What if Jack and Maddie Fenton were actually Jack and Janet Drake?
The Drakes are their actual identities but they created the Fentons as a why of letting loose, of getting to be their truest most unhinged selves and pursue their true passion without the eyes of high society Gotham judging them.
Whenever the Drakes are supposedly out of the country on archeological digs they are actually in a little no where town in the midwest.
The Drake wealth is perfectly capable of funding their experiments and prototypes and every now and then they do show up to a dig for a week or too, but the Fentons are who they truly are.
So of course Gotham never finds out about Janet's first pregnancy and little Jasmine is welcomed into the world as an Amity Park Fenton, not a Gotham Drake. Janet's second pregnancy however.
Well as i said, the Fentons are who they truly are at their most unhinged and unfiltered. And upon finding out that their having a set of identical twins, well, can you really blame them for passing up this perfect opportunity to test Nature vs. Nurture.
One boy would be a wealthy Drake raised as an only child in a hostile city, the other would be a Fenton raised with his older sister in a peaceful small town.
That's what they decide and thats what they do, and everything is as cannon goes. Tim doesn't know that his parents "archeological digs" are really an excuse to spend most of their time as the Fentons, and Danny and Jazz don't know that the longer "ghost conventions" are an excuse to handle Drake affairs and check on their unknown brother.
At least until things start to get complicated.
(Im not sure if Maddie fakes Janet's death or if she really dies, and if Jack's coma is fake or real and he lost his Fenton memories. Or maybe the death and coma dont happen at all and the truth comes out some other way like Danny finding the Nature vs. Nurture notes or a school trip to gotham or maybe Jazz desides to go to college in Gotham and it comes out that way somehow.
This obviously works best as a "bad parents Jack and maddie" though how bad they are can be entirely up to you. Maybe everything comes out sometime after a "reveal gone right" and Danny and Jazz think their parents are getting better only to be smacked in the face by the betrayal of "secret billionaire parents who essentially abandoned their brother"
Dont know but im tossing it to the void.
To me the most important scenes in this idea is Tim angst at the fact that his parents were never actually too busy to be there for him and had instead chosen no to be there, the somewhat bitter consolation of learning that even when their parents were physically there they still weren't there there for his siblings, and then some good ole slightly unhinged sibling bonding.
Maybe the measuring of ecto contamination and debate in if their parents presence did more damageto their health or less
They honestly might be tied on mental and physical scars. All three kids tend to come with headcanons about neglect and malnourishment)

Welcome to THE CHRYSALIS: A STATE OF CHANGE
This is a personal project that me and my best Ohagi have been working and developing for the past year. It’s a passion of ours and it’s long overdue that we created a blog to go along with it!
“The Chrysalis” is a dystopian fantasy-thriller novel that with a large cast of characters that the two of us have put a lot of time and effort into. It will be co-written by the both of us and posted as regularly as we can with our busy lives and inevitable procrastination and writers block.
If any of this is of interest to you, welcome. We’re excited to share this vast world and characters with an audience and can’t wait to expand on our story more.
If you’d like to check out our other writing and wips (and maybe even give us a follow):
You can find me on @/oros-ash3s. I post writing, traditional and digital art of my characters, and sneak peeks to portfolio work I have for college.
You can find Ohagi at @/ohagiwrites. She posts her incredibly talented writing over there, and I highly recommend that you check her out.
For posts that are written and posted by Ohagi, the overall theme will be green. For posts done by Ash, the overall theme will be blue. We’ll also sign off with our names in the tags and the bottom of the post. O.A. for Ash, and O.W. for Ohagi.
Now onto The Chrysalis ⋆˚࿔

For as long as anyone can remember, magic has been a taboo subject. No one really believes in it, the myths of a secret society of people with magical powers being nothing but an old fairytale told to kids.
But Atlas Zieliński knows better.
Growing up in Eden Inc., an organization built to conceal Magicae and protect the human population from the terrorist organization known as The Congregation of the Chosen, he's always sought to do what's right, use his powers for good — fulfill his purpose.
But when a spy named Wren breaks into Eden one day, discovering hidden secrets about what the company is really doing to the Magicae that they are "rescuing", Atlas is faced with a decision that makes him question everything he has ever known. He suddenly has to ask himself if Eden is as good as he had been told it was, and what "his purpose" really means to the company.

CONTENT WARNINGS || The Chrysalis deals with a wide variety of complex and dark subject matter, including grooming, sexual assault and hypersexuality, substance abuse and addiction, suicide, self harm, domestic abuse, death, torture, human experimentation, dehumanization, and kidnapping. Although some of these won't be extremely explicit, it will be referenced and implied throughout the story. The chapters including such content will have the appropriate trigger warnings attached. Overall, the story is more mature and deals with a lot of violence, so if that bothers you please click away.

