#reminded me of that moment with Chucky

I adore hanging out with my little cousins no matter what we do (I spent a lot of time with the two youngest ones these past two weekends, and we played a lot of Pokerogue and Slay the Princess and I showed them some cool movies) but I especially love telling them stories because they're always so attentive and ask the best questions. 🥺💕
(There is also nothing more flattering than a tech-obsessed child with attention problems turning off their favorite YouTuber's video so they can sit down and listen to you tell a story. 🥹)
#i talk#cousin talk#Been thinking about this the past few days and I'm still so warm and fuzzy over it#I've been telling them the story of the Odyssey lately#And I told them about Epic and explained how people were adapting this old story into a musical#And I showed them some animations#but they still preferred my stories and I was like 🥺💕😭#Listen I know I'm a good storyteller but sometimes those reminders hit different#I know that specific moment / day is gonna be ingrained in my mind#just like that time in like... 5th grade? ish? When half the kids on the playground sat down around me#so they could listen to me tell the story of Chucky#I'd never watched the movie and I confessed it to a few of them when we had to go back to class#and they didn't even care they were like ''I don't care what the movie was about that story was better''#:')#Maybe I should just frickin record my stories and THEN write them down so I don't agonize over a story for 9 months before posting 1 chapte#I think some of my best stories are ones I just say out loud without prior planning

Nurse brings their baby to work because they couldn't find the baby sitter. And the baby first word is dad. how would the slasher react to suddenly being called dad???
Michael Myers
Michael stares at the baby in your arms, his expression hidden behind his mask, but you can sense his surprise. He wasn’t expecting to be called dad, and the word feels foreign to him. For a moment, he freezes, his usual menacing air disappearing as he just stares. Slowly, he reaches out, his hand gently touching the baby's tiny fist. Though he doesn't say anything, there's a subtle shift in his body language, a quiet acceptance of the title.
Yeah. That baby is gonna have a great dad.
Jason Voorhees
Jason, who is often seen as a protector in his own way, might feel a wave of unexpected emotion. He has affection for them and the appellation dad did make him still for a second, reminding him of what he once longed for—a family and love. He crouches down slowly, tilting his head in that childlike way he sometimes does, unsure of how to react but clearly moved. Gently, he pats the baby’s head, trying to be as soft as possible, his usually violent hands becoming tender. Jason lost his father at a young age, and he would make sure that doesnt happen with your baby.
Freddy Krueger
Freddy's reaction would be more layered. He'd laugh, finding the idea of being called dad by your child both amusing and strange. "Well, look who’s got great taste," he’d tease, his grin wide and mischievous. "Calling me daddy, huh ? Heck. I might start to like you, ya lil’ goblin !"
But deep down, there might be a flicker of something else—perhaps a sense of pride, though he’d never admit it. He’d probably try to play it off, cracking jokes, but you’d catch a glimmer in his eyes that says it means more than he lets on. Freddy wanted to be a father, before he died. But he never got the chance. So, he’d be secretly happy to keep an eye on your baby.
Chucky

Chucky would be taken aback, but his pride would swell almost instantly. "That's right, kid ! Dad's here !" he’d say with a wicked grin, clearly enjoying the title. He’d probably pick up the baby—carefully, for once—and start telling them how lucky they are to have him as their father. Chucky would take this as an ego boost and start acting like he's the best "dad" in the room, making jokes and pretending to give fatherly advice.
He would be the type of father to fight tooth and nail for his kid though—even though he pretends not to care.
Norman Bates
Norman would be stunned, unsure how to process being called dad. His face would soften as a mix of emotions flicker across his expression—uncertainty, fear, and a strange sense of warmth. He’s never really had anyone look to him in such a way before, and it would catch him off guard. "Dad…" he’d repeat softly, almost as if testing the word himself. There’s a brief moment where you see a tender, vulnerable side of him emerge. He’d be happy. But…He would also be conflicted because he’s never really had a father figure before and he would be afraid to not be up to the task…
Brahms Heelshire
Brahms would be overjoyed, his eyes lighting up with excitement as the baby calls him dad. He loves the idea of family and devotion, so this would feel like an affirmation of the bond he craves. "Did you hear that ? They called me dad !" Brahms would say, almost giddy with happiness. He’d immediately want to hold the baby, showing an unusually gentle side, savoring the moment as if it cements his place in your life even more deeply. He’d also wonder what it would be like to be YOUR partner…to be the real father of the child. Let me say, Brahms would actually buy you a wedding ring if that meant you would let him be yours and the baby’s family.
Bo Sinclair
Bo would smirk at first, his Southern drawl slipping out, "Well, ain’t that somethin’ ?" He’d be caught off guard, unsure if he should embrace it or brush it off. But deep down, the idea of being called dad would actually make him proud and happy. He’d probably roll with it, giving you a cocky smile, but you’d know from the way he looks at the baby that it’s gotten to him more than he’ll admit. He would wait until you are out of the room before kissing the baby’s forehead and whispering to it.
"Yeah…I’m yer Pa now, baby. And me and ya are gonna make yer mama so happy. You’ll see."
Vincent Sinclair
Vincent wouldn’t show much outward reaction at first, his face hidden beneath his mask, but he’d pause. The idea of being called dad by your child would stir something deep inside, something warm and unfamiliar. He’d probably kneel down, gently offering his hand to the baby, who’d grab onto his fingers. In that small, quiet moment, Vincent would silently accept the title, his body language soft and careful.
He would also take a picture—to remember that moment forever.
Pennywise
Pennywise would be utterly caught off guard. He’d be playing his usual mischievous role, trying to get the baby to laugh with goofy faces or strange noises when the word dad slips out. He’d freeze, his sharp teeth momentarily retreating, eyes widening in shock. "Dad, huh? Well, that’s new," he’d chuckle, though the sound would be a bit strained, a mix of amusement and uncertainty. Deep down, Pennywise would be torn between his natural chaos-loving self and an unfamiliar, almost protective instinct. After all, the word dad is reserved for those who care, and that’s not something he’s entirely familiar with. He doesn’t care. About anything or anyone. Still, he might lean into it, thinking of it as a twisted joke between the two of you, but somewhere in the back of his mind, the idea of being important to someone would linger.
Pennywise *hesitates before taking the baby in his arms* : "…You’re one ugly baby. But…I guess that’s okay. That just means am gonna have to take care of you."
Penny
Penny, on the other hand, would be thrilled. The second the baby says dad, he’d light up with genuine excitement, clapping his hands and letting out a loud, gleeful laugh. "Oh, did you hear that ? I’m dad !" he’d exclaim, picking up the baby and twirling them around carefully. Unlike his brother, Penny wouldn’t be conflicted—he’d embrace the title with his usual boundless joy, seeing it as the highest honor. He’d probably carry the baby around for the rest of the day, boasting to the others with pride.
Jack Torrance
Jack's reaction to being called dad by your baby would be complex. At first, he might freeze, his mind racing between his past as a father and the present moment. A flash of old memories might cross his face—memories of his son, Danny, and how things went terribly wrong. He might force a smile, but it wouldn’t reach his eyes. "Dad, huh ?" he’d mutter, his voice tinged with a strange mix of affection and unease. There’s a part of him that wants to embrace the title, to be a better father this time, but there’s another part—the darker part—that’s afraid of what that responsibility could mean for him. You’d catch a glimpse of his inner struggle as he tries to keep it together, quietly stepping back while nervously running a hand through his hair.
Jack would likely need a moment to collect himself, caught between the warmth of being seen as a father again and the haunting fear of repeating his past mistakes.

Various crps x reader who is also a killer
(Yaps)
Characters: Jeff the Killer, Slenderman, Laughing Jack, Eyeless Jack
Notes: reader is GN, established relationships, headcanon heavy for eyeless jack and laughing jack, readers motives for murder are not given- left up to the readers
CWs: canon typical violence, death
Jeff
He enjoys being able to go out and kill with you, its almost like a bonding moment between the two of you! maybe even a date! as dark as it sounds you two might even make bets about your... activities... or try to one up each other on what you managed to get done in a night- who did the most, who was the scariest, and so on and so forth. in a way it reminds me of the dynamic between chucky and tiffany valentine, at least in one of the movies.. particularly where he watches tiff kill that one couple on the waterbed(?), bride of chucky. bear with me its been a moment since ive seen the movies so my memory is a bit fuzzed! hes a little smitten with you when he sees you do your first kill in front of him or if you do something particularly spectacular
Slenderman
whether or not youre an official proxy, he doesnt feel this way or that about your habits. it does come in handy when keeping unwanted visitors out of the forest, though! he always keeps a metaphorical eye on you to make sure you dont get in over your head in a fight. he doesnt usually step in until youre truly in danger, or you cant run away. not that he wouldnt finish the intruder off if you ran away, that person was going to die one way or another... he watches you so closely as you work, observing your movements and behaviors throughout the entire ordeal... its almost like how people watch bugs
Laughing Jack
he doesnt think murder is all that bad, i mean it was exposed to him and taught to him through Isaac- add in that i personally headcanon that he doesnt fully grasps but mortality is.. things can get a little messy fast when the two of you pair up together. i hope youre desensitized to gore because hes going to be showing you what hes done, and hes going to excited and looking for your praise. similar to slenderman he watches you work, though he never really... stands back and lets you do it alone- he jumps right in if things start going south for you
Eyeless Jack
you can offer to collect "food" for him but hes going to be firm and set a hard boundary that he wants to be the one to do it. he likes at least having some form of control over it as well as choose who hes going to eat- on top of not wanting you to involve yourself with his mess... even though you were already killing... he has mixed feelings, he kills in order to survive whereas your motives may be a little different- this may actually be one of the only scenarios where it wouldnt work if you do it for fun or even for no reason

Could I request platonic headcanons for chucky with a relative from when he was alive? You can choose whether it be a sibling, a cousin, a niece/nephew, child ect
Sure! I can try my best :) If something is wrong, my bad! Somehow the formatting was weird so if something seems missing, that might be it. For some reason a section is just... gone on my Docs?
Yandere! Platonic! Chucky with Relative! Darling
Pairing: Platonic
Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Stalking, Gore, Blood, Mass murder, Death, Rituals, Kidnapping implied, Manipulation, Dark themes, Forced companionship.

I want to say this gives him pause, honestly.
He most likely hasn't seen you in years so you're older no matter how you're related.
Plus… last time he saw you he wasn't a doll?
According to the Wiki, at least in the TV series (I've only seen Child's Play 1-3 so this may be wrong), he helped kill his own parents/relatives.
He probably isn't aware you are related to him at first.
He'd have to come across the information then go and find you or hear it from you as he stalks you.
At first he plans to make you a victim.
With a bloodlust as high as his it's a possibility.
Although… Then he gets to thinking.
He could just corrupt you instead!
Then you'll be part of his new family.
By the climax of his obsession he'd probably make you a doll.
Then you'll fit in.
Although, until then, he stalks you and maybe even picks off those around you.
Started a new family? Not for long.
Did you forget about him? Your long lost relative?
Well, he'll give you a reminder.
A bloody reminder when it comes to him.
You have no idea your life is about to get ruined until Chucky acts.
He's patient with you, waiting for the right moment.
He wasn't expecting it but he may be a little upset that you have a new family.
After the Slasher incident/his life of crime did you just… ignore that part of your life?
He really just means nothing to you, huh?
Then that makes him a bit irritated….
Oh, don't worry…
He'll just have to drag you back.
You'll recall your past… you'll give into it.
You just need a wake up call.
Which is then what leads to your new family, your new home, crumbling down.
You will wake up one day to the smell of drying blood.
The walls are painted in the stuff, gore is spread on your floor.
But there's Chucky at the foot of your bed… grinning.
He's covered in blood, your sheets are too, but he just seems so damn proud of himself.
“Forgot about me, did ya?”
You can scream, you can cry, that won't change what's been done.
Chucky uses this traumatic event to mold your mind.
After all, events like this can break a person.
Which allows Chucky to puppeteer you into doing what he wants.
He'll make you follow through with the doll ritual, he'll make you a killer…
After all, isn't it the family hobby?
He'll tell you this is what you were meant to do.
You're related after all, aren't you?
So welcome to your new (old?) family….
Chucky is no doubt still protective of you as a family member when he makes you a doll.
He won't let you die.
Even if you do… he'll bring you back.
He's done it countless times.
You'll get used to it.
He just knows you'll fit right in… after all you don't really have a choice.
Where else do you have to go?
You just have Chucky as your family now…
This is all you know now.

Okay, I'm reading the Good Will Hunting script and here are some of my favorite moments. It's mostly Will & Chuckie stuff, I'm afraid (kinda Matt & Ben's self-inserts).
ACT I

Chuckie, "loud, boisterous, a born entertainer." Will, "handsome and confident, a softspoken leader." Love how efficiently they sketch these characters, and how immediately they compliment each other: Chuckie is loud and Will is soft-spoken. Also, got to appreciate the choice to explicitly describe Will as handsome when they were writing it for Matt.

