IV; the cyberskeleton that Arasaka wanted to test on his classmate, David Martinez. He is in a moral dilemma on what to do with this information. The discovery made him question his own role within the company and fear what will happen to him if he is caught having this information.
hc + ☕ for a drink-themed headcanon Katsuo enjoys a variety of drinks, with Boss Coffee being his particular favorite, especially the Rainbow Mountain Blend. Beyond that, he also has a taste for high-quality teas, particularly matcha and genmaicha. Saw something on YouTube yesterday that, of course, I just clicked "I don't want to see this" without really registering it and then went back and started thinking about it again randomly the next morning as I woke up.
It was some man talking about bananas. He was saying that eating a banana is different than blending a banana and drinking it as component in a smoothie. He went on and on a while, then finally got to the point of what he was trying to say, which was that he gained weight from blending a banana (ONE time! ONE banana!) and that it's because a blended banana has points in WW and an unblended banana when eaten is 0 points.
This man was angry at the banana. He truly believed that blending it changed its caloric load and made him gain weight. Nothing to do with the other components of his smoothie, just the banana, somehow, suddenly made him gain weight because he'd blended it.
The other person he was talking to was AGHAST. How dare banana suddenly have points after being blended?!
Logical conclusion is "The WW points system is arbitrary and nonsensical." but this man was angry at the banana for having more points after going through a blender.
I do not think that I am smarter than anyone by any means, but I do think that diet culture and programs like WW rely and prey on stupid people.
