 ♡ PRETTIER HIERARCHY ♡
HAPPY 1.2k+ TO PRETTIEINPINK! Thank you guys for the support, here’s a lil gift from me to you.
Tumblr media
If you don’t want to read all of this, I created a hierarchy of everything you need to do to glow up, right at the end!!! But I recommend reading everything first <3
I’ve been trying to ‘glow up’ like forever, but there was no actual content out there that helped me glow up. Most people sugarcoated, or their lifestyles of glowing up just weren't sustainable for me. So, I created this post for everyone planning to glow up or maximise their prettiness!
DISCLAIMER – THIS POST IS NOT DETAILED. I wanted to do a simple outline to give you guys an idea of what to do to maximise your pretty. A little help to plan, especially as we enter 2024, but I’ll expand on these individual topics in the future.
GRADE 1 – HEALTH
Being healthy can make you SO pretty. Being healthy is the foundation. There are other ways to be physically healthy, but after doing these 4 the rest usually fall in place.  Here are some simple ways to become healthier, and then eventually prettier!
HEALTHY EATING.
I'm not going to go super deep into this, as no diet fits everyone + Please consult with your doctor before taking any extreme advice. Though, I'll tell you a bit of things that helped me !!
Stop drinking soda. Please, it's so unhealthy and it's full of so many sugars. Even the ones that are 0 cal, have weird chemicals that I don't trust. Many more alternatives taste just as good, like coconut water, herbal drinks, smoothies etc! Especially because nowadays most large calories and sugar intakes are from sugary drinks
Stop restricting, moderate it. I am a big fan of dairy, yoghurt, milk, and cheese, I love it all. However I acknowledge that dairy isn’t the healthiest, so instead I always ensure I'm eating in moderation. E.g I put a tablespoon of shredded cheese in my omelettes instead of a handful. You will enjoy healthy eating so much, but only if you're not restricting.
Have one serving of fruit, vegetables, or both with each meal. It provides so many good nutrients, makes you fuller and keeps you hydrated. Measure with your palm to ensure you’re eating enough.
Know that just because one food has fewer calories than the other, does not mean it is the healthiest. I struggled so much with this, especially because many weight loss accounts will mention this, but it is so wrong. White bread has fewer calories than brown bread, but brown bread is higher in nutritional value.
Plan snacks. Planning snacks for throughout the day, instead of spontaneously eating is so much better. I recommend this for anyone who gets hungry during the day but not enough for a meal (like me!)
Drink more water. Not 1L a day, because it is so much more ideal for you to have a glass of water with each meal + when you feel thirsty.
Start educating yourself. This is as much as I can tell you, im not a nutritionist or a dietitian but if you plan to ensure that healthy eating becomes your lifestyle, educating yourself is essential!!
EXERCISING.
Once again, I'm only going to go surface level with this because it is only based on my personal experience + Consult with your doctor before doing anything extreme.
Start aiming for 5k+ steps. I see a lot of people advertise 10k+ steps as the standard, or what's active, but it's not sustainable If you're a busy person with a sedentary life or a beginner at exercise it is gonna be hard to sustain that. But walking is so good for you and simple too.
Join your local sports! Such a fun way to socialise while still exerting energy.
If you can't do that for whatever reason, there are many ways to exercise at home. Research and pick a workout that you like and is sustainable. E.g. jump rope, pilates, home exercises, weightlifting, biking
Start standing more, it exerts energy. While very little, it still is very good.
That's it, but remember to always start small with exercising, and RESEARCH!
BETTER SLEEP
To me, it doesn’t matter how much sleep a person is getting, but much more rather the quality of said sleep. So, here are some tricks and tips to get better at sleeping!!
Investing in a good quality pillow is so good for your sleep, the more comfortable you are, the better + it reduces the chances of poor posture or hump necks
Research about different sleeping positions, as some positions at night promote back pain, difficulty breathing or poor posture.
Start sleeping in complete darkness. Remove all sources of light or invest in good light-blocking curtains OR binders. Though, binders seem to be much more effective but are more pricey. If you cannot do either of that, buy a good sleeping mask.
Sleep in the cold. Your body easily falls asleep if your environment is cold, and you’re less likely to wake up in the middle of the night.
