"if I can pause you, I can turn you off" - using your commanding power to harness your anger/frustration and start kicking Wavering in the face until it runs away crying
A little storytime. Once I was in the middle of a task i needed to finish before bed, and was trying to hurry it along because I was tired. I began having deep wavering feelings and felt like my entire manifestation was falling off the rails even though the entire day i had been experiencing lots of movement. I, with my inner voice, got frustrated and for some reason the first thing that popped up in my head was imagining the Wavering as it's own character, i'm sure you can tell what that sounds like. it's all very interesting to me, the links between so many religions, always has been.
Anyhow, if it's helpful, give your wavering a name or a "character"/persona, hopefully one you're not fond of. or if that's too extra for you, just try imagining those thoughts in the voice of someone you think is a giant, annoying asshole. it immediately makes you go "wait a damn minute, shut the fuck up!!"
the other thing that popped up in my head when i imagined the Wavering as a sort of asshole character was saying "wait! hold on! let me finish this first. pause. time out. if you're gonna test me, at least test me on a level playing field when i'm not in the middle of something." yes, i am an extreme yapper, even in my own thoughts lmao. and then right after that thought was over, i realized how silly it was.
i said inwardly "if i can pause you, i can turn you off. i can get rid of you." and called my power back to myself. it feels good to laugh at yourself now and then and i think that's really important during all of this. yes, you should want to take your creations seriously and not be lazy and expect good results, but taking them seriously in my opinion also has to have its silly moments. it's just the way life is, really. forrest gump, box of chocolates, you know the deal. sometimes even when you're manifesting really serious stuff, you have to be able to laugh at yourself.
you really can turn the wavering off whenever you feel like it, if you allow yourself to feel the strength and the power of commanding. don't be afraid to command the universe, your subconscious, whatever you want to think it comes from. not in an evil way like "oh i get to control everybody" but in a way that you refuse to let anyone, or anything, including your own ingrained negative beliefs, take your power away from you, the real you, the 4D you/soul
our bodies are just mech suits we use as the creator observing and experiencing itself, experiencing a new method of creation. if you feel drawn to do it, take your wavering by the horns and tell it to shut the fuck up. if it helps, beat the shit out of it mentally. not beating yourself up, that just compounds it. not like "oh i had a negative thought, i'm so bad at this". like "i command all negative thought patterns to leave my subconscious forever. i am a creator/manifester and i am so grateful to wield such power." things like that.
if you work on your self concept (in whatever way that feels best to you) enough that you really feel that power, that fire inside, you will really start locking in. you have to ASSUME the ROLE of being in charge around here (your reality). i'm the type of person that my anger management issues in the past used to make me isolate and be bitter towards others or lash out at them to push them away. now i funnel my anger into a sword that i use to cut off quantum timelines i do not wish to experience. that's how i personally see it.

this is a manifesting exercise that i had a lot of fun doing because it genuinely felt natural to me. and i think that thats why it worked so well. so basically to do the exercise you send urself a voice memo from the state of having ur desire. as if its an audio diary.
FOR EXAMPLE ; lets say ur manifesting living in a luxurious condo, ur voice memo to urself would sound something like this...
"right now im rly enjoying the view from my luxurious condo, i can see so many ___ from this window. i can even hear my own voice echo thats how big this condo is, its just gorgeous"
ANOTHER EXAMPLE ; lets say ur manifesting an SP confessing their feelings to you, ur voice memo would sound like...
"omg omg omg, ___ just confessed his/her feelings to me!! while they were confessing to me i LITERALLY got butterflies they want me so badly. they confessed to me at ____"

u can even make another voice memo and talk about the things that you'd experience if u had ur dream life/desire
FOR EXAMPLE ; let's go back to the condo example, something that you might experience if u lived a luxurious life in a luxurious condo is that HYPOTHETICALLY (use ur imagination guys) the mailman would always be ringing ur doorbell because he's dropping off all the packages that u ordered, because your life is so luxurious that u can afford the things u want with ease. if creating minuscule problems makes ur dream life/desire more "realistic" then do that. ur voice memo could continue on like this...
"my day was really good today, while i was looking at the sunset from my luxurious condo the doorman kept on ringing my doorbell because i ordered ___ last week. its a small price to pay tho for my luxurious life"