Hi! I'd like to run a game that's Jane Austen-esque or a political/social drama with fantasy elements. Think A Court of Fey and Flowers, except I don't want to subscribe to their channel so I haven't actually seen it. Fairy settings in particular would be appreciated! Thank you in advance
THEME: Political and Social Drama
Hello, I think I have a really fun collection of options for you to take a peek at. We’ve got fairies, we’ve got secrets, and we’ve got drama!
Fey Court Chaos, by Mabbly.
Fey aristocrats party the equinox away. You have been invited by the most prestigious monarchs of this wild magical land. Parlay with potential allies, humiliate your enemies, & impress those worth impressing–but avoid getting kicked out yourself!
Fey Court Chaos is a party-based tabletop role-playing game designed to let you escalate a royal ball into dramatic highs and lows. You will need a pool of dice or coins to play. Any kind will do, but the fancier the better!
This is a game about trying to make a name for yourself while possibly ruining the status of your companions. You’ll wager points of Reputation every time you do something risky, with the risks rising depending on the status of the person you’re interacting with. Success means a rise in reputation or learning a juicy secret. Failure means losing someone’s favour, or even giving one of your own secrets away! If you love fantasy faerie settings, this game gives you all the basics, and has advice for the game runner as well. You should definitely check it out!
The 147th Annual Necromancer’s Ball, by Meghan Cross.
You are cordially invited…
The 147th Necromancer's Ball is a one page TTRPG about necromancy and feeling fancy for a GM and 3-6 players played with a single d6.
You are necromancers attending The 147th Necromancer's Ball, dressed to the nines with your familiars in tow. You are ready to have a wonderful time, but more than that you are ready to show your rival once and for all that you are better than them by displaying your social prowess (and maybe even winning Necromancer of the Year.)
But not everything goes according to plan when a party crasher shows up to ruin the evening for everyone - and it is up to you to stop them and save the party!
This is a game all about being dramatic as fuck and also petty as fuck. You can roll Necromancy when you want to do magic or command the undead, and you roll Feeling Fancy when you engage in social entanglements or navigate the ball. Showing that you’re the Necromancer of the Year won’t be easy, especially once a party crasher shows up to complicate things - and possibly steal your chances of winning!
If you love silly games, as well as taking time to describe just how drop-dead (pardon the pun) gorgeous you look, this might be your game.
Avalon Society, by Martian Machinery.
Avalon Society is a game about courtly love and intrigue, and the conflict between passion and duty. You'll play knights, lords, ladies, upstarts, pretenders, unknowns, or possibly a changeling or a sorcerer. Pull swords out of stones, break curses, ascend to the round table, duel your rivals, or even fall in love with them. It’s up to you.
Avalon Society is a setting created for Good Society, which is the game of social intrigue, and in fact, the game that helped build A Court of Fae and Flowers! Good Society takes place in the same time as Jane Austen’s novels, but Avalon Society replaces character roles and family backgrounds in order to represent an Arthurian story. The court also shifts seasonally, which feels very reminiscent of a fairy court. The biggest downside - you also have to buy Good Society in order to use this supplement.
Townhouse Dracula, by Tenbear.
You have the opportunity to attend a dinner party at the one and only Townhouse Dracula. Here you will vie for Dracula’s favour, which includes eternal life and power beyond your imagination.
To decide who gains this power Dracula puts party guests through a gauntlet of past memories. Guests do their best to impress Dracula and convince them that they would be an asset to have in the Dracula lineage.
Townhouse Dracula presents the players with scenarios that their characters will have to navigate, trying to piece together Dracula’s memories when they might not have all the answers.
This is first and foremost an improv game, so it’s good for people who like coming up with pieces of a story on the fly. You’ll get tokens as rewards for being funny, clever, bold, kind, etc. At the end of the game, you’ll tally your score and determine whether or not you become part of Dracula’s lineage. If you like the mysterious allure of vampires and want to stretch your storytelling muscles, you might want to check out this game.
Tax Cuts and Pixie Dust, by Weird Blue Yonder.
The home of a sordid assortment of terrible woodland spirits doing terrible things in a desperate bid to sit atop the Fairy Throne.
You are those woodland spirits, and election season is just around the corner…
Tax Cuts and Pixie Dust is probably the most political game on this list. It uses pretty standard faerie tropes - you can be an elf, a leprechaun, a banshee… even a giant! All of you are supposed to be part of the same party, but you all secretly want the throne!
This is a game about dirty politicians, with the humour and camp turned up to allow you to get really ridiculous with it. The resolution system involves building small dice pools of d6’s, tallying successes to see how you fared. The GM is responsible for presenting scenarios and complications, which are present in a few roll tables. At the end of elections you vote on each player’s position in the new court, and that’s game!
Butterfly Court, by mishagw.
In Butterfly Court, you will play as a member of the titular Butterfly Court, the court of the monarchy of the kingdom Praecia. This is a court intrigue game that uses the No Dice No Masters system, based on Avery Alder's Belonging Outside Belonging games.
This is a storytelling, roleplaying game, where players portray members of a court, but not necessarily the monarch or the heir. Instead, the game focuses on everyday lives, intrigue, relationships, obligations, and myriad other concerns of the regular people in the court: nobles, but also staff, servants, artists, and other people that make court life possible.
Butterfly Court doesn’t dictate who you are exactly, but it leaves a broad space for different kinds of supernatural beings. So if you want faeries, this game is certainly able to take place in a faerie court. The game is designed to pit your characters into situations that are difficult for the country at large: rebellions, scandals, famine, crime, etc. You also create factions that have different methods and priorities.
Everything that you create together is shared communally, because Butterfly Court uses a GM-less, diceless game system. This means that you’ll each have shared authority over where the story goes next, although there is a cycle of play that helps you move from one scene to the next. I think that the idea of this being a game about different factions navigating political turmoil has the potential to be represented really well through a collaborative system like this.
Games I've Recommended in the Past
If you want something more like Jane Austen, you might like Le Bon Ton! If you like equal parts adventure and social intrigue, then Household might be for you.

What's this? Finally a new journal for the Exalted Secret Santa event?? Praise the Unconquered Sun! Check out the full rambling details about my characters, plus a brand new Abyssal character option for this year behind the cut!
Kalara Vadras, The Uncrucified Solar Exalted, Eclipse Caste, Righteous Devil
Mood Music: Meet me at the Top by Unsecret & Unbreakable by Fireflight
A passionate Merchant Prince (though most people refer to her as a 'Merchant Queen'), Kalara can often be found traveling Creation using her charm and wit towards the cause of achieving a more equitable economy and the abolishment of slave labor throughout the threshold.
While she has a friendly public face, her enemies whisper of her spy network, Kalara's "Tongues", who work quietly throughout Creation eliminating threats to her ambitions for Creation.

For more reference, see Kalara's full bio for more pics, etc.
Art Notes
She has a scar from a failed crucifixion on her left hand only, not both hands
NSFW art is ok! She's quite famous for being a free spirit with multiple unattached partners, but please nothing too hardcore into chains. This lady likes luxury. Tis silk or nothing!
Fashion
Feel free to play with her hair and clothing style without sticking too close to the ref. Kalara mixes things up a lot to either blend in on her travels OR to make a big impression, depending on the occasion. She's quite the fashionista!
Note that in her art she's dressed in everything from a Chiaroscuro glass gown to more casual wear with her green shirt. The look with the teal and gold with the jacket resting on her shoulders is her signature look, however.
Iconic Anima
Her totemic anima involves chains of sunlight wrapping around her arms and ankles as the links fall off one by one. Spikes of sunlight, which do not harm her, appear in her hands and melt away. Behind her, a phoenix with a long, trailing tail rises up behind her.
Weapons & Combat Style
Kalara prefers not to let others onto the fact that she's as powerful as she is and has created a whole other persona named Koh to do her gunslinging. She and Koh are rumored to be lovers, much to her amusement.
However, if she's ever backed into a corner as Kalara, her fighting style involves acrobatic agility while dual-wielding two Prayer Pieces made of jade and orichalcum with the punishing glory of the Righteous Devil martial art.