It is ideal for you to stop using devices an hour or two before bed, but if it is not sustainable for you, wear red blue-light-blocking glasses instead of clear ones. Red ones are more effective.
Avoid large physical or mental tasks before bed, use that time to unwind and tell your body it's time to go to sleep.
Avoid napping for longer than 30 minutes, or it can disrupt the sleep you have at night.
Go to sleep at similar times every day. If you go to sleep earlier or later than this, you will ruin your sleep schedule and feel groggy.
I expand more here.
ORAL HEALTH
This is a step many people will neglect, but the most important in my opinion. Your teeth are the only body part that fails to regenerate after a certain age. Here's how I take care of mine!
Brush your teeth for longer. Brushing your teeth should not be a sped-up process, put actual thought into it.
Start flossing. Floss removes plaque, and reduces the chances of your teeth yellowing! Do this ideally after each meal.
Brush your teeth before you eat. Brushing my teeth is the first thing I do when I wake up because brushing your teeth is supposed to protect your teeth from the food, not wash away your food.
If you have the means, buy an electric toothbrush, as this gets in the little nooks and crannies that a regular one cannot.
Use a tongue scraper or your toothbrush to get rid of any bacteria on your tongue.
Use straws to drink coffee or any heavily coloured drinks. This avoids the premature yellowing of teeth. Make sure you put the straw on the side of your mouth to avoid your teeth.
Use good mouthwash. A total game-changer, makes your breath fresher and your gums healthier.
If need be, definitely use a purple teeth serum as a whitening treatment.
GRADE 2: STYLE
I do not mean literal clothes and style, that's in grade 3. This is all about basic grooming and such. This is 2nd most important, especially if you're somebody who’s never been invested in beauty.
SKINCARE
Get a basic skincare routine, cleanser and moisturiser.
If you have other skincare concerns e.g. dry skin, hyperpigmentation, acne, or blemishes, invest in a serum.
Avoid touching your face frequently.
Wash makeup brushes & pillowcases often.
Dermaplaning to help skincare absorb better.
Use sunscreen!
HAIRCARE
Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.
Use a good hair oil, it doesn’t have to be for growth, but just for nourishing your scalp
Sleep with a good quality bonnet on.
Find which type of hairbrush works the best on you!
Use warm water to remove product build up and dirt, but use cool water to rinse.
Buy spray suncsreen to put on your scalp during hot weather.
Once again, research. Hair is just too much of a broad topic for me to thoroughly talk about.
EYEBROW & LASHES
Trim your eyebrows regularly to avoid too many stray hairs
Tint your eyebrows and lashes. If you already have dark eyelashes and brows, try a lighter look. I seem to prefer a dark brown look to a black
Invest in a good lash & brow serum or use any oil
Don't use Vaseline on your eyelashes.
Limit how much you wear mascara.
I talk more about this here.
BODY & HANDS
Have a daily shower routine which consists of washing, exfoliating and moisturising your skin.
Using scented products is such a game changer, smelling good is like being a magnet
Doing manicures, my routine is a cuticle scrub, file, buff, polish, paint then cuticle oil.
Shave on the areas you want to. Having smooth skin is nice, but to ensure your shave lasts longer, watch a video.
I post about creating a good shower routine here.
LIPS
Invest in a good, portable lip balm. I prefer the ones that burn your lips to give it a more fuller effect
Make your lip scrub. Sugar, honey and turmeric are my go-to. Helps remove dead skin.
If you have hyperpigmentation around the lips, use glycolic acid, only a little.
GRADE 3 – FASHION
My favourite grade, because it is so fun and focuses more on the aesthetic side of things. However, they're not essential, which makes it all the more fun!
CLOTHES
I have a post about wardrobe essentials here.
Find out about what season colours you are. This helps with using colours in fashion to enhance. ( if you don't like your colours it is okay, it doesn’t change much if you do not wear them)
Figuring out your undertone colours for jewellery.
Figure out what works for your figure. Experiment with necklines, bottom length etc.
Find out your general style too, what you feel confident in and more assured.
MAKEUP
Research and only watch tutorials of women who look like you (trust me).
Dear Peachie has a bunch of videos of how makeup works, for beginners to more advanced artists!
Then make your signature look for every using your knowledge.
FRAGRANCE
Invest in a good eau de parfum and eau de toilette. Cheap fragrances suck.