It's so easy to manifest literally so easy once you do this. JUST SIT BACK AND RELAX, BE IN RECIVING MODE INSTEAD OF CONSTANTLY FEELING LIKE YOU HAVE TO DO SOMETHING. Yes sometimes it can be hard when you feel panic that you have to manifest as fast as possible but trust me once you TRUST, it'll all fall into your lap at the snap of a finger! Literally. You'll even feel better and happy instead of worrying and feel like waiting forever. The universe/god/your higher self, whatever you believe in is telling you or teaching you that the way isn't through worry, stress, pain, suffering. The way is through ease, love, trust. Once you understand this you'll ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS be able to manifest without any effort. Yes, no need for that 21 days challenge, no need to set a reminder for every hour to affirm, no need to try hard to visualise every teeny tiny detail. Just have this inner knowing and relax. That's the cheat code. How easy is that? You literally have the cheat code and it doesn't require ANY effort outside and the most minimal effort inside.
Now let me explain all the manifestation techniques in more detail.
Every manifestation technique has one goal:
Think about any technique. Affirming, visualising, scripting,etc. All of these are for what? To remind you, you have your desire. YES not to get something. That's why Neville said feel it real is very powerful technique. Cuz that's what happens when we receive something right. But what we do in loa is we feel it rn and get it rn, and because the 3d is in the past, yes it's our past assumptions, that's why we say it's not real. So when we feel it real we already have our desire in the present, but the 3d is not in the present. So don't react to it. Just remember that. And after a few days of having our desire we don't get THAT excited, do we? So when you think about it again you don't have to feel anything or do anything cuz you already have it. AND THEN WE JUST SIT BACK AND RELAX. Again the same conclusion. Cuz that's it!
ALL YOU NEED TO EVER DO:
Decide what you want. And feel having it.
Remind yourself that you have ___ either saying it in your head, writing it down, etc
RELAX. SIT TF BACK. YES YOU DON'T NEED TO DO ANYTHING.
Whenever you think about ___ always remember you have it. And think naturally. How would you think having ___ cuz you do now.
Remember the 3d is a product of your past assumptions. Just like how we see the stars 8 years later of their actual form. Just like it takes 8 minutes for sunlight to reach the earth. If you remember this you won't ask "where it is" you know it is here. And yes u can manifest Shifting too.
Allow it to come to you. I don't chase i attract.

This is the only method you need to induce pure consciousness/ tap into the “I AM”/ tap into the void:
relax, deep breathing
affirm “I AM”
relax some more
detach, get lost in the darkness of your closed eyes
you’re done, you’ve shifted
there are no if ands or buts, there’s no “i was so close”, “it just doesn’t work for me”. this method cannot fail, there is no such thing, at all, it’s you who focuses too much on the symptoms, it’s you gets upset when “nothing happens” before rolling over to go to sleep just to endure another day in your shitty reality. it’s you who fails to see your own potential and it’s only you who can change that
this is the basic method that works for anyone with a conscious and subconscious mind,
it’s not anyone’s fault that you’ve decided to overcomplicate it
that’s the basic fucking template you don’t need shit but yourself
stop with the neediness it’s getting kinda pathetic
You dont need to follow some stupid 10k affirmation challenge
You don’t need to follow any challenges lasting weeks
You don’t need subliminals or waves or a guided meditation
You don’t need to ask bloggers the same shit and vent about how you “just can’t do it”
You don’t need to lucid dream
You don’t need any of this
again the basic template is only difficult to you because of the over-complication of it all
Let me give you an example: Imagine you’re a baker and there’s this iconic legendary baker who has this incredible, world famous cake, they give the world a recipe to it and it’s quite simple. how can such a simple recipe impress the taste buds of so many? it doesn’t matter about the how or why, it just does. But so many bakers around the world, including you, are scared of not impressing their customers so they add all this other shit to the recipe that was perfectly fine. And it just makes everything so complicated, all because they don’t trust that the original recipe will be able to impress and satisfy their customers.
That basic recipe is the “method” that Neville gave to us, he didn’t have tumblr, he didn’t have youtube to binge fucking yoga nidra meditation videos. He didn’t have a phone to inhale subliminal after subliminal like it’s a full time job. He didn’t have bloggers shoving 10k challenges down his throat, and guess what, he was just fine! Stop overcomplicating the recipe, all you need is the mind. You don’t need a fucking routine, all you need is you
But I know there are some people who will look at this, scroll past and still scan their feed, scrambling for an “instant method” like some junky. And to that i say, go ahead, waste your days overcomplicating the act of shifting consciousness, waste your days overconsuming, doomscrolling, complaining. The law and the art of shifting was always real and will continue to be real while you sit there with absolutely nothing, so go ahead. Rack your brain to the point of a headache, to the point of insanity trying to understand what’s right infront of you, you’re only doing yourself harm.