I love how the companionship between Will and Chuckie comes across in this scene. Like, Will does not know Chuckie's story either, so they could have just written him reacting to it with the others. Instead, Will immediately joins Chuckie as part of his double-act, almost as his hype-man, hamming it up with his interjections (reminds me of the Oscar speech 😆). He is in on the joke, right next to Chuckie, while Morgan is outside, horrified at the story.

🥰🥰🥰

Will holding the wheel for Chuckie; Chuckie getting his and Will's fries first; Will immediately knowing what Chuckie was frustrated about; Morgan remaining the annoying younger brother and continuing to highlight how Chuckie and Will are equals, a unit. The respect and consideration between them. It's all about that easy, unspoken intimacy 🤌

Now they show how much Chuckie's attuned to Will too, immediately clocking the shift in his mood and attention and matching it. Also how he immediately goes into ride-or-die mode, and chides Morgan for skirting his homie duties.

OK, first, how crazy is it that they wanted to set the fight sequence to Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On"? I mean, talk about the inherent homoeroticism in a good ol' fist fight!
And then, how lovely is it that they decided to incorporate that seminal moment in their friendship — when Ben came to Matt's rescue and tackled a dude off of him — into the movie?
I also like how Chuckie and Will immediately go back to the double act, despite (or maybe because of) the high-tension situation.

🥰🥰

Again, just Chuckie always sticking up for Will and having his back, with Morgan as the contrast. I also liked that little comedic beat with the bouncer (and kudos to them for including Casey's name in the script, even though he ended up playing Morgan).

Go off, Will! Now it's time to see Will sticking up for Chuckie and having his back, completely trouncing the guy in this epic takedown scene 👏👏👏
Okay, this is it for now! Stay tuned for Act II!