Invest in a good-scented lotion. My favourite brand is Vaseline.
Using a good nice fabric softener for laundry makes you feel and smell fresh
Using an expensive scented body wash doesn’t matter, invest in a good body lotion.
HAIR STYLING
Hairstyles that enhance your face shape, not shield it.
Having a simple signature look for everyday
Experimenting with your hair is ideal, but if you can't for whatever reason once again research.
GRADE 4 – PERSONALITY
The way you seem to others can make you so much prettier. Fake it till you make it as always~
POSTURE
Having good posture makes you stand out, makes you look prettier and is generally good for your health
Chin is parallel to the floor, shoulders are down and relaxed, rib cage is elevated, pelvis is tucked in, your knees straight and flexed, and the weight on your feet should be in the center.
You can stretch for good posture, there are many videos on this on YouTube.
Ensure your sleeping position is promoting good posture, not poor.
Buy a back brace to reinforce good posture.
BODY LANGUAGE
Learn how to move your body during conversations to seem more self-respected and confident.
Train your facial expressions for different situations, but especially for taking photos.
There are tons of books and videos on this, won’t expand because this is all about how you want others to perceive you.
ELOQUENCE
Improve the way you communicate with others. Be fluent and clear to understand
Expand your vocabulary, know how to substitute words on the spot and make sentences.
Knowing what to say in like any and every conversation makes people like you more, and the best way to be more eloquent is just practice.
There are so many good books about this.. read.
GRADE 5 – MIND
Personally, having a good mindset does boost your self-perception of your prettiness + being happier in general makes you more inclined to take care of yourself = being more pretty!!!
MENTAL HEALTH
Start journaling as a way to organise your thoughts and to truly analyse your emotions. There are a lot of journaling prompts on Pinterest and such!
Meditation as a way to clear the mind when needed is so good. There are a bunch more meditations for other purposes though like body image, productivity, focus or just general relaxation.
Go to therapy, or just have at least one person you can talk to when life becomes tough.
Cut back on social media. There's misinformation, trolls and a lot of content that isn't nourishing your mind.
Get some sun! Simple and doable, but has a huge effect on the body. It can improve the current mood. Wear sunscreen.
Start learning how to process situations, instead of bypassing the emotions that come with them.
Start surrounding yourself with like-minded people. Seriously, being around people who are just too different is draining.
MINDSET
Embrace growth and reject all forms of comfort. Being uncomfortable with something is growth.
Don’t do things because you ‘have’ to do this, do them because they benefit you and see it in that way. E.g ‘I’m going to clean my room because I deserve a clean place to rest and work’ instead of ‘I have to clean my room’
Become detached. Stop letting everything that happens in your life affect you, start observing instead of consuming.
Self validates yourself. Tam Kaur did a wonderful video on this that I think everyone should watch.
Stop believing that everything and everyone is out to get you. Your subconscious mind believes this, do not feed it, starve it.
There's a lot to say about mindset, but I recommend watching some mindset YouTubers who explain everything in depth.
and now,,,, here's a ANOTHER gift from lanny because u read her post. And liked it. And reblogged it. And followed her.. pleaseee

Femme Fatale Guide: Healthy Habits To Look & Feel Your Best Without Restriction or Unrealistic Routines
Realistic ways to maintain a healthy life/body/appearance (size and weight are all personal, not the most important metric – for certain). No diet culture or delulu-land tips here.
What I've done to maintain my 30-pound weight loss for over a decade, glowing clear skin (no pimples or discoloration, etc.), and super healthy, full & shiny hair, still living life and enjoying it – the mindful way.
