrender.

But when his bond to Optimus snapped temporarily as the Prime's spark faded from his frame, he went berserk. Not even Arcee could stop him as he flew into a rage, tearing apart his foes with his dull claws and his sharpened denta once his battlemask was retracted. He was too quick for Shockwave to target as he savagely shredded his enemies, no longer able to tell friend from foe as his coding overwhelmed his logical processing functions. He was so far lost in his maddened rage that he did not notice when Optimus came and destroyed Darkmount in his new frame. All he cared about was getting rid of the threats and retreating to somewhere safe. When Arcee tried to calm him he very nearly turned on her as well, only refusing to attack her due to the explosion that came from Darkmount's destruction.

And as Darkmount burned and the battle between Optimus and Megatron raged, Bumblebee fled. His plating shifted slightly to grant him the stride that he had previously been denied due to his armor structure. Small and normally hidden finals emerged from beneath his helm plating, allowing him to sense things around him more clearly. And his optics cycled terrifyingly small as he focused himself on his one and only goal, find safety. It did not even occur to him to transform, and having not had the sparklinghood Optimus did in the wilds, he was easy to track. It did not take long for the team to pick up on his trail and begin tailing him.

When they found him he was huddled up in a small cave, far too small for anyone but Arcee to get into. It was a wonder Bumblebee managed to cram himself in, but considering the paint transfers all over the rock surrounding the entrance, he did not get in without difficultly. As small whimpers and growls echoed from within the cave, Optimus in spite of his new height, knelt down and slowly began to coax Bumblebee out. He softly hummed just loud enough for Bumblebee to hear, gently letting the scout know that he meant no harm. He continued doing this, slowly edging closer to the cave entrance every few minutes for over an hour. Eventually he sent the team away, ordering them to begin dealing with the fallout while he worked with his son.

They complied, leaving Optimus to slowly continue his delicate work. Once close enough the Prime began to sing softly, not too loud or too slow, carefully uttering each lyric of the lullaby he sang to Bumblebee when he was small. And slowly but surely, the growls ceased and the flicker of blue optics came into view before disappearing again. Hours passed, but Optimus was patient, never ceasing his song and never so much as daring to twitch without warning. And finally, long into the night, Bumblebee fearfully began to crawl out of his hiding space, his injuries gained during his desperate fight for survival coming into view as he did so. And while the sight of his many injuries was concerning, Optimus did not let it show, keeping up his strong persona to give his frightened sparkling peace of mind.

As the sun began to rise, Bumblebee finally felt comfortable enough to limp his way toward Optimus, nervously examining him and calling out weakly with his damaged voice. Optimus responded softly over and over again, reassuring his sparkling that he lived, that he was there to protect him. It did not take long afterward for Bumblebee to collapse against him, his frame rumbling happily as he hung on for dear life, safe in the arms of his Sire.

Even after the initial mania wore off around a day later, Bumblebee was still incredibly clingy, not wanting to let Optimus out of his site for even a moment in fear that he might leave. No matter how much the team (especially Ratchet) wanted to have their chance to bond with Optimus again, reaffirming to themselves that he lived, none would dare tear his sparkling away from him. They waited and watched in mixed joy and sorrow as Bumblebee held onto Optimus wherever he went for nearly a week, communicating entirely through body language and EM fields the whole time. And even once things settled and all became calm again, Bumblebee still checked in with Optimus frequently, just to remind himself that he was still there.

OMG IM SO SORRY I DIDNT MEAN TO MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IM STEALING 😭😭 i mean more using of constant breaks inbetween segments n such for the formatting?? like i know thats a general writing thing but i was never rlly inspired to use it until now! same thing goes for the writing style, like having it jump between other characters povs n such?? ive never done that before and honestly i usually find it disorienting to write but ive began dabbling in that too!! (plus the having the characters thoughts in parentheses like this, i do this for messages n such but ive began slowwwlyy worming it into my writing?? like i rlly like it)

i apologize if i worried you or anything im bad at wording shit but i promise i didnt mean to steal anything or make it sound weird 😭 its all just for my personal works with my ocs that i dont share ^^

I’m glad I could inspire some stuff for you :D !!!! I love using line breaks because it makes it Super clear when there’s a scene change of some kind or a time skip — literally one of the best writing tools ever fr fr

and !!!! that’s so valid on sometimes finding pov changes disorienting, I think a lot of it comes down to how it’s done/how smooth it is?? I tend to mostly stick to pov changes in different scenes (i.e. scene 1 being grian’s pov, scene 2 being scar’s) but I’ve found it REALLY fun to pov change in the middle of a scene. the key to that I’ve found is changing to a diff pov when the character is responding to something. it makes it really smooth and you get to go into how that character is thinking/feeling in the moment :D

I really really love pov switches because I like getting into the nitty gritty of how a character is feeling (case in point with like an arrow DFNFNFKK) and it makes the story feel fuller to me if that makes sense?? it adds a lot of weight when you know Exactly how both characters are feeling (unless the writer Doesn’t want you to know immediately hehe)

and :D using the parentheses is always really like. I love using them when a character is having contradictory thoughts and the thoughts in the parentheses are the True feelings or they’re an afterthought kinda deal :3c I’m glad you like using them!!!