You Don’t Know Me, But I Know You 1
Chapter 1 out of 6
5 times Tim showed he stalked Robin + 1 time Jason did
Inspired by this post of @thecrazyleader
On AO3.
Ships none
Warnings: none
~~~
1. A Familiar Goon
It’s sometimes easy to forget that Tim used to stalk the family he’s now a part of. However, in his more judgmental or know-it-all moments, it’s hard to ignore. Still, since he questioned his place in the family a lot, it’s not until they’ve all solidified themselves as a unit that it begins to show.
Like right now.
They’re trying to take down one of Penguin’s plots. It’s not as much dangerous as highly tedious, since it was just a power grab. The only thing that sucks is the amount of goons that are spread out about the city that they have to stop.
Suddenly, Tim groans loudly: “Ugh, not this fucking guy again.”
“Who is it?” Batman immediately demands to know, being on the other side of the city where he assigned himself to capture all the goons.
“Chuck Irkhouse,” Tim replies with disdain.
“Ugh, I fucking hate that guy,” Dick pipes up. “He’s not, like, the worst, but he totally is the worst. I don’t know, he’s just annoying. Doesn’t he run with Mr. Freeze?”
“Nah, he used to. Switched to running with Black Mask,” Jason says. “Me and B took him down back in my Robin days. Fucking annoying asshole, he was. He got ‘bout seven years, must’ve gotten out recently.”
“Wait, if you took him out and he’s only gotten out recently, how does RR know him?” Steph asks.
“Because he was always – and I mean always – stationed on the East side of the harbor where Batman’s patrol route passed. I think he was put there, because Black Mask knew what a prick he was. It used to be one of my spots where I’d hide to get the good pics, but I switched it up after a while, because Chuckie there just sucked so much,” Tim answers. “Still sad I didn’t get to photograph him during his final arrest.”
It’s quiet for a beat over the coms and a confused Tim asks: “What?”
“I always forget what a creepy stalker boy you used to be, Replacement,” Jason says, breaking the quiet.
“Shut up,” Tim complains, while snorts and laughter echo over the coms. They might be spread all over the city, but they all know he’s pouting even without seeing him.
“Oh my god, you’re such a fucking loser,” Steph crows.
“Hey, you dated me!”
“Ugh, don’t remind me of that mistake,” Steph rolls her eyes.
“Rude. And I still have to go fight Irkhouse, isn’t that punishment enough?” Tim sighs.
“Don’t know, haven’t met the guy,” Steph says.
“Hope you never do,” Jason tells her. “He truly is the worst.”
“Yeah, am I glad RR got that part of the city,” Dick agrees. “If I have to fight that guy one more time, I’m hanging up the mask. Hope he gets another seven years.”
chucky and tiffany relationship headcannons ??
Oh! An HC ask! Fun!
Growing up Chuck had always been the...more reserved one. Shy and quiet. Tiffany mean while was FAR more expressive and extroverted. So the two balance each other out.
Many people see him for an ass...Which he is....but it immediately halts when he's in a crowded area, he practically CLINGS to her praying they leave ASAP.
He gets very quiet in public and only opens his mouth if he or Tiffany or someone he cares for is insulted or mistreated. But other than that, he's dead silent and makes Tiffany do any form of communication.
He's one of those who refuses to say anything if his order is wrong because fuck human interaction and he'll awkwardly plead with Tiffany to be the one to ask for the waiter to swap his dish.
It's very much this meme:
"Excuse me he asked for NO pickles"
"..."
Growing up when they were kids Chuck was rather malnourished and on the far slenderer side and had a weak immune system. (which he hated for him personally...hence they he chose to bulk up now). But Tiffany had always been there and even brough him lunches. Due to this lack of food growing up he has a really bad habit of forgetting to eat nowadays, thankfully Tiffanys always there to remind him.
Now onto Tiffany...
Tiffany is very critical of herself. Somedays he can look into the mirror and feel like a queen and others she can't even look at herself. She can be very self-conscious, especially about her weight at times. This resulting from her narcist of a mother, who treated her daughter as more of a project doll that always needed something fixed about her to be considered pretty or a perfect little girl. Something this her husband is well aware of. So he'll tend to back off and even throw a compliment her way on one of those dark days and he'll hold her for a long while.
As exuberant as Tiffany is, she does in fact need someone to ground her at times. Chucky's shown her a thing or two about just enjoying the quiet. An she in turn has showed him how to enjoy the hectic moments.
She's always been the first to initiate something relating to affection (excluding the bad days). And I mean ALWAYS. Whether that be hand holding, kissing, cuddles, even when they first....heh....I'll leave your mind to fill in the blank.
Tiffany always helps her husband experiment and get out of his comfort zone.... which isn't easy.....at all....But somehow, she manages. She won't downright force him, but give him a gentle nudge.
And she went to beauty school and is a licensed hairdresser and she's the one who cuts Chucks hair. She even encouraged him to grow it out...which he'd been hesitant for because of his father. But his smile was worth it when she saw how much he liked it.
Chapter 24: It's very personal. Vendetta.
Rowena told Sam and Dean that she'd come to the bunker, but she also told them that it might take a while. And that was two weeks ago. Sam and Dean were waiting in the kitchen for Rowena to finally show up. Sam was sitting at the table, tipping on his laptop, and Dean leaned against the kitchen counter, drinking coffee.
“Where is Chucky’s bride?” Dean asked and took a sip of his coffee.
Sam sighed deeply and looked at his brother. “Danni is in her room.”
“And what is she doing there?” When Sam didn't answer, Dean looked over to him. Sam just sat at the table, silently looking at Dean. Slowly, it dawned on him and he lowered his cup. “Oh no. You don't think that she …?”
Sam raised his eyebrows. “That she's what?”
“Oh come on, do I have to spell it out to you? Do you want me to draw a picture? To mime it?”
“Please don't,” Sam said. “All I think is that she's not alone. If that's what you mean.”
“Oh hell no,” Dean said and put his cup down. “Not in this bunker.”
He rushed out of the kitchen and through the hallway until he stood in front of Danni's room.
“Danni?” He knocked against the door. “Are you in there?”
“Yes,” she answered from the other side of the door.
“Is Lucifer with you?”
“He is. Why?”
“Uh … Are you dressed?”
“... What?”
“If you're … Can I come in?”
“Yes, Dean, you can come in.”
He opened the door and stepped inside her room. She was sitting on the bed while Lucifer was sitting at its edge.
“Good,” Dean smiled. “That's the picture I want to see. An appropriate distance and everyone is keeping their hands to themselves.”
“We can quickly change that,” Lucifer said.
“Okay,” Dean said, his smile now vanished, “if he really wants to stay here, we should set some rules. Regarding … you know what.”
“The possibility of having sex in my room?” Danni asked.
“I rather meant not having sex in your room,” Dean answered and Lucifer gave a laugh in return.
“That horse is out of the barn.”
Dean gave Danni a scolding look and she sighed, annoyed. “What, do you want me to leave my door open from now on?”
“So he can watch?” Lucifer asked and looked at Dean. “Oh my. Didn't expect that from you, Dean-o. Although, on second thought?”
“I hardly tolerate him being here,” Dean said and ignored Lucifer, “and I don't want to see or hear anything, okay? No first base or second or third or even worse. And I mean nowhere in this goddamn bunker, okay? This is the Man of Letters bunker, no one ever has sex here in this bunker. It's bad enough that your boyfriend is the devil himself, I don't need to be reminded of it.”
Danni moved closer to Lucifer, reached out for his face and turned it towards her so she could kiss him. And it wasn't just a small peck on the lips. Lucifer gladly returned her kiss and it made Dean clench his jaw. When Danni slowly let go of him, she looked at her displeased brother.
“Get used to it,” she said.
“Oh and could you please close the door behind you when you leave?” Lucifer asked. “You surely don't want to see what's coming next.”
“I mean it, Danni,” Dean said harshly. “One Nephilim running around the bunker is enough.”
“Dean, you know that I won't survive the birth of a Nephilim. So that's not going to happen, okay?”
“How do you know? It's not like he can control it, can he?”
“Actually,” Lucifer chimed in, “I can. How do you think I got Kelly pregnant that quickly?”
Danni grimaced. She couldn't help it. “Okay, first of all, I don't want to hear anything about that ever again.”
“Aw, isn't she lovely when she's all jealous?” Lucifer asked and looked at Danni again. “I'll make it up to you, promised.”
“You better,” she mumbled. “And you better make an effort.”
“Don't I always?”
“You surely did when you created Jack.”
“Oh you shouldn't have said that,” Lucifer said and his hand moved into the nape of her neck, his fingers playing with the roots of her hair. “I don't like to be teased. And I think someone needs to be reminded of that.”
“I'm still here, you know?” Dean nagged.
“And the moment is ruined,” Lucifer said and pulled back his hand.
Danni rolled her eyes. “For Christ's sake, Dean, relax.”
“Relax? You're having your way with the devil and you tell me to relax?”
“Okay, what are you so afraid of?” She asked.
“Are you kidding me? Do I have to repeat that he's the devil?”
“Primarily, he's an archangel,” Danni said.
“What good does it do being an archangel when there's literally no heaven or god anymore?”
“Just stop calling him the devil, will you?”
“No,” Dean said and shook his head. “Just because your brain is dopey from all those hormones and you look at him through rose-coloured glasses doesn't mean that anything has changed. Or he.”
“You don't even try, do you?”
“Try what? To like him?”
“How about trying to look at him differently for a start?”
“Oh, so let me get this straight, you want me to see the devil, the most evil hatch ever, the bringer of the apocalypse, the torturer of Sam, and the killer of Cas, in a different light?”
“I want you to try.”
“Hey, just because Chuck made you his babysitter with a mission to convert people into Lucifer groupies doesn't mean that it's right, okay?”
“So you presume to question my father's will?” Lucifer asked. “Is that it? Quite blasphemous.”
“Since when do you care about him?” Dean asked back.
“I don't,” Lucifer said and shrugged.
“So do I. But I care about my sister, asshole. And I know that you don't really care about her. Whatever you claim you're feeling for her, I don't buy it. You saw what she's willing to do for you and you're just waiting for the right moment to use that to your advantage again. That's why you said yes.”
“Yeah, of course,” Lucifer said and nodded. “That's why I'm doing all those things to her you don't want to hear about.”
“You did that with Kelly as well and she was just a means to an end for you too. You simply used her. So why should Danni be any different?”
“Of course,” Danni snorted, “why should he honestly like me. That's absurd, right?”
“Hey, if we were talking about anyone else, I wouldn't say a word.”
Danni scoffed and shook her head. “I can't hear it anymore.”
“Then stop being so blind. You grew up with evil monsters, Danni, you should know better. You should see through his lies. He tricked you and now he's using you. Actually, he always did. First he used you to get to Sam and now he's using you to get to his son. Because he knows we're his best chance of finding him. And that's all he wants. That's all he ever wanted since Jack was born.”
“What do you know about what he wants?” Danni countered. “All he ever wanted was-”
Love
But she stopped before the word could leave her. Because Dean wouldn't understand anyway. No one would. Because no one saw Lucifer the way she did.
“I'm sick of how all of you are treating him, like he's the pure evil,” she said firmly. “Okay, he did some bad things, but we all did.”
Dean scoffed. “You cannot seriously compare the things he did to what we did. Or rather had to do.”
Danni wanted to talk back but Lucifer grabbed her face and turned it towards him. “Hey, eyes on me, baby. Ignore him and concentrate on me again, okay? He's not worth it. And don't believe a word he's saying. You know he's wrong. You know what you mean to me. You know what we are. So, where were we?”
Dean grunted and left the room.
“Close the door!” Danni yelled after him.
“The door stays open!” Dean yelled back and walked back into the kitchen where Sam was still checking his laptop.
“Didn't go too well, hm?”
“Not funny, Sam. It's serious. He's wrapping her round his little finger. If we don't watch out he'll pull her to the dark side.”
“I think that Danni's smart enough not to fall for that.”
“Hey, if you had seen what I had, namely our sister sticking her tongue into his throat, you wouldn't say that, okay?”
“Thanks for the image, Dean.”
“Hey, I don't want to be alone in this. If I had to witness Dannifer, so do you.”
“... Dannifer?”
“Yeah, you know … Danni and Lucifer. Like Megstiel.”
Sam huffed. “Okay, you better do not say that when she's around. She'll hate it.”
“And I hate seeing her with him.”
“Dean, she's not sixteen anymore. And you're not Dad.”
“Dad would have kicked him out and grounded her for eternity.”
“Yeah, and she wouldn't have listened to him. You know that. How often did she sneak away?”
“Sammy, we're not talking about the usual random jumped-up wannabe biker bad boy she used to hook up with, we're talking about the literal devil. Okay? Big red flag. Actually, the biggest red flag there is.”
“And she loves him,” Sam sighed. “You heard her.”
“Oh come on, she doesn't. She was forced to like him. You know that. If it wasn't for this whole soulmate thing, she'd kick his ass. Whatever she's feeling, that's not real. Do you really think she truly loves him? Him? You know who we're talking about.”
“The bond is settled, Dean, there's nothing we can do about it.”
“And that's exactly what's bothering me,” Dean said. “I don't know what's going to happen now but something is going to happen. You heard Cas, you heard Chuck, the energy they set free was immense. And according to my experience that's never a good thing.”
“True.” Sam sighed. “Their connection is strong and powerful. Maybe it will be helpful to fight Michael?”
“Are you trying to tell me that we should look on the bright side of them jumping each other's bones?”
“I guess I do. Listen, if Danni can make Lucifer play in our team, why not? He's powerful. Maybe he'll be useful. He kills Michael and then we trap him in this alternate universe.”
“I hate this …” Dean grunted. “I hate him. I hate that he-” He stopped and stroked over his face. “Goddamnit, just thinking about him touching her makes me want to vomit.”
“Hey, I don't like it either. I’d never support him or what he does. He's responsible for the biggest trauma of my life and now he's just a few rooms away from mine, sharing a bed with our sister. That's insane. Like you said, thinking about him laying his hands on her, in whatever way …” Sam sighed deeply. “But I'd rather have them here in the bunker, under our watch, than out there where we don't know what he's doing. Because the more we push, the more he pulls. Until she's completely on his side. We can't let that happen. We can't let him corrupt her, Dean. And he will, if we don't pull ourselves together. Especially you. Since we learned about Lucifer and her two weeks ago, you two did nothing but argue.”
“Because she's delusional, Sammy. She really believes that Lucifer likes, or even loves her. He just loves himself. And no one or nothing else. And she doesn't want to see it. As I said, delusional.”
“That's not the point, Dean. The point is that we can't let her leave with him.”
“I know,” Dean grunted and nodded. “I know. You're right.”
“Just try not to think about … it.”
“Well thanks, now I do.”
Sam raised his hands in defence and quickly looked into the laptop again. Dean walked over to the fridge and grabbed a beer. Opening it, he took a big sip. A couple of minutes passed by silently, then all of a sudden Lucifer came rushing into the kitchen, followed by Danni.
“I'm sorry,” she wailed. “How often do I have to tell you? I'm sorry I said that.”
“It's not that you said it, it's when you said it.”
“It happens, okay? Humans say it in the heat of the moment. It doesn't mean anything.”
“I hope so,” he grunted and walked away.
“Lucifer! Come on!” She called after him but he didn't react to her at all.