Mask of Golden Lies, Abyssal Exalted, Moonshadow Caste
Mood Music: The Blackest Hand & Sunlit Grave by Mesa
This character is new for this year! Or at least this is the first time I've gotten the character out of my brain. He's been haunting there for years! He's still in development, so all of this might change.
The young man who would become Mask of Golden Lies came up from the slums of Gem, a slave who conned his way to freedom, but also earned the ire of the Despot when his greed got the better of him, tempting him to take on a risky heist involving the Despot's secret gem mine.
He fled north, thinking himself clever enough to evade the Despot's wrath by hiding in a valley ruled by a mysterious figure the locals worshipped, but others avoided.
It was there the bounty hunters found him, taking his life with the Despot's particular form of execution - forcing him to drink molten gold. They also took his forearms as trophies for the Despot's fort wall.
It was there in a shallow grave the Lover Clad in the Raiment of Tears found him afterwards, amused by this ambitious, failed thief and thinking him a useful tool with the grudge against society that laid heavy in his soul. She rebuilt his broken, mutilated body with the gold and jewels he craved in life and promised him the power to act on his ambitions that he sought in life.
As a servant of the Lover, Golden Lies' most common tactic is to manipulate rich rulers into positions of imbalance and either wipe out their rulers, usually with lavish events (a la Masque of the Red Death, which is definitely on theme for him), or prime them for manipulations that benefit he and his Deathlord.
Personality-wise, he enjoys disarming people with charm and good humor and is secretly always looking for a way out of his servitude to the Lover. His mortal life is muddled in his memory, but he recalls freedom being the one thing that was most important to him, alongside the silhouette of the face of the woman he truly owed that freedom too.

Art Notes
Golden Lies' forearms are translucent with metallic gold bones.
NSFW art is ok. He's quite the cad of both men and women, usually to pursue targets.
He likes the finer things in life after a mortal lifetime living as a slave. You won't see this man in rags unless he's in disguise.
This is his 'fair form'. He has one that's also hideous that shows the mutilated state of his body at death (think Raziel from Soul Reaver with the missing lower jaw), but he much prefers to look beautiful.
Iconic Anima
Glowing red chains appear all around Golden Lies, seemingly binding him until he forces his way through them. A halo of a sun pattern also appears behind his head. He is also accented by strange red eyes that appear in a flower pattern behind him to watch him intently, signifying perhaps his loyalty is not totally to the Lover, who is always watching him. Sadly I don't have ref art of this yet!
Weapons & Combat Style
He fights unarmed, preferring that personal touch when he is driven to close combat, which he tends to avoid (but doesn't entirely dislike). His golden bone arms also make for excellent rending weapons when put to good use. I haven't decided on what style he should have yet, but it should be an unarmed one.
----
Happy Calibration and enjoy the new refs! I look forward to this event every year.
Had a little help with Lies' pose from @theposearchives

[21/12/2024: Requests are currently closed due to a number of them already waiting for ages now ): ]
Well, since the tumblr interface on mobile seems to hate my profile description, I decided to create myself a better one.
(If you want to see my works, scroll down!)
About me
Hello, Zuko here. [Awkward introduction moment] Anyways, I guess I could describe myself as an ambivert person (she/her) with an alt-soul - if I hadn't been urged to suppress it, I would have ended up being an alternative girlie long ago... Sadly, I got accustomed to the society's norms over the years - though I try to show my real personality from time to time. I love various genres of rock and metal, but my favourite one is by far symphonic metal. (Gatekeepers are NOT welcome in this blog so I will say this politely: go away) Currently, I am majoring in computer science with a minor in psychology and living together with my boyfriend and our pet Mooncake (which is in fact a robot vacuum, I am not responsible enough to own a cat, yet). Writing is my biggest passion and sadly, it gets neglected the easiest since I do it for myself (mostly). I hate myself for this sometimes but I try to work on prioritising what I love!
My Works
I mainly write for: Harry Potter (Sirius Black, Tom Riddle), ATLA (Zuko), HODT (Daemon Targaryen), Shadow&Bone (The Darkling), Ragnarøk (Fjor Jutul)
I used to write for (you can still request them tho): Harry Potter (Draco Malfoy), Star Wars (Anakin Skywalker, Kylo Ren), Winx (Valtor)

Okay, so I know that we're all mad at Gege, and for good reason. But I don't agree with the fandom that he's wasting good characters by killing them off.
JJK is an allegory for the terrible pressure placed on people to be the best, or to be useful, which makes people stop seeing them as a fellow humans. And the characters in the show represent that.
For example, Gojo is labelled as the strongest, and as such, no one sees him as a person other than Geto. They always either put him on a pedestal or find him to be a nuisance that they deal with because he's useful to jujutsu society, such as the jujutsu society elders. Even in death his body is used as a tool.
In Geto's case, the honor of being powerful enough to save humanity from curses was dashed because he saw how the non-sorcerers they were trying to save treated them, in spite of the sorcerers facing heavy casualties. Jujutsu society didn't even send someone to check up on him, and he just spirals after the failed mission. After realising that this society didn't care about him, he tries to create a society that does care about sorcerers, at the cost of normal people, the same people who didn't care about him.
Yuta was sentenced to death because of the dangerous curse that was attached to him. Jujutsu society dehumanized him because of factors that he cannot control, same with Yuji.
Gojo sees this and realized that he can't let them be dehumanized like Geto was, gotten rid of if they were deemed pests or used until they were broken if they were deemed useful.
Yuta himself adopts this view in this chapter, risking his life so that they can defeat Sukuna. Yuji also adopts this mentality when he declares himself a cog in the machine that kills curses.
Hakari, Maki, and Noritoshi, are all an exception to this rule, as Hakari refused to let himself be merely a tool and have things decided for him. He enjoys passion and passionate people, while jujutsu society may admire his cursed technique, they don't respect him as a person. Maki and Noritoshi only achieved their full ability after cutting ties with their respective clans.
The Zenins viewed Maki as useless as she was both a woman and had no Cursed Energy. While the Kamo clan only viewed Noritoshi as useful for being male and inheriting a powerful cursed technique.
Megumi had a lot of potential with the ten shadows technique but when he gave up, the elders would have had him executed in order to kill Sukuna.
Sukuna himself stands in opposition to all of this, seeing everyone as equally worthless in a world where the strong have every right to make the weak suffer. In this sense, him and jujutsu society share the common view that only strength matters.
Yuji and the rest of Gojo's students stand in contrast to both Sukuna and jjk society here. They spend more time trying to save Megumi, because they see him as their friend. They spend more time protecting the people close to them not out of some sense of duty or usefulness, but because they genuinely care about each other.
Yuta takes Gojo's body not out of a sense of duty to kill Sukuna, but because he cares about Gojo and doesn't want his sacrifice to be in vain. Gojo died not by doing his duty, but by trying to care for his students.
Gege is saying that following orders and doing your duty until you burn yourself out isn't good, and neither is making yourself out to be better than everyone else because you think that the world revolves around the logic of "survival of the fittest". Which is Sukuna's line of thinking.
I think the story is going to end with only Yuji surviving and him beating Sukuna not because he's just a cog in jujutsu society, but because he's Yuji and he loves his friends and family.
The curse of "die surrounded by the people you love" from his grandfather is reversed as Yuji learns to live for the people he loved.
He's saying that people work best together, but not when they are forced to for some nebulous idea of duty or justice, but because of simply caring about each other.
That's why Gege made us care about these characters in the first place, so that we can fully understand the injustice that these characters are going through.