Eat home-cooked meals & (plant-based) whole foods – 90-95% of the time
Incorporate at least 1 salad into my daily routine (either a large, hearty lunch salad or a simple green salad as a starter with dinner)
Include at least 1 fruit/vegetable in every meal or snack
Never restrict food groups – whole grains/potatoes, healthy fats, protein-rich plant foods, and produce are all essential to consume every day
Focus on meals, but have whole food snack options on hand to enjoy if genuinely hungry (mainly fruit, lupini beans, edamame, carrots/celery/cucumber with hummus, plain popcorn, handful of almonds/cashews)
Have breakfast after one coffee (before a second) and have dinner late enough (8-9:30 pm) to curb late-night hunger
Only have fruit and tea after dinner; Always stop consuming food at least 3 hours before bed for better sleep/digestion
Order whatever I want when going out to eat, but split dessert
Have at least one indulgent meal/dessert per week
No sugary cocktails – wine, champagne/prosecco, martinis, gin & tonic, margarita, French Connection, Sambuca, Grappa, tequila on the rocks, etc. are great options. Bellinis/fruit plus wine/spirits cocktails are a good middle ground. Sugary drinks worsen the hangover – big-time
Perceive healthy eating as a form of enjoyment, creativity, and nourishment, not restriction or deprivation (it's not if done liberally enough)
Consume a vitamin B12 and vitamin D supplement daily. Keep digestive enzymes on hand for when they're necessary
Always have a large glass of water first thing in the morning (before coffee) and by my side all day long
No soda, juices, sugary drinks, etc. Black coffee, tea, and water only on the daily – wine and no-sugar alcoholic drinks on rare occasions. Smoothies can be a great snack or breakfast, though!
Incorporate an (almost) daily walk into my schedule as a form of exercise and a mental health reset (I aim for 4-5 miles/10Kish steps per day on average)
Do short, low-impact strengthen training exercises 3x a week (15-30 mins each usually) for bone health & toning
Never forcing myself to do strenuous exercise/workout formally in a gym – it's not for me; it doesn't make me feel/look better and throws my hunger & energy levels way off. To each their own, though
Have a variety of playlists ready to go for waking up, working, dancing, walking/workouts, doing chores, and reading/relaxing
Internalizing that sexual health is a core aspect of your health & well-being – on all counts
Maintaining a simple skincare routine 2x per week with high-quality products and a couple of weekly treatments
Prioritizing my body care routine with as much as my facial skincare routine
Wearing at least SPF 30 daily
Exfoliating 2-3x per week
Learning what hair products work for my hair type; Using a deep conditioning mask and a scalp mask weekly
Using only cold water when washing my hair
Incorporating face & body massages into my weekly at-home routine
Using Uriage lip balm, hand cream, and deodorant religiously
Flossing 1-2 times a day/using an electric toothbrush

·་ ·. ִֶָ ݁˖ Unpinning at 55kg · ݁˖ ִֶָ་·.˖་ ִֶָ
(again)
How to deal with hunger ?
Drink water until your belly feels swollen and painful, like 1L at once
Drink a cup of strong coffee
Chew gums. It break fasts but it's better chewing 20 gums for 100 calories through the day than eating 350 per meal
Drink tea
Drink a LARGE cup of iced coffee
But what to eat when I need to?
Snacks:
Carrots, they're very fullfilling and perfect snacks! Cut them in into sticks and chew untill your jaw hurts<3
Rice cake! It doesn't have significant nutritional value but drink 500ml of water 15 minutes before, then eat 2 rice cakes! they're only 25 calories each
Milk. Has the best nutritional value of the list but I'd recommend the skimmed version, it's about 68 cals (200ml, vs 115/regular ver.)
½ apple
Diet coke. It SLOW down the metabolism, so drink 2 cups of water for each cup of coke
Monster Zero. Same thing as the Diet coke, so be careful. It doesn't make you fatter but doesn't help tj get skinnier as well
Watermelon. You can eat like 300g and it won't be 100 calories yet :3
Lunch:
For lunch I usually have two favorites, and both include egg whites! egg whites are about 20 calories each and are the healthiest part.
When my intakes is lower I tend to make a Brunch with: banana pancake, greek yoghurt, and grapes! (Pancake: 2 egg whites, 1 small banana, 1 tbsp of oatmeal flour, 1 tbsp of oat meal, yeast, 1 tsp of honey. 190 calories)
When I need to eat next to my mom, I like to cook cauliflower rice(1 tbsp of rice and cauliflower as desired), steam chicken, 1 egg white, tomatoes and zucchini~
Dinner:
I do not recommend having dinner, BUT if it's really necessary, eat something light. My biggest recommendation are cabbage and tomatoes:
Salad with purple and green cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, carrot... Add some seasoned mayonnaise and it's perfect 👌
cabbage soup. Really light, perfect for dinner
Tomatoe Soup. Some call 4n4 soup, it's about 20 calories and VERY fullfilling, by you need to sleep right after because your body burns it really fast
Potato soup with chicken and egg white! It's a bit higher in cal but definitely worth it!!
