Day 5: not too bad
Breakfast: 3 strawberries and water
Break time: 2 slices of home made low cal pizza and water
Lunch: water
Snack: cookie :(
Dinner: chicken with cucumber and sweetcorn.
Overall, not bad at all!! I would have liked to not ate the cookie and to have something slightly more nutritious than the pizza, but in terms of cals I think I did really well!
Water helps soooo much when I’m hungry omg. And, whenever I feel the urge to eat a lot I just come on here to find motivation and it makes it sooo much easier to deal with.
Still haven’t gone out on a run, but that’s mostly because wheather here has been terrible recently lol

For breakfast today I got myself 2 plums, a biscuit and a cup of coffe. It was delicious, just what i needed. (120 kcal)
Went to study at the library from 9.15 to 17.40. I've been super productive, so I'm proud of myself.
For dinner I got myself a rich veggies dish and I loved it: 2 carrots, some chicory and some cherry tomatoes which were particularly juicy. (99 kcal)
Total kcal of today: 219 kcal