OK so originally I had this MONSTER essay in what this was about but im really really bad at explaining things and I don’t want to leave you hanging forever so instead I’ll just give you a basic rundown of the concept and all the plot points. Also, important thing to mention, I HAVEN’T FINISHED SEASON 2 YET. Y’know, where the majority of my AU takes place. Haven’t finished that. Haven’t even seen Chaos Metal Sonic. Sorry, sorry, I know, I’m a fake fan but in my defense every time I turn on the show I want to bang my head against a wall, tear all my skin of, and run in circles at the speed of light (in a good way) (but also in a bad way) (a good bad way). Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, I need to quickly explain the concept behind this. In the first episode of Season 2, Avoid the Void, Sonic doesn’t realize that he can run out of the Ghost World. He’s stuck there. This also means that he can’t save shadow from falling into the void (this is why shadow doesn’t have an arm or a leg in my au illustrations, he wakes up before he can be fully disintegrated, but he did lose some limbs.) Back to Sonic, since he has nothing better to do, he tries to take a nap at the beach where his friends are at and starts “taking” to Tail’s projection. Then, the voice comes. I don’t really know how to describe this. There is a voice, like the name states, but it’s also a lot more complicated than that. When “it” comes, sonic can’t hear anything; or well actually he can hear things (sometimes the noise feels oppressively loud) but he doesn’t know what people are saying, so to him it just sounds like gibberish. Also, this isn’t always true, (it just depends) but his eyes won’t focus properly and they get really blurry, like can’t see what’s in-front of you blurry. Also, headaches! Because apparently we needed to make this even worse for him for some reason. It’s not at its worst here, but as you can expect he is pretty disoriented after it’s done. Shadow comes back to the ghost world, Sonic is understandably surprised by his lack of two limbs, he gets the tech and bounces, yadayadayada, all the stuff. More importantly, now we get Nine back! Chapter two; Sonic goes to Boscage Maze, they’re ripping the place up, Sonic goes to help Thorn, mini “voice” episode as an appetizer, he gets a tech upgrade from Nine, he goes to fight, gets the main course “voice” episode, Nine gets in trouble cause emo tween egg boy caught him talking to Sonic trying to figure out what’s wrong with him and why he’s talking to himself, Sonic gets the shard from Thorn, he runs of with it, emo eggboy sends a message that they’re gonna kill Nine unless Sonic gives them the shard, Nine tells him not to, he goes anyway and THROWS THE SHARD INTO THE OTHER SHARDS THE EGGMEN HAD COLLECTED SO HE CAN SAVE NINE, (he tries to get the shards back but they got swarmed by robots) and finally they get out and go to the ghost world. Shadow is really, REALLY mad at him for trading a SHARD just to save a little kit boy and ALSO mad because Sonic wants to keep Nine there, to keep him safe. Eventually, Shadow gives in after Nine mentions that he could build shadow a prosthetic, but he adds the clause that the moment nine finishes the prosthetic, he leaves. After that, Sonic goes to get the rest of the shards back while nine makes shadows prosthetic at tail’s workshop. For the next few chapters, we get into some sort of a routine; Try to get the shards, come back to the ghost world to rest, squabble with shadow, chat with nine for a little, and repeat. Some important things to mention from this period are: 

Nine is intentionally taking his time making Shadows prosthetic as well as making it break really easily & adding a secret “feature” that allows him to DUCKING electrocute him from afar using a remote implanted in his mechanical tails; 

Sonic doesn’t actually sleep during this time, he just takes 3 hour naps so he can get back home quicker, which only worsens the voice thing; 

Shadow, (who doesn’t understand what’s going on with sonic other than the vague sense that something’s wrong with him, unlike nine who got a basic lil explanation from sonic after asking wtf happened at boscage maze) is getting increasingly frustrated with Sonic because of how long it’s taking for him to get all the shards, as well as his continual trusting of nine.

