Relapsing into self harm just feels so dark, lonely and isolating. There's just the constant reminder if what I did, the cuts stinging when I sit, walk, move. And I have no one to tell about it, just to to talk, get it off my chest. So I just do it again. Because it's all that's there for me; it's all that helps.