making yourself and your health a priority
self compassion and self forgiveness
taking responsibilities
more self care
beginning with a motivation each day
do what you need for yourself
starting something new (activity, hobby, habit)
not to depend on others and to learn to do things you want to do on your own
focus on the good things and not on the things you don't like
exercise and eat healthy for the sake of your body and not to fit into a beauty canon

the “void” is often spoken about like it’s a mystical state that exists somewhere outside of us. something to chase, something to enter, something reserved for the “spiritually elite.”
but the truth is far simpler, and far more profound.
the void is not a destination. it’s your NATURAL STATE.

🤍✨ what the void REALLY is
the void is PURE AWARENESS. the consistent, silent field of consciousness behind every thought, identity, sensation, and desire. it’s not a place. it’s not a technique. it’s not a feeling.
it’s what remains when you detach from the ego. from your 3D. from the physical realm of reality. from the projection of your 4D. it’s the space between thoughts.
it’s the AWARENESS of thoughts.
it’s the “you” before you ever had a name. some people call it your soul, pure consciousness, etc. but ultimately, it all describes the same spiritual awareness that selects and experiences your reality.
when you are deeply present, not thinking, not doing, just being, you begin to REALIZE that deeper layer. THAT’S the void.

you don’t fall into the void. you remember you already are it.

this is where quantum physics meets spirituality: the same observer effect that defines physical outcomes at the quantum level also describes the mechanisms of your inner reality (interpretively):
what you observe -> BECOMES.
what you assume -> SOLIDIFIES.
what you bring awareness to -> COLLAPSES into form.
so the void?
it’s your SANDBOX.
because in that pure state of awareness, there are no limitations. only POTENTIAL.

here’s one way it unfolds (how it goes for me):
get still. physically, emotionally, mentally.
close your eyes. not to shut out the world, but to turn toward the one inside you.
observe your thoughts without following. let them pass.
observe and realize the awareness behind awareness.
sounds abstract? that’s because it is, but that doesn’t make it complicated.
this isn’t about doing more. it’s about letting go. the “difficulty” often comes from being deeply identified with the 3D and closed-off to the idea that there’s more to what we see in the physical.
when you’re attached to that framework, the void can feel confusing or unreachable. but the truth is: it’s always been here. it’s the source of the 3D projection that you experience physically.

🤍✨ why there’s no direct/traditional “PROOF” of the void
because this is DIRECT EXPERIENCE. not theory. not belief. not even science, though it echoes it.

no one can define your inner stillness.
and no one can disprove your ability to return to the pure field of consciousness that you’ve always been.
it’s not anti-science, it simply exists BEYOND what conventional science can access. and that’s okay. like the quantum field, the void is limitless possibility until observed, and YOU are the observer.

if the void has felt like something UNREACHABLE, i’d like to leave you with this:

and when you remember that, you stop chasing. you stop trying. you just return. to the stillness. to the limitless potential. you are the void. you always were.

Okay, so listen up. This is for the dead and tired souls who want to literally do nothing and still wake up in the void, like, this is the no effort trick. and it’s actually fun???

What even is playhouse mode?
you know when you were a kid and said i’m a fairy princess and your brain just went yeah sure and made it feel real? that’s the vibe. This method is pure pretend energy. You're not visualizing. Not feeling. Not waiting for symptoms. You're just deciding to roleplay your void self and then…sleep. That’s it.

okay but like…why does this work?
Because embodying is how the subconscious learns. It doesn’t care if you’re actually in the void or playing like you are, it just responds to the energy. You’re not affirming, you’re not even thinking logically. You're letting your brain go "lol i’m literally god and already there" and guess what? it follows along.

how tf do i do this?
1. Pick your void alter ego, embody you're them already, like:
i’m void me tonight. I don’t affirm. I don’t wait. I'm just it.
2. Get comfortable, flop into bed like your soul just clocked out from the cosmic drama. Zero expectations and no prep.
3. Start the game, like literally act like you’re already in the void. talk like it’s real: ohhh look at me chillin in this pitch black, infinite void dimension y’all can’t even see me rn.
Say it like a meme. Be unserious. That’s the key.
4. Let go + sleep, you don’t have to feel anything. You don’t have to know it’s working. You just…let go and BOOM next thing you know, you wake up and something’s different.