“Let me guess,” Dean said and couldn't hide his amused grin, “you said ‘oh god’ while doing the deed of darkness?”
Danni sighed and crossed her arms in front of her chest. “Yes …” she muttered.
Dean and Sam bursted out laughing but Danni didn't find it funny at all. “It just slipped me, you know how it is.”
“Yeah,” Dean said after he'd calmed down a bit, “but I never moaned the name of my lover's father.”
Sam laughed again and Danni shook her head. “Would you two please grow up?”
“You have to admit it's kind of funny,” Sam said.
“It's not. He's pissed.”
“See, Sam?” Dean said. “Some problems will resolve themselves.”
“Yeah, but that still leaves us with other problems like the nearing end of the world?” Sam asked.
“I know, I know.” Dean said and raised his hands in response. “But we're at it. Cas is visiting heaven, trying to find Gabriel and get help from the angels and we called Rowena to get here.”
“Wait, wait, wait … Rowena?” Danni eyed both of her brothers. “Did I miss something?”
“Sort of,” Dean said. “While you were busy killing the Manananggal and sleeping with the devil, we tracked down Rowena. She agreed to help us with Gabriel and Michael and now she's on her way here.”
“Uhm … you two do still remember that Lucifer killed her? And that he's here? Does she know?”
“She knows,” Sam said. “And yet, she agreed to help.”
“Alright.” Danni just nodded. “Just asking to avoid any unnecessary tensions.”
“Hey, it was your lousy boyfriend who killed her,” Dean reminded her. “Twice.”
“He wasn't when he did.”
“Well, sort of he was. Anyway, but now you're responsible for him. If he's doing the hattrick, it's on you. Just saying,” Dean said and sipped his beer.
“Just saying,” she mimicked him and left the kitchen again. She followed Lucifer who had retreated into the library. He was sitting in a chair, pouting. Danni approached him and hugged him from behind.
“Come on, I don't like it when you're mad at me.”
“And I don't like to hear the phrase ‘oh god’ from you. Not in that context.”
“You are my god,” she whispered into his ear.
A satisfied, smug smile appeared on his face. “Am I?”
“Of course you are. You know that I worship and praise no one else but you. You are the only god I beseech.”
“Well, then I'll be a generous god and forgive your sins. I mean, after a lot of worshipping and praising of course.”
“I'd do it right here and now but you heard my brother. I have to keep my hands to myself.”
“Screw your brother.”
“I’d rather screw you.”
He looked at her over his shoulder, his smug smile still on his face. “Everything is forgiven and forgotten.”
She softly pressed her lips against his. “But, before I do that, I have to tell you something.” She raised one of her hands and she ran her fingers through his hair. She loved to do that. “Rowena will come here, my brothers called her. They want her to help.”
“Oh she will be thrilled to see me again.”
“One way or the other, probably. She said she can help us tracking Gabriel. And since you can't, my brothers invited her to the bunker.”
“Okay, hold on a second.” Lucifer said and raised his hand. “Gabriel doesn't want to be found, he warded himself off. That's why I can't sense his presence. Otherwise I could.”
“I know,” Danni soothed him with a sweet voice. “Of course you could.”
“I'm Lucifer, I can do anything.”
“I know,” she said again and let go of him just to walk around him and straddle his lap. “And that's pretty hot.”
“Oh really?” He asked, intrigued, and propped up his arm on the chair's armrest, his fingers stroking over his lips. “Is it?”
All Danni did was giving him a knowing smile, then she curled her arms around his neck again and kissed him. When she pulled back and wanted to stand up again, his hands were on her hips, keeping her in place.
“And where do you think you're going?”
“Well, I don't know about you, but I'm not keen on getting into trouble. Who knows what my brothers could do to you …”
“What they could do to me?” Lucifer gave her a quiet, almost amused laugh. “Oh my sweet summer child, you're not getting the picture. It's not about what they could do to me, but rather what I could do to them.”
“Nothing. Because I forbid it.”
“Listen, my darling … Soulmate or not, I'm still the devil, no one forbids me anything.”
“Okay,” Danni said and put her arms around him again. “What about asking nicely then?”
“Define nicely,” he said and Danni leaned in and kissed him again. He returned her kiss and her fingers were running through his hair. His hands came to rest on her upper legs and the longer their kiss lasted, the more his fingers were digging into her. He grabbed her thighs, and without breaking their kiss, he stood up and placed her on the table, standing between her legs. Danni grabbed the collar of his shirt and pulled herself even closer to him. She simply couldn't escape his overwhelming presence. His dark maelstrom. One of his hands tangled in her hair and she instinctively hooked her legs around his hips.
“Lucifer,” Danni breathed against his lips, “maybe we should-”
“No. We shouldn't.”
Before any word of protest could leave her mouth, Lucifer sealed it with his lips again. And it completely disarmed her. She leaned against his chest, lost in him and everything he did. She was damned but if being damned felt this good, so be it. Lucifer deepened the kiss, and the atmosphere was heavy with his dominance.
But then, they got distracted by someone’s sudden and loud throat clearing. They broke their kiss and looked at the intruding person, standing in the way to the library.
“Rowena,” Danni said and slowly let go of Lucifer. “Didn't know you'd come so early.”
“Better me than him, dear,” Rowena said.
“Hey, I-”
“No!” Danni stopped him. “No. No, don't go there.”
“So,” Rowena stepped closer and put her bag down onto the table, “your brothers already told me about your recent … bliss of love.”
As Lucifer let himself fall back into the chair again, Danni cleared her throat and hopped off the table. “I hope you don't mind that he's around.”
“Oh, I do,” Rowena said. “He killed me, twice. I saw his true face. I have been scared to death since then. But I know he's not the one who's going to kill me.”
“Aw, what a shame,” Lucifer wailed.
“Do you want her not to like you? Then go on,” Danni said.
“I don't care if she likes me,” Lucifer said and shrugged.
“What a charmer you got there, hm?”
“You should know best, Red.”
Danni sighed and called for Sam and Dean. “Rowena is here!”
Her brothers quickly showed up and greeted Rowena.
“Thanks for coming, we appreciate the help,” Sam said.
“Oh, everything for you, Samuel,” Rowena chirped and patted his cheek. Danni gave Dean a confused look but he just waved off. “Alright,” Rowena said, “how can I help you this time? Do you want me to put him back in his cage?”
“No,” Lucifer and Danni answered in unison.
“As we told you on the phone, we need you to find someone,” Sam explained. “The archangel Gabriel. Can you do that?”
“What about him?” Rowena pointed at Lucifer. “He's his brother, he should sense him.”
“I tried,” Lucifer replied. “He probably warded me off. Or his grace is diminished again, I don't know.”
“Fine,” Rowena said and sighed. “I can do it. But I need something to track his grace.”
“Well, we have this,” Sam said and handed her the glass vial which had contained Gabriel's grace. “His grace was inside there, is that enough?”
“Should do,” Rowena said and eyed the vial. “Well then, let's find ourselves an archangel.”
“You mean, one that we actually want?” Dean said.
“Dean!” Danni scolded him.
“Just speaking out what the rest in here is thinking as well.”
Rowena used the vial to perform a spell to track down Gabriel. And, to no one's surprise, she succeeded.
“He’s in Central City, Colorado,” Rowena said and looked at the others.
“Alright, then let's go,” Dean said. “Come on, Sammy.”
“Dean?” Danni raised her voice. “Would you mind if Lucifer and I go?”
“You?” Dean asked, confused.
“We?” Lucifer asked, even more confused.
“Look,” she started, “now that we know where he is, Lucifer may find him. And he's his brother. Maybe he can convince Gabriel to join us. And, to be honest, I think it's best to separate Lucifer and Rowena.”
“Actually, Dean, that's quite reasonable,” Sam said and Dean sighed, looking at Sam.
“Didn't you just tell me that we-”
“I know what I just told you,” Sam interrupted him. “But Lucifer really shouldn't be around Rowena. For reasons.”
“I don't like this. At all. But fine. Go,” Dean said to Danni. “At least then I don't have to be scared to walk in on you or something.”
“Oh you mean like I did?” Rowena huffed and Dean gave Danni a scolding look.
“Yes, Dean … No, we just got in, don't be so excessive, okay? … I know, I'm not stupid … No, I don't need your control calls every two hours, I'll call you, alright? Bye.” Danni hung up and sighed.
“Brothers, huh? Tell me about it,” Lucifer said.
“He's just worried, that's it.”
“Worried? Come on, you got me.”
“Yeah, that might be the main reason why,” Danni said.
“He really doesn't like me, does he? I mean I always had a feeling that he doesn't but now it's just obvious.”
She sighed over his sarcasm. “Dean just doesn't like us being … Well, us. Whatever you want to call it.” Once more, a sigh left her lips. “Okay, can we forget about my overprotective brothers for once and focus on Gabriel now again?”
“Oh, you mean, can we focus on my runaway dumbass brother again who doesn't want to be found?”
Danni opened her mouth to answer but a knocking at the door interrupted her. She walked to the door and looked at Lucifer who was ready to snap his fingers, killing whoever was at the door but when Danni opened the door and they both saw who was standing in front of it, they froze.
“Hey fellas,” Gabriel said, clearly injured, pressing his hand against the bloody wound in his lower abdomen. “Looking for me?”
“Gabriel!” Danni let him inside and he fell down onto the couch. She followed him to the couch and pushed up his shirt to reveal a deep scratch wounds on him. “Hey, Lucifer, can you heal him?”
He came over and put his hand above Gabriel's wound. His hand started to glow and within seconds, the wound was gone.
“Thanks,” he gasped. “That hurt like hell.”
“How did you know we were here? How did you find us?” Danni asked.
“Well first, I felt the tracking spell the second your witch laid it on me. And second, I sensed him,” Gabriel said and pointed at Lucifer.
“Okay, and why did you show up here? Because you got in trouble?”
“What gave you that idea?”
“Oh I don't know, maybe because you showed up here bleeding like a stuck pig?” Danni asked ironically. “Let’s just say I don't think that's a coincidence.”
“Yeah, that's a long story, hey, you don't happen to have any more of my grace laying around? Cause my tank's a little low. I drained it killing Asmodeus.”
Danni raised her eyebrows and looked at Lucifer. “You were right, that's why you couldn't sense him.”
“Told you, babe. I'm always right, get used to it.”
“You know, I can think of at least three situations where you weren't right.”
“Maybe, but compared to the times I actually was right, that's nothing.”
“Oh, pardon me, Your Holiness.”
“You know how to receive my forgiveness, worship and praise.”
“Yeah, I know you have a praise kink, you don't have to remind me.”
“Okay, little timeout here,” Gabriel said and his eyes were jumping from Danni to Lucifer and back. “Instead of Shaggy and Scooby, it's you two? All alone? No gooseberry? You're bantering like an old married couple, she's talking about kinks and you're calling her babe? Am I missing something?”
“You wouldn't believe it if we told you,” Danni said.
“Try me.”
Danni turned her head and looked at Lucifer who returned her look.
“Oh, wait a second …” Gabriel gasped. “Hold on … No … No way … You're screwing? Dancing in the sheets? Doing the monster mash? Sweeping the chimney?”
“It's a little more than that,” Lucifer said while Danni was struck by Gabriel’s knowledge of euphemisms. And Gabriel bursted out laughing. Not the reaction they were expecting but there Gabriel was, belly laughing.
“Oh my this is just pure entertainment. Danni Winchester, Winchester, and my brother Lucifer. I mean what are the odds, right? That was definitely not on my bingo card. Oh hey, do your brothers know? If not, may I tell them who dicks you down? I want to see that stupid look on their dumbass faces.”
“They know,” Danni replied dryly and watched Gabriel who was still laughing. “But it's nice to see that you can laugh again.”
Gabriel snickered and wiped away his tears of laughter. “I'm sorry, I mean … Lucifer? Really? You know, every normal person would run away from him as far as possible but you? You run directly into his arms. His. Couldn't you get anyone better? Are you that needy? Bored? Or what is it? Are you desperate, out of your mind or just suicidal?”
“I'm his soulmate.”
Gabriel's laugh died off and he looked at her. “You what?”
“Told you it's a little more, brother.”
“Wait … wait, wait, wait … So Dad's stupid prophecy was actually true? You have a soulmate and it's Danni Winchester?” After a nod from Lucifer, Gabriel looked at Danni. “I knew I felt something divine when I grabbed your hand for the first time. Like you were touched by God. But I didn't think much of it back then. Winchester, you know?”
“Okay, I don't like people touching what's mine so no more grabbing her hands if you want to keep yours,” Lucifer warned him.
Gabriel raised his hands in defence. “Sorry. Didn't know you were sucking on that lollipop.”
“Can you please stop with these metaphors?” Danni asked him and pinched the bridge of her nose.
“Can't promise anything. It's too tempting. But I'll try.”
“Highly appreciated.”
“Seriously though, don't you think he's a little too old for you? I mean, you two are a whole new definition of age gap.”
“Gabriel!” Danni gave him an annoyed look.
“Sorry,” he said meekly. “Well, at least now I understand why Asmodeus pulled off this whole ‘Lucifer has to decide between you two because my balls are bigger than his’ thing. And why you were so important to him anyway.” Gabriel huffed and eyed her. “I never asked what he did to you.”
“Because it doesn't matter,” Danni answered. “He did what he did. He wanted my soul to control Lucifer. I fought back as good as possible but he killed me in the end. Asmodeus thought I was dead, that's why he was surprised to see me again.”
“You died for him?” Gabriel asked and pointed at Lucifer. Danni nodded and Gabriel huffed. “So you did teach him something after all, hm? I mean, that's your raison d’être, right? To show him that he was wrong about mankind? About you humans? That you are not flawed and full of mistakes but simply magnificent and beautiful?”
“Well, he still thinks my brothers are assholes, does that answer your question? But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day either.”
“Okay so … you died. But look at you. Alive and kicking and having horizontal refreshments with my brother. I know you Winchesters are famous for coming back from the dead, but how did you manage that?”
“Long story short,” Lucifer chimed in, “I brought her back to her brothers after she died, Dad revived her without any memory of belonging to me, but as soon as I kissed her, she remembered everything because she simply couldn't resist me and here we are. Now, can we go back to your little grace problem?”
“Oh that. Yeah.” Gabriel looked at Danni. “So, do you have anything left? That's something I would highly appreciate.”
“We don't. Sorry. That vial we gave you was the only one we had.”
“Okay. That's uh … It'll recharge, eventually. But, uh, until then I could use a little help.”
“Oh,” Danni said and looked at him. “Do you? Now look at that. Hey, who asked you for a little help not so long ago and you turned them down?”
“Easy on the sarcasm, okay?” Gabriel looked at Lucifer. “You're having a bad influence on her.”
“Nah,” Lucifer said, “she'd always been like that, not my doing.”
“Okay, look,” Gabriel sighed. “This is very important to me, alright?”
“Like ‘the world is probably going to be destroyed by alternative Michael and we need your help’ important?”
“It's very personal. Vendetta.”
“Tell us,” Danni said. “Tell us everything and we'll see what we can do.”
“Alright …” Gabriel sighed. “So, there are these norse demigods. Fenrir, Sleipnir and Narfi. They helped me to hide after my brother supposedly killed me. But, at some point, they sold me to Asmodeus. They wanted to get rid of me because the apocalypse was about to start and since Lucifer had the odds for winning, they were afraid he'd come for them and kill them because they sheltered me.”
“You're not going to blame me, are you?” Lucifer asked. “Because I didn't run away, Gabe, you did.”
“Hey, I understand that they didn't want me around should you have actually won. But selling me to Asmodeus for profit? I already killed two of them. With wooden swords I crafted myself, because my grace is low and I don't have another choice of killing them. But honestly, Lucifer could just smite them with a snap of his fingers.”