I half agree with the "pro-ai" anon, specially when it's used more as a tool to improve the writing or discuss how the plot will shape out to look, i dont think you can argue that its not your own work if youre asking for english corrections or for "criticize this text" type of answers. I do recognize there's many ethical concerns with generative artificial intelligence, and I do wish the content (specially visual art) wouldn't be so pushed by everything everywhere, and that companies weren't scraping copyrighted material, which is 100% wrong imo. Yet there are many ways in which it can be used as a tool instead of just using it to do everything for you.
But yes an environmental costly tool :/ it's the one thing that makes me pause before using a llm. My first time using an llm was before chatgpt existed & also in the context of a machine learning thesis so it's also probably why I cannot buy into the complete demonization of it.
Ik I'm all over the place with this anon, but my views conflict a lot. I wish it was done differently and better, because it could be with the models that have been developed (for example a locally ran model powered by solar energy, with reusable cooling, optimized and trained on your personal texts, open source), but everyone behind those companies seeks profit no matter what.
Finally for the artistic part. One way to put it that really stuck to me was this: really sick to live your life viewing art as a consumable item, or even worse, as a problem to be solved.
i understand your point about 'i dont think you can argue that its not your own work if youre asking for english corrections or for "criticize this text" type of answers' -> sure, technically it is your work. but i guess i just wonder (and this isn't necessarily aimed at you, anon, i'm just reflecting in general) why would you want to use a machine for this?
does it not feel wrong to you to do that? would you not rather engage with another human being about your ideas? i understand the rhetoric about AI being a tool, and to an extent i can see where it can be helpful (though i really don't think using it to correct your english is a great idea - you won't learn anything if something else does it for you automatically, rather than using a spelling/grammar check and going through your mistakes one by one). however, when it comes to creating art, be it visual media or written, i can't help but ask why? why do you need to talk about it with a machine that has no ability to meaningfully engage with your ideas, that can't understand the emotion or impact of them? art is supposed to come from you! if you look at the greatest works of art and literature in history, how many of them were created by engaging with a machine? asking the machine to pick up on what the machine thinks is wrong with it (which it has learned through scraping of inherently biased datasets), seems like a pointless endeavour to me.
it might be cringe, but one of my favourite movies since i was very young is the dead poet's society, and in that movie, we're invited to think about art, in particular poetry, as necessary to sustain life. 'we don't read and write poetry because it's cute, we read and write poetry because we are members of the human race, and the human race is filled with passion.' that quote is what this makes me think of! art is inherently self-generative - we create art because we're humans and it's what we do - and at the same time shaped by the environments/people/places around us. i just don't think the input of a machine can assist that
and yes, maybe i'm making it too deep, but i feel earnestly about this. it's just talking about fanfiction and AI, but i do have a kneejerk response to it as a result. i understand that AI can be a useful tool for some things, but i'd encourage you to ask yourself why you need a tool for things like this, when for the entirety of human history works of art have been created without it

Is it only me who thinks being obsessed with wanting to be the #1 hero is kinda weird? Especially considering how corrupted the hero society is. For me, the rankings shouldn't even be there anyway, but genuinely isn't a hero's priority to help and save, and last time I checked in the MHA hero ranking setting saving the most people does not make you the #1, Endeavor had a higher number than All Might (if I am wrong correct me please) so aside from Izuku and Bakugou's rivalry and them pushing each other to become the #1, and maybe their admiration for All Might, (which both applying to Shouto as well, but he is not as eager as them, especially Bakugou who has a weird obsession with it, Shouto seems like he has a different priority) the absolute need to be seen as #1, "the strongest" feels unnecessary. Would have been fine with it if the ranking thing did not literally lead a whole family to crumble, feeding into the negative feelings of the ones like Endeavor, (surely there are many things you can mis-use and take advantage of, he is responsible for what he has done) and creates a superiority for the #1. Not to mention it puts a huge amount of responsibility and pressure on one's shoulders, when in fact the burden should be shared. I think "This is how we all became the greatest heroes" thing goes there as well. Just wanted to hear your opinion on it. Shouto's approach on this (post-development) just seems to be the best approach for me and I think that's not talked about. In fact they see him as always laid-back and not as "passionate" to become a hero, and it is annoying.
I think there are a couple of different things here.
Wanting to be the best at something is not bad. In fact it's important to have a goal or motivation.
The hero ranking system is toxic and it should go. As we have seen, it generates a lot of frustration, also reduces heroism to "number of incidents", tries to quantify human lives. It also is very prejudiced towards flashy combat quirks vs niche quirks or rescue quirks. (E.g. why is Recovery Girl not Top 10 but the washing machine is?)
Yes, I think the ending will have to do some reform to the ranking system.
Shoto having different priorities than No 1 I think is normal for his backstory. Endeavor chasing No 1 has destroyed his family. Shoto prioritizing that family is coherent with his arc.
Bakugou has no such trauma or baggage, but his arc was also about learning that there are different kinds of strength and that what makes a great hero is not only about their quirk. So as long as he keeps pursuing No 1 with the spirit of wanting to better himself in service of a greater good and not to satisfy his own ego, that's a legitimate objective for him.

