it’s an EVENT CARD = it is not a birthday card meaning that the 100th-guaranteed pull can be another SSR, the Event Card is only guaranteed on the 200th-pull,

Some things to look forward to along with Rook-san's birthday:

Deuce is looking very toned in his T&F wear. Very sexy.

Speaking of sexy, OMG Jamil in the snow! Look at his face! He'll make us melt the snow~ SAVE YOUR DIAMONDS!!

"WAKASAMAAAA" Sebek-kun looks absolutely かっこいい~ (kakkoi= awesome/cool). Of course, he's as loud as thunder and shocking as lightning.

I don't think Western countries has these, but in Japan, we have these collectible wafers that has rare Limited Edition cards or stickers in them. This is one of my favorite things to buy in convenience stores like 7/11 or family mart or Lawson's. <3

Finally, a huge おめでとうたんじょうび！！(Happy Birthday) to Rook-san! The suit goes well with him! So handsome and eloquent!