“Them? You said they're three brothers. If you had already killed two, why are you speaking of ‘them’?”
“I'm talking about their father, Loki. I want him dead as well. He agreed to sell me to Asmodeus because in his eyes, I'm responsible for the death of his father, Odin. But, surprise, your loverboy killed him.”
“I killed a lot of gods in that hotel that night, how was I supposed to know?” Lucifer asked innocently.
“Yeah, and actually, Odin isn't Loki's father,” Danni explained. “They're blood brothers. At least in the real northern lore.”
“Who cares, smartass? Loki punished me for Odin's death, that's the point here.”
Danni sighed. She looked at Gabriel for a few seconds before she went on. “Okay, how does that sound … We help you on your little Kill Bill trip and in return, you help us against Michael. Deal?”
“Oh come on. I saved you from Asmodeus. If it wasn't for me, you'd be sitting in hell now, with the high possibility of carrying his child, the almighty cambion. You owe me.”
“Yes, and she thanked you for it,” Lucifer said before Danni could say something. “Multiple times. But the way I see it, you need us. Not the other way round. You're low on grace. And you don't know how long it will take to recharge. I can tell you from personal experience that it takes a while. But that's time you don't have, right? Because you want your revenge. So you don't have much of a choice here, do you? Come on, it's a win-win situation. We all get what we want.”
Gabriel hesitated.
“Do you want revenge or not, Gabriel?” Lucifer asked once more.
Gabriel exhaled deeply. “Every day, Asmodeus tortured me. Every day. For seven years. He fed off my grace for years. He used me. He debased me. Until I was broken. What I went through, you don't forgive. Everyone who had a hand in it will die. And I think that you understand,” Gabriel said and looked at Danni.
“Yes. I do,” she answered softly. Then, she nodded. “We'll help you. Do you know where they are?”
“I do.”
Danni was standing in front of the bathroom mirror, peeled out of her leather jacket and in her black tank top, cleaning her cuts on her shoulder with saline solution.
Their hunt for Sleipnir and Loki didn't exactly go as planned. Well, Sleipnir was an easy kill since they simply ran into him and killed him off. But Loki wasn't so easy. Of course. He had already waited for Gabriel to show up. So when Lucifer and Gabriel entered that suite in the hotel, it wasn't Loki they tried to kill. It was nothing but a hologram. The real Loki was on his way out of the hotel since he knew he wouldn't stand a chance against two archangels. Danni, who had stayed behind, prevented him from leaving until Gabriel and Lucifer finally came to the rescue. Of course Loki had her beaten and bruised by then, throwing her into a huge mirror hanging in the hotel's hallway. In the end, Loki got killed and they teleported back into the motel room from which Lucifer teleported Gabriel back to the bunker.
She moved over to clean the several cuts in her face. Just as she winced from the saline solution on her wounds, she heard Lucifer's rustling wings, returning from the bunker. He appeared in the doorway of the bathroom.
“Dropped him off?” Danni asked.
“Yeah, he's fine,” he answered and eyed her. “What are you doing?”
“What does it look like?”
“Come here,” he said and stepped closer. “Let me do this.”
“I can do it myself. Did it for years. Save your grace.”
“Don't be so stubborn.”
He cupped her cheeks and the warmth of his healing hands was flowing through her body. After he had healed her wounds, she silently walked out of the bathroom and sat down on the bed. Lucifer looked at her, leaning in the door frame.
“Talk to me. What's wrong?”
“You just saw what's wrong.”
“You got wounded, I healed you. Come on, it's not the first time I did it.”
“That's not what I mean, Lucifer. I'm helpless without you. You saved me. Again. But I could never do the same for you, I'm worth shit if anything should ever happen to you.”
He pushed himself off the door frame and walked over to her to sit down next to her on the bed. She sighed and looked at him.
“We're not equal, you know?” She asked. “You're so much more than me. It's not fair that you always have to watch my back and I can't do the same thing for you. I feel so useless. You shouldn't … I mean you were right from the very beginning. I don't suit you. You're an archangel. I'm nothing compared to you. You deserve someone better. What would you want with a weak, useless human by your side?”
“Hey.” He cupped her chin and his thumb stroked her jaw. “I wouldn't want anyone else by my side. You may not be as powerful as I am but you're not useless.”
“Yeah, right.” Danni scoffed. “My love won't save you from Michael, you know? Or anyone or anything.”
“It has saved me once already, why not a second time?”
“I died, remember? I can't do that unlimited times.”
“Theoretically, you could. I can resurrect people, you know?”
“Don't give me ideas, Lucifer.”
“Me?” He said and gave her a small kiss. “I would never,” he said against her lips. “I don't whisper into people's ears,” he said, kissing her cheek. “Or lie to them.” A kiss on her neck. “Or manipulate them.” His lips on her shoulder.
She closed her eyes and buried her hand in his hair. “I got it.”
“I don't think so,” he whispered against her shoulder before he kissed his way up her neck again. But bolder this time. His stubble scratched her skin and the sensation gave her goosebumps. Before she knew it he pulled her into his lap. He cupped her cheeks and kissed her deeply. Danni wrapped her arms around his neck and leaned into him as she returned his intense kiss. He stroked down her sides until his hands rested on her hips, pulling her flush against him. Then, one of his hands moved up her back again, stroking over the nape of her neck, and finally threading into her hair. He slowly tugged her head back, and they pulled back from each other, their breaths on each other's lips.
“You are equal to me,” Lucifer said. “Maybe not in the way you think but you are. Your place is at my side.”
She kissed him once more before she cupped his cheek and looked into his eyes. “I love you. And I don't want to lose you.”
He turned his head slightly so he could kiss the palm of her hand. “You won't. I promise.”
“I can't lose you. I have done that so many times already. I can't let you slip through my fingers once more. If I ever were to lose you, I’d surely lose myself.”
“You won't lose me, okay? I'm here. With you. And I'm not going anywhere. Not without you.”
She stroked his cheek and raised her free hand to run her fingers through his hair. She gave him a gentle kiss. “I love you, Lucifer. So much. In a way you probably don't understand because it's the human way. A way unknown to you angels. And I wish I could show you.”
Lucifer slowly stood up with her in his arms, turned around and crawled back onto the bed with her, softly putting her down onto the mattress, his body close to hers.
“Maybe I don't understand it,” he said quietly, “but I can feel it. Your love. It's pure, it's honest and it's just mine. And it's all I ever wanted.”
His face drew closer to hers until his lips met hers. She sighed into the kiss and got lost in it. In the kiss, his touch, the feeling of just him. It didn't take long and she was clinging onto his bare shoulders, her fingers digging into his skin and her legs wrapped around his hips. Desperate to feel him. She didn't want to let him go. Never. Their bodies melted together and the way he moved turned her into a blissful mess. She panted his name, over and over again like nothing existed but him. She praised him and it was music to his ears. In moments like this, when it was just him and her, when her soul tangled with his grace, everything felt pure. Intense and consuming. The sweetest infection of body and mind.
Afterwards, Danni was lying next to him on her stomach, her eyes closed. Lucifer’s fingertips softly stroked over her hair. He had broken her to pieces and put her back together. And he loved every second of it. Knowing that she did as well, he smiled to himself.
“It's not fair that you have unlimited stamina, you know?” Danni mumbled, her eyes still closed.
“I know. But I like it.”
She gave him a weak slap against his chest, but it was nothing more than a soft touch. She didn't have the strength to do more.
“I could heal you if you want me to,” Lucifer said. But Danni shook her head. She opened her eyes and looked at him.
“I like this feeling of exhaustion. It reminds me that I'm yours.”
He cupped her chin and leaned in to give her a soft kiss. “You are.”
She raised her hand and stroked over his stubble with the back of her hand. “Can I ask you something?”
“Always.”
“When this whole Michael thing is over … what are you going to do?”
“I'll take you and Jack and together we'll leave earth and see the stars. We're going away, visit all the other universes out there. Improve one or two things.”
“And what will you do once I'm gone?”
“Why are you saying that?”
“I'm mortal, Lucifer. You're not. There will come a time where you can't resurrect me anymore.”
He wrapped his arm around her and pulled her close. “Stop saying things like that.”
“Your father didn't think it through when he bonded you with a human.”
“Then I'll make you immortal.”
“Can you?”
“I have to if I don't want to lose you. And I don't.”
Danni snuggled up to him and rested her head against his chest.
“Am I not too cold?” He asked.
“Stop asking me that, you're not,” Danni replied. She closed her eyes and just enjoyed the moment. The quietness. And the closeness. His smell. His skin. His arms around her and his fingers brushing over her skin, gently stroking up and down her back. When she felt sleep slowly washing over her, she sighed.
“We should head back. They're probably waiting for us.”
“They can wait,” Lucifer replied. “I want this to last as long as possible. I want you all for myself for once. You're the only heaven I'll ever be sent to.”
She raised her head and gave him a small, tired kiss. “We’re never really alone, are we?”
“No.”
“My brothers still disapprove of our relationship,” Danni said and caressed his chest. “They think you're evil. They think you're my sin. But you're not. You're all I wanted and more.”
“Maybe I'm the sin you always wanted?”
“Not maybe, Lucifer. You are.”
He stroked over her cheek and gave her a soft kiss on her forehead. “Forget your brothers. They don't understand. They never will. No one will. Because your human rules and ideas don't apply to us.”
“They do to me. I'm still a human.”
“With me you are so much more. And we'll be gone soon anyway.”
“And they won't understand that as well.”
“Maybe you shouldn't tell them.”
“Maybe,” she said and rested her head on his chest again, wrapping an arm around him. “I just can't wait to get away with you. Away from all this.”
“I'll show you all my favourite creations,” Lucifer said, tenderly dragging his fingertips through her hair.
Danni smiled to herself and slowly fell asleep. She didn't know for how long she had been away when Lucifer woke her up, shaking her by the shoulder.
“Danni. Danni, wake up.”
His alarmed voice quickly made her open her eyes, looking at him. “What's wrong?”
“I don't know, but I feel a strong presence. I guess it's Michael.”
“What?” Immediately, Danni was awake and sat up. “How's that possible?”
“Don't know.”
“We have to get back to the bunker. Now.”
Huge fan of just the plain intimacy of chuckwill. Something about yearning for years for your best friend, yearning for his touch, his attention, the feeling of his lips on yours, wanting and wanting so hard for years and years and not speaking up about it because theres no way he would actually reciprocate those feelings. And you think with time you’ll be able to brush it off but no. The longer you feel these feelings the stronger they get and the more time you spend burying them. Like they’re yearning for YEARS and they’re yearning hard. Will seeing chuckie getting with girls every other week w his dashing good looks and charm and when will finally gets with Skylar, Chuckie can’t help but think he missed his chance. They spend forever in this game of will they won’t they and it just gets more painful as the years go on. BUT LO AND BEHOLD, after a very hot, excruciating, isolating year in California, Will realizes if he doesn’t act on these feelings they’ll kill him cause they’re eating him from the inside out. Will drags his sorry ass back to Boston, confesses, they get together AND FINALLY THEY CAN ACT ON THESE FEELINGS.
Chuckie waking up every morning and spending a good 10 minutes just watching will sleep, appreciating the view that he spent so long hoping and praying for. Brushing the hair out of his eyes, listening to his soft snoring, feeling the warmth of a body next to him, and he has to resist urge to just crawl right back into bed and hold him till noon. Like “oh this guy that I’ve been in love with since I was 10, I can finally call him mine and I’m gonna show it and make sure everyone knows it”. PDA galore, kissing in bars and dancing together, lots of holding hands and hanging off eachothers shoulders. I religiously believe that chuckie likes to lean all his weight onto Will and just hang on his shoulders when standing gets boring. They’re like those annoying couples in line that can’t take their hands off eachother.
But also in private too, intimate touches in the kitchen while cooking dinner, laying in eachothers laps while watching whatever’s on while they play with eachother hair. Lots and lots of kissing. Sometimes they’ll make out and have to break because it’s hot, they’re both beat red, and it feels too good and one of them on the verge of passing out. But I feel like their kisses never loose their sparkle either. Every kiss is something new and different and amazing. Years and years of longing finally cultivate into this beautiful appreciation of all the small moments of intimacy between them. Touches to the lower back, kissing old scars, massages, and just plain close proximity to one another. Feeling the other without seeing him. Knowing he’s there and will be there when he wakes up. Finally within reach and finally his.
Anyway this quotes very them and they make out sloppy all the time. The one song by The Cure about making out till you pass out always reminds me of them, I feel like they do that all the time. And sometimes it’s just a prolonged kiss that gets them all red and giggly. This continues to happen into their 50s and they think it’s going to stop but it never does. Perks of being in love!
#chuckwill#haven’t posted a chuckwill ramble in a week and I’m losing my mind#they’re in loveeeee#Chuckie and Will sitting in a tree#KISSING#good luck w ur big move snail!!
pt. 12
Again, that sweet, coppery taste lingered in Jeremy’s mouth for a moment after swallowing one of the pills. He took a deep breath, held it, then exhaled. Was the tap water safe to drink here? He mulled over the thought while finishing the remainder of the mug he’d taken from a cupboard. It had a vintage pinup of a handsome, all-American man with the caption RISE & GRIND! on it. His fingers wrapped tightly around the pill bottle in his other hand. He suddenly felt grateful the bottle was unlabelled; it could be an emergency refill, as far as anyone could prove. It didn’t matter what was in them, he decided, as long as it kept him from dying of discontinuation syndrome until he could get his actual meds. He shoved the bottle in one of his cargo pockets.
Placing down the cup, Jeremy turned to the group in the living room and asked, “Alright. Where were we?”
Eugene had sat down in the recliner with Mike sprawled across his lap. Chucky was still sitting on the couch with Nadia in silence, staring at the floor.
“The gist is, Freddy’s got a history. Someone took those kids, and got away with it, and in terms of a motive…” Eugene suddenly seemed unnervingly solemn, “There's only one guy I know could've done it.”
“He's talking about William Afton, the co-founder guy.” Jeremy told Nadia as he returned to sit on the floor in front of her.
He remembered disliking the man as a child, which wasn't surprising given his disposition towards anyone he didn't recognize at the time. Surprisingly, it hadn't felt too different from his typical sense of stranger danger either.
William Afton had evidently left a more dire impression on the others.
Nadia hummed, “You guys seem really confident about that… Wasn’t there no conviction?”
“Only because the police force fumbled the investigation. Hard. By the time they started taking the case seriously, the floors had been bleached and scrubbed a million times over… Security footage showed someone wearing the Spring Bonnie suit lured several children into the back room, and… That's as far as the trail went.” Chucky said. His skin prickled with a familiar chill.