Smoothies! (Strawberry+banana, apple+melon+basil, mango, etc...)
Breakfast:
I eat mostly health foods, doesn't matter what but my favourites are:
Cereal Bar
Green tea with milk
Lemon and honey tea
Oatmeal with water
Omelete with fruits
Grape
Strawberry
Melon
Watermelon
Greek Yoghurt
If you can skip dinner, DO NOT skip breakfast.
Extra tip is exercising before the breakfast, then eat at most the amount you burned!
Please support me in my weight loss journey 🥺
I was BMI 16 in December but my family made me recover, now I wanna lose two times harder 💪💪💪

Full of Life (Minimoni)
TW: eating disorder.
You know what I adore. Healthy fat. Round soft jiggle laid over muscle, proving that someone is loved. Gaining weight as a form of healing. Comfort and safety and trust.
Jimin gets "healthy fat." His previously malnourished and over-exercised body is finally getting more than the bare minimum number of calories to function. This all begins when he starts dating Nutritionist Namjoon, and his boyfriend purses his lips at just how little Jimin consumes in a day. Jimin is so exhausted all of the time. He complains of headaches, and Namjoon knows exactly why.
"Six cups of coffee and one granola bar is not enough fuel to last all day, little chick."
Despite Jimin waving him off with excuses about being too busy in the dance studio to eat, Namjoon hauls his own meaty, bulked-up ass to the kitchen at 1 am and cooks balanced meals for Jimin to snatch from his fridge on the way out each morning. He knows just what kinds of calories Jimin's deprived body needs. Moderately portioned rice and grains mixed with peppers, tomatoes, and a sprinkle of olive oil. A slab of seared salmon or some other healthy protein for Jimin's body to actually have enough energy to last the day. Sauteed vegetables, sliced cheese, and a healthy portion of fruit. A little bar of dark chocolate that he knows Jimin adores. A protein smoothie full of nutrients and calories for Jimin to sip in the morning instead of overdosing on caffeine. He adds an apple and draws on a sticky note. A little wobbly smiley face with a speech bubble. "Eat me!"
Namjoon presses another sticky note on the coffee machine for Jimin to see when he wakes up. A "breakfast and yummy lunch in the fridge for you. <3 Joonie."
Jimin is so pouty with affection when he wakes up and sees the notes and the food made with love from his hyung. He tosses it in his bag on the way out, chaotic and haphazard as always, almost late as he shucks on his trainers and snatches the delicious-looking smoothie instead of the stale coffee that he forgot to empty out the night before.
Namjoon keeps up caring for his boyfriend, and it isn't long before Jimin's frail and exhausted body begins filling in. Namjoon kisses his baby chick's pudgy cheek before heading to the early shift at the clinic, and murmurs as always, "love you-" before leaving.
Jimin having actual food and a well-balanced diet helps his body so much. He starts coming home from work with more energy, smiling and glowing at Namjoon with fuller cheeks, asking if he wants to go for a bike ride together along the river. Namjoon practically beams as he can see the life pouring back into his boyfriend now that his body is approaching a healthy weight. Jimin has a soft waist, and Namjoon can't help but adore it. Rubbing in his hands as he hugs him from behind in the kitchen, feeling the sweet, warm curves of his body and leaning down to kiss his neck. Jimin melts into him like usual, and Namjoon feels so much pride in the way Jimin's tummy gently pushes out into his hands. Jimin is so healthy. He's full of life and love, and Namjoon makes sure to worship the ever-living hell out of him, so Jimin doesn't slip into any of the negative thoughts that he confessed to him one night over a bottle of shared wine about why he started dancing- to lose weight.
Jimin is just so happy these days, and he knows that Namjoon is a major contributing factor. He finally has enough energy to start going to the gym with Namjoon whenever his cute, huge koala asks him with hopeful eyes. Jimin follows the exercise plan that Namjoon's personal-trainer friend at work whipped up for him.
"Nothing for weight loss," Namjoon had told Jungkook privately during their lunch break, "I just want him confident and healthy again. He was so frail, Jungkookie. I was scared he was going to break."
