So it seems anything I try to upload with pictures is failing. Still.
Dang it.

Ok. I will try 1 pic.
Breakfast was after 1 pm and was Ham.
By that time I had been working for 7 hours and was super torqued off.
I walked the dogs. Longer than normal in the unseasonably warm weather. Sunshine. Air.
Back to my desk- protein bar.
This beautiful salad. And an apple.
After I got off work, I walked the dogs again.
I took an Epsom bath & baling soda bath.
Had 2 sparkling waters. Made tea but they were too hot to drink.
Was in bed by 10:18.
Slept better. Up at just after 7. Which is great. The last week it has been either super late 9 am or like yesterday 4:18 am.

Forgot to post this yesterday but I managed to get out yesterday! We had a cold snap where it was super icy and snowed but it warmed up enough to warrant getting back to running!
I didn't go as far, but I did make it out. I'm slowly running more than power walking and it's showing through my run times! I started out with a whopping 17:00 pace and I'm a little less than 16:00 now!
Maybe by May I could run continuously for 20 minutes! That'd be neat!
Weighed myself this morning and I'm down roughly a pound, so my hard work is paying off!

45 more lbs just need to make a good couple more lifestyle changes and Ik I can drop it. I weigh myself every time little lady has a dr appts (they leave the scales on in the rooms) and I had a realization….I’ve lost 100lbs since having her. It’s crazy what a healthy relationship, environment, and some lifestyle changes will do for you. Just kinda dawned on me today that I’ve lost that much. I don’t feel nor look like it at all but still crazy to me. Slowly but surely I shall get to the lifestyle I want/crave.

Started 2 new books today. I continued to be satisfied with the progress I made this week.
I need to read more, I have a ton of books.
I need to drink more tea, I have a billion kinds now.
Put lots of tea away & random other chores. Unpacking amazon and Walmart orders is a big chore.
Did some errands before the storm.
Got home, unloaded.
Now it is about time for dinner.
Small steps will push me toward the goal of having a cleaner better, more comfy home.
I will NOT be happy when my mom dies.
I don't want her reading the cover of this book.
The other one? Well, I am one chapter in and they have already outlawed diet soda and coffee..... so probably won't resonate.
And.... I may do some random reviews of some shit I bought along this journey. Some of it is great, some of it is a waste of money.
I don't know where that gif is from but damn it is hot. It reminds me of a creepy German show I watched recently.