“Henry’s always been in denial about it,” Mike got up and resumed pacing the living room, “as much as I love the old man, there’s no one else it could be. Several months back, I went upstate to work at my father’s robotics rental company–”
“His dad is the killer.” Jeremy whispered to Nadia.
It was important to keep her filled in on the details, because she would actually remember them. In the past few days, it felt like he was struggling enough to keep track of the basics—‘where am I?’ and ‘what am I doing?’—that he wasn’t retaining anything else.
Surprisingly, by the time he wrapped up his train of thought, Mike was still in the midst of a long, exasperated pause. He continued with palpable annoyance.
“... I went to work for my father—the killer—while Freddy’s was being renovated. It couldn't have been a more obvious set-up, but he told me where to find my sister, Liz. Said I had to…” Mike pulled a thread free from his skin and let it unravel with a bitter huff, “Put her back together. So I did, just like he asked.”
Mike stopped pacing and stood with his back to the crowd in the living room. His head bowed, slightly, and he turned to face them again.
“Only cost my life to do it,” he muttered.
For the first time, Jeremy consciously studied Mike’s appearance. His skin was pallid and bruised-looking, webbed with silvery inset scarring that reminded him of the stretch marks Nadia often bemoaned. His face was gaunt, with a patchy 5 o’ clock shadow. Jeremy had seen plenty of scraggly men before, but Mike definitely stood out. His eyes, especially: yellow, bloodshot scleras, cloudy grey pupils. Jeremy had been too focused on not coming off as rude, before, to really look—even if it wasn’t, he still flinched and looked away when Mike caught his gaze.
“... What happened then?” Nadia asked, cautiously.
Mike shrugged, “I don’t know, I died. I like the way Chucky tells it, though.”
Silence. Chucky perked her head up, but didn’t respond. She seemed to be trying to gauge something as she scanned the room.
“... Are you really that mad at me? I thought you loved this part.”
“I was just trying to figure out if you were being sarcastic. Okay, let me think…” Chucky sat up taller and closed her eyes for a second, then eagerly launched into her telling of the event.
“Well, they say Mike didn’t seem any different when he came home that night. A few people had caught wind of some sort of incident having happened, you know- a disappointed parent or two, receiving a cancellation notice for an animatronic lease. Nothing too weird. But he started looking worse, over the next few days. Wasn’t acting like himself. Started smelling funny. A week later, he collapsed on the sidewalk, violently convulsing. Someone ran to help, but then… A tangle of endoskeletons wriggled from his decaying corpse and escaped into the storm drain.”
Frowning, Jeremy made a small, disgusted noise.
His twin took on a sort of theatrical cadence, as though telling a spooky campfire story, “And then the wickedest part… A couple days later, mid-autopsy, he got back up. And it was so, so metal that the sky opened up and the Virgin Mary herself descended on a lightning strike, crying tears of blood!”
“It’s true, I was there,” Eugene chuckled.
Just like that, Mike, Chucky and Eugene were back to joking affably amidst themselves. Queasily, Jeremy tried to purge the image from his mind of an endoskeleton crawling out of Mike’s dead body. It was just an overly dramatized version of events, he reassured himself. Things like that didn't happen—couldn't happen. Mike’s organs would've liquified within a couple days if he actually died. The bacteria in his gut would've eaten through his stomach relatively soon after death and then—Jeremy became suddenly aware of the layer of cold sweat developing on his skin. He blinked hard, trying to clear his head.
“Are you having a panic attack?” Nadia asked.
“No… Wait, yes. Sort of. Don't I take pills about that? I literally just took a pill about that, so why…” Jeremy laughed nervously, “Why so sweaty, Batman?”
Mike was looking at him, now. Everyone was looking at him.
“It’s his primal charisma syndrome. Makes him hotter and more funny for every hour of sleep lost, so we should get going before someone gets hurt.” Nadia explained as she stood up and grabbed her jacket from the side of the couch.
“My injurious swag,” he nodded.
“Your injurious swag, dude! C’mon, let's bounce. We can drop Chucky off, too.”
Even if Nadia framed it as a matter of convenience, he could tell she was more concerned with making sure both of them were alright than anything else.
Jeremy let Chucky take the passenger seat and got in the back. His heart raced, still, as a movie reel of gore-laden machinery churned in the back of his mind. He did a quick review of the situation—he was currently in a car with his best friend in the entire world and his not-dead sister. His current physician was almost certainly a serial killer. There was also, possibly, a body-snatching robot on the loose somewhere. Lastly, it seemed like Chucky had something she wanted to say, but hesitated to speak out of turn; this would've been known as the Fitzgerald maneuver, but it wasn't because those who knew it were very hesitant to issue a verbal acknowledgement.
After a long silence, Chucky spoke, “I know how he comes off, but Mike’s not really such a bad guy, deep down. And- and I'm not just saying that because he's my only friend! ‘Cause I have two, if you count Josh from the engineering forum.”
“Well, you've got two more friends now. That alright?” Nadia asked.
“I-I guess! I mean, are you sure?... Hold on, that's not what I meant to say… Can I take that from the top?”
“You can just, like, nod and smile. She's outgoing and decided she likes you, so uh- there's not really a choice involved.” Jeremy replied.
“Correct! Now, Chuckles, we know how Mike is… How do you feel?”
Chucky took a while to think about her answer. Nadia had started driving aimlessly in the pizzeria’s general direction.
“Completely lost.” She finally replied, “But I found you, Jeremy! That's a start. And then I'll figure out where the cord went for the orbital sander…”
There was a lull. Outside the rain-streaked car window, there were streets he used to know. At the edge of the road, where the pavement shattered out into mud and grass, there was the pothole he tripped on as a kid playing tag and scraped his knee completely bloody on the concrete. By the time they made it home, the blood had run all the way down into his sock. At the end of the cul-de-sac, the blackberry bushes Gabriel crashed his bike into while learning to ride had been cleared out and replaced by a duplex, though it looked like a few thorny vines creeping along the foundation were trying to regain territory. There were trails down to the pond he must've walked hundreds of times with his dad and sister during some distant, idyllic summer. Again, a feeling of deep, cold dread slid its fingers under his skin and shyly probed beneath his ribs. He had almost forgotten the father-shaped elephant in the room.
“… Hey, Chucky, would you keep this between us?... I mean, like, not tell dad I'm here?”
“Sure. It's not hard; I live with Aunt Jen, and he’s sort of a hermit at this point… Though, I think it'd mean a lot to him to see you again.”
“I know. I-I just don't think right now is a good time.”
Jeremy didn't know. In fact, he was pretty sure his father had forgotten about him entirely, judging by the years of missing child support checks. There were a lot of moments where he needed his dad to have his back, and they were all too far behind him to matter. The longer he could postpone bursting his old man’s bubble about it, the better.
When they arrived back at the pizzeria, a few cars had already shown up in the parking lot. Jeremy looked at his wrist for the time, only to remember that his watch was still tragically absent.
“Thanks for the ride. I'll catch you later!” Chucky smiled before hopping out of the car and practically skipping to the entrance.
“I've never seen anyone so excited to be at work,” Nadia snickered.
Jeremy replied in the tone of a cheery corporate advertisement, “Obviously you've never seen anyone heading to their job at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, where fun and fantasy come to life!”
He pushed open the door of the sedan and stepped out to move to the empty front seat, then paused. The back door closed with a dull click and bounced ajar again. Freddy’s stood where it always had, lit in dazzling neon and crisp, new signage depicting the band across the front. Eyes still fixed on the building, he moved the seat belt out of the way, then closed the back door again.
“You okay?”
“I'm gonna head inside for a sec,” He answered.
At the entrance, the Marionette peaked its head to look at Jeremy as he approached, then pulled back out of sight. He pulled a suspicious face, but continued to the door. Though many things in life made him squirm with apprehension, he felt fairly confident striding into the haunted pizzeria. It looked overwhelmingly normal in daylight, after all. Glossy, bright and harmless. The images of being gutted by a robot had subsided, and he decided not to worry about it more; although, he speculated the sudden clarity was his meds kicking in at long last. The Marionette quickly drifted towards its box, then stopped and looked back at him.
“Okay, okay, I'm following… Don't get your strings in a twist,” Jeremy teased.
Suddenly, it darted into the prize box. From inside, a spindly finger extended, gesturing for him to wait as it rustled around. He wondered how much stuff it kept in there to warrant such a long rummage time. Eventually it popped out, holding a large, water stained cardboard box in its thin arms.
Jeremy raised a brow, “You can't give me stuff for free, that's favouritism.”
The puppet pantomimed a silent groan of frustration and extended the cardboard box again.
“I’m just messing. Let's see…”
Whatever its contents, it was heavier than Jeremy expected. He set it down, then opened it up. Inside, he immediately recognized the hollowed out Freddy head he'd been provided by Mike. Slightly underneath, there was his watch, and something rectangular laying flat at the bottom. Upon further inspection, it looked to be an etch-a-sketch.
“Huh… Thanks.”
The Marionette gave him a courteous bow and returned to its prize box. He wrinkled his nose at the mascot head. Something seriously needed to be done about the smell, he decided. Something with bleach.
Part 2 of me just writing whole chapters just bc!
Part/Literally chapter 1 post
TWs multiple near death experiences (for multiple characters), mention/insinuation of death, a passive aggressive spider (aka Mommy LongLegs), and blood/injury
-----------------------------------------------
Hesitant steps were around the room, stumbling over objects here and there.
“Ohhh god there's a creepy ass porcelain doll on the loose…” Silver said as they looked around for the said doll Silver accidentally opened the case's door since they bumped into it enough to unlatch the door.
“Ugh… I can't see anything…” They mumbled as they felt their way in the dark room. “Can't see shit in light, can't see shit in the dark… I swear my vision is just cursed.” They mumbled.
“Do you need help…?” Berri's voice came from in the backpack.
“... yes, please, actually… I'm guessing your vision is better than mine here… this lighting is fucking my eyes up.” Silver said as they heard the bag unzip, zip back up, and the smallish toy going on their shoulder.
“Sometimes I forget how bad your eyesight is…” Berri said
“Be lucky you're not the one with it.” Silver replied back as they let Berri lead the way through this… creepy kids room it looked like… hello it was hard to tell what this room was even for.
“Where did she go…?” Silver mumbling, worried since… even they had no clue if the doll was a friend or foe. “This is some Annabelle and/or Chucky type shit and I do not like it.”
Berri chuckled slightly. “We'll be fine… Also, move to the left slightly.”
Silver did so, going around a ball. “... I thought you were going to make me do the cha cha slide for a second.” Silver said, making Berri laugh a bit.
“Nahhh… maybe another time though.” Berri jokingly replied, making Silver smile slightly.
Silver walked forwards, being able to see the hallway at least and open it. They thought as they walked. “... you have an older soul in you.” They said to Berri, making the toy look at them for a moment.
“Is… that bad?” She asked.
“No, no. The opposite, I'd say… takes one to know one after all.” Silver replied calmly
That alone set off Berri to think a bit as she sat on Silver's shoulder. “... It was… odd watching you grow up.” Berri admitted as Silver listened.
“... You always acted… way older than what you actually are, and that fact shined when you were younger… The only time I've seen you… not do that is when you scare act…” Berri said.
Silver thought to themself over it as they swung across a decent sized hole in the ground where it caved down, not at all a fatal drop, but enough where climbing out would be difficult.
“Absentminded habit, i suppose… Not sure.” They replied to the spider like toy, her fake strawberry scent still somehow there after all these years… it reminded Silver of simpler times when they were younger.
They soon came across a… Huggy Wuggy cutout “eh…?” Silver said before pressing the button… as a goofy laugh came out of it. “Uh…” another pressing as it spoke
“Does someone need a huuugg???” The cutout said
Silver snorted out a laugh slightly “I've never heard this guy speak… why does he sound like that???”
Silver pressed the button again as each message went more and more… sinister if anything. “Oh… no.” Silver said after realizing what happened.
Berri moved off of Silver as she slipped through some barrels and into a room… soon coming out with a key.
“Ah, thanks Berri” Silver said as they toy handed it over as she went back to sit on their shoulder. “Not a problem!”
Soon, the two moved to go to a red door Silver saw before opening it. “Ah… yeah, I remember this room… only a faint memory now…”
“You knew Ludwig…?” Berri asked.
“Kinda, at least for a little bit… My uncles knew him, and so did my parents… I used to call him Uncle Lud because I wasn't fully taught the differences between actual family and family friends at the time, and kid me had trouble with names… he disappeared after a bit and I never fully knew why… only semi-recently found out it was because he was arrested… but I still don't really know why.”
Berri thought with a "hm...", yet that thought was quickly cut off by a loud bang nearby, making both of them stop…
Silver paused before saying an instinctive “oh hell no.”
Berri sighed and went through a partly open vent nearby to check what it was. “... Found the doll!” Berri's echoing voice said as a separate one made a surprised noise.
Silver groaned slightly as they used the grab pack to open the vent and climb in and hop down, Berri grabbing on mid hop down and staying on Silver.
It was Poppy herself. “Oh I didn't know you had a friend… sorry for scaring you both… I'm just trying to get the power back on.”
Silver paused. “Hold on, I got it.” they said as they did the quick power puzzle. “There.”
Poppy clapped slightly… sounding like normal clapping, which confused Silver since they thought the doll thing was porcelain.
Before they could ask, Poppy spoke, “I wanted to thank you for freeing me, I was stuck in there for so long… and, I'd like to pay you back! There's a train station nearby, it needs a code and I have it. We need to get out of here… as soon as you get on up here!”
“Oh we're going to the Game Station?” Silver said, well aware of that place.
“Do you remember the code…?” Berri asked after remembering that Silver has been there before
“Nnnnno…. I remember the last part of the code, but I can't remember how the rest went.” Silver admitted… “I was really only really good at Statues… and decent at the Huggy one.”
"What about the musical one...?"
"I got too stressed out on that and keep forgetting the pattens..." Silver admitted
They went up again to the vent and walked while ducking, back into Elliot Ludwig's office.
Poppy came out of a different vent. “Hey! I'm up here! I seee youuu!”
“I see you too there… random doll.” Silver replied as they hopped down onto the floor.
Poppy giggled slightly before speaking again “I should be able to follow you through the vents, this way!” She walked away through the other hallway.
They went up again to the vent and walked while ducking, back into Elliot Ludwig's office.
Silver sighed as they went out and opened it with the grab pack. She paused hearing Poppy hum a song in the distance, her humming echoing off the walls of the vents. Silver looked at Berri as Berri looked back at Silver for a moment.