Jimin jogs on the elliptical and watches Namjoon squat with a bar of weight hiked over his shoulders. Tiddies and ass to die for. Namjoon is so fucking thick and yummy. Jimin licks his teeth after taking another drink of the protein shake that his boyfriend gives him every morning. They chase their weekly gym-runs with shower sex at home, and then Namjoon cooks them up a hearty breakfast to offset all of those burned calories.
His hyung is a little obsessed with clean-eating, but Jimin doesn't mind. It's cute how Namjoon always goes to the organic section of the store and bikes to the farmers market. Jimin practically has a personal chef with how good Namjoon's cooking is. There's always a delicious meal on the table for him, with seconds ready to be dished onto his plate.
Jimin finishes filling in, and starts filling out. He lays in the morning sunshine glimmering across their bed, thoroughly fucked. Both of them softly pant and bask in afterglow. Namjoon's warm, ringed hand is resting on Jimin's tummy and gently rubs circles.
"Have you noticed..." Namjoon's voice is fucked from moaning. Jimin turns to him and can't help but glow. It's his favorite sound. Namjoon's morning voice, deepened and scratchy from pleasure. "That sex has gotten so much better since you started eating more? You have more energy, baby."
Warmth floods Jimin's cheeks, but he nods, a little bit shy. Namjoon's hand caresses the curve of his waist, fingers sinking into the supple weight. "I love this, by the way," Namjoon whispers and gives Jimin's love handle a little squeeze. He squishes in his hyung's hand. "I prefer you healthy and soft over sharp and exhausted," Namjoon nuzzles into his neck, and Jimin wraps around Namjoon's warmth.
The truth spills out of Jimin before he can think twice, "me too..."
"You haven't had a headache in months too, lovely. You're full of life." Namjoon cuddles him back, pulling him into his thick chest. Jimin burrows into it, breathing him in. Jimin isn't dumb. He's noticed the way that his body has been rounding out, filling up with muscle and a healthy layer of supple padding, making him curvy and plump. His hips even have stretch marks over them, complete with bruised kisses painted over them by Namjoon. His hyung has done such a good job of making him feel comfortable and loved in his new body.
"I know," Jimin whispers into the safety of Namjoon's chest, knowing that it's all because of his boyfriend's care. "Thank you, Joonie. I'm so happy like this."
That's all that Namjoon needs to hear to practically rumble in his chest, and kiss the top of Jimin's head. He pushes Jimin onto his back, laying his hearty weight on top of him and sliding his big hands down to Jimin's waist. One of Namjoon's dimples presses into his cheek as his lips curve up into a smirk. "Now that I don't have to be so careful with you..." He squeezes Jimin's plump sides, "You're fucking sexy with some weight on you, baby."
Jimin's cheeks heat up, and a whimper bubbles out of his throat. Embarrassing. That's embarrassing that he just whined from Namjoon squeezing his tummy. "I- I am?" He looks up at his hyung's hungry face. Namjoon pets his palms over him, squeezing everywhere that's warm with fat. His lidded eyes darken.
"I told you that I love this- Healthy. Curvy. Soft. You're perfect for squeezing and biting." He licks his lips as he drinks Jimin in. The look that Namjoon is keeping him pinned with has Jimin wanting to mewl and arch up into him. To hook his stretch-marked thighs around Namjoon's waist and beg.
All Jimin can do is whine and tug on his boyfriend's thick biceps.
Namjoon purrs as he worships him. "A healthy mix of muscle and enough pudge for people to know that I'm taking good care of you. That you're finally being kept well-fed." He shoves his hands underneath Jimin's back and slides down, getting a thick handful of his ass cheeks. Jimin feels like he's going to catch on fire with how much pleasure is thrumming through his body, settling in the core of his belly. Namjoon sinks down and hums against his fluffy belly, like he knows where the heat blooms inside of Jimin. "Softened tummy and tits for me to worship, and a plump peach for me to bruise-"
Namjoon's teeth scrape against Jimin's padded hip bones. Jimin whines uncontrollably, dissolving into melted desire at the body worship. He desperately clutches at Namjoon's hair, tugging hard just how his hyung likes it. His back arches, making the sweet curve of his belly push up into Namjoon's face. He can feel his boyfriend's lips stretch into a smile against his skin.
