he's obsessed with it. he has a day of the week dedicated specially to spending hours and hours in the bathroom just taking care of all of his body hair he puts conditioner in his legs in his toe hairs and armpits and just sits there on the tub, thumbing his eyebrows, feeling the textures of his skin, thinking that this is the most self-love he can have—it's what his body makes on his own he has no control over it, no one has control over it. along with the way he allows himself to love people, it's the only thing that's absolutely his.

his genderfuckery is at its peak when he looks in the mirror and he's wearing his mini skirt and his crop top and he can see it all. it's in his legs and his armpits and also in his belly and his face and he looks at himself and feels free and beautiful.

he's even more obsessed with remus' hair. how it's spotty because of the scars, how it's another color from his. remus has a little bit more body hair than him and there's nothing like the feeling of a cold morning waking up covered by his boyfriend's body and it feels like a soft warm blanket. he keeps checking if his hair has grown and he was the only one that supported remus' mustache era. i just picture him coming home after a bad day and lifting remus' arm and shoving his face there and remus just pets his hair until he feels ready to talk.

he is also the brazillian's wax number one hater.

"I should draw Māori Miku!" I said to myself. "Just a fun sketch, it shouldn't take me long" I said to myself. Six hours later I come to with this in front of me and a wrist begging for mercy but holy fuck worth it. I love this trend this was so much fun

DISCLAIMERS AND NOTES ETC.... I'm Pākehā, meaning I am not of Māori descent. I hold so much respect for Māori people, for their values and traditions, and for the fierce pride with which kapa haka is performed. I thought if I was going to design a Māori Miku, it makes sense to dress her in a kapa haka kākahu, as her whole thing is singing and dancing!!! The moko kauae is not based off any real person's. I referenced the temporary moko kauae a lot of kapa haka performers wear!! Was tricky finding out whether or not depicting her with a moko kauae was a good idea, so I went the safe route- showing an aspect of Māori culture without stepping over any boundaries!! Brown eyed Miku is everything to me shout out brown eyed Miku.... I referenced like seven different outfits to put hers together!! I really hope this looks accurate or at least passable. Thanks to adorkastock for the pose ref!!
