Hey you. Yes you. You have been through enough, you hear me? You. Have. Been. Through. Enough.
The world has treated you shittily, you go through enough, don't do that do yourself too. Be decent to yourself, kiddo. We've only got one of you and it's the best one we have :]
I love you, I'm proud of you, go make yourself a beverage of your choice and be a little more decent to yourself today <3

Clark is taking Kon and Jon out for a classic, super-style bonding flight. Just a quick jaunt around the US and back!
They don’t get far. Somewhere in Illinois airpace, they run across another family.
The three (a hulking man, a snarky teenage boy, and a cackling youngest girl, each a grayscale blur in the blue, blue sky) throw neon-lit beams of energy at one another, quips and insults flying almost as fast as they do. It looks like training. It looks like fun!
The boy of them looks like a younger version of the man. Exactly like, even. Clark is familiar with clones.
The youngest, a girl, looks like both of them, but not quite. Perhaps she will, age sharpening her childish features, but it’s hard to say. More likely, she’s the man’s daughter.
Interested, Clark introduces himself to Dan. He seems to be a hero in his own right, even if Superman’s yet to see him in action. And it’s not often Clark sees a family so like his own!

I'm thinking about the drastic differences between how Bruce reveals his identity and how Dick reveals his identity in World's Finest. Dick simply takes off his mask and presents himself to the Titans, but Bruce? Bruce, he calls the Daily Planet, asking them to send Clark Kent to his manor immediately. Clark is now in the house of a stranger he only knows as a rich extravagant man, and said man starts explaining how he knows Clark is Superman. Clark tries to deny it and Bruce explains how he filed the room with a gas that humans cannot breathe, and Clark can breathe, so he is not human. At this point, for Clark, Bruce Wayne is a dangerous man who knows his secret identity, and he has him in his house full of gadgets. Bruce asks him to follow him, and he takes him to the Batcave, which is how Clark makes the connection. Like, the dramatics of it all? The theatrics? Making your colleague fear for their safety? Showing how they need to be better at hiding their identity? Slightly playing bad guy? This is so good.
Anyway, now I cannot accept Bruce not doing something like this everytime he reveals his identity to another Justice League's member. But his kids, they are simply taking their masks off, like normal people. And now, you have other vigilantes' families discussing how they learn their bats' identity and being baffled.
Barry: They just... Took their masks off? And told you their names? That's it? No supervilain's monologue?
Wally: BATMAN PRANKED YOU???!!! I'm calling Dick.
Bart: *Blue screened from learning that Batman pranks the JL*

cannot get over season two of teen wolf having a full scene near the end of the season where Stiles has a pseudo therapy session with the guidance counselor and he talks about how he goes through every day like a perpetual panic attack, and how terrified he is that everything's just going to get worse. how he feels like he's drowning and he thinks it's pointless to suffer more pain for the risk of something better. how he is and has been exhibiting symptoms of PTSD and is having really bad nightmares. the kid is already so messed up aT SEASON TWO
and then that's it thats the only real time we see stiles have a one on one therapy session with someone the REST KF THE SHOW
and it does indeed GET WORSE. AND YET

Here's 20 realistic reasons not to kill yourself today. Remember, anything that keeps you alive and keeps going is enough.
1. We would miss you. I would miss you.
2. Think of all the ice cream flavours you haven't tried yet, or the food combinations you haven't tried.
3. You can't discover a new favourite song if you're dead
4. Imagine all the funny moments you'd miss, all the pointless celebrity twitter fights or the niche internet drama, all the strangers tripping in the street
5. Imagine proving people wrong and going fuck you, watching all the people who doubted you be completely wrong
6. you'll never have finished decorating your room, or your wardrobe, or your collection, you'll always have something unfinished that's worth finishing
7. You'll never be able to meet your internet friends or heroes in real life
8. Imagine how many cool outfits you would miss out on wearing, how many people would think "damn that's a cool outfit" as you pass them on street
9. Your social media accounts will stay unfinished
10. What if your favourite TV show gets a second series? You'll never know how it ends
11. You'll never get to meet a potential best friend or partner
12. You'll never get to be all the fucking awesome versions of yourself you could be
13. You have games to win and arrogant people to prove wrong
14. You'll never get to watch hour favourite movie again, or realise a crucial detail that adds a whole new meaning to it
15. You never get to see the world become a better place if you're not in it.
16. You never get to try new things with your style, your hair or makeup
17. You never get to get that tattoo, or that piercing, or that really cool piece of clothing
18. think of all the debates you would miss out on winning, the feeling of pride swelling in your chest
19. You miss out on trying a new hobby or a new opportunity
20. Your pets wouldn't understand where you went.
Are these all relatively small things? Yeah. But what's important is that you see tomorrow. You give yourself one day more, go to bed and wake up tomorrow. That's what's important, not what happens in a week or a month or a year, just that you get through today and give yourself another chance.
It's okay if it takes you 10,000 'one more days' to get to 'i can't wait for tomorrow'. It's okay if the suicidal thoughts never leave as long as you wait until later and you stay alive now.
I love you. I care about you. I would miss you. Just give yourself another day.