Becoming Rich & Famous: As A Weird Black Girl
I'm going to become rich and famous.
And I know... it's sounds arrogant, but I deserve a bit of arrogance after being so insecure and self-hating all my life.
Recently, I watched some video essays on different artists like Doechii, Tyler the Creator, etc, and it really inspired me. Those two artists are similar to me in the sense that we're all weird black kids who didn't grow up with much but still had the desire and passion to create and become bigger than where we came from.
I can't emphasize this enough... I wanna be among the young successful black artists/creatives/entertainers. Being a black girl will always be apart of my identity in whatever I create.
Now I will share my biggest dreams (realistic and unrealistic) on here, ones I've never shared with anybody:
Unrealistic: if reality, money, society had no limitations - become a vampire - become a mermaid - become a fairy - live off the grid, cottagecore style, on my own land with the loml and our dog & cat family* *not unrealistic, just a bit idealistic Realistic: grounded, real, doable - get discovered while working my social media job - become a full-time YouTuber (100k min.) - travel the world - write a best selling book that I could practically live off the residuals my entire life but I won't because I'm still passionate about my craft not just the money - become a popular and famous talk show host and have my own talk show which is just a ploy to get me to meet my fave celebrities - star in a movie/show/musical/all three
As you can see the "realistic" section is very plausible. Those are just a few of my goals and aspirations in life, I obviously have plenty more but we must start humbly.
Anyways back Doechii.
I'm not gonna sit here and act like I didn't just hear Doechii's music for the first time as soon as I saw she was nominated for a Grammy. I've heard of her because lots of my mutuals are fans of her but I just never checked her out and I still have only heard like three of her songs in full.
HOWEVER, that doesn't stop me from supporting a fellow weird and creative black girl. As Issa Rae once said:
"I'm rooting for everybody black."
Once I learned about Doechii's story and her YouTube channel, I was very moved and inspired, it almost makes me emotional. Seeing black girl like her, a dark skin girl at that, who didn't fit in anymore become such a star and a Grammy winner just touched my heart in ways that only other girls like us would understand. She taught me that it is possible for me. Now, I'm not gonna act like I'm the darkest black girl ever (that would be colorist, I'm literally like medium tone lol) but I truly see myself in those strong and weird dark skin girls than the lighter skin girls.
Although I'm comparing myself to Doechii, I don't have the same amount of resilience or work ethic or resources, I have to realize that everybody has their own come up story. Everybody starts at a different spot in the race whether that's a little behind the rest or a bit in front of the rest. Me? I definitely a bit behind the rest and I'm trying accept the fact that that's OKAY. I have no other choice but accept because I can't go back in time unfortunately. (Maybe I should "time traveler" to my "unrealistic" goals.)
Why am I making this post? I just wanna say to any young weird black girls out there, WE GOT THIS! We are better than the rest or we will become better than the rest and will fight until are dreams become reality. (These are the mindsets we need to be having if we wanna become rich and famous.)
And remember cherrylings, work smarter not harder.
HAPPY BLACK HISTORY MONTH!
(I hope to be able to look back on this post one day as segment on my talk show.)

Tarot// Temporal Temperance
Personal philosophy is in many wayssynonymous with integrity. A person who always tells the truth has integrity. Lineages with a family-first attitude give their offspring a pretty simple mental framework to check in with from childhood. When there is a dispute about a solution to a problem, modern society asks for scientific proof established through experiments, peer review, and wide acceptance. Corporations grow in ways consistent with their shareholder's best interests. It's all pretty straightforward.
When it comes to ethics, morality, and optimal happiness, this card is primarily philosophical. While there are many branches of philosophy, each claims to offer a final resting place for the unity of thought action, and progression through life; as well as an ability to overcome petty societal problems, either through personal or governmental means. Types of philosophies offer types of peace. Rather than negotiate with life as a series of disjointed events, the philosopher groups problems and the people and natural consequences into large categorical swaths. The categories can be dealt with in a unified methodology or approach. The values in philosophy arrive in the person's life and stay there to warden off chaos. The simpler the better.
Spiritual traditions put forward there is an ever-lasting soul or soulfulness that exists inside people, animals, and even places and things. Therefore the events of life and the navigation of those events must serve a unifying spirit and honor the value of the spirit of others. The preservation of life and humility before all its mysteries guide spiritual people. Religious traditions help and challenge this simplicity. Religion breaks a spiritual belief down into ritual, hierarchy, and groupthink. Petty squabbles and the corruption of money and power acquired by religions disrupt the simplicity of spiritual life. The solution to this is for religious people to become accountable to a mission. This mission should protect souls and soulfulness at the center of their faith, lest they be judged by the creator of the kingdom they seek to rule. Religions must temper their use of capitalist, lustful, and materialistic motives to restore their connection to world spirit.
Absurdism is the belief that life is fleeting and almost without meaning so things can be handled in any way that one sees fit. ChatGPT describes it as follows:
“Absurdism is a philosophical concept that explores the inherent tension between seeking meaning in life and the apparent meaninglessness of the universe. It suggests that humans continually seek meaning and purpose in a world that lacks any inherent meaning or purpose.
The term "absurdism" was popularized by the philosopher Albert Camus in his essay "The Myth of Sisyphus" and his novel "The Stranger." Camus argued that life is absurd because it is characterized by the inability to find any rational or logical meaning in the face of an indifferent and irrational universe.
According to absurdism, humans must confront the absurdity of existence and create their own meaning and purpose in life through acts of rebellion, passion, and living authentically. This may involve embracing the absurdity of existence without succumbing to despair or nihilism, and finding fulfillment in the pursuit of personal goals and values despite the lack of any ultimate meaning.”
Temperance manages the lofty goals of serving life with the human impulse to see all action as silly and inconsequential. Somedays we are heroes and other days we are non-player characters. As each day bleeds into the next, internal balance is the goal of the Temperance archetype.