“... do you trust her?” Berri whispered.
“Not sure… can't tell yet… I never met her when I was younger…” Silver replied in a whisper as Berri nodded
Silver paused, seeing a huge hole in the ground. “... hold on we gotta Spiderman this thing.” Berri sighed and held on as Silver swung across “... ok that's fun actually” Silver said. “Scary, but fun.”
"You worry me sometimes..." Berri said
They walked a bit, opening a door to see Poppy in front of a hole. “Uh… you good…?” Silver asked as they stepped forwards.
Poppy turned around and spoke. “Listen… I'm going to need you to trust me-” she started before a pink hand appeared and snatched Poppy, bringing her down into the hole
“OH SHIT-” Silver said before trying to grab Poppy, failing as she screamed.
“Ohhh shit…” Silver said
“WHAT WAS THAT?!” Berri said, in shock of what she just saw.
Silver sighed “Well… you're about to meet who you're based off of… I was hoping the hand was gonna be blue, fuck…”
Silver looked around at all the locked doors around them. “At least this is a slide from what I remember…” they said before hopping down. “Weeee!”
At some point falling down Berri lost her grip as she screamed as both were sliding down; Silver got down first fine as Berri slid across the floor and into the locked door across from the slide.
“Ouch… you ok Berr?” Silver asked, walking over.
“Ow… i'll be fine… but ow” Berri replied.
“Just rest there,” they said, picking up the toy gently.
Silver went into the only open room to a puzzle... that was simple enough actually as the door Berri ended up hitting earlier opened.
A hallway was there as Silver walked in, looking up silently by habit.
Berri noticed as she was confused "Uh why are you-"
"Shh... I don't know where she is." Silver said quietly.
They tried to send a havd out to the button, but it was grabbed "Ah!" Silver said in shock.
"Oh! A new playmate!" A voice said from above as it broke off the grab pack's red hand like nothing.
Silver sighed, slightly nervous. "Hiii Mommy LongLegs... long time no see...?"
A face came down, looking slightly confused.
Silver paused before saying. "... it's Starlight." Of course Berri heard and gave Silver a confused look in response.
Mommy LongLegs grinned before speaking "It's been so long, Star... Isn't this exciting Poppy...?~" she said, pulling down a motionless Poppy in her hand.
"Ohhh she's gone insane..." Silver said quietly, looking between the large pink spider and Poppy
Mommy LongLegs practically played with Poppy, speaking for her as she tried to mimic Poppy's voice. "Very exciting Mommy!"
The large spider looked back at Silver... not noticing the smaller version of herself yet. "Mommy heard that Miss Poppy was just going to give you the train codes... now how is that fun?~" she said as she bent her body casually.
"Instead... Why don't we make a game out of it...? The Game Station is still working it'll be just like old times, Star!~" Mommy LongLegs said, getting a bit closer to Silver, which they stepped back just in case... even they weren't used to the giant spider woman acting like this... She had some anger issues, sure. Silver was aware of that... but whatever was happening now was something Silver had never seen before from Mommy LongLegs.
Mommy LongLegs looked at the motionless Poppy, pretending to speak as her again... Silver couldn't even tell if Poppy was alive now or not... "And if you win all three games, I'll give you the train code!" Mommy LongLegs gave a fake excited gasp at it and spoke normally like it was a conversation, "Mommy loves that idea, Poppy! Ooo, you're going to have so much fun!"
The spider looked back at Silver, finally noticing the scared smaller version of herself that Silver was holding, but didn't say anything for now. "Head to Musical Memory and Mommy will get things started!" She went closer to the two as her voice went from normal to menacing with warning "Obey the rules, or I’ll tear you apart and eat your insides, while you’re still alive." With that she left from above while laughing, taking Poppy with her.
"... she's gone insane... Great… And she knows Musical Memory is the one I struggle with…" Silver said to Berri quietly. Berri was frozen in silent fear... instincts almost on her end.
Silver sighed and spoke quietly to Berri. "Just rest for a bit, ok? We don't have many options but to play the games… And at least for Musical i may need your help"
Silver said as they walked forwards, the door opening from probably Mommy LongLegs connecting a wire from above.
Silver walked into the colorful hallway leading to the main game station area and used the now single grabpack hand to open it.
Soon the lights turned on one by one. “... feels weird being here again…” Silver mumbled as their hand gently grazed over a fence, glancing around slightly. “... so many souls around here too…” they said, to the outward eye seemingly looking at… nothing while their eyes showed they were definitely looking at something.
They walked on, glancing around as Berri was slowly calming down and moving slightly again.
Silver glanced at the Mommy LongLegs cutout and pressed it, only noises coming out… Silver paused before pressing it again in confusion, same thing. “Odd…” they mumbled before walking off to go to the train area.
They paused seeing the Kissy Missy cutout. “... she has a cutout…? But she's mute…” Silver said in confusion.
Berri glanced up at the human. “How do you know…?”
“I know Kissy… very sweet by the way, but she's mute… I know that, I've seen her try to talk, and fail… that's why I tried to teach her some ASL…” Silver said.
Right after Silver explained some noises could be heard… hard to tell if it was objects moving or growling… either way it was loud. Silver stopped mid step instinctively and listened, not even looking around and barely breathing… They didn't move until the noises completely stopped.
“... what was-” Berri started quietly before Silver interrupted with their quiet answer back “I don't know.”
Silver pulled the lever to the first game before pressing on the button for Kissy's cutout.
supposably Kissy Missy's ‘voice’ came out of it, working unlike the last cutout. “Preparing for departure, in 3…2…1! Choo choo!” Silver was confused as they pressed it again. “Chug-a chug-a choo choo!”... pressed again, it was a faster “Chug-a chug-a choo choo!!”... pressed again it was even faster and louder “Chug-a chug-a choo choo!!!”
Silver glanced at Berri, confused as they pressed it again…
“Tickets please, tickets!”... another pressing as the voice sang in the same tone as the Huggy Wuggy commercials, “Her name is Kissy, Kissy Missy!” then a giggle…
Another button press… “Be safe and have fun!” Simple enough message… next press was a kissing noise and a giggle, which fitted Kissy enough… The next two presses were… odd…
The next audio was so distorted that no one would have any clue what she said…
“That's… concerning…” Silver said as the audio started over to the first one.
They looked at the train. “Fuck… right, need the green hand to even open it…” Silver mumbled. “Musical Memory it is then i guess…” Berri said as Silver nodded and walked to there
-----------------------------------------------
Pixel here! I'm just gonna skip the in-between bits of each game and make the game sections shorter bc we all know them and to save my thumbs in general-
Just know that Silver did get the green hand and listened to the cutout of Bunzo along the way. Now to Cymbal Bunny time!
-----------------------------------------------
Silver sighed as they walked onto the platform… the walkway folding away. “Shit in forgot it did that… no backing up now…”
The tutorial video played. Soon after Mommy LongLegs’ voice rang out… “Oh, isn't it amazing? Mommy hasn't seen the place up and running in years!” She appeared from one of the observation windows for scientists looking into the room… “Mommy can only imagine how excited Bunzo must be… It's been such a long time since he's been able to play... To cheer… To eat.” the sound of cymbals crashed from above… “Oh! That's the dinner bell! Good luck.”
“Dick…” Silver mumbled as the game started, of course starting off easy that Silver can do it themself…
Though it quickly got harder, enough that Berri was helping as well… though shockingly Mommy LongLegs didn't say a word about it, the game just continued…
Soon it broke, but Silver waited for Bunzo to come down just enough for them to grab and unlatch the rabbit from the utility wire from above and get him on the ground… shockingly and confusing the yellow rabbit as Silver pressed the emergency button that completely broke the game.
Silently Silver stood in front of Bunzo to keep him out of Mommy LongLegs's view as she spoke.
“Oh... It broke…. That's no fun…” she started, even Silver could tell she was silently pissed… this was the game that Silver always did the worst on and they both knew that. “For doing such a splendid job, Star… Mommy has decided to give you part of the code for the train.”
A pink hand came down with part of a piece of paper… “Look up. Take it.” Silver took it via the grab pack “... thanks…”
“Mommy was hoping the game could last a little longer…It's ok though. Mommy knows… other ways to play with you…” She said before disappearing.
Silver sighed before looking at the confused rabbit that was about the size of their leg now… last time Silver was there they were probably the same size… “Hey Bunz…” They greeted the rabbit.
“... Star…?” The rabbit asked as Silver smiled slightly. “Yep… I'm still alive… now c'mon… let's get you somewhere safer for now…” They said, trying to gently lead the rabbit out, which luckily happened as he hopped in front of them walking out.
Though the bridge broke and slid them all down. Silver sighed. “Great… C'mon let's find a way out…”
-----------------------------------------------
Skipping a bit again, but they went through, Bunzo is hiding from Mommy Inside the Train (just in case) and is resting there until Silver and Berri come back.
Anyways, Mini Huggies Time!
-----------------------------------------------
Silver walked into this… sandy arena it felt like… It wasn't long at all until Mommy LongLegs showed up and spoke. “The toys in this game used to have strings attached to them, so they could be pulled back when they got too close to the children…” she grinned slightly, Silver being unaware of it but could just hear it as she spoke again. “Hmm... Have fun.”
“Shit, she got rid of the strings…” Silver said
The game overall… shockingly went pretty smoothly despite the risk of being attacked being high… actually, to Silver it was kind of fun, to Berri not so much but still… Yet, even Silver was aware they can't change these little guys for the better so they weren't going to try to…
“Oh… You did it…” Mommy LongLegs said before her entire tone shifted… “Hurray! Mommy is so… Proud of you!” She was PISSED PISSED and both Silver and Berri could tell instantly as Berri hid behind Silver slightly. “Here, Mommy has another hint for you.” Her hand came down, and Silver took the code part.
“Only one game left to play. Hmm... Sad…Mommy was hoping you'd stay here forever... Though, it's never too late to change your mind.” Mommy LongLegs said before disappearing with a menacing giggle.
Silver sighed, leaving the area.. though not long after hearing… panicked and pained noises from the mini huggies… They didn't dare look back to see what was happening.
-----------------------------------------------
The webs that Mommy makes are still there btw… in this case, only the huggies are up there instead of Bunzo. Nonetheless, it's disturbing even to Silver.
For this one, Berri decided to stay with a very bored Bunzo in the train as Silver knew they could do this game alone, at the least.
As usual… I don't wanna write repetitive puzzles so just know Silver did that (and struggled)
Moving on… PJ time!
-----------------------------------------------
Silver sighed, then smiled, bracing themself mentally... again. “Ohhh PJ! guess who's baaaaack bud?!” They said as… silence filled the room. “... PJ…?”
Mommy LongLegs interrupted them from finding the dog caterpillar thing. “It was always so sad to see the kids go... They called me ‘Mommy’ because I was the closest thing they ever had to one. But they'd come for games, and never come back… They left Mommy to die alone…” She slowly became more and more pissed… “Mommy didn't deserve that! But you…? You are related to the man who made us… So if anyone deserves to die alone, it's you.”
Silver became confusing “Wait what in the world are you talking about?!-”
The instruction video played as PJ slowly appeared. “Oh hiii bud… remember me…?” Silver said as PJ Sniffed the air… Perking up as his tail wagged with hope on the other end of his elongated body.
“Yeaaah hi bud!” They said to him “wanna play real quick?” They asked as PJ hopped a bit. “I'll take that as a yes-” the lights turned off as Silver's instincts kicked in as they bolted in the dark for the game until the lights turned on, muscle memory kicking in as they remembered all the shortcuts, twists and turns of this whole course… all of them engraved in their brain.
This went on until the caved in end of the course was there… PJ was a good distance away… but Silver apparently beat their old record as the now distorted victory alarms went off whenever a record was beaten… somehow… as they had to go through a window.
Silver looked around, checking for Mommy LongLegs before speaking to PJ, who looked up at Silver in confusion. “Psst! PJ! Go on the Train! I'll meet you there, we're getting out of here!” The dog nodded as he started to walk back to the beginning, understanding luckily.
Silver sighed as they had to hop downna hole in the ground… Soon after a faint, concerned voice of Mommy LongLegs appeared. “Where did you go?! The game is over, you won! Come back and Mommy will give you the code. Pinky promise!” Silver really had no choice but to move forwards… Mommy LongLegs snickered a bit, nervous if anything like she lost an actual child… “Mommy knows the game is really hard, but Mommy just decided you won!” She laughed a bit “Come Back!”
“She's losing iiitt…” Silver mumbled as Mommy LongLegs spoke “Mommy doesn't like cheaters! The rules are so simple! You die, Mommy gets to watch!” She laughed “COME BACK TO ME!!!”
She groaned in frustration, still faint but she's clearly yelling loud enough for even Silver moving to hear as they glanced at a poster of the LongLegs family, pausing seeing the blue one with a small sigh as MommyLongLegs yelled in the background “HOW DARE YOU DISOBEY ME! I WILL FIND YOU! I WILL FIND YOU! And when I do…” she laughed, losing both her patience and mind all at once, “Where are you~? WHERE ARE YOU?!”
Silver kept walking, not having much other choice… while passing one hallway, an arm grabbed them, making Silver panic and try to get away… Before seeing the color of the elastic… Blue. Silver paused, looking at it. “... Daddy Longlegs…?” Silver asked before he appeared, looking confused at them.
“It's me, Starlight…” Silver said before shock hit his face, slowly coming forwards to see them… looking over the human before realizing that wasn't a lie, and quickly hugging them, startling Silver but not hurting them as they hugged back.
“I thought you were… gone…” Daddy Longlegs said, obviously hasn't used his voice in a while as it was far more raspy and hoarse than usual.
“No, I'm alive and grew up…” Silver said before looking around “where's the baby…?”
Daddy Longlegs stopped there and looked away, not saying anything but his behavior told the human everything…
Silver paused before realizing what that meant for him.… “oh… I'm… so sorry…”
Silver paused “... You can get out of here you know… I'm already gathering toys to go out…” He paused, tempted before shaking his head. “can't… the Prototype is still around…”
Silver frozen, unaware of that information until now “he's still around…? Alive???”
“Yes, unfortunately… meaning your plan will need some… tweaking there.”
Silver nodded and sighed. “Alright then… noted…”
In the distance, something was thrown and broken, obviously from Mommy LongLegs… Making both of them look over, Daddy Longlegs looked back at Silver
“Please… try to spare her… She's all I have left, despite her mind being… twisted…” He said, trying to at least make her seem redeemable.
Silver looked back at where they came before sighing. “I… can't promise anything… but I'll try to help her somehow, ok?”
Daddy Longlegs took that answer and nodded. “I wish you the best Star… Stay safe…”
Silver hugged him once more before saying
-----------------------------------------------
Skipping puzzles agaaain… Daddy Longlegs probably did appear randomly to check in on Silver during them though while passing by (force of habit)
And Silver did see Kissy, of course Silver, recognizing her… but not vice versa
