Idk why, but when I think of Sirius parenting Harry, all I see is Sirius and Harry getting really close and laughing together, and then toddler Harry calls Sirius, 'papa', and all of sudden Sirius is on his knees with pictures of James and Lily, begging Harry to remember.

Barty: Kids eat for free at McDonald's today, so we kinda let them buy us shit.

After that, Barty and Evan were yelled at by all of them for 20 minutes each parent and weren't allowed to pick up the kids from school anymore.

just thinking about jegulily raising harry.

specifically, lily would be the one to bring him to muggle playgrounds and let him run free. she’d push him on the swings and talk with other moms for hours

regulus would do the walks around godrics hollow with harry and point out all the scenery and tell harry fun facts.

and james would be the backyard parent. except like, when i say backyard, i picture their backyard leading into woods. and james would 100% wander through the woods with harry

Lily: How was your week with your dads?

Harry: Really good! We went to the zoo and uncle Sirius and Remus visited and then dads set up a swear jar so that whenever Uncle Remus says ‘$%@!’ Or ‘$%@!$’ or ‘$%@!ing $%@!’ Or ‘$%@!er’ or ‘$%@!’ He has to put a dollar in the jar.