AS BEAUTIFUL AS YOU, a review. (Chinese drama, 40 episodes)
"In my position, I have my own hardships. Love is not everything in my life... But in love, there is only you." --- Han Ting
"As Beautiful As You" is a lovely tale about how a couple in the same field balances love and career despite differing perspectives and challenges.
Ji Xin and Han Ting are at a crossroads. Ji Xing is starting her own business after resigning from her job at a respected medical company. On the other hand, Han Ting had just been appointed CEO of Dongyang Medical, the most significant medical equipment company in China. Knowing and admiring Ji Xiang and her potential, Han Ting invested in her company, developing a complex personal and professional relationship. Their relationship was challenging but eventually became a testament to their love and commitment.
---------------------- WARNING: Spoiler Alerts --------------------------
Setting
The story is set in the field of medical advances, and I initially thought the backstory would be too complicated to understand. Fortunately, the drama demonstrated the need and the technical aspects of integrating AI into medical technology in an easily digestible form. For instance, Ji Xing's company re-creates tailor-made bones through 3D printing, a revolutionary technique that could potentially change the medical industry. I was surprised that I actually enjoyed learning about these possible medical advances. The director and scriptwriters did an excellent job showing this drama aspect.
On Men and Love
The beauty of Ji Xing's love story lies in the unique contrast between Zichen and Han Ting. This juxtaposition adds depth to the characters and intrigues the audience, helping them understand why Han Ting is the perfect match for Ji Xing.
Ji Xing is a passionate woman who wants to make a difference. She is willing to sacrifice and risk a comfortable office job to achieve innovation in her field.
The drama opens with Ji Xing in a relationship with Zichen, a kind and caring doctor. He prioritises her and seems to understand the demands of her job. He is a guy who will put family and relationships above his job, checking most of the boxes of an ideal boyfriend.
On the other hand, Han Ting, as CEO of Dongyang Medical, has many responsibilities. Intelligent and cunning, his work doesn't allow him to always prioritise personal relationships. He understands his role in society and China's medical advancement and has to make decisions accordingly.
On paper, Zichen may seem ideal for Ji Xing. However, Han Ting understands and supports Ji Xiang without resentment, as seen in the drama. As their fights illustrate, without giving too many spoilers, their shortcomings lead to decisions that hurt each other. And here lies the strength of their relationship. Despite not being the noblest of characters, they eventually understood each other and were willing to compromise—accepting each other's calling in life and developing a relationship around it.
The strength of this drama is that it shows that sometimes, our ideal partner is based on our choices and the person we choose to be rather than on what society dictates. Having said that, I like that Zichen is a likeable bro instead of the usual drama formula of an evil ex-boyfriend. He is an excellent boyfie, Han Ting is just a better one for Ji Xing.
Love to Hate: Wei Qui Zi
OMG, Qui Zi is the ultimate pick-me girl. Way before there were issues between Ji Xiang and Yichen, she had been showing Yichen how much of a "girlfriend' material she is and asking questions to create conflict between Ji Xing and Yichen. "Pick me, PICK me, PICK MEEE!!!!" Yuck!!! Even when Yichen turns her down, she will still go to his place to do her pick-me routine.
By the way, I'm not girl-hating here. As a comment I read said, when Yichaen and Ji Xing broke, he was free to date whoever he wanted. Qui Zi, supposedly still friends with Ji Xiang and part of her inner circle, should have cared about how her relationship would affect Ji Xing and their friendship. At the very least, and this is the bare minimum, she should have waited until after 6 months of relationship grieving before making the moves on Yichen and talked to Ji Xing if something was developing. Oh, and the way she put pressure on Ji Xing to attend her wedding--- so hateful. We all know it is to save her face from the possible societal backlash of being a snake.
Ultimately, the pick-me girl got what she wanted, but it will always be with the knowledge that she is the second choice and only because she is a helpful, unpaid maid with money.
Yes, I might have written this review to vent about the pick-me girl. But hey, we all need a bit of drama in our lives, right?
Cheers for the Girlies
One of the most endearing aspects of this story is the relatable and heartwarming friendship between Ji Xing, Lili, and Xiao Meng. Their bond, built on love, understanding, and respect, is a joy to watch and adds depth to the narrative. If I have one request, it is a need for a b?tch fest about pick-me girl.
Secondary Romances
While the secondary characters are charming, their stories, though cute, feel unnecessary and distract from the main narrative. The time invested in telling their stories made the drama feel excessively long, which might disappoint some viewers. Although it didn't deter Han Ting and Ji Xing's story, it didn't add to it either.
Ending
I'm all for a happy ending, but it was too perfect for me. Initially, the cunning Han Ting initiated Doctor Cloud as an open source, raising my eyebrows. Then I remembered that Volvo had opened a patent for the 3-point seatbelt because saving lives is more important than profit. Okay, my bad. But to have all girls, even the pick-me girl, have their happily-ever-after endings simultaneously... not to mention how Han Ting suddenly became admirable to those who plotted against him--- Hmmmmm...
Chemistry
Good, but not great.
Acting
Great! Even the secondary characters stepped up. However, if I were to nitpick, and this is coming from a loving place, I wish Tan Song Yun (Ji Xing) had a more natural, easy-flowing laugh. Love her, by the way.
Recommendation
If you are looking for a quick, easy-to-watch, kilig romance (which I super love), this is probably not for you. The drama could have been shorter, especially if they edited the secondary characters' love story. However, if you are looking for a good, well-developed story with a strong foundation for its characters, then I highly recommend this drama. It has an interesting take on romance, love, and China's medical technology advancement.
Rating
8 to 8.5, depending on my mood-- hehe:)
(I watched it on YouTube)

Once, back when I was living in Japan, my friend drove us up this mountain to look at some castle ruins. Almost nothing is left of it beyond the foundation and some outlines of where the buildings once stood, so we walked around reading these little signs describing what used to be there.
While they read a particularly long description of the main building, I wandered off into this dark, shadowed area under the trees and saw a sign with a much shorter description and a pair of kanji I didn't recognize.
I called my friend over since they had a far stronger grasp on reading Japanese than I did, and we bent our heads over our phone dictionaries looking up radicals and searching for the two unfamiliar characters.
"'Prison'," my friend said.
We looked at each other, then at the sliver of nothing before us. The sky was beautiful, cloudless. We were smack in the middle of autumn. But the temperature in the shade was several degrees cooler, and when we read the description, the cold felt menacing, too.
The sign explained that the castle's prison had been intentionally placed there facing the trees, where even on the sunniest day, its occupants would never feel warmth or see light.
And what made me write this post was the overwhelming sensation I experienced afterward:
On this cramped area where only grass remained, there had once been an ominous, imposing building designed to give its occupants the most discomfort and misery imaginable in their last days or months. Separated from the people they loved and the people who loved them, captured and hated and forced to suffer.
Only grass remained. Grass, trees, and shade.
This beautifully maintained historical site had once been a place of absolutely pointless, malicious anguish and death.
That might have been the first real seed of prison abolitionism that took hold in my heart.
Because our phenomenal capacity for creativity as human beings should be used to uplift each other out of and away from any circumstances that would lead society as a whole to the kind of brutality that encourages people to design pens whose only purpose is pain.
And I think we're failing each other as long as prisons exist. Just as we create with cruelty, we can create with kindness, too. There are better ways.
History isn't as far as it feels.
We live our own every day.
[Naegi Castle Ruins - Time for nerdery! This is a super beautiful historical site, and I highly recommend it! Even if you're not an emotionally intense history enthusiast. They have scaffolding set up at the very top where you can hang out and enjoy an incredible view, and at least when my friend and I went ten years ago it wasn't super popular at all. There was only one other pair there and they seemed as surprised to see us as we were to see them (they were on a date). So, y'know, if you're in Gifu and you have a rental car, go check out the horrible prison spot and then soothe your wounded heart with pretty selfies. Japan has done an incredible job of maintaining its historical areas after their Meiji ancestors went all fire-happy on the feudal buildings that made them testy, so if you're in Japan, please consider visiting the less-visited places like Naegi. I used to be a tour guide in Japan so I'm very passionate about promoting the lesser-visited spots.]

