The Cost of Inaction: A Moral Imperative to Speak and Act
Throughout history, individuals and societies have faced moments when moral choices demanded action. Photo by Sora Shimazaki on Pexels.com In these moments, the cost of inaction often proves far greater than the perceived risks of speaking out or taking a stand. Whether in the face of oppression, injustice, or ethical decay, failing to act creates a vacuum where suffering festers, wrongdoing…

Olodumaré. God.
I suppose I'll say it. I have changed from last year to this year...and yes, it IS because I've become religious. But it is a vast improvement for me. I broke of a lot of ties that I had and I'm still breaking them. I'm much more at peace with myself due to cultivating iwa pele (good or gentle character) and the realization of my ayanmo (destiny or fate). Ifá brings me amazing peace and serenity. Just "letting go" has opened doors for me. Ifá brings love and hope and it HEALS MY SOUL.
No fucking Demon ever did that for me. I'm sure its possible for other people. But I've come to realize how shallow and meaningless my Demonolatry practice really was. I was always forgetting the Demons. There was no outline, sense of practice, no holy book or parables to live by...nothing in Demonolatry to use to guide you in your daily life. So empty. And the Elders were too selfish to give anymore knowledge because they are high and mighty wealthy people. Don't doubt - Richard Dukanté was a real guy, I talked to his daughter Selinda. But keeping secrets will just KILL that religion. And letting people make up their own Demonic enns, just to get them off your ass, Steph, was not wise.
Anyway...talking about Demons and shit makes me feel sick. I prefer my peace, coolness, and tranquility over dark chaos. Young ppl love the dark feel but I don't anymore. Its not healthy. Satanic doctrine is nothing - there's really no morals or rules to live by. I have the sacred Odú. 16 major Odú and 256 all together. The Odú are a blueprint of life to follow. I'll be studying it for the rest of my years.
There's just something that came over me in the past month or so. A new light. A "let go and let god" mentality. I'm calmer and I'm centered. I'm grounded. Not nearly as anxious. Me and Tom aren't fighting much either. I'll have to tell my shrink, Whiteley, about these changes. He'll be really curious about Ifá. Cos he thinks I'm a pagan. Ha!
I am surprised that my Ifá knowledge stayed with me post-shock treatments. Because I cannot remember a lot of things. With the Demonic knowledge, I DID forget a lot!! Its because Ifá teachings touched my longing for **TRUE** spirituality - a faith in God. And who is God? Olodumaré. And he's a Trinity. What? Yes! Olodumaré, Olorun, and Olofin all have different aspects. But I'm no story weaver, so check out the Orishas pataki's (stories) online. Remember though, anything written in Spanish is better. Same definitely goes for Palo and Santa Muerte. Why? More information! For some strange reason, English books lack a lot of nuances that the Spanish books keep a lot of. I just know that I typed in "patipemba" into a search engine and got some great Spanish articles to read! Try it!
Spiritually, I feel so clean of negative energies and bad thoughts. I can sense envy, but that doesn't leave unless I guard against it with my Contra Envidias items and do trabajos around it. It rarely bothers me unless I start getting issues and signs of negativity in my home. Since I've had Rodolfo in his vessel in Fall of '22, I haven't had anymore negative work against me which **proves** I did his vessel and pact correctly. Of course, my old Tata said I did. 😊🙏 With the pact ritual, there's no words even spoken. The connection that is made during the pacting ritual, though, is like no other. It feels like you've grown a new extension of yourself, but its a totally different person with emotions, thoughts, and needs.
I've tried selling pacts with muertos, but ppl are scaredy cats. Hell, I used to get tons of views on my Necromancy incense and oil, but no buys. Just tells me that ppl like the thought of necromancy but chicken out when it comes to owning or using my products. I have sold a few - and did get a review on how amazing my products worked.
Necromancy powder/incense and Black Arts powder/incense on sale at my shop.