"I'm taking advantage of all of that extra energy you have for my own pleasure. That makes me a bad hyung," Namjoon drags his lips up Jimin's stomach. God that feels so fucking good.
"Take advantage- Please-" he gasps and frees his pillowy thighs to hook them around Namjoon and lock him in place. He wants him to keep kissing his tummy. "Gods, Namjoon, please fucking take advantage- I'm all yours-"
Namjoon laughs in delight against Jimin's softened stomach and begins pressing firm, needy kisses down his belly and across his waist. His voice is teasing and thick with desire.
"If you insist, baby..."
Jimin is cut off by a moan. "I fucking insist..."

7 Simple Weight Loss Hacks That Actually Work in 2024
Introduction In a world full of quick fixes and fad diets, finding effective and sustainable ways to lose weight can be overwhelming. But you don’t need a complicated plan to achieve your goals. In 2024, the key to weight loss is simplicity. Here are 7 simple yet powerful weight loss hacks that actually work and are trending right now.
1. Intermittent Fasting: The Simplest Diet Plan Ever
Intermittent fasting (IF) has become one of the most popular weight loss strategies in recent years. The idea is simple: cycle between periods of eating and fasting. This method helps control your calorie intake without feeling deprived. Whether you choose the 16:8 method (fast for 16 hours and eat during an 8-hour window) or the 5:2 method (eat normally for 5 days, restrict calories for 2), IF is an easy way to shed pounds without drastically changing your diet.
2. Morning Workouts: Start Your Day with a Fat-Burning Boost
Morning workouts are not only great for getting your day started on the right foot, but they also rev up your metabolism. Studies show that exercising in the morning can help you burn more calories throughout the day. Plus, it sets a positive tone for your day, making it easier to stick to healthy habits.
3. Drink Water Before Meals: A Simple Trick to Eat Less
Drinking a glass of water before each meal is a tried-and-true weight loss hack. This simple habit can help you feel fuller, reducing the chances of overeating. Water is also essential for maintaining proper digestion and metabolism, both crucial for effective weight loss.
4. High-Protein Breakfast: Kickstart Your Metabolism
Breakfast is often called the most important meal of the day, and for a good reason. Eating a high-protein breakfast can reduce cravings and keep you feeling full longer. Think eggs, Greek yogurt, or a protein smoothie. Starting your day with protein helps curb hunger and boosts your metabolism, making it easier to lose weight.
5. Mindful Eating: Pay Attention to What You Eat
Mindful eating is all about being present while you eat. This means slowing down, savoring each bite, and paying attention to hunger and fullness cues. By practicing mindful eating, you’re more likely to make healthier food choices and avoid overeating.
6. Sleep More, Weigh Less: The Power of a Good Night’s Rest
Lack of sleep is often overlooked as a factor in weight gain. However, studies show that getting enough sleep (7-9 hours per night) is crucial for weight loss. Sleep deprivation disrupts hormones that regulate appetite, making you more likely to overeat. Prioritize sleep, and you’ll see the benefits on the scale.
7. Cut Down on Sugar: The Hidden Enemy
Sugar is one of the biggest obstacles to weight loss. It’s hidden in many processed foods, from sauces to snacks. Cutting down on sugar can significantly reduce your calorie intake and help you lose weight faster. Opt for whole foods and natural sweeteners like honey or maple syrup instead.

JOIN THE SMOOTHIE DIET 21-DAY PROGRAM
Benefits of a Smoothie Diet
1. Weight Loss: Smoothies can help with weight loss by reducing calorie intake while still providing essential nutrients. They are often lower in calories than traditional meals and can keep you feeling full and satisfied.
2. Improved Digestion: The fiber content in smoothies aids in digestion and promotes a healthy gut. Blending fruits and vegetables makes their nutrients more accessible, allowing for better absorption.
3. Increased Energy: Starting your day with a smoothie can give you an energy boost. The natural sugars in fruits provide quick energy, while the fiber and protein offer sustained energy throughout the day.
4. Detoxification: Smoothies made with leafy greens and detoxifying ingredients like ginger and lemon can help cleanse your body of toxins and improve overall health.
5. Convenience: Smoothies are quick and easy to prepare, making them a perfect option for busy mornings or on-the-go meals.