Ok last part here we go! We all know how Mommy's boss battle/”hide and seek” game goes, just insert that here in don't wanna write it just in case I hit the character limit.
-----------------------------------------------
Silver ran, panicking as they went around a corner… some kind of wood chipper was there for whatever reason, Mommy LongLegs hot on their tail… Silver managed to go past the chipper… Mommy got her hand stuck in it as she started panicking, screaming in fear and frantically tugging her hand as an attempt to get out.
Silver looked over… scared of the pink spider… the lever was right there… they could just end her right there and now…
But they didn't.
Silver was panting still from running as they hesitantly went over and turned the blades enough to where she could get her own arm out… yet it did cut Silver's right hand in the process as they flinched a little from the pain.
Mommy LongLegs seemed to cut off from… whatever angry, bloodlust state she was in as she looked at her now cut up hand, slowly bleeding from it in pain, still intact but still had bloody cuts… then slowly to the person to have mercy on her… but now was just as hurt as her if not more.
“Why…” The pink spider started. “Why did you do… that…?”
Silver looked over “... because I'm not a monster.” That made Mommy LongLegs pause, looking at them silently. “I don't know what he did to… make you all or how it's even possible… but I'm not like him… we both know that.”
Mommy LongLegs only stared at Silver as they were checking their new wound… they weren't bothered by the blood or the inside… a slight contrast from the last time they saw them… they were always fine with blood, but never on visible muscles and innards… Yet here's that same kid checking themself for any foreign object in there… Mommy LongLegs slowly got up from the ground, not to attack, but to just… leave.
Silver noticed and realized what she was doing before speaking up.
“Hey.” Silver started, making Mommy LongLegs pause and look over. “If you want to get out of here with us… meet us at the Train. I know what it's like to be left alone to die too, trust me I do… Just know you now have a chance to not be alone anymore if you don't want to.”
Mommy LongLegs looked at them, keeping it in mind but not answering as she went up… Disappearing somewhere.
Silver sighed, looking up before the boarded up door nearby… They sat down to rest and deal with their hand... their head was already spinning. They needed to rest anyways...
-----------------------------------------------
Last OCC thing and last thing for this post!
The rest of the “game” part goes as normal beyond the fact that Bunzo and PJ are both on the train as well… Bunzo hopped here and there to blow the train whistle because he wanted to and PJ being in a different cart.
But Poppy still switches the tracks to start Chapter 3, thinking that Silver killed Mommy bc (Poppy didn't see what happened exactly) she just heard Mommy screaming from panic and Silver coming out alive with Mommy LongLegs being nowhere in sight, so in result thinking that Silver is still “perfect” for her plan. No one beyond Mommy and Silver knew what happened during that whole thing, not even Berri (since she'd still be with Bunzo and PJ)
But yeah I decided that Silver would NOT kill Mommy, they are a person of their word after all… speaking of her, Mommy IS on the train too, she snuck onto one of the back carts without any of them noticing, so she's there too, she just…mentally can't face anyone currently. (Silver doesn't know, btw and was silently upset not seeing her there… they even gave her a couple of extra minutes to show up, unaware she was already in there, before leaving)
Rewatching You on Netflix makes me wish we'd gotten more insight into Chucky's Joe Goldberg-esque obsession with Sarah Pierce, because i still cant believe that whole storyplot in Curse was never brought up again 🥴 I mean combining what we know now about Chucky's childhood (seeing his dad get murdered, killing his own mother for said man who killed his father, and then being groomed by Dr. Mixter), that all could have explained his obsession with Sarah. He saw a good mother with children and just went off the deep end into an obsession he's never had before, like Joe, thinking she was "the one". When I see that flashback it makes me think of Joe and how Joe is always becoming obsessed with a woman he thinks is the one due to his issues with his mother. Chucky doesn't have "mommy issues" persay like Joe does. Joe's mother just abandoned him, while Chucky ultimately killed his own, while he was too young to fully grasp his actions.
And Tiffany ends up being Chucky's "perfect match", the way Love Quinn was to Joe. They're similar, bringing out the worst in each other, while ultimately being soulmates, matching each other perfectly. She is the only one who will ever truly understand him and what he is. Chucky does love her, even through all the back and forth murdering and backstabbing they do to each other (i'm holding out hope they'll reconcile in season 3), but I just wish we got more insight into how Tiffany felt about Chucky becoming obessed with Sarah, confronting him about it, HELL, that being her reason to call the cops on him being due to her jealousy of knowing he was with another woman would have made more sense than her calling the cops on him from being angry he was "killing without her".
Tiffany is his perfect match, yet for a moment, in a fit of weakness, while reminiscing on the past, he sees Sarah and is reminded of his mother, and something inside just clicks. He thinks that's what he wants for a time: a normal family, a normal wife, a normal life. Sarah represents that normalcy, what his parents were. Tiffany represents what he truly is deep down and what he truly wants (the romance and the murder, along with a partner in crime).
I just wish we got more insight on the Sarah Pierce obsession. I'll always be salty we didn't lol.
Caesar's first big NO is one of the most iconic scenes in cinema, it gives me chills, it's an incredible character moment, AND for the story
but it also reminds me of Chuckie's big No from Rugrats in Paris
New Memories - Andy Barclay x Reader
Warnings: Some phone call teasing, the rest it's just fluff. This is a sweet birthday fic.
Summary: Andy is far away from you, worrying because your usual behavior arround his birthday changed with the distance. From fearing the worst to finding himself amazed, he would discover nothing could possibly stop you from cheering him up in the most dreaded day of the year.
Tags: @barclaysangel @devonsawachucky2014
The day had been full of trouble and, once again, he got to spend another birthday having to see Chucky. The hunt was a win and he was feeling good about that, but on the occasions his mind would go back to it he sensed something was missing. More concerned than saddened by that, he wondered why you haven’t given any signs of life throughout the day. Ever since he started seeing you, things weren’t precisely quiet between you on the dreaded special occasion. Sometimes he wished it would, because you were making a fuss every year. Aware of how hard birthdays were for him, as his partner you have self assumed the task of cheering each one in hopes of helping him build new memories.
Happy memories, the kind he could treasure and revisit whenever the horrible ones would hit. With Chucky reappearing and you so far away from him, all he had to relieve himself were those reminders of your devoted love for him. You did text him in the morning, but he was waiting for something else at a moment he needed it more yet it never seemed to arrive. The whole process leading to the slaughtering of the doll required all his focus, an important mission distracting enough to keep him away from his phone for most of the time. However, with the night falling and the immediate danger disappearing he got to think about that again.
More than disappointment, what your silence caused was an activation of his paranoia. There was only one doll left, most likely far away from you, but maybe he didn’t know everything. There always could be others, maybe one taking advantage of his absence to pay you a visit. Your dead body could be already waiting for him as a birthday present, just like in the old times. Kyle tried to calm him down by showing the rational side of it, but there was nothing more than plain irrationality in everything they had gone through. Maybe you were busy at work, maybe you were planning something special … or maybe you were gutted on your living room’s floor.
It became too much for him and he was about to call you, but when he picked his phone he found an unseen notification from you showing a smiling picture of you.
“Miss you, handsome. Call you in a sec, get ready” The message underneath read. “ Did you think I would forget the birthday fun?”
He sighed in relief, then began to wonder what you were up to.
“ Beautiful as always, I miss you too.” He texted back. “ More than you can imagine.”
Your reply arrived a few minutes afterwards, another picture quite different from the last one. You were dressed as if you would be going on a date with him, some romantic dinner to celebrate and there was a description added in the message.
“ Bringing the party to you. “
Andy couldn’t help smiling, almost in disbelief with the sweetness of the gesture. He rushed to return it, suddenly reminding he had a perfectly matching visual he knew you would love.
The tie was off, but he was still wearing a suit, so he took a picture and send it to you along with his answer.
“ Dressed for the occasion.”
The call entered almost immediately. His sister chuckled since she noticed as well that the fastness had to be related with the effect the picture caused.
He got you so In love and you were so blissfully obvious, worshipping the fuck out of him at any given chance. Getting used to it had been quite an adjust to him, but your love made him feel on top of the world.
" You have totally outshined my gift, babe! " You sweetly complained to him. " Holy fuck, look at you. The open buttons of the shirt do it for me … is that the fucker's blood over it? "
He chuckled, proud of himself for your reaction.
" We got one, i emptied my gun on him and that has been all my celebration so far. Not the best birthday ever, but i had worse. "
" Can't argue with a man covered in blood. Whatever you say, handsome. " You teased him. " This is unnaceptable, you are giving me the better gift when i'm supposed to be celebrating you. Neck exposed, shirt splattered of blood … Are you trying to kill me? What can i give in return? A full nude? "
" Fuck, don't even mention it. My sister is ríght here. " He explained you ríght away." Not that I won't love it, but it's not a good moment. "
It made you chuckle, but that didn't mean you weren't backing down from making things up for him.
" What can i do for you to match this, birthday boy?" You purred sweetly. " Anything you wish for ríght now? "
He didn't hesitate a second before replying.
" … Just to hear your voice. "
The tender adoration in that statement disarmed any defenses you could have left. He had turned you into putty with his sweetness.
If what he wanted was to hear some of it, you were going to give him everything.
" I love you, Andy … like i have never loved anyone else before. You are the one for me, you know? No matter the shit that bastard tells you, we are meant to be. I can feel it, every single day i fall a bit more in love with you. Some nights I lay awake wondering how is it possible to love this much. I'm obsessed with you, in the harmless meaning of the word. I wouldn't lock you in my basement, but i'm perfectly aware you are the man i wanna spend the rest of my life with. Who cares if the doll comes in the package? I will get a dog house for him to stay outside everytime he's gonna try come to kill us. "
His laugh was hidding some of the very real flusterred reaction.
" You are insane, no person in their ríght mind would risk so much just for me. "
" Even if he would kill me, i still win. " You insisted. " I've meet the love of my life, got to spend good times with him. It's a good life, many people don't get the privilege before they are gone forever … Besides, I would have the comfort of knowing you would go berseker and destroy him in the cruelest way. If he freezes me, you will bath in his blood or eat his liver or some other fucked up inhumane sounding punishment and i will be rightfully avenged. Why would i want to ever leave the man that would hunt down my hipotetical killer to the end of the world? A man so tragically devoted who had me as his whole fucking world, who loves me like i'm the last person on Earth. Who gets love like yours nowadays, Andy?
" Wooow, woow. Where did that come from?" He wondered out loud, amazed. " It's not like i'm a romance hero or something. "
" I have two friends that have gone through ugly divorces and a third who is tired of trying on dating apps where most guys don't show any interest for long term relationships … I hitted jackpot with you, Andy. Call me crazy, but love like yours doesn't exist anymore. "
" To be fair, you changed every measure for what i thought love was supposed to be. " He sweetly admitted in return. " How do you expect me not to loose my freaking mind for you? The fuck is this? How are we having this conversation? "
There was a very simple answer for that. You couldn't be with him physically, but you wanted to shape a meaningfull memory at any cost.
" Happy birthday, love " You told him once more. " We can't have dates or gifts this year, but i can still give you my heart ríght here and now, just talking on the phone."
His stoicism fell in pieces, beated by the intensity of your affection.
‘I’m genderfluid.’ /Chucky cheese ref
The avengers think Thor has a sister. (And it’s not hela)
Tony’s distracted and half asleep after a mission fixing a bug in his suit that had stuttered his repulsers blasting time:
Thor: And so, like a true asgardian warrior! I threw that frost giant into the bifrost to go back to the icy lands it calls home!
Tony: Uh huh and everyone celebrated after am i right? Tony’s voice slightly sits on sarcasm.
Thor: Only my sister called my efforts a waste!
Thor’s laugh boomed out before he walked away, leaving Tony sat there eyebrows furrowed trying to recall if Thor had a sister.
Because they knew about Loki but was Tony just that tired he heard ‘she?’ instead of he or had he just forgotten Thor’s sister all together?
Tony: Thor wait?! Thor? What sister? What sisster?
-
The second time this happened was during the routine training session.
Clint: You need to fix these bots Tony or i don’t know, make them a harder fight? Look at my victory streak.
Steve: Again, this is not a competition but a training exercise, focus on each other and fight as a team.
Tony: Great going Barton, you set the popsicle stand off.
Steve: Tony i-
Thor meanwhile had been watching Natasha fight for a good few minutes before adding his praise in for her: Well done Widow! Your fighting style reminds me of my sister in her younger days, alas, she can still throw a mean hook.
And again, Tony is once confused.
Steve: i wait- Sister?
Thor takes a moment and recalls if his brother is feeling more masculine or feminine as of late, so he corrects himself: My apologies captain, i meant he.
Tony: Loki…right and you have a sister too?
Clint and Natasha shared a look.
Thor: Yes! sometimes.
And more confusion.
Steve’s initial reaction: ???
Tony deciding he was not dealing with this at eleven PM.
And then the reaction when they find out.
Steve: Can we meet your sister?
Thor: ? You have many times Captain.
Steve: What.
Thor: Yes, I believe she threw your shield back at you one time.
Clint: Hold up, hold up, do you mean Loki?
Thor: yes?
Clint: like, Guy, Loki?
Thor: sometimes Loki is my brother, sometimes my sister but still my sibling.
Tony who’s sat in a corner cackles out because he finally got it (Natasha knew and had eventually figured it out she just wanted them to flounder around a bit more)
Clint: We are so stupid.
Thor: I am confused.
Steve: You and me bud, you and me.
Tony cackles harder at the thought of someone giving steve an updated ‘talk.’
Natasha: You all are idiots.
Do you have any Voice Headcanons for the Nextgen Nextgens? Gio and Ell’s kids, Chucky, Royal, etc.
:3
No not for the most part! I wasn’t particularly planning on seeking out voice claims for the NNGs. Denny only has a voice claim because a friend came to me with a suggestion, while most of the NGs’ voices were decided from me actively looking for them. But I am always open to voice suggestions!
The only one I do have in mind is that Chucky’s voice actor would be Zach Hadel. He wouldn’t have Charlie’s exact voice (Zach’s got range!) but there are moments where he sounds awfully close. Dottie just can’t escape the constant reminders