Oluwabenga Adebisi (J. Thorp)
My name: Oluwabenga - "God has lifted me up." Adebisi - "The crown has added to the joy" or "royalty brings happiness." My first name is pronounced: "Oh-lou-ah-bay-gah." My last name is pronounced "Ah-day-bee-see." Its bonafide Yoruba and this pronouncination was given to me by my Baba Ifaleye many years ago.

Buddhism 202: To Suffer is to be Human
The damages you suffer are but the beauty marks on your personality. And that’s good, because we’re not talking about some immutable permanent transcendent self that sees itself as the center of the world in some horrific act of ego incarnate. That’s the evil refrain from gurus-for-hire who know that the killer sales pitch is usually that one that puts ‘you, you, you’ in the central spotlight,…

It's only words. Or is it?
The other day, while listening to a talk by my teacher Swami Tadatmananda,  I was struck by something he said. Of course, being my teacher, there are many things that he says that have significance and that resonate with me. But these statements in particular found a home in me that day: Words can’t get you there (ie realisation of our oneness with the Divine, God, Universal Consciousness, we…

URGENT UPDATE ON KOSA.
Tumblr media
This is exactly how they were finally able to pass the tiktok ban after trying for 3 years. And this is exactly what I was worried about them trying as a result. Again, all info and resources for fighting KOSA are in the pinned post on my page. Plz spread the word. Even if you don't live in america, Share this with any american friends and mutuals you have. We can still fight this bill we still have a chance at stopping it just like we have in the past. The only reason it hasn't passed yet is because we keep fighting it. Don't forget that. make sure your reps and senators don't know a moment of peace

Silence is a virtue
Everyone would gain if we all followed the golden rule of not speaking about things we don’t know, not spreading false news, not using divisive or harsh speech, and not chattering pointlessly. Silence is a virtue.

Members of a private WhatsApp group, including billionaires like the CEO of Dell and the former CEO of Starbucks, allegedly used the chat to discuss ways to pressure New York City Mayor Eric Adams to use police to crack down on Gaza solidarity protests at the city’s universities, according to The Washington Post. AJ+ has not seen the chat messages referenced in The Washington Post’s report directly. ⁣
NYPD officers raided encampments at schools like Columbia University and the City College of New York, arresting close to 200 protesters in just one day. The police raid at Columbia in late April was the first on-campus mass arrest in 50 years, with police using riot gear and military-grade weapons against mostly peaceful protesters. ⁣
While Gaza solidarity encampments have been frequently targeted with violence by police and pro-Israel agitators – and over 2,200 people have been arrested – a study found that out of over 550 Gaza protests at U.S. universities, 97% have been peaceful. ⁣

I was a kid with a Hunger Games hyperfixation and, from time to time, I'll get reminded of the books. With Trump's inauguration and the TikTok ban and unban, I can't stop thinking about a political tactic called panem et circenses, or bread and circuses.
In Mockingjay, Collins writes "'It’s a saying from thousands of years ago, written in a language called Latin about a place called Rome,' he explains. 'Panem et Circenses translates into "Bread and Circuses." The writer was saying that in return for full bellies and entertainment, his people had given up their political responsibilities and therefore their power.'"
In Collins' world, the Hunger Games was the entertainment. In ours, it's social media. Twitter, Meta, TikTok, are all controlled by political powers. Musk, Zuckerberg. TikTok is owned by Yiming and Rubo, but with the ban and unban, the content it shows in America is filtered to fit Trump's political agenda.
It's entertainment at the cost of information.

Buddhism for Beginners: Some Things are Best left Unspoken
Think before you speak...
If you examine thoughts before giving voice to them, then they will likely come out better. Maybe that’s obvious, but, as with anything, thinking something is easy, saying it is harder, while acting on it is another thing altogether, usually nothing if not a challenge. But what could be easier than looking before you leap? It goes deeper than that, though. After all, the best laid plans of mice…