But wait...here’s what people usually struggle with (and why this method saves you):
I can’t feel the void
you don’t need to, this isn’t about feeling anything, it’s about embodying so hard your brain accepts it.
I keep waking up in the same place
okay but did you decide the void didn’t happen? because that’s usually the issue, wake up and say omg i’m in the void but it’s disguised rn. Stay in the roleplay.
I fall asleep trying too hard
No trying here, you’re just being goofy, the less you care, the faster it clicks.
Nothing ever works for me
This works because you’re not working, you’re just being. The subconscious loves low effort fun.

Focus on your internal experience. That is what matters. That is what shifts. Think as your DR self and no one else. If you enter the mental state of your DR self you will enter the physical state of your DRself.
It's ok if you don't feel it yet, it's ok if you hear a sound from your CR, it's ok if you can feel your old bedroom still. It's OK.
Shifting is not a physical process. Your physical body is not what's shifting between realities, your awareness is. Your sight, hearing, taste, feeling, etc, are all a part of your physical body.
What the nerves in your body are experiencing doesn't matter because you are not the nerves, you are not the body, you are the awareness. Your body isn't trying to shift, your mind is.
You are trying to become aware of another reality and therefore what you are experiencing in this one is irrelevant. It doesn't matter what this body experiences it matters what your awareness is experiencing.
Shifting is internal focus on shifting internally.

If you still don't get it think of it this way:

If you are sitting down and thinking to yourself about everything see, hear, feel, smell, or taste from your CR, then you are LITERALLY applying the 5 senses method to your CR.
If your method is mainly affirming, so repeating to yourself that you're there, WHAT do you think is happening when you keep telling yourself you're not there? Everything you say is an affirmation. It's not that methods aren't working it's that you are literally applying them in reverse.
It doesn't matter what your senses are telling you because you will shift before they do. It doesn't mean anything unless you tell yourself that it does.
If your senses do not match your mental state stay in the mental state until they do. Do not compromise with shit you don't want.
STAY in the mind of your DRself. That's your only job. Continue to think as if you're there. Continue to think about your life in your DR, continue to occupy the mind of your DRself.
This is what so many people get stuck on. I don't expect you to magically stop experiencing it, it is ok that you felt it. All you have to do is continue to think as if you are in your DR anyway.
Your subconscious will believe what you tell it over what your body is experiencing. Your only goal is to keep telling it that you're in your DR.
Yes you might have heard a loud noise and yes you know it's not from your DR. That doesn't matter. The goal is not to magically un-hear it but to avoid returning to the mental state of your CR self.
It is ok if you can't make yourself believe you're there, you just have to think to yourself as if you are. Think as DR you and no one else.
Essentially, you shift mentally before you feel it physically. Before you experience your desired reality externally you experience it internally.

okay so first i wanna remind u guys of the truth that YOU ARE IN CONTROL. so when the 3D is being slow, practice simply saying no. when the 3D is showing u something unfavorable -> say no, im the creator and its like this (insert how u want it to be)
the goal isnt to constantly check the 3D but instead change how we react to it. bcuz the 4D reflects ur 3D, not the other way around.
redirect ur thoughts and remind urself of who's in control, and ofc persist in whatever it is that u want.