This continues for a while, those “episodes” get worse and worse, Sonic grows closer to Nine and tension keeps building between sonic & shadow until……… THE EGG COUNCIL COMES!!!!! Again, since i still haven’t seen season two of Sonic prime, I don’t really know how this is gonna happen, but I do know it is gonna happen. (btw nine finishes shadow’s prosthetic & leaves like a day before the egg council comes) This is a massive battle and I have like a whole thing on how it’s gonna play out but the important things to not for the story are: Shadow finally sees Sonic’s “episodes” play out in front of him & he is understandably confused and concerned, but their in a battle right now so he can’t really do anything about it and …..

SONIC TRIES TO CHOP OFF HIS F$!)KING ARM! Ok, I definitely need to explain this a little more. During the first occurrence of the “voice,” it mentions something about them and sonic being the same person, & basically just says “I am a part of you, Sonic. The only way to get rid of me is to get rid of you.”  Edgy silly stuff like that, y’know? Well, during this one, it repeats that again and in Sonic’s panic, he decides to do something incredibly stupid and risky based on even dumber reasoning. You see, the voice said it was a part of him, not all of him. It also said that in order to get the voice out, he’d have to “get rid” of himself too. So, using this logic, if he only gets rid of a part of him, then he gets to keep living without the voice constantly haunting him. This is admittedly pretty silly logic, but he was in the middle of what is basically a panic attack, so cut him some slack. He tried to use a piece of scrap metal that fell off the robot to remove his arm, which unsurprisingly doesn’t work very well. It only cuts halfway, but sonic can’t really tell that it’s still attached since he’s unbelievably tired, & “it” did shut up after he stabbed his arm open soooooooo. He manages to drive the egg council off to their own dimension before passing out from blood loss, leaving shadow to rush him to tail’s workshop so he can get bandaged up, made harder with shadz new leg getting absolutely trashed.  ————————————————————————

Ryuji definitely finds Conventionally Attractive Girls pretty, but he realizes around postgame that he genuinely formed crushes on THREE people; Akira, Makoto, and Goro. And all three of them are people who carry themselves as a bit Soft and Delicate (akira and makoto w their personality and mannerisms, goro w his appearance) while also being deceptively strong. Yusuke WOULD fit into this but hes only strong in the metaverse. Also if u tried to argue that he still finds yusuke pretty, Ryuji would just say ‘yeah duh? Of course???’ and would not elaborate further.

I just think. Its cute 👉🏾👈🏾 Ryuji loves someone whos pretty and capable of knocking him flat on his ass lmao He LOVES a challenge and he likes that they can all challenge him in different ways.

Akira is way stronger than he looks; hes very toned and he used to be quite active before being shipped off to tokyo. And after fighting in the metaverse, hes gotten way better at using an enemies mass and momentum against them. Yeah he can properly knock someone down, but its way easier to let Ryuji charge him and use that momentum to sweep and pin. Which Ryuji remembers vividly for Weeks. Akira is not allowed to spar w him and Makoto for awhile after that.

Makoto is just strong as hell. But shes very defensive, and extremely patient. ‘Ill wait and see before I decide What to do’. Shes got good reaction timing and its hard to catch her offguard. Its very difficult to disorient her so oftentimes, his spars w her are more about endurance. And if he ASKS her to do so, she’ll actually fight him back. He never wins 😭 but she is very patient w him and she doesnt treat him like an idiot. She likes to give him tips and redirect his strengths to make up for his weaknesses and it makes him a bit warm in this chest

Spars w Goro are just fun. Theyre fun! Goro is way more aggressive and reckless than Makoto and Akira. He is looking for openings near constantly and Ryuji has to either keep up or tank hits. Its very. Engaging. For him. Sometimes he loses and Goro is giving him a look so smug, Ryuji wishes he could kick him in his fucking teeth (something he clearly couldnt do bc hes already been knocked flat on his ass). And sometimes he wins, and hes so shocked and HAPPY about it; he doesnt miss the way Goro looks away from him pouting like a brat (‘no fucking way are u POUTING man, what a sore loser 😭’). Goro and his uptight personality is thrown out the window completely and its so fun and refreshing to see. Hes tall and imposing w broad shoulders and toned arms and if Ryuji is staring, he finds himself immediately distracted when Goros cheerful, softspoken voice asks if hes willing to go another round.