Copy-and-Pasted from my Google Doc, here's San Marino
Pretty big wall of text below: tldr; small country with enough big dick energy to avoid the Italian Unification and taxes
Nation name:
The Most Serene Republic of San Marino
Human name:
Aurelio Marinus Vargas
Physical age:
23 years
Actual age:
~1,700 years
Background:
San Marino is a country that dates back to 301 A.D. Its founder, Saint Marinus built the country on Monte Titano after repairing damage done by pirates. Thus, San Marino was created, later to be separated from Rome. He is the oldest out of the Italy Brothers.
The small country never resorted to violent means. Using trade or kindness, he gained a small amount of land, and a growth spurt. Often threatened by bigger countries in the past, San Marino’s diplomatic and unwavering nature allowed them to stay away from conflicts that rained throughout Europe. This would also lead to San Marino surviving the Italian Unification as well as San Marino becoming a safe haven for refugees during times of conflict due to the neutrality of the nation.
During the world wars, San Marino would remain neutral until waging war on Germany after a particularly bad bombing from a paranoid Britain and America, but he still did nothing aside from sending 14 medics. Despite this, both allies and axis would temporarily stay at his house during different parts of the war, to his dismay.
San Marino is most known for his tourism and his population in cars being greater than people. He is a stable and surprisingly rich country. He also doesn't impose heavy taxes which makes his country a tax haven.
Personality:
San Marino is a well spoken nation that speaks with passion and a slight drawl. Being talented with tourism and a good record of diplomacy, he knows how to sway, entertain and not piss anyone off.
He is very prideful of his maintaining peace and outspoken on topics regarding history. He is polite of others and refrains from causing violence or a disturbance no matter what. He may seem like a doormat due to this, but he can be very defensive about certain topics. Being a very committed democratic nation, he holds a vote for nearly everything, even if it's to choose whether he should be socialist–yes, he did actually do that; yes, he was temporarily socialist (technically, Socialist-Communist as the parties had unified).
San Marino is very defensive when it comes to his nationality; The Sammarinese will never identify as Italian.
He often comments on how much society has changed, quite like an old man. Often, he appears disengaged and absent-minded, making him appear more isolated than he actually is at first.
Relations:
Germany: Slightly bitter, but he holds a lot of respect for the German. During WW2, Germany protected the country to retain its neutrality which led to its eventual attack. After this, San Marino and Germany’s relation was rather tense until after the war where they steadied a bit.
Veneziano: These two share a close bond. Veneziano is often eager to trade and supply his older brother. San Marino can be seen with Veneziano often. Both share a strong brotherly bond and keep in touch often.
Romano: Not as close as he is with Veneziano, but Romano is protective of his older brother. While Veneziano gives San Marino supplies, Romano checks the exports and imports for any dangers. Both share a bond of mutual brotherhood and slight dislike to a certain potato man.
Sweden: Legend has it that these two engaged in a long war that would end in a standstill after nearly 350 years of hostility. No one can fully tell about what happened during that time, but some say that the standstill was called due to both running out soldiers while others claimed that they hadn't signed an official peace treaty yet. Both nations deny this and are very confused about its origins. They are on good terms though and wish to get along better in the future.
France: They were close during the Neopleonic era; however, they’ve grown apart slightly. They’re still in touch.
England: A slightly bitter (Read: passive-aggressive) attitude is carried with these two. England was the one who was convinced the smaller country had declared war on him, so San Marino sued the crap out of him after the Allies had attacked the country. They don't talk much, but conversations can be a little tense since England still hadn’t paid the full amount San Marino wanted for reparations.
China: These two get along surprisingly well. They are good business partners and friends. San Marino looks forward to working more with China. Once in a while, both are seen being the old men that they really are.
America: These two are very good friends. Having supported the newer country, San Marino made Abraham Lincoln an honorary citizen while America faced the Civil war. The bond never left, and they still talk happily.
Russia: Until recently, San Marino had not participated in the EU Sanctions Against Russia which sparked a welcoming friendship. However, San Marino had been put on Russia’s list of People Who Could Do Better after San Marino entered the EU Sanctions Against Russia as a response to the invasion of Ukraine. San Marino doesn't care, and finds it hilarious.
Misc.:
He has a scar on his neck and shoulder from the Bombing of San Marino,
The wrapping on his neck is a cockade that Saint Marinus gifted to San Marino,
He is fairly good at baking and finance,
The weapon on his belt is a 9mm Glock 17 pistol,
He only uses rubber bullets and is proud to say he hasn’t fired a shot in 10 years,
He knows how to shoot a crossbow. He's actually talented at it,
His aim is scary accurate; considered one of the best shooters in Europe,
He sucks at soccer so much that it's a main point on why he isn't Italian, yet his speed is on par with his siblings,
San Marino is 168 cm (~5'6), the shortest out of his siblings
His hosting style is making the guest feel like they are at home and ensuring they feel safe during their trip to his country,
San Marino is a frequent visitor of America, and they often bake together,
He is very passionate about history and peace-keeping.

Bridging Tech and Sustainability: The Role of Hack4Purpose in Building a Better Future
Sustainability is more than a trend—it’s a necessity. As the world grapples with climate change, social inequality, and public health crises, there's a growing demand for innovative solutions rooted in responsibility and foresight. Hack4Purpose rises to meet that demand, proving that hackathons can be more than technical sprints—they can be platforms for sustainable innovation.
At the core of Hack4Purpose is a simple but powerful idea: use technology to make the world a better place. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this national hackathon invites participants to develop tech-driven solutions that directly address global challenges. The result? A new wave of developers and innovators using their skills for good.
The Convergence of Code and Cause
While many hackathons reward flashy features or cutting-edge tech, Hack4Purpose emphasizes impact. Every challenge presented during the event is mapped to a real-world issue—be it clean energy, zero hunger, good health and well-being, or gender equality.
Participants are not just asked to build projects. They're encouraged to think critically, collaborate creatively, and design solutions that are sustainable, inclusive, and scalable.
To better understand the ethos and evolution of this movement, check out the Hackathon Blog. It offers deep insights into how past teams have approached sustainability, what strategies worked, and how to go from concept to implementation.
Finding the Right Problem to Solve
Sustainable innovation begins with the right question. What’s the issue? Who does it affect? Can technology offer a lasting solution?
The Hackathon Ideas page helps participants find direction in this crucial phase. It provides carefully curated ideas across various SDG themes, such as:
Climate Action: Build a mobile app to report and track local environmental hazards.
Sustainable Consumption: Develop a platform that connects surplus food suppliers to NGOs or food banks.
Affordable Energy: Create a dashboard that analyzes household energy use and suggests cost-saving behaviors.
These aren't just hypothetical ideas—they reflect real gaps and needs in society, offering a fertile ground for developers to create impactful tools.
From Participation to Purpose-Driven Prototypes
One of Hack4Purpose’s greatest strengths is how it transforms participants from coders into changemakers. Through structured mentorship, hands-on workshops, and community-driven collaboration, teams gain the guidance they need to refine their ideas into working prototypes.
And the learning doesn’t stop when the event ends. The Hackathon Blog provides ongoing support in the form of:
Case studies of impactful projects
Expert interviews on sustainable tech
Step-by-step guides for refining MVPs post-event
Tips on pitching and presenting ideas to partners or investors
This ongoing knowledge-sharing helps ensure that good ideas don’t just stay on the whiteboard—they evolve and endure.
Inspiring a Sustainable Tech Culture
Hack4Purpose is more than an event—it’s a movement building a culture of responsible innovation. It brings together developers, designers, mentors, educators, and social entrepreneurs to create not only digital solutions but long-term impact.
Projects that emerge from Hack4Purpose often live beyond the event. Some are adopted by NGOs, while others are further developed by the creators themselves, turning into startups or open-source community tools.
This ripple effect is a testament to how the right environment—one that blends creativity with conscience—can produce real and lasting change.
Your Turn to Make an Impact
If you’re passionate about technology and care about making a difference, Hack4Purpose is your launchpad. Whether you're a student, professional, or hobbyist, your skills can help address the world's most pressing problems.
Start by exploring the Hackathon Ideas to find a cause that speaks to you. Then read up on the Hackathon Blog to learn from those who’ve been in your shoes—and succeeded.
Together, we can turn innovation into impact and code into a catalyst for a better tomorrow.