So just decide that yes, you have your manifestation, yes you are in the reality of your dreams. It's not that hard. Instead of thinking "oh I wish I had this. Why isn't my manifestation coming? Do I need to do this technique? Wait lemme see a tarot reading. Oh let's do this 372621 days challenge 😍" ...like girl- JUST THINK OF HAVING IT!!??!! just think "oh I'm so glad I manifested this thing, it was so easy to manifest it. Why is it so easy? Why's everything instant? I can literally have everything I want. Now that I manifested this I'm gonna do this. Lemme just chill cuz everything is so easy." It's not only easy it feels good. If you think it's too much work then ...... Like? Okay then waiting around is so easy, right? Very easy to cry for your manifestation but to get it happily. Either you want it or you don't. It's on you. If you're god, what you say goes into your world, why can't you have it? There's no Devine timing cuz bruh you're literally god so who tf 's Devine timing are we waiting for now? There are people who go to sleep in one bedroom apartments and wake up in mansions. There are people who go to sleep with a body or face they hate and wake up with new ones. There are people who go to sleep hating their school life, family and friends and wake up with all of that changed. There are people who go to sleep living a life they dread and wake up with their dreams. Why not you.
You are so much more powerful than you know. You are the operant power of this reality and all the other realities. As I once said, these realities are your children, they are of the same relation to you and the same proximity. It is you running through their veins. You aren’t doing this extravagant thing by creating and shifting timelines to a new reality, you are taking your awareness and placing it in a reality that already exists.
You can leave anytime you want. In fact, top panicking and realise you’ve already left. A lot of you promised to yourselves that you would get your dream life over the break, over the weekend, over night and you panic when you don’t see anything. How many times will you do this? Stop the panic, the outerman isn’t you and sees nothing but limitations. There’s nothing to panic over because it is done and there’s nothing left to do. You wouldn’t be panicked about a cruise trip if you were there.
The words “OMG school starts on monday and i STILL haven’t been on my cruise trip, im so upset i feel like a loser” wouldn’t be uttered if you’re already on the cruise, sipping one of those cute drinks with the tiny hats. So stop panicking about wasted time when you’re already there and there’s nothing to do. Don’t get worked up over nothing, the 3d isn’t real.
All you need to do to induce pure consciousness is focus on the darkness in your eyes, set an intention to induce the state of “I AM” and make up scenarios, count, sing in your head. do whatever. Forget yourself, stop trying to relax, stop forcing it, stop looking for symptoms stop trying to immerse yourself in the feeling and let it happen naturally. You don’t force yourself into the state of awake and asleep so why is it any different with pure consciousness.
∘˚ 𓆸∘˚
Think of yourself being in a pool, there’s two of you. One version of yourself is being let down gently into the water and the other version of yourself is letting you down. Think of a baptism type of position. When you are fully immersed in the water you are pure consciousness, and you will come out of the water as your desired self. But what you must do is let it happen naturally. You can’t push yourself underwater. You can’t drown yourself or the water won’t accept you.
Let yourself down gently. Stop trying to force yourself into pure consciousness, stop forcing the immersion or it won’t accept you. Like how if you force yourself into the state sleep you’ll just sit in bed eyes shut waiting to it to happen. It isn’t until you let go and finally give up trying that you eventually fall into the state of sleep. That’s it. Give up, give up trying and let go. Assume you’re in the water already and before you know it you’re fully immersed in that body of water.
When we say falling into the state of pure consciousness is as easy as breathing, we’re not just trying to motivate you are trick your minds into thinking it’s easy as a form of help. It’s the truth. It’s a state, that’s all it is, just as is sleep and being awake right now, think of how effortless it is to fall into between sleep and wake. That’s all pure consciousness is. Failure to do this does not exist.
You can leave anytime you want and within an instant. Assume you have mastered this simple yet beautiful art and you will have, assume you’re there already and you will be. It takes a second to flip your thoughts and begin. You don’t need a routine or a days worth of affirming or any challenge. If you believe that is a must, you don’t understand what this is.
Go, simply because you can.
YOU CAN do this, why not now? Don’t let your fear of failing and “letting yourself down” allow you to procrastinate, failure doesn’t exist.
YOU ARE YOUR ONLY BLOCKAGE, CHANGE THAT AND LET YOURSELF GO

How to Prioritize Yourself
(in other words, how to put yourself 1st)
1. Before making a decision, ask yourself, “Is this beneficial for me?”
2. Second ask yourself, “Do I want to do this? If so why?” Make sure that whatever you do is serving your best interests.
3. Always take care of your needs. Treat yourself like you would your child. Maintain your basic hygiene. Make sure you've eaten and drank water. Keep up with your skin care. Give yourself compliments and support your dreams. Be financially stable and provide security for yourself. Give yourself everything you desire.
4. Don’t rush or let others push you into doing something you don’t want to.
5. Put your standards on the pedestal. Form your own judgement about things and don’t be persuaded easily.
6. Do what you set your mind to regardless of opposition.
7. Always be in tune with what you desire and never compromise your standards.
8. Fill your own cup first. Invest in yourself.
9. Set clear boundaries and start saying no when you mean it.
10. Release all shame surrounding your self prioritization. Understand, people won’t care about your wellbeing. You have to be the one looking out for you.
11. Gate-keep yourself from those undeserving of your love and energy.
12. Don't tell all your business. Move in silence and cherish your privacy.
13. Stay self-sufficient.
14. Do the things YOU enjoy. Have your favorite cup of coffee. Eat your favorite snack. Watch your favorite show. Do tarot readings. Read occult books. Wear makeup. Dress up. Don't shrink your beliefs, lifestyle or presence just because someone else disagrees with it.
15. Ignore unsolicited advice.
16. Stop trying to prove your worth and just be. You are already enough as you are. You habe nothing further to prove.