Essential Ingredients for a Healthy Smoothie
To ensure your smoothie is both delicious and nutritious, include the following ingredients:
- Fruits: Berries, bananas, mangoes, apples, and pineapples add natural sweetness and essential vitamins.
- Vegetables: Spinach, kale, cucumbers, and carrots are excellent for adding fiber and nutrients without altering the taste significantly.
- Protein: Greek yogurt, protein powder, tofu, or nut butter can help keep you full and support muscle growth.
- Healthy Fats: Avocado, chia seeds, flaxseeds, and coconut oil provide essential fatty acids and promote satiety.
- Liquids: Water, almond milk, coconut water, or green tea can help achieve the desired consistency without adding too many calories.

Ultimate Keto Diet Plan Review: Your Guide to The Ultimate Keto Meal Plan 😃
Tumblr media
Introduction The Ultimate Keto Diet Plan, also known as the ketogenic diet, has gained widespread recognition for its potential to promote weight loss and enhance overall well-being. This comprehensive review will explore the ins and outs of the Ultimate Keto Diet Plan, providing an in-depth analysis of its features, benefits, and user experiences. Whether you're a seasoned keto enthusiast or a newcomer, this review will help you determine if the Ultimate Keto Diet Plan is the right choice for your dietary goals. 😄
Understanding the Keto Diet Plan Before delving into the details of the Ultimate Keto Diet Plan, it's essential to grasp the fundamentals of the ketogenic diet. This low-carb, high-fat diet works by shifting the body into a state of ketosis, where it burns fat for energy instead of carbohydrates. To achieve ketosis, the diet entails reducing carbohydrate intake while increasing fat consumption. The recommended macronutrient ratios for the Keto Diet are typically 70–75% fat, 20–25% protein, and 5–10% carbohydrates. 😉
Tumblr media
Choosing the right foods is pivotal when following the Keto Diet Plan. Opt for keto-friendly options such as avocados, nuts, seeds, fatty fish, oils, and low-carb vegetables like broccoli and spinach. Conversely, avoid high-carb and sugary foods such as bread, pasta, and fruits. 🍽️
Moreover, understanding net carbs is crucial in the Keto Diet Plan. Net carbs are calculated by subtracting fiber and sugar alcohols from total carbohydrates in a food item. The goal is to keep net carbohydrate intake low, usually less than 20 grams per day, to maintain ketosis and achieve desired results. 📊
Tumblr media
Keto Meal Planning Once you have a firm grasp of the Keto Diet Plan, it's time to embark on meal planning. Successful keto meal planning involves incorporating a variety of keto-friendly foods while maintaining macronutrient balance. Here are some essential tips to help you create an effective keto meal plan: 🥦
Plan Your Meals in Advance: Preplanning your meals can help you stay on track and resist unhealthy temptations when you're on the go. 📅
Incorporate Healthy Fats: Foods like avocados, nuts, and oils are excellent sources of healthy fats that should be regular staples in your meal plan. 🥑
Keep It Simple: The Keto Diet doesn't require complex or extravagant meals. Simple dishes like eggs with vegetables or a salad with a high-fat dressing suffice. 🥗
Mind Portion Sizes: Overeating, even with healthy foods, can lead to weight gain and disrupt ketosis. 🙅‍♂️
Avoid Processed Foods: Processed and packaged foods are often high in added sugars and unhealthy fats, making them unsuitable for the Keto Diet Plan. 🚫

Wellness Wednesday:
Dreaming About Vacation
Thoughts of travel are jumping into my head - mostly spurred by a bachelor party I had to miss due to work.
At the same time I have a massive amount of built up PTO burning a hole in my pocket.
Not looking for anything exotic or action packed. Just want some R&R somewhere other than home.
Weight-wise... I plateaued again. No Shame had. As long as it is not going up, I consider it a win.
As well - I've started to become a regular once again at my local movie theatre and I don't have any plans of stopping... at least for the month of June. Not ashamed to say that I have thoroughly enjoy each movie I saw in the last couple of weeks in some aspect - either through the content on the screen or through the company that I've been surrounded by.
And... to possibly add insult to injury... I heavily - passionately am looking forward to the new Indiana Jones movie - all my eggs are in one basket. Come June 29th I may be very well heartbroken or vastly quenched... find out in 3 weeks.