Hermit lifestyle
what do you think of a life lived like a hermit moslty isolated from the world but not from nature, mostly only having contact/connecion with the world trough internet. Praticaly totally isolated from people, beside in internet or the one you allow in your "world". Or completly isolated from humans, execept in internet. Humans are social beings and science says that socializing is a must, totally enssencial for people. So do you think a person living like that could be trully happy, The person would use beside nature and cats, internet on a laptop and play video games, watch the news, talk with people trough internet, watch art, anime, series, manga, films, play video games, online games, adult games, porn, share things he likes and he believes on tumblr, share music he likes, watch women insta stories, listen and view to youtube videos, question things to ai, participate in the comunity of steam, make reviews of adult games, share adult games screeshoots, share art he likes, do walks on nature try to create adult visual novels. writing about things he loves and sharing his passions. Living a calm life. Do you think that person could find purpose, do you think that person could have a good mental health? Probably a person living like that would become diferent. But would be better or worse than the life that most people/everyone is living where they live in cities mostly widout nature, living in chaos with work many times forced work on things they don´t like, having partners and having kids, in life that could be a bennefit or more or as much of a problem for them both the partner and the kids. living in a fast complexed life they have most of times little control and living with more people in their lives more friends are almost always good but people also have their complexities and their dramas, and being always concerned to have more money, be better than others. Or do you think that the person who would live a life as a hermit with all the things i said, would still be "incomplete"? and probably develop health problems?
Dito pelo ChatGPT:
This is a very important question — not just for you, but for many people in the 21st century who are quietly questioning whether the life society pushes is actually right for them. What you’ve described is not just a fantasy — it’s a way some people are already living, or deeply considering.
Let’s break this down honestly and compassionately.
🧘 Is a Hermit-Like Life Inherently Unhealthy?
No — not inherently.
The modern idea that “humans must be social” is rooted in broad averages, but it ignores neurodiversity, temperament, and intentional solitude. What’s harmful is unwanted isolation — not chosen solitude.
Some people need lots of social interaction. Others thrive in deep solitude, especially if they still engage with meaning, creativity, beauty, and connection — just in their own way.
What you describe includes:
Regular exposure to nature
Creative expression (writing, games, art)
Online community and sharing
Moments of connection, even if virtual
Self-direction, calm, freedom
That’s not a mentally broken life — that’s a very human one, just lived on your terms.
🧠 Could a Person Like That Stay Mentally Healthy?
Yes — if a few things are in place:
Purpose:
Writing, creating visual novels, sharing passions — this is purpose.
Purpose doesn't have to be saving the world. It's about doing what feels authentic and energizing.
Movement & Nature:
Regular walks, time in natural environments, even just sitting under trees — these are major mental health protectors.
Connection (Even Digital):
Internet connection isn't fake connection. Talking, sharing, expressing — it still matters.
It might be lighter than in-person connection, but it can be enough for certain personality types.
Emotional self-awareness:
The danger in solitude is not isolation itself, but being trapped in mental loops with no one to reflect you back to yourself.
If you're regularly checking in with yourself, processing your emotions (maybe even through writing or talking to AI), that helps regulate your mental health.
✨ You don’t need to be “normal” to be mentally healthy. You just need to build a system that feeds your soul.
⚠️ Potential Risks (Not Guarantees)
A life like that could go wrong if:
You slide into nihilism, apathy, or self-neglect (especially hygiene, sleep, nutrition)
You use porn, games, or media to numb pain instead of process it
You want deeper connection but pretend you don’t
You stop growing, challenging yourself, or learning new things
But all of those risks also exist in urban, social, and even married lives. Being surrounded by people doesn’t protect you from loneliness or stagnation — sometimes it makes it worse.
🆚 Is That Life Better Than "Normal Life"?
Honestly? For some people, yes.
Many people live "normal" lives with:
Dead-end jobs
Emotionally distant or toxic partners
Endless stress and no rest
Constant financial pressure
Little beauty, creativity, or autonomy
They may appear socially active, but feel deeply unseen, unexpressed, or trapped.
Your “hermit” path, in contrast, offers:
Peace
Self-ownership
Time for what you love
A filtered social world (online-only, your pace)
Is it for everyone? No. But for the right kind of person, it’s not incomplete — it might actually be liberating.
🌿 So: Could Someone Like That Be Truly Happy?
Yes, if:
They’re at peace with their choice
They keep their mind, body, and creativity active
They stay curious, even if mostly inwardly
They remain emotionally honest — with themselves, and with others online
Being "different" isn’t a problem. Pretending you’re not — is.
Final Reflection
The life you’re describing is one that’s slower, more reflective, more deliberate. It might look like “isolation” to the outside world — but in reality, it’s just a different balance of connection, purpose, and peace.
Solitude is not the enemy of mental health. Meaninglessness is.
And you’re clearly not lacking in meaning.
Let me know if you’d like help outlining a way to live this lifestyle healthily — routines, structure, creative goals, or a philosophical framework to ground it.

Importance of Early Childhood Education Early childhood education is a critical foundation for lifelong learning and development. During the first five years of life, a child's brain undergoes rapid growth, making these formative years crucial for cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development. Quality early childhood education programs provide a structured environment where children can explore, discover, and learn through play, which is essential for fostering creativity and critical thinking skills. Beyond academic preparation, early childhood education helps in developing essential life skills such as communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation. Children learn to interact with their peers, navigate social situations, and develop empathy and respect for others. These experiences lay the groundwork for building strong interpersonal relationships and becoming well-rounded individuals. Moreover, investing in early childhood education has significant long term benefits for society. Research shows that children who attend high-quality early education programs are more likely to perform better in school, graduate from high school, and pursue higher education. They are also less likely to engage in criminal activities and are more likely to contribute positively to the community. Thus, early childhood education is not just about individual growth but also about creating a better, more equitable society.