I love it 👉🏾👈🏾 Ryujis got a complicated relationship w violence but it helps to have people he trusts engage with it in a way that doesnt make him feel like some brute. Theyre all kind of itching to beat the shit out of things for multiple reasons, but instead of taking that out on each other, they spend time training one another so that they can beat the shit out of OTHER things better. Its an efficient system 😊

I recently got into ATLA again and the fandom is so strange I never expected a show as heartfelt as this to have so much beef inside its fanbase. I'm used to fandom toxicity and discourse- it's a part of every fandom, but a lot if stuff here just seems like ppl making up issues to get mad at. I rly feel like I'm in a diff world bc I loved this show and watched it so many times over the years ever since I was a preteen and never in my life would I have expecteded Aang of all characters to be so hated. Ppl calling him a niceguy incel misogynist is like?? Did we watch the same show ??? He's just a lil guy. I can't believe ppl hate him. It's very disorienting as someone who loved this series for years but never engaged or knew what the fandom was like till now. Huge whiplash!

Oh yeah this fandom is insane lmao. It’s true that every fandom has people like this in it, but some fandoms take toxicity to a new level. I’d say ATLA and Stranger Things are probably the worst fandoms I’ve ever been in lol. That’s why I filter tags on here. I mean, most of the ATLA fandom isn’t rlly that bad tbh, it’s just the crazy zutarians who have the most unwashed ass takes that kind of ruin it for everyone. Stranger Things has the same problem with Milevens. I think it boils down to ships and ppl being incapable of like… abiding by ship and let ship. *opens my notes and adjusts glasses.* Okay now bare with me bc I swore I saw what bishop was convicted for being soemthing related to bodily harm but I struggling trying to find where I saw it. But regardless, let's remember he was convicted and spent 30 yrs. He himself says he doesn't like that moment of his life.

I haven't read into bishop in his previous gameplay with his original creator so!! Imma have to get to that. But in this case in this story, I think it plays a part to why he suddenly acts caring.

So I think he's doing this to avoid being suspect one. Jay already knows his toxic behavior, mostly mentally abusive. Bishop when around always made a sort of barrier between Mercy and Jay, from disrespecting him and purposefully making him uncomfortable to the point Jay was gonna put a boundary on the contact between him and his mom. Even though Bishop went to Jay to tell him not to do that, he did it in a way that just gave Jay more reason and anger to not unblock his mom. A common thing abusers do with their victims is isolate them. And he's a good manipulator as we saw. His is one of the time he acknowledges himself and her family cutting her off in the same sentence. I'm pretty sure he knows what he was doing.

Obviously he failed at that when her grandbabies where born and she wanted to be involved and now she's becoming more resilient. But, he still has some power over her bc he's a good manipulator.

Moving on, not only does Jay know, but Indya knows and she knows details that she can point out its not healthy and toxic and warns mercy like whatever you choose to do, itll effect your son. Then it effects my daughter. Then it effects me. You don't want shit with Indya. And then, let's remember Mercy went on that public podcast and Bishop exposed himself to ppl listening in, usuing her name, and manipulated his way in again. I remember Indya not rlly buying it.

So, that's 2 ppl, plus their family members that know bishop isn't great.

Now let's move into the whole mercy with a knife situation. I wanna say that even though mercy pulled a knife on him, with he fact he already has abusive patterns and uses sex to get control, and he admits he likes controlling her, and his previous conviction, and she's clearly mentally distressed, they'd probably see maybe he triggered it. But also, as much as I love Mercy and wish she did it, if she truly wanted to harm him, she'd do it. She instead yelled, and let him talk. This shows me she has hesitance. She not ready yet to actually do it. So, she doesn't really have intention to harm.

She'd definitely probably get in trouble for pulling the knife, it's complex, but then he takes to literally smashing her so hard against the wall after taking her down to drop the weapon and de-escalating the situation. He then threatens to murder her. He clearly has intentions to harm if he is threatening to murder and physically harm to the point she's losing conciousness. And also, he has a habit of bringing up her grandkids. He did it here and he did it long before when she was moving out of San Myshuno apartments.

During her unconsciousness, Jay tried to text her bc they do in the end have a close bond. Jay knows his mom. First he assumes maybe she's dating. That's at 2:13 pm. Several hours pass, it's 11:19 pm. Still no response or a simple yes to him asking a question. So now he's worried. Bishop takes her phone and acts like her to make Jay worry less.

Lastly, if Bishop REALLY cared about Mercy's health, he'd drive her to the hospital. If he wanted to avoid suspiciousness, he could of left her and drove off. Act like a civilian. Instead be brings her to an unknown location, isn't letting her leave until she can stand up and not wobble (that's so she doesn't look disoriented) and eat up cus clearly she hasn't. Then also text her son so kess suspicion is thrown on him.

That's been MYYY theory. I think he's avoiding suspicion cus he doesn't want get charged again. He has a pattern of behavior that calls for concern. U stayed before he could of been surprised she was almost gonna get him with the knife. If she's able to pull a knife, who's to say if he left her there, she finally spills to Jay or someone what's happening? Now he's in trouble.

So, take her to a random location, hidden away, seemingly underground, and don't let her leave till she looks normal.

Second set of Doors Entities !!

same as the first one, here’s my headcanons about them :) vvv

Some of Eyes’ eyes once belonged to their victims. Eyes took the victims’ eyes and adds them in themselves as their own until they reached their maximum number of eyes.

Eyes’ aura turns into a dark red when distressed.

Eyes likes flowers, they rlly give a calming vibe to Eyes so that’s why their in the greenhouse.

Eyes is like a perfectionist and stylist. They almost gave most of the entities’ clothes a few redesigns.

Eyes’ effect doesn’t work on the entities, tho its is still disorienting. Even Eyes can’t look at themselves.

Halt literally owns a stop sign but doesn’t show it always.

If Halt stays in a dark room for too long, they will leave a blue hue to the room until the lights are on. Halt glows a big blue but faint light

Halt likes wearing hats, cloaks, scarves, and mostly warm clothes. Temperature doesn’t affect Halt at all.

Inside of Halt’s obscuring head cover (not the hat) is like some aura of shadow, but anyone who saw that got their head bitten off and that’s what mostly happened to them during that.

Glitch in its history is like Guiding Light, but got corrupted and unstable.

Guiding Light was unaware how Glitch was bringing lost players to their group and sometimes hurt them (Before the update). Guiding Light CAN’T see what Glitch is doing in the Hotel at all and Glitch does that at will. (in GL’s pov, Glitch is just invisible or smth)

Glitch can go to Guiding Light’s personal dream realm whenever it wants to regardless. (about the realm is in Guiding Light hcs)

Guiding Light doesn’t have any association nor interacts a lot with the killing entities (except friendly ones), but it was never cruel to the entities. Guiding Light can appear physically to the entities to give them comfort if they ever had a problem in mind. Even tho it did hurt the entities by its crucifix power (by players’ choice, no GL’s), they are still passive to them.

Is Guiding Light always nice to players? It tries to, if someone is actually an asshole and would intentionally want someone dead, then they’re a goner.

Guiding Light always keeps the Hotel in check to prevent other entities from escaping and help players get out of there safely, so that is probably why they are here (?) but there are more reasons than that.

Guiding Light has it’s own personal realm, kinda like a dreamspace or some sort, where only when you dream of it, die or get crucifixed (for entities), you can enter it. Guiding Light’s realm is a blueish vast emptiness and ur vision starts having a static view.

Not only Dupe tricks players by its fake doors, it also messes up with the entities (especially Rush)

Dupe once or sometimes got run over by Rush or Ambush. It didn’t like Rush run to the correct door but rather accepts that than being run over again.

No matter how hard Dupe tries to keep its door shut, Rush and Ambush always run into it

Jeff’s rlly nice ofc. Just don’t steal from him. Just don’t.

Jeff got most of its items from looting rooms and dead players, the crucifixes were either obtained from the same thing or were offered by Guiding Light. The Skeleton Key was crafted by Jeff and Bob (alive)

Jeff likes to learn about the knowledge of humans and the outside world, he wished one day he’ll experience college (which he never will :( ).

Jeff and El Goblino are like the punching bags to torment to the entities (basically bullying).

El Goblino has no idea how it got here but was trying to get used in living

El Goblino is scared of Figure

El Goblino got it’s belt bag from Jeff, and got that bandanna from already ripped off blankets

El Goblino misses his amor

El Goblino pretty much refuses to believe Bob is dead. El Goblino coped on it by talking to Bob like he’s still alive (bros already a skeleton 💀).

El Goblino and Jeff rlly needs something to eat to live longer, so El Goblino hunts for either edible plants, bugs, and sometimes but not always, a human corpse, while Jeff after it loots the dead players, he either eats them or saves them for later, hopefully they stay fresh.

Shadow is Sally’s parental figure. Sally is also close to Rush and Ambush.

Screech and Sally are besties but sometimes bicker with each other.

Sally would come and show its face in Jeff’s shop sometimes, it thought it would be funny.

The rain doesn’t bother Sally, it likes the rain but it did soaked up its clothes

I didn’t draw Bob bcuz I can’t draw skeletons, but that’s okay cuz he’s dead anyways.

Bob is infamous to the entities around the hotel. Once alive, he could literally strategize on how to straight up beat the living hell out of the entities (cough* Eyes. He also rekt Figure too). Even Guiding Light is shocked.

Sadly, Bob died from starvation and illnesses.
